RAWALPINDI – May 19: Youm-e-Askari (Askari Day) was observed throughout the country with religious enthusiasm, spirit, devotion and respect in connection with birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences and seminars were organised in all small and big cities, towns and villages in which ulema, waizeen, khutaba and zakireen highlighted the seerat and character of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) terming the practical following of which the best source of success here and the Hereafter. In twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Mahafil and religious functions were organised by different religious organisations. Allama Syed Qamar Zaidi addressing the Mehfil-e-Askari organised at Ali Hall under the auspices of Haeat Tulaba-e-Islam said, at present the world of humanity was confronted with all types of problems and difficulties getting rid of which required to follow in the foot-steps of Hazrat Imam Askari (A.S.) who adopted the policy of patience and forbearance to confront tyranny and dictatorship with courage and performed valued services for the supremacy of religion and Shariah keeping the principles intact, as a result of which flag of Islam is fluttering with full force today. The participants of the meeting adopted a unanimous resolution making it clear that Pakistan is the result of joint struggle of all recognised schools of thought and by the grace of God, it is not a sectarian State rather Islamic Republic of Pakistan as per its Constitution. The resolution said that excess and injustice is being meted out to Maktab-e-Tashayyo for the last 55 years one example of which is the curriculum being taught in schools, colleges and universities in which they did not even spare Islamiyat, History, Urdu and English subjects. In these books feelings of Ahle Sunnat Muslims and Maktab-e-Tashayyo were violated which is against the Constitution. It said that in Article 227 of the Constitution, that explanation of Quran and Sunnah has been declared believable that is recognised by every Maktab while on the contrary a particular Maktab has been showed as supreme in the curriculum which is unfair so much so that revelation of Wahi and Ilhaam on the Holy Prophet (SAW) has been presented as a laughing stock. It has been mentioned that the Holy Prophet (SAW) had left prayer during battle of Khandaq, the sacrifices rendered by Ahle Bait (A.S.) have been concealed while name of the biggest criminal of Karbala incident Yazid has been wiped out. The biggest derogation is that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) has been mentioned as a non-Muslim (Islamiyat BA 31), it said.
The resolution expressed concern that the group that prepares curriculum belongs to a particular school of thought in which Maktab-e-Tashayyo has not been given any representation and representative organisations are not also contacted. The resolution expressed surprise that on one side President Pervez Musharraf condemns sectarianism and terrorism while he did not take any notice of this biggest injustice committed against Maktab-e-Tashayyo, which was creating negative impact on Northern Areas where unrest and anarchy of acute nature is going on as a result of which Students Action Committee has been formed there and schools and colleges there are closed for quite long now. The resolution appealed President Pervez Musharraf to take suo moto notice of this unpleasant situation. The Maktab-e-Tashayyo has always adopted the policy of patience and condemned anarchy and unrest. Another resolution while expressing complete solidarity with the oppressed nations the world over including the people of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan reiterated support for the freedom fighters struggling for achievement of Al-Quds calling upon all big organisations to get all types of oppression, suppression and brutality stopped at all places including Afghanistan and Iraq and ensure pullout of allied forces and get the massacre going on in Iraq stopped forthwith. The gathering resolved that practical struggle for supremacy of Islam and display of hatred against oppression and brutality would continue till the restoration of justice and fair-play. Maulana Ijlal Haider Haideri, Zakir Syed Matloob Hussain Kazmi, Syed Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Syed Arif Al-Hussaini, Syed Jawwad Kazmi, Syed Riwayat Hussain Ravi, and Syed Mushahid Hussain Kazmi also addressed the gathering.
ISLAMABAD May 17: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said if the Islamic World kept on her silence over the desecration of Quran and holy places then Prophet (SAW)s Mosque and Bait-Ullah (Holy Kaba) would be the next target of the international Taghoot. He was addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ and MFP District Council Islamabad here at Al-Murtaza. He said at present the whole oppressed world, particularly the Islamic World was confronted with new tactics; oppression, brutality and suppression is the order of the day in Kashmir and Palestine, and massacre of innocent human beings is going on in Iraq after Afghanistan. Bokhari said different States including Syria and Iraq are receiving threats, planning is going on to destruct Masjid-e-Aqsa. Earlier, colonial agents had been playing with the honour and dignity of holy places, Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala-e-Mualla, Baghdad Sharif, Kazmain Sharifain, Bald and Samra, he added saying that now they were desecrating the last holy Book Quran in Guantanamo bay and Iraq and were making derogatory cartoons against citadel of Islam i.e. Pakistan. He said the Newsweek had arranged a party on the occasion of starting its publication in Arabic language in Kuwait in which indecent activities were carried out after affixing the picture of Majaa Aali Qadr Ayatollah Ali Seestani that severely infuriated the feelings of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. This incident, he said, has sent a wave of unrest amongst the Shiite world. Chief of the international Taghoot America desires to watch the reaction of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World through such planned activities and if they remained silent like they did in the past, then other holy places would also be targeted. Shujaat Bokhari said, there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that a Momin (believer) could not be stung from on hole twice and trying the already tried is a foolish exercise. All this was happening for ignoring and keeping away from religion and Shariah. He said there is another saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that soon a time would come for my Ummat during which people would run from ulema like sheep from wolf and when it would happen Allah will inflict three things on people: (1) blessings would be taken off from them; (2) oppressive rulers will be imposed on them; and (3) people would leave this world without faith (Iman). He said new tactics and planning of the colonial powers is a big challenge not only for the oppressed world but also for the Islamic World. The TNFJ Additional Secretary General said that the rulers should keep in mind that a government could remain with justice either its rulers are infidels, and does not remain with oppression either its rulers are believers. He said in such a situation rulers of Muslim world are under obligation to find out reasons of unrest and dissension in their countries and then root out them, lay a joint and strong strategy to thwart every conspiracy of enemies of humanity. Strongly condemning desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque, all holy books including Holy Quran, Nahj-ul Balagha, Sahifa e Kamila, holy sites, Shaaer-Ullah, Ayyat particularly Grand Ayatullah Syed Ali Seestani, he demanded from all world organizations including United Nations and ICC to get this oppression and desecration stopped, otherwise we would be justified in understanding that they are partner in this game.
RAWALPINDI – May 16: Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, has demanded from the government to take all schools of thought including Students Action Committee into confidence in laying down security plan for Northern Areas so that heinous game of the combined enemy could be thwarted. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters, he lauded direction by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to stop military operation in Northern Areas and asking Vice-Chief of the Army Staff to lay down security plan in consultation with the Administration, he said situation in sensitive areas, particularly in Northern Areas is being worsened under a planned conspiracy in which forces averse to religion and motherland are involved. He said it is crystal clear and is an open fact that education is the basic right of all and it has been clearly mentioned in the Constitution that follower of every Maktab (school of thought) is free to get education according to his own beliefs and ideologies because there is no coercion in religion so much so that non-Muslim minorities also have the right to get education according to their religious belief. Therefore, imposing one Maktabs education on the other is not fair and an open violation of the Constitution. The Spokesman said one reason of aggravating the situation is announcement of the President and the Prime Minister of their Maktab and Maslak on different forums repeatedly but they should keep in mind that they were not installed in their offices in Maktabi or Maslaki capacity because there is no mention of Maktabi and Maslaki attachment for the posts of President and Prime Minister in the Constitution rather it is necessary for them to be Muslim. Therefore, he added, there was no need for President and the Prime Minister to make such announcements. He said there is no concept of majority and minority in Islam rather rights of all Muslims are equal and Pakistan is not a sectarian State rather Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Terming the imposition of ban of display of arms in Northern Areas, particularly in Gilgit by President Musharraf, a right step, he said this ban should be implemented throughout the country. The TNFJ Spokesman demanded from the government to set all arrested students in Northern Areas free forthwith and form an Enquiry Tribunal to take disciplinary action against and award exemplary punishment to those army and police personnel who committed excesses with students and citizens. He said the second democratic government under the rule of President Musharraf is following the policy of cornering all schools of thought including the Maktab-e-Tashayyo as a result of which they are averse of having a dialogue with the two main Makatib (schools of thought) and they even avoid inviting them to any forum which is not fair because everyone has played an equal part in creating and making Pakistan. He said enemies of Islam, Taghoot and her agents may reap the benefit of the efforts to impose supremacy of any particular Maktab on the country because they desire to change the States into Masalik but they would not be allowed to succeed in their nefarious designs and people would defend Basic Ideology of Pakistan come what may.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – May 15: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, has said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was refulgent moon of sky of Imamat and Walayat, the defender and protector of Afkaar-e-Nabawi and Murtazvi (thoughts of Prophet and Ali), and spokesman of religion and Shariah. He stated this while announcing to observe May 19 (10th Rabi-us-Sani) as Youm-e-Askari (Askari Day) in connection with the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). He said the life span of Imam Askari (A.S.) spread over 28 years stands witness that big-to-big Taghoot and aggressor could not push him back or bend him. Uswah-e-Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) is the best example to follow for solution of all problems being faced by the Muslim World. Agha Moosavi said Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait-e-Atahaar (A.S.) enjoys supremacy amongst all Khanwadas (families) of the universe with regard to honour and dignity on which Quran and Sunnah also stand witness. Ismat and Taharat (infallibility and cleanness) of this Khanwada (family) is such that on it Ayah-e-Tataheer is certificate:
He added that similarly their Jood-o-Sakha (munificence and generosity) is such that an Ayah of Surah-e-Dahr gives evidence:
They are loved by God and the Holy Prophet (SAW) so much that their love has been declared obligatory and considered as Ajr-e-Nabuwwat and Risalat:
And they are such heavy that there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that I am leaving two valuable things amongst you, if you remained attached with them you would never be misled after me. One of them is Quran that is like a string hanging from the sky to the earth, the other things is my offspring Ahle Bait, these two would not separate from each other unless reach me at the Pond of Kausar. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi said that Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) says that Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are sharer of holy Prophet (SAW)s secrets, abode of Rasool (SAW)s orders, trusted place of Rasool (SAW)s knowledge, refuge of wisdom of Risalat, and are like mountain for protection of His books and His religion who straightened the bowed down back of the world and removed the shivering-ness in hands of Islam. He appealed to the nation to pay homage to this infallible personality on the auspicious occasion of Youm-e-Askari and express complete solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots who have become the target of oppression, suppression and brutality by presenting greetings to the Chief of Prophets and Messengers (SAW). Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes for Youm-e-Askari. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated Convener and Haider Abbas Bajwa as Secretary of this Committee.
ISLAMABAD – May 14: A. H. Kazmi, Central Joint Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, has said Quran is the real source of Islamic knowledge and know-how and it is such a dominating religion the supporters of which could never face defeat. He stated this while talking to office-bearers during his visit to the office of Tanzim Shia Aaimma Masajid Al-Kazim here on Saturday. He said path of Islam is the brightest path and it is the best religion from amongst the world religions. As per saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) the Minara-e-Islam is enlightened in height, its path is brightened, its lights is a guiding force, it is ahead in its journey, the outcome of Islam is high and its constitution is that Clear Book that states every thing. A. H. Kazmi said Hazrat Ali (A.S.) says about the supremacy of Quran in his sermon that the Book of Allah has such a speaking power among you that its tongue never tires, shows the path of here and Hereafter, and is such a home the members of which will never be destructed. He lamented that today we raise objection on others that they desecrate Islam and its Constitution i.e. Quran but we ourselves avoid its respect and dignity in the light of Quran and we have given up the path of Quran. That is why, he said, there is a saying that the holy Prophet (SAW) would say that Oh, Allah! My nation had left Quran aside. He said it is the result of deviation from holy Quran that the Islamic World in particular and the humanity in general, was confronted with one problem or the other, oppression and brutality is the order of the day, all types of aggression and suppression is going on in Kashmir, Palestine and Iraq but 57 Muslim States did nothing for resolving these issues as a result of which all States are confronted with anarchy and international Taghoot making the life of Muslims difficult in the garb of rooting out terrorism by attacking one after the other. In such a dilapidated situation, he said Muslims would themselves be responsible for desecration of Quran and publication of derogatory cartoons. The TNFJ Joint Secretary said all Muslims should commit that they would work in the light of Quran remaining on the path of Islam. If so, then no Taghoot could cause any harm to them and no one would have courage of carrying out desecration.
ISLAMABAD – May 13: Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Aalam (Day of World Martyrs) was observed on Friday with religious and national spirit on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to pay homage to all those who fell victim to terrorism.
Majalis-e-Tarheem were held at Imambargahs in all small and big cities, towns and villages of all the four provinces and Northern Areas including the Federal Capital Islamabad while Quran Khwani was arranged for martyrs at mosques and religious schools. Speakers, Friday prayer leaders and orators strongly condemned the tragic incidents of terrorism and while highlighting the philosophy of martyrdom declared the death of martyr an eternal life of the nation. In Islamabad, main gathering of Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Aalam was held at Markazi Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami in his address on the occasion said, nations get new lease of life from the blood of martyrs while respect of Shaair-Ullah, holy places and pious shrines is obligatory. He said massacre of innocent people in Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan and Iraq by international Taghoot and its agents in the garb of rooting out terrorism is not only condemnable rather this inhuman activity has unveiled the international Taghoot in open as it was trying to create an excuse for interference there by spreading fear and harassment amongst the oppressed nations and the Islamic World and by accusing them of violence and terrorism so as to reap the required benefits whenever and wherever desired.
He lamented that all international organisations including the United Nations were under the influence of Taghoot that is why they could not get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved yet as a result of which bloody holi and State terrorism was going on there. He said the international colonial power was opening new fronts, by waging civil war in Lebanon after the assassination of Hariri, hurling threats on Syria and Iran the day in and day out and by extending all out help to Zionists and Hindus. He said the world could not be turned into a hub of peace without giving up dual standards. Therefore in this situation the Islamic World and the oppressed nations will have to wake up from deep slumber, and lay down a courageous strategy and fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play for achievement of rights and protection of humanity. Allama Abul Hassan Taqi (A.S.) addressing the main gathering of Friday prayers at Jamia Masjid Kazmia said, the motherland Pakistan is the target of terrorism for a long time and President Pervez Musharraf tried to control this menace by taking courageous steps and introducing Anti-Terrorism Act rather he also imposed restrictions on extremist terrorist organisations.
But despite that, he added, incidents of terrorism were going on and the gory murder of Allama Ghulam Hussain Najfi and Allama Ziauddin Rizvi is the heinous conspiracy aimed at sabotaging the Anti-Terrorist Act. He called upon the government to take notice of the activities of the banned groups working with new names and tackle them with an iron hand. The gathering paid tributes to all martyrs of the world who laid down their life in defending the ideological and geographical frontiers of the religion and the motherland and prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to arrest the murderers of all martyrs including that of Allama Ghulam Hussain Najafi and Allama Ziauddin Rizvi and give them exemplary punishment. The resolution strongly condemned the desecration of Quran in Guantanamo bay and setting holy books like Quran, Nehjul Balagha and Saheefa-e-Kamila on fire in Yemen and declared these condemnable activities an insult to Islam. While strongly condemning the derogatory cartoon against Pakistan published in Washington Times, another resolution demanded from the government to raise this issue of sensitive nature on international level. The resolution declared that at present the whole nation carries similar views. Meanwhile, Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Aalam gatherings were also addressed by Allama Mohsin Al-Hussaini at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Allama Zawwar Hussain Madni at Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattitan, Zakir Nazir Hussain Jafri at Imambargah Zain-ul-Aza, Maulana Tabassum Abbas Kazmi at Ali Hall, Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi at Jamia Masjid Jafariya I-9, and Allama Saqlain Bokhari at Darbar Sakhi Shah Chan Chiragh.
RAWALPINDI – May 11: Central Vice-President of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Allama Tajuddin Haideri has said that at present the whole world was in the grip of oppression, suppression and brutality the basic reason of which is hypocrisy and double standards being exercised by all organisations of human rights including the United Nations. This was stated by him while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab here on Tuesday. He was astonished that East Timor issue could be resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions while some long-standing issues still lie unresolved despite passage of more than a half century as a result of which uncountable children have been turned orphans and women became widows. The oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine were still bearing the brunt but all organisations were keeping quiet and desire solution to these problems according to their own whims. He said they should keep in mind that such resolutions are not long lasting. The TNFJ Vice-President while giving his comments on the statement of Pakistans Foreign Ministry spokesman saying that solution of Kashmir issue is near, said that only that solution of Kashmir issue would be acceptable that would be in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiris, and imposing any other solution would be tantamount to deviation from the sacrifices rendered by Kashmir martyrs. He said at present Palestine and Kashmir issues are on top of the list in Middle East and South Asia and restoration of peace in both these regions in not possible without resolving these issues. Allama Haideri made it clear that character enjoys central basic status in the human life and the Holy Prophet (SAW) is a complete example to follow for correcting the seerat and character. Quran says: Take what Prophet (SAW) may give you and keep away from which he stops (Sura Hashar). Prophet of Islam (SAW) is that great a personality that does not say anything without Wahi and Ilham that is the commandment of Allah, that is why Allah has called the deed of Prophet (SAW) as His, and you did not throw that stone but I (Allah) did that. Allama Haideri said, the religion brought by Prophet of Islam (SAW) insists you not to be lost in the world completely rather despite your heavy casual of activities you should keep in mind that you do not have to live in a low pitch rather have to achieve that success and heights that may make you succeed here and the Hereafter and we can only achieve those heights when we do not show any slackness in fulfilling the rights of the Creator and the creature. Therefore, he said, there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that one who spends life with people and do not commit any oppression and brutality and do not tell a lie when speaks to them and do not violates the promise, his kindness has reached its heights and this act of him highlights justice and fair-play, brotherhood with him is obligatory and his backbiting is unlawful.
RAWALPINDI – May 09: Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi has said that practical following of Uswah-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the best source of success in the two worlds. Addressing the Majlis-e-Chehlum of Member Supreme Council TNFJ Syed Khurshid Hussain Kazmi (Late), father of Secretary Coordination TNFJ Kashmir and Northern Areas Council Syed Zulfiqar Hussain Kazmi, held at Imambargah Greecy Line Chaklala here on Monday. He said Allah has created the human being as the super most creature with the objective of doing worship of Allah and everything done under the subservience of Allah and Prophet (SAW) is included in worship. The Holy Prophet (SAW) has declared sacrificing life in love and devotion to Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) as martyrdom because pious Guides of religion never teased their own enemy but never left the enemy of God. That is why, the supremacy of Shariat in every nook and corner of the world today is the result of hard work and sacrifices of these pious personalities. Zaidi said that as Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi says we do not observe our own grief or happiness rather these feelings are subservient to the grief and happiness of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). That is why, he said, Zikr-e-Naat, Munqabat and deeds and woes of these Hadiyan-e-Deen (guides of religion) are stated after Quran Khwani in the Isal-e-Sawab programmes. He said Gham-e-Hussain is the balm for every grief and heavy hearts. Late Khurshid Hussain Kazmi was imbibed with devotion to Prophet (SAW) and love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) and he spent his whole life in pious deeds. The Tehreek has been deprived of a great ideological worker in his death. Expressing heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, he said Khurshid Kazmis name would long be remembered viz his services and pious belief. Sons of the departed soul expressed their resolve to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi in continuation to their fathers mission. The participants of the Majlis in a resolution adopted on this occasion strongly condemned the desecration of Quran and other holy books in Guantanamo and Yemen, publication of humiliating cartoon in Washington Time about Pakistan, and uncalled-for massacre of innocent Muslims in Iraq. The resolution criticised the criminal silence of human rights bodies and coldness of international organisations saying that Muslims should first ensure the dignity and respect of the Shaair-Ullah themselves after that they would be justified in lodging protest with non-Muslims. Maulana Fakhar Abbas Abidi and Maulana Ijlal Haider Haideri also addressed the Majlis-e-Aza that followed Matamdari.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – May 08: Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi strongly condemning the insulting cartoon about Pakistan published in Washington Times, has declared it condemnable conspiracy of the colonial powers. According to a handout issued from the TNFJ headquarters here on Sunday, the Central Spokesman said Islam has been declared the Ummat-e-Wasat while infidels have also been declared a Millat (nation). He said Allah Almighty Says: Allah does not prevents you from those who did not quarrel with you on religion and did not oust you from home that you take care of their welfare and do justice, no doubt, Allah likes those who do justice. He said this is right that is why Islam considers tolerance the greatest and tolerance means transmitting your ideologies to others in a correct manner instead of enforcing upon others but the international colonial powers are forcibly enforcing their ideologies while force is not allowed in the religion. The TNFJ spokesman said Allah tolerates the most, and has shown both ways that is why Muslims are extending the hand of friendship to others giving priority to tolerance but the Taghoot is increasing the pressure considering it cowardice and weakness. He said they do not even hesitate in desecrating Shaair-Ullah, Mashaheer-e-Islam, and Quran the latest example of which is desecration of Quran in Guwantanamo. He made it clear that Pakistan by playing the role of front line American ally against terrorism has proved that Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam which condemns aggression, suppression, violence and terrorism. The international Taghoot should have been thankful for this role but they, considering this friendly posture as our weakness proved to be Nimroud and Pharaoh which is a great insult to Pakistan and is a hateful and condemnable act. They have at last displayed the concealed enmity. He said it is a settled concept that a snake never hesitates from biting despite being fed with plenty of milk.
