ISLAMABAD, October 21: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has advised rulers and the politicians to stand behind the Pakistan Army to ensure law and order and root out terrorism from the country and the people can lead their life in peace and tranquility and the provocations of the perpetual enemy could be replied strongly and for that purpose following the Asswah-e-Shabbiri (A.S.) is the need of the hour. This was stated by him while announcing Ayyam Istaqbal-e-Muharram from 27-29 Zilhajj. In a statement issued here he expressed his concern that countrys conditions are getting worse the day in and day out and murder of 8 labourers in Balochistan after establishing their identity, dacoity at Edhi Centre and loss of life of innocent people in incidents of continued target killing in Karachi are question marks on the governments performance. He said the law and order situation in the whole country is worse and the sense of deprivation in people is gradually increasing. He said all patriotic forces, particularly rulers and politicians, will have to devise effective strategy giving up their political differences. Agha Moosavi said that the colonial powers were trying to hurt Islam and humanity through using every tactic while most of the Muslim rulers are playing as their agents in fulfilling their desire just to prolong or grab power. At present various Muslim States including Syria and Iraq are confronted with many problems and issues. He called upon the international human rights organisations to play their role in withdrawal of death sentence announced for elderly Saudi religious scholar Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr while advised the Pakistan government to play its role in this connection by raising this issue on diplomatic level. The TNFJ chief said that the Islamic calendar begins with Muharramul Haram and it is from amongst those four months that are considered the months of peace and tranquillity and the dignity and honour of which is crystal clear in Quran and Ahadees. He said the dignity of the month of Muharram is recognised and the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) further increased it by rendering his sacrifice for the protection of highest values of Islam and humanity along with his 72 near and dear ones. He said the courage and bravery with which Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) confronted the evil forces of his time is a god lesson for the supporters of independence movements going on in many countries of the world including Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan. He said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) proved through his strategy that Islam does not steps out first, is not aggressor rather condemns oppression and brutality. He said Islam defeated oppression and brutality by remaining oppressed. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the satanic world desires to fulfill their nefarious desires by creating fear and harassment in different garbs. He said Pakistan, at present, is in the state of war therefore we should adopt the path of Hussainiyyat and create the spirit of patriotism so as to thwart the satanic trio. ISLAMABAD, October 20: The chief patron of Supreme Shia Ulama board, Chief of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that colonial powers are trying to create rift between Shias and Sunnis to make them fight against each other throughout the world however, they will never be allowed to succeed in their heinous conspiracies. ISLAMABAD, October 17: The day of solidarity with Ayatollah Al-Nimr and oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine and Bahrain was observed throughout the country Friday against the death sentence announced for renowned Saudi religious scholar Ayatollah Shaikh Baqar Al-Nimr on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Big gatherings were held and protest rallies were taken out throughout the country on this occasion. The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavis delivering his special address at Al-Murtaza Islamabad said that Shaikh Baqar Al-Nimr represents great thinking and he has been handed over the sentence of death as a punishment for saying Kalma-e-Haq before the oppressive rulers. He said the international colonial powers keep particular interests and they support democracy at some place while tyranny and Malookiyyat in other States, somewhere they support democratic monarchy and tyrant democracy at other places. One who refused to obey the colonial powers is punished severely, he added. Agha Moosavi said that colonial powers are the script writers for bloody situation in Egypt and now the similar posture is being adopted in Saudi Arabia. He said the whole world knows who brought Saudi rulers and from where and they do not consider anyone else except them as Muslims. Their mandate is to root out the Nabavi signs. He advised the Muslim Ummah to wake up from deep slumber because if they kept their silence then the remaining signs will also be destructed by the Saudi rulers. He said the prisons are full of innocent people in Saudi Arabia where even lodging a protest is not allowed and people are afraid. He said the punishment pronounced for Ayatollah Shaikh Baqar Al-Nimr is oppression and brutality and why the United Nations, OIC and NGOs who claim to be the champions of human rights are silent on this issue.

RAWALPINDI, October 15: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavis has strongly condemned the suicide attack on Aman Lashkar in Tirah Valley and declared it the activity of agents busy in fulfilling the satanic agenda. He was addressing the Mehfil-e-Ghadeer in connection with the Universal Hafta-e-Wilayat here at Al-Murtaza Wednesday. Agha Moosavi stressed the need to root out terrorism and adopt the life-style of Ali (A.S.) that is the highest example for the world of mankind to follow. Someone said that he is Abuzar (R.A.) but Omer Bin Abdel Aziz replied that Ali (A.S.) is the most pious person in the universe. He said Hazrat Ali (A.S.) used to gather Fuqara and Masakeen around him and express love with them. He said that there is a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) that goes that the best saying is the one that is confirmed through the deeds. Therefore, coherence in the words and deeds is necessary for solution to problems and to root out issues. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that in Pakistan terrorism has made the life of people difficult, no one is taking care of the flood affected, the IDPs coming from Waziristan are upset and in these circumstances the rulers and the politicians should come out from their shackle and give priority to the integrity of the nation and the country over all other matters so as to thwart the colonial agenda and Zionist tactics.
RAWALPINDI, October 11: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavis younger brother Agha Syed Maqbool Ali Shah Moosavi was laid to rest in his ancestral village Varyamal Saturday. He died at CMH Rawalpindi after a brief illness. The funeral prayers for the departed soul were offered at Ali Masjid, headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih in Rawalpindi late Friday in which central office-bearers of the TNFJ, Zakireen, Khutaba, renowned personalities belonging to different schools of thought, religious, political, social leaders participated in a large number. Before his burial, his funeral prayers were again offered at Varyamal led by Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani in which elite of the area, founders of Majalis, Azadaran, Matmi Salars and Sunni-Shia elite participated. Later he was buried beside his later mother. Syed Maqbool Ali Moosavi was the founder of Majalis and caretaker of Masjid and Imambargah. He was a very nice gentleman and was equally respected by all schools of thought. Besides his widow, he has left behind six sons Syed Sagheer Hussain Kamil, Syed Khabeer Adil Moosavi, Syed Khadeem Al-Hassan Moosavi, Syed Zain Al-Hassan Moosavi, Syed Samar Al-Hassan Moosavi, Syed Hassan Moosavi and two daughters to mourn. The Soyem for the departed soul will be held on Monday October 13 at Varyamal, Chakwal. Different religious, political, and social leaders have expressed condolences with the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on the death of his brother.
ISLAMABAD, October 09: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that continued India aggression, shelling and unprovoked firing at Sialkot sector, Line of Control and the Working Boundary is a part of world conspiracy to exert internal and external pressure on Pakistan. He said enemy is taking advantage of bickering in our rulers and politicians while Pakistan is being compensated for her role as a front line ally against terrorism after 9/11 in the shape of increasing Indian influence over Pakistan and now Pakistan Army is the only hope of the nation. This was stated by him while talking to elite who called on him from Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujrat, Faisalabad, and New Jersey. He also announced to observe Universal Hafta-e-Wilayat from Zilhijj 17-24 in connection with Eid-e-Ghadeer and Mobahila. The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan has been left alone, the new government coming into power in Afghanistan has signed an agreement with America but the TTP has not accepted it and bomb blasts are going on there. He said China has signed over 20 billion agreement by visiting India while Indian Prime Minister Modi has met with President Obama twice after going to the United Nations and America has assured India to improve relations and working jointly against terrorism while Pakistan-India Gas Pipeline agreement is still pending in the cold storage. He said Kashmiris are rendering sacrifices in the Held Kashmir for the last 65 years while India terms Pakistan the source of terrorism and puts the blame of every untoward incident taking place in India on Pakistan despite the fact that Pakistan itself is the target of terrorism. He said Sunnis, Shias and even minorities are the target of terrorism, sit-ins and protest meetings are going on, banned groups are roaming about freely and those who are not allowed to collect hides are clinching the skin of innocent. He questioned the government that what does she means by declaring these groups banned? He quoted a Hadees that goes: One who loved Ali (A.S.), he loved me (SAAW), and love for Ali (A.S.) is the recognition of Momin and Munafiq. He said Eid-e-Ghadeer is the announcement of Wilayat while Mobahila is the memorial of truthfulness of Punjtan Paak (A.S.) and success of Islam.
RAWALPINDI, October 06: Rawalpindi and surrounding areas were thronged for Eidul Azha prayers that were organised in Eidgahs, Jamia Masajid, Imambargahs and open places in which Ulema Karaam and Khutaba highlighted the Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi and philosophy of sacrifice and stressed the need to practically promote the pious feelings of sacrifice, brotherhood and tolerance so as to resolve the problems confronted by the humanity. In Rawalpindi, the central gathering of Eidul Azha prayers for Fiqh-e-Jafariya was held at MC Boys High School near Ali Masjid. The prayers were led by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shahs representative Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri who also delivered the Eidul Azha Khutba. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan read out the message of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on this occasion in which he said that terrorism can be rooted out by imbibing the spirit of Ibrahim (A.S.). He said the sacrifice rendered by Khalil-e-Khuda Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) by presenting his beloved son Hazrat Ismail (A.S.) for sacrifice is the beacon of light for the world of Shariat and gives courage to the faithful to confront with the oppressed and brutal world. Agha Moosavi in his message said that the Islamic festival of Eidul Azha is the practical display of sacrifice, oneness, brotherhood, justice and equality. He said that the satanic forces were utilising all tactics to sabotage the Operation Zarb-e-Azb going on against terrorism. He said we will have to utilise all our energy in helping the have-nots and the oppressed and will have to prove through displaying unity and mutual understanding that we are preachers of peace and we always give priority to peace over war, justice and fair-play over oppression and brutality, and mutual understanding over conflicts and also keep our complete right to defend. The participants of the gathering, through a resolution on this occasion, strongly condemned the unprovoked firing of the Indian forces on the civil areas near the Control Line and expressed grief over the loss of innocent lives of innocent Kashmiris and presented tributes to the Pakistans Armed Forces on giving a befitting reply to the Indian aggression. In another resolution the Shiaan-e-Haider Karrar reiterated their resolve to support any line of action given by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achieving the religious rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih and the pious mission of Wila and Aza and not to hesitate to offer any sacrifice in this connection. The resolution made it clear that the whole nation will follow the same Code of Azadari in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram that will be announced by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih.
ISLAMABAD, October 05: The Quaid-i-Millat JafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavihassaid that Eidul Azha is the great memory of patience and Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi when Khalil-e-Khuda Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) presented his son Hazrat Ismail (A.S.) for sacrifice to Allah establishing a great example of subservience to Allah, patience and firmness that remains a beacon of light for world of Shariat even today. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of EidulAzha. Agha Moosavi said that our success lay in adopting the Asswah-e-Ibrahimi. He said EidulAzha is the Islamic festival that is a practical display of sacrifice, oneness, brotherhood, justice and equality. He said Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) had laid down his son Hazrat Ismail for sacrifice on the mountain at Mina outside Makkah and he was approached by Satan to avoid this sacrifice on his way to the place of sacrifice at three points where these places have been preserved for ever and it has been made mandatory for Hajis to throw stones on these symbols of Satan as an collective and practical display of hatred with Satan. When Hazrat Ibrahim ran his knife on the throat of his son Hazrat Ismail (A.S.) with the purpose of fulfilling the commandment of Allah to alter his son, Allah sent a lamb instead for this sacrifice saving Hazrat Ismail (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said the satanic forces were active again today and were using all their tactics along with Hindus and Zionists to cause harm to motherland Pakistan. In this situation there is need to understand the conspiracy hatched by the colonial trio because their particular target at present is the Muslim Ummah. He said the satanic forces were trying their utmost to sabotage the Zarb-e-Azb Operation going on against terrorism in Waziristan while their task is being made easier by the sit-ins, protest meetings and rallies by political parties. He lamented that Pak-Iran Gas Pipeline project has been put in the cold storage while India is involved in violating Pakistans frontiers time and again and is purchasing arms in plenty. He said it is a good omen that Sweden has recognised Palestine. He called upon the OIC to summon its meeting and raise the Kashmir issue to be resolved in line with the United Nations resolutions. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the people to observe EidulAzha with simplicity and seek forgiveness for their sins, share the grieves of the oppressed, take care of them and help them, particularly the flood affected and the IDPs. ISLAMABAD, October 03:The Chief Patron of Supreme Shia Ulama board Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid ali Shah Moosavi has said that Islamic world is going through a problematic period that is full of disturbances and turmoil. International terrorist have made the lives of Muslims and other human beings miserable, Muslims are killing Muslims, after taking benefits and gains from the those called Mujahideen, the same are declared as terrorists, and Muslim countries are being attacked under the garb of fighting terrorism. Yemen, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Miyanmar, Bahrain, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Pakistan are special targets. The Hajj sermon from the Mufti e Azam of Saudi Arabia is appreciable within its own words however; we will have to see that who taught the lessons of oppression and brutality and who is the source of all this terrorism. Had the obliteration of the sacred signs attributed to the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) not started in 1924 under the garb of expansion and a particular school of thought not imposed, while Muslims other than self not called as Non-Muslims, then such sermons would not have needed today. Agha Moosavi said Rulers of the time must remember that international colonial powers want to end their rule using the name of Caliphate therefore, they must mend their ways. This alliance is falsely portraying ISIS as its target however the real targets are Iraq and Syria. He said this while addressing to a special Majlis e Aza arranged on the occasion of international Youm-e-Baqir-ul-Uloom that was commemorated to mark martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH). On this occasion he also announced to commemorate 9th Zilhaj as Youm e Safeer e Hussainiyat (PBUH) in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Muslim ibn e Aqeel (PBUH). Agha Moosavi expressed grave concerns on the fact that a few Arab states are involved in oppressing and torturing their own people, innocent people are being imprisoned while the illegitimate death punishments have become the order of the day, sacred signs are being obliterated under the label of Khana Kaaba and Masjid e Nabwi s expansion while on the other side, Jews are dreaming of occupying Arab world and Hindus along with international evil are conspiring to establish their power in South Asia. He said that lives of Muslims have been deteriorated, Ghaza is cordoned off, Palestinians and Kashmiris are deprived of their fundamental rights while the indian Prime Minister who is playing an evil role is saying that disputes must not be raised in United Nations. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef demonstrated courage by raising voice for Kashmir in General Assembly however, the government must reformulate its foreign policy in accordance with the changing situation as multiple meetings of Moodi with Obama and agreement to jointly curb terrorism is concerning. He said that the whole world knows that Pakistan has been the front line ally in the fight against terrorism, Billions of dollars and thousands of lives lost but still the terrorism was imposed upon us and we are being pushed back by the international colonial powers. Life of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) proves that the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) never committed aggression and always protected the respect of humanity. Starting from the Half ul Fazool agreement to the Meesaaq e Medina and Hudaibya pact are also great proofs of his forbearance and tolerance. Even while leaving this world, the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) did not leave the humanity astray but ordered them to stay connected with the holy Quran and his pious Ahl e Bait (members of his family and progeny) in his will, and guaranteed that both of these (the holy Quran and Ahl e Bait) will never separate from each other until they reach him at Kauthar. He said that Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) is the fifth righteous heir of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HHP) who revived the knowledge of Hadees , and produced the ideological awakening that is still serving the world of humanity through great Islamic education centers in the form of the knowledge of illustration of Hadees, morals, and ethics. He said that the precious quotes from Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) are the jewels of wisdom and one of them goes, demonstrate patience during pain, do not deprive others of their rights, and do well with others. Agha Moosavi said that by following the pious teachings of Hazrat Baqir ul Uloom, the menace of evil, oppression and brutality cane be eradicated and a society full of peace, tolerance and harmony can be created.
ISLAMABAD, October 01: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has stressed the need of practical display of unity and adopt the path of Abuzar (R.A.) and get rid of chief of the international terrorists so as to protect the Nazria-e-Asaasi, solidarity of the nation and the country, save Muslim States, and solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues as in it lay the key to survival, honour and dignity of the Muslim Ummah. The United Nations set up three quarters of a century ago was helping out the super powers in interfering in other States and its double standards have become an open secret now. The TNFJ chief expressed surprise on the utterance of India Prime Minister Modi in the UN General Assembly that the controversial issues should not have been brought to the United Nations despite the fact that this organisation was established to resolve controversial issues. The United Nations resolutions about Palestine are there while India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations. He said the dream of achieving peace cannot come true without resolving Palestine and Kashmir issues and giving them right to self-determination by implementing the United Nations resolutions. Agha Moosavi said Indian prime ministers speech at the United Nations in Hindi is a lesson for the Pakistani rulers gripped with sense of inferiority complex. He said the rulers who cry hoarse of Indian interference in Balochistan and Karachi should bring the proofs of this terrorism to fore. He said the rulers and politicians left no room to thwart the Zarb-e-Azb. He said ambassadors of any country including that of America, Britain, Saudi Arabia and Iran should not be allowed to interfere in the internal affairs of Pakistan. Are these countries ready to give a similar right of interference in their own countries to Pakistan? He said the delivery of foreign money to Pakistani organisations should be stopped as we keep the interest of Pakistan and the Islamic World dear and not that of Iran or Saudi Arabia. He said America is going back from Afghanistan putting the heavy load of new problems on Pakistans shoulders. He said the world is confronted with crises owing to turning back to truth and truthful. The TNFJ chief said seeking support of 20 terrorist groups with coalition of 50 States against Daesh is not understandable. He said 20 news terrorists are being prepared to root out a terrorist. He lamented that American was using the Muslim rulers against Muslims in the greed of seeking protection for their rule. He said the rulers and politicians have left no room to thwart Operation Zarb-e-Azb. If the opposition is staging sin-ins, the government is giving them reason to prolong these sit-ins unabated. He accused the United Nations for not resolving any Muslim issue to-date while they have given the right of self-determination to the people of MashriqiTaimoor, Northern Sudan and Philippines. Had this right was given to the people of Kashmir and Palestine they would also have been enjoying their right of freedom turning the world into a hub of peace. He lamented that America is offering modern weapons to India while avoiding to given spares to Pakistan for her weapons. Even China has signed agreements worth $20 billion provides food for thought. ISLAMABAD, September 23: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that terrorism and the target killing was going on in the motherland and the world over is not sectarianism but the satanic agenda the purpose of which is to confront Muslim States and the citadel of Islam Pakistan with anarchy and instability. He said the gory murder of the renowned personality in Karachi, target killing of Naib Mohtim of a religious institution in Rawalpindi and Maulana Sher Alam in Hangu, and blast near the FC vehicle in Peshawar Tuesday are the job of those powers that are averse to Zarb-e-Azb Operation. He said total silence of the government, politicians and media on setting the copies of Quran, holy books and Taburrakaat on fire in the Masjid and Imambargah in Tyre Bazar and Shahadat of the Masjids Khadim is condemnable, tragic and contrary to the norms of justice and fair-play. He said blaming the whole Maktab for job of any single person and crying hoarse of sectarianism itself is an act of terrorism. He said by observing the International Ayyam-e-Taqwa on 28-29 Zeeqaad on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.), complete solidarity will be expressed with the Pakistans Armed Forces busy in Operation Zarb-e-Azb while hatred will be shown to terrorism so as to give a message to the satanic forces that like atheists are one Millat, all Muslims are also one Millat and they will thwart every conspiracy of the enemy through exemplary Sunni-Shia unity and brotherhood. This was stated by him while talking to a delegation that called on him here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih Tuesday at the head of TNFJ provincial council president Allama Waqar Hassain Taqvi, general secretary Altaf Hussain Madhosh Bhutto, and Allama Muhammad Aal-e-Qasim Zaidi. The delegation also presented an organizational report on the occasion.
Agha Moosavi said that putting the blame of target killing and terrorism on Sunnis and Shias is also a satanic agenda therefore all patriotic forces should avoid making accusations because murder of a single human being is the murder of the whole humanity and we strongly protest it. He said no Pakistani is save from Parachinar to Gilgit-Baltistan and from Karachi to Quetta, therefore the Pakistans Armed Forces are busy in rooting out terrorists through Operation Zarb-e-Azb that is why forces averse to peace are involved in incidents of murder and arson and desire to infuriate people in the garb of jalao-gherao and putting the places of worship on fire while some newspapers are giving these incidents sectarian colour to encourage terrorism that is tantamount to enmity with the nation and strengthening terrorists. In such activities we do not need any more enemies, he added.
The TNFJ chief asked that why government is not putting their hands on terrorist groups officially declared banned? Why the administration not check Takfeeri elements chanting slogans against the recognised schools of Muslim thought through the country including Rawalpindi i.e. Shia Kaafir and Barelvi Mushrik? He said we are supporters of every oppressed person, we strongly condemn any killing in which any innocent is killed but not even mentioning the attacks on Imambargahs and putting the same on fire is absolute injustice and act of yellow journalism. He said the government and a particular media group was supporting this particular group and is presenting the oppressors as oppressed and the oppressed as oppressors. He said giving coverage to extremists and hatred and pushing the peaceful people to the wall is not journalism but terrorism and proving Pakistan as State of a particular school of thought which we will not allow. But he said in unequivocal terms that God forbid, the day sectarianism began in Pakistan, no office or shop could remain open that day. He reiterated the resolve that like Sunni-Shia were united in creation of Pakistan, similarly they are united to thwart the enemy. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his astonishment on continuation of sit-ins despite conclusion of the joint session of the Parliament. He said the people want to know that rulers and politicians adopted a resolution for their safety but what they did to save Pakistan? He said the mankind will have to follow the pious seerat of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (A.S.) so as to get themselves rid of oppressions they are confronted with.
ISLAMABAD, September 21: The chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the inflexible policy of rulers and politicians is harmful for the nation and the country, the rulers and heads of different political parties should not become the ultimate wise persons on earth, and promote consultancy and democracy in government and parties. He said the motherland was passing through a critical moment of its history the benefit of political bickering is being reaped by the forces averse to Pakistan who are patting both the parties and are also hurling threats against not following their path. In Pakistan, Islam and democracy are being used as a slogan and as an umbrella, he added. This was stated by him while addressing the members of the Supreme Council of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya here Sunday. Agha Moosavi said giving terrorism Shia-Sunni Maslaki colour is the propaganda of colonial powers, terrorism being carried out in the motherland Pakistan is the war of other countries to which the innocent people are being targeted. No Shia-Sunni war is anywhere in the world including Pakistan, Syria, and Iraq, he added. He said the institutions set up for Islamisation including that of the Ideology Council should not be put at the mercy of political bargaining and we reject the Islamic Council of Ideology that comprises blue-eyed of the rulers. He said America herself is the founder of Daash and now she desires to take control of Iraq and Syria in the name of action against it so as to fulfill her long-chrished dream of a Greater Israel. He disclosed that Hejaz and Farat are also included in the Israeli map and occupation of Syria could initiate the Third World War. He advised the Muslim rulers to keep themselves away from the American game as the colonial establishment is not friend of anyone including Sunni, Shia, Iran and Saudi Arabia, they are friends of their self-interest only that is to impose India on South Asia and Israel on the Middle East. The TNFJ chief fully supported the Operation Zarb-e-Azb terming it the war of survival for Pakistan saying that the rooting out of terrorist nurseries is also required along with rooting out terrorists where poison is being fed in the minds of minors. He said the Governor Punjab who utilised his influence in saving Scotland from being separated from Britain should also utilise the same influence for the freedom of Kashmir. He said like Mashriqi Taimoor, Sudan, Philippines and now Scotland, the right of self-determination is also a fundamental right of oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians. He said solution to all problems of Muslims lies in the unity and brotherhood of the Islamic World and in following the Seerat-e-Rasool (SAAW). Agha Moosavi said unfortunately the concentration of economy and politics in Islamic Republic of Pakistan is on chair and rule instead of religion. The rulers and all politicians neither have any concern with Islam nor they love the people. After the departure of British, first 22 brown British families were imposed on Pakistan and that number has risen to 22,000 now. After acceptance of rigging by all parties in the Parliament including the government and the opposition, demand to investigate rigging is useless. There is no harm in creating new provinces for administrative reasons for solution of problems of the people but it should be kept in mind that only those people will take the seats of chief ministers and governors who are ruling the political arena. The TNFJ chief said that they will never accept the supremacy of any particular group on the country, only that explanation of Quran and Sunnah will be acceptable under Article 227 of the Pakistans Constitution that is considered authentic by the respective Masalik. He said law is being used to wipe of enmities, the Parliament should also carry out legislation to stop the misuse of laws. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the punishment of distancing from Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) against the directives from the Rasool (SAAW) is being faced by the whole Muslim Ummah. He said our pious struggle for the protection of Islam, Pakistan, and belief will continue and we will never allow anyone to cause any harm to our jugular vein Azadari and the recognition of Shiite i.e. Wilayat-e-Ali. Our beacon of light is Alvi politics that is the death of hypocrisy, he added. He reminded that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya had thwarted an international conspiracy to turn Pakistan into a sectarian State by trampling the Nazria-e-Asaasi and we will not allow any power to destruct the ideological Asaas of the motherland in future also.
ISLAMABAD, September 18: The chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the target killing of Dean, Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Karachi Prof. Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Shakil Auj and termed it continuation of terrorism going on in the motherland for years under different topics devouring lives of hundreds of renowned personalities and general citizens. In a statement issued here from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said great intelligentsia, lawyers, engineers, doctors, Ulema, teachers and innocent citizens are being targeted under this heinous conspiracy of terrorism. He lamented that rules and politicians totally ignore national problems because they are getting highest protocol and complete security. On the other hand, he added, division has been created among all prime institutions like judiciary, parliament, security institutions and media. He said efforts are being made to issue opposing statements against each other and to overcome others as a result of which enemy is doing his work with satisfaction. Agha Moosavi said at a time when the motherland was facing terrorism and floods the political leaders were adding fuel to the fire through their protest sit-ins making the job of satanic forces easier. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) used to turn atheists into Muslims while today whole energy is being utilised to make Muslims as atheists. Terming the announcement of Saudi Ulema Councils fatwa declaring terrorism as the biggest crime, he said who will enforce it? Moreover there is need to identify the source of terrorism to root it out, he added. He said only killing people is not terrorism but crushing their beliefs and ideologies is also barbarism therefore there is need to release innocent prisoners, restoration of justice and fair-play and ensuring freedom of people and protection of the holy places in Muslim States to root it out. He said they will continue condemning oppression wherever it is and will support the oppressed. We dont have the power to enforce it but will continue raising voice against oppression on the oppressed, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the government to arrest the killers of all those countrymen who fell victim to terrorism in Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar and elsewhere including that of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shakil Auj and give them exemplary punishment.
ISLAMABAD, September 15: The chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that signs of all terrorists and extremist movements the world over lead to colonial powers the purpose of which is to defame Islam and provide justification to colonial powers to interfere in Muslim countries. The objective of American attacks on Daash is not to root out terrorism but to overcome Syria and Iraq, he said adding that if the Pakistans Armed Forces had not started Operation Zarb-e-Azb then they may have Pakistan also by forming some coalition or the other. He said the Pakistans Armed Forces have thwarted heinous conspiracy of taking over atomic Pakistan in the garb of following terrorists by starting Operation Zarb-e-Azb. This was stated by him while addressing the core committee of the TNFJ. Agha Moosavi said the Muslim Ummah is confronting disgrace owing to forgetting the Farman-e-Mustafvi of being attached to Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.). He called upon the Muslim brethren to observe the Youm-e-Shahadat of great personality of Khanwada-e-Rasool Imam Alli Ibne Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) during Ayyam-e-Aza being observed in this connection from 21-23 Zeeqaad and pray for the solidarity and development of Pakistan and for the supremacy of the Islamic World. He said that Pakistan is in the grip of air and land catastrophe owing to deeds of the rulers and politicians who have imposed tyranny on the country misusing the name of democracy and are paving way for Malookiyyat for their families. The TNFJ chief said what the difficult moment the Islamic World is going through is the part of New World Order and this game has been planned to continue till the time Zionists and Hindus enjoy supremacy in the Middle East and the South Asia. He said those terrorists who are attached with Islam, their training, operations and all investment has been carried out by colonial powers. When such forces defame the name of Islam to the maximum extent and trample all records of humanity then come the American, NATO or United Nations forces into action to root them out so as to earn justification to interfere in Muslim States. The same strategy was utilised against Afghanistan, Libya and Gulf States while the Pakistans Armed Force have thwarted the same planning for Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) had given guarantee to Muslim Ummah that they not be misled if they remain attached with two valuable things he is leaving behind for them Quran and Ahle Bait. ISLAMABAD, September 11: The Youm-e-Tarheem in connection with the death anniversary of Founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was observed Thursday with religious and national spirit keeping to the announcement of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. Great homage was paid to the Quaid-i-Azam, other instigators of Independence Movement, Shuhada of terrorism, jawans of Pakistans Armed Forces who kissed Shahadat in Operation Zarb-e-Azb, and Shuhada of all independence movements including that of Palestine and Kashmir. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi addressing an event in this connection at Al-Murtaza here said that Quaid-i-Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the true lover of the Rasool (SAAW) and was imbibed with the Wila of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He was a great leader and man of character who kept his words and deeds coherent, he added. He said Quaid-i-Azams love with Islam can be gauged from the fact that he highlighted the Two-Nation Theory and with the untiring efforts and struggle wrote the name of Pakistan on this earthly book. The sincerity of purpose showed by him is clear from the fact that today the official religion of Pakistan is Islam that has the honour to be the only atomic power of the Muslim World, he added. The TNFJ chief said that today the death anniversary of this great leader is being observed at a time when the country is confronted with internal and external conspiracies, our perpetual enemy is carrying out aggression on many fronts, the eastern and western frontiers were unsafe and terrorism is going on unabated for three decades, the earthly catastrophe, and floods have made the life of its people difficult, while the nation is upset on political sit-ins. He said the pride of the Islamic World Pakistan Army is confronted with humiliation and unnecessary criticism increasing their problems manifold but despite that they are busy in breaking the back of terrorists with utmost success as the whole nation is standing behind them. Agha Moosavi said no day passes without the incidents of terrorism and target killings that are going on without any discrimination. He strongly condemned the heinous murder of Maulana Masood Baig and Syed Salman Kazmi in Karachi. He said that all Muslim rulers should keep in mind that Pakistan is the first citadel for their protection and if there is no Pakistan then they cannot also survive. He declared any humiliation on Parliament, judiciary and Pakistans Armed Forces as an attack on Pakistan. He said there is need to respect these institutions for the supremacy of the constitution and all powers should utilize their energy for the supremacy of the constitution instead of maintaining their party supremacy. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed Iran and Saudi Arabia to free those innocent people who are in their jails. He said the Kashmir issues would have also been discussed in the conference held in Iran for the independence of Palestine and annexation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif. He called upon the Muslim rulers to work on the agenda of Quran and Sunnah as in lays the solution of all problems.
ISLAMABAD, September 09: Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe the death anniversary of the founder of Pakistan, the protector of the nation and the leader of the Pakistan movement Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah as Youme Tarheem on 11th September. On this occasion recitation of the holy Quran and special prayers will be offered for the heroes of Pakistan movement, victims of terrorism, armed forces and freedom fighters of the whole world including those of Kashmir and Palestines freedom movements. Agha Moosavi said that Almighty Allah bestowed his blessings upon the deprived Muslims of South Asia in the form of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on 25th December 1876, who introduced the Muslims of subcontinent to the Two Nation theory as he was well aware of the fact that Kufr (non believers) is one nation and similarly Muslims are also a separate nation. He said that after joining Muslim League in 1906 Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah spent all his efforts in making the dream of the poet of the east Allama Muhammad Iqbal come true. His objective was to get a separate and free homeland for Muslims and implement the constitution of Almighty Allah through the guidance from the holy Quran which would protect the rights every human being without any discrimination of religion or sect. Agha Moosavi said that unfortunately, the international colonial powers and its agents have been putting all their efforts to obliterate the fundamental ideology ever since Pakistan came into being. Due to their conspiracies, we lost half of our homeland in 1971 as on that occasion the stooges of the congress announced that we have drowned the Two-Nation theory in Bengal. He said that even today the terrorists under different labels are promoting the evil agenda in Pakistan and other Islamic countries. Beheading Muslims on the name of Islam has become the order of the day, minorities are being tortured, sacred places and the holy shrines attributed to the prophets and religious leaders are being attacked, Saudi Muftis are making declarations to move the holy Shrine of the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH&HHP) while Jameat ul Azhar and the rest of the Islamic world have been opposing it strongly. Muslims are being murdered, hanged and imprisoned in Muslim countries however, Islam advocates for peace, forbearance and tranquility and condemns all kinds of aggression. He said that Muslims are the victims of the worst oppression due to the Muslim rulers who left Islamic teachings and opted for oppression causing massacre of Muslims in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt and Bahrain. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan is faced with a number of natural and other calamities. Enemies of humanity are involved in target killings while no one is there to stop them. Politicians and rulers are using banned organizations as their stooges while media presents them as analysts which is a double standard policy which if not abandoned, will push Pakistan into darkness. He stressed upon Arab and Non-Arab countries to stop subjugating Muslims through confiscation of their fundamental rights as this is against the teachings of the holy Quran as well asa violation of the charter of the United Nations. ISLAMABAD, September 07: The Chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that alleged plan to shift the Roza-e-Rasool (Shrine of Holy Prophet PBUH) is tantamount to inviting the wrath. He asked where are those who cry hoarse of protecting the Namoos-e-Risalat (SAAW), Sahaba (R.A.) and Ahle Bait (A.S.) as the revelations by English newspapers Independent and Daily Mail have sent a wave of unrest in the Islamic World that is the sign of faith. The condemnation by the Jamia Al-Azhar for this impure conspiracy is the voice of the whole Muslim Ummah. Making Muslims responsible for terrorist organisations is the preface of Islamic Worlds destruction while unawareness announced by the Foreign Ministry about the presence of Daash is their ignorance. There is need to unite all Masalik and Makatib against the satanic forces that have destructed the shrines of Anbia and are dancing on the same. This was stated by him while addressing a special event of International Ayyam-e-Zamin observed in connection with the Wiladat Purnoor of Sultan-e-Arab and Al-Ajam Imam-e-Hashtam Ali Ibne Musa Al-Raza (A.S.). Agha Moosavi said that Iran and Saudi Arabia will have to give up their differences to save the Islamic World. He said the preachers of democracy Bahrain and Egypt were following the Hippocratic policy where minority is ruling the majority and tyranny has overpowered democracy. He said the suspicion among national institutions i.e. Parliament, judiciary and armed forces provides food for thought. Blasphemous attitude against Pakistans Armed Forces is tantamount to desecration of advance force of the Islamic World. He said success of the Islamic World lay in following the Ahadees stated by Imam-e-Zamin and Samin (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said making changes in the geographical boundaries is the international agenda of satanic forces and they were using all tactics to make their agenda succeed. First they sidelined Russia and then brought destruction to Muslim States one by one in the garb of 9/11. They ran into Russia in the garb of interference and planned to destruct Iraq as a punishment for keeping chemical weapons. They sowed the seeds of hatred, biases and terrorism in Muslim States and first created Al-Qaida and now Daish making a permanent solution to spread anarchy in Muslim Ummah. He said the colonial powers used and were still using Muslim rulers in meeting their nefarious designs. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Kashmiri and Palestinian freedom fighters are being called as terrorists and Arab League and OIC are keeping quiet on it. He said massacre is going on in Gaza and most of the Gaza area has been taken away by Israel despite ceasefire while the OIC not only avoided to summon its session rather has not uttered even a word on it. He said the United Nations has arranged plebiscite in Sudan and Mashriqi Taimoor but she is shy of implementing its own resolutions in Kashmir and Palestine.
ISLAMABAD, September 02: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, Secretary General of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya has announced to observe International Ayyam-e-Imam Zamin from 8-11 Zeeqaad in connection with the Birth Anniversary of Hazrt Imam Ali Bin Musa Al-Raza (A.S.) on the special directive of Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said seerat of Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) will be highlighted by organizing Mahafil, conferences, seminars, and festive gatherings, special prays will be offered for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb of the Pakistans Armed Forces to mark the Defence of Pakistan Day. Besides raising the voice of protest so as to stop the implementation of punishment of hanging to the renowned religious scholar Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr in Saudi Arabia and for release of prisoners jailed there, solidarity will also be expressed with the whole oppressed world including the people of Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Bangladesh, Yemen, Libya, Kashmir and Palestine. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah expressing grave concern on the continuing political crisis in the country said that solution to all problems lay in mutual understanding but at present justice and fair-play are seldom exercised, however the issues can be resolved through mediation. He said if all sections agree on the supremacy of the constitution then honour and dignity of them all should be ensured and no section should interfere in the affairs of the other because if they remained divided then the dream of democracy could not come true. He said the current democracy is a farce because it means that only a few families can come to the Parliament and there is no way for a poor person to reach the Assembly that is why tyranny has been imposed in the country in the name of democracy. Meanwhile, a central committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organiseprogrammes of International Ayyam-e-Zamin. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as convener while Ali Furqani will be the secretary of this committee.
ISLAMABAD, August 31: The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavihas said that the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya strongly condemns the game of fire and blood going on in the motherland that is harmful for the integrity of the country. He said the policies of the government and its opponents are Hippocratic, the hue and cry of democracy is merely an eyewash. Those who are crying hoarse of democracy should get rid of tyranny from the ranks of government and the political parties. He lamented that the rulers and the politicians have put the dignity and honour of the Pakistans Armed Forces at stake for the sake of self-interest who are the sole protectors of national and ideological assets. This was stated by him while addressing the emergent meeting of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya summoned to review the countrys current prevailing situation. Agha Moosavi said destabilizing Pakistan is the international agenda and even the Parliament, judiciary and media have been divided to fulfill the same. Defaming the Army is the part of that agenda, he said adding that talking against the Army is tantamount to enmity with Pakistan and banned parties and sectarianism are being encouraged for the same of personal and party interests that is tantamount to rooting out the country. He said the forces averse to Pakistan cannot succeed in trampling the national assets of Pakistan without overcoming the Pakistans Armed Forces that is why the Army has become mole in the eyes of the enemy. Agha Moosavi said the government and the opposition should fulfill their responsibilities. On one side it is stated that the Army is interfering while it is invited to come on the other and then many lies are told just to cover up a lie. He said both the government and the opposition are tearing apart the constitution. He called upon them to give up befooling the people and adopt careful attitude so as to thwart the internal and external conspiracies. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosaviappealed the people to remain peaceful and avoid jalao-gherao while the rulers should also give up violence. He said they should pray for the integrity, solidarity and strength of the motherland. He asked the rulers to prove themselves as true Pakistanis and that could only be possible when duplicity in words and deeds are avoided and interests of the country and the people are kept supreme instead of their personal and party interests.
ISLAMABAD, August 28: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has termed the announcement of American attacks on Daash (ISIS) a fraud as the real objective behind it is the espionage of Muslim States of the Middle East and protection of Israeli interests. He said the terrorist militants are the advanced force of chief of colonial powers America who have been trained in American camps and are providing justification for American interference in all Muslim States. He said those who are digging out the shrines of Prophets, Ahle Bait and Sahaba are not Islamic but satanic forces. He said the conspiracy that was hatched to break the Sultanate of Usmania so as to divide the Muslim States into pieces, the same conspiracy is being repeated in the Middle East today. These views were expressed by him while addressing the central function of Ayyam-e-Takreem organised in connection with the Wiladat of Negehban-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and Kareemia-e-Ahle Bait Masooma-e-Qum Fatima Binte Musa Ibne Jafar (S.A.). Agha Moosavi said that anti-Islam agents were fulfilling the colonial agenda by penetrating the Muslim ranks, and Daish is playing the heinous role of Lawrence of Arabia. In this situation, he added, the Muslim rulers are becoming subservient to the chief of the colonial powers and are being used by them just to save their rule. He said the pious role of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.) for the Muslim Ummah has been a beacon of light in every era and Islam can be saved from aliens by taking advantage of it and put is on new heights. The TNFJ chief lamented that Muslim States are being used against other Muslim States while the agents of colonial powers who pose to be the champions of democracy are ruling in all subservient States, tyranny is at its peak and jails are full of innocent people. Now when an American journalist has been killed in Syria, these forces are now remembering the terrorism of Daish. He warned that Pakistan is the ultimate target of these forces just being the only Muslim atomic power, therefore, he added, it is the foremost obligation of every patriotic Pakistani and Kalma-reciting Muslim to make it strong and stable. He said Muslims should keep in mind that no one will give them Kashmir, Palestine and Al-Quds by putting it in a plate and the Muslims themselves have to become strong for this purpose. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the academic, intellectual and ideological heritage of Mashaheer-e-Islam is the great asset of the Muslim Ummah and the Islamic World can become a super power again by benefiting from the same.
RAWALPINDI, August 22: The programmes of International Ashra SadiqAal-e-Muhammad announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Friday 25 Shawwal with devotion, respect and commitment to continue the efforts to achieve the high targets of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), and pious SahabaKubar (R.A.) and no sacrifice will be hesitated in this connection. Majalis-e-Aza were organised and Taboot processions were taken out throughout the country on this occasion while peaceful demonstrations were held against the razing to ground the holy shrine of religious elders including Imam JafarSadiq (A.S.), particularly in JannatulBaqee and JannatulMoallah and with demand for the reconstruction of the same with utmost dignity. They also condemned oppression and atrocities being carried out by the Saudi government particularly the punishment of hanging announced for Saudi elderly scholar Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr and called upon the Saudi government to give the right to live with freedom to all schools of thought. The main peaceful protest rally was taken out by from Jamia Masjid Sakhi Shah Piyara Kazmi Al-MashadiChaurHarpal after Juma prayers under the auspices of Mukhtar Organisation which was led by Central President of the Organisation Ali Furqani, Central President Mukhtar SO Syed Muhammad Abbas Kazmi and other elite. The rally turned out into a public meeting after reaching the main road.
Addressing the rally, Allama Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi declared the restoration of dignity of the holy shrines as a joint issue of the Islamic World and called upon the rulers of the Muslim States to take immediate notice of razing the holy shrines of the forefathers of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), AnbiaKaraam, and Mashaheer in MadinahMunawwarah, MakkahMukarramah, Syria, Iraq and more recent the forefather of the Hazoor (SAAW) Hazrat Hashim (A.S.) in Gaza and play their role in reconstruction of the same. A central Taboot procession under the auspices of Majlis Al-Muwaddat Pakistan was taken out from Ali Masjid Satellite Town in which Matmis performed Matamdari and NohaKhwani before terminating at ImambargahZainulAbideen (A.S.). Earlier, Allama Syed QamarHaider Zaidi addressed the Majlis-e-Shahadat at Ali Masjid. He paid tributes to Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for announcing to observe the International AshraSadiqAal-e-Muhammad. He said no restriction on the processions of Nana and Nawasa was accepted earlier nor they would accept it in future. Earlier, Secretary General of MajlisMuwaddat Pakistan A.R. Kiani presented a resolution that was unanimously adopted by the participants. The resolution called upon the international organisations to give attention to the restoration of dignity of the holy shrines of Mashaheer the world over. Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, Maulana Waqar Hussain Naqvi, Mustansar Naqvi, Syed Nazir Hussain Shah and others also addressed the Majlis. Addressing a Majlis at Shoeb-e-AbiTalib, Khatiba Syeda ZainabAlvia said one of the pupils produced by Imam JafarSadiq (A.S.) included Jabir Bin Hayan on whose knowledge both east and west are proud of today. She said his truthfulness was quoted all around like his forefather Holy Prophet (SAAW). He is the Imam who wrote those chapters of Shariat-e-Muhammadi that are related with Fiqh-e-Jafariya. She said the pious teachings of Hazrat Imam JafarSadiq (A.S.) is considered a beacon of light even today. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the central office of International AshraSadiqAal-e-Muhammad, similar Matmi protest demonstrations were also organised in Quetta, Karachi, Jacobabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Jhelum, Sialkot, Chakwal, Bhakkar, Dera Ismail Khan, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khushab, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Khanewal, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Dadu, Matli, Shikarpur, Thatta and dozens of other places.
Islamabad, August 21: A protest was staged by the Mukhtar Students Organization against the death sentence to the senior religious scholar Ayatullah Al-Sheikh Baqir al Nimr in Saudi Arabia. Participants of the protest were carrying banners and placards demanding the freedom of Sheikh Nimr as well as quotes of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in connection with the Ashra e Sadeq e Aal e Muhammad. The protest was led by the Senior Vice President of Mukhtar Students Organization Mardan Ali Changezi, Maulana Waqar Hussain Qumi, Maulana Shehzad Hussain Sanadi, sardar Saeed Mehdi and other leaders. While addressing to the protest rally, Maulana Ijlal Haider al Haidery said that colonial powers are crushing Muslims from Ghaza to Kashmir therefore, Muslim rulers must avoid steps that will benefit the Jews. Announcing horrible punishments for only the difference of opinion is a clear violation of human rights. Anti- Muslim forces will benefit from the death punishment of Sheikh Nimr.
In his address to the rally, Maulana Temoor ul Hassan Malik said that by the resumption of Israeli attacks on Ghaza; it has been proved that there exists no law in the world and no one can dare to stop Jewish campaign. Muslim states are fighting against each other while their common enemy is benefitting from their internal clashes. In such grave situation, the death punishment to the religious scholar Sheikh Baqir al Namr will further weaken the Muslims. Ali Mehdi Naqvi, and Mardan Changezi also addressed the protest rally. On this occasion, resolutions were passed which appealed to the Khadim al Harmain Shareefen to intervene for the immediate freedom of Sheikh Baqri al Namr while also take steps to end discriminatory actions. Another resolution demanded to formulate a joint defense line to defend from Israeli aggression against Ghaza. Another resolution condemned the terrorist acts of ISIS against the holy shrines and mausoleums of holy Prophets in Iraq; and condemned the inhuman behavior of ISIS against the non-Muslim minorities, calling it as against the teachings of Islam and appealed to the Muslim Ummah to formulate a joint policy and take steps to stop this Jewish conspiracy. Another resolution expressed full support for the Pak Armys operation Zarb e Azb aimed at obliterating the menace of terrorism and appealed to the politicians and rulers to give preference to the national interests over their personal objectives. On this occasion special prayers were offered for the glory of Islamic world, protection of sacred sites, stopping of inhuman crimes in Iraq, Syria, Bahrain, stoppage of Israeli aggression against Ghaza, and success of Pakistan Army and victory of deprived and have-nots.
ISLAMABAD, August 21: The chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that knowledge is the lost inheritance of Muslims and the only way to real revolution. Israel has become worlds Don by not only snatching the Palestinian land from Muslims but has also grabbed their treasure of knowledge while Muslims had thrown themselves in the ditch of humiliation and defame. It is difficult for the Islamic World to come out of that ditch unless dignity of holy shrines of the Mashaheer-e-Islam is restored and excellence is achieved in the academic fields. Israel does not compromise even on the remains of its one dead soldier while the Muslim Ummah is keeping a mum on the destruction of benefactors of Islam, Sahaba, Ahle Bait and Anbia. Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr is the prisoner of conscious and atrocities being committed on him pose a question mark to the champions of human rights. Punishment of hanging to Ayatollah Baqar Al-Nimr would become a source of strength to the Zionists. These views were expressed by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of founder of Islamic and scientific revolution, teacher of Imam Malki, Imam Abu Hanifa, and Jabir Bin Hayan, Farzand-e-Rasool Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.). Agha Moosavi said the scholarly movement that was founded by Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) it became the source of knowledge courtesy Islamic World. He said Muslims achieved adorable progress in all scientific knowledge but when Muslims severed their ties with knowledge then they had to face the present circumstances. He said Muslim blood is running down in Kashmir, Palestine, Myanmar, Iraq and Syrian and there is no one to take care of Muslim States. He said Israel has been displaying heinous aggression in Gaza but no one can hold their hand. He said owing to wrong policies and priorities a country having population of only 8 million has overcome around 6 billion Muslims. He said Allah Has showered most important asset in the shape of oil, particularly to the Arab State but they are spending this wealth enjoying luxuries instead of setting up best educational institutions. The TNFJ chief said none of the Muslim State except Pakistan could achieve atomic power and most of the richest Muslim States are deprived of their defence power. Even joint forces of Muslim States had been defeated in wars against Israel. He said if the Islamic World analysis their weakness it would become clear that Muslims have abandoned their inheritance of knowledge, did not respect their Mashaheer-e-Islam, their faith became weak, and they gave up courageous deeds and adopted luxurious life instead. The Muslims have given up respecting their Mashaheer rather started their desecration while on the other, Israel becomes ready to release hundreds of people just in exchange of their one trooper. He lamented that the Islamic World has wiped out the place of birth of their Nabi (SAAW) and razed the shrines of benefactors of Islam, pious Sahaba Kubaar, Ummahatul Momineen, Ahle Bait Athaar including that of Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S). They bombed the shrines of Anbia in Iraq and dug out the shrines of Sahaba in Syria but the Islamic World is in deep slumber despite that. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Muslim States will have to give up their mutual difference and unite, restore the dignity of the sign of Mashaheer-e-Islam including that of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah, will have to take steps for the development of science and technology by attaching themselves with Imam Jafar-e-Sadiqs (A.S.) academic movement, to get rid of the colonial atrocities.
ISLAMABAD, August 13: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariy Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the protectors of Nazria-e-Asaasi i.e. recognised Sunni and Shia Makatib will never let anyone make the motherland a Maktabi(sectarian) State. These two are deprived of their basic rights because a group of particular ideology has been imposed on all national institutions who are neither well-wishers of Pakistan nor they have spent anything on creation of Pakistan. This was stated by him while addressing a special function at Al-Murtaza in connection with the Independence Day of Pakistan. Agha Moosavi said creation of Pakistan was shocking for the enemies of Pakistan therefore they were out to cause harm to it since then whenever they find any chance to do so. Unfortunately, the principles of Quaid-i-Azam Unity, Faith and Discipline were ignored and all energies were put to promote unrest, differences and biases as a result of which we have lost half of the country. He said Pakistan has become the atomic power that is disliked by the enemy. At present the whole Muslim World is the target of colonial powers and Muslim States put their faith in Pakistans Armed Forces that is why some countries consider that Pakistan Army is the source of Muslim strength that is forwarding towards success to root out terrorism today through Operation Zarb-e-Azb, he added. The TNFJ chief said in the present crisis situation, all rulers and politicians who are respectable should exercise wisdom and keep the principles of the Quaid in front of them because solution to all problems lay in mutual understanding. He said protest is the basic right of all but the Nazria-e-Asaasi and people should be the top priority. He said it is right that some families are continuously imposed in the country and would remain so in future also while no one takes care of the poor but they all should accept the supremacy of the Constitution and perform by remaining within its reach, avoid accusing each other and adopt the path of moderation. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the government to display large-heartedness and do not create hurdles in way of those who are staging march unless they reach here, and then extend their hand towards them for a dialogue. He also appealed the rulers and the politicians not to go to that extent from where it would be difficult for them to stage a comeback and resolve all issues by remaining within the constitutional limits. He made it clear that the standard of our friendship and enmity is Islam, Pakistan and its people and we keep the supremacy of the Parcham-e-Islam, survival of the motherland and welfare of the people supreme over all other things.
Islamabad, August 12: Chief Patron of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has appealed to the state of Saudi Arabia to refrain from hanging the senior religious scholar Ayatullah Al Sheikh Baqir al Nimr and demonstrate moderation and reasonableness by setting the Ayatullah al Sheikh Baqir Alnamar free. All schools of thought must be free to spend their lives in accordance with their respective ideologies. He said that any extremist action against Ayatullah Nimr would strengthen the world of Kufr (non-believers). He expressed this in his letter to the Khadim al Harmain al Shareefen Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz. According to the details issued from the Head Quarter of Maktab e Tashayyo, Agha Moosavi said that Ayatullah Al Sheikh Baqir al Namar is serving as a Qazi (Judge) in Saudi Arabia and enjoys an esteemed status among the several religious segments of the society therefore, hanging him may cause unrest in the country. He said that Muslim states of Middle east are already wounded by the Israeli aggression, while the terrorist activities of ISIS (Daaish) has further made them victims of the Zionist conspiracies therefore, one must not allow the colonial powers to create division among Muslims. Hence, in a situation where international colonial powers are bent upon isolating Muslim states and interfering in several Muslim countries, targeting them one after the other, such steps can benefit the colonial powers. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that if this continues, then punishing those against the governments ideologies will start in every country which is contrary to the teachings of Islam and will also cause concerns across the world. Meanwhile, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stressed upon the international and human rights organizations to raise their voice against this matter and stop the Saudi government from giving punishments to its opponents and politicians. It must be noted that the Saudo s author of the book Momin e Quresh famous religious scholar Sheikh Abdullah Al Khaneezi was also sentenced to death but due to the international protests and more than 500,000 telegrams after which Saudi government had to take back its orders.

That is why America vetoes every resolution against Israel. He said the OIC and Arab League were also formed to protect the Zionist interests the fresh example of which is the recent statement of OIC Secretary Ayaz Amin Madani in which replying a question during his Pakistan visit about summoning OIC on Gaza issue, he said that if we summon the meeting then America will veto the resolution against Israel in the United Nations and if we take the issue to the International Court of Justice then Palestine and Israel are not its members while the OIC should have summoned its meeting at all cost and if the United Nations not listens then there is no justification of existence of this Muslim organisation. The TNFJ chief said that the international Islamic Organisations and most of the Muslim rulers are working for international powers. He said in 1967 when Israel attacked Egypt, Syria and Jordon and occupied many important areas then a resolution No. 242 was adopted against it in the United Nations.
