RAWALPINDI, September 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has strongly condemned the tragic incident of terrorism in the office of Peace and Justice in Karachi on Wednesday and the act of terrorism in an Indian Gujerat temple the other day. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters, he said attack on any State, Maktab or place of worship is the attack on independence and freedom. He said whether the incident takes place in New York, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, Palestine or elsewhere, attack and destructing temples, churches, mosques, Imambargahs, and Khanqahs at any of these places is in fact an attempt to humiliate humanity.

Agha Moosavi said we had been saying since long that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country but only a terrorist and thus should be tackled with in the same manner but, he added, America was not ready to understand it. He alleged that America destructed Afghanistan after the New York and Washington incidents and has made the life of Iraqi people difficult for more than a decade; she did not spare even Muslims residing in America and their mosques and Imambargah were not safe because they have made it a habit of raiding these places in the garb of searching terrorists to harass Muslims. He said chief of the colonial powers was playing this game to root out the oppressed and Muslim nations and to maintain her supremacy.

The TNFJ chief said American agents, Israel and India were piling up arms and ammunition and carrying out testing new weapons and the recent test fire of Trishol missile by India stands witness to it. He lamented that no one cares or sympathises with Muslims even if there is a massacre in Muslim Ummah so much so that international Satan threatens to use veto power if someone tries to present a Resolution in the United Nations in favour of any oppressed nation.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Islam negates all types of terrorism and considers it the biggest sin therefore the Muslim Ummah should wake up from deep slumber. He said September 25 reminds us the historic day of 1969 when top 25 leaders of the Muslim States in Rabat announced formation of the OIC and had vowed to remove their mutual differences through peaceful means and mutual cooperation. He said by the grace of God, now 57 Muslim States are members of the OIC but this organisation was doing nothing since its inception. He said the whole Islamic World was surrounded by international colonial powers today therefore the OIC should wake up to the call of the time. He said the universal message of Islam is that attack on any Muslim State should be considered as an attack on the whole Islamic World and humanity because Islam is the source of survival for whole mankind.

Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said international terrorist Bush announced war against terrorism in the garb of September 11 incident but the facts that are coming to surface indicate that this war is against the oppressed and Muslim nations. He stated this while talking to a delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council here on Tuesday.

Shah said religious feelings were behind the extremist, aggressive and expansionist designs of India and Israel, and the international Taghoot and its agencies never tried to bring these facts to fore instead they utilised all their energies day and night to prove the Islamic World as extremists and violent. He said first of all they introduced the term of fundamentalism, then orthodox and then extremists for them and tried every tool to cause harm to the Islamic World so as to root it out for ever contrary to the fact that religious fundamentalism preaching aggression is being fed in Israel and India only and the close collusion of both these States is no more a secret.

The TNFJ official said in both these countries democratic values were being torn apart in the name of democracy and the religious extremist parties were in power posing a biggest threat to Middle East and South Asia. He said today Sharon was following the policy of aggression against Palestine and Vajpayee doing the same in Held Kashmir imbibed with religious extremism. He said Israeli interference in Palestine and Indian interference in Kashmir tantamount to terrorism therefore Kashmiris and Palestinians have the right to defend themselves against aggression.

The secretary general said the American utterance for the United Nations that if it did not take action or adopt a fresh Resolution against Iraq then it would attack Iraq itself, is an open humiliation of the United Nations. He said the United Nations should suspend the American membership if it attacks Iraq without its permission rather take action against her after forming a coalition against her. He said the United Nations is under the obligation to implement its Resolutions about Palestine and Kashmir giving them their basic rights in the manner it was being pressurised to pass a Resolution against Iraq. He said the sham elections in Kashmir are an open fraud contrary to the United Nations Resolutions.

RAWALPINDI, September 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has called upon the ICC to give exemplary punishment to Sharon, Vajpayee, Bush and Tony Blair after terming them war criminals as they are the biggest terrorists of the world. He stated this while addressing a gathering on the occasion of country-wide “Youm Sharikat-ul-Hussain” observed to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.). He said the world of humanity is confronted with oppression and brutality for which international Taghoot stands responsible.

Agha Moosavi said president Bush has used a new tactic after receiving a warning from Kofi Annan that is to divert the attention of the world from the situation prevailing in his own country, involving the Arab World in different problems and then exerting pressure on them to accept her point of view so as to destroy the already wounded Iraq. He said initiation of anti-Muslim riots in Indian Gujerat, siege of Yasser Arafat in Palestine, stopping water and electricity supply was a part of that conspiracy. But, he said the world leaders and the OIC representatives were engaged in deep slumber and were doing nothing except issuing some statements.

The TNFJ chief said while it is very difficult time for Muslims, it is the testing time for China, France, and Germany because America actually desires to get a tough Resolution passed against Iraq that is why world rulers were stressing upon America to end siege of Yasser Arafat and America in return desires their support for its new Resolution against Iraq while Iraq was not ready to accept the same. He said American preparations for attack on Iraq despite United Nations warning is an open challenge and China, France and Germany could play a full-fledge role in this connection. He said if any slackness was shown in confronting this situation then it could be anybody’s turn tomorrow. He said America desires to separate every State from another. He said America was stressing upon the United Nations for implementing her Resolutions and if the United Nations is conscientious of her dignity and honour then it should take action against India and Israel by forming coalition against them.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the world of humanity in general, and the world of religion and Shariat in particular should raise the voice of protest against colonial oppression, brutalities and nefarious designs through unity and brotherhood. He said Assawah-e-Syeda Zainab (S.A.) is the ultimate answer to tyrant and Yazidi forces in every era and restoration of Seerat-e-Binte Ali (S.A.) is an answer to terrorism and a permanent book of protest. He said if Bush is the Yazid of today then the character of Zainab (S.A.) is the enlightened chapter of Hussainiyyat. He said the sister of Hussain (S.A.) is the sign of support of the oppressed and mutiny against oppression and brutality.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Majalis-e-Aza in connection with “Youm-e-Shareekatul Hussain (SA)” announced by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Zainab Bint e Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) on Rajab 15, held throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas.

Ulema, Zakireen and Waizeen paying homage in Bargah-e-zainabiyat highlighted the philosophy of Shahadat.

The speakers urged Muslim world to adopt Hussainiyyat and Zainabiyyat to root colonialism out. They said Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (SA) not only thwarted the Umayyad conspiracies through delivering her addresses in Bazaars of Shaam and Kufa and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziyad but also inflicted humiliation on them to keep the flag of Islam flutter high forever. They said the notorious Yazidiyyat was still afraid of Zainab’s threat.

During Majalis-e-Aza, different resolutions were also passed. A resolution, condemning the negative and discriminatory behaviour of Daily Jang newspaper against Shiite, demanded that activities of the representative organization of Pakistani Shiite Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan be given coverage on equal basis. The resolution made clear that if the newspaper would not change its policy then we would lay a strategy.

Another resolution adopted on the occasion, condemned the siege of Palestinian president Yasser Arafat’s headquarters by Israeli forces, and US loathsome designs against Iraq. The resolution urged International organizations to take immediate action to abstain US from its heinous plans.

Addressing the Majalis, scholars and speakers, offered special prayers for the elevation of Islamic world, solidarity and development of the country and the nation, and for the success of Palestinian and Kashmiri freedom fighters.

RAWALPINDI, September 21: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Murtazvi Mission was restoration of justice and fair-play and rooting out of oppression and brutality and in addition he was the protector of the objectives and goals of Anbia-e-Karaam and Mursaleen. He stated this while delivering a special address on the occasion of country-wide Jashan-e-Murtazvi marking the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). He said Maula-e-Kainaat utilised all his energy on this pious mission, he was the complete example of Iman, sincerity, knowledge and deeds and fully displayed justice, fair-play, brotherhood and equality. He said the seerat and character of Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) is the message of death for international colonial powers.

Agha Moosavi said today the whole world in general, and Islamic World and Shariat in particular were confronted with oppression, brutality and terrorism for which not only international Taghoot was involved but Muslim rulers are not also behind in doing so. He said the reason behind problems and difficulties faced by the Muslim Ummah is the Hippocratic attitude on the part of Muslim rulers as a result of which Iraq was licking its wounds for the last 12-13 years. He said America has also threatened the United Nations that it would tackle Iraq itself if it failed to take any action against Iraq, which is a slap in the face of the United Nations. On the other, he said, it has given an open hand to its agents i.e. India and Israeli for carrying out massacre in Held Kashmir and Palestine and now even the headquarters of Yasser Arafat has been destructed but the United Nations and the OIC were keeping a criminal silence.

The TNFJ chief expressed his concern that International Coalition is always formed against Muslim States and why such coalitions are not formed against India and Israel who have made the life of Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult. He said if there is a bit of honour left with the United Nations then it should issue the same order and if they do not accept it then take action against them otherwise the Muslim Ummah would be justified to understand that the United Nations was not the same from within and outside rather it follows duplicity in its sayings and deeds. He said the deployment of Indian forces on Pakistan borders was being carried out on the behest of international Taghoot while Pakistan, by joining the International Coalition, has proved that it desires to root out terrorism but even then pressure is being increased on it. He said restoration of durable peace is not possible unless international issues are resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolution keeping to the desire of the respective people. He said if America was not checked then there remains no justification for the United Nations, which has done nothing for the Islamic World, to exist.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the Islamic World to come out from the shackle of Arab and Ajam, discourage all types of biases, and consider attack on any Islamic State as an attack on the whole Islamic World. He said it is the life-style of Ali (A.S.) not to bargain with oppression and to give priority to death over the life in disguise. He called upon the ICC to take immediate notice of attack on Yasser Arafat’s headquarters, American aggressive designs, and give exemplary punishment to America and its agents, India and Israel after putting them on war trial. If it did not do that it would become clear that they are mere a failure, he added.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 21 SEPT: Three-day Jashan-e-Murtazawi ceremonies in line with the announcement of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi were concluded throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with respect and reverence on Saturday. On this occasion, Mahafil-e-Milad, gatherings, conferences and seminars were arranged in different mosques and Imambargahs.

In Rawalpindi, a special ceremony in connection with Jashan-e-Murtazawi was held at Jamiatul Momineen Satellite Town Rawalpindi under the arrangements of Anjuman Muta’allemin. Addressing the ceremony, chaired by Jamia’s organizer Molana Muhammad Ali Halimi, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said Sher-e-Khuda Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (AS) is that only exalted personality of the universe who enjoyed the singular honour of being born in Ka’aba. He said even today every afflicted call Ali (AS) for help at every stage. He said Hazrat Ali (AS) is peerless in the field of bravery and gallantry, and throne of justice that’s why Wilayat-e-Ali (AS) is the certificate of completion of Deen and perfection of blessing. Our mission is Wila and Aza, Syed Zaidi said, adding that for this purpose Pakistan’s Mawaliyaan-e-Haider-e-Karrar will not hesitate to lay any kind of sacrifice on the beck of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Others who spoke on the occasion included Zakir Syed Matloob Kazmi, Zakir Tabassum Abbas, Zakir Hassan Raza Kiyani, Zakir Aref Shah, Zakir Syed Mudassir Abbas, Syed Azmat Kazmi, Fezan Shah, Sajid Mehmoud, Khateeb Ali Raza Abidi, Syed Joan Ali Mash’hadi and Ala Haider Kazmi.

The resolution made clear that Hazrat Ali Murtaza (AS) is not only a respectable personality in the sight of Muslims but also non-Muslims’. He is Mushkil Kusha of entire universe and the greatest award of Pakistan Armed Forces is “NISHAN-E-HAIDER” – on the birth anniversary of such greatest personality not to telecast special programs on TV and Radio, and not to publish special editions by newspapers is not only regrettable but also condemnable.

The congregation resolved to lay every kind of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi. Poet Shaukat Raza Shaukat, Zakir Aqarib Hussain, Ghulam Abbas Ratan, Zakir Sajid Ali Sajid , Zakir Abdul Ghaffar and many others also spoke on the occasion.

At Darbar Sakhi Shah Chancharagh, Tanzim Jashan-e-Moloud-e-Ka’aba arranged the central gathering to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Renowned scholars and speakers addressed the ceremony. On this occasion, darbar was decorated beautifully.

A grand congregation was also held at Markazi Imambargah Qadeem Rawalpindi. Anjuman Farogh-e-Azadari arranged a ceremony at Imambargah Dhok Kashmirian, which was addressed by renowned scholars and speakers.

A special ceremony was held at Imambargah Qasr-e-Abu Talib (AS) under the arrangements of Ahjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib. Addressing the ceremony, TNFJ Punjab Administrator Hujjatul Islam Allama Syed Mohsin Hamdani said the teachings and holy life of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (AS) is the life of Islam. Allama Sheikh Ghulam Askari, Syed Naseer Sabzwari, Zakir Mozalim Hussain, Zakir Fida Hussain Jafri, Baqir Raza Naqvi and Syed Ajmal Naqvi also addressed the ceremony. The family of late Brigadier Muhammad Nawaz Khan made Langer and niyaz arrangements.

In Islamabad, a function was held under the arrangements of Dukhtaran-e-Islam Pakistan, Islamabad zone, at Jamiatul Murtaz, to celebrate the occasion of the birth anniversary of Moloud-e-Ka’aba (AS). Syeda Bint e Asad, addressing the function, threw light on fazael & manaqib of Fateh Khaiber, Sher-e-Khuda, Bab Madinatul Ilm Hazrat Ali (AS). Others who spoke on the occasion included Syeda Bintul Hosain and Zakira Ghulam Fatimah. In the end, the participant cut the cake.

In Karachi, special Milad functions were held at different imambargahs and Mosques including Ancholi, Kharadar, Mehfil-e-Murtaza and Shah-e-Khurasan etc to celebrate the occasion.

In Lahore, Mahafil were arranged at Mochi Darwaza, Karbala Game Shah, Bibi Pak Damanan, Imamia Colony and other parts of the city.

In Northern Areas like other parts of the country, the birth anniversary of Ameerul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) was celebrated as three-day Jashan-e-Murtazawi from 11 – 13 Rajabul Murajjab.

TNFJ Northern Areas arranged Jashan and Mahafil programs at more than a dozen sites, addressing which the scholars and speakers highlighted different aspects of the holy life of Hazrat Ali (AS). The grand program in connection with Jashan-e-Murtazawi was held under the auspices of TNFJ Northern Areas Organizer Allama Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Amouni in Gilgit.

Akhund Amouni while addressing the ceremony said Mola-e-Kaenaat (AS) is the center of Wilayat and sea of knowledge and bounty, whose teachings are a beacon of light in every era for truth-seekers. Hussain Akbar, Syed Mehdi Shah, Rahim Abidi besides many others speakers addressed on the occasion. Later, the participant cut special cake of 13 Rajab following which special prayers were offered for security and stability of motherland and solution of Kashmir and Palestine problems.

RAWALPINDI, September 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that seerat and character of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is a complete example to follow by the world of humanity. He said the biggest individual award of the motherland is Nishan-e-Haider, therefore, the key to achieve the target and to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies against the religion and the motherland lay in adopting the Asswah-e-Haider. He stated this in a message issued on the enlightened occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that is being observed on 13th Rajab-ul-Murajjab.

Agha Moosavi said in all religions, remembering the Mashaheer and following in their foot-steps is considered a success. He said Islam that is source of survival for the whole mankind and a complete code of life for human beings has also given the right to remember their heroes. He said Allah says: “You remember Me, and I will remember you”. There is another saying of Allah: “Oh, Prophet! Keep on remembering that remembering is beneficial for the people in Iman”. He said it has thus been proved that talking about Allah, Rasool, his inheritors, and those who follow his path, is worship. He said the objective of religion and Shariat is reforming and completion of mankind and reminding about the same had been the objective of these holy personalities. He said while reviewing the preaching period of the Paighambar-e-Islam, we would see extraordinary activity in remembering Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), and Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) belongs to the same Khanwada and his personality is replete with the history of mankind in a manner that human history and Shariat remain incomplete if we do not talk about Ali (A.S.).

The TNFJ chief said that Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) never bowed down before any atheist that is why words of “Karam Allah Wajho” are commensurate with his personality. He said Ali (A.S.) never drew back in the battlefield and thus won the title of “Karrar, Ghair-e-Farrar”. He said whether at home, outside, in journey, taking meal, religion or Shariat, Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is an attraction everywhere, and why not he should be so because he is Nafs-e-Rasool according to the Ayah-e-Mobahila and is the defender of objectives and targets of the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said we shall have to follow the exemplary life of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) so as to restore a welfare of the community and root out corruption and other evils from society. He said there is a saying of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that goes: “I appeared in your city with a horse, outfit and a sword and if I go back from here with other things than that, take it as I have breached your trust”.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the life-style of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) preaches us the lesson that the rulers should lead a more simple life than those they rule so that there would be no one to say that the condition of our rulers is better than us. That is why Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) adopted the cheapest outfit. Similarly, he used to take simplest food, he added saying that the life-style of Hazrat Ali is the source of survival for the world of humanity, guarantees his success and blessings and is fatal for the oppressed.

RAWALPINDI, September 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the path of Murtazvi justice will have to be adopted to save the oppressed world from international terrorism, oppression and brutality. He stated this while delivering his special address at the beginning of “3-day Jashan-e-Murtazvi”. He said the standard of honour, respect and superiority in religion is piousness and there is need to follow the rule of justice and fair-play to achieve the same. He said justice and fair-play means giving due rights to all and keeping everything on its proper place. He said the oppression is the antonym of justice and at present the whole world of humanity was confronted with chief of the international Taghoot and its agents. It carries out aggression whenever and wherever it so desires, he added.

Agha Moosavi said the reason behind all crises the world over is lack of justice and fair-play and we cannot get rid of problems and difficulties unless we fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play. He said piousness is the biggest guarantee for protection from oppression and brutality therefore we should equip ourselves with good qualities and avoid the bad ones besides keeping faith only in Allah. He said when Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was offered help from oppressors he gave a befitting reply and his golden words would remain in the memories of mankind till eternity: “Can Ali seek help from oppression and brutality?”

The TNFJ chief said the woes of Muslim rulers continue to rise and face new tactics of the colonial powers against them till they continue seeking help and would remain under the influence of western powers. He said the fresh example of this attitude is their stress on Iraq for unconditional return of arms inspectors and on acceptance of his demand saying that Iraq could not befool them and the United Nations should continue exerting its pressure on Iraq. He said American president George Bush was befooling the whole world and the statement issued by him is not against Iraq but against the United Nations with the objective to create cracks in this world body as it remains the only organisation which America desires to wipe out and become the sole power all around.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the United Nations to take notice of such statements and take action against America. He said the United Nations should exert its pressure on India and Israel for implementing its Resolutions like it exerts pressure on the Muslim States. It should give exemplary punishment to all those States who defy its Resolutions by forming an international coalition against them. If it was not done then the Hippocratic attitude of the United Nations would become crystal clear indicating that it was working with the objective of suppressing Muslims and bringing to fore the international colonial powers, he added.

RAWALPINDI, September 17: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has strongly condemned the misuse of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan in a news items in which the Election Commission has disqualified a banned organisation to take part in elections. In a letter addressed to the Chief Election Commissioner he made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan is the only representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih that has no groups and no other name or organisation but unfortunately the Daily Jang Rawalpindi has published a news item on its back page in which TNFJ has been shown as a banned party and chief of a banned organisation Tehreek-e-Jafariay (presently turned into Islami Tehreek Pakistan) has been shown as Sajid Ali Naqvi who has joined the Mutahidda Majlis-e-Amal.

The spokesman reminded the Chief Election Commissioner that the Election Commission in a notice issue to Mutahidda Majlis-e-Amal has sought clarification that why they have included the outlawed Tehreek-e-Jafariya (Islami Tehreek Pakistan) in their alliance? But according the Jang, the name of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan was allegedly used in a letter issued by the Joint Secretary (Election) Muhammad Salim Akhtar from the Election Commission Secretariat to Returning Officers all over the country declaring the disqualification of Islami Tehreek Pakistan, thus causing harm to the credibility of our organisation which is not fair.

The spokesman said that hundreds of telephones and e-mails from all over the country and from outside has thronged the TNFJ headquarters expressing concern and sending the wave of anger in the ranks of our workers. He demanded from the Chief Election Commissioner not only to make corrections in the said letter issued to the Returning Officers but also clarify this matter through the media besides taking departmental action against the officers responsible for this serious lapse. He made it clear that we are gentlemen and we keep the honour and dignity of the nation and the country dearer of all other things.

RAWALPINDI, September 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Yazidiyyat is the name of oppression, brutality and terrorism and the whole humanity was confronted with it. He stated this while addressing Mehfil Shahzada-e-Ali Asghar (A.S.) organised in connection with “Ashra-e-Muwaddat” here on Monday. He said chief of the international terrorists America was blackmailing the oppressed and Muslim nations in the garb of New York and Washington incident.

Agha Moosavi said America was afraid of jehad’s spirit and was using one tactic or the other to cool it down. It destructed Afghanistan first and was now getting ready for aggression against Iraq, he said adding that America never considered the United Nations and the Security Council and adopting the path of Hussainiyyat is the only way to wipe out such Pharaoh like attitude. Doing this is the good work, source of survival and in it lay secret of human welfare.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the grandfather of Hazrat Ali Asghar (A.S.) the minor Mujahid of Karbala had certified the Risalat and fulfilled his commitment at every place and every level and earned the honour of being called Nafs-e-Rasool. Similarly, his father Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.), for whom the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said that Hussain is from me and me from Hussain, presented unmatched sacrifices in the hot plain of Karbala. He said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) not only rooted out Yazidiyyat but also shattered the Qasr-e-Yazidiyyat. He said the pious Khanwada of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad proved through their deeds that they consider bearing the brunt of detention as worship, and sacrificing their lives as a blessing and Shahadat.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – Sept 15: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that at present whole oppressed world is confronting terrorism, and international devil wants to avenge have-not and Muslim nations in the pretext of terrorism aimed at sabotaging the movements of freedom.

He was addressing the Mehfil-e-Fatimiah in connection with Ashra-e-Mawaddat Sunday. He said despite Kofi Annan’s warning to the United States not to strike Iraq without UN permission, America and its stooge Tony Blair have geared up for offensive, rather they have said to this extent that if United Nations would not bring Iraq on right path, no one could stop them (US, UK) from attacking Iraq. It’s a powerful slap on the face of UN and a time of concern for entire humanity, he added.

Aqa-e-Moosavi said that question arises here that if US attacks Iraq without UN permission then what International Organizations should do? He said our stance in this regard is that in case of violation of UN orders and resolutions, United Nations hold US membership in abeyance and warn it. And even this if it does not turn back from this then UN annulling US membership, spend all its energies in boycotting America in every way, he said, warning that if any weakness would be shown in this regard then international protagonist would trample all one by one.

The TNFJ chief said Islamic World should also act with sagacity and Iraq should, at this critical stage, display wisdom because all are duty bound to save humanity as well as its honour.

Moosavi made clear that, as Pakistan is a citadel of Islam and a Nuclear Power, which has highlighted the Kashmir issue at UN forum in a decisive manner, in the wake of which our perpetual enemy would use ever-new tactics in a bid to destabilize Pakistan. He said current activities of terrorists especially today’s bomb blast in Haiderabad is a mischief of our perpetual foe. In such a situation, all patriotic forces including the government are duty bound to avoid all such acts detrimental to the nation and the country, and prefer faith and motherland to all, he added.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – Sept 14: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistani President General Pervez Musharraf, highlighting the Kashmir issue in a decisive manner at UN forum, has removed all doubts and made clear that Muslim could not strike a bargain of his modesty.

Addressing a Mehfil-e-Mawaddatul Qurba Saturday, he said Islam is the religion of love, peace and harmony, and that’s why it condemns all types of enmity and hates all kinds of biases because to support one’s people in oppression is called prejudice.

Terrorism is the biggest oppression in the present age, Moosavi said, that’s why whole Islamic World not only expressed regrets over September 11 event but terming it as terrorism also condemned it. But Colonial Protagonist United States insulted and disgraced entire humanity in the name of eliminating terrorism, he added.

Moosavi further added that truth is that which is witnessed by co-wife as well, therefore, Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien has linked the September 11 attacks to the perceived arrogance and selfishness of the United States and the West. Jean Chretien said that power should not be used to such extent, which causes insult of others, and that when you become much powerful then restraint is better.

The TNFJ chief said that on the same base UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Mary Robinson accused many countries including US of violating international human rights norms in the pretext of rooting out terrorism. In an interview with an American News Agency, she said human rights have been violated besides seizure of civil liberties by several countries including Russia in the wake of Sept. 11. Mary Robinson frequently criticizing United States over the detention of Taliban and Al-Qaeda prisoners in Cuba without trial and American demand of immunity for its forces from International Criminal Court (ICC), said there was no justification of killing thousands of innocent people by America in the wake of Sept.11, and that many countries had used the event to stabilize themselves on international level.

Moosavi said, hence, Russia too taking action against Chechens in Georgia, is giving it the name of war against terrorism. On the same base, Muslims, residing in London have slammed US foreign policy in their meeting and issued a six-point statement which said that International protagonist due to its foreign policy dyed its hands in recent years with the blood of eight million people, including at least three million Muslims, he said, adding that for that reason Kofi Annan was forced to warn the United States.

RAWALPINDI, September 13: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said warning to America by United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan to take advance permission to attack Iraq could only be effective if the United Nations takes notice of American and British strikes against Iraq to-date that are continuing without any permission. He stated this while delivering his special address on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Ali Hadi (A.S.) here on Friday.

Agha Moosavi said the United Nations has recognised Palestine as an independent State in her Resolutions but Sharon has not only been shattering peace in Palestine without United Nations permission but was also massacring people there. On the other hand, he said in Held Kashmir, for which the United Nations has given the right of self-determination, India was carrying out oppression for the last 55 years as a result of which 80,000 Kashmiris kissed martyrdom while thousands were injured or bearing the brunt of detention. He asked the United Nations to take a serious notice of the whole situation and if America, Britain, Sharon and Vajpayee do not stop oppression then the ICC should take suo moto notice, run their trial for war crimes, and declare them terrorists who are killers of thousands of innocent people.

The TNFJ chief said Bush is accused of the same crimes for which America has indicted Iraq. He said if the weapons of mass destruction are to be destroyed then America should itself follow the suit because what is chosen for others should also be chosen for you. He said the super powers are more responsible for destroying the weapons of mass destruction. He said the 3-point agenda presented by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf in his address to the United Nations General Assembly is right but saying is easy as compared to implementing the same. He said the super powers should implement it because every big State was doing injustice to small States.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Khasan-e-Khuda were in the habit of implementing what they have said. He said Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi enlightened the candle of guidance, which would remain enlightened till eternity. He said the misguided humanity could take care of their problems and difficulties by utilising that guidance rather could make the whole world a hub of peace rooting out all types of terrorism.
