ISLAMABAD, November 30: The meeting of the Central Cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presided over Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has been concluded. According to the Central Secretary Information of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, the meeting adopted a resolution declaring the National Action Plan and the Operation Zarb-e-Azb as a matter of life and death for the nation and demanded operation against terrorists throughout the country including Punjab on the pattern of Karachi. The resolution lamented that the terrorist organisations were openly taking part in elections with new names, political parties are making seat adjustments with them that is tantamount to the failure of the Election Commission and the government and provides food for thought for the nation. The resolution called upon the government that no promise should be made with any country viz. Paris attacks as Pakistan is already facing the brunt of the 9/11 and being the front-line State against war on terror. It proposed that the policy adopted by the Parliament viz. Saudi-Yemen conflict, may also be adopted in the present situation. Another resolution termed the proposal of the Prime Minister for unconditional dialogue with India a good step. It however expressed surprise that every government has adopted a new point of view and new policy viz. Kashmir. It said had no weakness was shown at the time of preparation of United Nations Resolutions on Kashmir, Tashkent, Simla and Ufa agreements then India would not have tried to escape. The government should therefore now adopt a clear and strong policy that the only solution to Kashmir issue lays in plebiscite and right of self-determination for the people as has been done in Mashriqi Taimur, Northern Sudan, Scotland Yard and other areas. Yet another resolution called upon all national institutions to adopt coherent measures so as to deny the impression that the judiciary, administration and army are not on the same page and the only way to prove coherence is to support the Operation Zarb-e-Azb. Another resolution strongly condemned the tactics for creating justification for interference in Muslim States in the garb of declaring Paris attacks a new episode of the 9/11. The resolution demanded from all colonial powers to make exit from Muslim States including Iraq, Damascus, Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan and let the people there resolve their problems at their own. The resolution strongly condemned all incidents of terrorism including attacks in Beirut, Nigeria, Baghdad, Mali, Paris and on Russian plane and made it clear that we cannot get rid of the monster of terrorism unless the big powers give up back door support to terrorism.Another resolution demanded from Saudi Arabia to pull back its forces from Yemen and withdraw the punishment of hanging awarded to those persons who were struggling for their rights. It demanded immediate release of all political prisoners including Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr. Yet another resolution vowed that unusual unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding will be displayed on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala Arbaeen-e-Hussaini and all Makatab-e-Fikr by remember the Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) will prove that no power on earth can create differences among the recognised schools of thought. Another resolution demanded public holiday throughout the country on the Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.). Media was also appealed to stop comedy programmes and telecast special programmes based on the seerat and character of the Shuhada-e-Karbala on the occasion of Chehlum. Announcements were also made on the occasion to observe Wisal of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Shahadat of Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) from 23 Safar to 29 Safar as Hafta Azmat-e-Mustafa and Mujtaba and to observe Shahadat of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) and the Alwidah Ayyam-e-Aza from 2 to 8 Rabiul Awwal as Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman.
ISLAMABAD, November 29: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has demanded from the government to make fool-proof security measures on the occasion of ChehlumShuhada-e-Karbala Arbaeen-e-Hussaini throughout the country. He said the travelling of millions of people towards Karabla on the occasion of Arbareen is a proof of love with Hussainiyyat and a symbol of defeat for terrorism. He said banned organisations are tearing the National Action Plan apart by taking part in the local bodies elections. He said attacks on the journalistic organisations and target killing of journalists provides food for thought, the journalist community should be provided with protection. He said news of the parties operating by changing names were being published in all newspapers and steps may be taken to stop the coverage of banned parties. These views were expressed by him while addressing the meeting of central cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya that met here in connection with the arrangements for the Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala. Agha Moosavi said Turkey downed Russian plane on American behest, Muslim rulers should not become tool in the hands of others otherwise the brunt of it may have to be suffered by their people. He said had Russia not been there the America would have occupied Syria till now. He said all including America, India and Israel are upset on Pakistan Armys successes against terrorists in Pakistan and the international awards bestowed on Gen. Raheel Sharif are recognition of Pakistan Armys successes and the whole nation is happy about it. He said Modis fanatic attitude would cause harm to India. The Two-Nation Theory has been refined further while some Muslim States desire to continuously make Pakistan a battlefield, he added. He said there is no Sunni-Shia conflict the world over rather the colonial powers desire to prove their war of their self-interest as the Maslaki and Maktabi conflict. He said funding coming from outside should be stopped. Expressing concern over the award of hanging to those in Saudi Arabia who seek freedom of expression he said this tactic would promote terrorism. The TNFJ chief said that Arbaeen is the second name of Ashoora and HakimulUmmatAllama Iqbal had rightly said that there are two chapters of the Hadees-e-Ishq; one is Karbala and the other is Damascus one was written by Hussain (A.S) while the other was written by ZainabBinte Ali (S.A.). The Arabaeen-e-Hussaini is the memory of this chapter of Ishq that reminds us of the victory of the oppressed over the oppressors. Agha Moosavi said that why those who are crying hoarse over the Paris attacks are silent over the blasts in Beirut, Nigeria, Mali, and Baghdad. Had the world supported Pakistan after its 70,000 innocent people were sacrified to terrorism then the world would not had to get upset like this. He said Paris attacks are a part of American plan the objective of which is to stop the influx of immigrants to Europe, promoting their arms sale, putting all European countries in the war of American interests, and finding a new excuse for interference in Muslim States. He said Pakistan should give attention to Pakistan first as the country is in war against terrorism and should avoid making promise with France or any other country that would become impossible to honour afterwards. He said the interests of all political parties are attached with banned parties and only Pakistans Armed Forces and the people desire rooting out these banned parties. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the importance of ChehlumShuhada-e-Karbala is not lesser than Ashoora by any standards and Azadari processions will be taken out from all small and big cities of the country on Chehlum like these are brought out on Ashoora. Sunni and Shia brethren will participate in these processions to express their devotion and love to the Khanwada-e-Rasool (SAAW). He made it clear that the internal and external conspiracies could only be overcome through following in the footsteps of Karbala martyrs.
ISLAMABAD, November 27: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavisaid that India is a wicked enemy that is achieving her nefarious designs through wickedness and her expansionist designs are no more a secret. The chief of the colonial powers is using some Muslim States to keep Russia away from its agenda so as to save Daesh and her interests remain protected. The main objective of our perpetual enemy is to sabotage the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and thwart the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and for that purpose is polluting the peace in Karachi and Balochistan. Ziarat of shrines of holy personalities is the earning for the Hereafter and source to please hearts and souls and providing facilities to the Zaireen is the duty of the government. The departure of the Zaireen from Quetta for the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala is a good step of the government. Punishment of hanging to dozens of persons in Saudi Arabia is tragic and a condemnable act. These views were expressed by him while talking to the office-bearers of the Central Azadari Cell of the TNFJ here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. Agha Moosavi said that incidents of murder and arson in Muslim States are ripe in which the pet militants of colonial powers are being used. He said the Paris incident is being termed a second 9/11 which is the deed of colonial powers while Daesh has further threatened to destruct Paris. On the other hand, he added, Russia is profusely attacking the Daesh targets along with France as a result of which chief of the colonial powers is angry and is using some Muslim States to divert it from its agenda so as to keep Daesh save, keep her own interests intact and to strengthen Israel further. He said 59 of the 65 countries have decided to root out Daesh but the creator of organisations like Daesh i.e. the international satan does not desire Daesh to be rooted out because in that case they can change their direction towards western countries while she desires to keep Muslim countries as their battlefield. The TNFJ chief said that Army Chiefs recent statement that they will not allow Daesh to settle in here is commendable. He said some powers desire to divert Pakistan from its Nazria-e-Asaasi and like to present it as a secular State but they should keep in mind that Islam is in our hearts and souls for which Pakistan was created that is why there is no official religion, group or sect of it, therefore Pakistan cannot be diverted from the Nazria-e-Asaasi. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that particular inheritors of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) and Sahaba Kubaar offered immense sacrifices for the protection of Islam, bore gaol and difficulties, presented sacrifices of their lives that is why commandment was given for Ziarat of their shrines. There is a Hadees-e-Rasool that whoever will offer Ziarat of mine, my recommendation for him will be obligatory (with reference to Sunan Dar Qatni edition). There is a long Hadees quoting Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.) in Sunan Nisai in which there is a saying of the Nabi (SAAW) that Allah Has given me commandment to go to Jannatul Baqee and pray for their forgiveness. I said Oh, the Paighambar-e-Khuda (SAAW) what should I say. He replied that you say Shower mercy on those who were before us and who will come after us, we are also going to join them. Send Salam on those who are Momineen and Muslimeen. Agha Moosavi said that if Salam can be paid to those Momineen and Muslimeen who have died then paying Salam to the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) and his Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is highly obligatory.
ISLAMABAD, November 26: Additional Secretary General of Tehreek e Nafaz e FiqahJafariya, Col ( R ) Syed Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi has demanded from the government to give travelling permissions to the hundreds of pilgrims going to Iraq through the path of Quetta, Taftan to commemorate the Arbaeen e Hussaini while fool proof security arrangements must also be ensured for them. In order to facilitate the pilgrims, a committee comprising of senior officers of the Balouchistan government must be formed which must formulate the security plan for the pilgrims. As a representative organization of the Maktab e Tashayyo, Tehreek e Nafaz e FiqahJafariya is ready to provide all kinds of assistance to the government in this matter. He demanded this while talking to a delegation of the relatives of the pilgrims who informed him about the problems faced by the pilgrims presently stuck in Quetta. Meanwhile, a special letter to the federal minister of interior and provincial government of Balouchistan has also been sent by the TNFJ which stressed that the sacred sites associated with the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP), his Ahl e Bait (A.S), pious companions, and Umhatul Momineen situated in Mecca Mukarrama, Medina Munawara, Iraq, Iran, Syria, and Jordan have always been the places of respect and pilgrimage for the people while every Muslim wants to visit these places at least once in the whole life. The majority of these pilgrims belong to the mediocre and poor families who visit the holy shrines of the heroes of Islam and Shariat in accordance with the verse of the Sura e MubarakaShura of the holy Quran which declares such visits as a remedy from the problems and diseases and considers it a source of eternal success in the world hereafter. The letter expressed concerns on the recurring problems faced by the pilgrims going through Quetta, Taftan and Zahidan and demanded concrete rectifying steps at the government level.
ISLAMABAD, November 25: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavisaid that there is need for waking up the honour of the international organisation the United Nations that is playing as the B team for the international colonial powers. It should summon its immediate session before the whole world is dipped in the pool of blood and utilise all its energy on the one-point agent i.e. promoting peace and tranquillity and rooting out terrorism. Punishment should be suggested for any country that supports and facilitates terrorism in any manner because at present Russia, Iran and few other nations are on one side while more than 65 countries are on the other side. These conditions are pointing towards a gory future. These views were expressed by him while talking to a delegation that called on him Wednesday at the head of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Provincial Council Punjab President Allama Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi. Agha Moosavi said that some Muslim States should be made permanent representatives to make the Security Council a balanced organisation for representation of more than 2 billion Muslims, legislation may be made to respect all religions, the whole world, particularly the international colonial powers should adopt the Chinese policy that is following the principles of peace, justice and mutual respect. He said rooting out terrorism going on in the name of religion, Maktab and language is the foremost need of the hour. He called upon all powers to fulfill the norms of justice and fair-play for which the seerat of the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.) is the best example to follow who by offering sacrifices of their lives and bearing the brunt of gaol apprised the world that they can be murdered, put in jail, can force them to take round of one city and the other but they cannot ever divert them from the righteous path, justice and fair-play. The TNFJ chief said that by using the Muslim States, Turkey has downed a Russian plane that has made their relations sour while NATO has also began its session because it is an established fact that attack on any of their member will be considered an attack on them all. He said the Paris attacks are being considered as second 9/11 and in other words another game is about to begin that would be harmful for the whole humanity because the ideology of these all States is to remove Bashar Al-Assad come what may. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan is confronted with one incident or the other from the beginning because the Quaid-i-Azam left the nation in high and dry very soon, Liaquat Ali Khan was got killed, minor democracies were overcome by martial law after martial law, 1965 war was imposed, Pakistan was divided into two in 1971, Bhutto was hanged, Ziaul Haq was targeted for supporting jihadis, Benazir Bhutto was got killed, and even the Governor, chief ministers, advisers, generals, ulema, zakireen, doctors, engineers, judges and general citizens were not spared but at that time no one talked about the Third World War. God forbid, if this punishment awarded to Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr is executed then the anti-Islam forces would reap its benefit that are already getting Muslims killed at the hands of Muslims. Most of the Arab countries of Africa and Asia including Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya in particular, and Muslim States in general are already confronted with the terrible unrest and by taking such steps, Saudi Arabia is also likely to face instability. You may definitely know that a renowned Shia scholar Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr and his close relative Ali Al-Nimr in Saudi Arabia have been pronounced the punishment of hanging on political basis. Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr is respected by the whole Islamic World and is a huge voice against the biggest challenge of terrorism confronted by the Islamic World including Saudi Arabia. God forbid, if this punishment awarded to Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr is executed then the anti-Islam forces would reap its benefit that are already getting Muslims killed at the hands of Muslims. Agha Moosavi advised the Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif to playshi role in getting the punishment of Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr withdrawn by talking to the Saudi ruler because saving a person is like saving the whole humanity. Moreover, he may also appeal Khadim Al-Harmain to utilise his influence for getting the Bahrains renowned leader Shaikh Ali Salman freed and for an end to the trampling of human rights in Bahrain. If you succeed in doing so it would not only increase the honour of Saudi Arabia rather the Islamic World would become safe from a new trial and anarchy. He said at least America should give weight to the thinking of their own leaders and should give up efforts to shatter the world peace. ISLAMABAD, November 19: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has advised America and her allies to admit their failures, keep the ideologies of peace-loving people in front and then form a united international forum throughout the world on priority basis. All energy may be utilised for the freedom movement and all conflict issues including that of Kashmir and Palestine may be resolved through mutual understanding. Muslim countries may be given right to veto besides making them permanent members of the Security Council. Till what time the Muslim heads of State would keep on looking to others for solution to their problems? OIC may be activated and its emergent session should be summoned. Colonial interference in all Muslim States including Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain and Libya may be given up and the people living there may be allowed to exercise their right to resolve their issues themselves. The rulers may ensure rights of the people on priority basis. These views were expressed by him while addressing a Majlis at the conclusion of International Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan here Thursday. He also announced to observe Youm-e-Noor on Friday, Safar 7 in connection with the Warood of Hazrat Imam Musa Bin Jafar. Agha Moosavi said that Iran and Saudi Arabia should give up banking on aliens, unite with each other, give up all type of hatred and give attention on resolving their issues as in it lay the honour, dignity and survival of the Islamic World. The seerat of the Imam Aali Muqaams beloved daughter Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) who marched the streets of Kufa and Shaam and was brought to the court of Yazid along with Aseeran-e-Karbala (A.S.) is the key to survival, blessing and an example for all children to follow. Agha Moosavi said that American prepared New World Order to keep her supremacy on the whole world, helped Jehadis in Afghanistan against Russia, and laid the foundation for Al-Qaida spending the dollar lavishly and staged the drama of 9/11. He said Pakistan also played the front-line role. He said chief of the international terrorists then carried out aggression against Iraq and laid the foundation of terrorist organisation Daesh there, then used Al-Qaida to shatter Libya and then strengthened Daesh in a bid to down Bashar Al-Assad and is still helping them there which was accepted by the former American foreign minister Hillary Clinton that Daesh was made by America. He said recently when Russians stayed in Syria, the President Putin clearly stated that 20 countries fund Daesh while 40 countries help terrorist groups. He said new drama staged by the international colonial powers in Paris on 13 November is being declared the second biggest incident after the World War-II by westerners. He said that as a result of this drama the western countries are stopping Syrian refugees to seek refuge in their countries. He claimed that till now five lakh innocent people have been killed by Daesh. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear Pakistan is confronted with terrorist eternal enemy right from the beginning who imposed 1965 war on Pakistan committing aggression, broke Pakistan in 1971 which was openly accepted by Modi during this Bangladesh tour and India is also completely involved in terrorism being committed in Pakistan. ISLAMABAD, November 14: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Paris attacks are the job of terrorists fed by America and western powers and every Muslim following the path of Mustafa (SAAW) condemns the same. These attacks are slap in the face of creators of terrorists i.e. international colonial powers, Hindus and Zionists as one who digs a well for his own brothers falls in it himself. The peace-loving people all around the world should rise against the terrorist policies of the colonial government. The European countries may get themselves rid of American policies and the world may support Pakistans Armed Forces against their actions against the worlds terrorism. These views were expressed by him while addressing the office-bearers of the Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya headed by Col. (Retd) Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi. Agha Moosavi said India that claims to be the biggest democracy in the world does not lag behind from any one in promoting international terrorism as they are promoting Daesh in the region through 19 Indian consulates situated in Afghanistan. He said showing reaction on the part of politicians and rulers to the Corps Commanders declaration is useless because if the civil administration is fulfilling its responsibilities then how the banned organisations are taking part in local bodies election in alliance with the government and the opposition? The job of the Army is not to offer sacrifices only but also to save the sanctity of the blood shed by martyrs in laying their lives against terrorism. He said the civil administration will have to support the Army to save Pakistan from becoming Lebanon and Syria. He advised the rulers and politicians to strengthen the back of the Army Chief who is setting out on American tour while the Chief Election Commissioner should stop the banned parties from taking part in the local bodies elections as promised with the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya. The TNFJ chief said the suicide attacks and terrorism in Paris, bomb blasts in Lebanon, suicide attack on Majlis-e-Aza in Baghdad, suicide attack on a mosque in Yemen, and continuous incidents of terrorism and target killings in Pakistan are the chain of the same conspiracy in which terrorist organisations like Daesh, Al-Nasrah, TTP created by colonial powers and the west are involved. He said Pakistan since its creation is facing the wicked enemy India that claims to be biggest democracy in the world while the reality is contrary to it because India is a terrorist state that has created riot not only in India through patronizing Ball Thakrey, Shiv Sena and Wishwa Hindu Preshad but has also made the life of people difficult in its neighbourhood through RAW. He lamented that the whole world was keeping silence on her terrorism that provides food for thought. Agha Moosavi said India is strengthening these terrorist organisations against Pakistan that becomes clear from an interview of an Indian officer published in New York Times in which he, while reiterating his threats to the political leadership, had made it clear that they will never ever allow the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to succeed and will teach Pakistanis such a lesson that they will keep remembering forever. The Indian officer has said in clear-cut terms that now they are not banking on TTP only but will also bring a very big power to the fore whether they have to give up smaller nuclear weapons in return. He said Afghan President is swearing-in fake to take revenge from terrorists but actually Afghanistan has become an Indian colony. He said the statement of Gen. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that any failure of the Zarb-e-Azb will be considered the failure of all institutions that can become extremely damaging for the country and the nation. ISLAMABAD, November 12: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Pakistan Armed Forces are the sons of this soil, the Army is not a foreign rather national institution the importance of which cannot be denied by anyone. The TNFJ chief said that Operation Zarb-e-Azb was started under the National Action Plan and as per the saying of the Interior Minister terrorism was wiped out 48 per cent in Karachi that means 52 per cent of it is still remaining. He said the National Action Plan is still incomplete and had it been complete that no one had to dare raise Takfiri slogans in front of Parliament against the recognised school of thought and the Kharji groups and facilitators of terrorists would not have come to media fora and the rulers would not have received threats. He said there is need to declare calling anyone from the other sect as non-Muslim as a cognizable offence. Agha Moosavi questioned that why the rulers did not participate in Azadari and Milad programmes while former leaders were used to participate mourning programmes of Imam Hussain as. Even Indian ministers and Afghan president address majalis-e-Hussaini but Pakistani rulers hesitate to do so which is question mark. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that the stay of the Imam Aali Muqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) was for the restoration of good governance. He came to Karabala in favour of Amar Bil Maaroof and for Nahi Anil Munkir to reform the Ummah of his grandfather. He presented the sacrificed along with 72 near and dear ones following the seerat of Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.), and ensure the survival and integrity of the human dignity, religion of Islam, and Shariat-e-Muhammadi, he concluded.

He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and its survival and stability lie in adopting the Asswah-e-Sajjadia (A.S.). He said Pakistan should stop begging India for dialogue and instead ensure the dignity and sanctity of Pakistan and the Nazria-e-Asaasi.
Answering a question, the TNFJ chief said the government has not put her hand on chief of more than 60 banned outfits who are working without any hindrance contrary to the spirit of the National Action Plan. He said the orders from PEMRA to stop coverage of the banned groups have been ignored by the media. Answering yet another question, he said changing the schedule of third phase of the local bodies elections by the Election Commission on our demand is a good omen and I hope that they will also take steps to stop the banned groups from taking part in the local bodies elections. Answering a question about target killing in Quetta, Agha Moosavi said the terrorists upset on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor are fully trying to sabotage the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and they enjoy the patronage of our perpetual enemy but they will never succeed in their nefarious designs. He said the rulers and the politicians should prove through their deeds that they are fully behind the Pakistans Armed Forces and would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the countrys integrity.

ISLAMABAD, November 07: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board and Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Muslim rulers who beg from colonial powers despite being laced with all out resources should follow the sayings of the Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and come near to Allah if they really desire to get rid of dependence. The sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) moved the world of humanity, therefore, remembering Karbala is actually commensurate to remembering Days of Allah while the Karbala episode is incomplete without talking about Shaheed-e-Nainawa Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) who played such a great role after the Karbala incident that is a complete practical example for the oppressed world to follow. This responsibility was very sensitive and important for Syed-us-Sajideen who bore every difficulty with patience and firmness and unveiled the fake face of Yazidiyyat through heart-rending addresses along with Syeda Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad shattering the Yazidi courts and defamed Yaziyyat till eternity. The TNFJ chief said that Imam Zainul Abideen made the message of oneness and Risalat through the duas and Munajaat that people termed the collection of his duas i.e. Saheefa-e-Kamila (Saheefa-e-Sajjadia) with Zaboor of Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said Imam Sajjad (A.S.) wanted to tell the world that any revolution is unsustainable without spiritual backing, educational and moral training. He termed the Saheefa-e-Kamila a beacon of light for the oppressed of the world. He made it clear that the Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) has given that scintillating charter comprising 50 provisions about the protection of human rights through his dua, if followed, can turn the whole world a hub of peace getting it rid of war and conflict. He lamented that the United Nations introduced a charter for protection of human rights comprising 30 provisions with the help of around five dozen countries after the World War-II but could not succeeded in implementing it. Had it been implemented then the problems of Kashmir and Palestine would have been resolved; no one would have the courage to interfere in Afghanistan and Iraq; and the motherland would not have undergone the acts of terrorism. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his believe that the time is approaching fast when the symbol of peace and tranquillity the Parcham-e-Islam will flutter high all over the universe and the evil forces will be wiped out.

While addressing to a Majlis e Aza held under the auspices of Haji Syed Safdar Asad Rizwi at Imambargah Babul ilm I-8 Islamabad, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that Azadari of Imam Hussain (A.S) is the eternal protest against Yazidiyat in every era which will continue till the appearance of Imam Mehdi (A.S) therefore, all those who want to raise voice for the oppressed and have-nots must come to the Azadari of Imam Hussain (A.S) to raise voice against oppression. He said that the pious character of Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S) is a beacon of light for the oppressed people of the world as he bore all kinds of pains, brutality and torture inflicted upon him with extraordinary patience and spirit after the martyrdom of his father Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) and raised voice against tyranny and dictatorship at every stage to prove that one must not deviate from the objectives at any cost as the Haq never bows before Baatil. He said that along side Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S), Hazrat Zainab (S.A) did not only preach the message of Hussainiyat but also made it immortal and eternal. Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S) had saved Islam but Hazrat Zainab and Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abideen (A.S) saved and spread the very objective of Imam Hussain (A.S). A Majlis e Aza was held under the auspices of Haidery brothers at Markazi Imambargah Dhoke Haidery Koral which was addressed by Allama Bisharat Imami. In his address Allama Bisharat Imam said that Hussainiyat is the essence of Humanity while evil forces are afraid of it even today and therefore, they keep creating hurdles and impediments in the way of Hussainiyat. Allama Imami quoted the stamen of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi which goes as Everyone must remember that those opposing Hussainiyat will vanish from the face of the earth. He said that Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S) along with the pious and sacred ladies of the family of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) created unmatchable examples of patience and resolve at every stage from Karbala to Kufa and from Kufa to Syria. Imam Sajjad (A.S)proved that patience and forbearance are the fundamental rules to protect and flourish the Deen o Shariat. While addressing to the Majlis e Aza, Allama Muhammad Abbas Rizwi termed the footsteps of Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S) as the way to success for the whole Ummah. Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S) is the leader of all worshippers. Zakir Karam Hussain Shah, Zakir Ali Raza Daoodkhel, Zakir Qazi Waseem Abbas, Maulana Muhammad Abbas Qumi, and others also addressed the Majlis e Aza. On this occasion, a mourning procession of Alam Mubarak and Zuljanah was brought out in which Matami groups participated in a great number and performed recitation of Nauhas and matamdari. While addressing to a Majlis e Aza held under the auspices of Anjuman Hayat e Talba e Islamiya at Ali Hall, Maulana Syed Aqeel Kazmi said that in order to get rid of the oppression and brutality, the sacred path of Hussainiyat must be followed as Karbala is the source of strength for all freedom struggles and movements. OIC should wake up from deep slumber and summon its summit for solution of problems faced by the Muslim countries. It should be instrumental in getting the Shaikh Ali Salman and Ayatollah Baqir Al-Nimr released. No Muslim State is giving attention to save the Masjid Al-Aqsa surrounded in flames of the fire while Arab and Ajam are busy in pulling legs of each other. Only the satanic forces would reap the benefit with the execution of Ayatollah Baqir Al-Nimr in Saudi Arabia & Shehram Ahmedi in Iran. The Saudi Arabia should give that freedom to its own citizens which she is demanding for the people of Syria because raising voice for rights in Saudi Arabia is tantamount to inviting death. The role of the United Nations is Hippocratic and it should play the same role in Kashmir, Bahrain and Myanmar that it played in East Timor and Sudan. The colonial powers are not friends of any Muslim States including Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syrian and Pakistan. Innocent Muslim people are being put to the whims of the satanic forces interests. These views were expressed by him in his letters written to the Secretary Generals of OIC and the United Nations and the Saudi ruler. In his letter addressed to the OIC Secretary General, Agha Moosavi said that the Islamic community had a long-standing desire to form such a forum where all Muslim States gather and find out solution to their joint problems and promote mutual brotherhood and prepare a line of action to confront the internal and external threats faced by the Islamic community. Therefore, Islamic Conference came into being in August 1960 after the fire incident at Masjid-e-Aqsa. But since the Islamic Conference came into being, its minutely reviewed performance shows that it failed in annexation of Al-Quds and in resolving the issues faced by the Muslim States. He said the Zionists are utilizing their all-out energy to cause harm to Palestine. A few days ago a decision was made that الصلوۃ للمسلمین و الزیارۃ للیھود but it also failed to be implemented. Except a few States, at present all Muslim States are confronted with civil war. The Arab States are making huge investment in Syria against the tyrant government but in Saudi Arabia itself life of the people is being made difficult, basic rights are encroached upon, restriction is imposed on freedom and as a punishment of violation of the same the renowned religious scholar of the Maktab-e-TashihAyatollah Baqar Al-Nimr who looks at all schools of thought with respect has been ordered to be executed. Similarly, he said, the majority people in Bahrain are being crushed. The present situation demands that the Islamic Summit may ponder over the internal issues and external threat faced by the Muslim Ummah, therefore, we appeal you to come forward for solution of problems faced by the Muslim States, democracy may be got restored in Bahrain and Shaikh Ali Salman may be released. You are requested to invite the attention of Saudi government in particular to release all those imprisoned in jail for demanding freedom of expression and withdraw the execution orders for Baqar Al-Nimr and Ali Al-Nimr so that the combined enemies of the Islamic World could be kept away from playing new games. In his letter addressed to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the foundation of the United Nations was laid to keep the future generation away from the flames of war. The basic objective of the United Nations was to respect the human rights and basic freedom without any discrimination on the basis of language, religion and sex. The policies and the steps of the United Nations have forced the Muslim States and the people to strongly feel that the role of this organisation viz. Muslim States is Hippocratic. The basic reason of thining is non-resolution of the Kashmir and Palestinian issues,ignoring the atrocities against the people of those Muslim States by the United Nations where the rulers are friends of the colonial powers and United Nations working for the interests of such rulers. The TNFJ chief said that you are aware that wherever Muslims are in minority they are victims of atrocities by the majority and where they are in majority the dictatorial rulers there are bent upon following tyrant policies. Therefore, the freedom of the people hitherto encroached upon in different States may be got restored and right of self-determination may be exercised in Kashmir and Palestine so as to restored the lost reputation of the United Nations. Agha Moosavi, in his letter to the Khadim Al-Harmain Al-Sharifain Shah Salman Bin Abdel Aziz said that satanic forces are attacking the Islamic World with full forces so as to destroy it. Mufti-e-Azam has also warned the Saudi Arabia of conspiracies to defame the Islamic World owing to menace like terrorism. In these situations when the Ummah is confronted with these crises, announcement of execution of Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr as a punishment for demanding his right of has sent a wave of unrest amongst the Muslim the world over. If, God forbid, this punishment is executed then the whole Arab and Ajam would be hit by anarchy the benefits of which would be reaped by the satanic powers. The Saudi Arabia enjoys the most important place in the Islamic World and it is also necessary for its own international stability to avoid such steps that may create new problesm. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed Shah Salman to provide all those freedoms to their own citizens that Saudi Arabia is demanding for the Syrian people and withdraw the punishments of political prisoners including Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr, Ali Al-Nimr. Saudi Arabia may be turned into such a model with reference to human rights from which the others may also learn a lesson. Through these steps, he added, not only Saudi Arabia will get stability but it would also be helpful in rooting out differences amongst the Islamic World and in thwarting the conspiracies of the enemies. other

The world has given up spiritualism and adopted the path of materialism, homes are the hub of westernization, Maaroofaat are being insulted and Munkiraat are being committed. The humanity will have to follow in the footsteps of Shaheed-e-Insaniyyat Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) so as to get the humanity rid of all problems and difficulties. The Mazloom-e-Karbala Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) got recognition of Allahs Greatness by getting his throat cut and by sacrificing his whole family. He also announced observation of International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala from 15 to 25 Muharram on this occasion. Agha Moosavi said that the objective of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Alis (A.S.) stay, as the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) himself said, was to reform the Ummat-e-Muhammadi, order Maaroofaat, stop from Munkiraat, follow the seerat of his Nana Muhammad (SAAW) and Baba Ali (A.S.). It was an era in which the Godly commandments and sayings of the Hazoor (SAAW) were being made a laughing stock. It was from amongst the obligations of Imamat and Wilayat of Hussain (A.S.) to get the Ummat-e-Rasool rid of evil and put them on the right path. Therefore, he sacrificed all he had to the dignity of mankind and survival and integrity of the religion and Shariat. He said the enemy forces thought that martyring Hussain (A.S.) and his offspring and companions is a big success and they will extend their agenda of committing the evil things further but the Sherdil daughter of Ali (A.S.) and sister of the Shabbir (A.S.) Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) shattered the streets of Kufa and Shaam and the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid through her golden addresses. The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam but the objectives of its creation were not fulfilled after the demise of Quaid-i-Azam. Therefore, he added, the motherland was continuously confronted with all types of difficulties and problems. He said the Nature keeps on reminding us that Pakistans Asaasi ideology is Islam, our survival lies in Pakistans development and enforcement of Islam, in giving equal rights to all recognised schools of thought on the basis of equality and achievement of rights for minorities. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it is Allahs promise with the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) that no wrath will come on the Ummah till you are in the Ummah but if someone seeks the wrath of God himself then the wrath could not be stopped. Like Nauman Bin Fehri sought wrath on the occasion of announcement of Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) by the Holy Prophet on his return from Hujjatul Widah at the place of Ghadeer-e-Khum saying if it true then Allah may send wrath on me. Therefore, Allah Sent the wrath and he was killed there and then. This incident is stated in the Surah Al-Maarij, Ayah No. 1, he added.
RAWALPINDI, October 24: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Tuesday. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani to express their devotion to the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). Zuljinah, Alam Mubarik and other Taburrakaat were included in the Ashoora procession. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said that Muharramul Haram is the month of honour and dignity. He said the suicide attack in the Matmi procession in Jacobabad Shab-e-Ashoor and earlier bomb blast near the Imambargah of District Bolan in Balochistan is the conspiracy of our perpetual enemy that cannot shatter the enthusiasm of Azadaran. He said Imam Hussain (A.S.) had stated 1400 years ago that a person like him cannot give himself in Baiaat of a person like Yazid. Nawasa-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) presented such a sacrifice in the hot plains of Karbala that provided protection to all revealed books and the Shariat forever. Today the whole humanity is proud of Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.), he added. Agha Moosavi made it clear that the real founder of terrorism in Pakistan is Ziaul Haq who sponsored terrorists. We demand that calling any Muslim as non-Muslim should be declared as a cognizable offence and protest may be launched against those countries that are provided aid to terrorist groups in Pakistan while restriction should be imposed on foreign aid. He said the terrorists and their facilitators are roaming about freely and there is need to tighten noose against them. He said implementation on the National Action Plan be made in line with its spirit, Operation Zarb-e-Azb will definitely succeed and the Pakistans Armed Forces should not feel them alone. He said RAW is involved in incidents of terrorism in Pakistan, there are 19 Indian consulates in Afghanistan that have become the hub of terrorists, threatening phone to the Governor House Karachi from Delhi provides food for thought. He advised the politicians to become brave and do not bow down before the oppressor. He said the whole world peace has been spoiled by those who worship calf and cow. The TNFJ chief said that the war of a few groups cannot be termed sectarianism because all schools of thought are united from the defence of the frontiers to the development of the country like they were united at the time of creation of Pakistan. He advised the rulers to form a united alliance with Iran and Russia to keep Pakistan safe. Answering a question about the security arrangements, Agha Moosavi said that banning mobile service and such other steps are no permanent solution but are temporary in nature. Answering another question he said the government and opposition should not allow the banned groups to sit along with them nor they should be given media coverage. He said the condolence meetings and other religious rites for the Shuhada who lost their lives in incidents of terrorism in Bolan, Naseerabad and Jacobabad will be performed after the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Aza i.e. after 8th of Rabiul Awwal. A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qamah at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk. The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity. Ch. Mushtaq Husssain also addressed the gathering while Wajih Kazmi recited Noha-Khwani.
A resolution presented by Abu Naseem Bokhari, the District Secretary of TNFJ Rawalpindi condemned the government for misusing the National Action Plan for imposing restrictions on use of loudspeaker, and putting innocent persons in the Fourth Schedule. It also lamented that even a rickshaw driver was booked for plying a Noha in his vehicle. The resolution said the whole nation is standing behind the Pakistans Armed Forces in their operation Zarb-e-Azb and demanded that the operation may be extended to the whole country to root out the terrorists from the country. The resolution lamented that restriction was imposed even on those Zakireen who have died many years ago that made the government a laughing stock on the one hand and created many difficulties for Azadars on the other. The resolution was critical of the government for continuous violation of provision 7 and 11 of the National Action Plan by inviting the banned leaders of terrorist organisation on the media. The resolution demanded to take steps for lifting ban on the processions of Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada in the Held Kashmir imposd some 25 years ago and also demanded lifting of restrictions on Bahrains Shaikh Ali Salman and demanded immediate release of Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr from Saudi Arabia. The continuation of cricket match during the Ashra-e-Muharram was also criticized. Thousands of Matamdars reiterated their resolve to offer all types of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali and promotion and protection of Azadari.
Later, after performing Zanjeer-Zani at different places, the participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar and Purana Qila where Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk while Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and MFP jawans remained along with the procession throughout.

ISLAMABAD, October 23: The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemning the Jacobabad bomb blast has made it clear that suicide attacks and terrorism cannot stop the path of Hussainiyyat. Imam Hussains (A.S.) mission always carried forward in the cyclones of oppression and brutality and in the worst conditions of gaols. Azadari is the most effective protest against oppressors and brutals and the enemies of Islam and Pakistan are always afraid of it. The Azadaran may remain peaceful and thwart every conspiracy of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan by observing the Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada in a peaceful and complete manner. In a reaction issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, Agha Moosavi said the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and National Action Plan has snatched the sleep of the enemies of Pakistan, the terrorists upset of the action taken by the Pakistans Armed Forces are taking their last breaths. He therefore advised the whole nation to keep on standing behind the Pakistans Armed Forces. ISLAMABAD, October 22: The central procession of Zuljinah, Alam, Taboot and Gehwara Shahzada Ali Asghar (A.S.) was taken out in the Federal Capital Islamabad from Masjid and ImambargahJamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 Thursday under the leadership of Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to remember the sacrifices of Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) and his near and dear ones in the plains of Karbala in which dozens of MatmiDastas and thousands of Azadaran Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) participated in it. The Patron-in-Chief of the Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while talking to electronic and print media said the satanic forces were carrying out aggression against the Islamic World with full force and Islam and Pakistan can be saved by following the path of Hussain. He said the bomb blast at Bolan Bhaag Imam bargah is the work of terrorists who are destabilized by the Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He said the people should remain peaceful and give priority to Azadari. He said the conspiracies of the international powers are on peak for sabotaging the Pakistans nuclear power. He said decision to thrown Pakistan in the American lap was wrong as America remained unfaithful to us in every difficult moment. He said the punishments of the American camp had to be suffered by Pakistan as we were made the front-line allies after the 9/11 but benefits were awarded to India. Agha Moosavi asked the rulers to avoid harassing the Azadaran, do not become Modi by imposing restrictions otherwise there will remain no difference between them and Modi. He said Nawaz Sharif presented four points for peace but none of the 57 Islamic States supported him that provides food for though and also poses a question mark. He said today Modi is boasting that they have defeated the Two-Nation Theory. He said Two-Nation Theory is universal and no power on earth could defeat it until the Zahoor of Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) takes place.

He said we will not allow anyone to put restrictions on the processions of the Eid-e-Milad and Azadari-e-Hussain. He said Afghanistan is becoming another India for Pakistan while the enemies are averse to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. He said there is lack of leadership in Pakistan and whosoever came after the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah kept himself busy in looting the country. He boasted that the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was instrumental in stopping Pakistan from becoming a sectarian State and got the restrictions on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions lifted. Answering a question he said only Ayub Khan received a festive welcome in America. He said in the Zias martial era, jihadi elements were sponsored after the Russian defeat in Afghanistan and have now turned into terrorists. He said Pakistan so far have lost 70 thousand lives and bore losses of more than 90 billion in war against terror. He lamented that there is no mention about restriction on loudspeaker in the 20 points of the National Action Plan. The Punjab government advertisements also indicate that action will be taken against hate speeches, while a Majlis was stopped in Tank after arresting an Azadar from his home. He said the Control Rooms are used to be established in the Interior Ministry for the last quarter century and remain intact till 8thRabiulAwwal but unfortunately they set up Muharram Cells only for Muharram 8, 9 and 10 which is not acceptable to us. He said the tyranny is being witnessed in shape of democracy in Pakistan. He demanded that all Pakistanis may be given their constitutional and lawful rights. He said political bargaining is ripe in the country and only one particular Maktab is being rewarded by heading the Islamic Council of Ideology which is sheer injustice. Meanwhile, the procession, passing through its designate route, reached MuhammadiChowk and turned out into a large gathering addressed by Allama Syed QamarHaider Zaidi who said the mourning of Mazloom-e-Karbala is life and the source of survival. The Azadaran-e-Hussain on this occasion reiterated their resolve not to hesitate from any sacrifice for the supremacy of Islam, defence of the motherland, and for the promotion of Sunni-Shia brotherhood and coordination. They vowed to follow the Code of Azadari issued by the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi till 8thRabiulAwwal. Later the Azadaran paid pursa to the Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) by carrying out through Zanjeer-Zani. The procession after marching through its designated route concluded at Jamia Imam Al-Sadiq Karachi Company. Mukhtar Students Organisations, MI, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Generation, and Mukhtar Force participated in the arrangements of the procession while UmmulBaneen WF performed the security duties for women. Arrangements for Sabeel-e-Hussaini were made during the procession. Members of the Islamabad Muharram Committee of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya accompanied the procession along with high police officer and police contingent all along the processions route. Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi led the concluding Duaand thanked the participants of the procession, Matmis, Azadaran and the District Administration for their cooperation.
ISLAMABAD, October 19: The representative delegation of Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called on Chief Election Commissioner Justice (Retd) Sardar Raza Aslam and members of the Election Commission Monday. The delegation headed by Additional Secretary General Col. (Retd) Syed Sakhawat Hussain Kazmi comprised Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, Haji Mukhtar Shah and Malik-e-Ashtar. The Election Commission accepting the point of view presented by Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya agreed to change the schedule of the third phase of local body elections in Sindh and Punjab. The delegation apprised the Election Commission of their reservations making it clear that if the polling for third phase was arranged on December 3 then in case of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala lakhs of voters will be unable to cast their votes and there is a possibility of facing the security issues also. The Election Commission assured the delegation that the schedule for the third phase will be changed and a notification will be issued in this connection soon. According to details, the TNFJ delegation made the Election Commission believe that the followers of the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) are the biggest part of the Pakistans population and are immense devotees of Imam Hussain(A.S.) being he the Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW). Hussain (A.S.) belongs to Allah and Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all. For that reason All Sunni and Shia brethren participate in Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions and also make arrangements for Tubarukaat. But the delegation lamented that the ground realities were not considered while giving shape to the local body elections in Punjab and Sindh and the election dates were fixed for during the Ayyam Aza-e-Hussaini (between 1st Muharram to 8th Rabiul Awwal) that is tantamount to not giving any importance to the religious feelings of the devotees of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.). Similarly, December 3, the day of Chehlum Imam Hussain (A.S.) was fixed for the third phase of the local body elections. As the importance of the Chehlum of Imam Hussain (A.S.) is not lesser than the Ashoora (10th of Muharram) and the worship for that day is also included in the basic beliefs of the Fiqh-e-Jafariya, therefore, no one belonging to the Fiqh-e-Jafariya can ignore it. Moreover, during these days i.e. the Ayyam-e-Aza a large number of people go to Karbala-e-Moallah for Ziaraat in millions. In these circumstances, the delegation called upon the Election Commission to shift the schedule of the local body elections to the dates after Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabiul Awwal) because the Ayyam Aza-e-Hussaini continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal.
The TNFJ delegation also made it clear on the Election Commission that the point of view of the Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi since the decade of 80s had been that taking part in elections on the basis of Maslak, sect or language is poisonous for the country and the nation but it is a matter of concern that despite the approval of the National Action Plan, people belonging to banned organisations succeeded in taking part in election in different cities including Gilgit-Baltistan, Karachi and Jhang which is a matter of concern viz. countrys peace and integrity. The delegation also demanded to remove the defects existed in the relevant laws and scrutiny so that no anti-human can take part in elections.
ISLAMABAD, October 17: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the western establishment is upset on the increasing relations of Pakistan with China and Russia. The westerners fear that the Russian interference may sabotage the colonial agenda from Israel to India thwarting their whole planning. Europe considers Pakistan, Russia and China collaboration a threat for them. The colonial powers desire to divide the Muslim States further that is evident from the steps of promoting civil wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Turkey just to save Israel and to promote the European factories manufacturing armaments in these self-created markets. This was stated by him while addressing a Majlis-e-Aza organized by the Hayyat Tulaba-e-Islamia. Agha Moosavi said US is changing her priorities in the South Asia through investment and technical support major portion of which is going in favour of India. The TNFJ chief said that it is unfortunate that Muslim States are also supporting anti-Pakistan agreements. The enemy is not only busy against Pakistans Armed Forces but also against the State institutions. He said it is a good omen that the people of Pakistan and the Pakistans Armed Forces are on the same page for the defence of Pakistan. He said the rulers will have to reshape countrys foreign policy keeping in view the critical situation prevailing the world over. He said instead of expecting a dialogue from the perpetual enemy we would have to unveil their conspiracies at the international level. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it was the personality of Imam Hussain (A.S.) that saved the religion and Shariat from those who were using Islam as a trade and unveiled the anti-Islam and Taghooti forces. He said Imam Husain (A.S.) put Islam on the pedestal of dignity and success and even today if we desire to thwart the designs of the enemies of Islam that can only be possible by adopting the path of Hussainiyyat.

The Control of the TNFJs Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) will remain open round the clock and these Control Rooms will continue working till 8thRabiulAwwal. RAWALPINDI, October 13: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Gham-e-Hussain is the joint inheritance of all Muslims and all schools of thought will observe the Gham-e-Hussain jointly during the month of Muharramul Haram. Azadari-e-Hussain is our jugular vein in which no interference will be allowed. Banned terrorist organisations were openly working with new names. Implementation of 20 points of National Action Plan may be ensured for restoring of peace during Muharramul Haram. Restoring peace is not only the responsibility of the Army only, therefore federal and provincial governments should also support the Army. The schedule of local body polls may be changed on the occastion of Muharram, Safar, Ayyam-e-Aza and Chehlum of Imam Hussain (A.S.). In Kashmir issue, besides Indian stubbornness, the negligence of Pakistani rulers are also involved the example of which is Ufa Declaration therefore there is need to correct the direction of the foreign policy. If there is no restriction on politicians, Huffaz, and Naat Khawans then why there is restriction of Zakireen on going to other cities? We will not accept any unconstitutional restriction. Agha Moosavi said that In the end, we have seen the eras of big dictators and tyrant rulers, we were put in imprisonment, we were placed alive in walls, minarets were made of our blood, our bodies were trampled but it should be kept in mind that the echoes of Ya Sarat Al-Hussain Labbaik and Labbaik Ya Hussain will continue to emerge from every drop of our blood and from every particle of the earth. He we will never accept any bargaining in the way of Hussainiyyat. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that no interference whatsoever will be borne in observing the Azadari of Imam Mazloom (A.S.). The TNFJ chief while announcing the 14-point Code of Azadari said:
(1) The implementation of the 20 points of the National Action Plan may be ensured as Mann-o-Salva (foreign aid) is still being received by banned terrorist organisations who are openly working with new names. Immediate search operation should begin not only in Karachi, Balochistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir but also in Islamabad and Punjab; (2) Declaring any of the recognised Makatib of Sunni, Shia as non-Muslims should be declared a cognizable offence. In addition to general vehicles the public vehicles also be checked, participants of procession by facilitated, checking of women be carried out through ladies police. CCTV cameras and walk-through gates be installed at the internal and external paths to Majalis and processions, hurdles be installed with some distance for the protection of Majalis and Azadari processions and special watch on high-rise buildings be made, video film be made of all Majalis and processions; (3) Patrolling by police mobile squads, Elite Force may be ensured for the protection of Majalis and Matmi processions. Cooperation may be sought from Ibrahim Scouts and Mukhtar Force along with police and administration in security matters; (4) Caretakers and administration of Imambargahs may arrange protective measures themselves also. Azadaran-e-Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) are under the obligation to give priority to Azadari over all other matters; (5) Centre and provinces may not impose any such order that may encroach upon the rights of the Azadaran. Azadari processions all over the country will be taken out in the light of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement and no interference whatsoever will be borne in this connection; (6) The powers that be may order the administrations throughout the country to avoid creating fear and harassment amongst the organisers of Majalis so that Azadari rites and performed amicably; (7) No one may be allowed to take law into his own hands in any case. The Central Control Room may be contacted in case of any issue; (8) Tolerance by given priority and all types of biases may be condemned. People may remain fully alert themselves and keep an eye on the situation around and immediately inform the administration and police if they notice any suspicious thing or person so as to avoid subversive activities; (9) Ulema and Zakireen may give priority to national integrity in their addresses and avoid speeches that are provocative and are based on hatred. Sacrifices of Shuhada-e-Karbala may be preached in a positive manner; (10) Musical and comedy programmes may be suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram on the electronic media and controversial and banned groups may be avoided invitations to media forums; (11) Maaroofaat may be preached, Munkiraat may be avoided and banned groups may not be given coverage on the media. The newspapers may publish special editions on the topics highlighting the sacrifices rendered by the Shuhada-e-Karbala so as to keep the spirit of selflessness and sacrifice alive; (12) Political parties may avoid political activities during the Ashra-e-Muharram. Women should follow the seerat of Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat, elder people may follow the seerat of pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) and the youngsters that of Shahzada Qasim (A.S.), Akbar (A.S.), and Aun-o-Muhammad (A.S.). Timings and discipline be ensured in organising Majalis and Azadari processions; (13) Power and gas load-shedding may not be exercised during Majalis and Azadari processions and routes may be kept clean. The organisers of Majalis may follow the Code of Azadari themselves and also make it binding on others; (14) The government may direct its Muharram Control Rooms to coordinate with the Central Control Room of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya so as to thwart every conspiracy and mischief. Agha Moosavi said that the month of Muharram laced with honour, dignity and status and prestige reminds the blood-dipped eternal sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Al-Saqlain, Shahzada-e-Konain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his obedient and faithful companions and offspring that enjoys the greatest place in the human history that is unable to present any such example of this greatest sacrifice ever. In Shariat-e-Mustafvi (SAAW) this sacrifice was declared the source of nearing to Allah that is the source of submissiveness in the Illahi court that creates the spirit of not avoiding to sacrifice for the supremacy of world in Shariah, unity of the Islamic World, security of the nation and the Millat and higher religious values. The TNFJ chief said that today, the Islamic World and the motherland Pakistan are confronted with host of problems, difficulties and crises, oppression and brutality are flooded from all around. After the Russian defeat and erosion, the international satan shattered the Muslim States, toppled the abodes by abodes and are destructing the Muslim States through the creator terrorists, Pakistan that played as a front-line ally after 9/11 is on their target, every part of the motherland is wounded, more than 70 thousand security personnel have sacrificed their life, more than 90 billion losses have been suffered. We are observing the remembrance of the Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Aali Muqaam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) in Muharramul Haram in this critical situation. Therefore we all are under the obligation to give priority to the protection of Pakistan over all other things, support the Pakistans Armed Forces, become the concrete wall against the enemy in their support so as to thwart all internal and external conspiracies. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mooavi said that we should derive guidance from Quran and Sunnah that are source of Islamic teachings, sayings of pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), pious sayings of Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) and the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and carry out practical struggle for disseminating the message of tolerance, mutual unity and brotherhood so that Operation Zarb-e-Azm meeting its success, unrest is died down, and the nefarious tactics of the international colonial and arrogant powers are thwarted. Raising voice against oppression and the oppressor is the lesson of Hussainiyyat and had been the habit of religion and Shariat in every era. This was stated by him while addressing the elite from Sindh who called on him at the head of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya Provincial Council Sindh General Secretary AllamaAltaf Hussain Madhosh Bhutto and Central Coordination Secretary Sindh Ammar Yasser Alvi. He also announced to observe AyyamIstaqbal Muharramul Haram from 27 to 29 Zilhajj. Agha Moosavi said that the honour and dignity of the month of Muharram is visible from its name, the Hijra year also begins from Muharram. He said this is the month of honour and dignity and even in the time of ignorance, murder and massacre in this month was considered Haram but unfortunately the most respected great personality of the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) was martyred along with his 72 diehard near and dear ones in the hot plains of Karbala. His Shahadat was declared the Shahdat-e-Uzma and he was considered the Shaheed-e-Insaniyyat. He said when the Muharram moon used to sight, the 8th Imam Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) used to shed tears and say that this was the month when our blood was shed, our women were arrested and made to march on streets and appear in the courts bare headed, the respect of the Khanwada-e-Athar (A.S.) was not taken care of. The TNFJ chief made it clear that the world is facing the Yazids of this era even today and there is need to be imbibed with Hussaini (A.S.) spirit to tackle them. He said the Chief of the Army Staff Raheel Sharif in his address to the cadets at PMA Kakul recently had rightly said that the motherland is situated in a region confronted with uncertainty and the surrounding all around it demands from us to remain alert. He said our perpetual enemy was spending all her energy to destabilise and weaken Pakistan. Terrorism in FATA, Karachi, and Balochistan and war-like situation at the Line of Control and Working Boundary has created uncertain situation while Afghanistan is playing in the hands of foreign powers instead of supporting Pakistan against terrorism. In this situation, he added, our army is tackling all type internal and external threats with the unwavering support of the nation. Agha Moosavi said that America is extending all out support to India to make her permanent member of the Security Council which is likely to threaten the balance of power in the region while India is a party to the Kashmir issue and is keeping 7.5 lakh army in the occupied Kashmir and is also involved in violations of human rights. Pakistan on the other hand is the victim of terrorism and unrest in this region. He said more than 380 million people in India are suffering with hunger and poverty, more than three dozen separatist organisations are active there. There is question posed to the international heads of State that whether a country that promotes religious hatred and where a Muslim Akhlaq Ahmed was beaten to death on accusation of earing cow meat despite a fact that India herself exports 28 lakh tons of meat the world over, deserves to become a permanent member of the Security Council? The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that is this critical situation it is obligatory for the rulers and the politicians to display practical unity and brotherhood instead of political anarchy because the political anarchy would be beneficial for the enemies who are already out to cause harm to Pakistan.

Agha Moosavi said that Kalma-reciting Muslims have forgotten the Mashaheer-e-Islam, Shaair Allah are being desecrated, JannatulBaqee and JannatulMoallah were razed to ground, Nabavi signs are being wiped out in the garb of expansion, pious days including the Youm-e-Mobahila which was the great victory of Muslims are being forgotten as a result of which the Islamic World is confronted with difficulties and problems the day in and day out. The TNFJ chief said that the perpetual enemy used to accuse Pakistan not to use its soil for terrorism and puts the blame of every incident in India on Pakistan. ISLAMABAD, October 03: Chief patron of the Supreme Shia Ulama board and Head of Tehreek e Nafaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that General Raheel Shareef must not be compared with General Musharraf or General Kiyani as he would never want his tenure to be extended. The constitutional period of the Army chief must be extended to four years at least. Russian strengthening is mandatory to stop American aggression, the battlefield of America, Russia, and Britain are Muslim states, while all Muslim rulers are only focused upon their self-interests and no one is willing to stop Muslims bloodshed. The way Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir, and Arabs without Palestine similarly, religion is incomplete without Walayat e Ali, as Walat e Ali marks the completion of Deen (religion). Allama Syed QamarHaider Zaidi delivered the massage of Quaid e Milat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi in which, while expressing great grief on this incident, he said that entire Muslim world is feeling sad on the incident of Mina. He iterated that Muslims kept facing different kinds of problem in every era, even in this era so many crisis and infortune incidents have become routine. He asserted that problems for the prophets and apostles were just to elevate their degrees in this world and to show that they are always willing to propagate the message of Allah and they bow down to His authority regardless what so ever the circumstances are, but for the rulers and ordinary people, it is just to get directed towards Allah Almighty and ask forgiveness for the wrong doing. Whenever human are in trouble, they either call their mother or remember Allah. He said that incident of Mina is such an indication from Allah to get righteous and instead of subjugating to western authorities, be a subject and servitude to Allahs commands. He said that few incidents are men-made, as the recent one was 9/11 which was dramatize just to trap the Muslim countries and an excuse could be establish to interfere in the affairs of Muslim World.
Aqa e Moosavi, while condemning the blame-game for this incident, said that statements are being issued even before the completion of investigation which itself is creating more problems, and the ultimately the enemies of Islam are getting the benefits of it. Quaid e Milat e Jafariya requested to the rulers to establish an impartial commission containing the representatives of all the Islamic world to investigate the incident and all the blame-game and propaganda should be stopped till the results are not declared by the commission. He said that by ensuring the protection of the sacred places and the signs attributed to Allah we can secure ourselves from such catastrophes by not inviting the wrath of Allah.
