RAWALPINDI, October 4: The Youm-e-Shahadat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was observed throughout the country with religious spirit, devotion and respect marking an end to International Ayyam-e-Aza. Taboot Shair-e-Khuda (A.S.) processions were taken out in all small and big cities, towns and villages and ulema, waizeen and zakireen addressed Majalis-e-Aza at mosques and Imambargahs highlighting the seerat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) in detail. In Rawalpindi, main Taboot procession was taken out from the Aza Khana Mubarik Bano Mohanpura under the auspices of Nayyar Hussain Zaidi. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession and offered Ziarat of the Taburrakaat and participated in Matamdari. Various ulema and office-bearers of the Ayyam-e-Aza Committee of the TNFJ accompanied him. Dozens of Matmi Halqas and thousands of mourners from Rawalpindi Division participated in the Azadari procession. Zanjeer-Zani was performed when the Taboot reached Novelty Chowk. The main procession reached Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain around Sehr time after passing through Fawwara Chowk and Trunk Bazar. Mukhtar Students Organisation had set up Azadari Camp during the procession in Kashmiri Bazar where Sabeel-e-Tea was also arranged. Ibrahim Scouts provided medical aid to the mourners en route the procession.
Earlier, addressing the Majlis-e-Taboot at Aza Khana Mubarik Bano, Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain Mudarris said, Ali (A.S.) is that singular personality in the universe who enjoys the honour of being called Maulood-e-Kaaba and Shaheed-e-Mehraab. He said he was brought up under the guidance of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that is why Maula-e-Kainaat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) was laced with the qualities of Ilm-e-Nabuwwat, patience, bravery, Sakhawat and Fasahat. He said we would have to attach ourselves with the Daman-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) to get rid of difficulties of the time and menace of terrorism. Khateeba-e-Aal-e-Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressing a Majlis-e-Aza at Markazi Imambargah Jamiatul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Ummul Baneen W.F. said the life-style of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is fatal for oppression and brutality and all difficulties could be overcome by making his sayings a beacon of light rather all types of fear, harassment, oppression and terrorism could also be rooted out by doing so. She said that Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is that great Rahbar who spent all his life serving the religion and defending Islam and did not bow down his head before the evil forces. She said the Asswah of Abu Turab (A.S.) is the beacon of light for human beings all over the world even today. She said the Farzandan and Dukhtran brought up in the lap of Ali (A.S.) and Batool (A.S.) utilised their obligation of defending and protecting Islam. She made it clear that Islam is commensurate with Zarb-e-Yadullahi and Sajdah-e-Shabbiri. Zakirah Farhat Fatima also addressed the Majlis that followed Taboot of Hazrat Ali and Matamdari.
Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing a Majlis at Ali Masjid under the auspices of Khanwada Master Alamdar Hussain Shah Kazmi said, Hazrat Ali (A.S.) played an exemplary role in serving the religion of Islam and shattered the roots of oppression, brutality and suppression by confronting the enemies of religion and Shariat till he remained alive.
Taboot procession was taken out from the residence of Haji Mushtaq Jafri and Mehtab Jafri in Mughalabad Rawalpindi Cantt that terminated at Qasr-e-Abu Talib where Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani and others addressed a Majlis. Taboot procession was also taken out from the residence of Syed Zahid Hussain Kazmi in Sadat Street Dhoke Syedan that terminated at Imambargah Qasr-e-Shabbir after marching through its designated route. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressed the Majlis prior to the procession. Zakirah Nuzhat Naqvi addressed the Majlis-e-Shahadat followed by Matamdari at Imambargah Zainul Abideen Satellite Town Rawalpindi under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan (Women Wing). Allama Farman Raza Abidi addressed Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) Majlis at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi at Masjid and Imambargah Ahle Bait Gaddowal Moejjezagah, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan addressed similar gatherings. Taboot procession was also taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town that concluded back in the Imambargah before Iftrar, after passing through the designated route. Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) Majalis were also held at Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh and Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina Shakarial. Allama Arif Al-Hussaini addressing a Majlis at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayyat Tulaba-e-Islamia said, if the Muslim rulers honour the Khak-e-Madinah and Najaf and make his seerat and character a beacon of light, then they would be able to overcome even the most difficult problems. Later Matamdari was also performed. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, Taboot processions on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) were taken out in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Gujranwala, Khairpur Mirs, Multan, Sukkur, Dera Ismail Khan, Talagang, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sialkot, Nowshera, Jhelum, Chakwal, Kasur, Kharian, Hafizabad, Attock, Gujjar Khan, Hyderabad, Sehwan, Larkana, Dadu, Bhan Saeedabad, Bhakkar, Meerh, Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Shahdadpur, Sibbi and other places. Mourners participated in these processions in a large number and presented Pursa of Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.). The government had made special arrangements during the processions and Majalis of Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.).

Taboot processions were taken out after the Majalis. A Taboot procession was taken out from Masjid Jafariya Dhoke Ratta Rawalpindi under the auspices of Anjuman Sadat-o-Momineen in which a large number of Matmi Halqas participated and presented pursa of Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.). Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi in his address on the occasion said that the life of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) was the key of good, he was the symbol of Rasools (SAAW) all good qualities and was the trustee of the Afkaar-e-Nabawi who has the honour of being the real inheritor of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW).
Syed Qamar Zaidi made it clear that Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the best Qazi, most expert judge in tackling issues, best worshipper and renowned Shaheed, is the voice of Adalat-e-Insani and supporters of the oppressed and the have-nots who shattered the enemies of justice and fair-play through great jehad laced with Zuhd-o-Taqwah. He said attachment with the Daman-e-Karrar (A.S.) is the need of the hour to become successful here and the Hereafter and his pious Asswah is the complete example to follow for human being in every era. Zakir Farid Jafar, Zakir Nasir Hussin Daleelpur and others also addressed the Majlis.
Allama Muhammad Ali Haleemi addressing the Majlis Youm-e-Zarbat organised under the auspices of Hayyat Tulaba-e-Islam said that Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the protector and defender of Islam and Shariat-e-Muhammadi who spent all his life confronting with the enemies of Tauheed and Risalat. He said the fruits of Islam all around today are courtesty Zaur-e-Haideri.
Khateeba Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat held at Shayb-e-Abi Talib under the auspices of Anjuman Kaneezan-e-Imam Al-Asr said that the history cannot forget the heartening moments when Ibne Muljim dismantled the pillar of Kaaba by attacking the head of Amirul Momineen (A.S.) while in Sajdah in Masjid-e-Kufa. She said whether it is Masnad-e-Adalat or Maidan-e-Shujaat or Dastarkhwan-e-Sakhawat or the way of living, Asswah Haider-e-Karrar (A.S.) is the best and complete example to follow in every field of life. She said the Mutazvi (A.S.) seerat and character is the key to survival of the whole humanity here and the Hereafter. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi at Imambargah Ahle Bait Wah Cantt., Allama Farman Raza Abidi at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi and Zakir Ghulam Farid at Imambargah Greecy Line, Allama Abbas Qummi at Imambargah Chittian Hattian, and Allama Matloob Hussain Taqi at Darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara addressed Majalis-e-Shahadat of Amirul Momineen. Taboot procession was taken out from the residence of Syed Qurban Hussain Shah Kazmi in which Matmi Halqas and Azadars participated in a large number. The procession terminated at Darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara after marching through its designated route.
RAWALPINDI, October 2: Majalis-e-Aza to mark the International Ayyam-e-Aza (grief days) began throughout the country on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Maula-e-Kainat Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Ulema, Waizeen, and Zakireen will highlight the Seerat of Amirul Momineen (A.S.) and the philosophy of Shahadat in detail that carries utmost importance in Islam. A meeting of International Ayyam-e-Aza Committee of the TNFJ was held here to review the arrangement of the programmes in this connection. Convener Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash presided over the meeting that strongly demanded from the government to make special arrangements to improve law and order situation during the Ayyam-e-Aza and wide coverage should be given to the programmes and Taboot procession on the electronic media while special programmes on the Shahadat of Amirul Momimeen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) should be presented on radio and television. Sardar Mumtaz Qazilbash addressing the participants of the meeting said that after Khatmi Martabat (SAAW), the great and singular personality of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) is the symbol of point of unity for the whole Muslim Ummah. He said it is necessary for the whole world to hold the Daman-e-Karrar for resolving problems and difficulties faced by them. He appealed all religious and Matmi organisations and institutions to pray for end to the problems and difficulties of the oppressed the world over, annexation of occupied Muslim areas, success of the independence and Islamic movements of Kashmir and Palestine and integrity of the motherland in the Majalis and Matmi processions of the International Ayyam-e-Aza. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion expressed concern over the continued political anarchy and unrest in the country and called upon the powers that be and political parties to exercise wisdom in this precarious situation and avoid all those activities that may cause any harm to the country and the nation. The resolution demanded from the government to free all arrested lawyers, and journalists forthwith, provide special facilities for treatment to the injured and compensate their losses. The resolution opined that the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland could be thwarted by adopting the policy of mutual understanding, tolerance, peace and tranquillity.
