RAWALPINDI, January 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Ulema-e-Haq have always defended the universal message and principles of Islam through scholarly jehad. He stated this while talking to a delegation of students of Hoza Ilmia Qum Al-Muqaddasa Iran that called on him at the head of Agha Syed Hasnain Al-Hussaini here on Thursday. He said knowledge has been termed the basis of religion and Shariat being the standard of supremacy. He said Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was declared “Masjood-e-Malaika” courtesy knowledge that was the biggest weapon with the Khasan-e-Khuda, while the Holy Prophet (S.A.) declared himself the city of knowledge and Ali (A.S.) the door to knowledge The TNFJ chief said the Ulema-e-Haq had been termed heirs of the Anbia-o-Mursaleen therefore the more piousness in knowledge the more piousness in the deed would be. He said the best of all types of knowledge is the knowledge of fiqh on which Hereafter is based while all types of other knowledge are ladder and not the destination. Therefore, the more people would decorate themselves with knowledge and deeds the more supreme they would be termed. He said the international Kufr, who is afraid of Islam, was trying all out to defame Ulema-e-Haq who preach the religion of Islam under a heinous conspiracy. They were under the impression that when the ulema would be defamed, Islam would get the defamation automatically. Agha Moosavi made it clear that Deeni Madaras were the citadels and the front-line defence of the religion and Shariat while any individual or a party could not be blamed for the deeds of the whole Maslak or Shariat. He said defaming and admonishing ulema is contrary to religion and Shariat rather it is commensurate with the defamation and desecration of The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistan is citadel of Islam where Nazria-e-Asaasi and the official religion is Islam. The powers that be therefore were under the obligation to take such measures that may increase the dignity and honour of the Deeni Madaras, Islam and Pakistan because Madaras are ‘Madar-e-Ilmi’ like the Pakistani soil is ‘Madar-e-Watan’ respect of which is binding, he added. Agha RAWALPINDI, January 2: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the international Kufr was bent upon teasing the Islamic World through all means while the objective of Islam is to restore peace and tranquillity. Jehad is a part of Islam that in religious terms means supremacy of the religion, defence of the nation and the country, promoting Amar Bil Ma’aroof and negating Munkiraat without any material interest. He stated this while addressing a Deeni Mahfil on the occasion of Youm-e-Fatah Jang-e-Uhad here on Wednesday. He said the philosophy of jehad is to gain the blessings of Allah and welfare of the people so much so that even if those who have recited Kalma and are being teased as a punishment for that, there is commandment for them to adopt the strategy of jehad so as to root out riot and restore peace turning the world into “Amnistan”. The TNFJ chief said the Holy Prophet (SAW) never became oppressive despite facing all types of brutalities during his 63 years of life comprising 53-year stay in Makkah. All wars from Ghazwa-e-Badar from 11 Hijra onwards were imposed during the Madani era on him, and in one of the war i.e Uhad was initiated on Shawaal 17 in which Kuffar were the aggressors. He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and had to face Indian aggression many a time for that very reason losing one half of the country. Now India was exerting pressure on Pakistan in the garb of attack on the Indian Parliament with American pat on her back, he added. He however warned the Indian supporters that Pakistan is not Afghanistan, we had never committed aggression keeping to the teachings of Islam but if aggression was carried out against Pakistan then even our children would prefer to kiss martyrdom and would teach such a lesson to India that their coming generations would keep on remembering. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the OIC being the representative body of the Muslim Ummah should feel its responsibility and take immediate notice of the tension in the Middle East and the South Asia the clear-cut reasons of which are the Kashmir and Palestine issues. He said these issues should be resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people so as to ensure peace in the world. Therefore, he said the OIC should adopt a joint strategy and attack on any Muslim State should be considered as an attack on whole of the Islamic World, otherwise they all would face the fate that Afghanistan met, as it is what is being conspired by the international Kufr. He advised Pakistan to adopt a courageous and brave stand on the occasion of SAARC summit giving up submissive attitude. END

RAWALPINDI, January 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said terming the defence strategy and struggle for independence by Kashmiris and Palestinians as terrorism is unfair, brutal, sabotaging the Kashmir issue and to strengthen the international aggressor, Zionists and Hindus. He stated this while addressing the 72-member delegation of elite from Sarhad who called on him at the head of TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhad President Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash here on Tuesday.
The TNFJ chief said the powers who were occupying international media today were against Muslims and the followers of Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) and they considered the act of terrorism carried out on World Trade Centre in America as a blessing for themselves and utilised all their energies to term the action against terrorism as a “Religious War” between Muslims and Christians. The terminologies of extremism and fundamentalism against Muslims were created by these very elements that spare no tactic against enmity of Islam despite being crystal clear that only the ruling elite in Israel and India follow religious fundamentalism and extremism. He termed the Zionist-Hindu collusion a biggest danger for the whole world of humanity. Agha Moosavi said the sole objective of the ruling Janata Party in India is to destruct other State through carrying out aggression. He blamed the Hindu extremism for the present aggressive Indian designs against Pakistan as a member of the same party Ball Takhrey boasts of getting Babri Masjid and other places of worship belonging to the minorities in India destructed besides massacring thousands of Muslims. Sharon, in Israel on the other hand, is identified as a man responsible for massacring thousands of Muslims in Sabira and Shatilla. America should therefore exercise wisdom while the United Nations, Security Council and all international organisations claiming to be the champions of human rights should give immediate attention towards aggressive designs of India and Israel so as to save the whole humanity, he said adding that they should identify reasons behind such tactics and remove the same if they were really sincere in rooting out terrorism. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said first of all Palestine issue in the Middle East and the Kashmir issue in the South Asia should be resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people because continued occupation of Kashmir and Palestine for more than 50 years is an open and naked act of terrorism. Majalis-e-Aza in connection with 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza RAWALPINDI, December 29: Majalis-e-Aza in connection with the “3-day Ayyam-e-Aza” marking the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) in accordance with the announcement made by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan started all over the country. Ulema-e-Karaam, Waizeen and Zakireen in their address, termed following the Seerat Sadiq Ail-e-Muhammad (A.S.) the best source of success here and the Hereafter. Addressing a Majlis at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Allama Shaikh Ghulam Askari said Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is a great personality of the Khanwada-e-Risalat (A.S.) who spent all his life in defending Islam and promoting Shariat-e-Muhammadi. He sacrificed all his belongings in the way of Islam, he added. Addressing a Majlis-e-Sadiq organized by Dukhtran-e-Islam at Qasr-e-Zainabia, Syeda Batool Kubra said Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) was a big source of knowledge having full command on even most difficult sciences. His pupils include personalities like Imam Abu Hanifa, he added. Addressing the first Majlis in connection with the Ayyam-e-Aza held at Danishgah Jafariya Rawalpindi Cantt., Allama Syed Mohsin Al-Hussaini said Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) was the founder of Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He did not long for power and always confronted every oppressor and dictator. Addressing the first Majlis of Ayyam-e-Aza at Masjid and Imambargah Ahle Bait Gaddowal Wah Cantt., Allama Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi TNFJ Punjab Province President said, Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) confronted all problems with patience. He said all oppressed people confronting present day precarious situation should follow the Seerat and character of Imam Sadiq (A.S.). He paid rich tributes to Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on announcing to observed the days of Wiladat and Shahdat of holy personalities with due reverence. Ayyam-e-Aza Majalis were also held at Masjid-e-Kazmia Chaur Harpal, Haider Masjid Chittian Hattian, and Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke ISLAMABAD, Majalis-e-Aza also began in the Federal Capital Islamabad, like other cities of the country, in connection with the 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza on the occasion of Shahadat of Sadiq Aal-e-Muhammad Hazrat Imam Jafar ibne Muhammad (A.S). Addressing a Majlis-e-Aza at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan Islamabad, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami TNFJ District Islamabad President said Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the greatest and God-loving Khanwada in the whole universe and Allah showered His maximum blessings on them. He said we would have to follow the pious Asswah of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) if we desire to get rid of problems faced in the present era. Allama Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi addressed a similar Majlis at Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim I-10/4 Islamabad, Allama Guftaar Hussain Sadiqi at Masjid-e-Jafariya Shah-e-Hamadan I-9 Islamabad, and Maulana Sajjad Hussain Gardezi at Shia Jamia Masjid Dahlia. During their address, the Ulema-e-Karaam offered special prayers for an end to the problems faced by the Islamic World and for the solidarity of the motherland Pakistan. END
TNFJ to observe martyrdom anniversary of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq RAWALPINDI, December 27: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Seerat and character of great personality of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. He stated this while announcing to observe Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) as “3-day Ayyam-e-Aza” from Shawaal 13-15 here on Thursday. He said a person is identified from his character, and only such a personality could be declared as the best example to follow for a person’s education and training that does not follow duplicity in his words and deeds. He said Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) did what they said and did not care any Pharaoh and Nimroud. The TNFJ chief said today the whole world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were confronted with internal and external anarchy and are surrounded by enemies from all around, motherland Pakistan is the target of colonial powers and her Zionist and Hindu agents because it keeps Islam as its basic ideology and they did not like Islam and Pakistan in any case. He said they always seek an opportunity to cause harm to the Islamic World and Pakistan utilizing different tactics and tools and chief of the colonial powers i.e. America uses her Zionist and Hindu agents to achieve the desired goals. Both these agents were still getting American pat on their back, he said adding that the Zionists have made the life of Palestinians difficult while Hindus were bent upon getting Kashmiris declared as terrorists so as to sabotage the Kashmir issue and tear apart the United Nations Resolutions. Agha Moosavi said India was exerting pressure on Pakistan in the garb of attack on the Indian Parliament because she was aware that Pakistan at present was in the limelight as far as rooting out of terrorism was concerned. He said India was not ready to accept the honour and dignity of Pakistan rather she was trying to divert the world attention from insufficient security measures for the protection of mosques, religious institutions, churches and temples. In such a situation, he said following in the foot-steps of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of Islam and Pakistan was the need of the hour as in it lay the survival, peace, solidarity, and integrity of us all. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has appealed all schools of thought to display mutual unity and brotherhood during the “3-day Ayyam-e-Aza” and offer special prayers for the integrity and solidarity of the country. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 25 DEC: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ), Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that whole nation, at present is in urgent need of unity, fraternity and brotherhood. Addressing a special ceremony on the occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam on Tuesday, Moosavi said: “Dec 25, on one hand, is the birth anniversary of the prophet of peace, Christ about whom the Holy Quran says ‘I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Book and made me a prophet.’ On the other, its the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam whose name is comprised of ‘Muhammad Ali’- One is The City of Knowledge while the other The Gate of Knowledge. Knowledge – light – has been termed the very base of Deen and Shariah.” Christians and Muslims are observing the day with great enthusiasm, fervor and zeal. Western world that considers itself the follower of Christ has confronted the entire human world with oppression and barbarism, ignoring the sayings of Christ. It is a time of concern, TNFJ Chief said. Moosavi pointed out “Nation is celebrating the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in such a time when beloved motherland besides external pressure is facing internal dissention, political contention as well as the worst strife among rulers, political and religious parties.” “Our country is in the grip of eternal enemy. This could blaze the flames of war at any time,” he warned. Moosavi said keeping in view the American-Hindus & Zionist alliance and the strategy of destabilizing oppressed nations and Muslim states in the name of US-led war on terrorism, it is not difficult to determine that whole nation is in urgent need of unity and fraternity. Moosavi termed the acting upon the principles of prophets necessary in order to save the whole humanity. He urged the nation to shape Pakistan, which came into being in the name of Islam, in accordance with the teachings of Quaid-e-Azam. Appreciating the laudable services of the father of the nation, TNFJ chief said, ” His services not only for Pakistan but for the entire humanity will remain lasting on the face of history.” Moosavi said Quaid-e-Azam, in this region, found such obedience of his nation that never came in the part of any other leader. But its painful that today’s Pakistan is not that Roshan Pakistan which was dreamed by him. “Quaid-e-Azam wanted such a state in which every one would have equal rights,” said Moosavi. “Quaid-e-Azam, on Oct. 11, 1947 while addressing the officers of Pakistani forces had made it clear that Pakistan is only a source not a destination. The objective of Pakistan’s achievement is the establishment of such state where we could live freely, where there is justice, equity and tolerance.” END
Moosavi condemns gory murder of Ehteshamuddin Haider RAWALPINDI, December 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the gory murder of Ehteshamuddin Haider, the elder brother of Federal Interior Minister Lt. Gen. (R) Mueenuddin Haider has termed it an open act of terrorism and food for thought for the powers that be. In a statement issued here on Saturday he said that incidents of terrorism and murder despite issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance on August 14 are seems to be the act of our perpetual enemy with an objective to damage and defame Pakistan’s image. The TNFJ chief said India desires to take revenge from Pakistan in the garb of attack on the Indian Parliament. At present the whole world was desirous of rooting out terrorism and Jang Seminar was a chain of this objective, he added. He said India should have extended the hand of friendship towards Pakistan and should have resolved all problems through dialogue but as Pakistan has taken several steps after the September 11 incident gaining popularity throughout the world, Indian feels deprived and has staged the drama of attack on its Parliament to gain world attention so as to divert the public opinion from its internal issues. He said India has also started hurling threats in the garb of this attack but Pakistan would not impress from these threats. Agha Moosavi said Indian decision to recall their High Commissioner from Pakistan and to stop running the “Samjotha Express” and “Dosti Bus” is a foolish one, a tactic to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State while Pakistan has strongly condemned the acts of terrorism. He said all powers including India should keep in mind that war is not a solution to the problem. He termed the China visit undertaken by Gen. Pervez Musharraf a timely one because China is our true friend. He termed Pakistan-China defence agreement a need of the hour so as to ensure peace in this region. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while expressing heart-felt sympathies with the bereaved family called upon the government to arrest the culprits immediately and give them exemplary punishment. He also advised the people to remain vigilant and keep a strict eye on miscreants because our national obligations have increased manifold in the backdrop of Indian threats and now we will have to give top priority to national solidarity over all other matters. 3-day mourning for Grand Ayatullah Sherazi concluded in Pakistan RAWALPINDI, December 21: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Muhammad Hussaini Al-Shirazi was the scholar of great character who spent all his life being subservient to Allah and struggling against evil forces. He stated this while delivering his special address on the concluding day of the 3-day mourning observed in connection with the tragic death of Marja’ah A’ala Faqih-e-Millat Hazrat Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Muhammad Shirazi here on Friday. He said knowledge is the basis of religion and Shariat that is the heirachy of the Ulema while Ulema have been termed the heirs of Anbia-e-Karaam. He said the Godly representatives have to defend Allah’s creature from evil forces and make them bow before Him and this could only be done by a person who himself had not bowed down before evil forces and had left no stone unturned in being subservient to Allah. The TNFJ chief said Ayatollah Syed Muhammad Shirazi was amongst the Ulema-e-Haq who followed the mission of ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’ and remained stick to this mission forever because ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’ guarantee survival and success. He reiterated his resolve to continue his mission with utmost sincerity. Meanwhile, Majalis-e-Tarahim and Quran Khwani were held all over the country in connection with the 3-day mourning for Ayatollah Syed Muhammad Shirazi. In Rawalpindi, Allama Syed Saqlain Ali Bokhari Imam Juma-wal-Jamaat Markazi Shia Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh paid rich tributes to the religious and scholarly services rendered by Ayatollah Shirazi. He said the gap created by his death could not be repaired for quite some time. He said late Ayatollah kept a good belief and was amongst those spiritual leaders who have their devotees all around the world. He said Ayatollah Shirazi authored more than 1200 books and the whole world was benefiting from his knowledge. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, Majalis-e-Aza and Mahafil-e-Quran Khwani in connection with the 3-day mourning of Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Muhammad Shirazi were held in all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. Provincial president Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash and others addressed a Majlis-e-Tarheem oganised by TNFJ Sarhad held at its provincial headquarters. Fateha Khwani was also offered for the departed soul on this occasion. Allama Mazhar Hussain Abidi, Syed Anwar Ali Tirmizi and others addressed a similar meeting held at Imambargah Hussaini Mission Drigh Colony under the auspices of TNFJ Divisional Council Karachi. Syed Sultan Ali Kazmi addressed the Majlis-e-Tarheem at Muzaffarabad. Majalis-e-Taraheem to mark the 3-day mourning for Ayatollah Al-Uzma Syed Muhammad Shirazi were also held at Lahore, Hyderabad, Kurram Agency, Parachinar, Kohat, Hangu, Dera Ismail Khan, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Quetta, Skardu, Bagh, Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, Larkana, Khairpur Mirs, Nawabshah, Dadu, Tharo Shah, Ranipur, Kasur, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Muzaffar Garh, Multan, Jhang, Jampur, Dera Jumman Shah, Jacobabad, Sukkur, and Khanewal. TNFJ to observe RAWALPINDI, December 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said respect and dignity of Sha’air Allah is a prerequisite to seek an end to problems and humiliation faced by the Islamic World. He stated this while announcing to observe “Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee” on 8th of Shawaal Al-Mukarram. He said all problems of Muslims could be resolved if they follow the commandments of religion and Shariah in letter and spirit following in the foot-steps of Mashaheer-e-Islam. The TNFJ chief said Muslim Ummah itself was responsible for the precarious situation faced by them, he would not have faced such a situation had they followed the path of Almighty Allah, Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad, Hazrat Ahmed Mukhtar, and pious Sahaba Kubaar instead of bowing down before the colonial powers. He said there is still time as the door of “Toba” is still open. He said it was a recognized fact that Islam and Kufr were two different millats, therefore the Muslim Ummah should give top priority to religious and national interests sinking their mutual differences as it was the only way that leads to their survival. Meanwhile, Syed Najabat Hussain Kazmi, Convener of the TNFJ Central Committee has nominated conveners in all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to lay down programmes for “Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee”. They are: Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash (Sarhad), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi (Punjab), Syed Anwar Ali Tirmizi (Sindh), Sardar M.T. Jafri (Balochistan), Khwaja Basharat Ali Jafri (Azad Kashmir), Agha Syed Ali Moosavi Iskandarabadi & Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas). Moreover, conveners have also been appointed on district level also. TNFJ chief announces 3-day mourning over the sad demise of late Ayatullah al Uzma Shirazi RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming the death of Ayatullah Al-Uzma Al-Shirazi a great loss for the whole Muslim Ummah has announced 3-day mourning from December 19-21. Moosavi appeals Muslims to express solidarity for oppressed nations on Eid ul Fitr RAWALPINDI, December 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Eidul Fitr is the ‘Shukrana’ of the blessings of the month of Ramazan. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Eidul Fitr. He said the national and Milli status of Eid is recognized in the religion of God and Shariat, main objective of which is that the whole Ummah bows before God in unison to seek forgiveness. He said Eid has also been mentioned in Ayah-114 of Surah Maida of the Holy Quran while Hazrat Eisa (A.S.) had prayed: “Send Maida for us from the sky so that it becomes Eid for those who were before us and those who would come after us, and it becomes a sign from You and send Rizq (eatables) for us, You are the best amongst those who award us”. The TNFJ chief said Almighty Allah says: “I am the one who bring it to you, then any one from amongst you who adopts Kufr or denies right, then I will send such a wrath on him that I will not send to any one else in this universe”. Therefore, Hazrat Eisa expressed his desire to term this day the day of Eid. He said Eidul Fitr enjoys an important status in Islam and we are celebrating Eid at a time when the whole world of humanity was confronted with terrorism, dead bodies are spread all around, every part of Kashmir, Palestine and oppressed nations is bleeding. Agha Moosavi said Afghanistan has been ruined in the garb of September 11 New York incident, Israeli wolfs were inflicting wounds on the oppressed Palestinians while Indians were trampling the honour of Kashmiris. He said attack on the Indian Parliament was the brain-child of India itself. This incident has however been condemned by the Islamic World as well as by Pakistan like the New York incident. He said India was bent upon inflicting more problems for Kashmiris to shatter peace in this region so as to divert the world attention from its internal issues. He therefore advised the Islamic World to display unity on the occasion of Eidul Fitr making it clear on the whole world that our main objective is to respect and honour humanity and we consider oppression, brutality and terrorism humiliation for the whole world of humanity. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said in the present precarious circumstances anyone who creates differences on the basis of Masalik and Makatib is considered ‘Satan’ having no concern for religion or Shariat because religion and Shariat preach us unity, brotherhood, love, peace and tranquillity. He appealed the followers of Islam to seek forgiveness for their mistakes instead of expressing joy on the occasion of Eidul Fitr and express solidarity for Muslim people and the oppressed nations without any discrimination besides offering prayers for them. Moosavi: Muslim rulers responsible for Muslim plight RAWALPINDI, December 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Muslim rulers should keep in mind that colonial powers and their chief America could not become source of survival for them. He stated this while giving his special address on the occasion of country-wide “Youm Al-Quds Himayat Mazloomin” here on Juma-tul-Widah. He said while colonial powers were the big criminals as far as the independence of Kashmir and Al-Quds are concerned, the Muslim heads of States were also equally responsible and that was evident from their character and deeds that they keep their power and interests of the colonial powers dear to them. He said Muslim people of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechenya and other States were facing huge problems but the Muslim rulers keep no dignity. Similarly, he said it is a matter of shame for the OIC for keeping a silent posture on the Muslim plight. The TNFJ chief said the episode of New York and Washington incidents has been repeated through the attack on the Indian Parliament. He said the main objective of the incident is to defame Islam in the face of internal challenges faced by the Indian government that desires to sabotage the Kashmir issue after getting the approval for POTO legislation. All these activities are a part of the New World Order agenda, he added. He said we strongly condemn the attack on the Indian Parliament as we did in case of Washington incident. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the Islamic World to recognize Pakistan as their leadership as it is the only Islamic State throughout the world. He Pakistan will also have to be vigilant. He said we keep Islam, solidarity of the oppressed nations and Pakistan dear from other things and this is the standard of our friendship and enmity.

Ch. Abu Baidar Chairman Mukhtar Force said anti-Islam forces have come out to launch armed activities against Muslims as they feel Muslims a biggest danger for themselves. Syed Qamar Zaidi got the approval of a resolution amongst vociferous slogans that called upon the United Nations to get the Al-Quds Al-Sharif released from illegal Israeli occupation accepting the independent State of Palestine, get the economic sanctions against some States lifted giving them right to live, get the Indian brutalities against oppressed Kashmiris stopped, resolve the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of respective people, accept the Afghan people’s right to independence, stop external interference there and let them elect their own government giving complete representation to all people living there. The resolution made it clear that we condemn the attack of Indian Parliament as the Islamic World had condemned the September 11 Washington and New York incidents. But it called upon India to avoid traditional wickedness and display serious and active struggle to keep peace in the region. He said like America shattered the Afghan people in the garb of September 11 incidence, Indian should not do the same against oppressed Kashmiris in the garb of attack on Indian Parliament. Another resolution stressed the need of making the government steps aimed rooting out terrorism within the country more effective demanded from the military leadership not to make sit those groups around them that had been declared terrorists by the government and issued warning accordingly. Probe should be ordered against those government officials who facilitate them to bring such elements to the power echelons, he added. The resolution demanded immediate implementation of Moosavi Peace Formula to root out terrorism from the country. Syed Tayyab Al-Hussaini Deputy Chairman Mukhtar Students Organisation and Syed Shahzad Ali of Mukhtar Generation also addressed the rally. Later the participants dispersed peacefully. A heavy contingent of District Administration of police posse accompanied the procession. END
