RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – July 23: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that only solution for problems and afflictions faced by oppressed nations and Islamic world is that the agreements and resolutions passed in the UN and Security Council not only be honored but also be implemented as well as deviation from these be termed a cognizable offense either these resolutions belong to oppressed and have-nots or Kashmir and Palestine. Talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ District Council Chakwal, headed by Agha Syed Saqlain Haider Kazmi and Haji Abid Hussain Haideri, which called on him here on Tuesday, Agha Moosavi said problems are going to be severe due to non-implementation of International Organizations resolutions and agreements. Because when oppressed will not be redressed then verily they will have the right to make efforts for the achievement of their freedom and protection of fundamental rights. Moosavi said at present Palestine issue has adopted a very severe shape. As atrocities are being committed against Palestinians in the hands of Zionists and they are being destroyed the only reason behind it is that Israel is sabotaging agreements of United Nations. And much painful is that all is being done at the instance of the United States while it is claimant of a mediator between the two sides. America is acting the role of a silent spectator over anti-humanity oppressions. Now it has said to this extent that Yasser Arafat is a disliked personality so he be removed. Because of this Yasser Arafats life is at risk, he added. On the other, same is being committed by Hindus in Indian state of Gujarat; Blood Holi has been played in Held Kashmir for last 55 years. The most dangerous is that President Bush while addressing the troops returned from Afghanistan said that pre-emptive military strikes be launched against every country that could be a danger for US. How small and poor countries could be a danger for the United States? America also said that its troops would enjoy immunity from International Criminal Court (ICC), Moosavi said. TNFJ chief said American aims of destroying Islamic Republic of Iran and some other countries after tagging them axis of evil are no more hidden. Now its strikes against Iraq are in continuation, and the life of President Saddam Hussein is at risk as well. He said United States consider oppressed nations and Muslim States a danger for it therefore making interference in Afghanistan a justification it wants to encamp permanently in Pakistan which is a citadel of Islam. America does not like Pakistan as an Atomic Power. In such a situation President Pervez Musharraf should not put the nation in labyrinth. Terming the remarks of President Musharraf that no one could change Pakistans Islamic Identity as right, Moosavi made clear that any attempt to do so would be strongly resisted. He said, as Constitution 73 is consensus so President should not waste his time in discussions and meetings about Constitutional package because neither an individual nor any party and even the Judiciary has no right to make amendments in the constitution. Only Parliament has the right to do so. Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi urged rulers to act with wisdom and seriousness because Islamic World is in the grip of Colonial Powers. He urged the UN to get its resolutions implemented in order to wash off the blame of being a slave lady for International devil. And anyone who does not act upon it, its membership should be dropped. RAWALPINDI, July 22: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the basic reason behind problems faced by the whole world of humanity is lack of justice and fair-play. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Federal Area Islamabad who called on him at Tehreeks central office to review situation prevailing at national level and to discuss organisational matters. He said every one of us talks about his rights but was unaware of his obligations; that is what is happening in Pakistan also. He said Martial-Law and non-Martial Law rulers confronted the country with one problems or the other. Mazhar Ali Shah said the rulers should make their words and deeds coherent because some people belonging to the groups on which restrictions were imposed by the President were behind the bars while some were roaming about freely rather are also seen attending political meetings and alliances. He said meeting of terrorists with President of Pakistan provides food for thought to all concerned. He said the whole nation would like to ask the President that what has been the status of Presidential orders after his meeting with those banned by him earlier? Are they terrorists no more? If yes then why he met them? Does this not smack of duplicity in words and deeds on the part of government, he asked? He further said that the people are already aware of this duplicity in words and deeds of the rulers and would not be dodged further. The TNFJ Secretary General strongly demanded from the government to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance in letter and spirit with sincerity of purpose so as to root out terrorism from the country. RAWALPINDI, July 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Day of Annexation with Pakistan is a memorable day for Kashmiri freedom fighters to revive their resolve when 22 diehard persons while kissing martyrdom on July 13 provided the basis that the Two-Nation Theory i.e. Islam and Kufr are two separate Millats under which Pakistan came into being and the Quaid-i-Azam declared Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan that is still incomplete without Kashmir. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Mukhtar Students Organisation Azad Kashmir that called on him at the head of Syed Zulfiqar Hussain Kazmi here on Friday. He said the Resolution for Annexation with Pakistan adopted on July 19, 1947 not only gave new lease of life to movement of independence but also forced Nehru to take up the Kashmir issue to the United Nations accepting the right of self-determination of Kashmiris. He said the world pays tributes to the commitment of oppressed Kashmiris that they still honour. Agha Moosavi said the Day of Annexation with Pakistan is the memoir of those martyrdoms, atrocities and patience owing to which the struggle for independence has reached its final phase. He said Kashmir issue tops the list on the world map and has been recognised on international level as the main cause of conflict in South Asia. He said the British Parliament was forced to accept that this region could not be turned into a hub of peace without resolving Kashmir issue despite the fact the it was Britain that had created this issue. The TNFJ chief said India used every tactic and staged many dramas during the last 55 years to sabotage Kashmir issue, the last one to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State so as to keep it away from extending religious and moral support to Kashmiris. The objective of deploying Indian forces on Pakistan border is to divert world attention from brutalities against minorities and desecration of the places of worship in India, and to condemnable Indian activities against Kashmiris under the black law of POTA. Gen. Pervez, he said, has extended the offer for a dialogue many a time besides giving an assurance to end any infiltration from the other side of the Control Line. But it is astonishing that Indian forces were still hanging on the Control Line despite all these assurances, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said all that was happening on the behest of international Taghoot while the United Nations was playing the role of its slave and the OIC has kept a criminal quiet. He said responsibility of oppression and brutalities meted out in the Held Kashmir lay on the United Nations. He said when independence could be given to East Taimoor through plebiscite, then not resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues provide food for thought to the world of humanity in general, and to the Islamic World in particular. RAWALPINDI, July 18: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Pakistan is the sign of Federation Tasees and existence of which is courtesy democracy, therefore, path of democracy would have to be adopted to put it on path of development, strengthen and stabilise it, make it a welfare State, and to give up the path of tyranny and Malookiyyat. He stated this while talking to a delegation of elite from Sargodha that called on him at the head of Syed Abu Al-Abbas Bokhari here on Thursday. Agha Moosavi said the powers that be in the government and in politics should keep in mind that they could not achieve their goal i.e. democracy through dictatorship. He said we should take a lesson from the past as the last 53 years have been wasted just for nothing. He said every new ruler starts afresh considering himself the only wise person on earth. He said the government has openly announced holding of general elections and the stage is set for election but uncertainty still prevails in the country. Spelling out the reason for such a situation he said in addition to proposed constitutional package, various new conditions were also coming forth from the powers that be and that are, perhaps, difficult for any party to fulfil. On the other hand, he said our perpetual enemy never lets any opportunity go waste to term us terrorist, Pakistan is always blamed if even someone catches cold in India, that is why the biggest opposition in India opines that Pakistan is blamed whenever any incident of terrorism takes place in India. Congress leader Shev Raj Patel strongly criticising this cheap act of Indian government says that terrorists were hiding in Indian villages but Indian rulers put the blame of terrorism on Pakistan. He said a truth for which the enemy stands witness is a real truth. He said Indian accusations were actually her tactics to sabotage Kashmir issue, and to divert the world attention from oppression against Indian minorities including anti-Muslim riots.
The TNFJ chief said British Parliament has also recognised that Kashmir issue is the real cause of tension in this region. He said the world has not forgotten that Kashmir issue was actually created by Britain, for the solution of which Pakistan tried to hold dialogue every now and then but India preferred to skip away. He said Indian army is still deployed on Pakistani borders, anarchy and differences are cropping up from within. In these circumstances, he said there is need to avoid taking all those steps that may be beneficial for the enemy and may cause harm to Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the government, religious and political leaders to exercise wisdom and seriousness and thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the perpetual enemy by adopting the path of mutual understanding. RAWALPINDI, July 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said discussion on the proposed constitutional package of the present government was only possible when it is accepted that any individual or institution other than the Parliament has the right to make amendments in the Constitution. He said such an acceptance would tantamount not only to sabotaging the Constitution but would also be contrary to democracy and supporting tyranny and Malookiyyat. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Salar of Caravan-e-Fatimia for Haj and Umrah, Hojjatul Islam Allama Zahid Abbas here on Tuesday. Agha Moosavi said in every Constitution in the world, whether it is Parliamentary or Presidential, Parliament has been recognised as a legislature assembly, therefore, we fervently appeal President of Pakistan to leave the approval of constitutional package to the Parliament giving priority to the interests of the nation and the country if he sincerely desires to promote democracy, and utilise all his energies in ensuring law and order within the country and on holding elections on the announced schedule. He said the President has blessed the nation and the country by issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but it could not be implemented yet which indicates that some unseen elements were creating hurdles in its implementation. The TNFJ chief said it is a matter to ponder over for the government that political parties were busy in making alliances with banned groups and some of the political parties have made the banned organisations as their stooge. He said inclusion of terrorists in political alliance is commensurate to sabotage the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and to strengthen terrorism. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said best amongst the Maqasid-e-Haj (objectives of Haj) is the Kalma-e-Tauheed that negates all types of Shirk. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed is also Asaas of Pakistan that has been termed a citadel of Islam, that is why Pakistan is citadel of Islam and the colonial powers were trying their utmost to make cracks in it. In these circumstances, he said, all patriotic forces are under the obligation to negate all types of biases and thwart every conspiracy and mischief of enemies of the religion and the motherland through unity and brotherhood. END
RAWALPINDI, July 15: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the September 11 New York and Washington incident was a ploy to tighten the Islamic World, oppressed nations, particularly the motherland Pakistan and chief of the international powers has succeeded in it to some extent. He stated this while talking to office-bearers of TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab. He said international colonial powers were patting the back of their Zionist and Hindu agents who were already playing holi with the blood of innocent Muslims and now they have been given a free hand. That is why, he said Zionists have made the life of Palestinians difficult while Hindus that of Kashmiris for quite long so much so that Muslim massacre was still continuing in the Indian province of Gujerat. Agha Moosavi said India has staged many dramas and attack on the Assembly building in New Delhi, Kolkatta incident, and now the incident of terrorism in Jammu are a part of that conspiracy and India was doing all this on American desire. He said whenever representatives of international Taghoot visit Middle East or South Asia, massacre starts in these areas soon after. He said Vajpayee could not do what he desired owing to Pakistans inclusion in the International Coalition but she was continuing her negative tactics. He said our rulers should exercise seriousness and wisdom. He said India was considering our desire for a dialogue as our weakness but she should keep in mind that Pakistan is a nuclear power and we would never allow anyone to cause any harm to the honour and survival of our motherland. He said presenting constitutional amendments by the President and getting the same approved before elections in a situation when the enemy has surrounded us from all around, commensurate to inviting trouble. The TNFJ chief said a best friend is the one who informs his friend of his weaknesses. He made it clear that the Parliament, judiciary, and administration have their own powers and duties and Parliament is such an public institution that its approval for any constitutional package is a must to keep its supremacy. He said when even courts could not make any amendments then how an individual has that right to do so? He said the President is talking about bringing the system of checks and balances, Gen. Zia had also done the same and his 11-year rule was the darkest era in the history of this country that had given birth to various crises and we all had to reap what he had sowed. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi if we are sincere in restoring and promoting democracy then we should not touch the 1973 Constitution as a solution, government should hold elections on the given schedule and keep in mind the respect of all religious and political parties. He said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya gives and would continue to give priority to welfare of religion, motherland and its people over all other things. END
RAWALPINDI, July 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Pakistan was in the grip of internal anarchy and externally surrounded by enemies. He said to end uncertainty and confusion, it was necessary to leave the job of approving the constitutional amendments to the new Assembly. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Allama Baqar Naqvi and Allama Fakhar Abbas Zaidi. He said Parliament is authorised to make amendments in the Constitution and President Pervez Musharraf himself has accepted that the future Assembly could make amendments in the constitutional package, therefore it would be reasonable if the government utilises all its energies in ensuring impartial elections. Agha Moosavi said America destructed Afghanistan in the garb of September 11 incident. On one side it encouraged Vajpayee who has heightened brutalities on Kashmiris in the garb of POTA and was busy in Muslim genocide through anti-Muslim riots while patting the back of Sharon on the other, who has shattered Palestine and did not even spare even children. He said America terms Iran and other States axis of evil, demands removal of Yasser Arafat, threatens to remove Iraqi President and now was hurling threats on Iran saying: It should stop its negative policies owing to which non-elected people were putting hurdles against reformers, America will prove a good friend to reform-lover Iran. He asked who have given the Satan Elder (as per saying of Imam Khomeini) America to openly interfere in Muslim States? He said basic rights are being denied in America itself, and they should be ashamed of police violence against a 16-year old Black boy. The TNFJ chief said America was the centre of terrorism going on the world over and there is no one to stop her. He said United Nations giving exemption to America on the issue of International Criminal Court was a laughing stock and how could the ICC ensure justice in these circumstances, he asked? He said it is a coincident that whenever any American representative visits Middle East, the massacre starts there afresh and whenever their representative turns towards South Asia, a new stage is always set and the attack on a Hindu temple is a part of that conspiracy. He said conspiracies of America and its agents provide food for thought to the Islamic World, particularly Pakistan. He said the objective of these conspiracies is to blame the Islamic World of incidents of terrorism going on the world over and to pressurise Pakistan to roll back atomic capability after terming it infiltrator and a terrorist State. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Muslims would rise to the occasion in the given circumstances and if they failed to do so then the colonial reptile America would devour us all, one by one. END
RAWALPINDI, July 13: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said lack of justice and fair-play is the main reason behind international crisis. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council that called on him at the head of Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi and Khurshid Hussain Kazmi here on Saturday. He said no nation, Millat and human society could march towards development without justice. He said a society based on oppression and brutality is deprived of all its energies and capabilities while a system based on justice and fair-play creates complete faith and confidence guaranteeing national stability. Agha Moosavi said the main reason behind non-establishment of justice and fair-play is that decisions are given in line with the laws instead of justice and fair-play under which one can save himself but could implicate others. The fresh example of such a situation, he said, is establishment of International Criminal Court (ICC) and the joint decision of the Security Council and the United States to exempt America from International Criminal Court (ICC). He said such a situation indicates that laws are made to implicate the poor, that is why the whole world of humanity was in pain over denial of justice and fair-play. The TNFJ chief said 22 Kashmiris were martyred some 71 years ago as a punishment to raise voice for righteousness but the movement of independence gave a new lease of life to their voice. Therefore, he said Resolution for Annexation to Pakistan was adopted on July 19, 1947 and today the Kashmir issue tops the international issues while the world has accepted that the real cause of tension in Middle East and South Asia are the issues of Palestine and Kashmir, respectively. He said the United Nations has proved through its role that it was playing as a B team for America and keeps double standards. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and in its Constitution, Islam was declared as official religion. He said political, social, economic and administrative structure was confronting failure in our country for the last 53 years. He said the norms of justice would have to be fulfilled if we desire to save the nation and the country from the international colonial powers. Paying rich homage to Shuhada-e-Kashmir, he expressed complete solidarity with the struggle of oppressed Kashmiris. END
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan JULY 12: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the new constitutional package is tantamount to swallow Parliamentary democracy and stepping towards Presidential system, which is not a good omen for the nation and country.
Talking to a delegation, which called on him at the head of TNFJ Balochistan leader Sardar M Tariq Jafari and Muhammad Mehdi Hazara, Moosavi said that the 1973 consensus Constitution is present for nearly more than two decades despite bringing amendments. Therefore, the powers that be should not put the nation in labyrinth; leave the issue of constitutional amendments for new parliament and respect the emotions of people so that all parties could take part in polls with satisfaction and peace. He said that elections should be held in justifiable, independent and impartial manner and the justice and fair play should be visible to all concerned, which are accepted by the whole world. TNFJ chief said the president has come out of Referendum and he has apologised over what happened in Referendum. In District Nazims election official interference was clear, he added. Agha Moosavi said the decision to hold polling for National and Provincial assemblies on the same day is sound because due to its holding on different days, the results of National Assembly effect the polling for Provincial Assemblies. But to hold elections for Senate on the same day is not right, as assemblies are not in existence, which would create complexity, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Moosavi said the government should restore freedom given by the constitution for elections besides setting date in order to ensure independent polls.
