RAWALPINDI, May 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the International Coalition should stop India from aggression and her nefarious and expansionist designs against their front-line member Pakistan with unison otherwise the whole responsibility of the outcome would rest on the United Nations and the International Coalition. He stated this while talking to a delegation of TNFJ District Sargodha that called on him here on Sunday at the head of Syed Ansar Riaz Kazmi. He said the nation is ready to compete in the battlefield if India does not keep her hands away from war. He said Pakistan came into being under the Two-Nation Theory but India has not accepted the creation of Pakistan from the day one and the history spread over the last 53 years stands witness that Indian leaders have never let any chance lose to cause harm to Pakistan and Pakistan’s ideology and as a punishment Pakistan had been targeted of aggression many a time as a result of which half of the country was lost in the backdrop of comments from Indian leaders that “we have sunk the Two-Nation Theory”.

Agha Moosavi said India carried out nuclear test to achieve her nefarious designs but when she again tested the nuclear device, Pakistan came out with a befitting reply in self-defence sending a wave of shock in India, to her masters and patrons. He said then all energies were utilised to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State. He said when Pakistan joined the International Coalition after the New York and Washington incidents and proved through her character and deeds that we are not terrorists or their friends or their agents, then India started looking here and there and staged many dramas including attack on Indian Parliament building, Kolkatta incident, and the Jammu incident besides using different tactics to blame Pakistan for these activities. He said India keeps the objective of degrading Pakistan, restoring her supremacy and to fulfil her expansionist designs intact. 

The TNFJ chief said Indian brutalities against minorities, desecration of their places of worship including mosques, churches, Gurdwaras and Imambargahs in no more a secret. On the other hand worst type of anti-Muslim riots and introduction of black law of POTA have unveiled the fake secularism stance of India, he added. He said India, to divert the world attention from her black deeds, has ordered Pakistani diplomat to leave the country and the objective of adopting a resolution in the Indian Parliament against Pakistan in the garb of Jammu incidents is a clear-cut indication that she was not ready to accept the existence of Pakistan by any means. He said we have adopted a positive policy on every occasion and displayed patience and forbearance and the enemy, perhaps, is considering it our weakness. He said there is a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that: “Send back the stone, from where it comes”. 

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that we had proved to the world that we are not only against terrorism but we hate it, which has been proved through our joining the International Coalition. He termed it the conspiracy on the part of international Taghoot aimed at keeping Pakistan busy from within and without keeping her away from real objectives and targets. He said the way Pakistan has briefed the foreign diplomats; similarly the Pakistan diplomats spread all over the globe should give briefing to the heads of these States informing them of Indian designs. He said Pakistan should take up the matter of Indian aggression with the United Nations with full force and consult friendly countries on this issue. He said if the super powers desire peace then they should get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions as these issues are the real cause of tension in South Asia and Middle East, respectively. He said the Government of Pakistan will find the whole nation behind her in every step that it would take for the defence and survival of the motherland.

RAWALPINDI, May 18: “Youm-e-Ehad” will be observed throughout the country on 8th Rabiul Awwal on the occasion of outgoing “Pursadari” and Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) as announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. “Chup Tazias” and Taboot processions will be taken out on this occasion.

Malik-e-Ashtar, Central Convener of the Youm-e-Ehad Committee of the TNFJ, in a statement has said Shahadat is our inheritance and a desire for every Momin and this oppressed world is afraid of the spirit of Shahadat thus busy in hatching conspiracies to cool down this spirit which is not possible as Shahadat gives a new lease of life to a nation. He said the “outgoing Pursadari” processions will be taken out with dignity and honour with the revival of our resolve to achieve Azadari mission and no harm would be allowed to be caused to the pious targets for which this motherland was achieved. He said the whole nation would turn out to be a concrete wall against the enemy to defend the motherland.

Meanwhile, TNFJ conveners have been nominated throughout the country to lay programmes for the “Youm-e-Ehad”. The nominations are: Syed Abu Jaffar Naqvi (Punjab), Dr. Javed Iqbal Haideri (Sarhad), Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari (Sindh), Sardar M. Tariq Jafri (Balochistan), Khwaja Basharat Ali Jafri (Azad Kashmir), and Akhundaza Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Nothern Areas).

RAWALPINDI, May 17: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has asked the government to take up the matter of Indian threats and anti-Muslim riots with the United Nations and take her old friend China into confidence immediately. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him here on Friday at the head of renowned Khateeb from Sahiwal, religious scholar Maulana Syed Iqrar Hussain Naqvi. He said Quran, the last Book from Allah, is a complete code of life and source of survival for human beings. He said helping the religion enjoys immense importance in Islam and not to be convinced with someone’s threatening attitude, is its blessing. That is why there is no society in the world that is free from evils the basic reason of which is ignorance from obligations.

Agha Moosavi said the United Nations, European Council and even the OIC, that comprises Muslim rulers of the whole world, were responsible for increase in all evils including terrorism. He said had the United Nations played its role for achievement of rights and had avoided adopting Hippocratic attitude then neither there would have any oppression against Kashmiris and Palestinians nor India would hurled threats on Pakistan today. He said actually super powers and their agents could not digest Pakistan becoming an atomic power. He said had super powers reprimanded India when she first carried out atomic blast then this region would have turned into a hub of peace by now. He accused America of patronising the heinous activities of Hindus and Zionists in South Asia and Middle East, respectively saying that basic reason of it is to divert world attention from the oppression being carried out against minorities in these States. He said Pakistan had been victim of aggression many a time in the past, it had neither committed any aggression nor it had ever initiated aggression.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if India committed the mistake of attacking Pakistan on the desire of her masters then even every child of Pakistan would be ready to offer his life for the defence of the motherland. He said the OIC should display some dignity and consider attack on any Muslim State as an attack on the whole Islamic World otherwise our story would become a part of other stories of the past. He said sense of deprivation, violation of rights and ignorance of obligations on the part of international organisations were the basic reasons behind terrorism the whole world.

RAWALPINDI, May 16: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) throughout the country on 8th Rabiul Awwal as “Youm-e-Ehad”. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said Azadari is our jugular vein and an eternal protest of the oppressed against the oppressors of the world, and would continue till the restoration of justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression, brutality and terrorism.

Agha Moosavi appealed all countrymen to express solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots the world over in general, and with the freedom fighters of Kashmir and Palestine in particular besides condemning the oppressive attitude against them and the anti-Muslim riots in India. He said special prayers should be offered for the protection and defence of the motherland, and supremacy of the Islamic World.

Meanwhile, Markazi Youm-e-Ehad Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to lay programmes for “Youm-e-Ehad” throughout the country. Malik-e-Ashtar has been nominated as Convener of this Committee.

RAWALPINDI, May 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Azadari is commensurate with the protection and defence of religion and Shariat and a most important tool of its preaching and dissemination. He stated this while talking to Matmis that called on him at the head of renowned Azadar Syed Nawab Shah here on Tuesday. He said Azadari is the beacon of light of the independence of the oppressed world and if followed the idols of oppression and brutality could be razed to ground and we can achieve our objectives and targets even today because international Taghoot and her Zionist and Hindu agents were following the agenda of leaving the Islamic World alone by dividing them into Maslaks and countries so as to impose their own supremacy on them.

Agha Moosavi said the dual standards of colonial powers and their agents have been unearthed that is why Israeli ruling party has passed a resolution against setting up of a Palestinian State, which provides food for thought to the whole world of humanity and the oppressed. Therefore Yasser Arafat has rightly declared that this resolution is like destructing the Oslo Agreement, he added. He asked what happened to the Peace Formula given by Amir Abdullah?

The TNFJ chief said India, on the other, was rooting out Muslims through anti-Muslim riots despite the fact that the whole Islamic World had supported American drive against terrorism while Pakistan has joined the International Coalition as a result of which India has deployed its forces on Pakistani borders. He said now America was carrying out war exercises with India while France is also set to carry out the same exercise. Commenting on a statement from America that war clouds are hovering over Pakistan and India and efforts would be made to ease out the situation, he said the whole game is being played on American desire.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the super powers were responsible for all that is happening in South Asia and Middle East. If they desire peace then they should keep it in their mind that this dream could not be realised without restoring the Palestinian State and giving the right of self-determination in the Held Kashmir, he added.

RAWALPINDI, May 15: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said soon after international leaders tour to Middle East and South Asia the game of terrorism starts afresh providing food for thought to the whole world of humanity. He stated this while addressing a 110-member delegation of Matamdars that called on him at the head of Ghulam Karbalai and Ghulam Qasim, Salar of the Matmi Dasta Joorian here on Wednesday. He said the international Taghoot desires to make interference in these areas in the garb of terrorism under a well-planned conspiracy. 

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is blamed even if a minor incident happens in India; attack on New Delhi Parliament, Kolkatta incident and recent attack on Indian army camp in Jammu are just a few examples. If going by Indian claims Pakistan is involved in Indian incident then whether India is ready to accept the responsibility of Karachi incident, he asked? He said Pakistan is facing aggression and terrorism for the last 53 years and hates terrorism. That is why she had joined International Coalition not to nail down others or in opposition to others, he added. He said Islam is against every type of terrorism and keeps a point of view that terrorism could not be rooted out through terrorism, and oppression not through oppression. 
The TNFJ chief said 7-lakh strong Indian occupation forces were deployed in Held Kashmir, anti-Muslim riots were going on in India, and the Indian opposition has accepted that Indian government herself was involved in these incidents and all this was being done under the black law of POTA to divert the world attention from Indian brutalities in Held Kashmir. He said international leaders touring Pakistan should keep in mind that Kashmir issue is the only cause of tension in the region and as a solution to this problem, Indian should stop terming it its “Atoot-Ang” and right of self-determination should be given to Kashmir keeping to their own desire. Similarly, he said Israel should not sabotage efforts aimed at restoring durable peace in Middle East and recognise the independent State of Palestine. That is the only solution to make both these regions, hub of peace, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Hussainiyyat is the name of Islam and Shariat that negates every type of oppression and brutality while “Mazloomiyyat” is its eternal habit.

ISLAMABAD, May 12: The Chairman TNFJ Political Cell, S.A. Bokhari has said that terrorism is a heinous conspiracy against the nation and the country. He stated this in an important meeting of central office-bearers held here on Monday. He said continued incidents of terrorism were actually aimed at trampling the dignity and honour of the motherland and to defame it in the world. He said the President of Pakistan Gen. Pervez Musharraf first issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and now has formed Anti-Terrorism Cell, which is the voice of the whole nation but, he added, there is need to transform these directives into reality.

S.A. Bokhari said some elements were creating hurdles in implementing President’s decision and black sheep are there in almost every department who desire to sabotage the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and Anti-Terrorism Cell, therefore, the Administration has arrested innocent people instead of real terrorists in the recent crackdown sending a wave of harassment throughout the country culminating in disappointment. He said the real job of the government is to restore law and order and to root out fear and harassment but the government, this time again, has arrested the people belonging to Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya on which there is no restriction. Those who are arrested without any cogent reasons are: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Central Secretary General TNFJ and former President of Bar Council Kohat; Syed Shabab Al-Hussaini, District President TNFJ; Jawwad Hussain Jawwad, Provincial Secretary General Sarhad TNFJ; and Sher Muhammad, TNFJ worker from District Kohat. He said this situation is extremely uncalled for because innocent people are being punished for the sins of those who are committing these sins and the terrorism could not be rooted unless this trend is given up.

The TNFJ Political Cell Chairman demanded from the government to release these arrested innocent people belonging to TNFJ forthwith. He said we always exercised patience and restraint on every occasion but there should be a limit to every thing. He said fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play for the integrity, solidarity, dignity and honour of the motherland is the sheer responsibility of the powers that be.

RAWALPINDI, May 12: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming the formation of a Special Cell to root out terrorism a right step stressed the need of implementing the decision in real terms. Delivering his special address at a gathering on the occasion of Youm-e-Wisal of Paighambar-e-Aman Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and Shahzada Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) that was observed throughout the country on Sunday as Youm-e-Aza, he said at present the whole world of humanity was confronting terrorism, which is a great oppression and Pakistan is a particular target of this evil.

Agha Moosavi said after the issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance by President of Pakistan, the Special Cell has been formed the other day in this connection. He said the real issue lay in implementation of the decision because like past when some innocent people were arrested, majority of the innocent people including the Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate and some leaders of Provincial Muharram Azadari Committee in Sarhad have also been arrested this time contrary to President’s directive that innocent people should not be arrested at all.

The TNFJ chief strongly demanded from the President of Pakistan to identify those elements that were creating hurdles in way of implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance. He also strongly demanded immediate release of Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, and all innocent people including leaders of the Provincial Muharram Azadari Committee in Sarhad Syed Shabab Al-Hussaini, Jawwad Hussain Jawwad and Sher Muhammad. He also demanded action against those officers who arrested these innocent people.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) and Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) patiently confronted atheism, shirk, idolism, self-praise, Taghootism, oppression, brutality, and terrorism and kissed martyrdom in rooting out such evils. He said the life of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad was decorated with the qualities like forgiveness, sacrifice, sympathy, firmness in the way of religion and Shariat, bravery, humanism etc. He said Rasool Al-Saqlain (SAW) and Shahzada-e-Konain (A.S.) formulated such great principles that if followed would be helpful in consolidating not only the nation and the country but whole of the mankind also. He prayed on the tragic occasion of 28th Safar that may God Almighty give the Muslim Ummah endurance to following the teachings of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).

RAWALPINDI, May 12: Matmi processions carrying Taboot and Alam were brought out throughout the country on Sunday, the second day of 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza as announced by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan as part of Youm-e-Wisal of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and Youm-e-Shahadat of Sultan-e-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.). The main procession of Taboot, Zuljinah and Alam, introduced by elder Azadar of Rawalpindi Bawa Syed Karam Hussain Shah (late), was brought out from Chaur Harpal Rawalpindi. Thousands of mourners and Matmi Dastas derived from the whole Division participated in Matamdari. Heavy Zanjeer-Zani was witnessed during the procession when it reached Chaur Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation had set up a medical camp to provide medical aid to Matamdars besides making special arrangements for
Sabeel-e-Hussaini.

Majlis-e-Aza was held at Malik House Chaur Chowk, which was addressed by ulema and zakireen who highlighted the philosophy of Azadari and presented Masaib of Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishments for the culprits responsible for incidents of Shah-e-Najaf Rawalpindi, Bhakkar, and Karachi. The resolution expressed concern over some elements in the government that were out to involve innocent people and were trying to save the real terrorists by arresting host of innocent people during the recent crackdown. The resolution expressed concern that Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan and six leaders of the TNFJ Sarhad were amongst those innocent people who have been arrested by the Administration while those who belong to the banned organisations were wandering about freely in connivance with the local Administration. This attitude, the resolution felt, was aimed at sabotaging the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by President of Pakistan and the President should himself take a serious notice of this conspiracy.

The participants of the procession resolved to follow any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat
Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the solidarity of the motherland and for the achievement of religious rights of the Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan. After the
Majlis, the Azadari procession terminated at Darbar Aalia Sakhi Shah Piyara Chaur Harpal after passing through its designated route.

Taboot-e-Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) procession was also taken out from the residence of Riaz Hussain Bokhari at Asghar Mall
Chowk, Rawalpindi. A large number of Matamdars participated in the procession during which heavy Zanjeer-Zani was also witnessed. Later, the procession terminated after reaching Imambargah
Baltistania, Angatpura.
