He said these incidents are a part of a well planned strategy aimed at smoothening ground for colonial interests. He said it is strange that such incidents take place whenever any American leader comes to Pakistan on a visit.

Agha Moosavi said, we had been saying on several occasions that the main reason behind the incidents is the working of banned terrorist groups by changing their names and their patronage both by the government and the opposition. He said those who play with the human lives deserve no mercy and the government should ensure implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act so as to tackle with terrorists with an iron hand.

Moosavi’s message on Feast of Mubahilah

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – February 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said invitation to Mubahilah is perfect belief on the strength of faith, lofty example of trust in Allah and acme of reliance.

Moosavi made his remarks in his special message issued in connection with Wilayat Week on the occasion of Feast of Mubahilah which is being celebrated on wednesday throughout the country with religious devotion and fervour.

He asserted Mubahilah means sending curse by two parties on each other. When there is any dispute amongst two parties on any thing being right or wrong and there seems no solution through arguments, then both parties pray to Allah to send His curse to a liar amongst them. That is why when Christians from Najraan did not accept the righteousness despite arguments, the Holy Prophet (SAW) invited them for Mubahilah and took Hazrat Ali (AS), Hazrat Fatimah (SA), Hazrat Hassan (AS) and Hazrat Hussain (AS) along and asked the Christians to bring their offspring, women and souls along with them. But as soon as they saw the enlightened personalities, they avoided Muhabilah and accepted to give Jizia (Islamic Tax) as admitting their defeat.

Moosavi said the Holy Prophet (SAW)’s invitation to Mubahilah is a proof that the perfect faith which he had in Allah and the firm belief which he had in his truth and veracity, the opponent party had not.

Moosavi said the chief priest of Christians said seeing Panjtan-Pak (AS) that their prayer could slide even the mountains. Ergo, Don’t do Mubahilah with them otherwise not even a single christian would be left on the earth.

The TNFJ chief said the Prophet (SAW)’s invitation to Mubahilah is to made clear to the whole world that Islam is not a messenger of war and contention rather of peace and harmony. And the same message is is the essence of Islam, he added.

He said at present entire world of humanity is confronted with terrorism and Pope John Paul II of the Christian world is also terming the war a devastation of humanity. But it seems that colonial protagonist Bush is not a follower of even his own faith rather he is sly and cunning. He always desires supremacy of him and India & Israel in the pretext of eradicating terrorism.

Moosavi said the Non-Aligned Movement Summit should adopt strong and courageous stance because in it would lay the encouragement for oppressed and have-not nations and ignominy of anti-humanity forces.

The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya said the honour and modesty of Arab League and OIC should wake up. They should have had adopt unitedly a combined and bold strategy convening their meetings, as their weakness has given support to colonial protagonist. He said if Bush would attack Iraq they would be his co-partners in this sin. If UN honour its resolutions then get its resolutions be implemented by India and Israel as well otherwise world would be justified in considering this that there remains no justification for this organization’s existence, he added.

Moosavi demands probe in banned groups’ aid-providing states’ activeness

RAWALPINDI, February 24: Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Uswah-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) is the death of terrorism and hypocrisy, and active promotion of sacrifice, love and mutual understanding was the need of the hour to turn this world into a hub of peace. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh Urban, Anwar Hussain Jafri here on Monday. He said the gory murder of former Sindh MPA of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement Khalid bin Waleed prior to terrorism incident at Masjid and Imambargah Muntazir Al-Mahdi Malir Karachi are a heinous conspiracy against the nation and the country.

Agha Moosavi said it seems that the government has no control on the situation while our perpetual enemy was leaving no opportunity to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State and was even trying to desert Pakistan at the NAM summit despite the fact that she could not succeed much in doing so. He said our wicked and combined enemy was involved in these incidents taking place one after the other. He said our enemy was following a heinous conspiracy therefore the government should exercise seriousness and wisdom and take concrete steps to ensure restoration of peace because our enemy desires not only to destabilise us but also to sabotage democracy.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi asked the government not to conceal anything from the people. He said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf had announced some steps including banning some terrorist groups to root out democracy and had also issued a Presidential Ordinance that was not implemented effectively. Owing to that ineffectiveness those elements desire to repeat their old game and the government should take serious notice of that. Moreover, the government should also investigate whether the States that provided foreign aid to banned groups have again become active because these groups have cropped up again after changing their names and have made inroads in government and opposition circles. He said a terrorist remains a terrorist whether he changes his outfit hundreds time as their purpose could not be changed by change of name.

Another resolution made clear that Pakistan is not a sectarian State but an Islamic State. But it is regretful that only one school of thought is talked about on electronic media although only two admitted schools of thought Shia and Sunni live here which proof is that Sehr and Iftar timings of Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Fiqh-e-Hanafia are mentioned on TV and Radio during the month of Ramazan. Moreover, the resolution continued saying that Hazrat Ali (AS) is presented as 4th caliph while he is the first imam in the sight of shia school of thought. Similarly, “Razi Allah Anhu” is uttered with the name of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) while he is on the rank of “Alehis-Salam” in sight of Shia school of thought.
