SC ruling will make democracy strongest, Moosavi
RAWALPINDI, July 11: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Supreme Court has laid the
foundation of stopping monopoly of a particular class from politics by
maintaining the condition of B.A. for becoming a member of the Parliament.
He stated this while giving his reaction on the Supreme Court decision
rejecting the petition of some political parties against the condition of
graduation and on announcement of election date by the President.
Agha Moosavi said the real reason behind turning Pakistan into Masaibistan
is monopoly of a particular class in politics that was dominating the
nation, country and parties and if they did not succeed then their uncles,
nieces and sons used to come in the forefront. He said the Supreme Court
decision of maintaining the condition of B.A. in this connection is laudable
because justice is the basis of Islam while knowledge the basis of justice.
He said owing to monopolised and inherited politics, our Assemblies were a
mixture of different personalities who always kept their self-interest
supreme and remain within the limit of party shackles. He said they used to
be elected on the votes of the nation but never looked after the interest of
the people who vote them into power.
The TNFJ chief said it is a fact that today our country was confronted with
various issues and problems and what we are reaping today was sown by these
elements therefore we should give up our reservations and give priority to
the interests of the nation and the country. He said the door of personal
and individual tyranny would shut for ever by maintaining the condition of
B.A. and the monopoly of those who consider politics their inheritance and
Pakistan as their Jageer would die down if not rooted out completely. He
said the decision would make the democracy and democratic institutions
strongest beginning a new era of real democracy. He said the Supreme Court
decision proves that what was being done till now was not only contrary to
the Constitution but also against the spirit of democratic values. Therefore
such decisions should be accepted in the best interest of the country,
nation, democracy and people to come out from the present situation, he said
adding that there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.)
that goes: Do not consider who is saying, but see what is being said.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
we should extend support to such steps and decisions that are aimed at
stabilising democratic institutions and welfare of the nation and the
country. He said the President has fulfilled his promise by announcing the
date for elections. He further said that now elections should be held in
justifiable, independent and impartial manner and the justice and fair-play
should be visible to all concerned.

US dreaming of becoming king of whole world, Moosavi
RAWALPINDI, July 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said chief of the international colonial
powers i.e. America was dreaming of becoming king of the whole world and was
utilising all its energies in controlling the world of humanity. He stated
this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Syed
Sajjad Raza Zaidi alias Shabban Shah, leader of the Mukhtar Force Khairpur
Mirs here on Wednesday.
Agha Moosavi said talking of removing Iraqi President using all means after
uttering similar words for Yasser Arafat in the presence of Arab League, OIC,
European Union, and African Union is open American interference and naked
aggression in other States and is slap in the face of all international
organisations besides providing food for thought to the whole world of
humanity. He suggested that all Muslim States should call upon the OIC to
take serious notice of this issue and summon an emergent session to discuss
the same.
The TNFJ chief said America was destructing Muslim States in the garb of
rooting out terrorism after the September 11 incident and was using veto
every now and then so much so that it also desires to use the right of veto
getting exemption from the ICC. He asked whether Americans are creatures of
some other planet that they should be exempted and if they were exempted
then it would not be considered a justifiable court but oppression and
brutality. He said American President Bush should keep in mind that
international issues could only be resolved by implementing the United
Nations Resolutions and not by removing someone. He said American forces
posted in all States including Pakistan and Afghanistan should be withdrawn
for restoring durable peace on international level. He said if America
desires to interfere everywhere then there is no justification to keep the
United Nations intact. He stressed the need to root out internal strife and
differences in the Muslim States.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
the enemy is averse of Pakistan being an atomic power and in these
circumstances the powers that be should display serious and wise attitude
and avoid taking any step that may create differences while the opposition
should also avoid making non-serious demands. He said there should only be
one demand at the moment that the government should hold election according
to schedule and the 1973 consensus Constitution should be restored.

Moosavi speaks on Madaris significance
RAWALPINDI, July 9: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said all evil forces including
international Taghoot consider religious Madaris of Islam as a danger for
them being citadels of ideology. He stated this while talking to a
representative delegation of Tanzim Al-Madaris Al-Jafariya Pakistan that
called on him at the head of Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Muqaddasi here on
Tuesday. He said science (knowledge) has been termed the Asaas of Islam but
all sciences are ladders and religious Madaris are disseminators of these
sciences. He said objective of these Madaris is to prepare preachers
equipped with knowledge and deeds who could prove the complete example of
Asswa-e-Hasana of the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said for that reason the role
of ulema in Islam has always been considered most important and they had
been termed inheritors of Anbia, Mursaleen and Khasan-e-Khuda therefore they
should also follow all good things they used to do and avoid what they used
to reject.
Agha Moosavi said we should ourselves analyse our deeds and ponder what is
the reason that why people are afraid of ulema and religious Madaris and
where that lapse exists for which international colonial powers, Zionists
and Hindu are engaged in negative propaganda against Islam and religious
Madaris despite of the fact that Islam is the religion of peace and
tranquillity. He said had we been following the sayings of the Holy Prophet
(SAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) then the
powers that be would not have any courage or in need today to issue any
Ordinance regarding religious Madaras.
The TNFJ chief said if religious institutions and leaders opine that the
government was following the Taghooti agenda then the government is also of
the opinion that religious and political parties were working for different
lobbies. He said the Ulema-e-Haq are of the view that a Faqir who visits the
rich is bad and because Ulema-e-Haq use the Faqiri outfit therefore they do
not visit any rich rather they avoid meeting him even he comes to their
place so that no one could point a finger on the religion.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
the government Ordinance relating to religious Madaras is ill-timed, the
rulers should avoid turning Pakistan into Masailistan, do not touch the
settled matters leaving the same for the Parliament. He said Pakistan came
into being from democracy therefore the key to its development and
solidarity also lay in restoration of democracy and that could only be
possible if we fulfil the norms of democracy instead of marching towards
tyranny and Malookiyyat and give priority to the interest of the nation and
the country instead of taking care of personal and party matters.

Moosavi urges Musharraf to concentrate only on elections
RAWALPINDI, July 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that rulers, politicians, leaders and people will have to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country over other things. He stated this while talking to a delegation of central office-bearers that called on him at the head of Central President of Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan Syed Ala Haider Kazmi here on Monday. He said around half a dozen constitutions were framed since creation of Pakistan to-date and both men in khaki and white ruled the country. Every ruler, he said tried utmost to convert the constitution according to his requirement instead of transforming themselves to the constitution.
Agha Moosavi said the 1973 Constitution is a consensus document in which over a dozen amendments have been made while more than a dozen amendments were on the card, Nawaz Sharif revoked the 58-B amendment and later he himself was thrown away from power. He said now Gen. Pervez Musharraf has given a package of constitutional amendments, he himself adopted a constitutional course of Referendum for getting the approval for Presidents office but now he should leave the proposed constitutional amendments to the next Parliament and concentrate only on holding of elections.
The TNFJ chief said expecting from any religious or political party to mould their leadership according to the desire of rulers is American thinking because they also desire to change the leadership of Palestine, Iraq and various Muslim States. He said the rulers should change their thinking accordingly. He said the decision to set the limit of Prime Ministers office should be left to the people and the Parliament. He said those rulers who desire to snatch the right of taking a decision from the people should give up crying hoarse of democracy and announce tyranny and dictatorship in the country because if they support democracy then they should also follow the democratic principles.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said President Pervez Musharraf has followed seven-point agenda, issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, and highlighted the Kashmir issue on every forum, therefore, good work would be termed as good but a thing which is not justified would not be acceptable. He said the President is an experienced person and should avoid taking any step that may create rift or anarchy in the country because at present enemy has surrounded us. He said knowledge is the basis of religion that is beacon of light for the nations. He called upon students to thwart the enemy designs by equipping themselves with the weapon of knowledge and utilise all their energies in achieving knowledge with sincerity of purpose.

Moosavi demands OIC to declare US, India, Israel war criminals
RAWALPINDI, July 5: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said restoration of peace was a must to ensure election process. He stated this while delivering his address on the country-wide Youm-e-Tarheem observed to pay homage to Shaheed Muhammad Hussain Shad and other Shuhada of the religion and the motherland here on Friday. He said Islam is most complete religion amongst the religions of the world and is the Asaas and basis of Pakistan negation of which would be harmful for the nation and the country because only two nations live in the world: Islam and Kufr. He said Pakistan has the singular honour that it came into being under the Two-Nation Theory. He said international Taghoot, Zionists and Hindus had been trying since creation of Pakistan to sabotage the Two-Nation ideology. He said a dictator and tyrant ruler also tried to negate the Two-Nation ideology on their desire but the only representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashih i.e. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan thwarted this heinous conspiracy for ever through practical display of Sunni-Shia unity. The dictator, however, inflicted the whole nation and the country with three diseases: heroin culture, kalashnikov culture, biases, giving birth to an infectious disease called terrorism and the whole country was confronted with that disease today, he added.
Agha Moosavi said the present government issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but terrorism could not be rooted out completely yet, the President banned the terrorist groups but the same banned groups were still intact with different names by joining different alliances, which is an open challenge for the government and provides food for thought to the countrymen. He said our combined enemy was utilising all its energies to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State but was confronted with humiliation from all around. He said Pakistan had joined the International Coalition because neither it is a terrorist State nor it supports terrorism rather it is a victim of terrorism and aggression itself but India was sticking to her attitude by heavy deployment of its troops on Pakistani border and refusing to pull out her forces. He said India initiated anti-Muslim riots in Indian Gujerat but her drama of putting Hindu train on fire bounced back as according to AFP, an Indian investigating officer has disclosed that judicial enquiry into putting the Hindu train afire at Godra railway station has revealed that Hindus themselves put the train on fire using explosive material to pave way for anti-Muslim riots while the experts have disclosed that these riots were not a result of any sudden reaction.
The TNFJ chief said what is happening in India and Palestine is being happening on the desire of international Taghoot i.e. America because causing harm to Muslims of the world, particularly Pakistan is its long cherished dream that she desires to be fulfilled. He said America was supporting massacre in the whole world just o achieve self-interest and to maintain her supremacy. Whether it is Arab League, OIC or the United Nations, none of them has the courage to raise voice against this oppression that is tantamount to biggest act of terrorism, he added. On the other hand, he said they raise a hue and cry even if any dirty animal of international Taghoot or its agents is dead. He strongly demanded from the OIC to declare America, India and Israel war criminals, take notice of the massacre going on all around in the garb of rooting out terrorism of which even the people of America, India and Israel are also afraid.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi also demanded from the powers that be that the country was in the grip of combined enemy from within and without, therefore there is urgent need of displaying unity and brotherhood as the country is heading towards elections. Paying rich homage to Shuhada of Kashmir, Palestine, motherland, and the religion including Muhammad Hussain Shad and others, he reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle for protecting the great targets and golden principles for which they sacrificed their life.

Moosavi resolves martyrs blood never be let to go waste
RAWALPINDI, July 4: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Shahadat is height of achieving
Godly objective and mirage of jehad. He stated this in a special message
issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Tarheem that is being observed throughout
the country on Friday with religious fervour, devotion and respect. He said
Nazria-e-Asaasi is dearest of all things for the protection and defence of
which motherland came into being for which all schools of thought not only
displayed active unity and brotherhood but made the impossible as possible
giving a lot of sacrifices. By doing so, they set out the pious motherland
on this earth but the opposing elements continued their struggle and did not
go any chance waste to prove Pakistans Nazria-e-Asaasi as wrong so much so
that a dictator took over the reins of power and indicated to make the
country a sectarian State contrary to its basic ideology and the principles
of Quaid-i-Azam under the heinous conspiracy, he added. He said the success
of this conspiracy would have benefited our combined enemy and its allies as
the Indian prime minister had already said that they have sunk the
Nazria-e-Asaasi in the river while a Congress leader had said that it is a
matter of satisfaction that we are not a part of crime to make Pakistan.
Agha Moosavi said, in these circumstances the only representative
organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan not
only challenged that dictator but also took over the Islamabad Secretariat
where Muhammad Hussain Shad thwarted his heinous conspiracy by sacrificing
his life. Had he not sacrificed his life then today Pakistan would not be
the Pakistan of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal, he added. He said the way
protection of Asaas and boundary of the Nazria-e-Asaasi was binding,
similarly protection of the foundation and geographical boundaries of the
motherland that was created to defend it, was also binding. He said July 5
is being observed to fresh up the memory the objective of which was to offer
any sacrifice if any dictator, tyrant ruler or ill-will person tried to
negate Nazria-e-Asaasi because life is the name of struggle and jehad and
there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that this struggle will continue till
eternity, that is why jehad has been declared an important component of
Islam.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
the difference between jehad and other wars is that war is for personal
vengeance, expansionism, and to restore supremacy while objective of jehad
is only for the supremacy of Allahs religion and is considered a worship.
He said continuing this struggle is a blessing and giving sacrifice for it
is Shahadat. He said utilising all resources and efforts for support of the
oppressed, dignity and honour of Muslims, rooting out oppression and
terrorism is called jehad. That is why, he said, while paying tributes to
the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine and paying homage to all
Shuhada of motherland Pakistan, we reiterate our resolve that their blood
would never be allowed to go waste and support for their pious goals, for
which the jehad is continuing, would not be given up.
