RAWALPINDI, February 11: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has reiterated his resolve to continue the eternal protest against oppressors in the shape of Azadari till the Zahoor of Farzand-e-Zahra (A.S.). He said they will not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for the pious mission of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) being observed throughout the country as a part of Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman and marking the end of Ayyam-e-Aza with religious spirit, devotion and respect. Agha Moosavi said when Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) was placed at the pedestal of Imamat, he became desirous of offspring to be designated on the pedestal of Imamat too. On which Allah Said: (Designation from Me would not be given to oppressors). This designation is so great that Zaat-e-Illahi commensurate it with His ehad and ehad enjoys immense importance amongst all nations which is crystal clear like a clear day. Many Ayahs of Quran and Ahadees stand witness to it. That is why it is stated: (One who does not keep his ehad, he has no faith). He said that Zaat-e-Illahi Had promised with Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.) that there would be Imams from his offspring and they all will be justifiable, those personalities were later called inheritors of Risalat. The TNFJ chief said that one of those Aaimma Huda was the holy personality of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). He was displaying support to the men of religion and Shariat, and values of the scholarly people in the dark era of Bani Abbas replete with the darkest era of oppression, barbarity, ban of speech of the history of Islam. It was the era that was based on oppression, suppression, insult and bloodshed of the oppressed. The oppressive rulers of Banu Abbas were using Islam and Shariat as a shield so as to divert the people from the centre of Islam. Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) proved himself a concrete wall against their nefarious designs. He had to pray heavy cost of fulfilling the Godly responsibility but no oppressive and suppressive tactics could divert Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) from the right path. He bore the difficulties of gaol and violence many times at the hands of Abbasi Khalifates in his life span spread over 28 years only. This was the era when these oppressive rulers had killed about half a million people. This news, he said, was already given by the Holy Prophet (SAAW) on which books of different fiqhs stand witness that the personality that will bring justice and fair-play to this oppressive world would be the son of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). For that reason, the oppressive rulers increased monitoring him and the oppressive rulers of that era had strongly decided to negate the Ahadees-e-Rasool (SAAW) by hook or by crook so as to root out the history of Wilayat and Imamat once for all. Agha Moosavi said no power on earth could contradict Quran and Ahadees-e-Nabavi. The candle lit by Allah could not be put off by enemies of religion and Shariat. Imam (A.S.) kissed Shahadat but did not accept to be bowed down. He departed from this world on 8th Rabiul Awwal, 260 Hijrah and left huge pile of knowledge and wisdom behind as an inheritance along with a personality named Mehdi as the Peshwa of the Ummah and handed over all affairs of Imamat and Taburrakaat-e-Nabavia and Alvia fulfilling his responsibility. After the Shahadat of Imam Hussain (A.S.) our every Imam organised Azadari in the same manner as a result of which there is no city, country, Maslak or religion all around the world that does not pay homage to the greatest sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S.) that was declared Fidaina Bey Zibhe Azeem that protected the human dignity, gave mirage to religion and Shariat, and encouraged the oppressed nations. Today all freedom movements all over the world including Palestine and Kashmir consider Karbala as source of inspiration and Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) is recognised as Shahanshah of the oppressed world. The TNFJ chief said that mourning of Shuhada-e-Karbala is observed from first Muharram to 8th Rabiul Awwal and homage paid to their great sacrifice in shape of Azadari as Azadari is not only our life-line rather it is the great display of Illahi Bandagi that has given eternal life to all oppressed nations. Therefore, we should mark our presence daily till 8th Rabiul Awwal in Darsgah-e-Karbala, keep on organising Majalis, continue enlightening ourselves and our near and dear ones with the pious teachings of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), keep the basic principles of religion and Shariat in our hearts, and imbibe ourselves with the spirit of Shahadat. This is the path that, if followed, could lead us to success here and the Hereafter. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that on the occasion of Hafta Ehad-e-Paiman, we announcement our commitment before Allah, Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) and Aaimma Huda that we will never hesitate in defending Azadari that we inherited from Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Sajjad (A.S.) and will not allow anyone to create any hurdles in it. He paid tributes to all schools of thought for display of mutual unity and brotherhood during Ayyam-e-Aza and vowed that every conspiracy of the enemy will be thwarted with the same spirit on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi also.
ISLAMABAD, 10 February: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that all schools of thought will prove their unity practically on the occasion of Milad-un Nabi like Ayyam-i-Aza and will make clear on the world that no power can create hurdle in processions of grandfather (Holy Prophet pbuh) and grandson (Imam Hussain as).
He stated this while talking to media men on the occasion of unveiling the gate of the shrine of Hazrat Fizza that came from Syria, and Alam-Khushai (raising the Alam of Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamdar high (AS)) at Markazi imambargah Jamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad in annual pursa daari marking Week of Pledge (Hafta-e-Ehd-o-Paymaan). Appreciating special arrangements made by the government during Ayyam-e-Aza of Muharram and Chehlum, Agha Moosavi praised practical display of unity by the whole nation for holding peaceful programs throughout the country on the whole. he deplored that under a pre-planned conspiracy terrorism was caused to be committed in azadari processions in Choa Sedan Shah, Dheri Hasanabad and Girja Road Rawalpindi on last friday aimed at pushin Rawalpindi region into the fire of choas. he resolvwed that would not let foreign stooges involved in these heinous activities to succeed.
He demanded the government to set up tribunal for impartial probe of these above-said incidents, punish the attackers of azadari processions and culprits who disgraced Tabarrukaat, and ensure law and order by holding immediate search operation in these areas. Answering a question about US diplomat Raymond Davis, he said he is not a safarat-kaar (diplomat) but jasarat-kaar because a diplomat respects national laws and culture and does not go anywhere without permission. he said it is judiciary that should rule on his case. and everyone should respect it. Agha Moosavi also condemned terrorism in Mardan.
Responding another question on summoning a round table conference by president, he said Islam gives importance to consultation but nothing can be said without bringing conference age nda in view. however such kind of measures are made just to pass time and prolong the rule. he advised that parliament should be taken in confidence in all national affairs. Agha Moosavi said that kaneez (maid servant) of khanwada e Risalat, the Queen of Habash Hazrat Fizza (RA) was companion of Prophet (SAWW) who bowed her head on the door of Prophet (SAWW) throwing away the throne and crown. Holy Prophet (SAWW) changing her earlier name Maymoona named her Fizza; she was used to talk in the language of Quran. This great lady in the life of Prophet (SAWW) and after his departure served his progeny for 58 years. She stood by the side of the holy daughters of Ali (AS) and Batool (AS) in Karbala, Kufa and Shaam. he said coming of the gate of the shrine of this great khadma in Pakistan and then its fixing in Jamiatul Murtaza is a great blessing because these holy personalities are the best source of fulfilment of needs and prayers.
On this occasion, different matmi halqas performed pursa daari and noha khwani. The procession after touching through its designated routes culminated in Jamiatul Murtaza. special contingent of police and Mukhtar Force volunteers made security arrangements. large number of ulema e karam, religious dignitaries, matmi leaders and people belonging to different schools of thought participated in the program. RAWALPINDI, February 4: Qauid e Millat e Jafria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi, – While announcing the Hafta e Ehd o Paiman 2nd 8th Rabi ul Awal, in connection with Martyrdom of Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh)- said that keeping promises and vows is the sign of brave and of those, chosen by ALLAH. Quaid e Millat e Jafria Said that, Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), His Holy Progny (pbut) and pious Companions (R.A.) made such unforgettable sacrifices -to protect the religion & teachings of Islam, and to save the mankind and humanity- that are beacon of light for the whole of humanity and mankind, and these pious personalities were marked by the history for honouring promises an vows. Agha Moosvi made it clear that, honouring promises is emphasised by not only Islam but all the noble religions and civilized societies and a person carrying these qualities is considered honourable i.e. to keep ones word. He further said that Mountains can move, storms can be stopped and rivers can change their course but an honourable person never breaks his word, no matter the promise is made to The Creator or creation. Agha Moosvi Said that, it is obligatory for every Muslim to keep their promises and the emphasis is laid upon by Islam, to not break promises by any excuse of reconciliation or political agenda. He said that worship is the peak of piousness, which is the second name of keeping promises. Quaid e Millat e Jafria with reference to the Holy Quran said that, – ALLAH has said that, he who keeps his promises, and adopts piousness, rest assured, ALLAH loves the pious – Sura Al Tawba (The Repentance). He further said that Islam is about keeping promises, and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said that he who does not keeps promises, does not keep the religion ALLAH in Chapter Al Ya-Sin of the Holy Quran states that Didnt I take oath from you to not to follow Satan, for he is your open enemy. And worship me, for this is the right path. Agha Moosvi said that, this implies that he, who does not honour his promises, defies ALLAH and is the follower of Satan and he who keeps his promises is the follower of ALLAH. Quaid e Millat e Jafria said that, by honouring the great and pious personalities, – in terms of mourning – from the 1st day of Muharram to the 8th day of Rabi ul Awal, the right is differentiated from wrong and the oppressors hiding behind the mask of Islam are unveiled. Quaid e Millat e Jafria urged the masses to commemorate the Hafta e Ehd o Paiman, – 2nd Rabi ul Awal – 8th Rabi ul Awal in connection with the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) and to make the pledge whole heartedly that we will follow the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and His Holy Progny (pbut) and fight for religion of Islam i.e. the path of Imam Hussain (pbuh). He said that Azadari (mourning) is the means to protect Islam and it is our religious duty and we will never bargain on that and nor will let anyone to do that. In the mean time TNFJs central committee to organize the programs of Hafta e Ehd o Paiman was formed. Dr. S M Rizvi was nominated as convener and Ajmal Nqavi as deputy convener, while Haider Abbas Bajwa will be the secretary of the committee.
RAWALPINDI, February 3: The programmes of universal Hafta Azmat-e-Mustafa and Mujtaba observed in connection with Wisaal-e-Nabi (SAAW) and Youm-e-Shahadat of Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) concluded throughout the country Thursday with honour and respect. Majalis-e-Aza were held and Matmi processions were taken out to mark the week. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the main Matmi procession taken out under the auspices of Syed Nawab Shah here in Peoples Colony and took part in Matamdari and performed ziarat of the Taburrakaat.
Talking to media representatives, Matmis and Azadars, Agha Moosavi said the silence of the media and the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Wisal-e-Nabi (SAAW) and Shahadat of Khalifa-e-Rashid Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) is lamentable. He said like other personalities buried in Jannatul Baqee, the shrine of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) is also razed to the ground. The dream to root out problems confronted to the Islamic World and to achieve peace in the world could not come true without restoring the dignity of the memorials of Mashaheer-e-Islam, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that practical following of Seerat-e-Nabavi (SAAW) and Asswah of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) is the need of the hour to get rid of terrorism and riot confronted by the world. He said we would have to adopt the policy of mutual understanding to overcome our problems and difficulties by following in the footsteps of pious religious leaders. He made it clear that the Zaat-e-Illahi provided best code of life through His representatives who utilised all their energies for the enforcement of this code and constitution. Rather they also confronted Pharaohs and Nimrahs of every era and no one could divert them from the right path, he added. He said Hazroor-e-Akram (SAAW) is the last and best representative of Allah who struggled a lot for the dissemination and enforcement of Allahs code of life and by enforcing that code became the chief executive of the first Islamic State.
The TNFJ chief said there is a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) that goes: I say what a Wahi says. At another place, he read out another announcement from Holy Quran, that: I do not ask for any compensation from you, only desire love and devotion for my near ones. He said it is stated in the books of different schools of thought that by near ones the personalities meant are Muhammad (SAAW), Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.), Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.). He said 28 Safar is the day of visible Wisaal of Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW) and we call it Shahadat. He enjoyed both visible and invisible Shahadat. Invisible Shahadat in the shape of Imam Hassan (A.S.) and visible Shahadat in the shape of Imam Hussain (A.S.), he added.
Agha Moosavi said there is need to announce commitment to follow Seerat-e-Nabavi (SAAW) and Asswah of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) so as to turn the whole world into a hub of peace on the tragic occasion of Wisaal-e-Nabi (SAAW) and Shahadat of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.). He said Quran is the constitution and Ahle Bait (A.S.) have enforced it. He said Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) kissed Shahadat 30 years after the Wisaal-e-Nabi (SAAW) and handed over all secrets and Taburrakaat to Imam Hassan (A.S.) that also included Hazoors (SAAW) dress, Amamah and Abaa. He said Imam Hassan (A.S.) was poisoned that became the cause of his tragic Shahadat while his funeral was showered with arrows.
RAWALPINDI, February 1: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that like respect and dignity of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) similarly the respect and dignity of his Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is also binding and insulting them is a great sin the punishment of which is death which should be given without delay. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Wisaal-e-Nabi Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) and Youm-e-Shahadat of Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) which are being observed throughout the country Wednesday with religious spirit, devotion and respect. Agha Moosavi said that Allah Says in Surah Al-Hujraat of Holy Quran: O ye who believe! Be not forward in the presence of Allah and His messenger, and keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Hearer, Knower. O ye who believe! Lift not up your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor shout when speaking to him as ye shout one to another, lest your works be rendered vain while ye perceive not. Lo! they who subdue their voices in the presence of the messenger of Allah, those are they whose hearts Allah hath proven unto righteousness. Theirs will be forgiveness and immense reward. He said Hazoor (SAAW) was declared the cause of creation of the universe: I was a hidden treasure, I wanted to be identified, so I created (O, Habeeb) you. On this basis, Khanwada-e-Risalat has been declared the most respected Khanwada and Dana-e-Kull Ahmed-e-Mursal (SAAW) is the Syed-o-Sardar of all prophets and Mursaleen. He said respect of the Rasool (SAAW) is binding on the whole humanity and no one is allowed to give priority to his decision over the decisions made by Allah and His Rasool (SAAW). It is the beauty of the faithfuls to bow down before the commandments of Allah and His Rasool (SAAW). The TNFJ chief said that on this basis, some Mufassireen wrote that some people from Banu Tameem tribe visited the Rasool (SAAW) and it was being discussed that who should be appointed ruler on Banu Tameem. One of the Sahaba proposed Qaaqaa Bin Saeed while another proposed Iqraa Bin Habis. Both Sahaba exchanged words and the pitch of their voice went high. Thus the above mentioned Ayahs of Surah Hujraat were sent and Sahaba were stopped to raise their voice before the Rasool (SAAW) rather to wait what Rasool (SAAW) states in this regard. It is the dignity of Risalat, therefore, one can understand that if Rasool (SAAW) is walking then no one should walk ahead of him. If he (SAAW) is talking then no one should try to give his comments ahead of him. In other words, advance in any matter from the Rasool (SAAW) is declared blasphemy. Similarly, in the second Ayah, he said one is stopped from raise his voice in a gathering in which Hazoor (SAAW) is present. It is a big desecration and insult the punishment of which is that all deeds of that person would become useless with his knowledge. Then those people are being praised who keep their voice low in front of the Hazoor (SAAW). Zaat-e-Illahi has purified their hearts for Taqwah and nothing could be put in their hearts but fear of Allah. Like the respect and dignity of Rasool (SAAW) is binding, the respect and dignity of Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is also binding because this is the Khanwada of Ismat and Taharat, the Ayah-e-Tatheer was sent. There is a saying of Imam Shafaaee that if Darood-o-Salam is not recited during the Nimaz on them, that Nimaz goes unaccepted. Similarly, Agha Moosavi said, Sadqah is Haram on Rasool (SAAW) and also on those holy personalities on which the Ahadees-e-Nabavi stand witness and like devotion for Rasool (SAAW) is declared binding, similarly the devotion for Ahle Bait (A.S.) has been declared Ajr-e-Risalat. Allah says in Ayah 23 of Surah Ash-Shura in Para-25 of Quran: Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee therefor, save loving kindness among kinsfolk. One personality from amongst Ahle Bait (A.S.) is that of Shahanshah-e-Arab and Ajam Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.) and his brother Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) have the honour to be Farzandan-e-Rasool according to Ayah-e-Mobahila. In Ayah 61 of Sura Aal-e-Imran of Para-3 in Quran, Allah says: And whoso disputeth with thee concerning him, after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly (to our Lord) and (solemnly) invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie. But, the TNFJ chief said, the international colonial powers do not like that honour and dignity that is why they utilise all their energy in desecrating the Hazoor (SAAW), his Ahle Bait (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). No day passes when they do no commit desecration against Islam, Shaair-e-Islam, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and his greatest Khanwada despite the fact that Allah has honoured Bani Adam with honour and respect under Karamna Bani Adam and there is not distinction rather whoever is Bani Adam is renowned and respectable what to talk about Anbia, Mursaleen, Swaleheen and master of them all Khatamul Nabbiyeen (SAAW) who has been given the title of Wa Maa Arsalnaka Al-Rehmatul Lil Alimeen. Not only his (SAAW) respect and honour is binding but similarly that of his Khanwada and Sahaba Mukrimeen is also binding. And insult to Hazoor (SAAW) and Ahle Bait (A.S.) is a great sin punishment of which is death and no delay is allowed in carrying out that punishment. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Yazid (Laeen) committed insult to the Hazoor (SAAW) and his Khanwada-e-Ismat (A.S.) after Rasools (SAAW) Wisaal by saying Laabat Banu Hashim Bil Mulak Fala . . . That Banu Hashim had played a game while neither any Wahi nor Ilhaam came. When he violated the commandments of Allah, the great personality of this Khanwada Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) offered that great sacrifice that was termed Wa Fidaina Bey Zibhe Azeem. Therefore, Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW) warned him and stopped him rather sacrificed his near and dear ones but did not allow any scar on the dignity of Rasool (SAAW). Later, the Mukhaderaat-e-Ismat and Taharat of this Khanwada Hazrat Zainab (S.A.), Hazrat Umm-e-Kulsoom (S.A.) and Rasools (SAAW) grandson Hazrat Ali Ibn Al-Hussain known as Zainul Abideen (A.S.) bore all difficulties in gaol and delivered courageous and heart-rending khutbaat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid that not only shattered the Qasr-e-Yazidiyyat rather unveiled the fake veils from the faces of Yazid and his colleagues and declared his name a source of curse till the Day of Judgement. While Rasool (SAAW) and his honourable Khanwada still enjoy supremacy and will remain so for ever. Allah says: We have raised your Zikr. Therefore, wherever the name of Zaat-e-Illahi comes, there comes the name of Muhammad (SAAW) and Darood also comes on Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Zahid, we salute your Nimaz, without devotion to Ahle Bait (A.S.) worship is Haram. That is why Zaat-e-Illahi declared subservience to them as subservience to Him and said: If you are truthful in your claim of devotion to Allah then follow the Hazoor (SAAW) and perform what he says. By observing the Wisaal of Hazoor (SAAW) and Shahadat of his loving grandson Imam Hassan (A.S.) during the Hafta Azmat-e-Mustafa and Mujtaba we should prove that: Ki Muhammad (SAAW) sey Wafa Tu Ney Tau Hum Terey Hein, Yeh Jehan Cheeze Hey Kiya Loh-o-Qalam Terey Hein.
Rawalpindi, January 30: The Secretary General of TNFJ Pakistan Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, while addressing to the members of the committee of Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa O Mujtaba (pbut), said that the government should learn a lesson from the situations of Tunis and Egypt and take off the chains of American slavery. He said that the key to solve the national issues and get success now and in the hereafter is only lays in following the Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh &hhp) and his Holy Progeny (pbut). He said America only has its own interests at heart and not of anyone else and is famous for using other governments for its own interests and, after fulfilling the required interest, it discard them like a used tissue paper. He said satanic powers are the main cause of under development and mayhem in Islamic States who bring people of their own choice into governments and after using them, removes them in order to impose new agents of their choice into power. He said the terrorist activity of an American in Lahore is a test for federal and provincial governments as well as for Judiciary and his action is an open challenge against the solidarity, integrity and sovereignty of the motherland. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said all our actions are based on Deen O Shariat and Pakistan is dearest to us because it was established on the basis of Deen O Shariat which is its basic ideology and due to this very reason Jews, Christian and Hindus are its greatest enemy and their hand is behind unrests and terrorists activities in the motherland. He said it has become the norm for the blame for every incident which happens in the World to be laid firmly on Pakistans shoulders. He said the 7/7 incidents of London, the Mumbai attacks and to some extent the blasts at the Russian Airport, are being linked with Pakistan which is a matter of great concern for the nation and the motherland. He said that even now the World renowned agencies are saying that the terrorist activities in Pakistan are a game being played by India, America, Israel and Russia. He said that the rulers of Pakistan have to adopt a clear cut policy and must inform the world that after Russian and now Americans intervention in Afghanistan, Pakistan has been made into a war zone,with India taking advantage of this and trying to take the revenge of an old enmity. The open hand in the terrorist activities of Swat, Baluchistan and in Karachi is not hidden anymore from the eyes of the world. Mazhar Ali Shah said that America is not ready to excuse the daughter of the motherland Dr. Afia but is asking Pakistan to release their American national who committed the crime in front of numerous people, which shows the real face of the champions of human rights and the so called care takers of law and order in the world. The Convener of the committee Dr S M Rizvi in his address said that to highlight the greatness of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) and his Holy Progeny (pbut), the programmes of majalis and matami processions will be organized through out the country in connection to observe Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa O Mujtaba. He said that it is the duty of the government to provide maximum security in these programs without fail. He appealed to the print and electronic media to give coverage to the programs of Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa O Mujtaba and initiate special editions on the occasion.
RAWALPINDI, January 25: The Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country Tuesday for survival of religion and Shariat and to give eternal lease of life to high values of humanity. Majalis Arbaeen-e-Hussaini were held and Zuljinah, Alam and Tazia processions were taken out in all big or small cities and towns on this occasion. In Rawalpindi, main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah merged into the main procession. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani and presented Pursa of the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on this occasion. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari.
Agha Moosavi while talking to media representatives on this occasion said that Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) presented exemplary sacrifice in Karbala for the supremacy of religion, Shariat and humanity as a result of which oppressed nations have launched independence movements today. He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam the official religion of which is Islam. Answering a question he said there could not be two opinions that punishment for blasphemy is death but it is the job of judiciary to decide what is meant by blasphemy. They should give simple explanation of the same so that everyone could understand it and should not take the law into their own hands. Agha Moosavi said like no changes could be made in Quran, similarly no one could add or remove the commandments of religion and Shariat and no one is allowed to do so because the Halal declared by Hazoor (SAAW) is Halal and Haram declared by him (SAAW) is Haram till the Day of Judgement. He said those who are convinced of Hurmat-e-Risalat (SAAW) from the core of their heart should give practical proof of their devotion with Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar by participating in Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi processions. Otherwise, he added, we would be justified to understand that like Shariat was used by Ummayad to save their governments and Zias tyranny used it to consolidate his rule, similarly they desire to achieve their goals by making an issue out of religious topics only. He said Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) shattered the world of oppressors through their khutbaat.
The participants of the procession carried out Zanjeer-Zani and Qama-Zani in Trunk Bazar, Habib Bank Chowk and turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is the memory of Aseeran-e-Karbalas commitment and courage who shattered the Yazidi courts through their visionary and heart-rending addresses despite being chained so as to highlight the objective of Hussainiyyat. He said inheritors of the Hussains (A.S.) blood Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) through their khutbaat shattered the Yazidi courts and unveiled the fake Islamic face of Yazid. Ch. Mushtaq Hussain addressed the gathering on the topic of philosophy of Shahadat.
A resolution presented by Secretary General of Mukhtar Students Organisation Syed Aun Abbas Kazmi said that the sacrifice of the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S) was the greatest and exemplary as he had given a tough reply to Yazid for contradicting the Islamic values and committing blasphemy. The Imam (A.S.) not only stopped him rather gave a new lease of life to Islam by sacrificing all he had. These Majalis, Matmi and Milad-un-Nabi processions are actually a continuation of that protest. The resolution said that today blasphemy is being committed within and without the country on different pretext the penalty for which is death. If we are really sincere with Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW), Aal-e-Athaar and pious Sahaba Kubaar then we would have to give up using these holy personalities for our personal and party interests because these personalities never used Islam as a shield but whenever a bad time came to Islam, these enlightened people became shield for Islam themselves. Strongly condemning the incidents of terrorism in Malir Karachi, Bhaati gate Lahore and target killings going on in motherland Pakistan for the last three decades, the resolution called upon all patriotic forces to utilize all their energy in making motherland Pakistan a hub of peace because our survival is linked with the survival of Pakistan, and we had to present many sacrifices for its creation. The rulers and politicians lost half of the country while rest of the half is facing difficulties. The resolution demanded immediate exodus of foreigners from the country so as to end to the Kalashnikov and heroin culture and suicide attacks.
The resolution lamented that two biggest Makatib i.e. Sunnis and Shias took part in creation of Pakistan are deprived of their rights. People belonging to a particular group are continuously made heads of Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamic Council of Ideology, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee and other important institutions. The resolution criticizing the efforts of polluting the peace atmosphere through a planned conspiracy in Chua Saidan Shah and Dheri Hassanabad in Rawalpindi Region resolved that no one will be allowed to create rift amongst Makatib. The resolution said that Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions are the continuation of strongest protest since 14 centuries against those who committed blasphemy. All Muslims pay salute to the dignity of Nawasa-e-Rasool without any discrimination and both main schools of thought Shias and Sunnis organize programmes to pay homage to Imam Hussain (A.S.) during Muharramul Haram and consider Hussainiyyat the biggest defence against those who commit blasphemy so much so that even the non-Muslims look Imam Hussain (A.S.) with respect and honour and respect his great sacrifice. The resolution expressed concern that a large number of people have infiltrated in Chakwal like other cities of the country in the shape of Muhajireen. Therefore, the government should carry out search operation in all sensitive areas immediately and fix the culprits through setting up judicial tribunal to investigate the incidents of terrorism. The resolution called upon the judiciary to play its role in turning Pakistan into Bostan and form a judicial commission comprising judges of the high courts to review the three decades of terrorism because no terrorist has been given punishment to-date. The rulers say they catch the terrorists but they are released by the judiciary. The resolution declared the contract appointments on the post of senior officers and extension in the service of judiciary an encroachment on the rights of the deserving people which is not supported in Islam. The resolution asked that when right of self-determination could be exercised for Christians in Mashriqi Taimoor and Sudan then why it could not be done in Palestine and Kashmir. In this connection, the United Nations would have to give up duplicity in her character and would deliver the right of self-determination to Kashmiris and Palestinians so as to turn these regions into a hub of peace. Another resolution lamented the print and electronic media for pushing both the recognized schools of thought to the wall and demanded that the media should fulfil their professional responsibilities fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play. If special editions could be brought out for artistes, singers and actors then why they not publish such editions in memory of Mashaheer-e-Islam and important occasions like Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala. The resolution lamented that media has limited their coverage to some particular parties that is contrary to the principles of journalism. In another resolution, attention of people at the helm of Education Department was invited towards an important issue that examination schedules are announced on the occasions of Muharram, Chehlum and Milad-un-Nabi which is tragic as a large number of students are deprived to participate in Azadari programmes. Therefore, they should avoid giving examination schedule on such occasions. The resolution called upon the rulers and politicians to exercise mutual understanding in Balochistan and learn a lesson from East Pakistan situation. The resolution paid tributes to all schools of thought for displaying practical unity and brotherhood on the occasion of Ashra-e-Muharram and Chehlum. Federal Interior Ministry and provinces were also thanked for setting up Muharram Azadari Control Rooms on the call of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. It was resolved that the whole nation will prove on the occasion of Hafta-e-Wahdat and Akhuwwat, to be observed after the conclusion of Ayyam-e-Aza on 8th Rabiul Awwal, that no satanic force could create rift amongst Sunnis and Shias. The resolution said that we desire to make it clear that the eternal protest against those who commit desecration against Rasool (SAAW) and Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) will continue in shape of Milad and Azadari processions till the Zahoor of Imam-e-Zamana (A.S). The resolution vowed to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for supremacy of the Islamic World, solidarity and development of the motherland, Wila-e-Ali, Aza-e-Hussain, and achievement of religious rights. Later, participants of the main Chehlum procession performed historic Zanjeer-Zani in Raja Bazar. Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession at Purana Qila. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. The participants of Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Imambargah Baltistania Angatpura performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk. Both these processions terminated after reaching Imambargah Qadeem. Mukhtar Students Organisation installed Markazi Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk during the main Chehlum procession where arrangements for Sabeel-e-Hussaini were especially made. Volunteers of Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Force, Civil Defence, office-bearers of District Azadari Committee of the TNFJ led by Convener Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, officials of the District Administration and a heavy contingent of police remained with the procession throughout.
RAWALPINDI, January 24: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that all patriotic people will have to display practical unity so as to root out incidents of terrorism, suicide attacks, and target killings going on for a long and thwart the nefarious designs of the enemy through spirit of Hussainiyyat. This was stated by him in a special message on the occasion of universal Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country Tuesday with religious spirit, devotion and respect. He said not a single day passes without an incident of terrorism in the garb of which, jalao-gherao, forced call-offs, strikes, rallies and protest meetings have become the order of the day. Agha Moosavi said the enemies of Pakistan are bent upon defaming Pakistan and consider holiest days beneficial to fulfil their nefarious designs. He said Ashra-e-Muharram, Majalis-e-Aza and mourning processions at most of the places remained peaceful on the occasion of Ashra-e-Muharram which is not the job of any single Maktab or a person but it was the fruit of joint unity and brotherhood of all schools of thought. He said the anti-Pakistan elements have now starting infiltrating into villages, towns and even at Mohallah level. These elements are behind the couple of incidents that took place in Rawalpindi region recently, he said adding that we will have to thwart all types of conspiracy and mischief on the occasion of Chehlum of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) because besides security institutions, everyone is under the obligation to fulfil his duty. He said Islam condemns all types of oppression, brutality and bias as it is commensurate with peace and tranquillity.
The TNFJ chief made it clear that Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.), by offering sacrifice in Karbala along with his 72 near and dear ones, not only protected religion and Shariat but also gave a new lease of life to respect and dignity of humanity. He said Hussain (A.S.) is respectable not only for any particular group or region but the whole humanity is proud of his unmatched sacrifice and considers him the central point of their survival and welfare. He made it clear that Arbaeen-e-Hussain is the day of remembrance of those brave personalities who guide us how to struggle for independence movements and how to live in dignity. He said 20th Safar-ul-Muzaffar is the day of Chehlum of those pious personalities who sacrificed their blood and bore march of Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid for the sake of religion and Shariat, independence, freedom to set up a strong foundation for consciousness. He said Azadari-e-Mazloom will continue till the Zahoor of Imam Mehdi (A.S.). The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Khutba of Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in the court of Yazid had unveiled the real faces of Yazidiyyat. He said Hussain (A.S.) saved humanity and Islam while Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) gave a new lease of life to Hussainiyyat. He paid condolences to Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar, followers of religion and Shariat, and the oppressed world on this occasion. He reiterated the resolve to keep the flag of justice and fair-play flutter high the world over and condemn oppression and brutality.
RAWALPINDI, January 23: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said processions of Milad-un-Nabi (SAWW) and Azadari of Syedush Shuhada (AS) are chain of great and steady protest continued for 14 centuries against blasphemors.
Talking to a delegation of Chakwals matmi azadaran that called on him under leadership of Malik Murtajiz Hasan, he said azadari processions are in fact the very first anti-blasphemy protest based by Hazrat Zainab (AS) and Imam Sajjad (AS) by delivering speeches on Risalat great status in bazars and courts of Kufa and Shaam after Karbala tragedy. Moosavi said the sole dictator namely Yazid had said commiting open blasphemy that neither any thing revealed to the Prophet (SAWW) nor any angel descended, and that Bani Hashim made trick to get rule. Then the son of prophet (SAWW) came to the battle-field against this blasphemy and insult to religion and shariah. That is why all Muslims regardless of any discrimination salute to the greatness of the grandson of Prophet (SAWW) and the both recognized schools of thought i.e. Shia and Sunni hold programs during Muharram ul Haram and Safar to pay homage to Imam Hussain (AS) considering Hussainiyat the biggest front against blasphemors even the non-Muslims honor Imam Hussain (AS) and term his supreme sacrifice lesson-giving. The TNFJ chief said Chakwal is examplary model of Shia-Sunni brotherhood that is why 90 percent brothers belonging to Sunni sect not only participate in majalis and processions arrangements rather render every possible cooperation to azadaran. He expressed great concern that since long a large number of people belonging to a neighboring country have stayed in Chakwal in form of Mahajireen turning it into Sohrab Goth. These mahajireen have been taken control of citys business as well as they have purchased sites in villages. Moreover, government agencies themselves stand witness that they (mahajireen) have interference in such kinds of incidents to make them stable. Strongly condemning Choa Sedan Shah incident, Moosavi said some powers desire to create Karachi-like situation in Rawalpindi region therefore the government must immediately hold search operation of Chakwal, withdraw majhajireen from the city and send them to their native country, form judicial tribunal to punish the culprits, make no concession with anyone, cause Choa Sedan Shah procession to culminate on its destination according to its traditional route, compensate people, rein in Jalao-gherao doers and adopt such strategy that could help prevent such incidents. He further demanded from the government to find out district administration that why it was unaware of this kind of situation despite the fact that earlier a big incident was happened in Chakwal city. He expressed astonishment that the local administration has banned even deceased ulema in different cities but given free hand to terrorists. The TNFJ chief warned that whoever will do against religion and shariah, milad un Nabi, azadari, and nation and the country, will find us a hurdle in his way. He made clear that protest against injustice is fundamental right of everyone, and it needs no permission of anyone. If political rallies, dharne (sit-in), strikes and processions could be held then what does noise against milad un Nabi and azadari processions mean? He said azadari processions are the fountainhead of protest of oppressed nations; all have learned the method of protest from here, he added. Moosavi appealed to all schools of thought to foil rift-creating conspiracy by displaying unity. People should remain peaceful, keep strict eye on miscreants, and prefer peace and national integrity.
RAWALPINDI, January 22: The high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi ended late Friday night. According to Central Spokesman of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Zaidi, the patricipants of the meeting adopted many resolutions. On of the resolutions reminded that like Muharramul Haram, the month of Safar-ul-Muzaffar is also respectable and the government should make fool-proof security arrangements during the programmes of universal Abraeen-e-Hussain (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala), while people should also remain alert so as to thwart any mischief and conspiracy of the enemies of the religion and motherland. In another resolution incidents of target killings going on in Karachi and incidents of terrorism reported from the provinces and the Federal capital were strongly condemned. In this connection, rulers, politicians and all patriotic citizens were advised to utilise all their energy in turning the country into a hub of peace.
They expressed their astonishment that our rulers remained submissive on being accused of Bombay incident despite the fact that Pakistan is being given the bloodbath by the enemies of the country. The resolution made it clear tht Pakistans intelligence agencies have provided concrete proof many a time that a foreign hand i.e. our perpetual enemy was involved in incidents of terrorism being carried out in Pakistan and India has already accepted that her people were involved in Samjotha Express incident in India but the silence of our rulers in that issue raises a question mark. The resolution said that dream of restoring peace in South Asia and Middle East could not come true unless Kashmir and Palestine issues are resolved. If right of self-determination can be given is East Tamoor and Sudan then why not it be given to Kashmiris and Palestinians. Strongly condemning the incidents of blasphemy in Pakistan, the resolution said not a single violator has been given death penalty for blasphemy despite a law being in place. The resolution said that Halal declared by Muhammad (SAAW) is Halal till the D-Day and similarly, Haram declared by him will also remain Haram. No one can make any amendment in this regard and anyone who tried to do so will qualify for the punishment. The resolution asked why institutions like the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Islamic Ideology Council are silent on the important issue like blasphemy? Another resolution made it clear that there are only two main schools of thought in motherland Pakistan that are the source of strength for Islam and Pakistan and they both are deprived of their basic rights. All important institutions from the Ministry of Religious Affairs to the Peace Committees are being headed by a particular group since long. The resolution demanded from the government to give the leadership of all important institutions to recognised schools of thought turn by turn and political bargaining should be avoided on these seats. Yet another resolution said that programmes of Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) will be organised throughout the country from 18-20 Safar, therefore, the government should make strict security arrangements for Majalis and processions during these days while the sensitive areas should be handed over to the army so that Azadaran-e-Hussain and devotees of Nabi (SAAW) and Ali (A.S.) could participate in Azadari programmes in peace. In another resolution, they strongly condemned the suicide attacks in Iraq and expressing grief on the Shahadat of Zaireen demanded immediate exodus of allied forces from Iraq and Afghanistan and stoppage of Drone attacks along side Pakistani borders. The resolution called upon the government to take up the long-standing issue of terrorism faced by Pakistan at the United Nations and International Court of Justice and make them believe that despite Pakistan played the role of a front-line ally against terrorism, it was being targeted of terrorism. The Azadaran-e-Imam Mazloom were advised to continue their Majalis and Matmi processions showing courage with respect and dignity and do not be afraid of any power but Allah. The resolution demanded to restrict banned groups who were active again with new names because terrorism could not be rooted out without tackling the terrorist groups with an iron hand. The government was advised not to take the extremist groups already declared terrorists along while media should not give coverage to them. The participants resolved that they will continue their practical struggle for achievement of rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih, protection of Nazria-e-Asaasi and for the solidarity, development and defence of the motherland. The meeting decided to observe the Wisaal of Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) as Hafta-e-Aza from 23-29 Safar. Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) will be observed as Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman from 2-8 Rabiul Awwal. The government was asked to make special security arrangements on these occasions, also.
RAWALPINDI, January 21: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has demanded of the government to make strict security arrangements during Matmi processions and Majalis-e-Aza on the occasion of universal Arbaeen-e-Hussain (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) and hand over the sensitive areas to the army. This was stated by him while delivering his presidential address at the high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. Strongly condemning the suicide attacks in Iraq and expressing grief on the Shahadat of Zaireen he reiterated his resolve that terrorism and suicide attacks could not divert the Azadars from the path of Hussainiyyat. The performance report of Markazi Muharram Committee and other departments of the Tehreek were presented at the TNFJ meeting and decisions were taken on matters of national and international importance.
Agha Moosavi said the Aza-e-Hussain continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal with full enthusiasm. He made it clear that Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is also a great memory of Hussains (A.S.) sacrifice, therefore, the government should ensure security of processions to be taken out from every nook and corner of the country from 18-20 Safar on the pattern of Ashoora. In this connection, he said, Muharram Control Rooms should be put of high elert in the Federal Interior Ministry, all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. He also called upon the Azadars to follow the Code of Azadari in letter and spirit and remain attached with the Markaz. The TNFJ chief said that Azadari, a trust of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.), is the eternal peaceful protest against oppression and brutality and it will continue till the Zahoor of Qaim Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said the satanic forces remain involved in desecration of Quran, Rasool (SAAW), Ahle Bait (A.S.), pious Sahaba Kubaar and Mashaheer-e-Islam which is a great sin. He said punishment for blasphemy is death but it is necessary that the judiciary sets the limits and explanation of the blasphemy so that it could be checked strongly. He said merely forming a committee to stop the wrong use of blasphemy las was not enough because a committee is always formed on an issue that is meant to be put in abeyance. He said, the government was giving only lip-service to divert the attention from real issues and if she is sincere in doing so then it should contact the real representatives of the recognised schools of thought. He said at present the government and the opposition were busy in prolonging the rule and achieving the rule while sincerity of purpose was the need of the hour for solution of problems. Agha Moosavi said that submissive attitude against the colonial powers is contrary to the national dignity and the nations that look towards others for help are degraded, therefore, the powers that be would have to rid themselves rid of satanic forces if we desire to put our country on the height of dignity. That does not mean that we should sever our relations with them rather these relations should be established on the basis of equality, he added. He said the colonial powers and their agents follow duplicity while dealing with the whole Islamic World including Pakistan. He lamented that when Muslims demand their right of self-determination from non-Muslim powers that are called extremists or they are given the lolly-pop of fake promises like in case of long-standing issues of Palestine and Kashmir. On the other, when non-Muslims raise their voice they are given the right of self-determination forthwith like in East Taimoor and likely in Sudan. He said Muslims were stabbed in the back by driving out Palestinians to establish Israel and now the biggest state of Africa and Arab world i.e. Sudan is being divided but the silence of the Islamic World on this development is meaningful. The TNFJ chief said the WikiLeaks have unveiled the character of Muslim rulers and politicians that provides food for thought. He said India is responsible for murder of millions of Kashmiris, oppression against innocent women, destruction of holy places belonging to Christians and Sikhs. They are crushing dozens of movements for independence for the last half a century and those seeking independence are put in Indian jails. The international powers should tell whether they desire to give India permanent membership of the Security Council as a reward to such activities. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Balochistans mining treasurers belong to that province and they enjoy the first right on these treasures. Supreme Courts taking notice on this issue is a good omen. Similarly, the judiciary should also take notice of issue of terrorism faced by the nation immediately. They should form a broad-based tribunal to know the reasons and the ways to root out terrorism from the country. If Pakistan is safe then its treasures are also save, he added. He said all sections of society including the rulers and the politicians will have to play their due role in turning Pakistan into a hub of peace.
RAWALPINDI, January 19: Programme of majalis e aza and matamdari processions in connection with Hafta Aseeran e Karbala continued with religious zeal and great reverence throughout the country on Tuesday. On this occasion different Institutes and organizations held programmes of azadari in Imam Bargahs and Aza Khanas and Taboot of Hazrat Sakina (pbuh) were brought out in ladies majalis. Majalis e Aza were also held at Federal capital Islamabad as well as Rawalpindi in which Ulmae Karama and Waezeen Uzaam highlighted the life of Sakina bintul Hussain (pbuh) and participants paid condolence in the form of azadari and matamdari to the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp). Khatiba Aale Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Mousavi while addressing majlis organized by UWF, Girls Guide, Sakina Generation and Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam (Regd.) at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad, said that life of Sakina bintul Hussain (pbuh) is a beacon of light and a basis of guidance for the daughters of Islam which, if followed, can be a source of respect for the Muslim nation. She said that while facing all sorts of aggression and difficulties in the courts of Kufa and Shaam, Sakina Bintul Hussain (pbuh) presented a great example of determination and courage for the rest of the world to follow. She said that after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (pbuh), the way Sakina Bintul Hussain (pbuh) along with the pious ladies of the house hold of the Holy Prophet (pbut) fought against Yazidiat and dictatorship in a way which history is unable to replicate. She said that in order to get rid off the hardships and difficulties faced by humanity, it is inevitable that we should follow the example of the household of the Holy Prophet (pbut). Zakira Mohtarma Malaeka Ghufar also addressed to the Majlis. To conclude the majlis Taboot of Sakina Bintul Hussain (pbuh) was brought out and matamdari was performed. On this occasion security duties were performed by UWF, Girls Guide and Sakina Generation. Under the auspices of Saean Mohammad Sakhi Haidery, majlis e Aseeran e Karbala was held at Dhok Nami Rawaat. Allama Qamar Zaidi while addressing the Majlis said that for the protection of Islam and human values, people from different clans, colours and races led by Imam Hussain (pbuh) stood fast against Yazidiat and not only provided fresh blood to Islam but also taught a lesson to humanity that the criteria of magnificence is not a nation or clan rather it depends upon worship and piety. He said that nowhere in history can the example of the immense change in circumstances be found between the time the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) left Makka for Madina and Imam Hussain (pbuh) left Madina for Makka. He said that one can reach the conclusion, after going through philosophy of Karbala, that just after half century the Muslim nation and the sorrounding situation had changed so much that the place of migration of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) could not provide protection to Imam Hussain (pbuh). Syed Qamar Zaidi emphasized that by leaving Madina, Imam Hussain (pbuh) turned the mind of the followers of his Grandfather and those who are interested in Islamic history towards these bitter realities, helping to take off the fake mask of Islam from the faces of Yazidi forces. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami while addressing majlis said that if Imam Hussain (pbuh) was just an oppressed one then people would have would have concluded the condolence after shedding few tears for him or by keeping silence for few moments as it is practised in present, but Imam Hussain (pbuh) from the time he left Madina to the last prostration on the plain of Karbala gave eternal life to humanity by showing every aspect of life in each oppressed character of Karbala. He said that Captives of Karbala played a vital role to illuminate the candle of Hussainiat and due to the very same reason every conscious person remembers Imam Hussains (pbuh) sacrifice by taking part in the form of azadari. On this occasion Zakir Syed Karam Hussain Shah of Hakeemal, Zakir Qamar, Zakir Mukhtar Kosar and others also addressed the majlis. Allama Nasir Abbas of Multan, Zakir Syed Iqbal Hussain Bajar and Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed the Majlis held at Qasr e Imam Ali Naqi (pbuh) Magistrate Colony.
RAWALPINDI, January 3: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Milad-e-Mustafa and Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada is the most effective protest against blasphemy. This was stated by him while announcing observation of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan from Muharram 27 to Safar-ul-Muzaffar 6 in connection with the Shahadat of minor Aseera-e-Karbala Hazrat Sakina Binte Al-Hussain (S.A.). He said the voice of Farzand-e-Rasool Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) was still echoeing that Halal-e-Muhammad are Halal and Haram-e-Muhammad are Haram till the Day of Judgement and no power, government, and Parliament could make changes in the Dastoor-e-Muhammadi and no one will be allowed to do so. Agha Moosavi said that the biggest act of blasphemy was committed in the plains of Karbala and in the streets and courts of Kufa and Shaam where the Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.), Ahle Bait Rasool (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) were martyred without any reason and the Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat of Rasools (SAAW) Khanwada were forced to march through the streets of Kufa and Shaam and attend the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad bear-headed. He said destruction of holy shrines of Ummahatul Momineen (R.A.), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) at Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah are also acts of open blasphemy and why those who are taking out rallies against blasphemy are silent of these acts of oppression. He said if those who are engaged in protest in the name of blasphemy are sincere then they should join Eid-e-Milad and Azadari otherwise we would be justified to understand that the religion and Shariat are being used as a shield to protect their personal and party interests. He said we are followers of that Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) who did not use Islam as a shield rather became himself a shield for Islam. That is why the Parcham-e-Tauheed and Risalat is fluttering high all around today, he added. He asked why forces propagating against Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari were not raising voice against these rallies and strike calls that are creating hurdles in business? The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) presented sacrifice of his life along with his 72 offspring, near and dear ones in the hot plain of Karbala for the survival of religion and Shariat and for the respect and dignity of the humanity which were declared Fidyenah Be Zibhe Azeem. He said Ashab, Ansaar, offspring present in Karbala seem to be a bouquette of humanity the odour of which is hugging the whole humanity. Included in the bouquette are: Sahabi-e-Rasool Habeeb Ibne Mazahir, Muslim Ibne Ausaja; Shabih-e-Mustafa 18-year old Shahzada Ali Akbar (A.S.); black slave like Jone; Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat Hazrat Zainab (S.A.), Hazrat Kulsoom (S.A.), Umme Rabab (S.A.), Umme Farwah (S.A.), Hazrat Fizza. In children Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) and Shahzada Ali Asghar (A.S.) are visibly in the forefront. Agha Moosavi said all sections of society have a one voice that says: Hussain (A.S.), we are ready to offer any sacrifice. The name of Hazrat Sakina was Fatima, Imam Hussain (A.S.) used to call her Sakina with love. When this Masooma (S.A.) set out for Karbala from Madina Munawwarah along with her father, her age was three years, seven months, and four days. He said the dignity of Hazrat Sakina Binte Al-Hussain (S.A.) could be gauged from the fact that Allah keeps Khatam-ur-Rusl Hazrat Mustafa (SAAW) most dear to Him, Mustafa (SAAW) keeps Hussain (A.S.) dearest to him, and Hussain (A.S.) loves Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.) the most. This love is not based on relationship but on high character because after the Shahadat-e-Hussain (A.S.), Hazrat Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.) bore all types of difficulties with courage for the protection of Hussaini mission for Tauheed and Risalat and ultimately kissed Shahadat in Zindaan-e-Shaam. He said the exemplary character of Hazrat Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.) is the best example for children at large to follow. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed the Muslim brethren to organise Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes on the occasion of Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan from Muharram 27 to Safar-ul-Muzaffar 6 and pay homage to Shuhada-e-Karbala and Aseeran-e-Karbala. He said solidarity should be expressedwith the oppressed world, Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraqi while hatred against oppression and brutality. Meanwhile, a TNFJ central committee has been formed to organise programmes for Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zaindaan. Mrs. Jabir Hussain Naqvi has been nominated as Convener, Aapa Syed Hussain as Secretary for this committee. Syeda Abeera Zaidi and Aapa Syeda Lawa Zainab will be their deputies.
