RAWALPINDI, July 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said holding elections is a prerequisite
for restoration and promotion of democracy. He stated this while talking to
office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Islamabad who called on him at the
head of Allama Basharat Hussain Imami. He said the Supreme Court had given
three years time to the present government to hold elections and President
of Pakistan has already announced the election schedule keeping to his
promise, government’s constitutional package has also been issued about
which our point of view is that this job should be left to the future
Parliament and the government should fulfil all its duties under the
consensus 1973 Constitution.

Agha Moosavi said alliances formed without thoughtfulness and ideological
coherence and brotherhood would prove wall of the sand. He said we had been
demanding right from the beginning that taking part in elections on
sectarian and lingual basis is not a correct step therefore the
representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya,
Pakistan is laying down a political platform to play its role in active
politics of the country because, he added we could not leave the vote bank
of 65 million Ahle Tashih unattended. In this connection, he said Chairman
of the TNFJ Political Cell, S.A. Bokhari would announce his line of action
for elections. He directed the TNFJ District Council Islamabad President
Allama Basharat Hussain Imami to prepare election strategy for Islamabad’s
oncoming Local Government elections.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said
special attention should must be given towards restoration of peace to
ensure holding of elections and the government should implement the
Anti-Terrorism Ordinance strictly in this connection. Expressing his concern
over inclusion of banned parties in some political alliances, he said if the
government has given them a free hand then it is simply tragic. He said we
are surrounded by the enemy, while chief of the international colonial
powers was rooting out Muslims one by one and the bombing on marriage party
members in Afghanistan the other day has unearthed her wicked designs and is
an insult to humanity. Similarly, he said Sharon and Vajpayee are engaged in
inhuman activities in Palestine and Kashmir. He demanded from the
International Criminal Court to take severe action against America and her
agents after terming them war criminals.

RAWALPINDI, July 2: Convener of the Central Committee of the TNFJ has
nominated conveners in all the four provinces to organise programmes for
“Youm-e-Tarheem” being organised throughout the country on July 5 in
accordance with the announcement made by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi,
chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan.
According to Shafqat Ali Turabi, Secretary of the Committee those nominated
as conveners are: Zamir Javed Khan (Punjab), Muhammad Siraj Bangash (Sarhad),
Mehdi Askari Hazarvi (Balochistan), Ahmed Barkaat (Sindh Urban), Najam Ali
Baqar (Sindh Rural), Irshad Naqvi (Azad Kashmir), and Akhundaza Ghulam
Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas).

Haider Abbas Bajwa, Central Convener of Youm-e-Tarheem Committee of the TNFJ,
while addressing a meeting here on Tuesday has said that live nations
remember the days of their Mashaheer and highlight their achievements. He
said homage will be paid on Youm-e-Tarheem being observed throughout the
country on July 5, to all those who sacrificed their life in 1980 thwarting
conspiracy hatched against Nazria-e-Asaasi and courtesy whom Pakistan’s
basic and official religion is Islam today.

He called upon all countrymen to organise Quran-Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem
and Fateha-Khwani to pay homage to Shaheed Muhammad Hussain Shad and other
Shuhada of religion and motherland and offer special prayers for martyrs of
Kashmir and Palestine. He also called upon them to announce their commitment
not to let the candle lit by Shuhada die down and to thwart every conspiracy
of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan against the religion and the motherland
through promoting unity and brotherhood amongst themselves.

Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said destruction in Palestine at the

would he himself like if the whole world demands from George Bush to give up
the office of American president? Definitely not, he added. He said Islam
has the singular honour that it likes the same thing for others that it
likes for itself. He asked that in presence of the United Nations who has
given authority to America to remove or bring anyone, wherever, whenever she
likes? He said America repeatedly saying to remove Arafat, increasing
pressure on the whole world for this purpose, and declaring herself an
exception from the International Criminal Court smacks of her guilty
conscientiousness proves that she is involved in war crimes. He said the
American utterances are a slap in the face of United Nations because if it
is America that has to do everything then what is the need of the United
Nations? He said American tactics are a violation of United Nations charter
for basic human rights and encroachment upon the rights of the people.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi
called upon the OIC to give up their lukewarm attitude because checking the
inhuman Indian and Israeli activities and oppressive stance was the need of
the hour. He said at present Pakistan was the main target of international
Taghoot towards which it was advancing surreptitiously. Therefore, he said,
the powers that be in Pakistan should not open any new Pandora’s box so that
all tactics against the country could be tackled with amicably and designs
of enemies of Islam and Pakistan are thwarted.

In a statement released here from TNFJ headquarters on Sunday, Agha Moosavi said July 5 reminds us the day when a dictator declared to make Pakistan state of a specific school of thought, in which reaction the representative body of Ahle Tashayyo Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Pakistan getting hold of Islamabad secretariat, and Muhammad Hussain Shad kissing the martyrdom, foiled the heinous designs of those who wanted to make the country state of a specific school of thought.

Even today the state religion of Pakistan according to constitution 73 is Islam and not any sect, he added.

TNFJ chief appealed from all countrymen to arrange majalis e taraheem and Quran khawani on July 5 for all martyrs of Millat e Jafariya including Muhammad Hussain Shad, Multan’s shia leader Aqeel Haider Naqvi, 25 martyrs of Orakzayi Agency, martyrs of Pakistani forces – sacrificing their lives for defense of motherland – and of Kashmir and Palestine.

Special prayers also be offered for elimination of afflictions and troubles of Islamic world as well as success of oppressed Kashmiri and Palestinian people besides the integrity and solidarity of Pakistan on this occasion.

Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that G8 countries which
say Pakistan to get stop terrorism are speaking the language of the United
States because the US says the same words to Palestine.

Talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Sindh rural, headed by Muslim
Ausaji, which called on him on Saturday, Agha Moosavi said that all should
keep in mind that Pakistan is not Palestine and Held Kashmir but the citadel
of Islam laced with Atomic Power, which joined the International Coalition
to get terrorism stopped while India and Israel are involved in state
terrorism.

He added India has made the life of Kashmiri people hell; playing “Holi”
with the blood of oppressed Kashmiris; Muslims are being burned alive in
Indian state of Gujarat; it razed Babri Mosque; flattened the worship places
of minorities; killed Christian priests. On the other, Israel is destroying
Palestinians. If all this is not terrorism then what is terrorism, he
questioned.

Agha Moosavi said the whole world knows that durable peace could not be
established until Palestine and Kashmir issues are not resolved. If super
powers are sincere then these should get resolve these issues like East
Timor’s in accordance with UN resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri and
Palestinian people, fulfilling the demands of justice, he added.

TNFJ chief said General Musharraf’s saying to OIC to play an effective role
in resolving Kashmir issue is absolutely correct. He urged OIC to view these
issues in the backdrop of Islamic world and make practical efforts for their
solution.

Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi said if we remained saying
to America for mediation begging justice then all would be destroyed one by
one, responsibility of which would be on OIC shoulders.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – JUNE 28: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya
Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the issuance of
Anti-Terrorism Ordinance was a heroic deed of the government but it could
not be implemented completely whatever its reason was, and due to which the
country is a target of terrorism even today.

He made his remarks addressing the office-bearers of Tanzim Shia Aaimmah
Masajid, district Rawalpindi, headed by Allama Sayed Taqi An-Naqavi, Imam
Juma wal Jama’at Masjid Kazmia Chuhr Harpal.

Condemning the last day murder of Shia leader Aqeel Haider Naqvi in
Multan, Agha Moosavi said that our combined enemy has made preparations to
harm Pakistan creating unrest among people and destabilizing Pakistan
through internal dissention, killings, rapacity and blasts in order to
please the protagonist of colonial devil acting upon its agenda.

He said Pakistan preferred mutual understanding on every occasion and
invited India for dialogue. It proved attending the Almaty Moot that neither
Pakistan a terrorist nor its supporter but a victim of terrorism, and that
the solution of all issues lay in dialogue but India is on the policy of ‘I
don’t accept/agree’. Indian statement that forces would remain on borders
till October is an open challenge, he added.

Agha Moosavi urged scholars to discourage biases; encourage love and
affection; prefer the interests of nation and country, and to avoid all such
steps detrimental to religion and motherland.

The scholars said to Agha Moosavi that some national newspapers have
adopted bias behavior towards Millat e Jafariya Pakistan, and displaying
non-cooperation in connection with publishing the news, are proving that
these are not national but spokesman of some specific school of thought.
Even though Ahle Tashayyo are not only first class citizens but also have an
equal contribution in country’s formation and make-up, he added.

TNFJ chief advised the scholars to be patience. Media is the fourth
pillar of a state and electronic media is in government’s hand while print
media is free. Therefore it should give coverage to all on equal basis
fulfilling the demands of justice, Moosavi said.

Agha Moosavi stressed that we are following the policy of forgiveness,
patience and forbearance, which is key to expansion. We have to prove
through our character that all schools of thought are hand in glove with
each other, and all will cut the raising hand towards Pakistan off together
as well as foil evil designs of the enemies of deen o watan.

Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi demanded from the
government severe implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, and punishment
of assassins of Multan’s Shia leader Aqeel Haider Naqvi after their
immediate arrest.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – JUNE 27: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that president’s announcement of election schedule in accordance to his words is sound likewise some points in constitutional package are right, but first general elections be caused hold according to the agreed constitution of 73 and the issue of amendments be left for the coming Parliament.

He made his remarks while expressing his reaction over the proposed package of constitutional amendments.

In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters, Agha Moosavi said nearly a half dozen constitutions were made for the country but constitution 73 – the agreed upon constitution – was much welcomed. He said every ruler wanted to make the constitution subordinate to him instead of working in accordance with it, which is not correct. 

He said we do not consider politics prohibited but its in obeys the religion. Therefore, chairman TNFJ Political Cell S. A. Bokhari will announce his policy within some days in connection with the forth-coming polls.

Commenting over the OIC role, Agha Moosavi said that it’s the representative body of Islamic world, but has not done anything practically for the elimination of Islamic world’s afflictions and troubles. He lamented that during summits and meetings Palestine and Kashmir are considered the problems of whole Islamic world and their solution in line with the UN resolutions is also urged but these member states of OIC change their policy when they go to the world bodies. World devil gets benefit from this dual standard and commits more atrocities against Muslims, he added.

TNFJ chief said 57 Muslim states are a great power and if they get united putting aside momalik and masalik, and prefer the interests of just Islam and Islamic world then the continuous Israeli and Indian aggression against Palestinians and Kashmiris could be ended.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is citadel of Islam and it possesses the honour of being an ‘Atomic Power’ in accordance with defensive policy. So OIC should work under the leadership of Pakistan because it was formed in the name of Islam and is a great encouragement for all Muslim states, he added.

He said our combined enemy wants to create dissention in Islamic world so that any state and faith could not come close to each other. Pakistan is caught by ever-new problems despite its participation in International Coalition.

Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi termed the issuance of Deeni Madaris Ordinance as ‘ill timed’, and the schedule of anti-government protest rallies announced by some parties as ‘inappropriate’. Because at present enemy forces are poised on our borders, and Colonial protagonist US for which we have put everything at stake has created ever-new problems for us, which fresh example is the martyrdom incident of 10 Pakistani troops in a firefight with al-Qaeda, which provides food for thought. Addressing on the occasion of “Youm o Saaratil Hussein” on Wednesday, Agha Moosavi said well intention and sincerity are pre-requisite to tackle all difficulties and troubles as well as to get free Kashmir and Palestine.

He said at present the pains and sorrows of Muslim world are the doings of non-bold policies of Muslim rulers. If they displayed courage then Bush would not dare to say that a Palestinian state would be created in exchange for the Palestinian people forgetting Arafat.

To forget Yasser Arafat is pushing Palestinians back from the true path and the solution of the issue in American context instead of Palestinians’ desires and in line with UN resolutions, which is in fact tantamount to sabotage the bloodstained struggle of Palestinians and perfidy with their blood, Moosavi added. 

Agha Moosavi stated that every nation and country has right to work under the leadership of its own choice. Bush’s statement to remove Arafat from his post is contrary to the principles of democracy. 

So the Palestinians should not get back from their stance, displaying steadfastness, which is possible by imbibing with Azm e Hazrat Mukhtar who started his struggle with patience, forbearance, endurance, well intention and firm resolve, and made clear to the whole world that enemies of Hussainiyat who in fact are the enemies of Deen o Shariah have no relation with Islam even from remote. They deviated from Islam and in disguise of Islam are using hatchet against true Islam with their shameful deeds. Even though it’s the promise of Allah that He Himself is the protector of His Deen, TNFJ chief said.

Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi said that Hazrat Mukhtar was embraced with success when he stepped forward following the path of Hussainiyat with bravery, steadfastness and firmness. That’s why despots and dictators howsoever big: Bush, Sharon and Vajpayee are afraid of the name of Mukhtar even today.

RAWALPINDI, June 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Karbala is the centre of Kashmir and Palestine freedom struggles, and the freedom fighters are following the path of Hussainiyyat. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” that is being observed throughout the country with devotion and fervour on Wednesday. He said colonial powers who cry hoarse of human rights desire to snub the struggle of Kashmir and Palestinian Mujahideen wiping them out to pave way for India and Israel. Both these States have been given an open hand to massacre Kashmiris and Palestinians and were not pressing for bringing new leadership in Palestine as a condition for independence. He asked who has given colonial powers right to interfere in the affairs of other States? Would colonial powers approve imposition of a ruler in America of the choice of other States? He said people of any country enjoy the right to choose leadership of their own choice.

Agha Moosavi said the United Nations was following the policy of duplicity and slave of super powers, OIC is keeping a criminal silence and had they a bit of honour they should exert pressure for clear-cut implementation of United Nations Resolutions for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the OIC Foreign Minister Conference scheduled to be held in Khartoum without any reservation. He also called upon the OIC States to express complete solidarity with Kashmiri and Palestinian Mujahideen and should not establish relations with Israel and India in true sense unless Palestine and Kashmir issues are resolved keeping to the desire of respective people. He said colonial powers do not want to resolve these issues terming the same a danger for themselves despite the fact on the contrary that the world would turn into a hub of peace and terrorism would be rooted out if these issues are resolved amicably.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” is the day of giving honour and paying homage to those who struggled for supremacy of humanity, supported the oppressed, achieved rights for humanity, defended religion and Shariat adopting defensive strategy. He said Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) confronted the terrorists of his era following the path of Imam Mazloom (A.S.) and his sincere companions who sacrificed their life in Karbala for achieving pious objectives and goals. He said the “Qayam” of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) was aimed at providing stable and real basis to the struggle for independence. As a result Hussainiyyat would dominate till eternity, Parcham-e-Shariat would flutter from east to west and north to south at last because a Tehreek that would be based on keeping faith in Allah, would not result in riot on earth and it would definitely succeed. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW): “A Mujahid who carries out jehad for supremacy of Kalama-tul-Allah in way of Allah, its biggest sign is that Taghoot remains afraid of him in every era”. Agha Moosavi reiterated his resolve to give priority to death with honour over life in humiliation raising the slogan of “Labbaik, Ya Hussain
(A.S.).
