RAWALPINDI, September 21: World peace could not be restored without recognizing the rights of oppressed and the have-nots as well as giving them these, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. He was talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ District Jhelum that called on him under the leadership of Sheikh Nisar Hussain and Ikhlaq Hussain Naqvi. He said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, keeping the interests of Islam and Pakistan in view, should make it clear on the 191 members of the United Nations that struggling for achieving rights and independence is not terrorism but encroaching upon the rights of others and depriving them of independence is the biggest terrorism. Agha Moosavi said our main objective is Islam that is the religion of blessings and love, denies hatred and enmity, desirous of restoring peace and tranquility, and considers encroaching upon the rights of others a sin. He said chief of the terrorist world America interfered in Afghanistan and Iraq on the so-called plea of terrorism as a result of which India and Israel found a chance to show their muscles by shedding the blood of oppressed Muslims of Held Kashmir and Palestine and now desire to deprive them of the right to independence by labeling the charge of terrorism on them. He said no one could stop them from struggle for independence despite the fact that thousands of people there kissed martyrdom, thousands of children were made orphan and thousands of women were made widow, in their fight for achieving independence. He said Vajpayee and Sharon were utilizing all their energies in getting Kashmiris and Palestinians declared as terrorists and thats why they justify all types of oppression against them on this pretext. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the United Nations has accepted the right of Palestinians by adopting a Resolution in their favor the other day, therefore, this body is now under the obligation to play her strong role in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, and Palestine. Moreover, the UN should make all main culprits of terrorism including Bush and Blair a lesson by bringing them to the International Court of Justice, declaring war criminals and giving exemplary punishment, he added.
RAWALPINDI, September 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Moosa Al-Kazim (A.S.) as Youm-e-Babul Hawaij (Babul Hawaij Day) on 25th Rajab-ul-Murajjab throughout the country. In a statement issued from Tehreek headquarters here on Saturday, he said oppression and brutality could be confronted by following the pious character of Hazrat Imam Moosa ibne Jaffar (A.S.). Agha Moosavi said the refulgent moon of the sky of imamate and wilayat, iron hill of patience and firmness, and the protector of Shariat and humanity Hazrat Imam Moosa Al-Kazim (A.S.) is that great a personality that no tyrant ruler or dictator could bow him down. He bore the difficulties of detention and rough treatment but no one could shatter his confidence. He said the martyrdom anniversary of Aseer-e-Baghdad Imam Moosa Al-Kazim (A.S.) would be observed as Youm Babul Hawaij in accordance with his saying that best generosity is the support of the oppressed. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it has been declared on the whole world of humanity now that international terrorist America and her agents desire to shatter world peace therefore the oppressed nations and Muslim people will have to adopt a concrete strategy to thwart their nefarious designs. He appealed all schools of thought to announce their commitment on the occasion of Youm Babul Hawaij to give priority to death in honour over life in disgrace by extending condolence to the holy family of Muhammad (SAW) & Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to lay programs for Youm Babul Hawaij throughout the country. Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated Convener and Abd Hadi as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI: Muslim Ummah has to bow down at Dar-e-Murtazawi (AS) by holding Nade-e-Ali very dear, to pullout the new Khyber gate and to cause the present day Marhab-o-Antar: Bush, Blair and Sharon, to enter the hell. This was stated in a declaration issued at the end of Nad-e-Ali Conference organized by Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO) Rawalpindi Division at Press Club Rawalpindi on Friday.
The conference was presided over by President TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi while MNA Zamurrud Khan, Chairman MSO Pakistan Syed Bu Ali Mahdi and President TNFJ divisional council Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chohan were the chief guests. The declaration made it clear that today the unsaid condition of Muslim Ummah is the result of unwise steps of their rulers but Alas Muslim rulers have become blind in the lust of rule. Condemning the incidents of terrorism, the declaration demanded from the government to implement Anti Terrorism Ordinance and urged ruling and opposition groups to avoid terrorist groups. It also slated the prejudice policy of electronic and print media towards Millat-e-Jafariya and demanded full coverage on equal level to Shia beliefs and ideologies.
Participants of the conference reiterated their full resolve to fully support any call of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the mission of Wilaa and Azaa. TNFJ Deputy Secretary General Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Allama Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi, MNA Zamarrud Khan, MSO Chairman Bu Ali Mahdi, Chairman Green Task Force Dr Jamal Nasir, Central President MSO Syed Abd-e-Hadi, Press Secretary Mukhtar Force Naseer Hussain Sabzawari, Divisional President MSO Syed Mumtaz Hussain Naqvi, Raza Kazmi, Wajihul Hassan Kazmi, Zakir Amjad Hussain Shah Kazmi, Naveed Naqvi and Syed Joan Ali Mashhadi addressed the conference.
ISLAMABAD, September 19: Youm-e-Dua (Day of Prayer) was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Friday to express solidarity with Yasser Arafat and Palestinian freedom fighters on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Complete practical solidarity was expressed in all mosques, Madaris, Friday congregations, meetings and rallies in all big cities of the country without any discrimination. Resolutions adopted on the occasion condemned American veto of the Resolution presented by Sudan and Syria in the Security Council.
A strong rally was organized in front of the United Nations offices in Federal Capital Islamabad on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua in the leadership of ulema, religious and political elite belonging to different schools of thought. The participants of the rally were raising vociferous slogans against America, Israel and India.
Convener of the Central Youm-e-Dua Committee of the TNFJ, Meesam Tammar read out the special message of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he said that Yasser Arafat has displayed courage and bravery by rejecting the American veto and has raised Kalmah-e-Haq by announcing to give priority to death in honour over life in humiliation.
Agha Moosavi warned that if any harm was caused to Yasser Arafat, its responsibility would rest with America and her agents and then such a cyclone and dangerous situation would arise that would further increase the problems and difficulties pushing the world on the brink of disaster. Agha Moosavi said no honourable Muslim could resist condemning the Zionist oppression on the oppressed Palestinian Muslims. He said the United Nations should stop Sharon from taking wrong steps and take action against him if she desires to restore her lost credibility. He also called upon the Islamic World to adopt a joint strategy for their survival, come out from the shackle of Arab and Ajam, and adopt a joint defense strategy by terming attack on any State as an attack on the Muslim Ummah. He reiterated his resolve on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua to continue support for the oppressed and not to hesitate in saying Kalmah-e-Haq, come what may. A written memorandum was also presented to the Representative of the United Nations while the participants of the rally put the Israeli flag on fire raising vociferous protesting slogans against American colonialism. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the office of the Central Youm-e-Dua Committee of the TNFJ, a demonstration was organized in Peshawar under the leadership of TNFJ Provincial Council President, Sardar Hassan Ali Qazilbash on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua. A prayer meeting was held at the Provincial Secretariat in which Israeli aggression against Palestinians, particularly Sharons threats against Yasser Arafat were condemned, besides United Nations was called to stop Zionist oppression against Muslims and get her Resolutions for solution of long-standing issues of Palestine and Kashmir resolved. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded provision of protection to Yasser Arafat and for severe punishment to America and her Israeli and Indian agents by running trial against them in the International Court of Justice. TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh President, Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari in his address to a Youm-e-Dua gathering at Gujjanpur Chowk, Naudero, Larkana, announced strong support to the oppressed Palestinians. Mukhtar Force District Commander Syed Noor Hussain Shah, Syed Ghulam Ali Shah, Barkat Ali Jafri, and Motan Faqeer also addressed the gathering. Youm-e-Dua gatherings were also held at Lahore, Muzaffarabad, Skardu, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Sialkot, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Kohat, Sadiqabad, Chakwal, Haripur, Gilgit, Bagh, Jhang, Karachi and other places.
RAWALPINDI, September 18: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said all Muslim States should snap ties with Israel for end of Muslim Ummahs bad condition and restoration of dignity besides getting veto power in the United Nations organizing the representative body of Islamic world, OIC, on the UN level. In his special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua (Day of Prayer) which is being observed across the country on Friday with national zeal and spirit to express solidarity with Yasser Arafat and Palestinian freedom fighters, he said the UN came into being in the context of two world wars, which confronted the humanity with destruction and ruin. Establishing peace on international level, saving the coming generations from war, oppression and every kind of aggression, promotion of good relations among comity of nations, solution of economic and social problems and protection and respect of fundamental rights of all were included in the UN objectives, but the United Nations is fall short of achieving its topmost objectives despite passage of more than half a century, he added. One of the main reasons is that monopoly of some countries was recognized by giving them veto power in the beginning, and secondly the world body became their slave-girl owing to its weak policy and subservient attitude towards super powers, he said. In addition to this, America and its stooges deemed disgracing attitude towards oppressed nations and Islamic world necessary for their supremacy, which gave courage to international terrorist. He said New York-Washington Drama was staged merely to target oppressed and Muslim States. Rejecting UN resolution and world protest, the United States ruined Iraq after destructing Afghanistan, while the United Nations neither declared the US a criminal and nor challenged its steps. The TNFJ chief said that day was the most unfortunate day of 1948 when expelling the Palestinians who were residing there for hundreds of years, Jews were caused to enter, and Israels membership was also accepted in the UN. Agha Moosavi said that at present international devil is spending all its energies in establishing the supremacy of Israel, thats why Sharon has given Arafat options of exile, siege and murder, and the entire world is protesting against it. When Sudan and Syria proposed a resolution in the UN Security Council against Israel, the US despite UN support for the resolution made clear to the whole world by vetoing it that it is its hand which is on the back of Israel. It is not only a disgrace of Islamic world rather insult of the United Nations, he added. He lamented that 57 countries of Islamic world and more than one billion and two hundred million Muslims who are settled on 95 lac square miles are caught by the crime of weakness despite being an atomic power and enriched with abundant blessings. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the United States which calls itself Champion of Democracy is giving proof by its measure against the Palestines elected president and backing Israel that it cares not democracy or dictatorship but its interests which could be fulfilled with enmity against oppressed and Muslim people. He said whole Islamic world including Pakistan always followed the UN manifesto and never shrink from supporting the right of self-determination of oppressed nations. He commended Yasser Arafat saying that Palestinian President has given proof of courage by rejecting US veto and raised a voice of truth by declaring to prefer the death in honor to life in ignominy, despite he was kept besieged and the center of Palestinian authority was destroyed. He said the whole world should bear in mind that if any harm be caused to Arafat, responsibility will go to the US and its stooges, and then such a storm and awful situation will take birth because of which problems and afflictions will increase and the world will reach on the brink of ruin. He demanded from the UN to stop Sharon from wrong steps if it is desirous of restoring its wounded-dignity and avoid not from taking stern action against Israel. He advised the Islamic world that if it wants its integrity, stability and dignity then it should adopt united policy for its economic and political existence besides adopting joint defensive strategy considering an attack on any State as an assault against the whole Islamic world by coming out of the shell of Arab and non-Arab. He warned international terrorist Bush and Hindus-Zionists that a Muslim is never suppressed in the past and nor could he be suppressed in future and no power how so big could push him back from the path of truth. Agha Moosavi vowed on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua to keep continue support for oppressed in every condition and that no hesitation will be showed in raising voice of truth.
RAWALPINDI, September 17: Convener of the Central Youm-e-Dua (Day of Prayer) Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan presided over an important meeting of the Committee in which arrangements were reviewed for country-wide Youm-e-Dua that is being observed on Friday, September 19 to express solidarity with Yasser Arafat and Palestinian freedom fighters on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Conveners for all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas were also nominated during the meeting so as to organize programs on this occasion. Addressing the meeting, Meesam Tammar said the Muslim rulers should now open their eyes because America by vetoing Arab resolution in the United Nations has made it clear on the whole world that Sharon has full American support on his Pharaoh like approach. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: A person who sees out morning and evening in a condition in which he does not take up the affairs of Muslims, he is not Muslim. He said the weak policy of the Muslim Ummah and their subservient attitude encourage America that first destructed Afghanistan and then went on to shatter Iraq while Zionists and Hindus were carrying out massacre in Palestine and Kashmir during the last 55 years but all international organisations including the United Nations have adopted hypocritical attitude. He appealed the brethren in Islam to express their solidarity with the oppressed world in general, and with Yasser Arafat and Palestinian freedom fighters in particular on Friday, September 19 so as to declare upon the world that we share our happiness and woes and we consider attack on any Muslim State as an attack on the whole Islamic World and murder of any Muslim as murder of the whole Islamic World. He said that in the present circumstances the Muslim Ummah was under the obligation to display practical unity and brotherhood so as to root out all types of biases, enmities, and hatred while the Muslim leaders should get themselves rid of colonial clutches, and do not be optimistic because it is a recognized fact that Zionists and Hindus could not be our friends. Strongly condemning the use of veto on the Arab resolution against Sharons threats hurled on Yasser Arafat, he termed it an act of adding fuel to the fire. Asking the oppressed nations and the Islamic World to remain alert, he said the American reptile is ready to devour them all, one by one, if did not adopt a joint, strong and solid strategy and did not give priority to the interests of the Islamic World by coming out of shackles of Arab and Ajam.

RAWALPINDI, September 15: Announcement by Pharaoh-natured Sharon regarding Yasser Arafat is an open challenge, a slap in the face of United Nations, and is tantamount to tearing apart the Road Map about Palestine, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said. He stated this while addressing the newly elected office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi who called on him at the head of Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan here on Monday. TNFJ Punjab President Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi was also present on the occasion. He said after the Russian collapse, chief of the colonial powers i.e. America considered the Islamic World a threat under a heinous conspiracy.
Agha Moosavi said that after the self-styled drama of New York incident, she utilized all her energies and used every tactic to get Muslims declared terrorists. He said this action of Bush not only harassed the oppressed and Muslim nations but also encouraged Hindus and Zionists. Therefore, he said, colonial agents i.e. Hindus and Zionists confronted the oppressed and have-nots with all types of oppression and brutality that is still continuing against them as Muslims are being profusely massacred. He said both these agents took the plea that if international terrorists Bush and Blair could destruct Afghanistan and Iraq to take revenge then why Vajpayee and Sharon could not follow Kashmiris and Palestinians in defense? He said Sharons Indian tour on September 9, his utterances against Islam, signing of new agreement with India are the part of that heinous conspiracy. The TNFJ chief said that Bush, Sharon and Vajpayee pose a great threat to the oppressed world while silence of the Islamic World is providing further strength to them; owing to this weakness of the Islamic World, Sharon has presented three options about Yasser Arafat: exile, siege, and murder. He said if the United Nations did not display courage and bravery and did not give up hypocritical attitude and if the Islamic World did not adopt a joint strategy to resolve their problems, then we may become part of the past history. He said our main objective is Islam and we could resolve our problems by following the Islamic commandments rather we could get rid of the colonial powers by doing so. He said the motherland Pakistan has the singular honour of having its bases based on Islam but it is unfortunate that all schools of thought in Pakistan, that came into being through the joint efforts and combined sacrifices of all schools of thought, are still deprived of their basic rights. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his resolve not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the protection of belief and defense of the motherland. Neither any bargaining will be done on this count nor anyone would be allowed to do so, he added. Meanwhile, the newly elected office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi reiterated their resolve to present all types of sacrifices on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya in achieving the goals of Tehreek, and for promoting the mission of Wilaa and Azaa.
