ISLAMABAD – February 5: The Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan (MSO) keeping in line with the directives issued by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi staged a protest rally in front of the United Nations office in federal capital Islamabad on the occasion of Day of Solidarity with Kashmir on Saturday.
Chairman TNFJ Political Cell Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri, Central Organizing Secretary TNFJ Abbas Jafri, Chairman MSO Bu Ali Mehdi, Central President MSO Haider Abbas Bajwa, Assistant Organizing Secretary Syed Abu Nasr Kazmi, M.H. Jafri, Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri, Khurshid Jawwadi, Z.A. Raja, G.A. Haideri, Syed Zawwar Hussain Naqvi, Khurram Shahzad Haideri, Zeeshan Naqvi, Imran Hussain Naqvi, Naseer Hussain Sabzwari and others led the rally. The participants of the rally were holding placards inscribed with slogans against the Indian leaders and occupation forces and in favour of the oppressed Kashmiris. Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri addressing the rally said that brutalities of the Indian monsters have reached to a new height but the international organisations and human rights organisations were playing the role of silent spectators. Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari in his address said the whole Pakistani nation by fully expressing solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren has proved that we share grieves with the Kashmiris and Kashmir is a part of Pakistan. The international organisations were under the obligation to exert pressure on India for solution of Kashmir issue and make her head bow down before the United Nations Resolutions and the desire of Kashmiris. Otherwise, he said, the dream to make South Asia a hub of peace could not be materialised. Later leaders of the rally Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri, Syed Bu Ali Mahdi, Abbas Jafri, Haider Abbas Bajwa and others presented a Memorandum to the United Nations officials in which they condemned the Indian occupation forces for shedding blood of Kashmiri youths, elder people and even that of children, playing with dignity and chastity of Kashmiris girls and women. They said that we consider that atrocities of the Indian occupation forces in Kashmir was a sheer violation of UN Resolutions by Indian government for the just solution of Kashmir issue giving them right to self-determination. They reminded the Indian government that great Indian leader Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had supported solution of Kashmir issue in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of Kashmiri. He had clearly said that they would not force Kashmiris to remain with India but it is they who have to decide their own fate through a Plebiscite, the Memorandum said. The Memorandum strongly demanded from the United Nations to get its resolutions on Kashmir implemented. Recalling the attention towards constant Indian atrocities and massacre of Muslims, it stressed upon Kofi Annan to take bold steps to immediately get these heinous activities of Indian forces stopped; If the people of East Timor could be given the choice of plebiscite, then why it is not possible in Kashmir. The memorandum urged UN to get implemented its charter which calls for protection of human rights by giving up hypocritical attitude. By a resolution, the participants of the rally while expressing concern on American threats to Iran and Syria severely condemned it. Later the protestors dispersed peacefully.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – February 04: Eid-e-Mobahila was observed on Friday throughout Pakistan like other global parts with due religious fervour, faith, devotion and respect as a part of Wilayat Week keeping to the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
The functions in this connection began with recitation from the Holy Quran in mosques after Fajr prayers. Ulema, waizeen, and zakireen while addressing rallies, seminars, conferences and Mahafil highlighted the supremacy of Eid-e-Mobahila and clear victory of Islam against Nasara-e-Najran. A special function was held in Rawalpindi at Ali Hall under the auspices of Haeat Talaba-e-Islamia. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ, in his address on the occasion said, Panjtan-e-Pak (A.S.) are the central point of unity for the whole humanity and the Islamic World courtesy of whom the Nasranis (Christians) not only recognised the truthfulness of Islam rather the flag of Islam would remain flutter high for ever. He said every person of the Caravan of Sadiqeen (truthful) is laced with extraordinary capabilities. When Rasool-e-Khuda (SAW) took Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.) and Hasnain (A.S.) in Mobahila along with him the chief Christian religious leader accepted to give Jazia and avoided Mobahila. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) kept minor Hasnain (A.S.) in the forefront in Mobahila while by keeping the front-runner of every war Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) behind, proved that victory of Islam is courtesy the pious truthfulness of Panjtan Pak (A.S.). Maulana Syed Tabassum Abbas Kazmi said that Hazrat Fatima Zahras (A.S.) home is the source of greatness and supremacy. All members of this family are Noorani people, leaders of Islam, and such messiah of the humanity that whoever attached himself to them became successful here and the Hereafter. He said today the international Taghoot is again using different tactics to make subservient to the Islamic World. Syed Jone Ali Mashadi, Syed Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini, Tariq Ahmed Jafri, Yasrib Haider, Saqlain Haider, Syed Mushahid Kazmi, Bilawal Kazmi, Syed Riwayat Hussain Ravi, and Syed Qasid Hussain Shah also addressed the gathering. Eid-e-Mobahila function was also held at Jamiat-ul-Musheer Wah Cantt. under the auspices of Anjuman Pursadaran-e-Babul Hawaij (A.S.). Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Muqaddasi presided over the function which was also addressed by Syed Mohsin Abbas Bokhari and others. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching TNFJ Wilayat Week Committee, festive programs marking Eid-e-Mobahila were also held at Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Larkana, Dadu, Nawabshah, Sakkhar, D.G.Khan, D.I.Khan, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Chakwal, Jehlum, Kohat, Attock, Jecobabad, Skardu, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad and many other cities.
RAWALPINDI – February 03: Celebrations marking Eid-e-Mubahila will be held on Friday February 4 in connection with Wilayat Week announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Hamid Moosavi while addressing the office-bearers and members of TNFJ Walayat Week Committee led by M.H.Jafri said Mubahila is in fact that great and blessed day of victory of monotheism (oneness of God) when Christians of Najran quibbled against holy Prophet (SAW) that Hazrat Isa (A.S.) is son of Allah because he was born without a father. Holy Prophet (SAW) by the orders of God said:
Verily, similitude of Jesus with God is as the similitude of Adam; He created him out of dust then said He unto him BE, and he became. But Christians insisted that Isa (A.S.) is Ibnullah and not Abdullah. When they remained obstinate the holy Prophet (SAW) challenged them by the orders of Allah that:
Say: Come let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and ourselves and yourselves, then let us be earnest in prayer, and invoke the curse of Allah on the liars. Renowned scholar Shah Abdul Qadir Al-Quran Al-Hakim maa tafseer Mozeh Al-Quran writes in explanation of this verse on the sideline that holy Prophet (SAW) took with him Hazrat Fatima (S.A.), Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and Maula Ali (A.S.) to the field of Mubahila. Christians accepting their defeat avoided Mubahila. In this way, flag of monotheism elevated and flag of taghot went low. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya expressed his regrets that Muslims of the world have forgotten the greatest day of Mubahila and as a result they are being confronted with host of problems. To get rid of these problems, they have to stick to Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – February 03: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Day of Solidarity with Kashmir throughout Pakistan like other global parts on February 5. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said that what is being done to Kashmiris for the last half century is no more a secret, more than a lakh Kashmiris were martyred during the last 16 years and uncountable number of women were widowed and thousands of children were orphaned. They are being punished for being Muslim and for their struggle to achieve their rights. Agha Moosavi said that no power on earth could deny that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan without which Pakistan is incomplete. Kashmir is the completion of Pakistan that could only be possible when the United Nations give up their double standards and hypocritical attitude and organise plebiscite in Kashmir like it did in East Timor so that its Resolutions could be implemented. The TNFJ chief said that in the light of a saying of Shahanshah-e-Wilayat Maula Ali (A.S.) enmity with the oppressor and helping the oppressed has been our habit, therefore, we are under the obligation to raise voice against oppression and in support of the oppressed. He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that one who sees morning and evening in a situation that he could not organise matters for Muslims then he has no right to be called a Muslim. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi appealed the oppressed and Muslim people to organise gatherings and demonstrations on the occasion of Day of Solidarity with Kashmir so as to pay tributes to Kashmiri freedom fighters and to reiterate resolve to continue support of every oppressed come what may. Meanwhile, Central Day of Solidarity with Kashmir Committee of the TNFJ has been formed. Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri has been nominated as Convener and Haider Abbas as Secretary.
ISLAMABAD – February 02: The Wilayat Week programmes continued throughout the country Wednesday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Syed Hamid Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad gatherings, and congratulatory functions were organised in mosques, Imambargahs, Aza Khanas, and private institutions under the auspices of different religious organisations. Maulana Syed Kifayat Hussain Shah while addressing Mehfil-e-Wilayat at Qasr-e-Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) said, Wilayat Week reminds us of that great occasions of the history that are remembered with the names of Ghadeer and Mubahila. He said by announcing Ali is the Master of those, I am the Master of whom in his last sermon at Khum-e-Ghadeer in front of a great gathering of Ashaab-e-Kubaar he took the commitment of Wilayat-e-Ali from the whole Ummah and prayed Oh, God, keep him friend who keeps Ali friend, and keep enmity with one who keeps enmity with Ali. He said that Eid-e-Mobahila is the highest point of Ilmul Yaqeen, Ainul Yaqeen, and Haqqul Yaqeen. When the holy Prophet (SAW) took Ali (A.S.), Fatima (S.A.) and Hasnain (A.S.) along with him and the Christians recognised his truthfulness courtesy these holy personalities saying that if these personalities point towards mountains, these would shift their place. He said even the enemy recognised that supremacy of the Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and this supremacy has made the enemy head bow down. Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of the TNFJ, said our sole objective is Wila-e-Ali (A.S.) and Aza-e-Hussain (A.S.) and the practical struggle to achieve these pious objectives is going on with sincerity of purpose under the discerning leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi. All participants of the gathering unanimously adopted a resolution amidst vociferous slogans in which they reiterated their resolve to follow the line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi in connection with the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram.
RAWALPINDI – February 01: The annual huge gathering of Jashan-e-Ghadeer and Mobahila (Ghadeer & Mobahila Festival) organised under the auspices of Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan ended on a Declaration that the whole nation would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice on a simple pointation of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for protecting the dignity of Wilayat-e-Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and Aza-e-Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.). A resolution adopted by the gathering also reiterated that every conspiracy aimed at pitching Makatib and Masalik against each other would be thwarted with unity and brotherhood so as to turn motherland Pakistan into a hub of peace.
Taj-ul-Manazir Allama Taj-ud-Din Haideri, in his address on the occasion said that acceptance of the Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) from the core of heart is the sign of Iman and Iqaan and Wilayat-e-Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is the certificate of religious supremacy. Allama Agha Syed Nasim Abbas Rizvi said Wilayat stands guarantee to longevity of the universe and Tafseer of the Isam-e-Azam. He said power to implement without involvement of any other person is called Wilayat and achieving that status had been the desire of Prophets and Messengers. He said the real leadership of the nation was achieved by us at Deena where the whole nation like Ghadeer-e-Khum ratified the leadership of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In his address, Zakir Syed Madah Hussain Shah of Daira Deen Panah said the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) by making his cousin Hazrat Ali (A.S.) the Maula (Master) at Khum-e-Ghadeer certified his Wilayat for ever. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi in his address said, greeting others of the Maulas Wilayat on 18 Zilhij is the Sunnat-e-Nabavi. He said no system would be accepted in Pakistan that may be contrary to the Wilayat-e-Ali (A.S.) and Aza-e-Hussain (A.S.). He said the government has failed in arresting banned terrorist groups that is why incidents of terrorism are reported from all over the country the day in and day out. He said peace could only be restored in the country when the foreign paid semi-political and religious groups are restricted from taking part in active politics. Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi of Karachi said, Pakistan is the fruit of joint sacrifices and struggle of all schools of thought, therefore, right of everyone should be taken care of on the basis of equality so as to thwart every conspiracy aimed at creating rift amongst them. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani took a historic review of the sermon of Khum-e-Ghadeer in his address and said historians belonging to all schools of thought agree upon the announcement of Wilayat-e-Ali at Khum-e-Ghadeer. Qazi Ghulam Raza, Zakir Aqarib Hussain Shah, Zakir Qamar Mukhtar Kausar, Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, Syed Wajih-ul-Hassan Kazmi, and others addressed the gathering. The public gathering was chaired by MSO Chairman Pakistan Syed Bu Ali Mahdi and Central President Haider Abbas Bajwa while Syed Ibadat Hussain Shah, Basharat Ali Bhatti, Haji Abuzar Bangash, M.H. Jafri, and Abbas Jafri were the guests of honour. Prays were sought for solidarity of the country and the nation, supremacy of the Islamic world for the success of the oppressed the world over. The office-bearers and members of the MSO District Rawalpindi installed a reception to greet the guests.
RAWALPINDI – January 31: The Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while condemning the firing by terrorists on the prayer leader of Maamoor Mosque Ferozabad Haroun Qasmi in Karachi resulting in his killing has termed it an open act of terrorism. In a reaction issued from the Tehreek headquarters here on Monday, he said it is necessary for the government to ensure implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act in a true manner to root out terrorism. The Spokesman declared that it is a matter of concern for all patriotic forces that the banned groups participate under the sponsorship of both the opposition and the government in meetings, conferences and seminars despite being a fact that President had said on many occasions that they are terrorists while on the contrary those who make them sit on their right and left consider these groups beneficial. . .! In these circumstances how can the terrorism could be arrested, he asked. He said rooting out of terrorists was a prerequisite for restoring durable peace. Everyone who loves humanity condemns terrorism because murder of any human being is the murder of the whole mankind. The Spokesman reiterated the point of view and commitment of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that no power on earth could create rift between Sunnis and Shias and we would not allow anyone to do so till we are alive. The Spokesman demanded from the government to form a Tribunal to probe all incidents of terrorism including that of Ferozabad, Karachi and Gilgit incident and identify who is behind these acts of terrorism. He said the people support Pervez Musharraf in his bid to restore peace in the motherland Pakistan.
RAWALPINDI – January 30: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Wilayat is the basis of religion and Shariah, certificate of completion of religion and ladder of nearness to Allah. He stated this while addressing Mehfil-e-Murtazvi on the second day of Wilayat Week here on Sunday. He said Allah ordered the Holy Prophet (SAW) to announce Wilayat on way back from Hujjatul Wida (holy Prophets last pilgrimage), therefore, he got prepared a special pulpit at a deserted place called Ghadeer and announced before a large gathering of over one lakh Hajj pilgrims companions that Ali is the Master of those, I am the Master of whom. He said every person of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is placed on the highest status of Wilayat after Holy Prophet (SAW), therefore, when Christians of Najran could not be convinced through arguments and even the holy Quran, at that time those holy personalities whom the Holy Prophet (SAW) took with him to the Field of Mubahila that included Hazrat Ali (A.S.), Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) and Hasnain (A.S.). Hamid Moosavi said these are such holy personalities that courtesy of whom prays are transformed into reality, these are the personalities who rule the hearts of the people and their love and devotion is poured into hearts, that is why the oppressive and brutal elements lie every era were utilising all their tactics in stopping from the path led by Aulia Allah the fresh example of which is Iraq after Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan. But, he said, these elements could neither vacate the hearts of the oppressed people from their love nor they could divert them from the right path. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, who is also the chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Hamid Moosavi said commitment should be announced to tread in the path of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), follow their principles and continue the mission of holy personalities by observing the Wilayat Week with complete religious devotion, respect and enthusiasm from 18-25 Zulhijjah in the beloved motherland like other global parts for getting rid of all problems, oppression, brutality and suppression. Moreover, complete solidarity should be expressed with the oppressors and the have-nots the world over, he added.
ISLAMABAD – January 29: Celebrations of Eid-e-Ghadir as part of Walayat Week kicked off throughout Pakistan like other global parts on 18 Zulhijjah Saturday in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. On this occasion, mahafil, festive gatherings, conferences and seminars were held in all the four provinces including Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir in addition to Federal Capital Islamabad and its twin city Rawalpindi. Scholars, clerics, speakers and intellectuals threw light in detail on the importance and excellence of Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.). Addressing a Mehfil-e-Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.) at Qasr-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) Mughalabad, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani said that the Prophet of Islam by holding and raising the arm of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) in front of a huge crowd of holy Ashab-e-Kibar made clear to the whole humanity that your elevation and success lay in declaring Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.). He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) declared in Ghadir-e-Khum that Ali is the master of all those whose master I have been. Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is a collection of qualities of Prophets and Messengers and the true successor of the Prophet of Islam (SAW). His life style stands witness that his main objective was establishment of justice and fair-play and destruction of oppression and despotism. Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzawari also addressed to the gathering. Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.) seminar, organized at Danish-gah Baqir-ul Uloom Islamabad, was addressed by Allama Syed Fakjar Abbas Zahidi. He said Ali (A.S.)s life-style is acme of obedience to Allah while his pious character is a beacon of light for the world of humanity. He urged the need of adopting the Murtazawi path to get rid of all problems being faced by the Islamic world today. Islam Students Organization organized Ghadeer Conference at Ali Hall that was presided over by TNFJ Sindh Secretary-General Allama Waqar Hussain Taqwi. Sardar Tariq Ahmed Jafri (Quetta) and Maulana Qazi Ghulam Reza (Larkana) were the guests of honour. Delivering his presidential address to the conference, Allama Waqar Taqwi said the pious character of Amir-ul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib (A.S.) is the beacon of light while Walayat-e-Ali (A.S.) is a guarantee of acceptance of worships. He said it is impossible to access the extreme of greatness of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) because a saying of Holy Prophet (SAW) goes that no one recognizes Ali save Allah and His Prophet (SAW). Others who addressed on the occasion included Sardar Tariq Ahmed Jafri, Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, Syed Nazeer Hussain Shah, Syed Ibn-e-Ali Kazmi, Syed Arif Al-Hussaini, Syed Bilwal Kazmi, Rawayat Hussain, Syed Madah Hussain Shah and Khurshid Jawwadi. Syed Joan Ali Mashhadi administered the conference while Jafar Khan recited holy Quran. Walayat Week opening functions were also held at Imambargah Zain-ul Abideen (A.S.), Kazmia Mosque, Haideria Mosque, Qasr-e-Shabbir (A.S.), Qasr-e-Kazmia, Central Imambargah Shah Nazar Deewan Badshah, Imambargah Jageer-e-Ali Akbar (A.S.), Ali Mosque Doltala, Qasr-e-Rubab (A.S.), Qasr-e-Zainab (A.S.) and Takia Sayeen Inayat Hussain. According to reports reaching the TNFJ Central Walayat Week Committee similar programs were witnessed in Karachi, Larkana, Haiderabad, Dadu, Sakhar, Nawab Shah, Mirpur Khas, Kherpur Miras, Lahore, Multan, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, D.G.Khan, D.I.Khan, Quetta, Peshawar, Bhakkar, Kohat, Skardu, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad and many other cities.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – January 29: The Supreme Council meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya presided over by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi ended here late Friday night. Different resolutions regarding important national and international matters were adopted by the participants. According to the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, a resolution called upon the government to improve law and order situation so as to ensure restoration of peace throughout the country. The resolution opined that survival and stability of the country is dearest of all things therefore the rulers should get strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act and avoid making the banned groups set within their ranks and from giving them relaxations. The resolution made it clear that it is necessary for the powers that be to be sincere if they desire to implement the Anti-Terrorism Act strictly therefore they should give up duplicity in their words and deeds and express their hatred with the banned groups at every forum.
Another resolution made it clear that Pakistan was the fruit of joint struggle on the part of all schools of thought therefore rights of everyone including the minorities should be taken care of on the basis of equality so that no one could create any discrimination amongst them. By another resolution, the meeting terming the activities of creating hurdles in way of elections in Iraq by promoting unrest declared it as a conspiracy on the part of colonial agents and made it clear that there is no sectarian conflict in any Islamic State rather it is a well-thought out conspiracy on the part of colonial powers to divide and rule therefore the international organisations are under the obligation to play their important role in this connection so that elections could be held in Iraq peacefully and a government of choice of the people living there could be installed. The resolution stressed the need to ensure the honour and dignity of the holy places and the Maraje Uzzam in Iraq. Yet another resolution declared that the conspiracy to defame Pakistani scientists was prepared by chief of the colonial powers i.e. America with the sole objective to defame Pakistan, therefore, now the powers that be should not give in to any pressure and ensure the protection of sensitive installations and the scientists of the country. The resolution while condemning the threats being hurled on the Muslim States by America and her agents day in and day out said it means that it is the turn of Iran and Syria after Iraq the reason being that Muslims are divided into States and Makatib. Therefore, the resolution said, the representative organisation of the Islamic World i.e. the OIC is under the obligation to summon its emergent session and declare that attack on any Muslim and the oppressed State would be considered as an attack on Islam and humanity. The resolution called upon the Muslim rulers to come out from their personal shells and save the human life instead of saving their rule. TNFJ Secretary General Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate presented the welcome address and gave a resume of the Tehreeks performance spread over a year.
RAWALPINDI – January 28: An important meeting of Supreme Council of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan held here on Friday. Chief of the Tehreek Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, presided over the meeting. Delegates from all the four provinces of the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as well as from outside the country participated in the meeting. Important national and international matters, particularly the law and order situation and arrangements for oncoming month of Muharramul Haram were discussed and important decisions were taken which will be announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi through a Press conference. Heads of central and subordinate bodies of the Tehreek and provincial and district delegates presented their reports. Agha Moosavi in his presidential address expressed his grave concern over law and order situation prevailing in the sensitive areas of the country and called upon the government to restrict active politics on sectarian, maktab and lingual basis throughout the country including Northern Areas because this trend confronted the country and the nation with terrorism and unrest.
He said we are stick to our principled stand to-date that seeking vote on sectarian basis is poisonous and God forbid that election are held on Sunni-Shia basis here because this country was not created in the name of any sect but in the name of Islam the proof of which is that the official religion of the country is Islam and not any particular sect. He said the government has banned those extremist groups that have promoted active politics on sectarian and maktab basis but, he said, it is a matter of concern that those banned groups have become active again and government, opposition and the media encourage them. He said man never goes back on his word. Giving protocol by different means to the groups that had been declared banned, what does this mean? The TNFJ chief made it clear that TNFJ is the only Tehreek in the world that has no support from any government, opposition or any foreign State rather it enjoys the blessings and special support of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and it is working on self-help basis for achieving its pious targets. He said the TNFJ considers politics subservient to Shariat and active politics on sectarian basis is tantamount to inviting death in our sight. However, he said, TNFJ Political Cell exists for the guidance of followers of Maktab-e-Tashayyo that would, like in the past, would formulate an honourable election policy on the occasion of general elections. Agha Moosavi said we are enemies of the oppressors and are supporters of the oppressed, that is why we have declared all those who lost their life in Gilgit incident as piece of our heart because helping him in oppression who belongs to us is bias while the oppressor does not belong to us, helping the oppressor is stopping him from oppression so that he may earn something good in the Hereafter. He called upon the residents of Northern Areas, without any discrimination, to get themselves rid of sectarian-politico elements and express their hatred against the banned groups so that problems and difficulties faced by them are wiped out. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said the international colonial powers are busy in hatching heinous conspiracy of dividing the Muslim States into sects and in this connection, all Islamic States including Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan are their target. Therefore, the Muslim and the oppressed nations have to exercise patience and wisdom to thwart this conspiracy. He called upon the government to give rights to all recognised schools of thought including the Maktab-e-Tashayo on the basis of equality to stabilise the democratic institutions and restoring durable peace in the country. He also called upon the government to resolve all issues with mutual understanding for a bright democratic future and in it lay the key to welfare of the country and the nation and stability of the democratic institutions. He made it clear that no one will be allowed to cause any harm to the mission of Wila-e-Ali (A.S.) and Aza-e-Hussain (A.S.) come what may.
