Imambargah attack joint conspiracy of enemy and govts neglect, Moosavi Shah urges govt to keep in touch with real representatives of recognized schools of thought
RAWALPINDI, February 28: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the suicide bomb attack at Mosque and Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain, Satellite Town Rawalpindi has termed it a joint conspiracy of the enemy and the neglect of the government and the Administration. In a statement issued from Tehreek headquarters here on Saturday, he said we had invited the attention of the high officials including the President and the Prime Minister through a Press conference and through letters before Muharram that Control Rooms should be set up at Federal and Provincial level to make the arrangements for Muharram effective. It was also suggested that when set up, these Control Rooms, should be directed to keep a close contact and practically cooperate with the Central Muharram Committee of the TNFJ but the government did not lend her ear, he added. Agha Moosavi strongly demanded from the government to effectively implement the Anti-Terrorism Act and set up Control Rooms at Federal and Provincial level and their contact numbers should be disseminated through media so as the problems possibly faced by Azadaran are resolved amicably. He said the suicide bomb blast at the Imambargah is a conspiracy to create fear and harassment and our joint enemy is involved in this incident. He reiterated his principled point of view that there is no Maslaki or Maktabi conflict in Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that Azadari programmes would continue unabated without any fear while all schools of thought would thwart every mischief of the enemies of religion and motherland through their mutual unity and brotherhood. He called upon the people to remain alert and keep an eye on doubtful elements. RAWALPINDI, February 28: Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate commenting on the directive of Prime Minister of Pakistan for taking protective measures during Muharramul Haram and setting up of Control Rooms by some provinces, particularly in 34 districts by the Chief Minister has said that these Control Rooms could only be effective when the contact numbers of the same are publicised and they are directed to keep in touch and practically cooperate with the Central and Provincial Muharram Committees of TNFJ. Mazhar Ali Shah said Control Rooms are being set by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan for the last quarter a century the objective of which is to get the problems confronted by Azadaran, resolved by keeping in touch with the government. He lamented that the Federal and Provincial governments made no contact with TNFJ before Muharram despite their attention was invited many a time toward it. He said if the government has set up Control Rooms then the contact numbers of the same should be publicized through electronic and print media so that possible problems of Azadaran could be resolved easily. He said merely summoning meetings, delivering luring addresses, and making announcements could not satisfy people. He called upon the government to keep in touch with the real representatives of recognized schools of thought so as to restore real peace in the country and to thwart the tactics of enemies of religion and motherland. The TNFJ Secretary General while strongly condemning grenade attack on the Haram-e-Muqaddas of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) in the presence of American occupation forces and the desecration of Aqsa Mosque as a result of Israeli attack, called upon the international organizations to take concrete steps to ensure honour and dignity of the holy places. He called upon Azadaran to give priority to respect and dignity of Muharram over all other things. RAWALPINDI, February 27: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that respect and honour of Shahoor and Shaair-e-Ilahi (Divine months and signs) is the Muslim belief, and respect and dignity of Muharramul Haram is crystal clear. He said the statement issued by Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Jamali that foolproof arrangements should be made during Muharramul Haram and no slackness would be tolerated and that the nation should maintain the religious cohesion, could only be effective when these are followed in letter and spirit. In a statement issued here from headquarters of TNFJ Pakistan, he said it is crystal clear that rulers could keep a contact with people if they so desire but when people need them, then it is difficult to find even the lower echelon from amongst the rulers. That is why, he said, people get all their problems resolved through their representative organisations that play the role of a bridge between them. The Spokesman said that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has been issuing not only Code of Azadari but also forms Control Rooms throughout Pakistan since quarter a century so as to save the nation and the country from all types of difficulties, restore law and order, and to observe Muharramul Haram with devotion and respect. Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Religious Affairs used to form Muharram Cells in all the four provinces and in Northern Areas before induction of the Jamali government. They were also used to inform the Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of the TNFJ in writing about the Muharram Cells but unfortunately, the 7th of Muharram has approached and both the Federal and Provincial governments have failed to announce formation of Muharram Cells so far despite a host of reminders through letters, e-mails and faxes time and again. No one is even ready to answer to our requests except a few kind-heart personalities. He said, we would like to pose a question to the Prime Minister that what solution he has to the problems of the people in these circumstances? He is a democratic Prime Minister; he also meets people belonging to all sections of society but has not yet given time to give audience to the Muharram Committee of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. He made it clear that we keep the interest of ideology, motherland and the people dearer than all other things, are spending and would keep on spending all our energies in restoring law and order but if any problems crop up owing to non-cooperation with us on the part of government then the whole responsibility of any untoward situation would lay on Jamalis government. The Spokesman said Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine were already leading a difficult life and now anti-Muslim riots have been initiated in Indias Gujarat province. He said we strongly demand from the Indian government to respect Muharramul Haram and prove they follow a secular status. He said Iraq is a holiest soil of Prophets, righteous men, Aulia, and martyrs but the international terrorist America has destructed it in the garb of weapons of mass destruction. They could not even maintain peace there what to talk about of elections. He lamented that rocket-propelled grenades were fired in the holy shrines of refulgent moons of knowledge and successors of holy prophet (SAW), Hazrat Musa ibne Jaffar (A.S.) and Hazrat Imam Jawwad (A.S.) damaging the rear portions of these shrines but the number of visitors has not come down despite that and they are safe and sound. He said it was for the first time in the history of Iraq that holy places were attacked by terrorists sending a wave of anger throughout Iraq without any discrimination; all Sunnis and Shias there have announced that no power on earth could create rift amongst them. He said the pious personalities, their signs and shrines are Shaair-Ullah and thus the signs of blessing and source of survival for us. Disclosing that there are 10,000 holy places that have already been identified earlier, he demanded from the United Nations to keep the dignity of the same in view. He said occupation of Iraq is uncalled for but maintaining peace there is the responsibility of the occupation forces. Therefore, he said, arrangements should be made to protect holy places, Maraje Uzzam rather the life and valuables of the Iraqi people. He strongly condemned the attacks on the holy shrines. The Central Spokesman of the TNFJ has appealed the Azadaran-e-Mazloom-e-Karbala and the followers of the Holy Prophet (SAW) to follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, in letter and spirit. He also called upon the electronic and print media, being the Ummat of the Holy Prophet (SAW), to avoid everything that may be harmful for the religion and the motherland and may hurt the feelings of anyone, and particularly avoid comedy and musical programmes during the Ashra-e-Muharram. ISLAMABAD, February 26: Muharram Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya District Islamabads members met in the District Control Room. Convener Syed Nazakat Hussain Shah presided over the meeting that took stock of the Azadari programmes, Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions being held throughout the district during Ashra-e-Muharram in detail. While terming the arrangements satisfactory, they appealed all organisers of Majalis and Azadaran Mazloom-e-Karbala to present Pursa to Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) by following the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, in letter and spirit. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion said that Muharram Azadari Cells have been formed by the Central Muharram Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan to actively coordinate with the government during Muharram but, the resolution lamented, Muharram Cells have not yet been set up in Federal Capital and provinces at government level so as to resolve the Azadari problems as a result of which difficulties are being faced in connection with Azadari and lower echelon of Administration at some places were harassing Azadars on different counts. Another resolution said Azadari should be given preference over all other matters during the Ayyam-e-Aza and every conspiracy of enemies of Islam and Pakistan should be thwarted through the display of mutual understanding and brotherhood. The resolution demanded from the government to take immediate notice of the activities of restricted groups working with new names and initiate probe and departmental action against those government officials who were encouraging them. Moreover, it said the government and the opposition should avoid making these restricted groups sit along side them as this practice of their was becoming the source of strength for terrorists. Meanwhile, Majalis of Ashra-e-Muharram were continued on the fifth day of Muharram-ul-Haram throughout Pakistan to commemorate the matchless and unparallel sacrifice of Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS). The speakers termed azadari of Imam Hussain (AS) worship. RAWALPINDI, February 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Hussainiyyat is commensurate with firmness, forbearance and patience while Yazidiyaat is the name of evil, cowardice, oppression and brutality. He was addressing the Mukhtar Force District Islamabad jawans (young men) who called on him at the head of Syed Nazakat Hussain Kazmi here on Wednesday. He said Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) announced in clear-cut terms that his only objective is to correct the Ummat of his Grandfather (SAW) as it is the path of blessing and success. Agha Moosavi said the religion and Shariat, for which Hussain (A.S.) came to the plains of Karbala to defend and protect, is the torchbearer of unity, brotherhood, oneness of God, and brotherhood. That is why, he said, the Representatives of Allah showed both paths of Allah saying that now it is up to the human being to offer thanks or become atheist. He said on another occasion, it had been said that: We have made the human beings understand the affairs of subservience and disobedience. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said that our job is to preach and not to get it accepted because in religion there is no compulsion but patience. The TNFJ chief said Azadari of Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) is another name of patience and forbearance but one who does so has to become moderate by avoiding discrimination, oppression and brutality and fulfil all norms of justice and fair-play. He said Mukhtar Force is under the obligation to protect Shaair-Ullah and all places of worship without any discrimination while we consider that motherland Pakistan is also included in Shaair-Ullah. Therefore, he said we would have to keep the interests, dignity and honour of ideology, motherland and people in view at every place and time. Syed Nazakat Hussain Kazmi, Mukhtar Force District Commander, while presenting his report about Muharram programmes in Islamabad to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, Mukhtar Force was fulfilling its responsibility in giving protection to Matmi processions, places of worship and Taburrakaat in Federal Capital Islamabad in collaboration with the local Administration and is not confronted with any problem so far. He said Administrations in other districts should also follow the suit instead of adopting the policy of confrontation. The delegation reiterated their resolve to follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi in letter and spirit, during Ayyam-e-Aza.
RAWALPINDI, February 24: An important meeting was held in the Central Control Room of the Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan here on Tuesday. Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of the Committee presided over the meeting, which was attended by members, provincial conveners and office-bearers of the District Muharram Committees of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The participants of the meeting reviewed the administrative problems faced by the Azadaran. In his address on the occasion, Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari said administrative problems are being faced because of non-formation of Control Rooms by the government at Federal and Provincial level for solution of Azadari problems despite inviting their attention time and again. He demanded from the President and the Prime Minister to issue special orders to the authorities at the helm of affairs at Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Religious Affairs to this effect so that Azadaran-e-Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) could perform their Azadari rites in peace and tranquillity. He said after formation of Muharram Azadari Cells at government level, phone and fax numbers of these cells should be publicised through media in addition to directing them to keep a contact and actively coordinate with the Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of the TNFJ. A resolution presented by Ala Haider, Secretary of the Central Muharram Committee, was unanimously adopted on the occasion strongly condemned Rawalpindi Directorate of Education for holding Middle standard exams w.e.f. Muharram 7. The resolution pointed out that papers of some students have also been fixed for Muharram 9 despite Muharram 9-10 being the public holidays. The resolution demanded from the government to announce postponement of exam schedule till Muharram 12 throughout the country so that students may not suffer any educational loss. Another resolution while condemning the Administration on some places viz. use of loudspeaker and for unnecessarily disturbing the Azadaran in other organisational matters make it clear that Azadaran-e-Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) would not accept any type of restriction on and hurdle in Azadari keeping in line the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The resolution said restriction of use of loudspeakers is no solution of problem rather the Administration should strictly stop the misuse of this facility and take action against restricted groups who fan hatred, instead of harassing the Azadaans. The participants of the meeting called upon Azadaran to organise Majalis and take out Azadari processions by following the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi and apprise the local and Central Muharram Committees of the TNFJ of any problem they may face, for solution. RAWALPINDI, February 23: The Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has expressed grave concern over not forming Control Rooms by the government at Federal and Provincial level so as to resolve Azadari problems. In a statement issued here on Monday, while referring to the high level meeting of the TNFJ held on January 18, he said attention of the powers that be was invited towards forming Control Rooms in Muharram in the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas apprising them of all possible problems. Meanwhile, the spokesman said that Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, while addressing a Press conference last Saturday had called upon the government not to give any exam schedule during the Ashra-e-Muharram because all Sunnis and Shias observe Gham-e-Hussain jointly. The Ministry of Education was also apprised about this problem last year through a special letter. The spokesman expressed his astonishment that despite all this, the Directorate of Education Rawalpindi has announced to hold Middle standard exams during the Ashra-e-Muharram and they have even put up the casual for 9th of Muharram ignoring the fact that there are public holidays on 9th and 10th of Muharram. We consider such an activity enmity with Pakistan and their unawareness about Islam, he added. The spokesman called upon the government to take strict notice of this important issue and announce postponement of exams during the Ashra-e-Muharram all over the country following in the footsteps of Government of Sindh. He lamented that the powers that be were not ready even to answer any letter what to talk about giving audience in connection with Azadari problems. He demanded to take serious notice of the arrest of a terrorist from near an Imambargah in Balochistan, to take concrete steps to improve law and order situation, and to ensure holding of Muharram programmes in an atmosphere of peace and brotherhood by getting the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi implemented in letter and spirit, as in it lay the survival, development and solidarity of the people, religion and motherland. RAWALPINDI, February 22: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of the Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan presided over an important meeting at the Central Control Room here on Sunday to review the arrangements of Azadari programs. In his address on the occasion he said, that Karbala incident is the battlefield of righteousness and evil where Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) presented great sacrifices along with his near and dear ones so as to preach the conscious people of this world how to live and die in honour that is why all nations present homage to Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) in their own style. He said the Gham-e-Hussain is more important to them as compared to any other grief therefore the Azadaran (Mourners) should give priority to Gham-e-Hussain over all other matters keeping to the desire of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. He said the eternal lesson of the Karbala is that only fear from Allah. Bokhari said the Central Control Room of Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of the TNFJ is working round the clock. He called upon the Azadars to contact the Central Control Room for solution of any issue on phones: 051-4840625/4410180. Moreover, Provincial Control Rooms have also been set up in Federal Capital Islamabad and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas, he added. Ala Haider, Secretary of the Central Muharram Committee of the TNFJ, in his address on the occasion, made it clear that we keep Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom (A.S.) dearest of anything else and would not bear any interference or hurdle in its way. He strongly demanded from the government to set up Azadari Cells at Federal Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and in all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas and these proposed Cell should be directed to closely coordinate with the Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of the TNFJ so that all schools of thought including the Maktab-e-Tashayyo could organize Azadari programs with respect, honour, and in peace.

RAWALPINDI, February 21: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that no power would be allowed to play with law and order, hurt the dignity or to create any hurdle in way of Azadari that is the essence of worships. He stated this while addressing a crowded Press conference here at Tehreek headquarters Ali Masjid Satellite Town on Saturday. He also announced a 19-point Code of Azadari to be observed during Muharramul Haram, on this occasion. Answering a question, Agha Moosavi said defaming Pakistan in the name of jihad, is not a right step because Muslim blood is not that cheap, religion spread owing to seerat and character, and Muslim Ummah would have to launch a joint struggle after coming out of the shackle of Arab and Ajam for achieving independence of Kashmir and Palestine. He said life of Muslims is commensurate with jihad but Islam does not permit playing with the life and wealth of the people. He said in addition to Nabi and Imam, order of jihad could only be issued by Haakim-e-Shara who is capable of protecting his Nafs, did not involve or commit any sin, big or small, is a person who is subservient to Allah in every matter, opposes the desires of Nafs, and not runs after materialism. He said the worldly rulers are not Haakim-e-Shara. He said Haakim-e-Shara makes a decision after observing time and situation. In jihad you are not allowed to attack anybodys head whenever you so desire, he added. He said the independence movements of Kashmir and Palestine were not affected owing to restriction imposed on extremist groups and every one should keep in mind that Kashmiris and Palestinians are struggling themselves for their independence and their problems are the problems of the whole Islamic World. Answering another question he said, government and opposition should alight the restricted terrorist groups from them because the government could not satisfy the nation by making restricted groups and non-representative people and organizations sit besides them. Similarly, he said, bowing down on the door of rulers does not suit the Ulema-e-Haq and who are practicing this are Ulema-e-Soo. Responding to another question about government restriction on material and literature that creates sectarian differences and hurts the feelings of others, the TNFJ chief said it could only be effective when representative organizations of Sunni and Shia schools of thought are taken into confidence. Answering a question about action taken against scientists he said, the government should not express her weakness on this issue. If scientists are the protectors of honour and dignity of the nation and the country then Pakistan is greatest of anything else. Agha Moosavi said while answering a question about Shia demands that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan came into being when Gen. Zia announced to make the Islamic State of Pakistan a particular State. He said we have thwarted every tactic and conspiracy to turn the country into a sectarian State and would not allow anyone to do that in future also. He said processions of Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari are memorials of grandfather (SAW) and grandson (A.S.) and no power on earth could stop them because these are the practical display of Islamic glory in which all Sunnis and Shias jointly participate without any discrimination. He demanded from the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of the long-standing Shia problems. Giving his reaction on announcement of agitation from a restricted organization during Muharram, he warned that Muharram is only commensurate with Azadari and Gham-e-Hussain in which no one would be allowed to create any hurdle. He said Azadars should participate in Azadari programs in complete peace. He said those who were threatening to begin a different type of protest are the foreign agents and if any untoward situation was tried to be created in Azadari then the whole responsibility of it would lay on these elements and the Administration who may allow them such a relaxation and who include restricted groups working with different names in their meetings. He made it clear that standard of our friendship and enmity is not based on personality or party but on Islam and Pakistan. We are practically opponents of biases and according to a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) bias is called oppression and supporting and helping the one from ones own ranks in evil, that is why we oppose every oppressor and terrorist and hate them in every era. Agha Moosavi made it clear that the objective of Shahadat-e-Hussaini was to defend and represent Islamic values, supremacy of human being and his dignity and honour. That is why Hussain (A.S.) is Shaheed-e-Insaniyyat, therefore, every conscious person, whether he belongs to any religion, Maslak, colour, creed, region or State accepts Hussain (A.S.) his true leader, he said adding that Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all, Hussain (A.S.) belongs to Allah. He said we are observing the days of Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) and his sincere companions today at a time when the whole world is surrounded by international colonial powers, oppressed nations and the Islamic World is confronted with her hypocrisy, oppression and brutality, life is being made difficult in Kashmir and Palestine, war is going on in Afghanistan and Iraq, and she was bent upon using new tactics to cause harm to the Islamic World, Muslim States are confronted with disunity and anarchy while international Taghoot was united that has been declared by Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) in sermon 25 of Nehjul Balaghah as: By God, I have a feeling that people would snatch power and responsibility from you because they are united on their futility and you are scattered on your righteousness. They are subservient to their leader in way of futility while you do not follow your leader on the righteous path. The TNFJ chief said on this earth, motherland Pakistan has the honour that its foundation and basis is Islam and Islam is the objective of its creation. By the grace of God, Pakistan at present is an atomic power that is why chief of the colonial powers, Hindus and Zionists were enemies of its development and survival and they do not let any change go in causing harm to it, he said adding that they consider Muharramul Haram the best to fulfill their nefarious designs. Therefore, he said, we all are under the obligation to thwart all designs of the international colonial powers by following the principles and valuable sayings of Khatim-ul-Mursaleen (SAW), Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (R.A.), and provide strength not only to Pakistan but also to the oppressed nations and the Islamic World by observing the Ayyam-e-Gham of Imam Hussain (A.S.) with honour and respect following Hussaini guidance under the flag of independence and firmness. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while announcing 19-point Code of Azadari said: 1. The government should get the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Mausavi agreement fully implemented in connection with bringing out of mourning processions. 2. Azadari Cells should be set up at the Interior Ministry, Ministry for Religious Affairs including Federal Capital, provinces, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas and these should be publicized through media so that possible problems of Azadars could be resolved. Moreover, these Cells should keep a close liaison with the Central Muharram Committee (Azadari Cell) of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. 3. Government should not impose any order that may encroach upon the rights of anyone. 4. District Administration throughout the country should be directed to avoid creating fear and harassment amongst Azadars and organizers of Majalis and fully cooperate with them instead so that Azadars could perform their Azadari rites without any fear or threat. 5. Advance protective measures should be taken during Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions at sensitive places. God forbid, if there is any threat at any place then as a solution there should be no change in the processions route and the justifiable solution would be to help reach that procession to its destination safely. 6. Special arrangements for cleanliness and light should be made at the places of Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi procession routes throughout the country. 7. Preaching of biases should be prohibited and Anti-Terrorism Act should be get implemented strictly. No one should be allowed to take law into his hands. 8. In case of any untoward incident or mishap, the issue may be resolved through contacting the local Administration and the local Muharram Committee of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-i-Jafariya. The Central Muharram Committee of the TNFJ may be approached if the issue remains unresolved at local level. 9. The organizers of Majalis should take protective measures on self-help basis and remain fully watchful and alert so that no miscreant element of the nation and the country could cause any harm. 10. The countrymen should keep a strict eye on the enemies of religion and the motherland and practically announce their hatred against the elements promoting hatred, enmity and biases. 11. The government, and the media should avoid terrorist groups and discourage them. 12. All schools of thought should preach their faith and ideologies in a positive manner and should highlight the seerat and character of Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) and his near and dear ones. 13. Ulema, waizeen, and zakireen should give priority to unity, brotherhood, survival of religion, and solidarity of the motherland. 14. Electronic and print media should highlight the sacrifices of Martyrs of Karbala in an effective manner, and avoid Munkiraat and Radio and Television should keep off all musical and comedy programs and dramas, during Ashra-e-Muharram. 15. All political parties should suspend all type of activities and Azadars should give priority to Azadari over all other matters. 16. Discipline and timings should strictly be followed during the Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions and all those matters should be avoided that are contrary to the spirit of Azadari. 17. Women should follow the seerat of Mastooraat Mukhaddaraat-e-Ismat and Taharat; elders that of pious Sahaba Kubaar; and youngsters that of Shahzada Akbar (A.S.) and Qasim (A.S.). 18. The honour of all Masalak and schools of thought should be respected. Moreover, organizers of the Majalis should follow the Code of Azadari and also advise the others to do so. 19. The powers that be should get the Code of Azadari implemented from village level to top level. In the end, he made it clear that Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom (A.S.) is a universal protest against oppressors and is our basic right and the jugular vein. It is the sign of our blessing and is a guarantee for our survival, he added. Neither our forefather accepted any hurdle nor we are going to accept any, he concluded.
