By laying his life Imam Moosa Kazim RAWALPINDI, Pakistan- 11 October: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ), Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said American attack on Iraq was the preface of new world order while continued strikes against Afghanistan are the conclusion and completion of new world order. He made his remarks while addressing a Majlis-e-Moosa ibne Jafer (A.S) on Thursday in connection with ‘Ayyam-e-Babul Hawa’ej’. Agha Moosavi said, “At present the whole human world in general and Muslim people in particular are the target of United States which is busy in conspiracies of stabilizing its position in every country in different pretexts.” “At first it interfered in Middle East and now don’t want to come out of there while its next target is South Asia—to achieve which it has started its campaign,” he said. Agha Moosavi said OIC meeting, which was called ‘extraordinary’, concluded before time after being caught by differences. “It’s a time of concern for whole Islamic world”, he added. “The meeting in fact is caught by U.S. which will give it more strength.” Agha Moosavi urged OIC to convene a meeting of heads first of all to formulate a united and joint strategy. “If this would not be done then it would be co-partner in the crime of United States and its allies’ terrorism,” he made clear. Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S) was that great figure of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT) who considered struggle and Jehad for the establishment of justice and equity ‘felicity and devotion’ for the security of humanity as a penalty of which he by laying his life, proved that no dictator, how so ever big he is, could push ‘Ahle Haq’ back from the path of Haq (right). Agha Moosavi made clear that the great figure of Khandan-e-Risalat Hazrat Moosa ibne Jafer Babul Hawa’ej (A.S) was the embodiment of piety, abstinence and uswa-e-Risalat and wilayat. He was adorned with praise worthy qualities—one of which is ”Infaq fee sabeelillah’ (to spend in the path of Allah). Quoting the saying of Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S) ‘best salvation is to support the oppressed’ Agha Moosavi said for that very reason the objective of these holy figures was the establishment of justice and equity and to liberate the oppressed from the oppressions of oppressors and tyrant rulers-by following this we can have peace in the whole world. TNFJ Sindh condemns the murder of SBTE Chairman KARACHI, Pakistan: Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ), Sindh Ahmed Barakat Wednesday has condemned the murder of the Chairman of the Sindh Board of Technical Education Syed Hassan Zaidi. Unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle gunned down Syed Hassan Zaidi when he was alighting from his car outside his residence on Wednesday afternoon, in the city’s Temuria precinct, in North Nazimabad’s Block H. “This is the chain of the continued terrorism,” Barakat said. The spokesman expressed his deep concern over the killing saying, “not to check terrorism internally at such a time when we are in the grip of enemies from all around is not a good sign.” He forcefully demanded from the government to root out terrorism completely besides implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and keeping in view ‘Moosavi Peace Formula’. Addressing the Mehfil-e-Sadiq-e-Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S) on Tuesday Agha Moosavi said “Now the modesty of OIC should be awaken because if Europe can say that attack on any member state of NATO will be considered an assault against the NATO then OIC must also approve this resolution that attack on any Muslim state will be considered an assault against the whole Islamic world.” Agha Moosavi urged the OIC foreign Ministers meeting which is scheduled to be held on October 10 to form in connection with U.S.-led strikes against Afghanistan such a cogent and joint strategy which is being in the interest of whole Islamic world. “This is our resolved stance that terrorism is oppression and terrorist has no state and faith,” he said. TNFJ condemns the killings of Professor Qaiser Abbas and KARACHI, Pakistan: Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Karachi Spokesman has expressed his deep grief over the killings of Professor Qaiser Abbas and Principal of a local college Gul Imam Shahid. Professor Qaiser Abbas was killed on Tuesday while Principal of a local college Gul Imam Shahid was shot dead by some unknown motorcyclists in Orangi Town, Karachi. Its an open act of terrorism and a chain of the continued killings and rapacity in the country, the spokesman said. At present as US along with its allies is targeting Osama and his followers our eternal enemy wants to create dissention, separation and confusion by committing acts of killings in a bid to destabilize Pakistan as well as to divert world attention from Indian atrocities in held Kashmir, he added. The spokesman demanded from the Governor of Sindh to cause stop killings and rapacity immediately besides warning intelligence agencies, duty of which is to unveil the criminal hands, so that such incidents could not be occurred. Agha Moosavi announces RAWALPINDI, Pakistan- 8 October: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, terming the U.S. attack on Afghanistan regrettable, has said responsibility of this not only comes to world devil but also to OIC. He made his remarks on Monday while announcing ‘3-day Babul Hawa’ij’ from Rajab ul Murajjab 23-25 to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S). Agha Moosavi said, “American incursion on Afghanistan is due to the inefficiency of OIC which should be very shameful.” He said, “As Pakistan made contacts with Afghanistan and tried to convince it similarly if emergency meeting of OIC was convened as well as diplomatic efforts were started by forming delegations then all this would not be happened.” Agha Moosavi repeated his oft-repeated stance that “terrorist has no state and faith, and terrorism could not be eliminated with terrorism.” “Now United States says it is against terrorism and no country is its target then why Afghanistan? Why it is not worried of that terrorism which has been in force by Hindus and Jews in Palestine and Kashmir since last 53 years? Why it applies different sets of rules to identical cases?” Agha Moosavi said. He said United Nations had approved a resolution against terrorism but it could not agreed upon the definition of ‘terrorism’. If it waited for more some days as it did for 24 days then would the sky be fell on it? If United States was not hasty to strike Afghanistan then Bush and Blair would not to make this clear that “they neither are against any state nor its people but the terrorists.” Agha Moosavi urged UN to take significant step for the safety of humanity and protection of Muslim people so that the terrible and dreadful shadows of war could be stopped from spreading more. “OIC should summon a meeting of Muslim heads immediately likewise UN should play its role to redress the sensitive situation by convening its meeting immediately,” he advised. Agha Moosavi made clear that prayers, being taught by Muhammad and his holy family (PBUT) are the best example and training school (maktab) for the Muslims of the world. “This is that great maktab which creates in a man religious and spiritual power, strong and firm belief as well as the passion of laying even his life for justice and equality man becomes acquainted with the secrets of worship by dint of this. It teaches man the way of following the right as well as grants him nearness to Allah. Rather it keeps him away from destruction, oppression, barbarism, tyranny-the different names of terrorism,” he said. END
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan- 6 October: Secretary General Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ), Syed Mazher Ali Shah, advocate said the heinous game of terrorism has been started again in Karachi following the government’s invitations to warned groups as well as their coverage in electronic media. Syed Mazher Ali Shah expressed this in his letter to the President General Pervez Musharraf, Federal Interior Minister Moin Uddin Haider and Governor Sindh Mian Muhammad Somru. “According to the saying of Ameer al Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S) there are three types of friends: 1- friend; 2- friend of friend; 3- enemy of enemy. Likewise enemies are of three kinds: 1- enemy; 2- friend of enemy; 3- enemy of friend. So we should draw up our internal and foreign policy by testing our friendship and enmity on the same touchstone,” Syed Mazher Ali said. He repeated the stance of Agha Moosavi, chief of TNFJ that at present motherland is in between the two stones of mill—and which could only be secured if it would take a prop of pole. Syed Mazher Ali Shah said “our eternal and joint enemy from the very existence of Pakistan never let any opportunity to slip, and Pakistan has been a target of its aggression and terrorism since long.” “Even though the whole world is disturbed after U.S. tragedy but it (our eternal enemy) has not abstained from its conspiracies and mischiefs,” he added. Syed Mazher Ali Shah said it first caused explosion in Sialkot and then in held Kashmir. After wards it played plane hijacking drama which failed very badly and now it caused attack on a mosque and adjoined Imambargah in Karachi on October 4, which left 6 people dead including two children and many others injured. The terrorists managed to escape with confidence. President condemned the incident calling it coward attack as well as issued orders of immediate investigations and arrest of culprits to the Sindh government. Syed Mazher Ali Shah said ” this was to be done that as we have been in the grip of enemy from all around–our intelligence agencies should be vigilant but whereas such sort of incidents are causing more fear similarly its a time of concern for government”. He said all rulers struggled for the elimination of terrorism, being continued for the last three decades. Thus for former chief justice of Pakistan Sajjad Ali Shah took notice of it voluntarily and as other parties presented their viewpoint similarly Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan presented ‘Moosavi Peace Formula’ which was very much appreciated. “But government could not check the terrorism due to their ‘maslehatain”, he lamented. Mazher Ali Shah said one year, 11 months and 24 days have been passed since the military leadership came into power; it presented 7-point agenda, which also included the eradication of terrorism and assurance of peace. Federal Interior Minister called on a meeting of religious parties on January 13 where the representatives of TNFJ presented TNFJ’s viewpoint, which was highly appreciated by the minister and all religious parties. So that the president, by keeping it in view, issued anti-terrorism ordinance on August 14 in which 2 groups were warned while two others banned. This resulted in reduction of terrorism. He said after the tragedy of United States President of Pakistan held meeting with a warned group-as a reaction of which the other warned group started demonstrations by keeping in view Afghanistan. Syed Mazher Ali Shah expressed his amazement that government had decided ‘not to give coverage to the terrorist groups’ but electronic and print media are giving them coverage more than ever. As a result of which the same game again started in Pakistan’s economic jugular vein, Karachi-the great example of which is the fresh incident of Karachi. Syed Mazher Ali Shah urged rulers to implement anti-terrorism ordinance strictly as well as keep in view ‘Moosavi Peace Formula’ besides making investigations of the matter of meeting of a warned group with president because this has caused harm to government’s reputation. “Those who caused tumult in the funerals of martyrs are verily the agents of enemy but the innocent persons who were arrested as a penalty of these mischievous elements’ tumult should immediately be released which also included the bereaved families of martyrs” he said. Agha Moosavi appealed to the countrymen to pray with humility for the elevation of ranks of all martyrs of millat including Karachi incident’s as well as for the integrity and stability of motherland Pakistan, eminence of Islamic world besides protection of entire humanity. He said, “All this is doing of our eternal enemy because before this it (enemy) has become unveiled by committing explosion in held Kashmir and playing the plane hijacking drama in a bid to destabilize Pakistan and cause it be declared a terrorist state.” Condemning the incident Agha Moosavi said our eternal enemy has been busy in such sort of conspiracies since long. Agha Moosavi expressed sympathies with bereaved families. He also advised countrymen to remain peaceful. Agha Moosavi demanded from the military leadership to punish culprits for ensuring peace. “We still stand on our this stance that there is no maslaki, maktabi conflict in Pakistan. All schools of thought are brothers to each other and an iron wall against the enemy”, he said. Agha Moosavi said people should be vigilant from terrorist groups as well as government must also avoid giving them seats on its right and left. Because governmental ‘Maslehatain’ gives them (terrorist groups) support, which is detrimental for the motherland. “Integrity and solidarity of motherland is very dear to us and for this purpose we would continue our struggle”, he added. Knowledge adorns man, and faith adorns the heart with peace and calm, RAWALPINDI, Pakistan- 04 October: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that if United States really wants the elimination of terrorism and establishment of world peace then it must admit the massacre in Kashmir and Palestine by Hindus and Zionists which is in force since 53 years ‘terrorism’ thus to cause the war criminals–India and Israel sever punishment. Talking to the office bearers and members of central guarding council Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO) Pakistan headed by chairman MSO, Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, who called on him here on Thursday, Agha Moosavi said, “Man is the most eminent of created beings while humanity based on two important pillars: knowledge & faith which are sine qua non of each other”. He pointed out that “knowledge is habit-builder and faith is man-builder; knowledge confers brightness and energy while faith embraces with Ishq-o-Muhabbat (love) and valour; knowledge is weapon and tool and faith objective of life; knowledge brings outer revolution and faith transpires inner revolution; knowledge makes the world of mankind and humanity while faith grants the soul of mankind and humanity; knowledge adorns man, and faith adorns the heart with peace and calm; knowledge secures man from all forms of strong wind storms while faith grants courage against unrest, isolation, disappointment and sense of inferiority.” Agha Moosavi said western devil has put the knowledge and faith separately from each other. That’s why its concept is to keep separate religion from politics while politics in obeys religion in the sight of Islam. Otherwise, it can’t be called politcs but ‘changezi’. For that every reason knowledge and faith have been brought against each other as opponents in civilization of European history. Islamic history is a period of development of knowledge and faith while European history is period of decline of knowledge and faith through which irreparable harm has been caused to whole humanity. Agha Moosavi made it clear that “Man is incomplete without knowledge and faith which have power of making a man-a real man and faithful”. “Everything becomes worthless against a real man and faithful, and he lays even his life for the security and protection of humanity and faith”, he added. Agha Moosavi said at present international Muslim organizations are finding out the definition of terrorism from Unite Nations even though its very clear that to offer each type of sacrifice for the protection of one’s faith, belief, ideology and peace by adopting the path of justice and equity is ‘Jehad’ while to adopt the path of oppression by giving up the path of ‘right’ is ‘terrorism’. “Sometimes a man adopts wrong path not for his faith or religion but to express his severe reaction as a result of the pressure of psychological complications avengious emotions and subdued by suffocation sense thus puts his honor at stake which is not a right act,” he said. Agha Moosavi said an action, which is being performed with ’emaani’ passion by keeping himself on right path, is different from that which is done with psychological contention. Martyrdom Anniversary Shareeka tul Hussain Hazrat Zainab ISLAMABAD, Pakistan- 3 October: Martyrdom Anniversary of the grand daughter of Holy Prophet Shareeka tul Hussain Hazrat Zainab (A.S) was observed with respect and reverence throughout world including Pakistan as ‘Youm-e-Aza’ (mourning day), as declared by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan. On this occasion majalis were held in Mosques, Imambargahs and Aza khanas, and taboots were bought out. Majalis-e-Aza in connection with ‘Youm-e-Aza’ were arranged on a great level in Islamabad–the capital of Pakistan and its twin city Rawalpindi. Addressing a majlis, held in Jamia tul murtaza G.9/4 Islamabad under the management of women wing TNFJ district Islamabad, Syeda Zahida Bukhari said “The sher dil daughter of Haider-e-Karrar Hazrat Zainab (A.S) was the brought up of Deen-o-Shariat, Quran-o-Sunnah and Man-building religion. Her discerning addresses shook the basics of yazidi castles. Her seerat-o-kirdar is a beacon of light for human world.” Besides Syeda Binte Moosa and Asiya Syeda many other speakers addressed the majalis. Dukhtaraan-e-Islam and Aseeraan-e-karbala arranged a majlis-e-Aza in G.9/4 Islamabad, which was addressed by many speakers who highlighted the holy seerat of Syeda Hazrat Zainab (A.S). On this occasion matamdaari was also performed. Majlis-e-Aza were also held in Tarlai kalan, Bheka syedan, I-9, sadaat colony I /10-1. In Rawalpindi, Zakira Zeba Zafar and Razia Haider addressed the majlis held in Imambargah Zainul Abedeen, satellite town under the management of women wing Anjuman Faiz-e-Panjtan (A.S). Afterwards matamdaari was performed. TNFJ mohalla council Ghareebabad arranged a majlis in Qasr-e-Rubab. Addressing the majlis, Zakir Musafara-e-shaam Syed Matloob Hussain Kazmi said, “Hazrat Syeda Zainab binte Ali (A.S) is the bright sign of women’s greatness by dint of whom woman can raise her head high with pride in the human world.” Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, administrator TNFJ Punjab addressed a majlis in Qasr-e-Abu Talib mughalabad. He said, “The seerat of holy women of the holy family is the best and complete example for present day women.” “Hazrat Syeda Zainb is that great lady who not only protected the successors of Syedush shuhada (A.S) and Hussaini objective to the whole world,” Hujjatul Islam Syed Hussain Sakini principal Jamia tul musheer, wah cantt, said while addressing the majlis. Speaking to a majlis-e-shahadat held in Aza khana zawari Begam, Allama Ejaz Hussain said the patience and firmness displayed by Syeda Hazrat Zainab (A.S) in Dasht-e-karbala and kufa-o-shaam, is a beacon of light for entire universe. Allama Syed Taqi Shah addressed a majlis in masjid-e-kazmia westridge. He said wilayat completed the religion while the objective of Hussain’s martyrdom got completion with the character and addresses of Hazrat Zainab bint Ali (A.S). Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddesi addressed a majlis in masjid-e-Ahle Bayat mojeza gah gadduwal, while maulana Syed Mohsin Ali Shah in Darsgah Abu Talib Tench Bhata. Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi, speaking to a Zainabia conference held in Deeni Darsgah satellite town said, “Women by following the seerat of Hazrat Zainab, should bring up Aun-o-Muhammad (A.S) like children-who sacrificed their lives for Deen-o-Shariat”. A majlis was also held in Imambargah Jasol Syedan Tehsil Gujar Khan. Zakir Ghulam Asghar Jafery and Zakir Muhammad Nazeer addressed a majlis in Qasr-e-shabbir Dhoke syedan Rawalpindi. Meanwhile, according to reports received in TNFJ Headquarter majalis in connection with martyrdom anniversary of Syeda Zainab (AS) were held in all big cities and towns. Allama Syed Agha Hussain Kazmi beside other speakers addressed a majlis-e-Aza in markazi Imambargah pindi Ghep under the management of pir Syed Muhammad Shah Bukhari. In khor city, TNFJ local council arranged a majlis which was addressed by Zakir Syed Amjad Hussain Kazmi gahi syedan, zakir fazal Abbas and many others. Afterwards matamdaari was also performed. Local wa’ezeen and Zakireen addressed a majlis arranged by district president TNFJ sheikh Nisar Hussain Qureshi in Jehlum. Mukhtar Force district Jehlum arranged a majlis in Adala Syedan Deena Syed Ikhlaq Hussain Naqvi and many others addressed the mjalis. On this occasion it was vowed to lay any sacrifice for the achievement of religious rights in the leadership of Agha Moosavi chief of TNFJ. Sajjada Nasheen Agha Syed Sardar Ali Jan Badshah arranged a great majlis in Asad Abad. Syeda Kaneez Fatimah and Binte Zahra addressed a majlis in madressa-e-fatmia chakwal and described Faza’il and masa’ib of Hazrat Zainab (A.S). Agha Moosavi said, “women’s struggle is written in the whole human history under the topic of her participation with men in battle and war. Agha Moosavi pointed out that Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (A.S) not only awakened the humanity with her zealous and discerning sermons and statements but also shacked the castle of yazidiyyat by repeating the holiest messages of divine religion in darbaars of yazid and ibne ziad and bazaars of kufa and Syria. “Syeda Zainab was the real and true protector of the Dashte-Nainawa Martyr’s blood. That’s why she spent all her energies along with Haidery valour, Hussaini resolve, Abbas’s faithfulness, Ali Akbar’s passion, Ali Asghar’s thirst in accordance with martyrs of karbala’s objective of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat thus did justice in protecting Deen-o-Shariat. Rather told to the whole world that these troubles of imprisonments could neither bow us nor push us back from the path of Haq. That’s why the great life of martyrs is eminent and bright in the world history”, Agha Moosavi said. Agha Moosavi said at present the ringleader of yazidaan-e-Asr—United States wants to target oppressed nations in general and Muslim world in particular over the tragedy of New York and Washington. He said United States wants its supremacy over whole world and for this purpose want its support from oppressed nations that’s why it is growing its pressure day by day in different pretexts. “U.S. Should first publicize the evidence and proofs before launching attack on any one so that world be known of truth and false”, he said.
