RAWALPINDI, November 29: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appreciating the stepping down of President Pervez Musharraf as Chief of army Staff (COAS) and taking oath as civilian president has termed this change a good step. In a statement issued from Markaz-e-Tashayyo, he said the boldness and bravery displayed by Pervez Musharraf is not only a wise decision rather very sound and right, and the whole nation should commend it. Terming the appointment of Gen. Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani as Chief of army Staff (COAS) a good omen, the TNFJ chief extended greetings to both personalities. He said this peaceful change occurred in this critical time is lesson-giving for all stratums particularly politicians and leaders in whose words and deeds there exist contradiction, while Pakistan Forces are the biggest identity of honour, magnificence, muscle and power of the nation and the country; they presented matchless sacrifices in every tough time. Agha Moosavi said our enemy keeps this pain that why Pakistan is getting more and more strength. During 60-year-period after Quaid-i-Azam, role of politicians is no more a secret; they became the root cause of army’s stepping in power; they wrote letters to implement Martial Law. He said handing over the command to Gen Kiyani is historic step of Pervez Musharraf. He set a fine example keeping his self under control of wisdom. It is following in the steps of guides and leaders of religion and those who walk on shariat and tariqat. He quoted crux of a saying of Ameerul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS) that beware, lest self-desires overcome you because at first they maintain their rule and then will kill you. Now when Musharraf has taken oath as civilian president and handed over Pak Forces command to General Kiyani, there is no justification for anyone to boycott elections. Now responsibilities of all political parties have become multiple, it is their test whether they give priority to interests of Pakistan or their self. Had all stratums worked keeping themselves in their circle and limits, motherland would not have to face this kind of crisis, but now we have to ensure honour, respect and conferment of rights of all on equality level to adorn future and make Pakistan more and more stable keeping the past in front of us. Only in this way, dream of making the motherland a welfare Islamic State could be achieved.
PESHAWAR, November 27: Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash, Deputy Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that the incidents of terrorism, murder, arson and disturbance of peace in different areas including Kurram Agency, Ilaqah Bangash, Swat, Waziristan must be curbed immediately to ensure law and order situation on the occasion of general elections. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of elite of Sarhad province who called on him at the head of Sardar Tahir Abbas. He said by the grace of God there is no Sunni-Shia conflict at any place, however our combined enemy is trying her utmost to pitch brother against brother and give this conflict a religious colour. Therefore, he added, we should understand this conspiracy and thwart it through mutual unity. He expressed concern that passengers including women and children travelling on buses, trucks, and other vehicles passing through the Indus Highway in Darra Adamkhail F.R. area, are being taken hostage on gun point and many of them have been murdered. He demanded from the government to get all Sunni-Shia hostages freed without any discrimination, and the Indus Highway should be cleared of extremists so that the passengers as well as the vehicles could pass through that area without any fear. He called upon the human rights and international organisations to give attention on this important issue in the name of humanity and play their role in getting the sensitive areas cleared of terrorists and miscreants. Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash said that as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi a terrorist keeps no Maslak or a country, he is only a terrorist and should be seen only in that context without giving him any favour. He said the general elections are very near and it is feared that people would not be able to utilise their right of vote. Expressing grave concern on the heavy loss of life in Kurram Agency and Parachinar, he condoled with the bereaved families and demanded from the government to set up a high level Tribunal to carry out an impartial probe, right of anyone should not be encroached upon and strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Act in doing so. He said some political powers could reap the benefit of these incidents; therefore, the government should not delay in taking any corrective measures.
RAWALPINDI, November 26: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Bait-Ullah (House of Allah, Ka’abah) is the centre, axis and fountainhead of whole humanity and its great objective is to give eternity to the centrality of Bait-Ullah. He stated this while talking to a group of intending Hajis (pilgrims) who called on him at the head of Hojjatul Islam Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Salar of the Karawan-e-Fatmia. He said there is good omen in the things that have been declared obligatory or Halal while there is evil in the things which have been declared Haram or restricted. He said Haj is a great Rukn of religion which meant Ziarat of Bait-Ullah and carry out those deeds and fulfil those commandments for which Zaat-e-Illahi Has given commandment. Fulfilment of these commandments is called Haj rites (Manasik-e-Haj), he added. Agha Moosavi said performing Haj once in life time is obligatory for every adult, wise and for the one who can afford it, therefore, Ayah 97 of Surah Aal-e-Imran says: Haj of this Bait is obligatory for you, for the one who have the capability to afford it, and who refused to do so, Allah is Ghani and Beniaz. He said the importance of Haj is crystal clear from this Quranic Ayah. He said Haj has been declared best of the deeds; therefore, it is obligatory for those who can afford it to give importance in performing Haj. He said the Zaat-e-Illahi did not create anything without any objective. The greatest objective of Haj is preaching Tauheed (oneness), Zaat-e-Illahi is Wahdahoo La Shareek. That is why, he said, the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said in his Message of Nabuwwat that: Recite Kalmah-e-Tauheed, you will get Falah. The TNFJ chief said that the height and objective of all worships is Saadat and Falah, Islam is the religion in which there is no discrimination, and which preaches to gather on one point. He said Bait Allah is the centre of Ilm-o-Irfan (wisdom) that is the sign of centrality of the Muslim Ummah. He said the Khalifate of Allah Hazrat Adam (A.S.) stayed at Harm-e-Pak and Hazrat Ibrahim Khalil Allah (A.S.) migrated to the same centre while they were also declared basis of Millat-e-Ibrahimi. Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) built this up along with Ismail Zabeeh Allah (A.S.). The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Haj is that great worship which preaches equality. He said there is no difference in black and white, Arab and Ajam as the whole humanity becomes visibly busy in Tasbih-e-Wahdat. The Haj rites indicate that our Allah, Rasool (SAAW), Kaabah, and the Book is one. He said the reason of division in different parts is giving up the commandments of Allah the benefit of which is being reaped by Satanic forces and we are being defamed throughout the world. He said Qibla-e-Awwal is in Zionist occupation and Muslims are hit by anarchy. He said Pakistan at present is the particular target where both the government and the opposition are pitched against each other while people are confronted with poverty and hunger. He said if we are desirous of restoring honour, supremacy and success of the Islamic World and development of motherland then we would have to pay Haqooq-ul-Ibad as in it lay our success.
ISLAMABAD, November 25: Ayyam-e-Zamin programmes from 22 to 25 Nov (11 to 14 zeeqad) marking the birthday of Hazrat Imam Ali Bin Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi concluded on Sunday throughout the country like other global parts.

Ulema, waizeen and zakireen highlighting the oswah of Imam-e-Zamin (A.S.) termed the practical following as a source of success here and the Hereafter. In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Mahafil Imam Zamin (A.S.) were held at Jamia Masjid Khadijatul Kubra, Masjid Imam Ali Naqi, Masjid Imam Moosa Kazim, Jamiatul Murtaza Islamabad, Imambargah Zain ul-Aza, Jamiatul Momineen, Imambargah Jagir Ali Akbar, Qasr-e-Imam Ali Raza, and Qasr-e-Abu Talib. Addressing the Mehfil Imam-e-Zamin, scholars said that distance from the Dar-e-Imam Raza (A.S.) is commensurate with a distance of medicine from the pain. Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) preached the practical method of transforming human seerat and character in line with the pleasure of Allah, that if followed the human being could not only fulfill the objective of his creation but the whole humanity would benefit from it.
They said Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) is the eighth inheritor of the Khatam-ul-Mursaleen (SAAW) who utilized all his energy for promoting Kalma-e-Haq and bore difficulties by facing oppression, suppression, brutality with courage and bravery but did not give up his highest goals. He said the Imam Zamin (A.S.) enlightened the candles of Tauheed-e-Illahi with courage, patience and firmness in the era of oppression, brutality and darkness and disseminated the message of Islam, peace and brotherhood. A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the oppression and terrorism going on the world over, particularly the massacre of innocent people in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Iraq and termed declaring this bloodshed as sectarian and maslaki conflicts by the anti-Islam forces as a heinous conspiracy against Islam.
Yet another resolution called upon the government and the opposition to adopt the policy of mutual understanding viz. national affairs so as to save the country and the nation from anarchy and to thwart the enemy conspiracy to destabilize Pakistan. RAWALPINDI, November 24: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly slammed suicide blasts near sensitive sites in Rawalpindi. In a statement issued from Markaz-e-Tashayyo, he said our combined enemy desires to tell that no area, city, town or province even the federal capital is out of its reach. It is reaping benefit from differences of political parties, the government and the opposition who all are struggling to bring each other low. Agha Moosavi asserted that our perpetual enemy wants to separate brother from brother, maslak from maslak and party from party. All this is doing of those powers that do not desire to see Pakistan prosperous; they exert pressure on Pakistan the day in and the day out; and use to bring agendas one after the other. The TNFJ chief made clear that our statements since a quarter century were based on reality, and these are being admitted this day that there is no maslaki or maktabi conflict in Pakistan, and that a terrorist keeps no faith or State, he is only a terrorist and attaching him with any country or religion is the biggest terrorism. Expressing grave concern over continued killings and terrorism, he said we all our duty bound in this sensitive situation to spend all our energies for Pakistan’s defence and safety pushing our personality and interests with unity. He said attack on any city or figure of Pakistan is in fact an assault against Pakistan’s ideology; we strongly condemn it. He further said only condemnation of terrorism is not enough rather iron measures for its eradication are the paramount need of the hour. He appealed Gen. Pervez Musharraf to ensure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act unveiling those powers that sabotaged it. He said we would have to abandon the habit of ‘faithful in government and traitor outside government’/ by the grace of God there is no traitor here, every Pakistani is ready to sacrifice his life for the motherland. All masalik and countries should be respected because the combined enemy desires to separate people and destabilize the motherland by terror incidents and creating differences. Its this dream will never be let to be fulfilled. He prayed for height of ranks of those martyred and killed in the Rawalpindi incidents, and patience for the bereaved families.
RAWALPINDI, November 22: The programmes of four-day “Ayyam-e-Zamin” being observed on 22-25 November on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in connection with the Wiladat-e-Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) began throughout the country on Thursday. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences and seminars were organised in mosques and Imambargahs where ulema, waizeen, and zakireen highlighted the ideologies of Hadiyan Deen-e-Illahi, Mashaheer of religion and Shariat, Anbia, Mursaleen and Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) besides throwing light on the seerat, character and charisma of Hazrat Ali Bin Musa Ar-Raza (A.S.). Muhammad Abbas Baloch, Secretary of the International Ayyam-e-Zamin Committee of the TNFJ, addressing a meeting held in connection with reviewing arrangements of these programmes said Imam Zamin Hazrat Ali Bin Musa Ar-Raza (A.S.) was the symbol of sacrifice and forbearance spending all his life in preaching the religion of Islam and serving the humanity. He had to face a lot of difficulties and problems but remained firm in his great mission, he added. He said practical following of the Asswah of Imam Zamin (A.S.) is the need of the hour for solution of one problem or the other in the present critical situation. A resolution adopted on the occasion called upon the government to take effective steps to improve the law and order situation during the country-wide Ayyam-e-Zamin programmes and give full coverage of these programmes on the media. Another resolution expressed grave concern on the law and order situation prevailing in the country in general, and particularly in the sensitive areas of Kurram Agency, Swat and other areas and declared that there is no Sunni-Shia conflict there rather the foreign hand is definitely behind these incidents of terrorism, murder, arson and kidnapping, the fact accepted by the Spokesman of the Interior Ministry during his Press briefing. Therefore, the government should tackle the terrorists with an iron hand and should lodge strong protest against those countries to which these anti-human elements have come and are shedding the blood of innocent people, it added. Another resolution strongly condemned the Indian statement in which it was stated that heavy responsibility lay on India for restoring peace in Pakistan and asked who has given the task of restoring peace to India? The resolution said that the whole world is aware what happened to Muslims in Indian Gujerat and India could not bring to fore the investigation report of the train incident. The participants reiterated their resolve that no anti-nation and anti-State element would be allowed to disturb peace in Pakistan and all schools of thought would thwart their conspiracies jointly. Another resolution said that announcement of general elections by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf before Muharram was a good step but the announcement of election schedule by the Election Commission during the days of arrival of Muharram is not a good thing. Moreover this decision was taken in the presence of a few parties while dozens of parties were not invited. General elections just before the start of Muharram would affect the pro-Muharram programmes. Thus the Election Commission should have given the election schedule in the beginning of January. Terming the release of political workers and journalists a good step, the resolution demanded restoration of telecast by private TV channels also calling upon the media to exercise sense and wisdom keeping the honour and dignity of the motherland supreme.
