ISLAMABAD, January 30: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that firing in a Canadian mosque is condemnable, result of the increasing fanaticism in the western societies and a slap in the face of those who blame Islam for extremism, unprovoked Indian firing on the Line of Control and Trumps pat on their back. The whole nation salutes Pakistans Armed Forces for giving a tough reply to them. When democracy in the east and west would give birth to fanatics like Trump and Modi then it is difficult to keep peace in the world. Muslim States should not get upset on the American restrictions and by uniting restrict chief of the colonial powers. The statements issued by European countries including Germany and France to help the Muslim refugees and against Trump are encouraging and commendable. The new Secretary General of the United Nations who himself had been working in Kashmir should play his role in getting the oppressed Kashmiris their right. These views were expressed by him while addressing the central office-bearers of the Mukhtar Students Organisation. TNFJ Secretary General Shujaat Ali Bokhari was also present on the occasion. Agha Moosavi said that reason behind ongoing war in the world and terrorism is lack of justice and fair-play. He said the objective of creating Islamic State itself is restoration of justice on which Quran and Ahadees stand witness the basic reason of which is the collective matters in the Islamic society that rest on justice and discipline could not be maintained without it. The importance of justice and fair-play is that it enjoys supremacy over the rights of human ego and nearness, he said adding that in the era of ignorance the near and dear ones and those belonging to the similar tribes were supported in their aggression and brutality but Islam declared such moves as biased and condemned it. He said Trump has imposed ban in rage but he had to face defeat from the court of law. The TNFJ chief said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and is based on justice and fair-play but we lack justice and fair-play as a result of which the motherland Pakistan has went into the hands of such powers after the demise of the Quaid-i-Azamand tore apart justice and fair-play, benefited their near ones and looted the country extremely and the country was divided into pieces owing to this trampling of justice and fair-play. He said the whole world is giving the look of jungle, the colonial powers who claim to be the champions of human rights are actually the biggest enemy of the humanity. He said these are the powers that created the issues of Kashmir and Palestine by trampling the democracy and human freedom as a result of which the whole world has come to the brink of world war. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that a new world has come to the fore, the Muslim rulers should give up their enmity with each other, give freedom to the people of their respective countries, stop interfering in the affairs of other Muslim States, drive out the foreign forces from Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Bahrain and Afghanistan and achieve the right of veto by activating the OIC.
ISLAMABAD, January 29: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulam Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the alliance of Trump, Moodi and Natenyahu is appearing as the greatest threat to the global peace. Pakistan along with China, Russia, and Islamic countries must formulate strategy to save the world from this alliance of the colonial powers. The pious character of the granddaughter of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) Syeda Zainab bint-e-Ali (A.S) is the role model to follow who destroyed the pride of Yazeed the worst tyrant of that era through her courageous sermons and proved that the voice of righteousness cannot be suppressed through oppression and atrocities. He said this while addressing to a delegation of religious scholars led by Hujjat ul Islam AllamaKazim Raza Kazmi. On this occasion he announced to celebrate the birth anniversary of the granddaughter of the holy Prophet, Shareeka-tul-Hussain, Syeda Zainab bint-e-Ali ibn e Abi Talib (A.S) as Youm e Aqeela e Bani Hashim. Agha Moosavi said India is the hub as well as the exporter of terrorism while Moodi accusing Pakistan for supporting terrorism is like the criminal posing as the judge. Moodi is bent upon isolating Pakistan while the success of Donald Trump has further strengthened India. Governments permission to India to keep waging cultural war against Pakistan through Indian movies is a matter of concern. World bank must stop India from violating the IWT. Occupied Kashmir and several other Indian states observing the Indian NVD as a black day is a slap on the face of the so called Indian democracy. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the International community must take notice of the recent speech of NarinderMoodi in Jalindhar where he again threatened to block water flows to Pakistan. He said that water is the basic need of life while India has started water terrorism along with her state terrorism in Kashmir which is a violation of IWT agreement while the agreement itself also did not fulfilled the demands of justice. Due to the strategic importance of Pakistan and association of its people with Islam, Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had declared Kashmir as the jugular vein of Pakistan without which Pakistan remains incomplete. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Kashmir is made a battlefield where the 8 hundred thousand Indian soldiers are involved in systematic genocide of Kashmiris and writing new history of atrocities by using pallet guns against unarmed civilians. Not only Muslims but all minorities are being suppressed in India while accusing Pakistan is also part of deviating worlds focus from Indian atrocities in Kashmir. He said that Pakistani authorities are always waiting for dialogue with India and start of cultural relations with India is a proof of this fact. Rulers of Pakistan must tell if Kashmir issue has been resolved? Or If India has stopped atrocities against Kashmiris and water terrorism? Has India stopped her spies from entering Pakistan and harboring terrorism against Pakistan? If the answer is a big No then why are the rulers supporting cultural ties with India? Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that India must release imprisoned Kashmiris, stop violations of human rights, stop declaring Kashmir as her integral part and get plebiscite performed so that Pakistans relations with India could restore. He further reminded that without the resolution of international disputes of Kashmir and Palestine, peace and stability in Middle east and South Asia cannot be realized. On this occasion, AllamaKazim Raza presented condolences to the respected Quaid for the sad demise of TNFJs central leader AllamaIkhlaqKazmi.
ISLAMABAD, January 28: Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that American people standing against Turmpspolicies is the victory of peace. Announcement of some of the Americans to get registered as Muslims is a slap on the face of President Trump. Muslim countries still away from American sanctions must stop celebrating and summon an emergency meeting of OIC and pledge to ban the entry of Americans in Muslim states in case of ban on Muslims entry into America. Muslims must not consider themselves as weak as they are related to the Almighty Allah who crushed Abrahas army through birds. If any of the Abraha put a bad eye on Islam, the religion of peace and harmony, his fate would not be different from the Abrahas army. He said this while addressing to the dignitaries of Parachinar led by Dr. Syed Laiq Ali Shah Fakhari. He said that Islam does not teach to offer second cheek after getting slpped on one rather; Islam protects the right of self-defense and teaches to reciprocate with a slap. Agha Moosavi stressed upon Muslim rulers to demonstrate courage and honor and raise the matter of anti-Islam statements of President Trump on UN and other international forums. He said that in accordance with the conspiracy of colonial evil powers, Islam is being declared as a religion of punishments while Muslims are blamed to be terrorists and extremists. On the other hand, the stooges of colonial powers Hindus and Jews under the command of America has particularly destroyed the peace in Middle east and South Asia, their job is to defame Muslims, Muslim states, and their institutions specifically Pakistan army which has defeated the enemies at all fronts. He said that the Zarb e Azab operation of Pakistan army under the National Action Plan has broken the back of the terrorists network and due to these extraordinary successes, the x-army chief General RaheelShareef was rated as the best General in the world and now the role has been shifted to the new Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa which is not acceptable for the internal and external enemies of Pakistan. He demanded that the India openly violating the IWT must be stopped by the World Bank. Agha Moosavi said that India must remember that this is not the Pakistan of 71 rather holds the nuclear power, those who will dare to block water will get befitting response as Pakistan also possesses the right of self-defense. He said that international evil powers are trying to destabilize Middle east and South Asia so that they could find reasons for intervention in these regions, her arms and ammunition gets sold and heinous objectives are achieved. He said that Islam is the favorite religion of Almighty Allah which did not come for any particular nation or area but provides guidance to the whole world of humanity as the Hadees of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) states that all creatures are related to Allah and Allah loves the person who keeps Allahs creatures dearer. Holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) said that Allah blesses those who do good with the people therefore, you do well with the people so that you get Allahs blessings. ISLAMABAD, January 26: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has termed the Turmp declaring America as most important and associating terrorism with Islam, as enmity against Islam. While addressing to a delegation of TNFJ District Rawalpindi led by Alhaaj Murtaza Chuahan he questioned if American President will accept Indian and Israeli oppression against innocent Kashmiris and Palestinians as Hindu and Jewish terrorism? Agha Moosavi said that in reference to his address the American President will have to call terrorism caused by the American formed terrorists as American terrorism which has targeted the whole world of humanity. He mentioned that he had stated it on the day one that terrorists know no religion or country but they must be treated as terrorists only. Associating terrorists with any country or sect is in fact strengthening the terrorists further. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Pakistan had to pay a huge price of becoming the front line ally in American camp after 9/11 incident as the whole of Pakistan became victim of the menace of terrorism. Pakistans economy suffered the loss of billions and trillions of dollars and thousands of lives lost. He said that after the era of Parevez Musharraf, the tenure of PPP did not prove to be fruitful for Pakistan from any aspect rather the dignity and sovereignty of Pakistan got compromised. American drone attacks violated Pakistans sovereignty, American CIA was given free hand in Pakistan to do anything, new trends of corruption were registered in this period, people were forced to commit suicides due to the unemployment and poverty, situation of peace and security deteriorated while extortion and target killing transformed into a formal business. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that after the PPP, Muslim League came into power in whose period, significant tragedies occurred. Hundreds of children were killed in APS Peshwar that was followed by the tragic incident of Bacha Khan University. Pakistan army expedited the Zarb e Azab operation and 20-points National Action Plan was formulated. He said that talking in the 47th annual economic conference in Switzerlands city of Davis on the topic of terrorism in the Digital age, General (R ) RaheelShareef mentioned that terrorism has significantly reduced in Pakistan as almost 150 terrorist attacks were happening in past however, they got reduced in my tenure. He said that according to Raheel Sharif, Pakistan will soon be able to stop terrorist attacks and stressed upon the world to cooperate with each other in stopping terrorists from using digital platforms. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that General (R )Raheel Sharif also stressed upon the need to share intelligence about the terrorists and mentioned that Zarb e Azab operation resulted in regaining of the 8000 sq kilometer area by defeating the terrorists while hundred and thousands of IDPs sent back to their hometowns. He also said that terrorists operate with complete strategy and he also rightly pointed out that providing shelter of human rights to the terrorists is a mistake while in order to ensure international peace, the issues of Kashmir and Palestine must be resolved on priority. He mentioned that RaheelShareef mentioned that three million Afghan refugees and 2400 kilometers long Pak-Afghan border are huge challenges as the terrorists escaping from Pakistan are taking refuge in Afghanistan while Afgan soil has also been used in recent terrorist attack in Parachanar. Agha Moosavi said that if the international community act in accordance with the address of General (R )RaheelShareef, the menace of terrorism can be eradicated from the world.
ISLAMABAD, January 24: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that terrorism is the creation as well as need of the international evil powers and their voices against terrorism and extremism are only a deception. If terrorism and wars are stopped, the economy of the chief of colonial powers America and her agents will fall. All the states that are victims of terrorism must unite against the international terrorist America. Instead of blaming each other, Muslim rulers must recognize the conspiracy of the common enemy. In presence of OIC, forming any new alliance will break Muslim unity and serve the agenda of colonial powers. A weak and loose stance of the Muslim states on shifting of American consulate to the occupied Bait-ul-Muqaddas is saddening. If such is the response on the matter related to the Qibla-e-Awal, then next target could also be the BaitullahorMasjid e Nabwi. Army chiefs visit to Parachinar was consoling for the victims of terrorism, rulers must also follow it. To defeat the coward terrorists attacking from their hideouts, people will have to support the security forces. Duties of the volunteers of Mukhtar for the protection of Azadari, Meelad un Nabi and other religious programs are worth appreciating and there is a need to spread the same spirit to the whole nation. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Islam identifies Muslims as people who are firm against enemies but sympathetic towards their friends however, Muslim rulers are sympathetic for the enemies and strict against their own people which is contrary to the Quranic and Islamic teachings. Muslim rulers appreciate and welcome others to the extent of becoming their slaves. Whenever the evil forces attack on any Muslim state, most of the Muslim countries becoming supportive of this aggression instead of condemning it, and join alliance against the targeted Muslim state. He said that the Muslim states who consider America as their friend must stop deceiving themselves as America is friend to her own interests only, who deceives on the name of friendship and makes Muslim rulers act on her agenda while abandons them as soon as her objectives are achieved. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that by presenting their stooges as Muslims, the colonial powers are trying to accuse Islam as a religion of terrorism so that their arms factories remain operational and their economic growth continues while they keep finding reasons to intervene in Muslim states. He said that evil powers can never be friendly towards Muslims. Disputes of Kashmir and Palestine were created by the colonial powers andtheir role for the resolution of these disputes is full of hypocrisy while the United Nations has been serving as a personal assistant to the colonial powers. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the signs attributed to Allah Almighty (Shaair Allah) and Harmain Sharefain are not threatened by the Muslims, but the international evil powers. Islamic world must adopt a unanimous stance against shifting of American consulate to Bait-ul-Muqaddas. If Muslim rulers have any preference for religion, possess love for Shaair Allah and want to protect their lives along with the lives hereafter, then they must unite the Muslim world, strengthen the OIC platform, stop intervening in Yemen, Syria, Bahrain, give rights to their people, and transform Muslim states into the model statesfor human rights protection in accordance with the Islamic teachings so that those defaming Islam could be defeated. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stressed that the whole nation must stay alert and support Pakistans armed forces and security agencies to ensure protection against Parachanar like incidents and eradicate the menace of terrorism committed by the terrorists hidden from the Zarb e Azab operation.
ISLAMABAD, January 22: Protest rallies and gatherings were held all across the country in connection with the mourning of Parachinar incident on the call of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya in which the terrorist attack of Parachanar was strongly protested against while implementation of the National Action Plan was demanded to curb the menace of terrorism from Pakistan. The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosaviwhile addressing to the a delegation from Kohat and Kurram agency has said that if democracy was not humiliated by the hereditary kingdom in political parties, then it will not be effected by the military courts either. Tenure of the military courts must be extended, government must provide protection to the residents of Parachinar from the terrorists infiltrating from Afghanistan. The matter of Indian, American and Israeli provided terrorists sanctuaries in Afghanistan must be raised at the international forums while formal protest must be lodged with the Afghan government. Destruction of thirty years old terrorist making factories by the Pakistan army has not been liked by the American colonialism and her agents as they have been trying to defuse the gains of Zarb e Azab operation and Parachanar incident is also a part of the same conspiracy. By advocating for banned organizations, rulers are polluting themselves. Rulers lack patience and therefore, those who speak truth are victimized. Instead of putting efforts against those who point out mistakes, government must clutch proscribed organizations. Millions are paid to the victims of a plane crash but pennies are paid to those who get killed in the terrorist attacks. Such kinds of dual policies must be abandoned and the state must act like mother which treats everyone equally, rulers cannot fulfill responsibilities through mere announcements.
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that due to the weaknesses of the judicial system, military courts were formed however, on the conclusion of their period politicians are celebrating with pleasure as politicians and rulers enjoy close ties with the proscribed organizations and they are also the biggest hurdle in implementation of the National Action Plan. Military courts must remain operational till the time terrorism diminishes from the country. If provision of justice is made cheaper, impartial, and easily accessible, then no one would demand for the military courts. He said that terrorist attacks in Pakistan are fully backed and supported by India. Government of Pakistan must raise the issue of terrorism at all forums.
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the statement of General Bajwa to follow the same anti-terrorism policy without any change is a ray of hope for the nation. Had, the President, Prime Minister and the Chief Minister also visited Parachanar like General Bajwa to console victims of the terrorist attacks, it would have elevated their respect and stature. He expressed concerns on the fact that innocent citizens have been booked in Schedule-IV who absolutely have no connection with terrorism or any of the proscribed organizations while big fishes and leaders of the banned terrorist groups are wandering freely. Not a single forum exists except media where the weaknesses of the National Action Plan could be highlighted. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stated that we are the followers of Hussain ibn-e-Ali (A.S) and will not refrain from speaking truth even at the peak of the spear, to protect Islam and Pakistan.
ISLAMABAD, January 21: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the tragic incident of Parachinar has left the whole nation mourning and sobbing. Terrorist attack in Turkeys city of Istanbol killed three and half dozen people in a program to mark new year, not a single day passes in Iraq without a suicide attack or a bomb blast, recent terrorist attacks in Libya and Afghanistan in which an ambassador of UAE also got killed. Since 9/11 the frequency of terrorist attacks drastically increased in the Muslim countries, Pakistan is being punished as a front-line state against terrorism while more than seventy thousand precious lives have been lost, billions of dollars spent and cities and towns are left destroyed, innocent children of APS Peshawar killed, Bacha Khan University targeted, dozens of lawers killed in Quetta, members of security forces targeted selectively, bloodshed at Dargah Shah Noorani Balochistan, while todays tragic incident of terrorism near Eidgah, Sabzimandi.
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that it is an even bigger tragedy that terrorism is being committed on the name of Islam in the same way as Banu Umayyads acquired power on the name of Islam while Banu Abbas used the name of Ahl-e-Bait (A.S) only get power for themselves, while in Pakistan, dictatorship of Zia ul Haq used the name of Shariyat to throw Pakistan in unbearable issues and problems. He said that truth is always bitter in taste, our forefathers stated truth even at the peaks of spears and therefore, speaking truth in front of the oppressors and cruel rulers has been our tradition. Point-2 of NAP was related to the formation of special courts whose tenure has been ended. These special courts were formed as the judiciary was afraid of terrorists and judges felt unsafe while sentencing punishments as even the senior judges were also targeted by the terrorists which led to the formation of special military courts. Now the strange logic is being presented that in presence of the Judiciary, military courts are not needed. They must remember that this judicial system was also present when the decision about the formation of military courts was taken therefore, military courts under the Pakistans armed forces must be restored and action on all points of NAP must be ensured. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the world must be updated with the verdict that terrorism has no connection with Islam, accusing Muslims for all kinds of terrorist incidents occurring in the world is raising hatred and enmity towards Muslims. He said that we had mentioned our opinion before three decades that Terrorists know no religion, sect or country but they are only terrorists and must be seen and dealt in the same manner. Dozens of groups have been proscribed in Pakistan, it is impossible to control terrorism without clutching those groups with iron hands. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that our eternal enemy India blames Pakistan for even the minutest incidents, someone must ask Moodi who is involved in terrorist attacks occurring in Pakistan? Who committed the tragic terrorist attack in Parachanar today? Government must expose the true face of the terrorist India in front of the whole world and must mention that it was India who broke Pakistan into two pieces, imposed four wars against Pakistan and threatened Pakistan in 1974 through her nuclear tests. Had Pakistan not attained the nuclear capability for herself, India would have waged fifth war against Pakistan. Meanwhile, the TNFJs Ayyam e Sog Committee was formed on the Parachanar incident, Dr. S. Zaman was appointed as convener while Samar ul Hassan will be the secretary of the committee.
ISLAMABAD, January 20: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that India has been trying to achieve her heinous objectives against Pakistans sovereignty using new tactics. India has been openly involved in harming Pakistan through terrorism and destabilizing our economy. India has crossed all limits in her enmity towards Pakistan while India-Afghan nexus is strengthening and supporting terrorism. Moodi is bent upon sabotaging Pakistans economic growth. The menace of terrorism that continues for the last 2 decades has already cost Pakistan with a loss of more than 300 billion dollars. Countless sacrifices of Pakistans military forces have rooted out the terrorists and destruction of their hideouts continues till date. The statement of army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa is the voice of whole nation in which he said that the change of command in Pakistan army will not affect the defense and anti-terrorism policies. Pakistani nation stands firm in support of our courageous armed forces. The real threat to Pakistan comes from American support to the nefarious Indian designs and the only solution to this problem lies in developing relations with China and Russia. He said this while addressing at Head quarter Maktab e Tashayyo to a delegation led by Allama Mohsin Ali al Hussaini. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that India is acting on a new plan for damaging the economy of Pakistan by building dams on the water flows to Pakistan to block or divert our water supplies while the International strategic experts are also warning that the next war between Pakistan and India can be fought due to water. He said that India has been trying hard to fail CPEC project while her spies and agents have also been caught red handed in Pakistan. He said that in connection with the army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwas telephonic conversation with Afghan President, the rulers of Afghan must adopt a friendly stance towards Pakistan rather than raising tension on Indian signals, as peace of both countries is associated with each other. ISLAMABAD, January 18: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Chief of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the military courts were established in accordance with the Point-2 of National Action Plan that was developed with the consensus of all parties when the Judicial system had failed to provide justice in the cases against terrorists. Meetings are being conducted one after the other to decide about the future of military courts and rulers and politicians have been trying to protect their personal interests only. Everyone must remember that not extending the military courts tenure would be equal to sabotaging the National Action Plan and strengthening the banned outfits that will eventually benefit our eternal enemy. He said this while addressing to a training workshop of TNFJs organization department. Agha Moosavi said that our eternal enemy India has been trying to isolate Pakistan and get it declared as a terrorist state through her aggressive foreign policy because operations on CPEC has left her worried and disturbed despite the fact that the CPEC project is not against any country rather every state can get involved in it for her benefit. He said that as India has been our eternal enemy therefore, she does not like the development and strengthening of Pakistan while the chief of colonial powers has also selected India as a defense partner. Similarly, European states have opened the doors of their defense technologies for India to purchase and build her arsenal. He said that on the occasion of BRICS summit, India tried her best to get Pakistan declared as a terrorist state however; her plans were thwarted by Russia and China. Later, India tried to defame Pakistan through Afghanistan on the forum of the Heart of Asia conference but she failed again and faced embarrassment in the United Nations. Agha Moosavi said that whatever the newly elected President Trump said during his election campaign, indicates that he will prefer India even more than Obama. Agha Moosavi said that incrementing Indian activities on LOC is because of the new Indian army chiefs threat for surgical strike which claimed that India can also fight against China at the same time however; Pakistans army chief Qamar Javed Bajwa gave a befitting response. ISLAMABAD, January 14: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and any organisation attached with us is not among the banned outfits. The Interior Minister has caused damage to our reputation; the Interior Minister should have studied the NACTA list, and should put the blame on media or anchor persons when the Interior Minister of the State himself is unaware of the banned organisations. The report of Justice Esa Faiz Quetta Commission has proved true. Our fault is that we unveiled those who are business of hatred and terrorism by receiving foreign aid since 1980 and we are still doing that job. The Interior Minister has declared those as patriotic, in enthusiasm of oratory and love for them who raise the slogans of killing hundreds of persons and terming them Kafir, Kafir that raises a question mark? He should not provide shield to some sects to save a few groups and it does not suit the Federal Interior Minister to defend those who carry out terrorism in the garb of sectarian groups. Parties were banned not for their link to sects but on the basis of their terrorist activities. To whom the Interior Minister is giving awards of piousness their crime is not just to name any sect but also announcements to kill hundred in place of one. How can those who are earning billions by providing sleepers to terrorists, giving the motherland a bloodbath and distributing Fatwas of atheism be patriotic? These views were expressed by him while addressing the emergent meeting of the Core Committee of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya. Agha Moosavi said whether terrorism, murder and arson are sectarian, lingual, provincial, water and international, is terrorism. He made it clear that representing any sect or link with it is not a crime but insulting the humanity and trampling it in the garb of sect, religion, province, nationality or a country is a great sin. He said Quran is openly saying that human beings have been divided into tribes so that they could be recognised. He said Shias and Sunnis are two recognised sects of Islam having branches of the same and there are five big fiqhs that exist for the last 1400 years and are like a bouquet. He said that under the Article 2 of the consensus 1973 Constitution, Pakistans official religion is Islam and under its Article 227 the meaning and explanation of Quran and Sunnah will be the same that will be authentic before the concerned fiqh. He said terrorism or extremism should not be linked with any fiqh. We are saying for the last 40 years that a terrorist is only a terrorist and keeps no Maslak, sect or a country and should be tackled in the same context.
The TNFJ chief said that the terrorist organisations are creation of ZiaulHaq and his remnants. Till the Musharraf era, all banned parties were roaming about freely and for the first time in 2002, in the era of Pervez Musharraf some parties spreading hatred and terrorism had been declared banned, he said adding that every coming government afterwards, used to increase the number of such organisations but none of the government took any action against these banned organisations. He said the same reason is behind the unsuccessful National Action Plan formed after the APS Peshawar incident. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that we were the first to raise voice against those who are polluting the Pakistans air with poison by receiving aid from foreign countries. We are reiterating our demands for putting restrictions on taking part in elections on sectarian, Maslaki and lingual basis since 1980s but all government, keeping to their own interest and reservations treated these terrorist organisations lightly as a result of which the terrorism has not ended even today. He said the slogans of Shia Kafir and BarelviMushrik were also being raised on the desire of the rulers. The atheist slogans were also raised in Islamabad on the desire of the government which is tragic, he added.

Their mandate is to perform services for the protection of Shaair Allah and places of worship without any discrimination. The TNFJ said Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi has the honour to be buried in Masjid-e-Kufa besides Safeer-e-Hussainiyyat Hazrat Muslim Bin Aqeel (A.S.). He said Pakistan was created in the name of Islam, then how the anti-Islam forces can accept its presence. That is why, he added, they are bent upon wiping it out since its inception. He said these powers however succeeded in breaking the country into two parts but their unrest increased when the remaining Pakistan became the only atomic power of the Muslim World, therefore, they have increased their efforts to wipe out Pakistan from within and without. Agha Moosavi said that some forces have entered our ranks in fake disguise with the aim to misguide our new generation from staunch beliefs, making them agree on committing violence. Therefore, in such a situation, there is need of the hour to organise volunteers across the country so that in case of use of terrorisms weapon by the enemy there would be such a volunteer force that may confront them serving shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistans Armed Forces in thwarting the designs of terrorists. He said that if everybody becomes aware of their enemy then it becomes easier to drive them out. He said if the enemy carries out attack on the populated areas, then it would become easier for them to carryout voluntary services. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that 20-points National Action Plan was formed after the tragic incident of APS Peshawar and Zarb e Azab expedited, government proscribed 63 groups of terrorists however, they are operating using new names and therefore, terrorism still continues while the military courts have ceased to function. He said that the military courts had to operate in accordance with the point No. 2 of NAP therefore, not restoring these courts would be equal to sabotaging the National Action Plan. Agha Moosavi stressed upon the fact that without the special military courts, action on NAP would not be possible. He said that had the judicial system working properly, inclusion of Point No.2 would not have been required. He said that there is no difference on the fact that sects have been existing for the last thirteen hundred years however, framing terrorism into sectarian frames is also terrorism itself. Terrorist organizations have been identifying them as sectarian organizations to conduct terrorism and they are being used by the rulers and politicians equally which is extremely regretful and root cause of the problem.

The banned parties have been included in the Islamic Council of Ideology and have been entrusted with the role of Parliament and guidance of the nation. Non-implementation of the National Action Plan is tantamount to unfaithfulness with the innocent children of the APS and 70 thousand innocent Shuhada inviting the wrath of God. The people at the helm of politics and the government should tell the nation that what happened to the reformation of the justice system aimed at checking the crime? The government should not make the Justice FaizEisas report on Quetta incident as a matter of ego but should give proof of good ruling by removing the administrative defects. He said the Army jawans rendered exemplary sacrifices in Operation Zabr-e-Azb and tried their best to get Pakistan rid of terrorism but unfortunately the political expediencies were losing the fruit of Zarb-e-Azb sacrifices. The TNFJ chief said that about the 20-point National Action Plan formed after national consensus, the government herself has admitted that it could not get the National Action Plan correctly. The banned organisations of the motherland have been declared terrorists and now Britain has also declared dozens of Pakistan parties as banned but unfortunately all these banned parties are openly working in Pakistan even today, taking part in elections, giving statements and interviews on the electronic and print media and by doing so they are tearing the provisions 7 and 11 of the National Action Plan apart. The duration of the military courts set up under the provision 2 of the National Action Plan has been expired but the government should tell the nation whether the results expected from the military courts are achieved or not, and whether the Anti-Terrorist Courts could match their speed with that of the National Action Plan, he added. Agha Moosavisaid that the announcements of the Chief Minister about funding of terrorists will remain useless unless the practical activities against the facilitators of terrorists are seen. He said unfortunately operation against terrorists was not allowed on the interference of politicians in Punjab, interior Sindh and Islamabad, nor they put hand on their sleeper cells. He made it clear that Pakistans stability, progress and restoration of its dignity at international level is linked with the National Action Plan. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavino matter how much the rulers and politicians ignore the oppressors and terrorists but Allah Has promised to root out the oppressors. The day will definitely come when the Imam Hassan Askaris son i.e. Imam Mahdi (A.S.) will appear in the world and will shower wrath on the oppressors and will fill the world with justice and fair-play, he said adding that every oppressed and have-not is awaiting that day, restlessly.

United Nations must declare India as an aggressor state. It is a test for the new Secretary General of United Nations Antonio Guterres that if he wants to keep UN suppressed under colonial powers or ensures actions in accordance with the UN charter. UN must get the long pending issues of Palestine and Kashmir resolved. Heinous crimes of India and Israel are threatening not only South Asia and the Middle east regions but the whole world of humanity. Accepting American mediation on IWT is a big question mark as America has never decided in Pakistans favor. Expecting America to be sincere with Pakistan is only a happy-misunderstanding. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan participated in Afghan war on American desires and now American made militants have become a big problem for Pakistan. Besides the loss of innocent citizens, Pakistan also bore huge social and economic losses in result of becoming front line ally after 9/11. More than 70 thousand lives lost including thousands belonging to the security agencies whilethe cities and towns tore apart however; America deceived us in all difficult situations. Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S) offered extraordinary sacrifices for the protection of Shariat e Muhammadi and thwarted conspiracies of non-Muslims and non-believers while also failed the efforts for introducing amendments in the religion of the holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP). Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Kashmir issue was taken to the UN by the Indian Prime Minister Nehru on which Security Council resolutions were also passed and Kashmiris promised for plebiscite however, the matter stays unresolved till date and is a bad spot on the face of UN. He said that India has made the lives of people in occupied Kashmir miserable, the new wave of freedom movement that erupted after the martyrdom of Burhan Waani is being suppressed by India by sheer force who has killed hundreds of freedom lovers till then but the UN is maintaining a criminal silence. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that if UN can hold plebiscite in EasternTemur, Sudan and Scotland, then why not in Kashmir? If they were conscious, Kashmiris would not have been facing such atrocities today. He asserted that the whole Pakistani Nation share the pain of Kashmiri brothers and stand behind the movement of Kashmir self-determination. He said that its the responsibility of international organizations and UNO to pressurize India to solve the problem of Kashmir in accordance with the resolutions of UNO and in accordance with the wishes of Kashmiri people, otherwise the dream of Asia as peaceful cannot become true. Through a resolution, it was asserted on Secretary General UNO to immediately take the notice of oppressions being done in Kashmir and should be stopped as soon as possible. Peaceful processions were also taken out from Chakwal, Attock, Jhelum, Jhung, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar and other cities of the country. ISLAMABAD, January 04: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the regions of Middle East and South Asia will not see peace and harmony unless the plebiscite is ensured for Palestinians and Kashmiris. While addressing to the members of TNFJ Kashmir Council Agha Moosavi said that India conspired at the time of subcontinent division and militarily occupied areas that were supposed to be included in Pakistan. The very first British General of army did not act in accordance with the instructions of Quaid e Azam however, Kashmiri freedom fighters, through their courageous actions regained some of the occupied areas which constituted the Azad Kashmir. He said that Nehru escalated Kashmir dispute to United Nations and the Security Council passed resolution in favor of plebiscite for Kashmiris in 1949. A similar resolution has also been passed in 1948 however; Kashmiris are deprived of their right of self-determination even after seventy years. Agha Moosavi said that the martyrdom of Commander Burhan Waani during the last year revived the freedom movement in the occupied Kashmir after which India has intensified cross border escalations on LOC and working boundary. India has been using pallet guns against innocent Kashmiris due to which they are losing their eyesight. He stressed upon the new UN Secretary General to work for the resolution of the two long pending issues of Kashmir and Palestine in accordance with the UN charter as neutralizing the threats posed to the international peace, stopping aggression, and resolving international disputes asper the international laws and justice is part of the UN charter. The world knows that unresolved issues of Palestine in Middle-East while Kashmir in South Asia haveposed serious threats to both regions. Israel fought against Palestine while India imposed four wars on Pakistan due these unaddressed disputes. He reminded that India is fully involved in terrorism in Karachi and Baluchistan as well as cross border escalations against Pakistan to divert attention from the Kashmir issue while her spies have been arrested red handed in Pakistan. He said that Indian consulates in Afghanistan alongside Pakistani border are harboring terrorists against Pakistan while India has been putting all efforts to destabilize Pakistan, threatening to deprive us from our water by violating IWT along with attempts to defame Pakistan on international forums however; she faced defeat at all fronts. Unfortunately, the performance of OIC has reached Zero and it is only serving as a B-Team of some Khaleeji states. OIC must have secured the right for Veto, struggled for the resolution of Kashmir and Palestine issues of Muslims. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that today, when evil forces are creating discrimination among Muslims Arab o Ajam and sectarian basis, the OIC, instead of confronting it, is promoting it further. This determination threatened the imperialist powers who, through one of their agents in Pakistan, over-thrown the government of ZAB and again imposed Martial-Law. The then dictator tried to move away the ideological basis of Pakistan by turning it into a sectarian state but by the grace of Almighty Allah, TNFJ was established which challenged the writ of the dictator by advocating that in accordance with the constitution of Pakistan, the Official religion of Pakistan is Islam, not any sect. it was also asserted that according to the Article 227, while establishing jurisprudence, only that interpretation of Quran will be accepted which will be accepted by specific school of thought and no other interpretation will be imposed.
Aqa e Moosavi said that when the then dictator saw his failure, he amended the Police Act 1861, artcle 30(3) to confine the processions of Milaad un Nabvi and Azadari e Imam e Mazloom. ISLAMABAD, December 17: Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the report of Supreme Courts Justice Qazi Essa Commission is a question mark for the rulers. Elements resisting National Action Plan are now exposing themselves. Had the Action Plan acted upon, the incidents of terrorism all across the country would not have happened while India would also not have dared to escalate situation at the borders. Anti-Pakistan movies are being run in Baluchistan, incidents of terrorism against lawyers, security officials and innocent citizens of Baluchistan is part of the same conspiracy. Agha Moosavi said that the 16th December reminds us of Dhaka fall and APS Peshawar tragic incident. Yesterday, on the same day Indian firing on a school van in Nakiyal sector wounded young children which is a barbaric act. He said that since the action started on CPEC, India has been trying to sabotage it. He expressed concerns over the fact that the new head of Indian secret agency RAW is making new plots against Pakistan who has a well spread anti-Pakistan network in Balochistan and Afghanistan while he is also being credited for successfully using anti-Pakistan elements to delay Gawadar project for a long time. Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that all kinds of conspiracies against Pakistan lead to the chief of colonial powers who considers Pak China Corridor as against her interests. He said that the world was filled with oppression, conflicts, and illiteracy when the Almighty Allah decided to send his holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH&HP) to diminish darkness and fill the world with the light of faith. He said that the son of Hazrat Bibi Amna (S.A) blessed the humanity with eternal light. Agha Moosavi said that by spreading the message of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP), the menace of terrorism can be eradicated from the whole world. He said that the foundation of teachings of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) is justice and fair play therefore, by protecting everyones rights in the society and eliminate social injustice, the dream of peace cane be realized for the whole world.
ISLAMABAD, December 06: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the government should put the foreign policy right, do not accept mediation on Kashmir issue and brave point of view may be adopted on diplomatic front. Modi is bent upon dividing Pakistan and accepts his heinous design by banging his hand on his chest. We pay tributes to Gen. Raheel Sharif on his brave leadership and expect the same from the new Army Chief Gen. Bajwa that he would also give a clear-cut reply to the enemy. These views were expressed by him while talking to media during the protest Azadari procession taken out from Baab-e-Fizza of Markazi Imambargah Jamia Al-Murtaz G-9/4, Islamabad on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) marking an end to Ayyam-e-Aza in connection with the Universal Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman. The procession after marching through its traditional route terminated back at Baab-e-Rasool-e-Khuda of Jamia Al-Murtaza. Agha Moosavi said that the Muslim rulers should get Kashmir and Palestine free instead of pitching their forces against Muslim States, government should revise its foreign policy and take the Parliament into confidence. He said Modi is following in the foot-steps of Indira Gandhi who had claimed drowning the Pakistan Ideology in the Bay of Bengal on the occasion of Fall of Dhaka. Answering a question, he said Muslims will have to think and work for the collective benefit of the Islamic World instead of expressing submissive attitude towards international powers who, along with international organisations are following dual standards on Kashmir and Palestine. He declared in the clear-cut terms that they will not hesitate in uttering the Kalma-e-Haq because we are the offspring of those who have said Kalma-e-Haq even on the point of spears. He made it clear that Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom (A.S.) is not against any Maktab or group rather it is an international protest of the oppressed against the Yazidi ideology that will continue till the Zahoor of Imam Mehdi (A.S.), supremacy of justice and fair-play, and defeating the oppression point blank, and till that time when the Parcham-e-Hussainiyyat will flutter all over the world and Yazidiyyat will face its fatal end. Earlier, the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi unveil the Parcham of Hazrat Abbas Alamdar (A.S.) on reaching the Jamia Al-Murtaza and offered Dua. Dozens of Matmi Dastas participated in Pursadari and Noha Khwani while the Azadari procession marched through its designated route to terminate back at Jamia Al-Murtaza. Police and Mukhtar Force volunteers had made ample security arrangements. Mukhtar Students Organisation, M.O. and Mukhtar Generation had installed Azadari camps while the active contingent of Ibrahim Scouts Open Group was leading the procession. A large number of Ulema Karaam, religious elite, Matmi Salars and people belonging to different schools of thought participated in the Pursadari. Agha Moosavi said that India always desired to create unrest in Pakistan therefore she is trying to fail Zarb e Azab operation to sabotage CPEC. A few days back, Indian Prime Minister Moodi threatened to block water to Pakistan. He said that formulation of Heart of Asia Conference was done on Pakistans movement however, India is playing rude towards Pakistan. India had shut the doors of dialogue with Pakistan on the occasion of SAARC conference in Pakistan while at this moment, along with India, Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, and China, Pakistani advisor foreign affairs Sartaj Aziz is also present in the Heart of Asia Conference.
