RAWALPINDI, March 09: The spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while expressing grave concern over non-formation of Azadari Cells at Federal and provincial level despite passage of half of the Ashra-e-Muharram called upon Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Jamali to intervene and issue immediate directive in this connection so that problems faced by Azadars could be resolved accordingly. In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said Muharram Azadari Cells were used to be formed at Interior Ministry and provincial level in the past but this year it has not been done despite inviting the attention of the powers that be several times while no government officer is available to be contacted in connection with the problems related to Azadari. He said imposing uncalled for restriction on ulema and zakireen has become a tradition so much so that even those who are peace-loving and issue Code of Azadari in the best interest of the country and the nation were also not spared while some ulema who are no more in this world were also included in that list. Strongly condemning the ban on Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and other leaders of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya in various districts he termed these steps unwise. On the contrary, he said, terrorist groups have been given a free hand and they were roaming about everywhere freely. The spokesman lamented that exams have also been set out during Ashra-e-Muharram and the day after Ashoora. Similarly, he said all types of comedy programmes are being presented on the electronic media contrary to the dignity and respect of Muharram. He said those who cry hoarse of democracy forget all about democracy and the people, when they come into power after being elected and remain busy in achieving self-interest, grab power or prolong power contrary to the norms of democracy. The spokesman called upon Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali to issue directive for setting up Muharram Azadari Cells immediately, take notice of unfair ban on ulema and zakireen, get the student exams postponed till 11-12 Muharram and get the musical and comedy programmes stopped on the electronic media to ensure respect to Muharram. He said oppression and brutality against any other could only be stopped when we ourselves set such an example. He called upon the rulers to prove their relation with Hussain (A.S.) through their deeds, for this purpose they will have to follow the path and principles of Hussain (A.S.). He said the whole nation is following the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and the government should also fulfil her responsibilities in this connection. RAWALPINDI, March 08: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of Markazi Muharram Committee of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has made it clear that we keep Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom (A.S.) dearer of any other thing and no hurdle or restriction would be allowed in it. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers and workers gathered at Control Room of the Muharram Committee of the TNFJ Federal Area after participating majalis in different Imambargahs and Aza-Khanas of Islamabad here on Saturday. He said the representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashayyo, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan announces honourable, singular Code of Azadari in the larger interest of the nation and the country for restoration of law and order on every special occasion, particularly Muharramul Haraam and that is respected not only by all schools of thought but also by the powers that be. But unfortunately, he said, restriction is imposed on Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan headed by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and other ulema, waizeen, and zakireen belonging to the Tehreek in various districts that is tragic and condemnable. Terming the restriction on Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya and other leaders on entering Peshawar as an unwise step, he said Agha Moosavi had not visited Peshawar for the last 15 years, similarly Allama Raza Hussain Shah is permanently residing in Britain for the last 22 years and the funniest part of this restriction is that Allama Zaki Haider Zaidi had breathed his last three years ago. He lamented that Bhakkar administration has imposed restriction on Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najafi and Zakir Saqlain Abbas Ghalu on entering their own native homes. Now where should they go, he asked. He asked the government that what wisdom lay in imposing restriction on peaceful people along with terrorist groups just to equal the balance? He said there is no restriction on Amirs and chief of big parties involved in international terrorism and they were roaming about in any district. He appealed all patriotic elements to take part in Gham-e-Hussain on the basis of equality and give priority to Azadari over all other matters because the Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) is the basis of Kalma-e-Tauheed. He called upon the people to remain alert from internal and external enemies. END
RAWALPINDI, March 07: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has demanded from the government to set up Muharram Azadari Cells at Federal and Provincial level immediately and disseminate this information on the media and direct them to keep in touch with the Control Room of Markazi Muharram Committee of the TNFJ. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of Markazi Muharram Committee of the Tehreek here on Friday. Central Convener Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari told the audience on this occasion that Control Room of Markazi Muharram Committee of the TNFJ was working round the clock and Azadaran-e-Hussain could contact it on telephone nos. 051-4840625 & 051-4410180 for solution of their problems. Moreover, Control Rooms have also been set up in Federal Capital Islamabad and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. For Islamabad District, Allama Guftaar Hussain Sadiqi (051-4435929) and Zulfiqar Ali Raja (051-2246200) have been nominated representatives of TNFJ Muharram Committee. He therefore called for giving priority to Gham-e-Hussain over all other matters during Muharram. He said the eternal lesson derived from Karbala is that there is nothing to worry but God. He appealed the Azadars to fully participate in Majalis and Matmi processions and follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in letter and spirit. RAWALPINDI, March 06: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Muharramul Haraam is the memoir of exemplary sacrifices rendered by Imam Aali Muqaam Hazrat Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) the respect and dignity of which is obligatory for all. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Nigran Council of Mukhtar Students Organisation, Pakistan that apprised him of the concern of student community on examinations being held during Ashra-e-Muharram. Expressing grave concern over this issue he said they had written a letter to the Education Minister last year asking her not to issue examination schedule during Muharram but no attention has been given to this issue. He said holding examinations during Ashra-e-Muharram are not only condemnable but also commensurate to encroaching upon the basic rights because student community also remain busy in Azadari programmes and they will suffer academic loss owing to examination during this period. The TNFJ Secretary General said that on one hand Azadars are busy in observing Gham-e-Hussain while ruling elite and the opposition were raising hue and cry in the Assembly so much so that there are announcements to hold million march during Ashra-e-Muharram. He said Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has already said that no oppressed is bigger than Hussain (A.S.) and no protest is bigger than Azadari. He said there is need for those who desire to support the oppressed to participate in Gham-e-Hussain to highlight it further. He questioned that was there no day before Muharram or after that for those who desire to stage million march during Ashra-e-Muharram, and they felt the need to set out this programme during Ayyam-e-Gham? He appealed the Azadars to give priority to Azadari over all other matters and do not divert their attention towards any other matter. He said the government has not yet set up Azadari Cells in Interior Ministry and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to monitor the organisational matters of Matmi processions and Majalis-e-Aza during Muharram as a result of which several Azadars were facing problems and difficulties. He demanded from the government to issue immediate directives in this connection. Expressing his surprise on holding Ittehad Bainul Muslimeen Conferences during Ashra-e-Muharram in Punjab and some other provinces, he said at a time when Majalis and Azadari processions are on their peak, the participation of ulema and zakireen is not only difficult rather impossible in such programmes. He said if the rulers are that much sincere in restoring peace and unity then they should have got this work done well before Muharram because their efforts otherwise would go waste. The TNFJ Secretary General said that Maktab-e-Tashayyo has equal right on national media therefore we should be given the right of equal representation for which it is necessary to lay down programmes to be presented on the electronic media in consultation with the representative organisation of Millat-e-Jafariya i.e. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. He called upon the government to announce three holidays on Ashoora-e-Muharram instead of two because if it could be done on the occasion of Eidul Azha then it is also absolutely necessary for Ashra-e-Muharram. He said Pakistan is the joint inheritance of all schools of thought and Hussainiyyat is the standard of justice. He said if our rulers, politicians and leaders desire to fulfil the norms of justice then they should adopt Hussainiyyat that preached the way to tackle with Yazid in every era. END
RAWALPINDI, March 04: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Muharramul Haraam is commensurate with Gham-e-Hussain. He stated this in a special message issued on the beginning of Muharram. He said Muharram is that holy and dignified month of Islam that highlights the spirit of sacrifice and Islam stressed upon the same true spirit. That is why, he said Allama Iqbal termed Ismail (A.S.) a beginning and Hussain (A.S.) as height of the Dastan-e-Haram. Agha Moosavi said Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) preached the eternal active lesson of confronting with oppression, brutality, riot and war with patience and forbearance, that always place the supremacy, spiritualism, religion and Shariat on new heights and set out the path of defending mankind and humanity that is the source of guidance and complete example to follow for the oppressed world, particularly the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine. The TNFJ chief said Muharramul Haram actually is a strong and stable front against oppressors and the freedom fighters of Islam will have to follow the golden principles of Karbala martyrs for piousness, self-esteem, courage and bravery. He said chief of the international colonial powers was targeting the world of humanity, religion and Shariat and to highlight the spirit of Hussaini sacrifice was need of the hour to get rid of it as in it lay the key of our success, solidarity of the motherland, supremacy of the Islamic World, honour of the humanity and mankind. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all patriotic forces to follow the Code of Azadari announced by us to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan during Ayyam-e-Aza and set a bright example of displaying active unity and brotherhood in observing the days of Syed-us-Shuhada. RAWALPINDI, March 05: A meeting of Central Muharram Committe of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan held here on Wednesday. Convener S.S. Ali presided over the meeting that was attended by all representatives. The meeting reviewed arrangements of Majalis and Matmi processions during Muharramul Haraam. Addressing the meeting, the Markazi Convener directed the conveners nominated for provincial and district Muharram Committees including Federal Area to remain in contact with Azadars to ensure implementation of Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and keep the control rooms open round the clock to resolve the Azadari problems. He called upon them to give priority to Azadari over all other matters. The meeting demanded from the government to set up Azadari Cells at Federal Interior Ministry, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas and all the four provinces without any delay and disseminate this information on media so that all possible Azadari problems could be settled amicably. The participants of the meeting resolved that no one would be allowed to cause any harm to our jugular vein i.e. Azadari, the nation and the country. Convener of the TNFJ Muharram Committee made it clear that Muharram is commensurate with Azadari-e-Imam Hussain (A.S.), therefore political activities during this period should be suspended that is the obligation in respect of Muharramul Haraam. Majlis-s-aza were addressed by prominent speakers who highlighted the Philosophy of Karbala and said that Karbala is the center of Duniya-e-Mazloomiyat’s struggle and every movement of freedom and liberty. Speakers urged Azadars to strictly follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and promote Shia-Sunni brotherhood and unity. Meanwhile, Control Room of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ) Divisional Muharram Committee has started work under the supervision of Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chohan and Meesam Tammar, and azadars have been asked to remain in touch with TNFJ Muharram Committee regarding Azadari issues and problems. RAWALPINDI, March 01: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that no one would come to the help of the Islamic World and they would be torn apart one by one if they did not give up duplicity in their words and deeds and come out of a deep slumber to adopt a joint strategy. He therefore advised the Muslim heads of State and international Islamic organisations to display sense, wisdom and courage practically. He stated this while talking to a delegation of TNFJ Provincial Council Balochistan that called on him at the head of Sardar Tariq Ahmed Jafri and Mehdi Askari Hazarvi, here on Saturday. The delegation presented the organisational report of the province and expressed their concern that the country was once again in the grip of terrorists and not a single day is passed without any incident of murder and terrorism. Agha Moosavi said that the international terrorist America gained sympathies of the whole world in reaction to the New York incident and then vowed to crush the oppressed and Muslim nations in the garb of that incident. She shattered Afghanistan first and now was ready to attack on Iraqi people along with his agent Tony Blaire, he added. On the other hand, he said, international organisations were not only stopping her from doing so but also international powers like France, Germany, Belgium, China, and Russia have refused to support her. The TNFJ chief said the Non-Aligned Movement has also opposed possible American attack on Iraq while lakhs of people were demonstrating against the possibility of American aggression against Iraq the world over including America. He said 200 British members of the Parliament have strongly opposed Tony Blaire on this issue but despite all this Bush was following the policy of not paying any heed to anyone and was trying to introduce a new Resolution in the United Nations. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if America considers United Nations Resolutions important then why she hesitates to get its Resolutions about Kashmir and Palestine implemented? He said her dual standards and Hippocratic attitude unveils that rooting out terrorism was not her objective but she desires to maintain her supremacy and to destabilise the oppressed and Muslim States by promoting terrorism and anarchy there. The incidents of terrorism in Pakistan are also a part of that heinous conspiracy, he added. END

He said when Najran Nazarenes delegation was adamant to prove that Hazrat Essa (AS) is the son of Allah then Holy Prophet silenced them with the example of Hazrat Adam (AS) and they wanted to flee but Prophet (PBUH) invited them for Mubahila. Verse 61 of Surah Aal-e-Imran is evident, he added. When Holy Prophet came in the ground of Mubahila with the Holy Personalities of his family: Hazrat Ali (AS), Hazrat Fatima (AS), Hazrat Hassan (AS) and Hazrat Hussain (AS), The Lord clergyman of Nazarene spontaneously said to his fellows that today I am watching such great holy faces that if they pray God would break mountains into pieces and no Nazarene would remain in this world. so dont do Mubahila otherwise you would be ruined. He said Mubahila is that great fact which is graced in books by all mufassireen and historians regardless of any discrimination and stands witness on the dignity and honour of Ahlebayt (AS). Allama Haleemi said that Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) termed the love to these personalities as felicity and their enmity as death. We have to follow these winners of Mubahila for success in the world and hereafter. END
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Religious and matmi organizations, founders of Majalis and license-holders from across the district have resolved in a meeting called by TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi to actively follow “Code of Azadari” to be presented by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in connection with the upcoming Muharram-ul-Haram Besides district office-bearers, president TNFJ tehsil Gujar Khan Bawa Syed Abbas Ali Shah Bukhari, president tehsil Rawalpindi Syed Mazloom Hussain Shah, president tehsil Taxila Syed Abid Shah, president tehsil Kahuta Mustafa Hussein Shah and president tehsil Kotli-Satyan Syed Maqbool Ali Naqvi attended the meeting. Addressing the meeting, Bawa Syed Abbas Ali Shah said Hussain (AS) is of all thats why the whole world commemorates his martyrdom regardless of faith and sect. He said the grief of the beneficent of Islam is combined asset of all humans.
Syed Abbas Shah urged the district government and administration to give importance to actual founders of Azadari instead of contacting irrelevant persons and including them in peace committees during the month of Muharram, and co-ordinate with the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Rawalpindi with regard to Azadari affairs. TNFJ district Rawalpindi Secretary General Meesam Tammar while addressing the participants told that District Control Room of TNFJ Muharram Committee will be formed soon. Others who spoke at the meeting included Sajjadah-Nasheen Darbar Shah Chan Charagh Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Iqbal Hussain Jafri, Ghulam Abbas Jafri, Ajmal Hussain Shah, Ali Sarkar Naqvi, Syed Mazloom Husasain Shah, Nayyar Zaidi, Sayeen Inayat Hussain as well as other religious and matmi leaders of the city.
