RAWALPINDI, September 12: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (A.S.) is the great personality of Khanwada-e-Nabuwwat and Risalat and one can guarantee success in the religion and the world, and survival in the Hereafter by following in his foot-steps. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Ali Al-Hadi (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country on Friday with due religious fervour and devotion.

Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Imam Ali Al-Hadi known as Ibne Al-Raza kept on fluttering the flag of jehad against oppression, brutality, and ignorance during his era spread over 40 years serving for achieving supremacy for the religion and righteousness. He said every dictator and tyrant ruler tried to remove him as a hurdle but he remained firm throughout. He said today the whole world is confronted with oppression and brutality therefore it is necessary to remove the sense of deprivation of the Islamic World fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play.

The TNFJ chief said the agents of international colonial powers were terming the movements of oppressed as terrorism and the international colonial powers were exerting their pressure on them so as to maintain supremacy of it and its agents. He said the whole world condemned the New York incident but terrorism against the Islamic World was continuing in the garb of that incident. He said the chief of the colonial powers destructed Afghanistan in the name of rooting out terrorism instead of extending the hand of friendship and was now preparing to attack Iraq through her agents despite facing criticism from the whole world.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the real objective of the international colonial powers is to root out the oppressed and seize the resources of oppressed nations and the Islamic World. He said the Islamic World should devise a combined strategy to get implemented the United Nations Resolutions aimed at resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues keeping to the desire of Kashmir and Palestinian people, respectively if they desire to root out the problems faced by them.

He stated this while addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) here on Wednesday. He said Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) is a great personality of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad whose struggle was aimed at supremacy of religion and Shariat and for the success of Mustafvi and Murtazvi thoughts.

Agha Moosavi said oppression, brutality, detention, teasing overtures and other host of problems and tactics used by dictators and tyrant rulers of his era could not deter Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) from the right path. He said the Imam (A.S.) enlightened the candles of knowledge and awareness through performing the duty of preaching religion and Shariat. He said his holy grave was even today a guiding force for the mankind. He said the oppressed and Muslim nations confronting elsewhere for independence could emerge victorious and could save the brunt of colonial powers and their Indian and Israeli agents if they follow the path of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) with sincerity of purpose.

The TNFJ chief said there is no need to be optimistic on the assurance of the chief of the colonial powers that no action would be taken against Pakistan’s nuclear capability rather the powers that be should become more alert as the colonial powers keep their interest dearest of all other matters and we should also not forget the sour experience of the past. He said a Momin could not be stunk from one hole twice. He said the Muslim States displaying courage should make it clear on the occasion of annual session of the United Nations General Assembly that attack on any Muslim State would be considered as an attack on the whole Islamic World. He said unity of the Islamic World is the need of the hour for which the Islamic World would have to come out from the conscientiousness of Arab and Ajam, and East and West.

Meanwhile, Majalis-e-Aza were held and Azadari processions taken out throughout the country to make the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.). Mourning programmes for the day were also organised in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi in which thousands of mourners participated to pay condolences to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.).

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – Sept 10: The holy members of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (SAW) kept Islam dearer over all, and Pakistan has the honour that it came into being on the basis of same ideology – Islam.

RAWALPINDI, September 9: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said making excuse of presence of chemical and biological weapons for attack on Iraq by a country that itself has huge quantity of fatal weapons is funny. He questioned did America and other countries do not have these weapons? If these countries really love humanity and consider that these weapons could be source of killing people then they should destroy their weapons first before giving such advice to others. He stated this while addressing Mehfil Baqar Al-Uloom marking the beginning of country-wide Ashra-e-Muwaddat here on Monday. He said chief of the international colonial powers America consider Islam a danger for itself and was using different tactics to downgrade oppressed and Muslim nations and to restore the supremacy of its agents. He said it had made the life of whole world difficult, and she has gone berserk after the Russian split and is now in the habit of crushing anyone anywhere like a violent elephant.

Agha Moosavi said the only American objective is to not only devouring the resources of oppressed, have-nots, and developing nations but to stop every chance of their development and prosperity by confronting them with instability. He said she was taking revenge from the oppressed and have-nots in the name of New York and Washington incident and her urge is not yet satisfied despite impairing Iraq and stinging Afghanistan and she is getting ready to attack Iraq yet another time. He said the allied nations should keep in mind that America is not friend of anyone. It formed coalition first against Russia, then against Iraq and now against Afghanistan. It is a kind of reptile that would devour all one by one, he added. He said the primary objective of the American president’s campaign is to complete the incomplete mission of his father, divert the world attention from the oppression against minorities and Blacks in America, and to pave way for his success in the next American elections.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while highlighting the seerat of Imam Baqar (A.S.) said no dictator or tyrant ruler could bow him down or divert from the right path despite oppression and brutality. He quoted a saying of the Imam (A.S.) that goes: “Help your religious and spiritual brethren, adopt justice and fair-play in their matter and affairs, and do not give up remembering God at any time.” He said the Khasan-e-Khuda had been in the habit of saying Kalma-e-Haq even on the point of spear from the very beginning therefore President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, by following in the foot-steps of Mashaheer-e-Islam would have to make it clear during the American tour that peace could not be restored in South Asia and Middle East unless Kashmir and Palestine issues are resolved keeping to the desire of Kashmiris and Palestinians. He said we are a live nation who could not withdraw from its rights, the chief of the international colonial powers America and her agents could neither divert us from our objective nor could weaken our resistance.

He said America was aware that world opinion was not in its favour owing to its oppressive attitude against different States therefore she invited terrorism on the World Trade Centre to become a victim. He said we had said straight away at that time that one could not root out oppression through oppression and terrorism through terrorism rather these could be rooted out through patience, forbearance, wisdom and by extending the hand of friendship but American president Bush by displaying war mania declared it announcement of war, formed International Coalition in which Pakistan play frontline role and destructed Afghanistan. He said America should keep in mind that if they have a right to defend themselves then the other States could also not be deprived of that right. He said America is a biggest criminal and for that reason desires to get exception from ICC. He said the statement of President Gen. Pervez Musharraf who is on American tour, is absolutely right that Pakistan’s inclusion in the International Coalition does not mean that we support every American action.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the President giving priority to Pakistan’s dignity and honour should make it clear on international leaders and organisations during his American tour that Kashmir is our jugular vein on which no bargaining would be allowed and attack on any Islamic State would be considered as an attack on whole of the Islamic World and that we will not any thing against our atomic power. He said the President should stress on renowned American slave the United Nations to get its Resolutions implemented for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues and keep America away from taking army action against Muslim and oppressed nations for restoration of international peace. If it was not done so, then America along with her agents would destroy peace the world over responsibility of which would lay on the United Nations, he added.

RAWALPINDI, September 7: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has demanded from the government to take immediate notice of the protest movement continuing in Gilgit and take immediate steps for ensuring introduction and teaching of already agreed upon separate Deenyat curriculum for Shia students (male/female) of Northern Areas. In a statement issued here on Saturday, the spokesman said education is included in basic rights and a belief could not be imposed on the other at all.

He said according to May 21, 1985 Juneno-Moosavi agreement, the government is bound to make arrangements for issuing and teaching of separate Deenyat curriculum to Shia students (male/female) at all levels. Therefore, the controversial curriculum in force in Gilgit is commensurate of disturbing the already settled issue.

The spokesman said that even the minorities enjoy the right to lead their life in accordance to their beliefs and in these circumstances imposing beliefs of one school of thought to another recognised school of thought is not fair by any standards. He therefore called upon the government to exercise seriousness and wisdom in this connection and do not disturb the Deenyat issue already settled for the last three decades and give the Shia students (male/female) their right to get education of separate Deenyat curriculum.

RAWALPINDI, September 6: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said American collusion with Zionists and Hindus is hazardous for the Islamic World. He stated this while addressing the workers of MFP, Dhoke Syedan who called on him under the leadership of Section Commander Syed Aftab Hussain Shah here on Friday. He said Zionists and Hindus, who are agents of international chief of colonial powers America, were struggling hard to get Muslim States declared as terrorist States after the September 11 New York incident under a well thought-out conspiracy.

Agha Moosavi said the Islamic World, particularly motherland Pakistan, were passing through a most difficult phase of the history. He said Zionists have made the life of Arabs difficult, Palestinians are being massacred while India in addition to forcibly occupying Jammu and Kashmir for the last half century has gone berserk with Akhand Bharat stance and has started unending chain of oppression and brutality against Kashmiris in Held Kashmir and against minorities living in India, destructing their places of worship, and putting their women and children on fire.

The TNFJ chief said India has deployed its force on Pakistani borders while international chief of colonial powers desires to establish her political, social and military supremacy in Middle East through her agents and for this purpose she considers Pakistan a biggest hurdle in her way and opines that she could not fulfil her nefarious designs unless overpowering Pakistan militarily through India. That is why, he said, America was not only involved in joint military exercises with India but it was instrumental in delivery of Israeli defence armaments besides promoting India-Israel defence cooperation.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the representative organisation of Islamic countries, the OIC should summon an emergent session giving special attention towards increasing defence capability making its defence impregnable. He said Pakistan being the biggest target and in dire need of restoring peace should remain alert. He said Pakistan and the Islamic World should keep in mind that no one would come to their rescue and they will have to defend themselves. He said the Islamic World should strengthen itself by accepting the leadership of Pakistan. He said no enemy would be able to overpower us if we become self-sufficient in our defence needs. He called upon all Muslims to maintain unity and brotherhood in their ranks so as to become stronger than before.

He said Islam is the religion of peace and tranquillity, and is the official religion of Pakistan according to Pakistan’s Constitution that is why Pakistan never interfered in the internal affairs keeping to the universal message of Islam but our perpetual enemy considered Pakistan mole in her eyes.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said this year the day of September 6 falls at a time when there is army deployment on our borders, oppression is being meted out to Indian minorities, and holy is being play with the blood of oppressed Kashmiris to divert the world attention from real issues and to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State. Agha Moosavi said American partiality could be gauged from the fact that if any non-Muslim is subjected to oppression they raise a hue and cry but they keep silence when Muslims are massacred so much they Israel did not hesitate killing even minor children in Palestine. He said Muslims are being massacred in Indian province of Gujerat. He said the whole Arab World supported America but she is siding with their enemy i.e. Israel. On the other hand, he said Pakistan joined the International Coalition putting everything on stake but America engaged herself in joint war exercises with India and providing her missiles through Israel. He said Iraq, Kashmir, Palestine, Kosovo, Albania and Afghanistan stand witness to its brutalities. He said the colonial chief could see terrorism in Muslims only that is why its Hippocratic attitude against Muslims everywhere is no more a secret.

The TNFJ chief said President of Pakistan has rightly said that Pakistan does not support any American attack against Iraq and would not join any American action in this regard. He said it is true that none of the super powers including the European Union supported American attack against Iraq. He said the President is also correct saying that it is not wise for America to allow her forces to come to Pakistan in search of Al-Qaida because it is not Al-Qaida but our atomic plant that is their target. He said any American terrorist activity against any State of the Islamic World should be considered as an attack on the whole Islamic World. He said we would have to prove through our character that being Muslims we desire protection of independence, honour and dignity of the whole world of humanity. He said our religion Islam preaches peace and tranquillity, we are neither terrorists nor their friends rather we are the men of Almighty Allah.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi advised American President Bush to give up support Zionists and Hindus being the followers of Prophet of Peace, the Christ (Hazrat Eisa A.S.). He said if they continued their present attitude then they should know that reaction is always there for any action and it could go either way responsibility of which would lay on President Bush. He said the United Nations should tighten the noose against America in the present circumstances using its authority. Otherwise, oppressed and Muslim nations would be justified to understand that the United Nations is actually the “B” team of America. He said ulema are under the obligation to promote unity and brotherhood and discourage all types of biases in these circumstances in which the Islamic World is being targeted from all around.

RAWALPINDI, September 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said love with the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) demands that their seerat and character should be highlighted to the maximum and the people should be told that love and Muwaddat with Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is Ajar-e-Risalat. He stated this while announcing “Ashra-e-Muwaddat” from Rajab-ul-Murajjab 1-10 that would be observed throughout the world including Pakistan with religious fervour.

Agha Moosavi said the purpose of human creation has been termed worship of Allah for which knowledge, Ma’arfat and awareness are prerequisites. The more Ma’arfat will be the more love and Muwaddat would increase, he added. Similarly, he said, worship would complete the objective of life. He said Muwaddat of Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is not only commensurate with acceptance of worship but also a source of survival and guarantees honour and dignity. He said the action of the wise could not be without any wisdom, then Almighty Allah who is the Creator of the universe and the Prophet (SAW) of which is wisest of all, terming the love and Muwaddat of Aal-e-Athaar (A.S.) by the Creator is the greatest wisdom. He said the reason is that this pious Khanwada fulfilled the duty of protecting the objective of Prophethood, religion and Shariat fully. He said the human history stands witness that even the pains of detention, oppression and brutalities could not shatter their enthusiasm and no dictator, how big it would be, could make them bow down or divert from the right path.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said today the Islamic World was facing one problem or the other and desires to get rid of the colonial clutches but the only way out is to follow the seerat and character of these pious personalities. He appealed all schools of thought to express solidarity with the oppressed the world over, particularly the freedom fighters of Kashmir and Palestine, express hatred for the oppressed, and prayed for the success of the Islamic World, rooting out of its problems, and for development and solidarity of motherland Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Markazi Ashra-e-Muwaddat Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to lay programmes of “Ashra-e-Muwaddat”. Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated its Convener and Haider Abbas Bajwa its Secretary.

He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Parachinar that called on him here on Monday. He said other minorities living along with Muslims in America are also afraid and insecure.

Agha Moosavi said more than a dozen meetings of annual convention of Islamic Society of North America in Washington prove that Muslims living there are not being treated well. Whereas they highlighted social problems faced by Muslims, they also told the audience that rights of the Muslim citizens are being trampled. Various speakers and scholars while highlighting the New York and Washington incident have said that Muslims there are being given suspicious look because it was a heinous conspiracy in which rightists are involved, as they desire to humiliate Muslims in America. But, they said that it is becoming clear on the world that all oppressed, have-nots and Muslim people could neither scared nor bowed down.

The TNFJ chief said the whole world is against attacks on Iraq so much so that the American Foreign Minister was also opposing it saying that the world asks us about justification of attacking Iraq but Bush was following the policy of not paying heed to any suggestion and desires to divert the attention of international public opinion from the excesses and injustice being committed in America. On the other hand, he said, Bush has given an open hand to Vajpayee and Sharon to massacre innocent people in Kashmir and Palestine and the tragic part of it is that even the innocent children were not being spared and the whole world was playing the role of silent spectator. He said the Hippocratic attitude of the United Nations provides food for thought and is a matter of concern for Muslims the world over.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Muslim World should be aware that no one would come to their help and if the OIC did not break its silence and not laid down a combined strategy then they all will have to taste this thrashing one by one for which the OIC itself would stand responsible.

He stated this while talking to a delegation of elite from Larkana (Sindh) that called on him at the head of Zakir Ghulam Haider Solangi (Fazil Mashriqiyat) here on Sunday. He said Pakistan besides being a democratic motherland also has the honour that Islam is its Nazria-e-Asaasi but unfortunately after the Quaid-i-Azam not only democracy has been set aside but the rulers coming to power also made Islam a laughing stock. He said those wearing the outfit of democracy followed the path of tyranny and Malookiyyat.

Agha Moosavi said tyranny is not military dictatorship only but an ideology and the rulers who follow this ideology consider themselves all in all. He said unfortunately Ayubi martial law was imposed and gained supremacy owing to the wrong policies of rulers after Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to Sikandar Mirza. Later the so-called champions of democracy shared power with Yahya, the Zulfikar Ali Bhutto became civil martial law administrator when Yahya was deprived of power. He said 1973 consensus Constitution was passed during the Bhutto era but he later amended it himself. He said those who cry hoarse of democracy wrote letters for military intervention as a result of which the nation had to face worst Zia tyranny that sowed the seeds of kalashnikov and heroin culture besides promoting sectarianism and terrorism and the nation is reaping its fruit todate.

The TNFJ chief said after many political acrobats, the present government came into power and the military leadership has also given schedule for general elections for restoration of democracy keeping to its promise as a result of which political activities have also started and new relationships are being established to share power. He said these democratic sister-brother were not shy of accusing each other of treachery. Had they displayed the spirit of brotherhood at that time then the country would not have to see this day today. He said Pakistan had to face problems and to join the International Coalition owing to the wrong polities treaded by our politicians and rulers in the past.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the truth is always sour that we have to say come what may because the standard of our friendship and enmity is not any personality but Islam and Pakistan. He said Gen. Pervez Musharraf had introduced a seven-point agenda but now interference in democracy is being made and tyranny being promoted through constitutional reforms. He said every ruler has contradicted the principles of Quaid-i-Azam. He said if we are really sincere with Pakistan and its people and desire welfare of the country then we will have to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country instead of personal and party interest and will have to make the same a standard for our friendship and enmity.

Agha Moosavi said the real American target is Pakistan’s nuclear capability, earlier it had destructed Iraq and was still hurling threats on her, it has given Vajpayee and Sharon an open hand for massacre in Held Kashmir and Palestine, respectively and had shattered Afghanistan with the help of International Coalition, termed Iran “axis of evil” in the garb of Usama and then accused Pakistan and Saudi Arabia of Al-Qaida presence, got Muslims in Indian Gujerat massacred and now election drama is being staged in Held Kashmir. He said in the presence of the United Nations, to which America also is a member and answerable, the responsibility of such a situation lay on the United Nations to get its Resolutions implemented otherwise it has no justification to exist.

The TNFJ chief said the weak always has to pay that is why every powerful is depriving the weak of his rights. He said 4.5 billion world population of the human beings is confronted with poverty, elections were no solution to the issue in Held Kashmir permanent solution of which lay in plebiscite in a situation when the United Nations Resolutions already exist approved. He said America desires to batter all Muslim States, one by one. He said the whole world was opposing attacks on Iraq but it was not lending an ear to them. He said if the United Nations could not stop America from attacking Iraq then all Muslim States should alight themselves from it and should lay a combined strategy by giving up all internal differences. He said all other powers including China, Russia and France should also make efforts to stop it otherwise they may also face the severe battering.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said America is not friend of anyone but desires to maintain its supremacy and submissive behaviour and destruction of the oppressed and Muslim States. He said international peace could not be restored without ousting American forces wherever they are stationed.

RAWALPINDI, August 30: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) was observed as “Youm Hurmat-e-Niswaan” on Friday throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, seminars and functions on the topic of Seerat-e-Syeda (S.A.) were organised at mosques and Imambargahs. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while addressing a Mehfil of “Youm Hurmat-e-Niswaan” said the Seerat-e-Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is a strong defence for Hurmat-e-Niswaan in front of evil forces that raise the slogan of outright independence for woman.

Agha Moosavi said as per a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is the leader of Alam-e-Niswaan and leader could a person who is laced with the good habits and moral, and would be better that the persons he or she is leading. That is why, he said, Hazrat Syeda Fatima (S.A.) has been termed beacon of light for women at large. He said even today the misled womanhood could get her dignity restored rather earn a higher place by bowing down at the door of Fatima (S.A.).

Like other cities of the country, functions in connection with the “Youm Hurmat-e-Niswaan” were also held in Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani while addressing a special function in this connection at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad organised under the auspices of Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) said, woman was considered a humiliation in the era of ignorance and was sold out or bought like a commodity but saviour of the world of humanity Paighambar-e-Azam (SAW) confronting this custom bravely declared upon the whole world that Islam is a Godly system that has honoured human dignity by placing heaven under the feet of woman and also provided her opportunity to reap the benefit of her rights. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) highlighted the dignity of his beloved daughter Fatima Zahra (S.A.) in a manner that Fatima (S.A.) was the best example to follow in the role of a daughter, a wife and a mother.

Hurmat-e-Niswaan Conference was organised at Imambargah Zainul Abideen Satellite Town Rawalpindi under the auspices of Youm Hurmat-e-Niswaan District Committee of the TNFJ. Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, District President of the Tehreek presided over the function. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, addressing the Conference said Syeda-e-Alam (S.A.) is the centre of Ismat-o-Taharat who brought up great sons Hasnain Sharifain who are the symbol of highest standard of capabilities in the universe. He said to state the dignity and honour of Fatima Zahra (S.A.) it is enough to say that the Holy Prophet (SAW) used to stand up in her honour and kiss her hands.

A special function in connection with the “Youm Hurmat-e-Niswaan” was also held at Jamiatul Momineen. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat, Zakir Matloob Kazmi, Zakir Hassan Raza Kiyani, Syed Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Syed Mudassar Kazmi, Syed Arif Al-Hussaini, Syed Jone Ali Mashadi and others addressed. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed a similar gathering at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra, Allama Guftaar Hussain Sadiqi at Masjid-e-Jafariya I-9, and Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari at Markazi Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh Rawalpindi.
