RAWALPINDI, December 31: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that we would have to bow down before Almighty Allah to turn Pakistan into Amnistaan and to get it rid of international colonial powers to check terrorism. This was stated by him in a special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) at the conclusion of International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala that is being observed throughout the country on Saturday with religious spirit, devotion and respect. He said today, Islamic World begs from colonial powers despite laced with all types of resources; they are confronted with the hypocrisy at the hands of atheist world. He said on one side, colonial powers were carrying out terrorism in Islamic States while they were bent upon proving through media and by using Hippocratic tactics, on the other, that Islam and its followers are terrorists. Agha Moosavi said the dua of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is the source of encouragement for the Islamic World and is a good omen for rooting out enemies of Islam and their Hippocratic attitude. He said the great sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) has effected the human considerations therefore remembering Karbala is like remembering the days of Allah. He said the story of Shaheed-e-Karbala Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) is incomplete without Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) who played such a role after the Karbala incident that is the complete example to follow by the oppressed world. The TNFJ chief said that name of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is Ali bin Hussain bin Ali bin Abi Talilb (A.S.). His kunniyat is Abu Muhammad and the famous titles are Zain Al-Abideen, Syed-us-Sajideen and Sajjad. He was born in Madinah Munawwarah 15 Jamadi-ul-Awwal (some say on 5 Shaaban) 38 Hijrah. His mother Hazrat Sheher Bano was the one of the greatest women in history who was the daughter of last Sasani King Yazd Gard-II. He was at the height of worship, Zuhd and Taqawah that is why he was awarded with the title of Zainul Abideen and Syed-us-Sajideen. He is sixth Masoom and fourth Imam. He faced six dictators during his era but no one could divert him from the right path and make him bow down. He kissed Shahadat on 25th Muharramul Haram, 95 Hijrah and was buried beside his grandmother Khatoon-e-Jannat Syed Fatima Zehra (S.A,) and uncle Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.). He said Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was inheritor of Shaheedan-e-Karbala that is why it was obligatory for him to protect the invaluable assets of the Khanwada of Karbala incident and protect the pious blood of Shuhada-e-Karbala from getting waste. This responsibility of him, he added, was most sensitive and difficult. He displayed great patience, forbearance, firmness and stability in keeping the objective of Karbala alive. As a result of which the fake veils of Islam were unveiled from the Yazidi faces, he added. He delivered such heart-rending Khutbaat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid that shattered the Yazidi corridors of powers, he added. Agha Moosavi made it clear that Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) disseminated the message of Tauheed and Risalat through duas and Munajaat in a manner that people considered the collection of his duas i.e. Saheefa-e-Kamila (Saheefa-e-Sajjadia) as Zaboor Aal-e-Muhammad. Imam Sajjad (A.S.) wanted to tell that any revolution sans spiritual backing, educational and moral training is not durable. Those who are unware of spirituality, knowledge and wisdom lose before the tirades. Saheefa-e-Kamila is the beacon of life for the oppressed world, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Syed-us-Sajideen (A.S.) in the shape of his duas has given that international charter of protection of human rights based on 50 articles that, if adopted, would get the whole world rid of war and make world a hub of peace. On the other hand, he added, the international organisation like the United Nations with the help of around five dozen States gave the manifesto of protecting human right based on only 30 articles that too after the Second World War and despite that could not get it implemented. Had it been implemented then the Kashmir and Palestine issues would have been resolved, no one would have the courage to interfere in Afghanistan and Iraq and no Drone attacks would have carried out in the motherland Pakistan, he concluded.
RAWALPINDI, December 20: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala, from Muharram 15-25 in connection with the Shahadat of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.). In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said, the firmness and patience, the Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) gone through the path of difficulties and tragedies would remain a beacon of light for the world of humanity for ever. He said in the present critical situation, it was necessary for every citizen of Pakistan and follower of every Maktab and Maslak to display greatest practical unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding in sitting on the Farsh-e-Aza because Azadari is the eternal and permanent protest against the satanic world and the mourners of Hussain (A.S.) are grieved for Hussain (A.S.) and his faithful and pious companions till 8th Rabiul Awwal. The Azadari is the source of thwarting the Hippocratic satanic conspiracy for ever. Agha Moosavi said one of the greatest personalities from amongst the inheritors of Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) is Hazrat Ali Ibne Al-Hussain (A.S.) who was entitled as Syed-ud-Sajideen Zainul Abideen (A.S.). He is the Syed-o-Sardar of those who bow down before their real God and was liked by those who followed the path of worship. He spent his life in an era that was replete with oppression, brutality and cheating and during which murders and Shahadats of Khasan-e-Illahi were the order of the day. He said the era of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) spread over 57 years was the hardest era of gaol and teasings. He had a heavy responsibility of fulfilling Godly duties. Being the great inheritor of Shaheedan-e-Karbala he considered protecting the inheritance of Shuhada-e-Karbala as his prime responsibility. He said the Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) fully protected and disseminated the sacrifice that was termed Zibh-e-Azeem. In this connection, he had to face various problems and difficulties with firmness, courage and bravery during which he also delivered heart-rending khutbaat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all countrymen to pay homage to Shuhada-e-Karbala and Aseeran-e-Karbala during the International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala being observed from Muharram 15-25 in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.). During this period, he added, they should strongly condemn the oppression carried out by international colonial powers and their agents, announce commitment to continue their support for the oppressed world and pray for the integrity and solidarity of the Islamic World, and motherland Pakistan. Meanwhile, TNFJ committee has been formed to organise programmes for International Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated as convener and M.D. Haideri as secretary of the committee.
RAWALPINDI, December 18: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Monday. The day began with Aamal-e-Ashoora in mosques. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Aamal at Ali Masjid Satellite Town.
In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani to express their devotion to the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). Zuljinah, Alam Mubarik, Taazia, Mehndi Shahzada Qasim (A.S.), Gehwara Masoom Ali Asghar (A.S.), Taboot Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and other Taburrakaat were included in the Ashoora procession.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) gave a new lease of life to the humanity and the religion of Islam with his blood. He said administrative issues are coming to fore owing to mutual bickering between the Federation and Provinces as a result of which the morales of terrorists and ill-wishers of the country and the nation are increasing. He told the media representatives that the government and the opposition are in contact with terrorists; they desire terrorism to exist that is why Federal Interior Minister and Punjabs Law Ministers hold press conferences along with terrorists. Such hypocrisy could not end terrorism, he added.
He said we have no personal friendship or enmity with anyone; one who is the friend of Pakistan, Islam and people, is our friend and one who keeps enmity with them is our enemy. Answering a question, he said motherland was created by Sunni and Shia schools of thought jointly and these two wings of Islam would also defend it that is possible only when all schools of thought are given their due rights. He said after Quaid-i-Azam, Pakistan landed into the hands of such powers that damaged it. The one who took over the rule through unlawful means gave the gifts of terrorism and heroin culture that has nothing to do with Islam, therefore they should be seen in that context only. Agha Moosavi said that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is the only representative body of the Maktab-e-Tashih having all agreements with the government. He said we are making arrangements for mourning processions ourselves and Mukhtar Force has been designated for the security of these processions. However, he said, the Federal Interior Ministry has set up Muharram Control Rooms in Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir on our demand and notified the same accordingly but Punjab province did not lend any ear despite many reminders. They neither cooperated nor they issued any notification. When we tried to talk to Emergency Control Centres announced by the Punjab government in Jhelum and Gujrat, a policeman sitting there alone picked up the phone saying he has no authority to do anything.
Answering another question, the TNFJ chief said Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) saved the sanctity of Kaaba by removing Ahram-e-Haj and turning Haj into Umrah. When Abdullah ibne Zubair asked the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) not to set out for Iraq, Imam Hussain (A.S.) told him that his journey from Kaaba to Bait Allah is aimed at saving the sanctity and dignity of Bait Allah and Zubair, you should do the same when you undergo such a situation and save the sanctity of Kaaba. But he could not do so and history stands witness what then happened in Kaaba afterwards.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the rulers always used Islam but Farzand-e-Rasool Hussain (A.S.) did not do so rather he remained a shield for Kaaba against the enemies of Allah and Rasool (SAAW) and Islam got a new lease of life after Karbala. Answering another question, he said inviting the Chinese Prime Minister on Youm-e-Ashoora is painful. He reminded the questioner that Founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had refused to meet Lord Mounbatten in Ayyam-e-Shahadat and had given priority to Islami Shaair.
A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qamah at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk. The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity. He lauded the Federal and Provincial governments for setting up Muharram Control Rooms on the call of TNFJ and the best arrangements made by the Administration of Rawalpindi and Islamabad for Muharram. He said Azadari is not limited to any particular fiqh or group rather it is the combined inheritance of all schools of thought. Thousands of Matamdars reiterated their resolve to offer all types of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali and promotion and protection of Azadari. A resolution presented by Aun Kazmi, Secretary General MSO strongly condemned the coverage of festive reception to Chinese Prime Minister on the media of first ideological State that came into being in the name of Islam. The resolution said the colourful reception programmes laid for Chinese Prime Minister on the day of Ashoor forced every Sunni-Shia Muslim to shed tears of blood. This step was contrary to Pakistans ideological Asaas, and the path of Quaid-i-Azam and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto as well as the source of annoyance for Rasool (SAAW) and Bint-e-Rasool (S.A.). The resolutions condemned those political parties that continued their political activities during Ashra-e-Muharram.
The resolution said that Azadari is the most effective protest against blasphemy, therefore those who were lodging protest against blasphemy after being separated from power should join Azadari programmes if they are sincere in the devotion of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW). Strongly condemning the attacks on mourning processions in Peshawar and Hangu, the resolution made it clear that terrorism could not be reduced merely by summoning peace committees and creating hurdles on roads rather the shelters of terrorists would have to wiped out to wipe out terrorism. The resolution demanded from the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of the continued incidents of terrorism and get the nation rid of this menace.
Condemning the restrictions imposed on Ulema and Zakireen contrary to human rights, the resolution said that the government machinery did not even spare the dead in this connection. The resolution also condemned load-shedding during the Ashra-e-Muharram despite government claims contrary to the same. The resolution demanded of the government to direct the Administration throughout the country to follow the Code of Azadari issued by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, in letter and spirit as it guarantees restoration of peace throughout the country and solidarity of the motherland. The resolution reiterated resolve to support any call given by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the promotion of his mission for Wila and Aza. Later, after performing Zanjeer-Zani at Fawwara Chowk, the participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar and Purana Qila where Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk while Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and MFP jawans remained along with the procession throughout.
RAWALPINDI, December 16: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Nawasa-e-Rasool Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) is the source of survival for the whole humanity who presented the exemplary sacrifice in Karbala along with 72 diehards to highlight the real thought of rule in Islam against the tyrant and dictatorial rule of Yazidiyyat. This sacrifice is the best example to follow for human beings in every era, he added. This was stated by him in a special message on the occasion of Youm-e-Ashoor. He said the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) laid the foundation of first Islamic welfare State in Madina Munawwarah in which a system was in place to ensure that all sections of society are given their right on the basis of equality that can enforce real justice and root out oppression and brutality. Agha Moosavi said when after 50 years of the Wisaal of Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW), Yaiz took over the reins of power, the candle of Islam began to shiver badly. All bad qualities of Qabeel, Pharaoh, Nimrah, and Abu Jehal got united in the character of Yazid who announced from the Mimber of Damascus that, God forbid, Bani Hashim had staged a drama to get power and neither any angel came nor any Wahi was sent on them. He said when Yazidiyyat began to grow, Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) with the capabilities of Habeel, Musa (A.S.), Ibrahim (A.S.), Nana Rasool (SAAW), and Ali (A.S.) came out to face it. He made it clear that Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) is the source of survival for the whole humanity and the Karbala episode is a historic fact that cannot be denied. As soon as the name of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) comes to fore, the Karbala episode comes into mind with all incidents that took place there. The TNFJ chief said that according to a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Hussain (A.S.) is the source of guidance and survival. If this Hadees is kept in view, we can understand the objective of Shahadat-e-Hussain easily. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW), as a duty, continued guiding the Ummah and inviting their attention towards those conditions and incidents that can become the source of ignorance and misguidance for them. That is why he talked about some incidents that may take place after him and these views have been placed in Kitaab-ul-Fitan. In this connection, the statement of Hazrat Hazeefa Yamani (R.A.) is also to be taken into account that all incidents that would take place till the D-Day, Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) has told about name, Nasb and tribe of those who would be involved in them (with reference Sunan Ibne Daud, edition 4, page 95, Hadees 42-43). Agha Moosavi said that about the Karbala episode, the summary of what the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) had said is that Hussain (A.S.) is on the right path and his assassins are the most disliked persons before Allah and Rasool (SAAW). The result that could be derived from it is that the Qayam of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) is the scholarly and practical explanation (Tafseer) of Rasool-e-Akrams (SAAW) guidance. In the will that Imam Hussain (A.S.) wrote to Muhammad Hanifa, the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) stated the objective of his Qayam against Yazid in these words: I am making Kharooj for correcting the Ummah of my grandfather (Muhammad SAAW) and I desire to enforce Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir and I follow the seerat of my grandfather (Rasool Allah SAAW) and father Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and will continue to do so. This manifesto of Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) is the continuation of Rasool-e-Akrams (SAAW) chain of guidance and Asaas of Karbala episode. The TNFJ chief said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) instead of bowing down before the satanic and Yazidi conspiracies of refusing Wahi and Ilhaam from the Mimbers, existing evils, oppression and brutality, obscenity and nudity, trampling of pious relations in the garb of Islam, he preferred to set out for saving the religion of his Nana (SAAW) and save humanity from being trampled. He left Makkah on 8th Zilhij in 60 Hijra after breaking Ahram-e-Haj and turned towards Iraq and reached Karbala on 2nd Muharram. Water was refused to them on 7th Muharram and on 9th Muharram the Yazidi forces surrounded them from all around. Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) and his near and dear ones spent the whole night in worship and the day of 10th Muharram dawned with tragic episodes including the Shahdat-e-Hussain. Agha Moosavi said the exemplary sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S.) is now observed everyone with new fanfare. He said Maulana Abul Kalam writes that the incident of this great sacrifice took place in 61 Hijra and if the tears rolled down since then are collected, a new pacific would appear on this earth. He said be ready to sacrifice your sons by following the Aswah of Khalil Allah announce commitment to follow in the footsteps of Fakhar-e-Ibrahim and Ismail i.e. Hazrat Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.). He said Karbala is a continuous call that will remain a beacon of light for all sections of society. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said at present the world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, are confronted with oppression, brutality, suppression and terrorism and to follow the Message of Ashoora is the need of the hour for survival because Hussainiyyat is the symbol of justice and Yazidiyyat that of oppression. He said Hussain (A.S.) is the voice of righteousness of the oppressed in every era and this is the name of Nisbat-e-Mustafa. He said every patriotic person would have to become the symbol of Hussaini commitment and become a concrete wall against the enemies of peace to turn the motherland into a hub of unity and brotherhood. We would have to thwart the satanic, Yazidi and evil forces by observing the mourning of Mazloom-e-Karbala paying homage to the sacrifices rendered in Karbala.
ISLAMABAD, December 15: Majalis and processions of Ashra-e-Muharramul Haram were continued throughout the country like other global parts in commemoration of blood-stained sacrifice of the grandson of holy Prophet (SAWW) Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his near and dear ones on the burning desert of Karbala for elevation of Deen and Shariat.
In federal capital city of Islamabad, main procession of Replicas of Zuljinah, Alam, Mehndi Shehzada Qasim (AS) and cradle of Hazrat Ali Asghar was brought out from Markazi imambargah Jamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 under auspices of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi attended by dozens of matmi groups besides tens of thousands of azadaran-e-Mazloom-e-Karbala. Talking to representatives of electronic and print media during the procession, Agha Moosavi said Milad-un Nabi and Azadari guarantee peace; governments and administration must avoid harras-creating steps and measures during these days providing full opportunity to people to commemoreate grandfather Muhammad (SAWW) and grandson Hussain (AS).
Answering a question, he said government measures with the advent of Muharramul Haram show as if heaven is to burst out or the earth is to split open; ban on loud speaker and double sawari, closure of bazaars, ban on about 90 percent ulema and zakireen even on those who were died long ago are examples of the same. On the other hand, 26 outlawed terror outfits are working openly under new names. He expressed grave concern that load-shedding has again been started as Ashura nears affecting the arrangements of majalis and processions that may be beneficial to enemies of the country, therefore bring load-shedding to a halt immediately.
The TNFJ chief condemned examination schedule during Muharramul Haram set by different universities and educational boards terming it an act to distant people from worship. Responding to another query, Moosavi said that under Pakistan constitution, President, prime minister, governor, chief ministers are not bound to belong any particular sect but its regrettable that a congressi group, that called Quaid-i-Azam Kaafir-e-Azam and openly opposed Pakistan Movement, has control over all religious institutions from religious ministry to Islamic Ideology Council. He urged that fulfilling demands of justice and the constitution, chairmanship of all religious institutions must be given to all schools of thought one by one. Answering another question, he stated that Is;lam is State religion of Pakistan which gives full right even to non-Muslims to spend their life according to their own beliefs and faith. Zia ul Haq was that first person who announced to make Pakistan a State of one particular sect deviating Pakistan ideology, but Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya became an obstacle against his filthy plans. It saved the country from becoming a sectarian State seizing Secretariat and afterwards running eight-month-long peaceful agitation. He said this day forces working behind Ziai dictatorship are active again but Shia and Sunni who jointly formed this country will never let them to succeed.
The TNFJ chief strongly condemned Punjab government for not setting up Muharram Azadari Control Room that have been set up in interior ministry and other provinces that are proved to be helpful in resolving problems of azadaran by remaining in contact with TNFJ Muharram Committee Azadari Cell. Meanwhile, performing noha-khwani and seena-zani and touching through its designated routes the mourning procession became a big gathering reaching at Muhammadi Chowk G-9/2. Addressing the matamdaran there, Khateeb Fateh Furat Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi highlighted Hussaini objective. He said Gham-e-Hussain is not any particular sects inheritance; rather his Qayam was for demolition of oppression and barbarism, and survival of Divine principles and Shariat-e-Muhammadi, that is why every conscious person is thankful to Hussaain ibne Ali (AS).
The participants reiterated their resolve to fully follow the CODE OF AZADARI announced by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi performing Ajr e Risalat. Later, Azadaran performed zanjeer-zani paying pursa to Mazloom-e-Karbala (AS). The procession culminated after reaching at Jamia Imam As-Sadiq (AS) Karachi Company after passing through its designated routes where matamdaran belonging to Wanhaar did noha-khwani and zanjir-zani in their unique style.
Several Matmi groups from Islamabad and surrounding areas participated in matamdari. Mukhtar Students Organization, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Generation, Mukhtar Force, Ismail and Ishaq and Babul Ilm groups and other religious and social organizations took part in the arrangements. Sabeel-e-Hussaini was set up. Members of TNFJ district Islamabad Muharram Committee, high-rank officers of administration and heavy contingent of Police accompanied the procession. Allama Ikhlaq Kazmi led collective pray (dua). RAWALPINDI, December 07: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Shahzada-e-Konain Nawasa-e-Rasool us-Saqlain Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) presented the greatest sacrifice in the plain of Karbala for supremacy of Illahi principles, dignity of humanity and protection and defence of Shariat-e-Muhammadi that is a complete example to follow for the world of humanity. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Muharramul Haram (Ayyam-e-Aza). He said Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) gave an exemplary and practical lesson in Nainawa some 1370 years ago that the Islamic World in general, and inhabitants of the motherland in particular should understand and follow practically so as to learn the principles of freedom and get rid of the international colonial powers, Hindus and Zionists by practising the same getting the greatest nation of Pakistan free from the satanic forces and give them the sense and knowledge so that the international colonial powers and their agents could not see the motherland with a bad eye. Agha Moosavi said that Muharram is the month of reminding the brave stories of Karbala in which the Shahadat of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) added a new chapter in the Islamic World and won the world of humanity through his sacrifices, patience, forbearance, courage and firmness. He said respecting those greatest stories is actually recognizing the Godly justice and supremacy of Zuhd-o-Taqwa. He said the objective of observing the memory of Syed-ush-Shuhada Imam Hussain (A.S.) is to facilitate the Muslims the world over to restore and stabilize their relationship with the Representatives of Allah and take a lesson from the utterances and deeds of the people trained by the Maktab-e-Mustafvi and Afkaar-e-Murtazvi. He said this Maktab has the right to guide the freedom fighters on Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine with the best line of action and practical struggle. The TNFJ chief said that Majalis-e-Aza and the Azadari processions of the Maktab-e-Shabbiri are the perpetual protest against oppression and brutality and the same could be fully utilised as far as freedom and independence is concerned. He said Hussain (A.S.) and his pious Ashaab and Ansaar are alive even after their Shahadat while the followers of tyranny and Yazidiyyat are roaming around as live bodies. As a poet says: Agha Moosavi said the whole nation should practically display brotherhood and mutual understanding because Muslims are brothers to each other and one brother enjoys individual and collective rights over the other religious brother. He said every man and woman should respect each other in this month and highlight Islamic brotherhood so as to thwart the heinous designs of enemies of the religion and the motherland who are bent upon following the policy of divide and rule and weakening us. He said the sanctity of Muharram demands from us not to entangle with each other and avoid causing harm to the nation and the motherland. If we begin our years in the light of principles of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) with a commitment then no satanic power could cause any harm to us. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi made it clear that Quran has honoured four months with honour and dignity in which Muharramul Haram is included. He said new year of the Ummat-e-Wast is based on Asaas and Hijrat that began the new era of Islam and religion and such an Islamic State came into being that provided mirage to the Islamic society. The honour and respect of this month increased manifold with the sacrifice of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.). He said remembering the Shahadat-e-Uzma of Karbala guarantees success here and the Hereafter.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan December 6: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that no restriction on Azadari majalis and processions including loud-speaker would ever be tolerated; no one would be allowed to fix limits for worship; central and provincial governments keep dual standard; restriction on ulema and zakireen who were died 30 years back is funny; taking no notice of terrorism by Chief Justice provides food for thought; and those who make Sunni and Shia fight will be foiled. He made his remarks while announcing 19-point Code of Azadari in connection with the oncoming month of Muharram ul Haram during a jam-packed press conference held at headquarters of Maktab-e-Tashayyo. On this occasion while responding to journalists, Agha Moosavi said that in accordance with 21 May 1985 agreement inked with him, the government is bound to provide security to Azadari processions therefore no power would ever be allowed to create any hurdle therein.
Answering another question, he regretted that both schools of thought whose joint efforts created Pakistan i.e. Shia and Sunni are deprived of their rights while congressi clique, happy on fall of East Pakistan, has control over every religious institution. He demanded that chairmanship of all religious institutions including ministry of religious affairs, Royat-i-Hilal Committee and Islamic Ideology Council be given to all schools of thought turn by turn; there is no restriction for president, premier, speaker, ministers and generals for being Sunni, Shia, Barelvi or deobandi but it is regretting that only one faction has been given control of these religious institutions which is contradictory to constitution and principles of Pakistan formation. He said issuance of examination schedules by educational boards and universities during Ashra-e-Muhrram-ul Haram is severe injustice and tantamount to creating hurdle in worship. While replying another question, the TNFJ chief said media, people and all schools of thought fully participated in campaign to restore Chief Justice but it is deplorable that present Judiciary that takes suo moto actions on tiny incidents has never taken notice of terrorism till to-date. If Justice Sajjad Ali Shah can take suo moto action on terrorism, then why the current judiciary is mute? In response to another question regarding amendment in law of Toheen-e-Risalat (defamation to holy prophet), Moosavi stressed that Halal of Muhammad (S) is halal (lawful) till the Last Day and haram (unlawful) of Muhammad (s) is haram till the Day of Judgment. Constitutions of States and governments could be changed but Muhammadan Constitution i.e. Quran could not be until the Last Day.
He said the grandson of Prophet (s) rendered great sacrifice in the burning desert of Karbala to protect the same constitution and this sacrifice is commemorated even this day by all Muslims and human beings without any discrimination. Human historys biggest defamation to holy Prophet (s) was committed in the desert of Karbala when holy Prophet (s)s son Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) was brutally slaughtered and the holy chaste ladies of the family of Prophet (s) were made to move in bazaars bare-headed. He further made clear that demolition of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla where Prophet (s)s wives, Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar, his dearest daughter and pious companions are buried is also defamation. Muslim governments and States would have to take a look into their own misdeeds. Moosavi further said while answering a question that Zia ul Haq is the originator of terrorism who aimed to strengthen Satanic forces making Pakistan a State of one particular sect but it was Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya that thwarted this conspiracy. In response to another question about ban on outlawed outfits, he said ban was imposed on those outfits and parties that were involved in unrest, murder and arson in light of our peace formula presented in the court of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah but this restriction was never implemented. Leaders and workers of terror outfits are roaming freely, and are being included in government peace committees and ulema boards; welcoming outlawed terror outfits by federal and Punjab governments is open hypocrisy. Answering another question, Moosavi said restriction by Punjab government on Rehman Puras Zuljinah procession despite Lahore high courts orders is open contempt of court, and trampling of fundamental human rights. He reminded that in era of Zia ul Haqs sworn son, 26 imambargahs were torched in Lahore. Answering another question regarding wikileaks disclosures, Agha Moosavi said rulers need not to be worried if they are clean but if they are involved in such deeds then they would have to repent people and Allah. He deplored that governments present Muharram as a very horrifying thing; doing so is strengthening colonial powers that in fact are afraid of Muslims spirit of martyrdom which is bestowed to them by Karbala. Hence, colonial chief and its stooges desire to cool down this spirit of sacrifice just for their interests and maintain supremacy, and by using the weapon of biases are bent upon destructing peace of Pakistan because its basic ideology is Islam. Therefore, every religion- and motherland-loving person is duty bound to foil international conspiracy of New World Order being laced with Quwwat e Haideri and Jazba e Shabbiri, thus tell the Taqhooti world that we all are Hussaini and will jointly observe Imam Hussain (peace be on him)s mourning paying homage to the imam (peace be on him) and condolence to holy Prophet (peace be on him and his holy progeny). While announcing Code of Azadari on this occasion, the TNFJ chief appealed that Protection and defense of Basic Ideology should be preferred on every level; All schools of thought should be respected heartily and no interference should be made in one anothers ideologies; All schools of thought should highlight the objective of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (peace be on him) preaching their ideologies in a positive manner; Ulema e karam, zakireen uzzam should give priority to unity and harmony, and integrity of religion and motherland on every echelon;The powers that be should honor the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement in connection with bringing out Azadari processions. And no change should be made in Azadari programmes; Muharram Azadari Cells should be set up at the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and in all the four Provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas and should be directed to keep a close contact with the Control Rooms of Central and provincial Muharram Committees of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya; No one should be permitted to take law in his hand ; Miscreants, terrorists and banned outfits should be dealt with iron hands; The organisers of Majalis should make protective measures on self-help basis and remain fully alert;The countrymen should keep a strict eye on enemies of religion and motherland and beware of elements preaching hatred, enmity and biases; The government, opposition and media should eradicate activities of enemies; Leaders should suspend all types of political activities during Ashra e Muharram and Azadaran should give priority to Azadari over everything; The media should highlight the great sacrifices of Martyrs of Karbala in a positive and effective manner, and avoiding Munkiraat should suspend all types of music, drama, sports and comedy programmes during the Ashra-e-Muharram; Women should observe Azadari by following the seerat of Mukhadderaat-e-Ismat and Taharat;Azadaran should fully participate n matami processions and majalis e aza avoiding excess and deficiency; Discipline and timings should be followed during Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions and the dignity and sanctity of Azadari should be taken care of; The organisers of Majalis-e-Aza are fully responsible to follow the Code of Azadari and also enforce it on others; The powers that be should issue directives to follow Code of Azadari from lower level to high level; Banned outfits should never be included in inter-religion and national peace committees, and verification should be got from Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya for representation of Maktab e Tashayyo in these committees. Agha Moosavi made clear that that Azadari is our jugular vein which is an eternal universal protest against Iblisis, emblem of honour of humanity and guarantee of our deliverance. Neither we accepted any hurdle in its way in any era and nor would allow anyone to create obstacle therein even today. He prayed for supremacy of Islamic world, safety of motherland Pakistan and national unity.
