ISLAMABAD, March 28: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that attack on Yemen is the American agenda as they have put the world at the brink of Third World War to sale out their arms. Muslim States should display wisdom as there is no threat to the Harmain Sharifain, neither any attack is made against Iran nor against Saudi Arabia. Those who devour dollars and riyals should not add fuel to the American-ignited fire. The blood of Muslims has been made cheaper than mosquitoes and flies and is being sold out in the name of Islam. The game of declaring actions of American puppets as war of Islam has become old. There is no sectarian conflict in any country including Yemen. Declaring the war of Iranian and Saudi Arabian interests and American detestable game is foolishness and colonial agenda that needs to be thwarted. Iran and Saudi Arabia should change their policies and for the God sake they should not turn Muslim States a battlefield for their war. The government has caused damage to the Pakistani image by supporting attack on Yemen. Pakistan Army is the army of Islam and no one can even reach the toes of their boots. The rulers are staining the army through their mistakes. These views were expressed by him while stating the point of view of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya on Yemen attack. Agha Moosavi said why those who had criticized Musharraf have forgotten parliament in their support for Yemen? He said Pakistan is an independent country and its decisions should not be based on personal interests and emotions rather these should be ideological. He said the reasoning for supporting the attack on Yemen is illogical. If the biggest donors to Pakistan America or Britain ask Pakistan tomorrow to attack Saudi Arabia, Iran and Palestine then what our rulers will do? He said if other countries had been helping out Pakistan then Pakistan has also left no room in supporting them as Pakistan is behind the development of Arab World. Pakistan should come forward to defend the interests of Muslim States and Islam and not for the protection of rulers. He said Saudi Arabia and Yemen should exercise unity and brotherhood for resolving the acute Yemen crisis with wisdom while all humanity-loving nations should also come forward and thwart the anti-humanity American policies. The TNFJ chief said America and her stooges are following double standards as they are supporting opposition in Iraq, Yemen, Tunis, Libya and Syria in the name of democracy while those who are demanding their rights in Bahrain, Egypt and Saudi Arabia to save kingdoms and tyrant rulers. The dream of American General to target seven countries is becoming true, he added. He said reason of supporting attack on Yemen is illogical on the plea that Saudi Arabia helps us in every difficult moment. But Iran was also first to recognize Pakistan, gave free oil during wars and also provided arms during 1971 war contrary to America who cried hoarse of Naval Fleet that never came to our rescue.
Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan should learn a lesson from China and Russia. He said those who are fighting as agents of Saudi Arabia and Iran should learn a lesson from the people of Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, Syria and Lebanon. He said if the government sincerely loves Nazria-e-Asaasi then they should send two delegations to Saudi Arabia and Iran and request them to unite and thwart their enemy jointly and play their role in saving the Islamic World instead of becoming parties. He demanded that attacks on Yemen should be stopped forthwith and if Muslim States continue their war then it would be tantamount to supporting the agenda of international colonial powers. The Muslims will have to play their role for unity and brotherhood of Muslims to thwart the colonial agenda, he added. He said the Pakistan Army is not yet out from the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and even thinking to entangle them on other issues is tantamount to enmity with the country and Islam. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Yemens Hosies had been rulers of Northern Yemen for a thousand year and are confronting Daesh, Al-Qaeda and American conspiracies at a time and they are supported by Ahle Sunnat brethren. The Ansaar Ullah movement rose against corruption, umemployment, unrest and terrorism spread by colonial agent rulers cannot be termed sectarian conflict in any way. He made it clear that we are followers of Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) and will say the Kalma-e-Haq even on the point of spear. We desire to see Pakistan leading the Islamic World and will thus always continue working for the supremacy of Islam, welfare, unity and brotherhood of Muslims.
ISLAMABAD, March 27: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that coward terrorist activities cannot shake the commitment of the nation. Death of a Shaheed is the life of the nation therefore all sections of society including State elders, religious and political leaders and media are under the obligation to not only jointly resist terrorist activities rather it should be discouraged at every stage. This is not time to remain silent. The government has limited the National Action Plan only to loud-speakers and to arrest poor ulema and religious workers although it is their foremost responsibility to tighten noose around five dozen banned groups working with new names. These views were expressed by him while addressing the Majlis-e-Tarheem at Al-Murtaza Islamabad Friday on the occasion of Youm-e-Shuhada. Agha Moosavi said at present the Islamic World is confronted with international satans, the bought-out rulers are working as their agents and tools. He said the patriotic forces are offering sacrifices of life and wealth for rooting out terrorism. He said the motherland is facing terrorism as a punishment for playing frontline ally after 9/11, lakhs of people lost their lives in Muslim States while over 60 thousand innocent citizens and jawans of Pakistans Armed Forces have lost their lives. He said incidents of Army Public School Peshawar, Imamia Masjid Hayatabad, Masjid and Imambargah Karbala-e-Moallah Shikarpur, Police Lines Lahore, Imambargah Chittian Hattian, Sadiqabad Rawalpindi, Qasr-e-Sakina Shakarial, and Youhanabad made the nation sad and tried to sabotage the Operation Zarb-e-Azb of Pakistans Armed Forces against terrorism. The TNFJ chief made it clear that the objective of the Youm-e-Shuhada is to sympathise with the bereaved families of Shuhada and to express hatred against terrorists. He said the some particular elements of the western world were increasing the distance between Muslims and the Western World by linking terrorist elements with Muslims and the Islamic World as a result of which hatred against Muslims in increasing the world over. Therefore, it is necessary to remove this wrong impression between Islam and other religions so as to make the future a source of honour and dignity for the Muslim Ummah. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi there is a commandment of Allah that I buy lives and wealth of Momineen so as to award them heaven in return, these are the Momins who carry out war in way of Allah, kill enemies and are also killed themselves. This promise of Allah that has been written in Torah, Quran and Bible, he added. He said a work that is performed throughout their life but could not find a high place even then but the Shaheed reaches the highest places in the heaven within a few minutes without caring for his all things.
ISLAMABAD, March 24: The Youm-e-Shahadat of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) was observed with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Tueday. The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi addressing the concluding session of the International Ashra Aza-e-Fatimia here at Al-Murtaza declaring the Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) an Islamic symbol of dignity and respect of women said any religion and society is unable to present such an example, and the slogan of freedom of women given by the west is a farce the objective of which is to degrade and insult woman. He advised women at large to follow the Seerat of Fatima Zehra (S.A.) for achievement of their place, respect and rights. Agha Moosavi said that 23 March Parade of the Pakistans Armed Forces has inculcated a new enthusiasm and spirit in the nation and the policies of Gen. Raheel Sharif have won the hearts of the nation. He said had Shaair Allah and Nabavi signs in Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah were protected then the holy shrines of the Anbia Karam (A.S.), Tabaeen (R.A.) and Taba-Tabaeen (R.A.) and Aulia Karam (R.A.) were not destructed in Iraq, Syria, Bahrain, Libya and Pakistan. He said no example can be found of Hazrat Fatimas (S.A.) love with Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) who could not bear his separation from the world even for a few months and met him in the heavens as predicted by the Holy Prophet (SAAW). The TNFJ chief said the attitude of the international organisations with Muslims is Hippocratic; if Muslims demand independence and rights of any of the area including Kashmir and Palestine in a non-Muslim country they are termed terrorists and extremists while any such demand from non-Muslims in a Muslim country make all international organisations including the United Nations stand up for them as has been done for Mashriqi Taimoor and Sudan. He said Pakistan is being punished for being the champion of Islam and being an atomic power. He said the Operation Zarb-e-Azb is going on and the enemy is utilizing all their energy to thwart it. In such a situation, he added, we all are under the obligation to come out from our shackles of personal and party interests and recognize our internal and external enemies and work for the integrity of the nation and the country and for the supremacy of the Islamic World. Agha Moosavi said that the dignity and honour given to woman in Islam is courtesy Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) because Islam presented her as a symbol of womens dignity. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW) told Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) that Allah Has showered you with the biggest blessing; father Muhammad (SAAW) like me, husband like Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), and sons like Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.). When angels will ask you in the grave who is your Rasool (SAAW), you will tell them my father; and when they will ask about your Imam, you will tell them my husband Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said that there is a saying of Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) that Baba, after you I had to undergo so much distress that if these were undergone by days they would have turned into nights. Grief is my partner and tears are the extinguishers of flames of my anxiousness. He said the Khatoon-e-Jannat used to sit on the Hazoors (SAAW) shrine under a tree to shed out tears and when that tree was cut down, then she used to remember her father Baba Rasool (SAAW) sitting in harsh sunshine along with Imam Hassan (A.S.) and Imam Hussain (A.S.). Keeping that in view Hazrat Ali (A.S.) had got constructed a room for her that is called Bait Al-Huzn, in other words it was the first Imambargah and Aza Khana. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the honour enjoyed by Fatima (S.A.) Binte Rasool (SAAW) in the Islamic society was not enjoyed by anyone else. She was the only memorial of the Rasool (SAAW). Rasool (SAAW) used to stand up in her honour when she comes, and kiss her hands. She was the interpretation of Ayah-e-Tatheer of Holy Quran, Ayah-e-Mobahila of Surah Aal-e-Imran. She was the only woman who was taken along by the Rasool (SAAW) when he went for Mobahila with Christians and thus Rasool (SAAW) emerged victorious. He said the Muslim Ummah can achieve victory and success in every field by following in the footsteps of the Mashaheer-e-Islam even today.

They will not only have to resolve the problems of the people rather will have to raise voice for their rights, and give right to the opposition powers, restore the dignity of the Shaair Allah. ISLAMABAD, March 20: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the bomb blast incident in front of Burhani Masjid, Aram Bagh in Karachi and termed this activity the job of our traditional enemy. In his special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Nauroz that is being observed on Saturday, he said the internal and external enemies are utilizing all their energy on thwarting the Operation Zarb-e-Azb going on against terrorism because their real target is no one but only Pakistan and its Nazria-e-Asaasi being a mole in their eyes as an atomic Muslim power. He said the impression of killings of Shia, Barelvi, Deobandi, Christian in incidents of terrorism is wrong as they all are being targeted being Pakistanis. He said a point of view about terrorism should be adopted by keeping the Meesaq-e-Madinah to fore in which they all had agreed that attack on any one will be considered attack on all. Agha Moosavi said that cause of not rooting out terrorism is the self-interest of rulers and politicians who keep their own and party interests supreme. He said if they really love Pakistan and keep it dear then they should tighten noose around banned terrorist groups because to-date they are putting hand only on the poor, the innocent and loudspeakers which is contrary to the spirit of National Action Plan. He made a fervent appeal to the media to boycott the banned groups and their supporters and avoid giving coverage to them. He called upon the government to give up placing the poor and innocent people into fourth Schedule and booking them in false and concocted cases. The TNFJ chief said the incidents of terrorism including those reported from Army Public School Peshawar, Shikarpur, Chittian Hattian, Sadiqabad Rawalpindi, Qasr-e-Sakina Shakarial, Police Lines Lahore, Imamia Masjid Hayatabad, Youhanabad Lahore in addition to todays bomb blast at Burhani Masjid and suicide attacking on Rangers mobile killing two of them in Karachi and target killing of Syed Mazhar Abbas Bokhari alias Parey Shah in Gujranwala are the continuation of acts of terrorism going on in the country for quite long. He said the people have now become fed up of carrying bodies of their dear one. He said that all sections of society including parliament, judiciary, media, politicians, and religious leaders should oust any terrorist and miscreant elements from their ranks if they are sitting there. He called upon the rulers to fulfill the norms of justice and fair-play. Agha Moosavi while talking about Nauroz e.g. New Day is the day when the universe came into being and then began the chain of prophets that ended on the Khatam-ul-Mursaleen (SAAW). Sending of Wahi also began on Nauroz and completion of the religion was also announced on this day and this was the day when the Rasool (SAAW) had announced that I am leaving two invaluable things i.e. Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) amongst you. He had also advised the Muslims to remain attached to both these things. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Islam, Pakistan and its people are everything for us and we strongly condemn any aggression against these. He reiterated his resolve to continue supporting the oppressed and announced practical hatred against the oppressors being the followers of the holy personalities.
ISLAMABAD, March 17: A two-day high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan that held under the presidentship of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded here Tuesday evening. According to the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek the resolutions adopted by the meeting strongly condemned the problems confronted by the Islamic World and Pakistan, particularly the continued incidents of terrorism and target killing and felt that whatever the Islamic World is undergoing the Muslim rulers are responsible for that. The resolution called upon the governments of Bahrain, Iran, and Saudi Arabia to give freedom to all Makatib living in their respective countries, ensure honour and dignity of the holy places, set free the innocent people detained in jails and their religious rights may be ensured. The resolution said that those who are thinking of banning the books of recognised Makatib including Nehjul Balaghah, Sahah Sitta, Kutab-e-Arbaa should exercise wisdom as such steps will never ever be accepted. Another resolution made it clear that foreign funding is the main cause of riot therefore the government should scrutinize the assets of trillions of rupees of political and religious parties and Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya offers for such a scrutiny before them all. Another resolution strongly condemned loss of lives as a result of suicide attacks on churches in Youhanabad, Lahore and expressed heartfelt sympathies with the Christian community and felt that such incidents in the motherland are the result of open hand given to banned groups by the powers that be. The resolution reiterated that there is no sectarian conflict anywhere in the country rather it is the war of a handful of banned groups and terming these incidents as terrorism itself is an act of terrorism.
A resolution said that no system contrary to the vision and teachings of Founder of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal will be allowed to be imposed. The 1973 Constitution is a consensus document based of Pakistans Asaas. The resolution said the whole nation supports the Operation Zarb-e-Azb launched by the Pakistans Armed Forces to root out terrorists and terrorism and it would prove a final nail in the coffins of terrorists. The resolution called upon the government to tighten noose around terrorist banned groups and thus inactivate them so as to fulfil its basic duty of protecting the lives, and wealth of its people. Yet another resolution expressed solidarity with the ongoing freedom movements including Kashmir and Palestine and called upon the international organisations to resolve these issues in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people otherwise, dream of turning the Middle East and South Asia would never come true. The delegates in a consensus resolution expressed unwavering confidence in the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya and resolved to offer any sacrifice required of them for national targets and the mission of protecting Wila and Aza. Another resolution thanked the Tehreek Tahuffaz-e-Wila and Aza Zakireen Convention for issuing a declaring announcing its confidence in Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He said Zarb-e-Azb is a serious blow on terrorists like Zarb-e-Haider. They perhaps could not understand that this army follows Nishan-e-Haider and victory is imminent for them. He said the support of Ch. Nisar Ali Khan in favour of armys successful action is commendable while silence of others provides food for thought. He said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya came into being to reject Zias announcement to make Pakistan a State of a particular group and to protect the Asaasi ideology. The TNFJ chief said when a dictator put his hand on our jugular vein and tried to restrict Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions through an amendment in Police Act, it was Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya that challenged him that no power on earth can impose restrictions on Azadari and Eid-e-Milad processions. Therefore an eight-month long agitation began from Qadeemi Imambargah Hussaini Mohaz continued for eight months in which more than 14 thousand followers of Millat-e-Jafariya including my both sons and score of Ahle Sunnat brethren courted arrest as a result of which May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement was signed and since then Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions are being brought out under that agreement independently. He said in the Peace Formula presented in the court of Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, we had stated that a terrorist keeps no religion and a country, he is only a terrorist and today everyone is repeating that stance of ours. He said those who were enraged on National Action Plan now understand that when we had adopted our principled point of view 30 years ago there was no Sunni-Shia conflict here rather Pakistan and Islam were the target. Agha Moosavi said Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presents itself for audit, action should be taken against those who receive foreign funds so that National Action Plan may succeed. He demanded that government and media should announce hatred against banned parties. He said we are silent for the sake of integrity of the nation and the country, we can bear personal attack on us but cannot bear any attack on the ideology and the motherland. He asked the media that being the fourth pillar of the State they should not extend coverage to terrorists. He told the government to lift ban of terrorists if they cannot keep itself away from them, then the people would tackle them at their own. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the fruits of Operation Zarb-e-Azb are becoming visible but it will take some time to remove the dirt of 30 years. He said the actions taken by the army so far are good and the nation is waiting when the hands will be put on real terrorists. He said one part of Pakistan was separated but no one including the United Nations raised any voice. In the meantime, Pakistan stood up on its own feet and the second OIC Summit was held in Pakistan. The colonial trio considered three top Muslims leaders Shah Faisal, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Moammar Qadhafi a threat to their life and killed them one by one that proved a black chapter in Muslim history. ISLAMABAD, March 15: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and the TNFJ chief Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya has strongly condemned the suicide blasts at churches in Youhanabad, Lahore and declared the same a naked aggression and conspiracy aimed at sabotaging the National Action Plan. In a statement issued here he said the nation is surprised to see that terrorism is not stopping despite Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He said not tightening the noose around five dozen banned groups, poses a question mark? Agha Moosavi while expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of Christian brethren who lost their lives in these incidents said, in Islam murder of any innocent person is the murder of the whole humanity. Like we keep dear other Pakistanis similarly we also keep minorities dear to us. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the government to pay compensation for the affected of these incidents and fulfil her responsibility by taking exemplary action against the culprits of all incidents including that of Lahore incident, tighten noose around banned organisations working by changing their names, and ensure the implementation of the National Action Plan in its true spirit.
ISLAMABAD, March 10: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has called upon all Muslim States including Saudi Arabia and Iran claiming the leadership of the Islamic World to put the labels of enemies of Islam and anti-revolution aside and give up atrocities against the opposition forces in their respective countries, set those people free who have been jailed as a punishment for raising voice for their rights, ensure the rights of their people and allow them to lead their lives with freedom so that their respect may increase manifold. Rather it would also help root out terrorism and defamed Daesh organisation otherwise, he added, their woes and difficulties would increase. These views were stated by him while talking to the delegation that attended the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Shikarpur at the head of Speaker TNFJ Syed Bu Ali Mehdi and Malik Ali Furqani here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih. The delegation also presented a report of their Sindh visit to Agha Moosavi. Agha Moosavi made it clear that everyone is aware that in the Daesh designs it is included to set up such khalifate that is based on Pakistan, Middle East, Saudi Arabia and other States. He people from more than 80 countries have joined Daesh. He said when the Nabavi signs were wiped out in 1924 the whole Muslim World staged protest and only Roza-e-Nabavi was left intact. He said had the top leaders of the Islamic World, Ulema Karam and Muslim rulers not taken strict notice of it then the whole Muslim World would have been faced with problems. He said Pakistan enjoys deep religious, political, cultural relations with Saudi Arabia since Pakistan came into being and at present Pakistan being the atomic power is the strongest and professionally strong country. The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan had been fulfilling the defence requirement of Saudi Arabia in the past also and there is one thing to ponder over that what was the reason of Saudi Arabias good relations with Pakistan? Actually when some people tried to take over the Haram Sharif after entering into it, then the Pakistani squad that rooted out those terrorists was led by Pervez Musharraf. He said Saudi Arabia supported Pakistan in every hour of trial. Three personalities that came to the fore in the Islamic Summit held in Pakistan were Shah Faisal of Saudi Arabia, Moammar Gadhafi of Libya and Pakistans son of the soil Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. He said the colonial powers sensing their unity a threat for themselves got Shah Faisal assassinated, got Zulfikar Ali Bhutto hanged and got Gadhafi killed on 20 October in 2011 through anti-government elements in Tripoli. Moreover, we would have to ensure the freedom of Saudi people living in precarious situation and give their rights on the basis of equality. He said the biggest chief of the satanic world has entered into the Muslim States and Muslim rulers will have to correct themselves first to make her exit and then thwart her designs.
ISLAMABAD, March 08: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) elaborated the minor details of human rights in a single sitting under 50 sections the guarantee of enforce of which is Zuhd-o-Taqwah while the United Nations laid a document in the name of human rights under 30 sections in 700 days spread over 66 sessions with the participation of about five dozen countries during the Second World War and there is no guarantee for its issuance. That is why the United Nations could not get its own laws enforced because it is playing the role of slave for the international satans and the issues of the oppressed nations are pending owing to its Hippocratic attitude. Commenting on recent two conferences held in White House and Saudi Arabia against terrorism, he said if they are really sincere in rooting out terrorism then they should announce practical hatred against the self-styled terrorist organisations, not give priority to the interests of the Islamic World only but to the interests of the whole humanity also, stop oppression against people in Muslim States and give them their rights. He said Shah Sulaiman met important heads of State of the world and the Saudi Arabia should give all sections of society living there to lead their lives according to their own beliefs so as to make the efforts to root out terrorism fruitful, restore the honour of the Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah that were razed to ground in the past as this is the only option to make the protest against Al-Quds Al-Sharif, Masajid and churches effective. The TNFJ chief said the life of Imam Syed-us-Sajideen is replete with sayings and directives and his collection of Duas i.e. Saheefa-e-Kamila is the beacon of light for every Dua seeker and a treasure for those who desire to derive benefit out of it as it covers moral, collective, political, and economic teachings. He said the Masoom (A.S.) not only indicated academic issues, legal and most sensitive things but has also stated that Dua is the best weapon of the Momin. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Imam Sajjad (A.S.) is that great a personality who commented about weight in this way: Oh, my God, Purified and Absolute that He is aware of weight of the sky and earth, weight of the Sun and moon, weight of the darkness and brightness, and devoid of Polytheism. He said Imam Sajjad (A.S.) talked about viruss (bacteria) transfer through water into diseases before the scientists do, therefore, in connection with the 27th Dua in The Saheefa-e-Kamila he says about countrys frontiers, rulers and enemies that Oh, Allah pollute the drinking water of the enemies of Islam with diseases and epidemic and include different diseases in their food with your Nature.
ISLAMABAD, March 06: Shia Zakireen and Waizeen from all over the country have expressed unwavering faith in the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, announced unconditional support to National Action Plan and Operation Zarb-e-Azb for rooting out terrorism, demanded to stop activities of banned parties working by changing their names and unveil foreign hands facilitating terrorists and complete implementation of the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement. Demands to this effect were made in a declaration adopted at the All Pakistan Waizeen and Zakireen Aza-e-Fatima Convention organised under the auspices of Makhdoom Nazakat Hussain Naqvi, Chief Organiser of Tehreek Tahuffaz Wila and Aza at Markazi Imambargah Shah Allah Ditta here. Ulema, Zakireen and Waizeen from all the four provinces participated in the convention under the leadership of Sultan-uz-Zakireen Madah Hussain Shah and Hojjatul Islam Agha Ali Hussain Najfi. The declaration presented by Zakir Ali Raza Khokhar Advocate highlighted equal sacrifices rendered by Sunni-Shia brethren for creation of Pakistan, first voice raised against Zias announcement to make the motherland a sectarian State from Ali Masjid and formation of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya in reaction to such efforts, taking over of Pakistan Secretariat on July 5, 1981 to get their demands accepted by the then rulers, thwarting Zia Martial Law efforts to limit Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions by courting more than 14,000 arrests in 8-month long agitation from the Hussaini Mohaz of Tehreek Naffaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya which culminated into signing of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement under which restrictions of Azadari were vanished but the dreams of Millat-i-Jafariya for representation in State institutions and for equal rights remained unfulfilled to-date.
The declaration also demanded to arrest the culprits responsible for incidents of terrorism in various cities of the country and give them exemplary punishment and lodge protest with the countries giving financial aid to terrorists at diplomatic level so as to stop the foreign aid openly coming to them. The declaration also demanded to stop coverage of those elements on the TV channels who have been banned even thrice. They expressed concern for putting the Ulema, Zakireen and organisers of Majalis-e-Aza in Schedule 4 just to fill in the blank while miscreant elements were given clean chit and termed that this activity is tantamount to inciting the peaceful citizens against the National Action Plan. Therefore, the declaration said, the Army Chief and the Prime Minister should take notice of this situation. The declaration rejected any impression of putting restrictions on books carrying beliefs and ideologies of the Maktab-e-Tashih and demanded to implement the Peace Formula presented by the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya in the Supreme Court earlier. The gathering paid homage to Shia Waizeen and Zakireen who fell victim to terrorism. They include: Hamad-e-Ahle Bait Mohsin Naqvi, Allama Nasir Abbas Multan, Zakir Alamdar Hussain Shah Shorkot, Zakir Riaz Hussain Shah Moch, Allama Talib Hussain Kirpalvi, Fazil Alvi and others including journalists, lawyers, army men, doctors, engineers, general citizens and minor children. The central office-bearers of the Tehreek Tahaffuz Wila and Aza Zakir Ijaz Hussain Jhandvi Bahawalpur, Zakir Jafar Tayyar, Zakir Musa Khan Mianwali, Zakir Yasir Ghaffar Rawalpindi, Allama Faraz Haider Kazmi Sialkot, Allama Haider Syed Khairpur, Zakir Mukhtar Hussain Shah Muzaffargarh, Zakir Imdad Hussain Shirazi Sargodha, Zakir Ali Naqi Bhakkar and many other Zakireen and Waizeen, organisers of Majalis-e-Aza, Azadaran, Matmi Salars coming from all over the country participated in the convention. They approved the declaration by raising vociferous slogan of Labbaik Ya Hussain. Majlis-e-Aza will be held in the second session of the Aza-e-Fatimia Convention.

Similarly, in the conference organised under the auspices of Rabita Al-Alam Al-Islami in Saudi Arabia, it has been stated that terrorism is nothing except planning, and subversive activities. He said it should be kept in mind that at a time when the whole Muslim World is confronted with terrorism, the Islamic World is undergoing a test viz. peace and tranquillity and is confronted with the biggest challenge in the shape of terrorism and Pakistan is its particular target where more than 60,000 army men and general citizens have kissed martyrdom. The TNFJ chief said National Action Plan has been made to root out terrorism and Operation Zarb-e-Azb is going on unabated but terrorists upset on the operation have fled from mountains towards cities as a result of which incidents like Army Public School Peshawar, Imambargah Chittian Hattian, Masjid Karbala-e-Moallah Shikarpur, Police Lines Lahore, Imamia Masjid Hayatabad Peshawar and Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina Shakaryal Islamabad took place while target killings in Karachi are going on unstopped. He said the implementation of the National Action Plan has only been limited to Madaris, Ulema, innocent religious leaders and loudspeakers while more than five dozen banned extremist groups were roaming about freely indicating duplicity in the word and deeds of the government. Agha Moosavi said there is need to make Operation Zarb-e-Azb successful and implement the National Action Plan in its true spirit so as to thwart the enemy designs. He said the Pakistan-India parleys at the secretary level could only be successful when Kashmir issue is resolved according to the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiris. He said whenever any progress is made in the parleys, America starts crying hoarse of 9/11 and India brings Mumbai incidents to fore despite the fact that many activities like 9/11 and Mumbai incident have taken place in Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the human being in every era remains in search of such renowned personalities who had been example of human and moral supremacy. He said the honour enjoyed by the Khanwada-e-Risalat could not be achieved by anyone else. He said every person of this holy Khanwada is exemplary out of which one great personality is Dukhtar-e-Rasool Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zehra (S.A.) whose pious Seerat has been termed her Asswah Kamil Batool (S.A.) by the Poet of the East Allama Muhammad Iqbal. The Ayah-e-Tatheer stands witness to her Taharat and Ismat while Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) has awarded this honourable Bibi (S.A.) with the title of Bazah-tul-Rasool and has declared her as Sardar of the women in universe. He made it clear that Fatima (S.A.) is the complete example of Zuhd-o-Taqwa and is the complete example of a brave Mujahida who preached the eternal message of supporting the oppressing by condemning oppression and brutality.
ISLAMABAD, February 27: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that India, at present, was playing the role of facilitator for terrorists through Afghanistan. The government should unveil India on international fora and tell them that we are confronted with Indian terrorism and aggression. This was stated by him while addressing the concluding Mehfil of Universal Ayyam Aqeela Bani Hashim at Al-Murtaza Islamabad Friday which was observed in connection with the Wiladat Purnoor of Hazrat Syeda Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.). Agha Moosavi said that a statement of former American Defence Minister Chuck Hagel is on record in which he has accepted that India, on one side, is continuing firing on the Line of Control with fanfare and is providing support to terrorists in Pakistan on the other. He said the whole country is being affected by the negative Indian activities after the introduction of Operation Zarb-e-Azb on which the incidents of Army Public School Peshawar, Imambargah Chittian Hattian, Sadiqabad Rawalpindi, Masjid and Imambargah Karbala-e-Moallah Shikarpur, Police Lines Lahore, Masjid Imamia Hayatabad, Qasr-e-Sakina Shakarial Islamabad stand witness. He said our perpetual enemy desires to destabilise the motherland by creating differences and unrest and she fully desires to weaken the Pakistans Armed Forces, Parliament, judiciary, media and people by creating differences amongst them using different tactics. The TNFJ chief said Indian Prime Ministers Adviser Ajit Doval, in his lecture, has accepted the negative Indian tactics by saying that if you will carry out one Mumbai incident then you will lose Balochistan. He has also added that they are following the aggressive defence policy. He said terrorism and terrorists have been condemned in two recent anti-terrorism conferences; one in America and the other in Saudi Arabia. He said Pakistans Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan while addressing a Press conference in White House has clearly stated that the neighbouring country has ignited the fire of terrorism in Pakistan and on that basis our Chief of the Army Staff Gen. Raheel Sharif has given a courageous statement that India will be given a befitting reply to unprovoked firing while our politicians and rulers avoid taking the name of India even today.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the reason behind supremacy of the international colonial powers over the whole world is their war strength and capability, therefore, we will have to tell the world by increasing our power and capability that we are atomic power, Islam is our ideology that preaches to condemn every aggression and bias and support peace and tranquillity for the promotion of which the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) bore all types of problems and his Ahle Bait (A.S.) offered great sacrifices. They took Islam to its height and proved through their deeds that Islam supports the oppressed and expresses hatred against oppression and oppressors, he added. He said the Nawasa-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) offered exemplary sacrifice for the supremacy of humanity in the hot plain of Karbala while his great sister Syeda Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) maintained the supremacy of Islam and downed the evil forces for ever through her heart-rending addresses. He said oppressed the world over including that of Kashmir and Palestine have adopted the Asswa-e-Hussaini while womenfolk are following the Zainabi (S.A.) character which is the eternal death of Yazidiyyat.
ISLAMABAD, February 23: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that delay in the implementation of National Action Plan provide food for thought to the nation and the country and those who have gone to the court against it are doing so on special indicators as some politicians and government leaders are creating hurdles in the implementation of this action plan. Agha Moosavi said there is need to gather the peace-loving from all over the world and thwart the designs of those who trade blood and explosives. He said the real target of the aggression on Afghanistan after the 9/11 drama was to take over the Pakistans atomic assets that was thwarted by the Pakistans Armed Forces. He said the founders of international terrorism were American, Britain and Ziaul Haq in Pakistan. He said the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya came into being as a reaction of Zias announcement to turn the motherland into a Maslaki State and they will not allow anyone to turn Pakistan a sectarian States till we are alive, he added. He said if Muslim States get rid of big powers then will also get themselves rid of terrorism but they will have to bear hunger for that and break the begging bowl. The TNFJ chief said they are demanding for the last 30 years that financial aid coming from foreign countries for the terrorist organisations in Pakistan should be stopped. Those who have nothing with them in the past are now playing in trillions but no government has taken notice of this situation against these anti-State elements. He said had the government investigated the sources of income of these elements then all elements of terrorism would be unveiled. He said 60 terrorist groups were openly working in Pakistan and contrary to the National Action Plan even the heads of parties banned thrice are also openly seen on media channels and sitting in public fora and government functions that is tantamount to adding fuel to the fire for the affected of suicide attacks, target killing and terrorism. Agha Moosavi said that the satanic forces do not love democracy but their own interests they are only concerned that who will work for them. He said the debate about Security Council members for India or any other country should be stopped and right of veto power for Muslim States should be achieved and Pakistan being the atomic power and Islamic ideological States deserves to get this right to veto. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said negotiations with India sans solution to Kashmir issue and water issues are useless because India has never recognised Pakistan from the core of their heart therefore the government should openly unveil Indian face of international fora instead of talking between the lines while issues of Samjotha Express, Babri Masjid, Siachin and Kashmir may be raised on international fora. He said we are those who recite Ya Nabi and Ya Ali Madad and will continue raising the Kalma-e-Haq with their help. He said we keep the motherland Pakistan, ideology and belief dearer than anything else in the universe and will not hesitate in sacrificing anything for its dignity and supremacy.
ISLAMABAD, February 22:Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that every man and woman of the nation will have to play the Hussaini (A.S.) and Zainabi (S.A.) character to root out terrorism and to turn the motherland into a hub of peace. He said after the greatest sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S.), the firmness of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) inflicted clear defeat on the biggest terrorist of the history i.e. Yazid. He called upon women at large to work for the supremacy of religion and the motherland keeping their honour and chastity intact like Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah had played her role along with the Quaid-i-Azam in creation of Pakistan. He said inclusion of women in the Anti-Terrorist Force is a good omen. These views were expressed by him while announcing to observe the Aqeela Bani Hashim days from 5-7 Jamadi-ul-Awwal on behalf of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to mark the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Sherdil Khatoon of Karbala Nawasi-e-Rasool Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.). Mazhar Ali Shah said the peaceful movement of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) defamed Yazidiyyat to the extent even today that Yazidiyyat is wandering about covering its face while the echoes of the khutbaat of beloved granddaughter of the Rasool-e-Azam (SAAW) is the source of encouragement for the freedom fighters even today and the Zainabi (S.A.) commitment is the death of oppression, brutality, Satanism and colonialism. He said Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) fulfilled the important responsibility of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat in a manner that turned the Karbala incident intact till the D-Day. He said the Binte Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) not only diverted the history through her khutbaat but also shattered the Yazidi courts. He said Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) is that bravest last who bore all problems and difficulties but did not allow anyone to cause harm to the religion. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah has appealed the followers of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) to express solidarity with the oppressed world and hatred against oppression and brutality on the occasion of Ayyam Aqeela Bani Hashim and organise functions on this occasion to pay homage to her. Meanwhile, a TNFJ central Ayyam Aqeela Bani Hashim has been formed to organise programmes in this connection. Ammar Yasir Alvi will be the convener, M.H. Jafri will be the deputy convener while Jabir Naqvi will be the secretary of this committee.
ISLAMABAD, February 20: Youm-e-Dua against terrorism and for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb of Pakistans Armed Forces was observed throughout the country Friday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with religious and national spirit. Peaceful processions and rallies were taken out on this occasion while prayer gatherings and peaceful protest demonstrations against terrorism were held in all small and big cities and towns including the Federal Capital Islamabad. The Aiimma Karam and Khutaba in their Juma sermons delivered in Jamia Masajid prayed for early end to terrorism in the country and for the success of ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb of the Pakistans Armed Forces. In Islamabad, the central Youm-e-Dua rally of the TNFJ Federal Capital Council was staged in front of National Press Club which was led by Allama Raja Basharat Hussain Imami, Khateeb Jamia Masjid Darbar Sain Boota Sarkar Allama Hashim Haqqani, Allama Guftaar Sadiqi, Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Abidi, Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Syed Naeem Kazmi, and other Shia-Sunni elite. The participants of the rally demanded to tighten noose around 60 banned groups working with new names. Zulfiqar Ali Raja presented the special message of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi at the rally. Agha Moosavi in his message said that Pakistans Armed Forces were working for saving the Islamic identity and Pakistans integrity and the whole nation is standing behind the Pakistans Armed Forces like a concrete wall. He expressed the assurance that protectors of the Nishan-e-Haider, the Army imbibed with the Haideri spirit will crush the Marhabi and Abu Lahabi terrorist elements, every conscious citizen of Pakistan is supporting the Pakistans Armed Forces from heart and soul, all energies should be spent to unite the nation in the hour of trial, all mutual dissents should be given up and all parties should gather around one platform. He said the time has come to wipe out conspiracies against Pakistan. He demanded of the government to check the elements hurting the elements causing harm to Pakistan by taking money from other countries and tighten noose around banned organisations.
The TNFJ chief quoted a saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) that goes: I give you information about such an armament that can save you from the enemy and can also broaden your Rizq and that is Dua. He said there is saying of the Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that Dua is the shield of the Momin. He said the sources of terrorism going on in Pakistan are in the training centres of the perpetual enemy of the country in the neighbouring country that have become the abodes of terrorists. Declaring the statement of Federal Interior Minister as correct he said the whole world is confronted with terrorism, there is no Shia-Sunni conflict in any region including Pakistan and those who are giving terrorism Maslaki colour were fulfilling the colonial objectives. The participants of the rally on this occasion raised vociferous slogans against continued incidents of terrorism, murder, arson, blasts and target killings going on in the country for quite long. Syed Naeem Kazmi, Deputy Nazim-ul-Umoor TNFJ Federal Capital on this occasion presented a resolution that demanded to unveil the real elements behind the Shakaryal incident and tighten noose around the patrons of terrorists involved in killing innocent people. The resolution lamented that no compensation was announced by the government for the bereaved families of the Shuhada of Qasr-e-Sakina Shakaryal. The resolution called upon all international organisations that claim to be champions of human rights including the United Nations, Security Council, ICC to take immediate notice of terrorist activities, particularly that of Pakistans perpetual enemy, for carrying out massacre of innocent people in Muslim States. The resolution said that the satanic elements and their agents should keep it in their mind that wrath of God is soundless and the history stands witness that when atrocities grow, these are wiped out resulting in ultimate victory of the oppressed. Meanwhile, Youm-e-Dua gatherings were also held in other cities including Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Kharmang, Gilgit-Baltistan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Larkana, Bhakkar, Gujrat, Abbottabad, Dera Ismail Khan, Khairpur Mirs and Hyderabad.
ISLAMABAD, February 18: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Nimazis who were offering Maghribeen at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina, Shakaryal here Wednesday and said that those who are targeting places of worship and innocent people are have no religion and are enemies of humanity. In a statement issued here Wednesday he strongly demanded from the government to tighten noose around the 60 banned groups and their facilitators i.e. big crocodiles immediately. The nation should pray to Allah for His mercy on the Youm-e-Dua being observed on Friday for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb being carried out by the Pakistan Armed Forces. He called upon the government to accelerate the implementation of the National Action Plan and country-wide Operation Zarb-e-Azb may be launched to identify terrorists in real terms. He said the government should go to the International Court of Justice along with concrete proofs of Indian involvement in terrorist activities being carried out in Pakistan and also raise the issue of Indian skirmishes at the United Nations. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed complete sympathy with the bereaved families of the Shuhada of attack on Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina, Shakaryal and demanded from the government to arrest the culprits immediately and give them exemplary punishment while fool-proof security arrangements should be ensured for places of worship throughout the country including that of twin cities of Islamabad-Rawalpindi. He advised the people to remain alert also and ensure the protection of all places of worship including Masajid and Imambargahs.
ISLAMABAD, February 17: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the suicide attack in front of Police Lines Lahore and has announced to observe Youm-e-Dua on Friday for rooting out terrorism and for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said at present Pakistan is surrounded with the most difficult situation therefore there is strong need for prayers. Agha Moosavi appealed all countrymen to bow before Almighty Allah seeking to come out of the present situation faced by the country. He asked the nation to prove on the gory terrorists through unwavering support to the Operation Zarb-e-Azb against terrorism that Pakistan came into being to remain intact and will remain so while no power on earth can create a divide between Sunni and Shia schools of thought. He said the arson and incidents of murders through blasts, suicide attacks and target killings is not a Maktabi conflict rather the war for stomach and aid of the banned groups being fed on foreign aid and terming this conflict a religious conflict itself is an act of terrorism. The TNFJ chief called upon the government to tighten noose around 5 dozen banned groups that are working with new names while they should give up arresting the innocent people and including them in the Schedule 4, innocent people should be released forthwith by striking out fake cases against them. He said the effective implementation of the National Action Plan was only possible when the hand is put on the big crocodiles who are roaming about freely and who attend media fora freely and are given full coverage by the print media. He said people are now fed up of condemning terrorism and giving shoulder to the victims of terrorism that cannot be rooted out unless the real terrorists are dealt with an iron hand with sincerity of purpose on the part of the powers that be putting all reservations aside. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that as Pakistan being an atomic power is the biggest hurdle in the way of international colonial powers therefore when the brave Pakistans Armed Forces started the Operation Zarb-e-Azb against terrorists, India started unprovoked firing and skirmishes on the Control Line which were still going on. He said a statement of a former American General is on record that Indian Consulates in Afghanistan are fully involved in terrorism incidents in Pakistan. He lamented that incidents of terrorism in Pakistan are going on unabated rather there is increase in such incidents. H said the Chief of the Army Staff was busy in breaking the back of terrorists utilizing all his energies and his success is imminent and victory will kiss his feet one day as the whole nation is behind him. Meanwhile, a TNFJ committee has been formed to monitor programmes of Youm-e-Dua. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani has been nominated as convener, Allama Basharat Hussain as deputy convener while Z.A. Raja will be the secretary of this committee.
ISLAMABAD, February 15: In connection with the announcement of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the Soyem (third day)of Martyrs of Imamia Masjid Peshawar has been commemorated with the revival of the spirit that Pakistani nation will stay united against the heinous designs of the terrorists and will support the Zarb e Azab operation of Pak army till its logical conclusion. On the occasion of Soyem, conducted Quran Khawani, Majalis e Aza and peaceful protests were organized under the auspices of TNFJ while candles were lighted in the memory of the martyrs of the tragic incident and tributes offered to their sacrifices. TNFJs federal Capital Islamabad staged a protest in front of National Press Club Islamabad. The protest was led by the NazimulAmoorAllamaIklhlaqhussain Kazmi, the head of JamiyatUlama e JafariyaAllama Mohsin Ali al Hussaini, MaulanaTanveerSheerazi, Ali Ajwad Naqvi, General Secretary Raja Zulfiqar Ali, the vice president of Mukhtar Organization Samar ul Hassan Naqvi, and other senior members of the TNFJ Islamabad. On this occasion, District Nazim ul AmoorAllamaIkhlaq Hussain Kazmi read the special message of chief patron of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and chief of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, which clarified that destabilizing Muslim countries is part of the evil agenda, disintegration among the Muslim countries of Middle East, and provoking the Muslims through disrespecting heroes of Islam, creation of terrorist groups and using them to defame Islam are part of the same conspiracy. Agha Moosavi said that the success of Zarb e Azab operation is death to the anti Pakistan forces therefore; all of them including India and America are bent upon failing it from achieving a conclusive success. India never refrain from blaming Pakistan for each and every bad thing while Pakistani rulers remain quiet therefore, the government must take the proofs of Indian involvement in atrocities against Kashmiris, Samjhota Express, and terrorist attacks in Pakistan to the international court of justice and also take up the matter with United Nations while Pakistan must also protest against the countries which are fighting their own wars on Pakistani land. Pakistani media must also expose the real face of India to the whole world. While condemning the target killing of MaulanaMazhar Siddiqui in Rawalpindi Agha Moosavi said that our enemy wants to name the ongoing terrorism as a sectarian war which is not true at all as all schools of thought enjoy brotherly relations and there is no Shia Sunni dispute. We will not allow any gaps or hatred among the people of Pakistan till the last breath. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi demanded from the government to act upon the national action plan to the letter and spirit and do not let it fall under the conventional tactics of Police by freeing the innocents and arresting the banned terrorist groups. Media and Administration authorities must be provided with special briefings on the names and members of the banned outfits so that they could be stopped from operating using new names as otherwise, the will of the rulers to fight against terrorism will become doubtful. ISLAMABAD, February 14:The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavihas said that there is lack of coordination among the provinces and the Centre, the Hippocratic attitude of some parties and the black sheep amongst the Administration are making the National Action Plan ineffective, a monitoring system should be devised for implementation of the National Action Plan. He said incidents planned in a similar fashion provide food for thought. He said the whole country and every Muslim are surrounded by terrorism. Had there been sectarianism in the country then the Ahle Sunnat brethren would not have took their Shia brethren to hospitals in Shikarpur, Rawalpindi and Peshawar, he said adding that the terrorists grown up in the colonial camps should not be imposed on Islamabad or Masalik. These views were expressed by him while addressing the Tehreek leaders led by Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya who had visited Peshawar after the Hayatabad incident, enquired about the health of the injured and participated in the funerals of the Shuhada. Agha Moosavi said that from Daish, Boko Haram, Al-Nasrah to TTP there is American hand behind all terrorist organisations. He said America, India and Israel are international terrorists and there is need to get rid of local terrorists as well as international terrorists for restoration of peace. He said the life of some vulture-type of groups is attached with terrorism and the leaders of banned parties are seen on the front pages of newspapers and on channels and the journalist organisations should take notice of this situation. He advised the people not to leave the whole responsibility of law enforcing agencies and should remain alert themselves also while volunteer organisations like Mukhtar Force should be created for the protection of Imambargahs, mosques, churches, temples, Majalis and Mahafil so that people should perform security service shoulder-to-shoulder to the security forces.
The TNFJ chief said the politicians will have to give up their Hippocratic attitude. It is surprising that after the consensus on National Action Plan why lawyers of the same parties are going to courts against it, he added. He said it is difficult to root out terrorism unless faults are not corrected in the steps being taken against terrorism, therefore, every person, institution and party should stand behind the Pakistans Armed Forces and extend a helping hand to them. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the government to provide facilities to the injured of the Imamia Masjid incident. He said attention should be paid to the woes of the bereaved families, compensation should be paid to them and such steps should be taken that may check such incidents in future. Earlier,Shujaat Ali Bokhari and AllamaBasharatImami apprised the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Moosavi on the views of the families of the Shuhada and injured. They told him that the injured were full of enthusiasm and the bereaved families of the Shuhada were in high spirits as they had declared their sacrifices as a step in line with the following of Karbala martyrs.
ISLAMABAD, February 13: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the suicide blasts and firing at Jamia Masjid and Imambargah Imamia in Hayatabad Peshawar and termed this incident a naked act of terrorism. In a statement issued here Friday he expressed heartfelt grief on the Shahadat of Nimazis and said the crop of terrorism sown by a dictator is still being reaped. He said the Pakistans Armed Forces had started Operation Zarb-e-Azb and our perpetual enemy and chief of the international colonial powers were utilizing all their energies to sabotage it. He said the wounds of Shahadats of Army Public School Peshawar, Imambargah Chittian Hattian Rawalpindi, and Masjid and Imambargah Karbala-e-Mohallah were still alive that Hayatabad incident Friday added another grief for the nation. He said the nation had termed the governments National Action Plan as a good step but terrorists were reaping the benefit of delay in its implementation. Agha Moosavi said a lot is being said and done by the government about funds being received by Madaris, loudspeakers and publications based on hatred but neither terrorism can be controlled nor country can be turned into a hub of peace unless the 60 terrorist groups declared as banned officially are not tackled with an iron hand because even at present the banned groups are using the name of Masalik and are taking part in elections. These people are also seen at the government fora and are invited by the foreign embassies in their events and are getting full media coverage for their activities. He said at present rooting out of terrorism is the open challenge for the powers that be, therefore, the government should not delay action against them and give foremost priority to rooting out terrorism on priority basis. The TNFJ chief made it clear that we can be cut into pieces but we will never allow anyone to cut Pakistan into pieces and sabotage the Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He called upon the government to give briefing to our ambassadors posted abroad and the foreign ambassadors posted in Pakistan that we are being made target of terrorism. Full protest may be lodged with those countries that are making Pakistan their battlefield because if they keep their country dear then we also love everything in Pakistan. He said steps taken to counter terrorism are faulty because innocent people are being arrested and placed in Schedule-4 instead of terrorists. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah announced again that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya will fully support any good step taken by the government to root out terrorism. He demanded compensation in all incidents including the Hayatabad Peshawar incident, arrest of the culprits and exemplary punishment for them. He called upon the people to remain peaceful because this is not a Maktabi conflict but act of terrorism, therefore, every citizen is under the obligation to support the Pakistans Armed Forces and extend full possible cooperation to the government in its steps against terrorism. Expressing heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved families and said the whole nation shares their grief equally. He prayed for early recovery of the injured of the incident and demanded special arrangements for their treatment.
