RAWALPINDI, January 11: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said colonial conspiracies could be thwarted through Islamic Worlds unity and brotherhood and for this purpose sincerity of purpose, and sense of sacrifice has to be utilised. He stated this while talking to a delegation of Caravan-e-Mustafvi that called on him under the leadership of Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari here on Saturday. Agha Moosavi said Hajj inculcates the spirit of sacrifice and tells that Islam preaches the message of peace, tranquillity and love and considers the woes of all others as its woes. He said if Islamic World desires to protect itself from international Taghoots aggression then it should give up all types of biases, break the shackle of Arab and Ajam, give up personal and party interest and work for respect to the mankind and survival of humanity only. He said atrocities against any nation or the country should be considered atrocities against the whole Islamic World and the humanity. The TNFJ said today chief of the international colonial powers was increasing its pressure to get her word accepted while other States so much so the citadel of Islam and the atomic power Pakistan also bow down to her whims as FBI personnel roam about freely in Pakistan making the life of our citizens difficult. RAWALPINDI, January 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Pakistan came into being to remain for ever and international colonial powers and their agents could not cause any harm to it. He stated this while expressing his reaction on testing of Indian Agni missile. In a statement issued here on Friday from Tehreek headquarters, he said Islam is not only against all types of aggression but hates, strongly condemns it besides terming it poisonous for humanity. He said history stands witness that Islam fought all wars in defence and Pakistan also follows that principle of Islam. Agha Moosavi said international colonial powers were behind Indian Agni test fire and all those atomic blasts carried out earlier with the objective to exert pressure on the Islamic World, particularly Pakistan. He said the reaction expressed by America and Britain on Indian Agni test fire is commensurate to shedding crocodile tears because if super powers had tackled India first time then Pakistan would not have needed to carry out atomic blasts in self-defence. RAWALPINDI, January 9: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said presence of Taghooti forces in the Gulf and threat of India and Israel are an open challenge to the whole world of humanity, therefore, the Muslim Ummah should promote unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding and adopt a joint strategy to check colonial oppression and brutality otherwise their problems would continue to increase manifold. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ District Council Lahore leader S.A. Hasani here on Thursday. He said chief of the international Taghoot i.e. America had given an impression after the New York and Washington incident that their war is not against Islam but she desires to root out terrorism, therefore she destructed Afghanistan and it came into the limelight that she desires to frighten Muslim States instead of terrorists. Agha Moosavi said America has asked many Muslim States including Libya, Syria, Iran to change their policies and then has started negative propaganda against Pakistan atomic programme despite Pakistan has helped her by joining the International Coalition against terrorism. He said America has expressed fear that Pakistans atomic material could land in the hands of terrorists and then accused Pakistan of helping North Korea in her nuclear posture which has been denied straight away by Pakistan. He said she terms some Muslim States as axis of evil at one time and declares China and North Korea as a danger for herself on the other. He said the American vice-president has recently said that Pakistan issue is more serious than Iraq. Indian defence minister, on the other, has threatened to root out Pakistan and has termed Gen. Musharraf as the number one Indian enemy. The TNFJ chief said India has imposed restriction on foreign tours of freedom leaders while Sharon has restricted Palestinians less than 35 years of age from going out of the city. He said such steps indicate that what America was doing in the name of rooting out terrorism was actually declaration of war against the Islamic World. Therefore, Muslims are justified to understand that America considers them as their enemy and desires to cease the resources of Islamic World besides imposing rulers of her like there because America did nothing for the Muslim Ummah to-date, he added. He said America follows double standards and it would have got the Kashmir and Palestinian issues resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions, oppression in Indian Gujerat would have been checked, she would not have supported Israel in her aggressive policies, if she was sincere in rooting out oppression, brutality and terrorism. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the UN inspectors have already said that Iraq do not possess chemical weapons but America was still getting ready in the Gulf to attack Iraq while her agent Israel has dozens of atomic bombs and chemical weapons but America does not desire to look into that. RAWALPINDI, January 07: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said New York-Washington incident was a drama launched merely to target Islamic world. He said colonial powers are exploiting Muslims dissention, and in this situation, the only solution of safety of Islamic world and oppressed nations is hidden in severing ties with colonial powers and connecting internal links. RAWALPINDI, January 6: Convener of the 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Malik-e-Ashtar has thanked all schools of thought for their participation in the 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan programmes marking the Wiladat Ba-Saadat of Hazrat Fatima binte Musa ibne Jafar (S.A.) including the provincial and district conveners for organising programmes within and without the country. Addressing the Markazi Committee meeting here on Monday, he said the display of exemplary unity and brotherhood on the occasion of Jashan-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Masooma-e-Qum is just laudable. He said the pious spirit and active display of brotherhood should remain alive for ever and we should declare on the enemies of religion and motherland that attack on any State of the Islamic World would be an access against the have-not and an activity to sabotage all independence movements including Kashmir and Palestine and so as to considered an effort to sabotage the whole humanity. Malik-e-Ashtar said the international colonial powers should keep in mind that like our Mashaheer preferred honourable death over life in humiliation, similarly the Muslim Ummah would keep the honour and dignity of the Islamic World supreme over all other interests. He stated this while addressing the concluding ceremony of 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan observed in connection with the Wiladat Ba-Saadat of Hazrat Fatima binte Musa ibne Jafar (S.A.). He said today clouds of oppression, brutality and atrocities are being hovering over the world, terrorism was the order of the day and the oppressed and have-nots were busy struggling to root out the same. He said it is the after effects of teachings of those great women at large who taught their offspring not to bow down or to be bargained. Agha Moosavi said at present the world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were confronting a difficult time, international colonial chief Bush has lost his senses, therefore his utterances that he does not care for any protest demonstrations in favour of Iraq, is a humiliation of humanity because such words could only be uttered by an insane person. Allama Ijaz Hussain Modarris addressing Mehfil Masooma-e-Qum (SA) organised by Anjuman Muallemin at Jamiatul Momineen Satellite Town Rawalpindi declared that seerat and character of Mukhadderaat-e-Ismat and Taharat of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) as a guarantee of success here and the Hereafter. He said the holy mazar of Hazrat Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.) still provides spiritual and Imani relief and strength to those who search for the righteousness and the devotees from all over the world visit this mazar and return successful. Allama Syed Muhammad Abbas Zaini, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Syed Shahid Abbas Kazmi, Ali Raza Zaidi, Arif Al-Hussaini, Joan Ali Mashadi and Zafar Abbas Kazmi also addressed the Mehfil. A resolution adopted on the occasion while strongly condemning the American bombing inside Pakistani territory demanded from the government to exercise courage. Another resolution expressed grave concern on American activities against innocent people living in America, particularly Pakistani citizens. The resolution also termed orders to shift American forces and fighter planes to Far East as a dangerous move.
The participants also reiterated their resolve to fully support the right of self-determination of Kashmiris and independence movements of Palestinians and condemned further tightening of sanctions against Iraqi people. Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari addressed a similar gathering at Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh, Allama Qamar Abbas at Haideria Masjid, Allama Ghulam Askari at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Rawlapindi Cantt. Special prayers were offered for rooting out of problems faced by the Islamic World and for the solidarity and development of motherland Pakistan on this occasion. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching Tehreek headquarters, Mahafil-e-Milad and other functions in connection with the 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan were also held in Lahore, Multan, Sargodha, Chakwal, Faisalabad, Mianwali, Kasur, Karachi, Nawabshah, Larkana, Peshawar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Dera Ismail Khan, Gilgit, Bagh and Azad Kashmir. Mrs. Bokhari while addressing a special function organised by Anjuman Kaneezan-e-Masoomin said woman enjoy equal honour and status to man. She said the womans lap has been termed first school and a mother exercises more influence on her offspring and it has declared that the heaven is under her feet. Allama Syed Al-Hussaini addressing Mehfil Masooma-e-Qum at Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Rawalpindi Cantt. has said that every person of the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is placed on the highest pedestal of honour and respect. He said Hazrat Fatima Masooma-e-Qum (SA) is one of those pious personalities whose seerat is the beacon of light for women at large. Syed Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi addressing a religious function at Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim Sadaat Colony Islamabad has said that pious women of Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat (AS) have been termed a central point in incidents of sacrifice offered by women in the independence movements going on in Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya, Arakan, Philippines, Iraq and Lebanon. Allama Kazmi said the colonial world should keep in mind that we could be beaten up and crushed but no one could divert us from the right path. He said international colonial and Zionist powers were sowing the seeds of murder, arson, oppression and brutality themselves and they will have to confront its outcome also. He demanded summoning of emergent session of the OIC so as to lay down strategy to resolve the problems faced by Palestinians and other oppressed people amicably. Strongly condemning the American statement on their so-called right to cross over to Pakistani territory he termed it contrary to the United Nations manifesto and asked the international organisations to take a strong notice of this incident. RAWALPINDI, January 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that reason behind problems faced by the Islamic World is giving up the principles set out by Mashaheer-e-Islam. He stated this while addressing Mehfil Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.) marking the beginning of 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan in connection with the Wiladat Ba-Saadat of Hazrat Fatima binte Musa ibne Jaffar (S.A.) here on Friday. He said Islam is the most liked religion before God as it is the religion of peace and tranquillity and negates bias, oppression, brutality and all types of terrorism. But, he said, the colonial powers and their chief America continue making plans and new tactics in a bid to prove that Muslims are basically extremists, fundamentalists and terrorists. In doing so, they have so far targeted Indonesia, Beirut, Libya, and many other States, carried out more than 50,000 air strikes against Iraq including the Gulf War. Resultantly, the Iraqi people were dying as a result of sanctions imposed against Iraqi people and non-availability of food and medicine. Agha Moosavi said America has rooted out many settlements in Afghanistan in the garb of September 11 incident and there is no land throughout the world where she has not committed the murder of humanity while attack on any State and bid to show muscles is illegal, similarly America has given an open hand to CIA to kill anti-American people. On the other, whoever raises the voice of protest is rooted out by labelling as terrorist, he added. He said Pakistan cooperated with America to a large extent by joining the International Coalition but the other day they bombed the Pakistani territory while life of Pakistanis living in America is being made difficult. He opined that the basic reason of such tactics is that the world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were on the hit-list of colonial powers as a result of which all Muslim rulers were playing in the hands of chief of the colonial powers i.e. America just to save their power. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are the great personalities of Mashaheer-e-Islam whose character guarantees survival of humanity. He said if we are sincere in getting rid of colonial powers and her agents in real sense then we would have to create coherence in our words and deeds, support the oppressed and express hatred against the oppressors. Scholars, speakers and orators highlighted the importance of Azmat-e-Niswan in detail. In Federal Capital Islamabad, Allama Sadiqi while addressing a seminar at Madrassah Taaleem Al-Quran Jafariya said, the teachings and usswah of pious women of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are the best examples for women at large to follow. Allama Sajjad Haider Gardezi addressed a Mehfil-e-Milad held at Federal Area Dehlaliahs Ali Masjid in connection with the 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan. Addressing a function organised by Dukhtran-e-Islam in Rawalpindi, different women speakers highlighted different aspects of pious seerat of Masooma-e-Qum (SA) and strongly condemned the atrocities of colonial powers while paying rich homage to great women who sacrificed their spouses and offspring in movements of independence the world over. TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi President Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan and other speakers addressed Azmat-e-Niswan Conference organised at Imambargah Zain Al-Aza Satellite Town. RAWALPINDI, January 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Fatima binte Musa bin Jaffar (S.A.) as 3-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan from January 3-5 throughout the country. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) is the sign of Azmat-e-Niswan. He said whereas men have performed many achievements for the supremacy of their respective nations, women have also produced unmatched and great practical examples of sacrifice by following which we can achieve success. Agha Moosavi said women are sacrificing their offspring in Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Chechenya and elsewhere that are live examples of their great spirit. He appealed the countrymen to organised conferences, seminars and functions on the occasion of Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan to pay homage to great women the world over and the oppressed and have-nots and by expressing solidarity with them making it clear that attack on any Muslim or oppressed State would be considered as an attack on humanity. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, special prayers should be offered during these programmes for the supremacy of Islamic World, solidarity and development of motherland Pakistan and success of the independent movements launched by the oppressed. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan 31 December: President Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-Jafariya (TNFJ) Provincial Council Punjab Allama Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi described the possible US war on Iraq as a great challenge for entire Millat-e-Islamia to combat which the representative body of Islamic world, OIC has to come out of deep slumber and adopt bold strategy. He was addressing the monthly meeting of the Tehreek held Tuesday at Provincial Coordination office to discuss law and order in the province as well as organizational matters. Syed Naqvi said at present whole Islamic world in general and Pakistan in particular is at the target of terrorist US and allies which through different tactics want to kill Muslims. Syed Naqvi said the Daskah Church attack is mischief of India which conduct such attacks in a bid to divert world attention from atrocities being committed against minorities there, and especially from Muslim massacre in western state of Gujarat. He urged international organizations that if they want to establish peace in the world then stop United States and allies from carrying out oppressions against oppressed people of Palestine, Kashmir, Iraq and others besides getting the issues of Kashmir and Palestine resolved in line with UN resolutions. Stressing the need to implement Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance in the country, the meeting lamented that greed of power has given free hand to terrorists. The TNFJ meeting urged the government to fulfill rights of all schools of thought on basis of equality, and in this regard implement May 21, 1885 Junejo-Moosavi accord to resolve long-standing problems of Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan December 30: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has stressed the need of following actively the holy uswah (pattern) of Muhammad & Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT) to combat international despotism. Addressing a Majlis of Hazrat Sadiq-e-Muhammad & Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT) on Monday, Moosavi said martyrdom is acme of piety and abstinence that is the height of humanity and mankind. He said protection and defense of heavenly covenant has been the practice of selected persons of Allah, and as a penalty of which propagation and promotion they never hesitate in kissing martyrdom. He added dictators and despots of every era remained afraid of divine representatives because their objective is upholding the truth and eradication of oppression and barbarism. Sadiq-e-Muhammad & Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT) was one of these great personalities who never accepted anyones obedience save Allah. He said the seerat & kirdar of his infallible figure is beacon of light for have-not world. At present entire human world is caught by oppression and atrocities of colonial protagonist United States and its stooges India and Israel, the TNFJ chief made clear, adding that one demand after the other has become its (US) routine wicked-natured has plenty of lame excuses because its sole objective is to occupy means and resources of oppressed nations and Muslim people maintaining its supremacy along with stooges. He said United States is neither anyones friend nor anyone its enemy rather it is merely friend of its own interests and one who stands in it way is its (US) enemy. Moosavi said Pakistan joined International Coalition but the US exploited the New York & Washington event as a tactic. America should have to create ease for Pakistani Americans but they were first targeted. He termed the acts of US Immigration authorities as tantamount to sabotaging the measures taken by World Coalition, saying that it has made itself naked by including Pakistan in the list, ergo, it is obligatory upon the Pakistani government to raise the issue of Pakistani Americans on high level. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan December 29: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, on Sunday has urged that interests of faith & motherland and honour & dignity of humanity and mankind be given preference over all. Moosavi made his remarks while talking to a representative delegation headed by leader of TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh Ustad Abul Hasnain Zaidi (Kherpur Meras). Agha Moosavi said protagonist of international despotism, the US order for preparation for a war against Iraq, and dispatch of fleets and thousands of personnel to the Persian Gulf is a powerful slap on the face of United Nations, and tantamount to sabotaging UN resolutions besides not accepting its authority. He said it has become obligatory upon the UN to tell the whole world that its neither US hostage nor working for it. He said UN should stop America from striking Iraq using its authority and if the US does not abstain then ponder over its expulsion from the international body, and even then it does not desist then as a next step UN secretary-General Kofi Annan should step down immediately in protest. The TNFJ chief advised Islamic world to prove through its words and deeds as its time of hard trial that attack on any Islamic state including Iraq would be considered as an assault against whole Islamic world, ergo, we should give priority to the interests of Islamic world coming out of all types of shells i.e. regional, Arab & Ajam. He urged the Muslim countries having relations with Israel to snap ties immediately, OIC convene emergent meeting and adopting joint strategy meditate resolution of these problems and get rid of colonial powers. Talking to a representative delegation of Heat Ulama-e-Jafariya that called on him at the head of Allama Saqlain Haider Kazmi, Moosavi said international colonial protagonist considers Islamic worlds unity and solidarity a great danger for it, while Islam is a religion of love & affection besides being a messenger of peace which desires peace, and which to-date avoided aggression and expressed hatred to every kind of oppression, injustice and terrorism because it is against oppression which eradication includes in its topmost objectives. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – December 28: An elderly activist of Mukhtar Force, and Fiqh-e-Jafariya captive Mukhtar Hussain Jafri alias Baba Saqafi has passed away on Saturday after a prolong invalidity.
Deceased, 100, was buried in cemetery of Tarlai Kalan. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami led his funeral prayer. Baba Saqafi, an old activist of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, was affiliated with the Tehreek from the beginning and was at the forefronts of agitation launched from Hussaini Mahaz Rawalpindi for the achievement of shia demand. Expressing heart-felt condolence on the sad demise of Baba Saqafi, Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi paid tributes to his services. In a condolence statement, Agha Moosavi said the deceased was very humble and a lover of Muhammad & Aal-e-Muhammad (PBUT), who despite old age and weakness remained affiliated with his Markaz till his last breath. He termed Baba Saqfis death an irreparable loss, and prayed for high ranks of departed soul and patience for bereaved family. Meanwhile, Mukhtar Force will hold Quran Khawani and Majalis-e-Taraheem for Baba Saqafi. END
RAWALPINDI, December 27: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has termed the tragic incident of terrorism carried out in a church in Daska on the occasion of Christmas a heinous act of those elements who are out to interfere in the affairs of other States in the cover of such heinous incidents. He stated this while giving his reaction on the Daska incident. In a statement issue here from the Tehreek headquarters on Friday, he said bomb blasts in Hyderabad and Pirwadhai bus stand in Rawalpindi prior to Daska incident were a part of the same activity that could not be carried out by any patriotic person. He said Pakistan has become a mole in the eyes of the enemy being a citadel of Islam and an atomic power while Pakistan has thwarted the conspiracy of her perpetual enemy by joining International Coalition against terrorism. He said our perpetual enemy was carrying out oppression against minorities in her own country and the precarious situation of oppressed Muslims in Indian province of Gujerat stands witness to it. He said India desires to divert the world attention from this situation by using different tactics. Agha Moosavi said we stand committed to our point of view vis-à-vis terrorism that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country, he is terrorist and terrorist only, its wrong to say that terrorists are enemies of the minority and friends of the majority as they actually are friends of their own self-interest which we condemn strongly and demand from the government to tackle the terrorists with an iron hand. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the President had taken a courageous stand by introducing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but unfortunately it could not be implemented and had it been so there would have no incidents of terrorism rather the powers that be have given a free hand to terrorists for obvious reasons. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan Dec 26: A special quiz competition ceremony was held at Qasr-e-Abu Talib (AS) under the auspices of Mukhtar Generation (MG) Rawalpindi Cantt on the occasion of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavis announced countrywide Quaid Day in connection with the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Chauhdry Mushtaq Hussain, Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan and Syed Qalb-e-Abbas Naqvi were the guest of honour while the competition chief organizer Allama Syed Mohsin Hamdani, Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain, Maulana Kalim Mehdi Naqvi and Ibn-e-Ali Kazmi were judges.
The students, who participated in the competition, were asked questions on the topic of necessities of religion. RAWALPINDI, December 26: Special functions, conferences and seminars were organised in all big cities and towns on Youm-e-Quaid on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to mark the birth anniversary of Founder of the Nation Hazrat Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Political, religious leaders and intelligentsia highlighting the guiding principles and services of the Quaid-i-Azam addressed the programs. A seminar was held at Press Club Rawalpindi under the auspices of the District Youm-e-Quaid Committee of the TNFJ. Provincial President of the Tehreek Syed Abu Jaffar Naqvi presided over the seminar while Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari Chairman Pak Watan Party, Pir Naqeebur Rahman, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini Chairman Wahdat Ulema-e-Pakistan, Nasir Ali Karbalai, and Syed Najabat Hussain Kazmi were the guests of honour.
Addressing the seminar, a central leader of the TNFJ Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah desired primacy status to Quran in Allahs Message and the countrys Constitution that is why Islam has been mentioned as an official religion in Article 2 of the consensus 1973 Constitution. He said giving rights to all schools of thought in line with their beliefs and ideology on the basis of equality was a prerequisite to enforce Islam in its true spirit. He lamented that a particular class was dominating all State departments including media while Sunni and Shia both were deprived of their basic rights.
He demanded from the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of long-standing Shia demands. Syed Abu Jaffar Naqvi, in his presidential address termed the guiding principles of the Quaid i.e. Unity, Faith and Discipline as need of the hour. He said the reason behind our problems is negation of the goals and principles set by the Quaid-i-Azam. Shujaat Ali Bokhari Chairman Pak Watan Party, Meesam Tammar Central Convener Youm-e-Quaid Committee, Syed Najabat Hussain Kazmi, Ch. Abu Baidar Ali Chairman Nigraan Council Mukhtar Force, Syed Abd Hadi Naqvi Central President Mukhtar Students Organisation, Syed John Ali Mashadi and others also addressed the seminar. A resolution adopted on the occasion, expressed concern over ignoring the importance of Youm-e-Quaid. It said that merely change of guard at the Mazar-e-Quaid and declaring the day, as a public holiday was not sufficient to pay homage to the Quaid. If this trend continued, then the coming generations would totally disremember the Mashaheer-e-Islam and Pakistan including Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal, it said. The resolution lamented that only those programmes are covered on the electronic media in which ruling elite participate while they ignore all programmes organised by the public despite the fact that these institutions are run on public exchequer. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) Punjab Provincial Youm-e-Quaid Committee arranged the ceremony, which was chaired by an old activist of Pakistan Movement and an elderly Azadar of Lahore Syed Muhammad Naqvi. Addressing the ceremony, Syed Naqvi said that Quaid-e-Azam is that great protector of the nation courtesy to whom the slave-chained nation embraced with the blessing of freedom. He said the homeland that was created under the leadership of Muhammad Ali Jinnah has its bases in Kalma-e-Tauheed. Maulana Daud Jawad Mashhadi, Khateeb Masjid Bibi Pak Daminah Lahore, said that two-nation theory is the foundation of Pakistan deviating, which is negation of Quaid-e-Azams principles. By a resolution, presented by Convener Provincial Youm-e-Quaid Committeee Asad Ali Hasani, the congregation demanded from the government performance of alls rights on equal basis to make Pakistan welfare Islamic state according to the desires of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The resolution in this connection demanded immediate implementation of May 21 1985 Junejo-Moosavi accord. Another resolution adopted on the occasion vowed to say yes on the call of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi for achievement of rights of Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan and integrity, stability and development of motherland.
