Setting holy Consistency in Allama Haidari TNFJ nominates TNFJ announces
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – May 06: The Demise Anniversary of Negehban-e-Risalat and Nabuwwat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was observed throughout the country as Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) with religious spirit, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis, Matamdari and religious programmes were organised at Imambargahs and Aza-Khanas in all small and big cities and towns of all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas and the Federal Capital Islamabad. Ulema, waizeen and zakireen highlighted the seerat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and his valuable sacrifices and deeds.
In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, the Youm-ul-Huzn Majalis were held under the auspices of TNFJ District Youm-ul-Huzn Committees and other religious and Matmi bodies and organisations during which grave concern was expressed over totally ignoring the Youm-ul-Huzn on the media. District President Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan while addressing a Youm-ul-Huzn Majlis at Imambargah Zawwari Begum organised by TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi challenged that in every book of Islamic history in the world, this fact has been recognised that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) brought up and helped Rasool-e-Khuda (SAW). He not only did this rather the honour of being the first Nikah Khwan of the Holy Prophet (SAW) was also achieved only by Abu Talib (A.S.). He said had Abu Talib (A.S.) was not there, then there would have no Islam, no Muslimism of Muslims. Therefore, all conscious persons owe the blessings of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.), he said adding that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) fulfilled the duty of protecting the Holy Prophet (SAW) and disseminating the message of Tauheed and Risalat courageously from the inception of Islam till his death, and encouraged the Holy Prophet (SAW) by saying that no one could cause any harm to you till Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive. He said the Muslim rulers and Muslims would have to inculcate the Imani spirit of Mujahideen-e-Islam of Sheb-e-Abi Talib in their heart to get away with the problems confronted by the Islamic World and to root our the ailing economy.
A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion said that there are only two recognised schools of thought in Islam. One of them, it said, is the Maktab-e-Tashayyo that played an equal part in the betterment of the country but despite passage of more than a half century, Ahle Tashayyo are being ignored in every State department from top to bottom. It said although Pakistan is not a personal State of any particular school of thought but a joint inheritance of all and its name is Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The resolution lamented that when anyone is annoyed and disturbed a little, the electronic and print media creates a hue and cry but when right of someone else is encroached upon, it keeps its mum. The resolution made it clear that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is such a personality amongst the lot of men in the world whose year of death was declared Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief) by the Holy Prophet (SAW) but champions of freedom of the Press i.e. JANG, NAWA-I-WAQT and DAILY EXPRESS refused to publish the advertisement regarding the Sad Demise of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) which is highly condemnable. The resolution called upon the government to give up the tendency of pushing the Maktab-e-Tashayyo to the wall and give them representation in all State departments.
The resolution pointed out that it is no where mentioned in Pakistans Constitution that President and Prime Minister should belong to that sect or this sect rather it is obligatory for them to be a Muslim, therefore, highlighting their Maktab and Maslak on different fora by the President and the Prime Minister is contrary to the Pakistani ideology. The resolution declared that if all State departments including the government, opposition and media did not give up biased attitude then we reserve the right to adopt our own course of action. It said the Maktab-e-Tashayyo has always given priority to unity, brotherhood, and integrity of the motherland over all other things but our rights are being encroached upon, therefore, we would like to make it clear that those who consider our gentlemanliness as our weakness, live in fools paradize. The resolution said that advertisements and articles based on non-Muslim beliefs and ideologies can be published in newspapers, media can give coverage to obscenity, debauchery, and terrorists then why newspapers refuse to give coverage and publish pious advertisements of patriotic forces? On one side they claim to be followers of Islam and express enmity against Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on the other? Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Zakir Matloob Hussain Kazmi and others also addressed the Majlis Youm-ul-Huzn. Waizeen and zakireen addressed the Youm-ul-Huzn Majalis at various places including Jamia-tul-Momineen, Ali Hall, Jamia Wali-ul-Asr, Jamia-tul-Murtaza, Danishgah Jafariya, Imambargah Qasr-e-Shabbir, Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina, Imambargah Jagir Ali Akbar, Imambargah Zainul Abideen, Imambargah Jafariya, and Imambargah Qasr-e-Rubab and highlighted the pious seerat and character of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).
RAWALPINDI – May 05: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that Negehban-e-Risalat and Nabuwwat (Protector of Apostleship and Prophet-hood) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) fulfilled the right of honour of humanity and protection of Paigham-e-Tauheed (message of monotheism) courtesy which flag of Islam is fluttering high with full magnificence all over the world today. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-ul-Huzn that is being observed throughout the country like other global parts with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Friday marking the Anniversary of Demise of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). He said the Islamic history stands witness that responsibility of the upbringing of Khatmi Martabat Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (A.S.) was taken by his respected grandfather Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) and when was going to expire, he handed over this responsibility only to his son Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) saying,
Muhammad enjoys a great status which is an enlightened proof that Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) was Mowahhid (one who believes in one God) and Momin (believer). When Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) was aware of the status enjoyed by Hazrat Muhammad (A.S.) then it would have to be accepted that from amongst his offspring, he was definitely aware of the honour and dignity of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and he had recognised him that only a person of highest status could be entrusted with the upbringing of the one with such status. Agha Moosavi said researching ulema consider that the respected grandfather and grandmother of the Holy Prophet (SAW) were the followers of Tauheed and believers and as a Momin (believer) keeps an eye on future, then how could he who is the grandfather of the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and the Syed-o-Sardar of the Arab World, Mowahhid (one who believes in one God) and Momin would be unaware of future. He must be aware of future that is why he rested the responsibility of Holy Prophets (SAW) upbringing to Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and when the Holy Prophet (SAW) solemnized Nikah with Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.), 15 years before the announcement of Prophet-hood, it was Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) who ritualised that Nikah. Hamid Moosavi said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) kept complete Maarfat of Muhammads (SAW) personality and he proved through his character and deeds that how much love and devotion he had for Khatmi Martabat (SAW), he bore the brunt of Sheb-e-Abi Talib which no one can deny. There was war of belief between the infidels of Makkah and Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.), infidels desired to kill Muhammad (SAW) while Abu Talib (A.S.) wanted to save him which is crystal clear from the fact that religion of Abu Talib (A.S.) was the same as the religion of Muhammad (A.S.). That is why, he said, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) had said that Oh, Prophet! You have invited me towards Islam, I believe you are truthful and trustworthy in extending invitation for Islam and I know that the religion of Muhammad (SAW) is the best religion of all religions, by God these infidels could not cause any harm to you (Muhammad) even if they all join hands till Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive (Tareekh Abul Fida). The TNFJ Chief said the example of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is like Momin Aal-e-Firon. Therefore, there is a Quranic verse that a Momin from amongst Aal-e-Firon said who used to conceal his faith. Here concealing faith was meant to protect Musa (A.S.) because faith is linked with heart. Similarly, non-disclosure of Abu Talibs (A.S.) faith was actually protecting and defending Muhammad (A.S.). That is why, he said world of infidels could not cause any harm to Muhammad (SAW) till Abu Talib (A.S.) remained alive. He said at the time of Abu Talibs (A.S.) departure, the Holy Prophet (SAW) came to him and moved his hand on his forehead four times and then addressing Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) said, O Uncle! You brought me up and cared for me in my childhood and supported me in my youth. May Allah award you good reward from my side. Moosavi said Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) has accepted his blessings while Allah has declared the protection of Abu Talib (A.S.) as His protection. That is why, he said throughout the universe there are only two personalities whose year of death was declared Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief) by the Holy Prophet (SAW) which is a obvious proof on the belief of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) rather clears that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is one of them which declares that how much love and devotion Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) kept for Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). He said this love and devotion was not based on relationship only rather because of his true love and devotion with religion, Shariat and the Paighambar-e-Islam and the Aam-ul-Huzn is a proof that observing grief is Sunnat-e-Nabi. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Syed Hamid Moosavi made it clear that objective of observing Youm-ul-Huzn is to highlight the blessings of Abu Talib (A.S.) on the world of humanity which have been forgotten. He said at present the whole Islamic World in general, and Pakistan in particular, are the targets of international colonial powers. Oppressed nations, Kashmiri and Palestinian Muslims are struggling for freedom of Kashmir and independence of Palestine and Al-Quds Ash-Sharif while after Afghanistan, aggression of allied forces against Iraq is continuing where cities after cities and villages after villages have been turned into remnants. Even the holy places including Najaf-e-Ashraf, Kufa, Karbala-e-Mualla, Hillah, Baghdad Sharif, Kazmain, Balad, Samra, where holy graves of Mashaheer-e-Islam and Mashaheer-e-Bashariyyat exist, were not spared rather honour and dignity of these places were trampled. Agha Moosavi said despite holding elections in Iraq, heinous game of terrorism is going on there, massacre of innocent human beings is continuing, blood streams are running high. Not only this, now open threats are being hurled on Iran, Damascus, Egypt, and Saudia, and kidnapping of labours, pilgrims and diplomats has become the order of the day. He lamented that Muslims are alone despite being 1.25 billion in number and confronted with one problem or the other, and are facing economic sanctions. If they desire to get rid of this situation then they would have to follow the Seerat-e-Abu Talib, do not get upset on economic sanctions and tell the world that like our Rasool (SAW) could not be diverted despite besieged in Sheb-e-Abi Talib, similarly Taghooti chief i.e. America, Zionists and Hindus could not divert the Muslim Ummah from the right path. Presenting condolences to the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) on his uncle Hazrat Abu Talibs (A.S.) death, he reiterated his resolve that no harm would be allowed to be caused to religion and Shariat.
RAWALPINDI – May 04: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the lockage of mosques and Imambargahs and desecration of holy books in Yemen by the government has termed it an unforgivable crime. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he expressed grave concern that international Taghoot and her agents were continuing the massacre of oppressed, down-trodden nations and the Islamic World in the garb of rooting out terrorism the fresh example of which is destructive situation in Yemen where the rulers have made the life of poor and the oppressed people difficult. He said recently not only mosques and Imambargahs were locked, call for prayers was stopped rather the copies of Quran, and holy books like Nehjul Balagha and Saheefa-e-Sajjadia were set on fire despite the fact that even non-Muslims respect these holiest books. He said the government was doing all this in the garb of rooting out terrorism but all human rights organisations including the United Nations and the ICC were keeping a mum. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that Oh, Adams offspring practise good and give up the evil, if you do so, no doubt, you always keep a good speed, and are normal and moderate. Beware that oppression is of three types: (1) one which would not be forgiven (2) one which would not be set aside (3) one which would be forgiven. The oppression that would not be forgiven is polytheism; therefore, there is a saying of Allah that Allah will not forgive one who declares someone sharer to Allah. The oppression that would be forgiven is the one that a human being carries out on himself owing to committing a sin, and the oppression that could not be set aside is the one that people commit against one another, the Qisas and paying of damages for it is most difficult in the Hereafter. The TNFJ Additional Secretary General said like terrorism is a great sin, similarly killing some innocent person in the garb of terrorism and keeping him deprived of his rights, setting the book of Allah, Ahadees-e-Nabavi, books laced with sayings of Masoomin (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubar is not only a sin rather a heinous crime. Strongly condemning the Yemeni government on desecration of places of worship, holy books, and massacre of innocent people, Bokhari called upon all international organisations including the United Nations and ICC to take notice of this heinous activity. Expressing grave concern over the heavy loss of life in caving in of a building in Lahore the other day he expressed heart-felt sympathies with the bereaved.
RAWALPINDI – May 03: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that to make the whole world a hub of peace and to fulfil the Nazria-e-Asasi (basic ideology) of Pakistan there is need to make the saying and the deeds commensurate with each other and strictly follow the Islamic principles by adorning ourselves with knowledge. This was stated by him while talking to a representative delegation of Haeat Tulaba Islamia that called on him here on Tuesday. He said the Taghoot not only desires to snatch the weapon of knowledge from us rather she is out to deprive us from it. They desire to inflict their own ideologies by accusing all poors, deprived, oppressed nations, have-nots of radicalism and by introducing new curriculum. Agha Moosavi said a Momin (believer) could not be stunk from one hole twice, therefore, heavy responsibility lay on the Islamic World, particularly ulema and the new generation to thwart the Taghooti conspiracies by lacing themselves with knowledge and their deeds. He said if we desire to save our States and Masalik from the foreign interference, pullout of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq, get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions then we have to transform our character and deeds in the Islamic outfit. The TNFJ chief made it clear that Islamic is the most liked religion of God about which Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) says in his sermon 189: Islam is the religion of God that He selected for Himself and promoted it under His own direction, selected it for His selected followers and rested its pillars upon His love, gave a new height to it downgrading other self-styled religions, humiliated enemies from its charisma and gave up support to the opponents for its support, alighted the pillars of ignorance owing to its pillar, fulfilled the thirst of the thirsty from its pond and get its pond filled with those (Ahle Bait) who pullout that water and then declared this religion as an unbreakable string. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Hamid Moosavi said that Maula Ali (A.S.) at another place said that Allah straightened and strengthened the foundation of Islams pillars basing it on righteousness, deepened its natural water resources (chashmas), increased the lights of its candles, and created such minarets in the direction of which the travellers could continue their journey, declared that signs that indicate the righteous path, and created that natural water resources (chashmas) that may fulfil the thirst of the thirsty, declared utmost agreement in this religion, created height of His pillars and created the hilltops of His subservience, then this religion is strong pillared, high base, enlightened guide, twinkling lights and honourable royal high sign, spreading its earth and rooting it out is not possible. For it, respect it, follow and fulfil its rights, and the basis of this Islam has been rested on knowledge and awareness. One who reviewed his nafs reaped the benefit and one who exercised ignorance and slackness remained at loss. One who feared of Allah became fearless, one who learnt a lesson saw the truth, one who saw the reality found knowledge and assurance, in short knowledge and wisdom are the biggest weapons.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan May 01: Central Vice-President Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Allama Tajuddin Haidari has said Islam is a comprehensive code of life and a complete divinely and heavenly law which provides solution to all problems. He was addressing a joint session of elites of TNFJ and Jawans of MFP Islamabad on the occasion of May 1. He said Islam appreciates those people who remain at the forefronts in supporting religion and Shariah, and utter truth boldly and fearlessly. Allah says about these people: Such people that if we give them rule on earth and they get wealth and power, they offer prayer, pay Zakat, enjoin good and forbid evil. Allama Haidari said rights are divided into two kinds: Rights of Creator and Rights of Creatures. At present the whole world is confronted with a host of problems. The root cause of all such flaws, evils and problems is failure in performing ones own duties. He said many of the problems could be tackled if wages of a labourer is given to him before his sweat goes dry. He said some secular forces told in a century the rights of a labourer while it is Islam which made clear rights of all from the very first day. Islam has termed hard work as worship and labour as felicity, the biggest example of that is that Ameer-ul-Momineen Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib (A.S.) used to labour in a Jews garden because labour is not a blemish but beggary. He said Amer bil Maroof and Nahi Anel Munker is authority for performing Right of Allah and human beings. Islam makes Amer bil Maroof and Nahi Anel Munker (enjoining good and forbidding evil) obligatory for resolution of problems of all human societies. For the same cause, this Ummah (nation) has been called best nation. If we begin performing this duty, and urge others as well to do so, then not only our motherland could become paradise-like rather we could turn whole world into a hub of peace. On this occasion, elites of TNFJ and MFP Jawans put up organizational report reiterating this resolve that if all people make commitment to fulfil rights of others, and give deserving persons their rights then this society could become exemplary in true sense.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – April 30: A meeting of the Central Youm-ul-Huzn Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan was held here on Saturday. Convener M.H. Jafri presided over the meeting in which conveners were nominated for Federal Capital Islamabad, Northern Areas, Azad Kashmir, all the four provinces and abroad to organise Youm-ul-Huzn programmes in connection with the demise anniversary of Negehban-e-Risalat Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) on 26th Rabiul Awwal. According to details, conveners and secretaries appointed respectively are: Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and Z.A. Raja (Islamabad), Maj. Baqir Bokhari and Zamir Javed Khan Advocate (Punjab), Sardar Hassan Ali Qazilbash and S.A. Kazmi (Sarhad), Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari and Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi (Sindh), Muhammad Ali Advocate and Nisar Ali (Balochistan), and Riaz Kazmi and Zulfiqar Hussain Kazmi (Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas). Addressing the gathering, M.H. Jafri called upon the government to maintain the law and order situation on the occasion of Youm-ul-Huzn throughout the country while people should remain alert themselves and give priority to unity, brotherhood and integrity of the country. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the ongoing State terrorism in Kashmir and Palestine, hostage-making of innocent people in Iraq, tragic incidents of chopping of heads, massacre of women and children and desecration of dead bodies, declaring these acts of brutality a slap in the face of international organisations. The resolution made it clear that remaining silent on oppression itself is a great oppression.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – April 29: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was Negehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Apostleship), Patron, Shield and Defender of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and the challenges and dangers posed to Islam in the present era could be confronted with by following in his footsteps. He stated this while announcing to observe Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) throughout the country on 26 Rabi-ul Awwal to mark the death anniversary of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). Agha Moosavi said Syed-ul-Batha, Kaleed Bardar Bait-Ullah (key-holder of House of Allah), uncle of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW), father of Hazrat Ali Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib bin Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) was that great supporter of the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) who had posed challenge to the Taghooti world that by God they could not cause any harm to Muhammad (A.S.) even if they jointly try to do so unless I am buried in the earth. You (Muhammad A.S.) tell out with full force, nobody could cause any harm to you, you should remain happy, and may your eyes remain peace. The invitation given by you, I believe that you are the sincerest, truthful and trustworthy. The religion presented by you is the best in the world religions, I am not afraid of any consequences and insult because the generosity of my forefathers is well known. The TNFJ chief said that on this basis, from amongst the men of this world, Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is the singular personality whose year of death was declared Aam-ul-Huzn (Year of Grief) by holy Prophet (SAW). Therefore following in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet (A.S.) 26th Rabiul Awwal should be observed as Youm-ul-Huzn to express solidarity with the oppressed world. He said prays for solidarity and integrity of motherland Pakistan, supremacy of the Islamic World, and getting rid the humanity of terrorism should be sought. Meanwhile, Central Youm-ul-Huzn Committee of the TNFJ has been established to organise Youm-ul-Huzn programmes. M. H. Jafri has been nominated as Convener and Malik Ashtar as Secretary of this Committee.
