He said the pious life of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is commensurate with justice and fair-play; he protected the human rights all the time, and a saying of his goes: To me, all heavyweights (Zabardasts) are a begging lot (Zair-e-Dast) and all begging lots are heavyweights, Ali (A.S.) would never order against justice till the time stars are moving, by God, I would put string in the nose of the oppressor to bring him towards justice for the oppressed without caring how much he dislikes it. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the biggest misfortune of Muslims had been that they bowed down at the doorstep of the oppressors instead of Khasan-e-Illahi, developed relations with them, and played the role of their agents as a result of which oppressed has become the most oppressed, weak the weakest, and the Islamic World continued to be entangled with problems, making Islam poor, weakening Islam while the rulers turned out to be powerful. RAWALPINDI: Ceremonies in connection with the 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazawi (AS) announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to mark the birth anniversary of Ameerul Momineen Hazrat Imam Ali Ibne Abi Talib (AS) began across the country on Tuesday. Mahafil-e-Milad, Seerat Conferences, seminars and special functions were organized at various Imambargahs, mosques, religious madaris in all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas, and twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. On this occasion, a special Jashan-e-Murtazawi (AS) function was organized under the auspices of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya City Council Rawalpindi at Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhok Syedan that was presided over by TNFJ Tehsil Council President Syed Mazloom Hussain Shah Kazmi. Khateeb Masjid-o-Imambargah Qasr-e-Shabbir Allama Syed Tanvir Kazmi and Bawa Syed Mazloom Hussain Shah addressed the function while Matmi Dasta Shehzada Ali Akbar (AS) recited Qasaid and Manqabat. Addressing Haider-e-Karrar Conference at Imambargah Zainul Aza, TNFJ central Secretary Information Haider Syed said that life style of Hazrat Ali (AS) is the life of humanity and death of oppression and tyranny. A resolution unanimously passed on this occasion while strongly condemning the Daily Nawa-e-Waqt Pakistan for not publishing 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazawi advertisement issued by TNFJ despite booking, expressed deep regrets over the dailys biased attitude. The resolution made clear that Ameerul Momineen Hazrat Ali (AS) is not only respectable in the sight of Muslims but also non-Muslims keep a cordial attachment with him. The resolution urged the owners of the above-mentioned newspaper that if they would not leave their way based on enmity with Islam then people would be justified in considering that its love with Islam & Pakistan claims are fraud. RAWALPINDI, September 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe the auspicious birth anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) as 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazavi from 11-13 Rajab-ul-Murajjab throughout the country. In a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters on Monday, he said as per a saying of the Prophet of Islam (SAW), Ali (A.S.) is the only masterpiece of the Creator in the universe who is best in judgment. In other words, Ali (A.S.) bestowed acme and perfection to justice and fair play, he added. Agha Moosavi said the whole world in confronted with oppression, brutality and the crisis like terrorism, the biggest reason of which is lack of justice and fair-play. He said the justice and fair-play demand that extremes are avoided and balance is maintained in fulfilling the rights. The TNFJ chief said the objective of creation of the United Nations was also restoration of justice and fair-play failure of which strengthened the international colonial powers and their agents who were carrying out oppression and brutality in Kashmir and Palestine for more than half a century now. He said the biggest oppressor and terrorist of the world first destructed Afghanistan in the garb of restoring of justice and fair play and was taking revenge in Iraq by carrying out massacre there. He said we would have to keep the flag of justice and fair-play high if we desire to make the world a hub of peace, and for this purpose we would have to take the oppressors to their fatal end. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the live nations not only keep remembering their heroes but also meet success by restricting themselves to principles. He said that each member of the holy family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal Muhammad (AS) held the status of piety. The refulgent moon of the sky of wilayat & imamate, descendant of Sarkar-e-do-Jahan, Imam-e-Muttaqiyaan Hazrat Muhammad bin Ali (AS) got the appellation of Taqi because he was on the great status of obedience, servitude and piety, he added. Like his forefathers, this infallible personality also faced Pharaoh and Nimrod like rulers of his era. He bore every kind of afflictions, sufferings and pains of imprisonment but never accepted to get back of the religion, and none of the tyrant and oppressor could push him back from the right path and nor could make him bow. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that at present the human world is surrounded by colonial powers and their stooges: India and Israel. A storm-like state has overtaken the entire world particularly the Muslim Ummah is being faced by grave difficulties as a penalty for uncommitted sins. After the New York-Washington incident, problems and troubles that at first Afghanistan and then the people of Iraq were made to suffer had no moral, legal and political justification. United States tore UN manifesto to bits by kicking out international protest as well as United Nations, while the topmost objective of UN formation was establishment of peace. Had it made its manifesto to be acted upon and had it not adopted antagonism and hypocritical behavior, then this day UN Secretary General Kofi Annan would not have to say that UN must be given a manifest role. The TNFJ chief demanded from the UN to make clear its policy before being given a clear role besides awarding such punishment to Bush, Blair, India and Israel for violation of its manifesto, which could be a lesson for others. He said Pakistan always gave UN importance, thats why, Quaid-e-Azam had said while addressing American nation on Feb 24, 1948 that Pakistan would never hesitate in rendering moral and financial help to oppressed and down-trodden nations; and it fully supports the UN manifesto. On the same base, Pakistan itself acted upon it and never shrinks from supporting the right of self-determination of the oppressed and subjugated people the world over. He demanded that for the solution of issues of Kashmir and Palestine the main factors of unease and disturbance in South Asia and Middle East – arrangements must be made to implement the UN resolutions and to give right of self-determination in line with the desires of respective people, thus these regions could become a hub of peace, he added.

Agha Moosavi said the thirst of Shahzada Ali Asghar (A.S.) not only shattered the Yazidan-e-Asr but also defeated their hopes by keeping the flag of Islam fluttering high forever. He said motherland Pakistan is that great a State that came into being purely on the basis of belief that enjoyed the status of dividing factor amongst the nations and a source of their recognition, that is why every nation follows her belief. He said as motherland Pakistan came into being under the Islamic ideology, and basis of Islam is Hussainiyyat that is eternal life while tyranny is death. He lamented that Pakistan confronted one problem or the other after the creation of Pakistan, the 1958 martial law increased the sense of deprivation in East Pakistan that continued to increase it further and no institution or department was spared from this menace. He said today our objective has been snatched from us, and all institutions from A to Z including education and economics have become hostage. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it is crystal clear that when any nation loses her objective then it faces anarchy, that is why Pakistan has lost its identity in the face of different biases. He said the Islamic World and Pakistan are surrounded by colonial powers being the strong citadels of Islam, massacre of Muslims is going on in Kashmir and Palestine for long, life of people is being made difficult in Iraq after following similar trend in Afghanistan, and today the whole Islamic World including Pakistan is unable to present the practical display of her golden religious principles as a result of which colonial powers were aggressive against us. He said defense of Islam is a prerequisite for defense of Pakistan. He said we would have to announce our commitment to give priority to thinking, ideologies, and national religious interests over every other thing on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahzada Ali Asghar (A.S.) and Defence of Pakistan Day if we desire to meet success.
RAWALPINDI, September 5: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said all countrymen would have to give up hatred from their hearts and to carry out joint active struggle for the defense, solidarity and development of Islam and Pakistan. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Defense of Pakistan Day. He said the human being is bound to follow the commandments of Allah who is Beneficent and Merciful, and the Prophet (SAW) to which Muslim Ummah is subservient, is a blessing for the whole universe, and the religion that is most favorite is termed a complete code of life, commensurate with love, while love for the motherland is an element of belief (Iman). Agha Moosavi said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam that is the greatest religion, and the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) that preached that religion disseminated the practical lesson of peace and love. He said the era of the Holy Prophet (SAW) spread over 63 years stands witness that he never committed aggression rather discouraged all types of aggression, oppression, brutality, bias and hatred but despite passage of 14 centuries, the international colonial powers were still following the policy of targeting Islam making the life of the oppressed and Muslim people difficult. The TNFJ chief said Afghanistan was destructed in the garb of Usama after staging the drama of New York and Washington incident and aggression was committed against Iraq in the name of Saddam, while presence of allied forces in Iraq and incidents of murder and arson have become a matter of routine. He said the martyrdom of Ayatollah Syed Muhammad Baqir Al-Hakim and others the other day indicates that the United Nations has no control over international affairs and hypocritical attitude of the colonial chief against the Islamic World and the oppressed nations that provides food for thought. He said invaluable services and sacrifices rendered by family of Al-Hakim for the defense of Islam deserves a lot of praise. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that life for Palestinian and Kashmiri people have been made difficult. He said Hindu Banya had committed aggression against Pakistan several times 37 years ago and onwards but the Pakistani jawans thwarted their designs and every citizen of Pakistan is ever ready to offer any sacrifice for the defense of the country. He said at present the Christian-Zionist-Hindu colonial trio was busy in targeting and overpowering the Islamic World after labeling different accusations against them. In these circumstances, he said, the courageous statement issued by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf that Pakistans atomic program would not be rolled back, is voice of the whole nation. He said on the occasion of Defense of Pakistan Day, the whole nation would have to announce her commitment to give priority to the collective interest of the country and the nation over every other matter and they would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice in this connection.
RAWALPINDI, September 4: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Vice-President of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the colonial powers are afraid of Islamic atomic program. He stated this while addressing the central office-bearers of TNFJ Pakistan at Tehreek headquarters on Thursday. He said the only objective of September 11 incident was to target and destruct Islamic World, trample the religious values and to put out the spirit of independence and freedom from the hearts of Muslims and the oppressed. He said the colonial powers were themselves behind the September 11 drama after which they committed themselves to target the oppressed and Muslims under the New World Order. Allama Haideri said in these circumstances, the Muslim Ummah should understand the colonial conspiracies and highlight their image by following a joint strategy. He said OIC was created to resolve problems faced by the Muslim Ummah but its performance is zero rather it is a black scar on the forehead of the Islamic World. He said most of the Muslim heads of State are colonial agents. He said Pakistan is not only a citadel of Islam but its foundations are also laid on Islam, therefore, it should make clear on the United Nations that if she did not give up her hypocritical attitude and not stopped playing the role of colonial slave, then the oppressed and Muslim people could form their separate bloc. He said atheist unity and differences and anarchy in the Islamic World provide food for thought. He said atheists are not only united but were bent upon destructing the Islamic World that is why if any person from general public of Zionists, Hindus and Christians is killed anywhere in the world, the atheist world becomes ready to carry out aggression against that country. Allama Tajuddin Haideri said international gangster called Muslims who follow Islamic Shaair as extremists, orthodox, fundamentalists, and terrorists, sensationalized the world feelings against Muslim Ummah and then humiliated the humanity by carrying out destruction in Afghanistan. He said now Islamic Shaair are the main target of allies and as the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, 10,000 holy places were already identified before American aggression on Iraq but the allies knowingly exercised slackness in this regard thus the Najaf-e-Ashraf incident occurred. He said if the Muslim Ummah did not come out of deep slumber even now then everyone should be ready for his turn, one by one. He said the key to survival of Ummat-e-Wahidah lay in following in the footsteps of Mashaheer-e-Islam. The Vice-President of the TNFJ said that the Soyem of Hazrat Ayatollah Syed Muhammad Baqir Al-Hakim (A.S.) and other martyrs of Hoza Ilmia Najaf-e-Ashraf incident is being observed in Pakistan like it is being observed the world over on Friday. He said while presenting homage to martyrs on the occasion of Soyem of the martyrs of Najaf-e-Ashraf, we would like to declare upon the world that bearing difficulties is our habit and we consider sacrificing our life on Islam as martyrdom, and give priority to death through martyrdom rather life in humility.
RAWALPINDI, September 3: There is urgent need to get the United Nations rid of America and her agents so as to restore international peace and root out terrorism, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. Addressing a Mehfil-e-Mawaddat on the occasion of birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (A.S.) on 5th Rajab-ul-Murajjab here on Wednesday, he said Bush and his allies have shattered the world peace, snatched peace from the oppressed and Muslim people, and now were utilizing all tactics and energies to further strengthen their monopoly. He said the United Nations was the only hope of the oppressed in the dark era of oppression and brutality, the Charter of which preaches respect to basic rights of all nations, and restoration of peace on international level but unfortunately, the United Nations failed in maintaining peace in the world the basic reason of which is her subservient attitude to America. Agha Moosavi said, America and her Zionist and Hindu agents have torn apart the United Nations Manifesto and Constitution but the United Nations was playing the role of biggest defender of interests of these terrorists. He said illegal rule of American forces over Iraq, massacre of Palestinians at the hands of Israelis and organized genocide of Kashmiris at the hands of Indians pose a question to the international conscious. He said after the aggression of Indian forces on Kashmir in October 1947, India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations Security Council in January 1948 after facing courageous and tough resistance by Kashmiri freedom fighters. On which, he said, Security Council had formed Pak-India Commission and adopted two Resolutions in August 1948 and January 1949 for exit of Indian forces and plebiscite in Kashmir. He said India first accepted the plebiscite but later changed her point of view in 1954 and was still occupying the heavenly lands of Kashmir. While Pakistan, on the other, always followed the United Nations Manifesto and supported the right of self-determination of all nations in the occupied lands but the United Nations failed even achieving the rights for Kashmiris here. He made it clear that dream of restoring peace in world could not come true without getting back the real role for the United Nations. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi An-Naqi (A.S.) is the source of guidance and following in his footsteps is beacon of light for humanity. He said today colonial powers are dominating all over the world while Muslim Ummah is confronted with anarchy. In these circumstances, we could get rid of problems and difficulties by following in the footsteps of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) rather we could get rid of colonial powers and her Zionist and Hindu agents this way. Meanwhile, functions in connection with the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadi (A.S.) as a part of Ashra-e-Mawaddat, which is being observed, were held throughout the country.
