ISLAMABAD, November 29: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that transfer of command from General Raheel Shareef to General Qamar Bajwa on completion of the constitutional tenure is a very good precedence that must also be followed by the rulers and politicians. If the same had happened in past then Pakistan did not have to see bad days. Pious characters of the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH&HP) and his grandson Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S) are the best formula for peace. He said this while addressing to a Majlis e Aza in connection with the demise of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) and martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S). On this occasion, processions of Taboot of the holy Prophet and Imam Hassan (A.S) brought out across the country. Agha Moosavi said If our rulers had raised the matter of arresting Indian spies, terrorist network operating under diplomatic cover, terrorist incidents, water terrorism, and Indian threats to Pakistan, in United Nations and on other international forums, activated OIC and taken Muslim states in confidence, the situation of Pakistan would have been different. Silence of our government is benefitting the enemy and damaging Pakistan. Agha Moosavi reminded that the incapability and lack of competence in politicians gave way for the martial law in 58 and the thirteen years tenure of the dictator gave birth to a feeling of being deprived in the nation. Martial in 71 led to the breaking of Pakistan and after that the next dictatorship destabilized the foundations of Pakistan and the nation is still reaping what was sowed during that period. He said that our enemy is very cunning whose every leader tried to inflict harm on Pakistan while Moodi is the worst of all who is waging a multidimensional war against Pakistan. India through her secret agency RAW and the agencies of some other states, is spreading and sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan and her objective is to make false accusations against Pakistan and create hatred in the hearts of the people of India. He said that India is trying to destabilize Balochistan and its proof are the arrested Kalbhoshan and his spying network which is an open intervention. He said that Indian Prime Minister Moodi openly announced his intervention in Balochistan on 15th August at Lal Qilaa. Caused multiple terrorist attacks in Balochistan that killed lawyers, members of security agencies, and innocent pilgrims at Dargah Shah Noorani and the purpose of these attacks was to destabilize Pakistan and sabotage CPEC. Agha Moosavi clarified that Indian rulers provoked people against Kalabagh Dam and now they are after CPEC as their agents are making remarks against the project. He said that Indian water-terrorism is now at its peak which is the violation of international agreement while India has also threatened to end the agreement. He said that despite being involved in every tragic incident that occurs in India, the rulers of India accuse Pakistan for every bad thing that happens on their own soil. India is bent upon declaring Pakistan as a terrorist state and trying her best to defame Pakistan therefore, her conspiracies can only be thwarted by a strong foreign policy and internal unity of all patriotic forces.

FC Jawans were targeted in Quetta and Peshawar a few days ago, Caretaker of an Imambargah in Sahiwal has been killed along with his son in Sahiwal, while DSP Faiz Ali Shigri was martyred in Karachi the other day along with his companion. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that had our rulers taken up the issue of dangerous Indian spy Kalbhushan and RAW agents working in the garb of Indian diplomats and presence of Indian spies in Gilgit-Baltistan on the international fora including the United Nations and got implemented all provisions of the National Action Plan then Pakistan would not have to see the bad days the day in and day out.
ISLAMABAD, November 27: Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the world must take notice of Yazeedi Indian announcement to block every drop of water to Pakistan which is just like announcing the open war. Criminal silence of international organizations on targeting passenger bus and ambulance in Azad Kashmir is a big question mark while Pakistan hasstill restricted herself to the traditional comments of maintaining the right to respond. Pakistan has been desperately awaiting an efficient foreign minister. Government must clarify that till when will they keep maintaining the right of responding to Indian aggression without any practical response? Decreasing flow of water in river Chenab is alarming, Pakistan army must be allowed to make surgical strikes against illegal Indian dams as otherwise, our next generations may have to starve. India is waging unannounced war against Pakistan and involved in brutal aggression on the LOC. If India is bent upon following the path of Yazeediyat, Pakistan must adopt the path of Hussainiyat that will disintegrate India forever. He said this while addressing to the Majlis e Mustafa (saww) o Mujataba(as). Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that since Pakistans inception, India has never accepted Pakistans existence while she does not even like to listen the name of Pakistan and trying to inflict harm on Pakistan for the last 68 years. India has also threatened Pakistan by her nuclear tests in 74 and later in 98, separated a part of Pakistan, occupied the water of three Pakistani rivers and still threatening to block further. Since Moodi came into power, India has not left a stone unturned in destabilizing Pakistan while her existing PM Moodi won elections merely upon his anti-Pakistan sentiments. India has opened multiple fronts against Pakistan, while during her foreign visits Indian government tries her best to Isolate Pakistan from her friendly states by accusing Pakistan for terrorism. He said that CPEC has spoiled the sleep of Indian government who is trying to sabotage the project at any cost. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Moodi openly accepted his intervention in Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan and spread a network of spies all across the country. Amongst those spies, Kalbhoshan was arrested from Balochistan while some others form Gilgit Baltistan that proved that India is fully involved in the terrorist incidents occurring in Pakistan. Terrorist attacks on lawyers, police training center, Dargah of Shah Noorani are the ultimate results of Indian intervention and conspiracies conducted to destabilize Pakistan and make us a failed state from economic perspective. To achieve her objectives, India has been creating hurdles in Pakistans economic projects. He said that Munafiqeen are also present inside Pakistan who support Indian policies while also claim to be the sympathizers of politicians and the people of Pakistan. Project of Kala-Bagh did not realize just because of these hypocrites who are still advocating our enemy. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that we are the followers of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) whose day of demise and the martyrdom day of his grandson Hazrat Imam Hassan e Mujtaba are being commemorated as Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa o Mujtaba who spread the Islamic message of peace and tolerance, condemned all kinds of aggression, discrimination and always adopted defensive strategy. He said that Pakistan was founded on the name of Islam and therefore, Pakistan has always preferred peace and harmony however; this attitude must not be confused with the Christian philosophy of receiving a slap on one side and placing the other side for another one. He said that stopping Indian pressure at this point is the most important need of the hour.
RAWALPINDI, November 26: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Gen. Raheel Sharif broke the back of terrorists and the new Army Chief Gen. Qamar Bajwa will have to crush the Indian designs and will have to take forward highest traditions being left by Raheel Sharif. The most powerful General, Raheel Sharif defended the honour of Nishan-e-Haider in his family by deciding to hand over the army command in a constitutional manner. The name of Raheel Sharif will remain alive in the war textbooks for winning the most difficult war against terrorism in the world. It is the great deed of Raheel Sharif not to let the democratic process derail despite getting many chances provided to him by politicians. Now the responsibilities of those rulers and politicians who used to blame the Army for their own defeats and slackness have increased manifold. Indication given by Russia to join the CPEC is a good omen and it would definitely help gain Russian help in the field of defence to Pakistan. These views were expressed by him while addressing a delegation of Ulema Karaam. Agha Moosavi said that Gen. Raheel Sharif passed his time with honour and served Pakistan more than his capacity, rooted out terrorism by 90 per cent, restored peace in Karachi, and is now leaving his office with honour and respect. Now all other institutions will have to apprise the world by their deeds that all institutions including the judiciary, legislature, administration are united and are a concrete wall against the internal and external enemy, he said adding the foreign policy will have to corrected. He said there is need to highlight the matter of intelligence agents and water aggression on all international fora including the United Nations because the life of agriculture countries like Pakistan is dependent on river water. The TNFJ chief said that India desires to become the policeman of the region by leaving Pakistan alone in the comity of nations and is utilizing all her energy to keep the friendly countries of Pakistan away from it. She never even hesitates from speaking against Pakistan on every international forum including the G-20. She also complains against Pakistan before the Israeli President. He said peace has been vanished from the world owing to Hippocratic attitude of the international organisations as their laws are different for Muslims and enemies of Muslims. They can get the decisions of self-determination implemented viz Mashriqi Taimoor, Sudan, Scotland Yard but are not taking the same steps to give the same right to the people of Kashmir and Palestine. He said the only solution to Kashmir and Palestine issues lay in implementation of the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the CPEC project has been formally initiated for the protection of which security institutions of Pakistan and China are active. He said Gen. Qamar Bajwa will have to fulfill the expectations on all fronts including war against terrorism, completion of CPEC, and Indias aggressive designs.
ISLAMABAD, November 22: Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the three years tenure of General Raheel Shareef is period of national pride and extraordinary military successes as he always outdared the enemy like lions. As long as General Raheel Shareef remained in the seat the enemies kept wailing and mourning therefore, we pay tributes to General Raheel Shareef and his comrades. Enemies must not forget that Pakistani nation is a brave nation while our army is the army of Nishan e Haider. The credit of operation Zarb e Azab and National Action Plan goes to General Raheel Shareef. Pakistan army gave countless sacrifices in the way of eradicating terrorists and succeeded. It is regretful that action of NAP could not be ensured in accordance with the spirit of the plan due to the political compromises made on the plan. Partial implementation of NAP did not allow complete eradication of terrorists however; the upcoming Chief of Army Staff will also serve this country to the best of his abilities as he would have full support and prayers of the whole nation with him. Terrorist attack on FC personnel on Charsadda Road in Peshawar is a coward attempt that is the result of making political compromises and giving relaxations to the banned outfits. He said this while announcing to observe 23rd to 29th Safar ul Muzaffar as Aalamgeer Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa o Mujtaba in connection with the death anniversary of the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH&HHP) and martyrdom anniversary the prince of peace Hazrat Imam Hassan e Mujtaba (A.S). Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed hopes that Pakistan army will keep following the path of General Raheel Shareef who is being retired with great respect and honor. Agha Moosavi said that the statement of Maula Ali ibn-e-Abi Talib (A.S) fits well on General Raheel Shareef in which Maula Ali said that live with people in such a nice manner that if you leave the world, people mourn you but if you stay alive, people stay eager to meet you. Agha Moosavi said that Indian aggression and shelling and firing has become the order of the day on the Line of Control in which several innocent civilians women and children have been killed while Indian intervention inside Pakistan also continues . Kalbhoshan was arrested, diplomats and spies were arrested in Gilgit Baltistan, Indian submarine detected and the drone shot down, all these incidents indicate that India is applying all tactics in her aggression against Pakistan and divert attention from the long pending Kashmir dispute. Agha Moosavi said that India is panic and trying to take revenge from Pakistan through Afghanistan. Rulers and politicians of Pakistan who are bent upon subjugating each other must prefer Pakistans dignity and raise the issue of Indian aggression on international forums. He said that government must call an immediate meeting of OIC so that the world could be given a message that Muslims are united against their enemies. In order to activate OIC Muslim countries must diminish discrimination of Arabi or Ajami. He said that Islam teaches for peace, harmony, patience and forbearance while also gives lesson to respect others ideologies, school of thought and sects. Islam condemns all kinds of nepotism, calls the murder of one man as a murder of the whole mankind, advocates for the dignity of Momin and considers it more than the dignity of Kaaba and this is the reason that none of the Islamic heroes initiated the war and Karbala is its biggest example. Agha Hamid Moosavi said that Karbala will always be a source of strength for the oppressed people of the world and enemies of Islam will always remain afraid of Karbala. He said that by the grace of Almighty Allah, the unity and solidarity demonstrated right from the first Muharram to Arbaeen e Hussaini without any sectarian discrimination and tributes paid to the holy Imam Hussain (A.S) are worth appreciating. We thank all schools of thought as well as the civil administration who ensured peace and harmony through their untiring efforts. It must be remembered that Azadari will continue till 8th Rabi ul Awal, Azadari is not against any one but it is the eternal protest against Yazeediyat.
RAWALPINDI, November 21: The Chehlum (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) of Shaheed-e-Azam and Mohsin-e-Insaniyyat Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the world and the country. Matmi processions were taken out in all cities of the country while in Karbala (Iraq) more than 30 million Azadaran gathered and paid pursa of Imam Hussain (A.S.) in Bargah-e-Risalat. In Rawalpindi, main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani to express their devotion to the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.). Zuljinah, Alam Mubarik, Taazia, Mehndi Shahzada Qasim (A.S.), Gehwara Masoom Ali Asghar (A.S.), Taboot Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and other Taburrakaat were included in the Chehlum procession. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said that the Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) has termed Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) beacon of guidance and rescuing ark and said that Hussain (A.S.) is from me and me from Hussain (A.S.) so as to inform the world about the status Hussain (A.S.) enjoyed. He said the Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW) appeared in Karbala by becoming the Tafseer of Nana Rasools (SAAW) saying and by offering sacrifice of his, his offspring and near and dear ones thwarted the Yazidi conspiracy aimed at making amendments and rejections of Shariat-e-Mustafa (SAAW) and revived the Mustafvi religion. He said that as per saying of the Sultan Al-Hind Moeenuddin Chishti Ajmeri that Hussain (A.S.) is the Deen, Deen Panah and the Bina of La Illaha Illallah therefore there is need to adopt Hussainiyyat to save Pakistan from internal and external enemies.
Answering a question, Agha Moosavi said that rulers and politicians are the biggest hurdle in way of National Action Plan as 18 of the 20 provisions of the National Action Plan have not been implemented. He demanded restriction on the deeds of terrorists and extremists instead of imposing ban on their names. He said the enemies of Pakistan desire to thwart the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor the proof of which is the arrest of Indian intelligence agents and incidents of terrorism reported from Balochistan in which proofs of Indian involvement are found. He said we pay tributes to the Pakistans Armed Forces for carrying out the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and defending the frontiers. He called upon the rulers and politicians to support the Pakistans Armed Forces and implement every provision of the National Action Plan so as to save the motherland from the enemies. The TNFJ chief while answering a question, rejected the impression that any one Maslak is the target of terrorism and said the target of terrorists are not Shia, Sunni, Deobandi and Barelvi but Islam and Pakistan. He said there is no Shia-Sunni conflict throughout the world however the enemy was trying to give the fire ignited by her the Maslaki and Maktabi colour and that has to thwarted through unity, brotherhood and by promoting relations among all Makatab. He said instead of adding fuel to the fire, OIC should be summoned to resolve problems of the Muslim States. He said the OIC keeps a status of Muslim Mohaz therefore it should be activated but unfortunately like some satanic forces have made the United Nations as their slave, similarly OIC is hostage in the hands of a few Arab States thus have lost its importance.
Agha Moosavi said that the Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is the Sunnah of Syeda Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) and Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and the symbol of victory of the oppressed Aseeran over the oppressive rulers. He said the Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) provided protection to religion, Shariat and humanity by staging the Maidan-e-Shahadat while Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) took to its height by giving protection to the objective of Hussain (A.S.). He said the Azadari introduced by Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is the eternal protest against Yazidiyyat, tyranny, oppression and brutality and is the basic right of the oppressed. Addressing the main gathering of the Chehlum procession at Fawwara Chowk, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi highlighted the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) for the survival of religion of Islam and humanity. Others who also spoke on the occasion were: Ch. Abu Baidar Ali, Dr. N.H. Naqvi, Jarwan Muhammad Kazmi, Mehdi Asif, and Lutuf Ali. A resolution presented by Abu Naseem Bokhari, Spokesman of Muharram Committee Azadari Cell Rawalpindi. The resolution said that the whole world presents tributes to the Syed-us-Shuhada for the great sacrifice rendered by him and his near and dear ones. The resolution while condemning the Indian provocation at the Line of Control termed it an open violation of United Nations Charter, international laws and ceasefire and demanded from the comity of the nations to take notice of the Indian war mongering and indecent intentions. It said that the whole nation is standing behind the Pakistans Armed Forces for the defence of the motherland and are ready to give a swash-buckling reply to the coward enemy. The resolution demanded from the government to take the issues of Indian interference and facilitation of terrorists in Balochistan on international fora courageously. The resolution condemned the incidents of terrorism including the suicide blast at the spiritual leader Bilawal Shah Nooranis shrine and demanded complete implementation of the National Action Plan. The resolution while terming the biased attitude in the State institutions as trampling of Nazria-e-Asaasi made it clear that the Maktab-e-Tashih is deprived of their rights even today and there is a particular groups that is in control of all State institutions including Council of Islamic Ideology, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee and Federal Shariat Court which is an open violation of the ideologies and sayings of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam. The resolution demanded that the Muslim States should achieve the right of veto in the Security Council, manage to stop atrocities on Muslims in Yemen, Nigeria and Burma, and get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of the respective people. It called for a joint strategy to stop the interference of colonial powers in the Muslim States, resolve their problems themselves and those Muslim countries that are interfering in the affairs of other Muslim countries should stop doing it. The resolution supported the Independence Movement of Kashmir and announced unwavering support for them. While putting complete confidence in the leadership of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi it reiterated the resolve to support any call given by him for the protection of religion and motherland. Later, after performing Zanjeer-Zani at Fawwara Chowk, the participants of the main Chehlum procession reached Raja Bazar and Purana Qila where Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession. The main Chehlum procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk and Mukhtar Organisation had set up Azadari Camp near Imambargah Qadeemii Hussaini Mohaz where MSO and MO workers and children belonging to Mukhtar Generation performed their duties. Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and MF volunteers remained with the procession throughout along with heavy contingent of police. Meanwhile, according to information reaching the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, Arbaeen-e-Hussaini Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala processions were taken out from all small and big cities and town including Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sukkur, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Dera Ismail Khan, Jhang, Sargodha, Layyah, Khushab, Chakwal, Jhelum, Dera Murad Jamali, and Jacobabad.
ISLAMABAD, November 20: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-JafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the stay of Nawasa-e-Rasool Al-Saqlain (SAAW), Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) was for the protection of human freedom and Islamic values and for refusal to subservience to oppression and brutality. Humanity and Islam will always remain imbibed on Hussain (A.S.). The Zikr of Hussain (A.S.) will remain intact till the humanity exists. Gathering of crores of people belonging to every religion, Maslak and country in Karbala-e-Moallah on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is a proof of Hussain (A.S.) being the Shaheed-e-Insaniyyat. This was stated by him in his message on the occasion of Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala Arbaeen-e-Hussaini that is being observed throughout the country on Monday 20 Safar. Agha Moosavi said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) fulfilled the right of being brought up in the lap of Mustafa (SAAW) and sacrificed all he had in way of Allah and presented the sacrifice of his whole family and the near and dear ones. Relations of Muslim States with the Yazids of this era i.e. India and Israel are the tragedy of the Islamic World and are tantamount to adding fuel to the fire for Kashmiris and oppressed Palestinians. He called upon the OIC to get Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine and Myanmar their rights that is not possible unless they unite. He demanded that the trampling of people of Qateef Al-Ahsaa, Bahrain, Yemen and Nigeria may be stopped. Muslim States should present themselves as a model for human rights first, he said adding, that with the trampling of human rights in Muslim States, the satanic forces were being strengthened. The TNFJ chief said that Arbaeen-e-Hussaini is the exemplary memory of the victory of Syeda Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.), Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and Aseeran-e-Karbala (A.S.) on oppressors who did not let the Parcham-e-Hussaini down after the Karbala incident and laid the foundation of Azadari forever in memory of the Karbala martyrs. He said Syeda ZainabBinte Ali (S.A.) and Imam ZainulAbideen (A.S.) bore all types of problems and difficulties and fulfilled the duty of saving the objective of Hussain (A.S.) with courage and bravery. He said their Khutbaat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid shattered the power corridors. Agha Moosavi said oppression is reigning the world once again; restriction has been imposed on Azaan in Masjid-e-Aqsa in Palestine, bloody massacre is going on in Kashmir for the last five months, in Myanmar BudhBhakshoos have carried our immense atrocities on Muslims and only a few days ago two dozen Muslims have been killed and many villages have been put on fire, massacre of Muslims is going on in Nigeria and Masajid and Imambargahs are being put on fire, in Bahrain minority is ruling the majority and crushing them badly, while Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen has been uprooted but the colonial monsters are still thirsty of Muslim blood. He said the solution to all these issues lay for the Islamic World to follow the path of Hussain (A.S.) that is commensurate with faithfulness, sacrifice, courage, bravery, firmness and unity of those who are on the right path. The TNFJ chief said those countries who have hijacked the OIC summon its session only when they feel threat to their power and when the blood of Muslims is being shed like water they keep a criminal silence. He advised them to come out from the shackle of Arab and Ajam. He expressed his firm belief that the Kashmiris and Palestinians who are following in the footsteps of the Karbala martyrs will reach their destination by emerging successful in their fight against oppression and brutality in different parts of the country because how big Yazidany oppressor may be, he has to face defeat at the hands of firmness shown by the followers of truthfulness. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said 1400 years on but even today the movements of independence and freedom from all over the world are being enlightened from Karbala and telling the world that we the Karbalawallas who neither be suppressed by oppression nor diverted from the righteous path. ISLAMABAD, November 19: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-JafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that there will be no difference by increasing two more organisations in the counting of banned organisations rather restriction be imposed on their work. There are already five dozen organisations that were banned but working with new and old names openly, keeping contacts with ministers, taking part in elections so much so that they are included in all State institutions including the Council of Islamic Ideology and Ruet-e-Hilal Committee and are enjoying complete protocol. These views were expressed by him while addressing a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Khyber-Pakhtunkhwas Patron, Agha Abbas Ali Kiani who also presented the Arbareen-e-Hussaini Number of the Majallah-e-Moosavi Peshawar to the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya. Agha Moosavi said that the whole burden of anti-terrorism has been put on the army, and the sacrifices of the Pakistans Armed Forces are being burnt in the oven of political interests. All institutions set up for Islamisation including the Council of Islamic Ideology are being used for bargaining which is tantamount to making fun of people and Islam. Israel and India are the main sources of terrorism and their collusion is a threat to humanity. The United Nations is in the hands of international satans. The reality is, every Muslim consider the sanctity of Haramain as sacred and its disrespect as an unforgiveable sin. Aqa e Moosavi iterated and questioned that how those, who are removing the sings of those who sacrificed their lives for the protection of Haramain and have demolished the graveyards of Janatul Baqee and Janatul Muallah, will be honest for the protection of Haramain? Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi asserted that the alliance of Jews and Hindus is dangerous for humanity. Because Israel has squeezed the lives of the Arab countries and India has crossed all the limits of barbarities in Kashmir. ISLAMABAD, November 15: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the United Nations is responsible for the Martyrdom of Pakistani soldiers at the Line of Control and the massacre of Kashmiris as it has not fulfilled its promises. The United Nations has become an institution that takes care of the colonial powers and its job is to bind the hands and feet of the oppressed and throw them before the colonial monsters. If the newly elected United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres desires to save the existence of the United Nations then he should declare solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues as his first priority because the whole world is standing on the brink of disaster owing to these two issues. These views were expressed by him while addressing the Azadaran in connection with the Ashra Aseeran-e-Karbala. Agha Moosavi said the whole nation pays tributes to the Pakistans Armed Forces. He said the only two provisions of the National Action Plan were implemented while the remaining 18 provisions remain to be implemented. He said that the government policies are giving wind to biases. He said there are contradictions as a religious scholar has been sent to jail as a punishment for repeating his demands using his constitutional right by accusing him of delivering a provocative speech while in the heart of Islamabad, the banned groups openly delivered hate speeches and raised atheist slogans but they went scot-free and even no FIR was registered against them that poses a big question mark. He said the Aseeran-e-Karbala bore worst problems and difficulties and took the Hussaini Tehreek of Nizam-e-Mustafa (SAAW) to its goal in which the Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat of the Prophets (SAAW) family played an active role in unveiling the oppression and brutalities of the then rulers. The TNFJ chief said that objective of setting up the United Nations on 24 October 1945 after the World War was to save the next generations from war flames and create peace and tranquillity at the international level and take such steps that may reduce threats posed to the international peace, resolved mutual conflicts of states in line with justice and international laws, respect the independence and autonomy of nations, respect the sovereign power, and respect the human rights and independence without any discrimination on the basis of colour and creed. He said after the divide of Hindustan, India by violating the international laws occupied Kashmir, Hyderabad Deccan Junagadh, Manavadar States. However, some part of Kashmir was got freed while most of its portion is under Indian occupation, he said adding that Indian Prime Minister Nehru himself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations where resolutions were adopted for solution of Kashmir issue in line with the desires of Kashmiris through giving them right for self-determination but the United Nations could not get these resolutions implemented so far. Agha Moosavi said that India has deployed 7-lakh strong army in Kashmir trampling the United Nations Resolutions and have made the life of Kashmiris miserable. He said thousands of Kashmiris have lost their eye-sight as they were hit by Indian pellet guns, thousands are injured and a large number of them have been put in jails. The Independence Movement of Kashmir rose to its height after the Shahadat of Burhan Wani. He lamented that the United Nations is following the Hippocratic attitude as right of self-determination has been given in Scotland, Mashriqi Taimur and southern Sudan but Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine are being denied the same right because they are Muslims. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the United Nations could not get its charter implemented by any powerful country. He said after the Russian break-up, America left no country of the world by committing interference, she left Pakistan alone after using it against Russia. Pakistan bore the most losses at the hands of terrorism patronised by America, about 75 thousands lives were lost besides material loss but their demand for do more is unending even today. He said all provisions of the National Action Plan except two that cater to setting up of army courts and awarding death term to terrorists, could not be implemented. ISLAMABAD, November 14: The two-day high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya concluded after adopting important resolutions. The meeting presided over by Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was attended by delegates from all the four provinces, FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan. According to Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information, the resolutions adopted during the meeting reiterated that Ayyam Aza-e-Hussaini that began from Muharram 1 will continue with full glory till 8th Rabiul Awwal and during this period the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) programmes on Safarul Muzaffar 20 will be held will full honour and respect. The resolution called upon the government to make fool-proof arrangements for all Chehlum processions and ensure bringing out of all traditional and licensed processions and hold all Majalis under the May 25, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement so that all Azadaran can pay homage to the great sacrifice of the Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) without any discrimination on the basis of any Maktab or Maslak. Another resolution strongly condemning the terrorist attack on spiritual leader Bilawal Shah Noorani expressed concern that terrorists almost crushed by the Zarb-e-Azb have started raising their heads again owing to weaknesses in National Action Plan. It said that since August to-date three big suicide attacks have been reported only from Balochistan in which hundreds of people have lost their lives, therefore, it is necessary to implement the National Action Plan so as to root out terrorism because a terrorist keeps no Maslak or religion, therefore, all countries and Masalak should express their hatred against terrorists and they should not allow refuge to the enemies of humanity to in their ranks. Yet another resolution while expressing concern on the war crimes of Indian Prime Minister Modi and arrest of intelligence agents from Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan, demanded from the government to take up the issue of Indian interference in Balochistan and her help to terrorists on international fora. It said that even a mild incident in India and they put the whole blame on Pakistan while silence of the Pakistani rulers even on solid proofs of Indian interference is meaningful. Another resolution termed the Maslaki bias kept in State institutions as trampling of the Nazria-e-Asaasi and made it clear that conspiracy to turn Pakistan into a State of a particular group is still going on. The Maktab-e-Tashish is deprived of their rights even today as a particular group is dominating all State institutions including Pakistan Ideology Council, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, and Federal Shariat Court which is open violation of the ideas and sayings of the Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam. A resolution lamented state of anarchy in Muslim countries which are confronted with one problem or the other and are surrounded by satanic forces. It said the Muslim countries should struggle to gain a Veto power in the Security Council and get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people. They should also lay down a joint strategy to stop the interference of colonial powers in the Muslim countries and resolve their problems themselves. Those Muslim countries that are interfering in the affairs of other Muslim countries should change their attitude. Another resolution called upon the government and the opposition to support the Pakistans Armed Forces from the core of their heart as they are not only protecting the frontiers of the country but are also fighting the war of Pakistans integrity and survival against terrorists. The resolution reiterated unwavering support to the Freedom Movement of Kashmir. Yet another resolution made it clear that our life and death is for Pakistan and the whole Pakistani nation would prove a concrete wall against any conspiracy against the national integrity and brotherhood. The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan and Israel are two such countries that came into being on the basis of ideology. Islamic Republic of Pakistan is the continuation of first Islamic State that was set up in Madinah. All colonial forces are active against Pakistan from the day one. He said unfortunately, Pakistan came in the hands of those people who termed the Founder of the Nation as Kafir-e-Azam and Islamic State of Pakistan as Kafiristan and made it a testing ground in different eras; sometimes in khaki and sometimes in white, they continue coming and going, lost one half of the country so much so that 11-year rule of a tyrant shattered the countrys ideology. Agha Moosavisaid that our perpetual enemy imposed war on us in 1965 and 1971 and then carried out nuclear blasts in 1974 to threaten Pakistan which was condemned by the world. Those leaders who loved Islam and Pakistan set up OIC in 1967 sensing dangers for Islamic State against which the colonial chief of terrorists became active and assassinated Shah Faisal, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Col. He said out principled stand about terrorists is known by everyone that a terrorist keeps no country, religion and Maslak,rather he is only a terrorist. He said restriction was imposed on terrorist organisations in the light of the principled point of view of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya and they were banned. There were sixteen such parties and now they are in dozens. It should be kept in mind that Sunnis and Shias are not target of terrorists rather it is Islam and Pakistan. Agha Moosavi said that Gen. Raheel Sharif had stated Operation Zarb-e-Azb after the massacre at Army Public School and National Action Plan was also formed that has 20 provisions; rulers and politicians are the biggest hurdle in implementation of the same as they have friendly relations with terrorist groups because they help them in elections as per their requirements. The same rulers and politicians are also creating hurdles in sending the refugees to their own country as they desire to keep them here for their political requirements. On the contrary, he added, the Bangladeshi Mohajireen who love Pakistan are leading life in dilapidated conditions; therefore, the government should give refuge to real Pakistanis and get rid of enemies in the garb of friends. The TNFJ chief said that Gen. Raheel Sharif and the Pakistans Armed Forces have carried out exemplary efforts to root out terrorists. Only they followed the National Action Plan. He said that provision 7 of the National Action Plan stops banned terrorist groups from working with new names while rulers, ministers meet the leaders and elders of these banned organisations. He said actually the big powers and Pakistani rulers consider the terrorists as their requirement. At present only the provision regarding the death term is being implemented. He said it is not easy to root out terrorism because the world powers themselves are their creators. He said TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya has carried out successful struggle to keep Pakistan remain on its ideology and by the grace of God, Islamic Republic of Pakistan is not a state of any particular group. He said that they thwarted the colonial designs of dividing Muslim States into sectarian groups and todays Pakistans official religion is Islam and no sect. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavisaid that there are chances of new American President to carry out attacks on Islamic countries therefore all Muslim countries should unite, make the OIC active, and achieve a united vote of Veto in the UNO. He said the norms of justice should be fulfilled in Panama Case. He said Azadari is the defence of religion, Shariat and humanity, its promotion is the source of survival and the spirit of worships. He said we are born for the Azadari of Syed-us-Shuhada and will never allow anyone to cause any harm to it.
ISLAMABAD, Nov. 12: Supreme leader of Shia Ulema Board and Tehreek Nifaz e Fiqah Jafaria Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi Saturday strongly condemned the terrorist attack on dargah (mausoleum) Shah Noorani and urged the government to shun friendship with out-lawed outfits, show integrity and fully implement the National Action Plan. In reaction to the bloody incident at Hub, Moosavi lamented in a statement issued here that the attack was part of the on-going Indian conspiracy to fail CPEC and destabilise Pakistan. He added the cunning sworn enemy of Pakistan had this time again targeted Balochistan. He called on the rulers to show character and integrity to make Pakistan a peaceful abode instead of giving concessions to the banned militant groups, having selfies with them and allowing them to take part in elections. He alleged this trend of the rulers was like a joke with the National Action Plan and the sacrifices of the armed forces under the Zarb-e-Azb and the war against terrorism. Moosavi made it clear that peace across Pakistan would remain illusive unless and until, the perennial complacency against banned outfits was put away by ensuring 100 per cent implementation of the National Action Plan. Pakistans existence and sovereignty is a throne in the eyes of the enemies due to Pakistans nuclear power and Islamic founding ideology therefore, government must review its foreign policy, instead of suppressing each other, Pakistan army must be supported to defeat internal and external enemies, action on all points of NAP, search operation must be extended to all parts of the country without any discrimination, Indian aggression and Kashmir issue must be highlighted on all international forums to control all kinds of problems. Despite being enchained, Hazrat Zainab bint-e-Ali (A.S), saved the dignity of Tauheed o Risalat by spreading the message of Hussainiyat through her remarkable sermons in the courts of Yazeed, Ibn-e-Zeyaad, and bazars of Syria and Kufa. Agha Moosavi said that the situation faced by Pakistan for the last four decades has affected our internal and external strategies. He said that our security agencies are facing severe challenges against terrorism since 9/11 who are sacrificing their lives in quest of eradicating the menace of terrorism. He said that Zarb e Azab operation is nearing its successful conclusion as the nation has fully supported Pakistan army however, rulers and politicians are a hurdle in the implementation of National Action Plan. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Pakistan army is keeping the operation against terrorism continued despite disappointing situation while the enemies do not leave any stone unturned to inflict harm. He said that if we look at the countries around us then we can see that significant changes are taking place and the biggest of all is the unexpected Trumps win in Presidential elections of USA. He said that from 1952 to Obamas period today Pakistan allied with USA and faced a great loss that resulted in the murder of Liaqat Ali Khan, Bhutto was hanged, Nawaz Shareef had to face exile due to nuclear tests, war of 65 was imposed in accordance with the wishes of chief of colonial powers,waited for American naval fleet in 71 and had to see of a part of Pakistan. He stressed upon the fact that the issues of Kashmir in South Asia and Palestine in Middle east are biggest hurdle in the way of peace. He said that this is a test of judiciary which if announced a righteous and just decision, then it will be a historic judgement that will act as a preface of Pakistans dignity and respect. Pious character of Babul Hawaaij, Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S) is the death of dictatorship who confronted the oppressors throughout his life and gave lesson of supporting the oppressed that if acted upon can eliminate all kinds of evil forces. He said this while addressing to a Majlis held in connection with the Youm e Noor observed as the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S). He said that our eternal enemy is trying her best to destabilize Pakistan and accuses Pakistan for each and every incident that occurs on Indian territory while our rulers do not even mention about the captures of in-service India spies like Kalbhoshan and members of RAW under diplomatic covers. Agha Moosavi said that in accordance with the holy Quran the judge or judiciary must take decisions in accordance with the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP). Islam has no preference of rich over poor, or the worldly influences of the parties but it only dictates for justice, impartiality and fair play. After the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) his pious heirs fulfilled the demands of justice. The holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) stated that Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (A.S) is the best judge among all of you. Therefore, when Ameer ulMomineen despite being the righteous caliph gave verdict against himself in a case with against a Jewish man, the Jew was so impressed with Hazrat Alis Justice that he accepted Islam and recited Kalmah to become a Muslim. Pakistan is the only state of the world whose founding ideology is based upon Islam and its foundations are laid upon justice and fair play however; Pakistanis are still deprived of the justice. Rulers are duty bound to present themselves for accountability. Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariya offers itself for all kinds of accountability as before. RAWALPINDI, November 07: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the government after sowing the seeds of sectarianism was following in the martial law type activities. The anti-country powers may try their best but would not succeed in promoting Maslaki conflict in the motherland. The government should avoid to be blackmailed by those who are paid by foreign countries. In 30 years, it was for the first time that historic line of action under National Action Plan was devised with national consensus implementation of which guarantees to root out terrorism from the country. He said Shahadat of Hazrat Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.) blackened the faces of oppressive rulers till the D-Day. The grave of the Nabizadi in the Zindaan-e-Shaam will keep the devotees of Rasool (SAAW) trembling. These views were expressed by him while addressing Ulema-e-Karaam on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of minor Aseera-e-Karbala and Shaheed-e-Zindaan Hazrat Masooma Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.). He also appealed the devotees of Risalat to organise Majalis-e-Noor on 7 Safar marking the Youm-e-Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.). Agha Moosavi said the provision 7 of the National Action Plan pledges not to allow banned organisations to work with new names; provision 5 demands crackdown on delivering hate speeches; provision 18 suggests punishments for airing Maslaki violence; provision 9 demands actions against religious extremism, and provision 11 commits not to allow coverage of banned organisations in the print and electronic media. But, unfortunately, all these provisions were made fun of in the patronage of government during the meeting of the Interior Minister with banned parties and in their rallies. Neither any action has been taken against them on this open violation of the National Action Plan to-date nor any FIR was been registered against them. The whole electronic media gave coverage to them while all newspapers printed their stories with banner headlines like it has been done before also. He said that not only the government but almost all parties including Peoples Party and Tehreek-e-Insaf have the honour of striking alliance with them in the local bodies elections. The TNFJ chief said that the recent government steps encouraged terrorists and the heinous chain of target killing started again in Karachi rather the sensitive area of Wah Cantt was also not spared. The forces averse to Pakistan have started playing a heinous game by linking this target killing sometimes to Shias and sometimes to Sunnis while the long-standing point of view of the TNFJ is that a terrorist keeps no Maslak, he is only a terrorist and may be tackled in that manner only. He said the target of terrorists is not only Deobandi, Barelvi, Shia or Sunni but Pakistan and Islam. He said we also know the method of staging protest and it were we who had occupied the Secretariat and got the restriction on religious processions withdrawn after a 8-month long peaceful agitation in the worst Ziaul Haq era and did not cause damage even to a cart nor forced anyone to shut his shop down. We Karbala-Walas can do all this again today but we also know the time is critical and doing such things would definitely harmful for the countrys security and solidarity that is dear to us from all other things, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that government could remain with atheism but not with oppression and injustice. Therefore, he said, the rulers should get every provision of the National Action Plan implemented without any fear and favour and not allow a situation to prevail that may give the impression of favouritism and reservation. He said this while addressing to a delegation of provincial commander of the volunteers of Mukhtar Force KPK led by Agha Nawaz Ali Kiyani who came from Peshawar. Agha Moosavi said that the criteria of supremacy is Zohd o Taqwa and Justice is the nearest to Taqwa. Therefore, it is important that the judiciary maintains justice for all matters and teaches the same to others as well. He said that there is a lack of justice in the whole world. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that the postulates of justice include that justice must prevail in all kinds of situations, witnesses must give statements not for the success of a person but for the contentment of Almighty Allah no matter if he himself gets caught in it. While witnessing the status, designation, economic and social situations of the parties must not be considered and the witness must clarify the incidents in the correct manner without having any influence of his personal desires. If someone gives statement only to save or damage someone, then he committed Zulm instead of justice and the witness will have to face the wrath of God due to such kind of a statement. Agha Moosavi said that Hajj must not be dependent upon internal and external factors as Almighty Allah orders Do justice among people and according to Hadees e Nabwi, a signle day of a Justice is better than the sixty years of worship. Allah loves a justice man more than anyone else. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi clarified that due to the absence of justice in Pakistan, our enemies are attacking us and our eternal enemy is trying to inflict harm on Pakistan who imposed four wars on us, disintegrated Pakistan in 71, threatened us with the nuclear tests, and created RAW to create unrest and terrorism in Pakistan. He said that ever since Moodi came into power, open intervention in Pakistan has been intensifying, after the arrest of Indian sypKalbhoshanYadev, exposing of another Indian secret network involved in conspiring against Pakistan is an open evidence that Indian rulers are trying to make Pakistan a second Bangladesh and divert it from its fundamental ideology. However, our rulers instead of confronting Indian rulers, are trying to have dinners and lunches with them. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef did highlight Kashmir issue in United Nations but avoided taking name of Indian spy KalbhoshanYadev. He said that considering the tough situation faced by Pakistan, the rulers and politicians must mend their ways, prefer the respect and dignity of Pakistans armed forces and highlight their sacrifices, foreign minister must be appointed on immediate basis, and the world must be informed about the Indian interventions in Pakistan and fully involved in terrorism inside Pakistan. Any silence in this matter will be enmity towards Pakistan. He said that India continues aggression against Pakistan through a well-planned program while international institutions and regional organizations and NGOs are involved in piousonous propaganda against Pakistan and trying to prove Pakistan as a terrorist state. No terrorist can create differences between Shias and Sunnis as both are like the two arms of Islam. Ahl-e-Sunnah also participate in the processions of Azadari along with Ahl-e-Tashayyo and both will always be together. He said that the rulers of Pakistan must wake up and stop creating hurdles in Zarb e Azab operation. Operation against terrorists must be started in Punjab and Islamabad also along with Karachi, FATA and KPK. Internal enemy must be curbed to save Pakistan through a decisive action against the banned organizations. All points of National Action Plan must be acted upon and Pakistans armed forces must be fully supported. Agha Moosavi said that We are the inheritors of Karbala and never get afraid of death. We preferred humanity and brotherhood even during the worst times of terrorism as it is the message and teaching of Islam. Shia Sunni were always together and will always be together. No one can create differences between Shia and Sunni under the grab of any sectarian association.
ISLAMABAD, October 29: The Chief patron of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and the leader of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya while condemning terrorist incident in Nazimabad Karachi said that it took place because free hand given by the government to the banned organization. In a statement, he said that the internal and external enemy of Pakistan got united to sabotage the Pak China Economic Corridor Project; therefore, the government must give preference to the defence and integrity of the nation and the country over everything else. Instead of pinning down each other the rulers and the politicians should utilize all their energies to elevate the honour of the country. While paying salute to the martyred mourners (Azadars), he reiterated his promise that terrorism cannot stop the way of Azadari. The mourning of Imam Hussain (A.S.) will continue in all circumstances and the conspiracy of the enemy will be wrath with the display of unity between Shia and Sunni. He requested mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) to be peaceful and should give priority to Azadari over all other matters. The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the government to bring to justice the culprits of Nazimabad incident forthwith and instead of giving freehand to terrorists they should be dealt with iron hand. In this regard implementation of the National Action Plan must be ensured and for the political objectives the sacrifices of Zarbe Azab must not be wasted, he added.
RAWALPINDI, October 28: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has called upon the government and the opposition to avoid hurting the sanctity of Muharram through political confrontation. Protest is the basic right while the policy of violence is contrary to democracy and torture on women is condemnable. He said special arrangements be made for Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions throughout the country from 27 Muharram to 6 Safar in connection with the Ashra Shaheeda-e-Zindaan marking the Shahadat of Hazrat SakinaBinte Hussain (S.A.). These views were expressed by him while addressing a meeting of office-bearers of Central Control Room Muharram Azadari Cell of TNFJ here Friday. Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari said that at present the motherland is in the grip of internal and external threats from the perpetual enemy. Pakistans Armed Forces are fighting a four-tier war, therefore the rulers and politicians should exercise wisdom and avoid negative activities. He appealed the followers of Rasool (SAAW), Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) to give priority to Gham-e-Hussain (A.S.) because Azadari is an eternal protest against Yazid in every era. He said the biggest blasphemy of the human history was committed in the plains of Karbala and in the streets and courts of Kufa and Shaam where the grandson of the Rasool (SAAW) Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.), Ahle-Bait Rasool (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) were martyred without any crime while Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Tahrat of Rasools (SAAW) family were made to roam in the streets and courts bare-headed. He said the name of Hazrat Sakina (A.S.) was Fatima and Imam Hussain (A.S.) used to call her Sakina (S.A.) with affection. When this Masooma (S.A.) set out for Karbala from Madina along with her father, she was 3 years, 7 months and 4 days old. He said the exemplary role of Hazrat Sakina Binte Hussain (S.A.) is the best example for children at large to follow. He appealed that commitment may be announced for the oppressed world by expressing continuous support to the oppressed and hatred against oppression and brutality in the Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdariprogrammes by observing AshraShaheeda-e-Zindaan from 27 Muharram to 6 SafarulMuzaffar on the occasion of Shahadat of Masooma-e-Karbala Hazrat Sakina (S.A.). Meanwhile, TNFJ central committee has been formed to organise programmes for the AshraShaheeda-e-Zindaan. Prof. Sughra Malik has been nominated as convener, Sardar Begum as deputy convener, ApaSyeda Hussain as Secretary while SyedaAbeer Zaidi and ApaSyedaLawa Zainab will act as deputy secretaries.
ISLAMABAD, October 27: The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abideen (A.S) laid the foundation of international protesting against cruelty, corruption, and oppression whose sermons are wobbling the courts of dictatorship even today. Government must refrain from seizuring political workers. Non-democratic behavior would be detrimental for government itself. He said this while addressing to the azadars on 25th Muharram that is the concluding day of Alami Ashra Beemar e Karbala. On this occasion, Agha Moosavi paid ziarat of the Shabeeh of Taboot brought out on the martyrdom anniversary of Syed us Sajideen (A.S). While declaring high courts decision for not locking down Islamabad as a correct decision, Agha Moosavi has stressed upon the district administration as well as the PTI to ensure adherence to the decision. Protest is a fundamental right for which political wisdom, timings are important while the government must avoid all kinds of aggression. Agha Moosavi also announced to observe Ashra e Shaheeda e Zindan from 27th Muhrram to 6th Safar in-connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakeena bintal Hussain (A.S). Considering the current situation he stressed upon rulers and politicians must prefer national interests over their personal benefits and interests and keep the respect and dignity of the state at the highest priority. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that Pakistan is the target of the enemies. After 9/11 we were dragged to the front line and Afghanistan was destroyed and then cordoned off Pakistan. Terrorism and Target killings had become the order of the day, our cities were silenced and then the time came when terrorist groups were proscribed on our demand however, the disease kept worsening and terrorism kept spreading till the time came when General Raheel Shareef started Zarb e Azab in accordance with the National Action Plan and terrorists defeated. Combing operation started however, rulers and politicians prefer their personal affiliations and ties which are the hurdle in action upon NAP. He said that incidents of target killing increased during the months of January and February in Quetta while the tragic incident of 8 August killed a large number of lawyers, and that was not yet forgotten when police training center was attacked by the terrorists and scores of young policemen kissed martyrdom while more than a hundred and fifty are badly wounded. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi said that the presence of likes of Meer Jafar and Meer Sadiq in our lines is a big question mark as unless our internal enemy does not support terrorist, they cannot attack. He said that our eternal enemy must remember that they cannot defeat the resolve and determination of our sons of the soil who have been fighting against terrorists with extraordinary courage. Indiana agency RAW was involved in breaking Pakistan in 71 and now since when Moodi has come into Power he is bent upon inflicting harm on Pakistan. He said that Pakistan is accused for each and every incident that occurs in India that also included the attacks of Bombay to the attack of Urri. Indian escalations and firings on the line of control have become the order of the day. He said that we have been pointing towards more than a dozen Indian consulates in Afghanistan alongside Pak-Afghan Boarder are acting as the launching pads of terrorists. Afghan rulers fed upon Pakistani resources are causing harm to Pakistan. ISLAMABAD, October 26: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the perpetual enemy would take the advantage of confrontation between the government and the opposition, therefore, both parties should ignore their advisers who may be adding fuel to the fire. He said leakage of news from the National Security meeting was a thought-out conspiracy with an objective to pressurise the Pakistans Armed Forces and the government should identify the culprits. He said the banned parties have also succeeded in dodging the State Bank as presence of only 4.5 million from the bank accounts of four thousand persons earing trillions of rupees by sowing the seeds of hatred and selling the blood of the innocent is merely a joke. This was stated by him while talking to TNFJ Britain General Secretary Zaheer Muhammad Baqiee who called on the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya to present condolence to him on AshraBeemar-e-Karbala and AyyamAza-e-Hussaini, here. Agha Moosavi said the well-known persons got themselves rid of the situation by meeting the Interior Minister but who would provide justice to those innocent and poor people who have been added in the Fourth Schedule just to fill in the blank as even SHOs do not like to meet them when approached. Had there been no struggle of Imam Hussains (A.S.) unhealthy son Imam ZainulAbideen (A.S.) and Hazrat ZainabBinte Ali (S.A.) then Yazid would have succeeded in concealing the objective of the Shahadat-e-Hussain (A.S.) through his might and propaganda. He said that Pakistanis living abroad are the ambassadors of the nation and the country and should play their full role in highlighting the Indian brutalities against Kashmiris in the Held Valley. Agha Moosavi said Indian Prime Minister accepting the Indian role in breaking Pakistan to create Bangladesh, arrest of Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan in Balochistan red-handed, committing water aggression by violating the Sindh-Tass agreement and threats to stop water in future also, amassing arms by ignoring the people dying of hunger, open announcement to interfere in Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are some of the chapters of open Indian enmity of India and the 69-year old Indian history is replete with enmity to Pakistan. RAWALPINDI, October 25: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of life of dozens of training police personnel in a terrorist mid-night attack at the Police Training Centre, near Quetta. He said Indian agency RAW is involved in the terrorism. The TNFJ chief said those evil forces are responsible for the gory incident who are upset on the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He called upon the government to ensure implementation on every provision of the National Action Plan instead of giving political relaxation to terrorists to as to root out this menace from the country. Agha Moosavi said when the banned groups would be continuously treated as friends and are given relaxation and praising certificates then such incidents would continue to take place. He said our perpetual enemy is hatching conspiracies to thwart the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The Quaid-i-MillatJafaria Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that whole Pakistani nation is grieved on the Shahadat of jawans belonging to police and the security forces who lost their lives in the attack in the Police Training Centre, situated some 13 miles away from Quetta. He said the whole nation will have to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Pakistans Armed Forces so as to support them in further tightening the noose around terrorists and their facilitators.
ISLAMABAD, October 23:The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the government and oppositions routine of deciding things in drawing rooms and roads is destroying the foundations of the country. Politicians claiming for democracy are only confined to their personal interests. If meetings with governments ministers can remove the stains of all evil deeds including terrorism and killings of innocent people then the drama of proscribing organizations must be stopped. All schedules and proscriptions are to victimize poor people, if the people in authority will not hear the voice of the nation, then they their own voices will also not be heard by the people. After a period of thirty years, Raheel Shareef has earned peaceful atmosphere for the nation therefore, the sacrifices of Pakistan army must not be wasted. The practice of taking decisions under the fear of protest gatherings and pressure groups must be changed. Honorable men do not eat back their own words. Compromising with the banned organizations is like rubbing salt on the wounds of the victims of terrorism. Karbala taught us not to compromise with aggression and brutality. Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abideen (A.S) kept the message of Hussainiyat alive despite facing fierce oppression and torture in the worst dungeons of that time and defeated oppression through tolerance. He said this while talking to a delegation of TNFJ Punjab led by the provincial president Allama Syed Hussain Muqadasi. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that formulation and ammendments of anti-terrorism legislation and proscription of organizations has been taking place since 90s while their lists are also presented in the assemblies, announcement of curbs on gathering animal skins and collecting donations were also made but all went in vain until General Raheel Shareef eliminated all the sanctuaries of terrorists without any discrimination. Lack of sincerity and drive to pursue personal interests in the rulers and politicians is making the anti-terrorism efforts as meaningless. He said that had the central and provincial governments acted upon the National Action Plan with complete sincerity, the terrorists would have been eliminated only after one year of the Zarb-e-Azab operation however; refuges and hideouts are still available to the terrorists due to the political compromises of the politicians. Banned outfits are operating freely, leaders of the banned groups that are friendly to the government and opposition have been acting as the representatives of peace and wandering without any check despite being in Schedule-4 while poor and innocent people who have been struggling against extremism for the last three decades are being clutched in Schedule-4 as fill in the blanks. Agha Moosavi said that proscription on banned organizations is understandable however, clutching people in Schedule-4 who have never been in touch with any banned organizations is not understandable. A man was brought to one of the righteous caliph who had not committed any crime, the caliph ordered to set him free on immediate basis. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that government must not get blackmailed by the banned outfits while it must not give an impression that it only understands the language of power and pressure. No one in the world knows a method of protest more peaceful and effective than what we Hussainis know. We also occupied the secretariat in past and ran 8-months agitation movement against the worst dictator to achieve rights of religious freedom. He said that the government must clutch banned outfits and protect the sacrifices of Zarb e Azab operations. In case any harm is inflicted to the operation against terrorism to serve political compromises, not only the nation but the history will never forgive these rulers. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi clarified that we are the faithful followers the holy Prophet, his pious progeny and companions, we are the inheritors of Hussainiyat and the flagbearers of the martyrs of Karbala therefore, our preference is the religion, nation and humanity and we will never abandon speaking truth even at the peak of the spear.
RAWALPINDI, October 16: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Greater Balochistan Plan under the Indian patronage is a conspiracy not only against Pakistan but also against Iranian integrity. The government should accelerate its diplomatic campaign to pull out her long-standing friends Iran and Arab States from the Indian shackles. The Iranian desire to join the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a good omen and not only Iran but all Central Asian States may be included in the CPEC. If it becomes possible then no power on earth can stop Pakistan from becoming the economic super power in the region. This was stated by him while addressing the office-bearers of the AshraBeemar-e-Karbala Organising Committee that is being observed throughout the country with devotion and respect from 15 to 25 Muharram. Agha Moosavi said that terrorists, foreign agents, traitors who facilitate in issuance of Pakistani identity cards and passports to foreign agents may be given exemplary punishments. He said the Operation Zarb-e-Azb has broken the back of terrorists and there is need to implement the National Action Plan in its true spirit to stop terrorists from gaining strength again. Any slackness in implementation on the National Action Plan would prove fatal, he added. He said there is need to follow the seerat of Hazrat Imam ZainulAbideen (A.S.) to apprise the world about the plight of the oppressed Kashmiris who converted the message of the oppressed personalities of Karbala into an international movement along with the caravan of the Aseeran-e-Karbala from which the world is still deriving benefits. The TNFJ chief said the Indian conspiracies against Pakistan are increasing day by day while India has started investing on traitors of Pakistan again by repeating Indian conspiracy of 1971 so as to violate the Pakistans integrity. Broadcasting facilities have also been extended in Balochistan. He said now Pakistan should not remain in any misunderstanding with reference to India while American think tank has also admitted that Indian secret agencies are busy in awesome activities so as to thwart the Gwadar project on the basis of which Indian Prime Minister has openly issued statements of Indian interference in Balochistan, Gilgit and Azad Kashmir and these statements of his are contrary to the diplomatic norms and tantamount to open interference in Pakistans affairs which should be taken notice of by the United Nations. Agha Moosavi said that all terrorist organisations inside Pakistan have passports and identity cards and they are used by India for terrorism in Pakistan and it is tragic that these identity cards were issues on the desire of Pakistans political personalities. In these conditions there is no need for the foreign enemies. Terrorism is still to be rooted out owing to facilitators and patrons of terrorism. He said in a recent incident, three FC personnel have been martyred the other day. He said whether it is the G-20 conference or ASEAN Forum, India never let any chance go waste in accusing Pakistan of terrorism. He said Pakistan has sacrificed more than 70-80 thousand lives and bore losses in trillions and at a time when Pakistan is surrounded by internal and external enemies the need of the hour for the government, opposition and the army is to remain on the same page and keep an eye on the internal and external conspiracies and mischiefs of the traitors. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that if we have to pull out Pakistan and Islam from the difficult situation then we would have to follow the path guided by the Imam Sajjad (A.S.) who through his Duas has presented such a charter based on more than 50 points by implementing of which the world can be turned into a hub of peace.
RAWALPINDI, October 12: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool (grandson) Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Tuesday. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani to express their devotion to the Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.). Zuljinah, Alam Mubarik, Taazia, MehndiShahzada Qasim (A.S.), GehwaraMasoom Ali Asghar (A.S.), Taboot Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) and other Taburrakaat were included in the Ashoora procession. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. Talking to media and Azadars on this occasion, Agha Moosavi said that the honour and dignity of Muharramul Haram is recognised even before Islam in which murder, massacre and riot were banned. In the same month in 61 Hijra, Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) and his offspring and companions were martyred. The Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) gave a clear message to the world forever that no one like him can give himself in Baiaat to a person like Yazid ever. For this refusal to do so, Imam (A.S.) sacrificed himself along with his near and dear ones in the hot plain of Karbala leading to revival of Islam. Therefore, he said, identifying Hussain (A.S.) is necessary before identifying Islam. He preferred to be sacrificed instead of giving his hand in that of Yazid, that is why Moeen uddin Ajmeri uttered a couplet on this situation. The TNFJ chief said that Pakistan is surrounded by enemies internally and externally, has given sacrifice of more than 70 thousand persons that is why National Action Plan was introduced and it is must to implement all its 20 points in letter and spirit. He said the guarantors of the countrys integrity should not feel themselves along as the whole nation is behind them all the time. He demanded to impose Fourth Schedule on banned parties as its implementation on unbanned organisations is tantamount to causing harm to the National Action Plan. Answering a question he strongly condemned the restriction onAshoora processions in Held Kashmir and called upon the government to adopt a strong point of view on Kashmir that should be in line with the United Nations Resolutions. He has given a message to the nation and the Pakistans Armed Forces to become a concrete wall against India and no power on earth can cause harm to them. He said all Makatab are united on the issue of defending the frontiers and its development like they were united at the time of creation of Pakistan. Answering a question about security arrangements, he said suspending the mobile service is a good step, terrorists should be arrested who are enemies of peace.
A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qamah at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk. They were raising the slogans of Ya Hussain, Ya Abbas, Haey Akbar, Haey Qasim, HaeySakina, Haey Asghar, HaeyPiyaas and every eye was wet in grief. The procession turned into a big rally after reaching FawwaraChowk where addressing the participants, Allama Syed QamarHaider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity. A resolution presented by Abu NaseemBokhari, District Secretary TNFJ Rawalpindi was unanimously adopted amongst the vociferous slogans.The resolution, while fully supporting the National Action Plan against terrorism, lamented that some of the provisions of the NAP were not being implemented because those parties who have changed their names even three times after being banned were still working independently by changing their names as a result of which terrorism could not be rooted out completely. In another resolution the Azadaran-e-Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris and strongly condemned the occupation forces for stopping the Azadari processions there. Reiterating the words of Agha Moosavi, it made it clear that Hussainiat cannot be suppressed by imposing restrictions on Hussainiat rather it would ignite the love for Shahadat and freedom in Kashmiris. Another resolution paid tributes to the Pakistans brave armed forces for their great success in Operation Zarb-e-Azb. It said the Gen. Raheel is the best General in the world who has made his bravery known to the whole world by crushing the terrorists. It demanded from the government to make legislation for extending the tenure of the Army Chief to 4 or 5 years as it was in the past. The resolution said that the Nara-e-Haideri of the Pakistan Army was stopped by a dictator; as Haider-e-Kararar (A.S.) does not belong to Shias only, therefore he is the hero of all Muslims.
The resolution expressed its concern that the banned parties were still roaming about freely and giving interviews on media that is tantamount to trampling the National Action Plan while peaceful citizens have been included in the Fourth Schedule just to fill in the blank on many places, on the other. Therefore, it urged the government to stop the fill in the blank culture and put her hand on the real miscreants and the chain of funding to terrorists should be broken. It demanded operation in Punjab and Islamabad on the pattern of Karachi and the terrorists and facilitators should be arrested and taken to the task. The resolution made it clear that political unrest and calls to jam the capital prior to the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) are tantamount to insulting the Shaair-e-Hussaini (A.S.) and those who are doing so are unaware of the Sunnat-e-Nabavi. It said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) does not belong only to a single Maktab rather he is the hero of the whole humanity. The resolution questioned the government ministers that they do not hesitate in going to festivals and programmes of Hindus, Christians, and Zoroastrians, then why they feel ashamed in joining Azadari programmes? The resolution demanded to stop ignoring the Maktab-e-Tashih in all State institutions including Islamic Ideology Council, Federal Shariat Court, Ruet-e-Hialal Committee. The resolution demanded release of Bahrains Shaikh Ali Salman and Ali Al-Nimr of Qateef who are suffering strict punishment owing to their political demands. Another resolution felt thankful for creation of Muharram Control Room in Federal Interior Ministry for solution of Azadari problems and demanded that these arrangements should remain intact till the Ayyam-e-Hussain up to 8thRabiulAwwal and then for Milad-e-Mustafa programmes from 12 to 17 RabiulAwwal.
The thousands of participants of the Ashoora procession expressed their unwavering confidence in the guiding and courageous leadership of the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya and resolved to join his call whenever it is made for achievement of his pious targets of Wila and Aza and promotion of defence so as to promote peace in the motherland. The resolution expressed their belief and faith that the Sunnat-e-Zainab i.e. Azadari is the most effective and peaceful protest against the oppressed in the universe which they will continue forever. Later, after performing Zanjeer-Zani at FawwaraChowk, the participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar and PuranaQila where Zuljinah processions taken out from ImambargahKashmirianTyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession. The main Chehlum procession terminated at ImambargahQadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and ImambaraChowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation District Rawalpindi had set up Azadari Camp at FawwaraChowk and Mukhtar Organisation had set up Azadari Camp near ImambargahQadeemiiHussainiMohaz whereMSO and MO workers and children belonging to Mukhtar Generation performed their duties. Ibrahim Scouts had set up Medical Camps at Habib Bank Chowk, Raja Bazar and Jamia Masjid Road to facilitate the Matmis. Office-bearers of Divisional and District Muharram Committees of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya and MFvolunteers remained with the procession throughout along with heavy contingent of police.

The Message of Karbala is Nuskha-e-Akseer for sick nations, consolation for the oppressed, and death warrant for the oppressors. That is why whether it is Kashmir or Palestine, every oppressed person takes courage from it to dash into death by taking the name of Mazloom Hussain (A.S.) and that is the spirit that can neither be suppressed through Israeli siege or through the Indian pellet guns and bayonets.Hussainiyyat is not suppressed with restrictions rather it further accelerated instead. In the Held Valley the desire for Martyrdom (Shahadat) and freedom would further ignite owing to Indian restriction imposed on Azadari-e-Imam Hussain (A.S.). These views were expressed by him in the message on the occasion of Youm-e-Ashoor that is being observed throughout the country on 10 Muharram. Agha Moosavi said that the Hussaini (A.S.) Istighasah raised in the plains of Karbala is echoing the world over even today. Hussain (A.S.) who protected the hard work of prophets was not in need of any human help rather the objective of his Istighasah was to shatter the humanity of every era that where there is oppression and where there is a debaucher who seeks Baiaat from the righteous person, raise your big No following the Sada-e-Hussain (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said that Imam Hussains (A.S.) only objective was to pull out the Ummah from the misguidance and astray and drive them towards guidance. He stayed so as to reform the Muslim Ummah and fulfill his duty of Amar BilMaaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir and the Sovereignty of Allah become supreme. Therefore, he stayed not to spread oppression and excess, create riot and discrimination but to reform the Ummah of my grandfather (Nana), order for Maaroof and stop from the Munkiraat. The objective of his life was to promote life amongst the comity of nations with sincerity of purpose and good faith that is why the mankind cannot ever forget him, he added. Agha Moosavi said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) is such a person who did not allow humiliation and degradation to come near him, and gave priority to Shahadat with courage and bravery over degeneration and lowliness under the shadow of sword. His dignified and proud history is a lesson for all religions. The blood of Hussain (A.S.) is the redness on the forehead of religion and Shahadat. The difficulties of imprisonment his KhanwadaAthaar (A.S.) went through is the source of humiliation for the enemies of religion and his choice for martyrdom is the source of honour for the world of humanity, he said and added that he angels above the sky are wondered on his patience and endurance, courage and bravery. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW), Dilband-e-Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) Imam AaliMuqaam Hazrat Hussain (A.S.) by staying against Yazidiyyat and tyranny to fulfill the God-given responsibilities said that no doubt, I consider death a blessing and success and shameful to bowing down head before the oppressors. He said by offering his life along with his 72 near and dear ones on 10 Muharram in the hot plain of Karbala, he proved the Ibrahims (A.S.) sacrifice as a reality that is called فدینا بذبح عظیم in Quran. He said that Imam Hussain (A.S.) and the Nabis (SAAW) Khanwada by bearing all sorts of atrocities saved the Muhammadi (SAAW) religion from being distorted by Yazid and made it clear on the world that the Khasan-e-Illahi never bow down before the Yazidiyyat, tyranny and colonialism in any era and at any place. He said that the universality of the Shahadat-e-Hussain (A.S.) effected every era and every place. The Zikr-e-Hussain (A.S.) will continue till the world is intact and will continue to tremble the subjugated for freedom and will continue to heat up the oppressed for achievement of their rights.
ISLAMABAD, October 10: Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e FiqahJafariyaAgha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, while talking to media in the central Zuljinah procession in Islamabad taken from Jamia Al-Murtaza, G-9, said that those who are hurling threats to close Islamabad by forgetting the grieve of Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) should not display their ignorance with the Rasool (SAAW). Agha Moosavi said that Hussain (A.S.) does not belong to any particular Maktab but to the whole of humanity. He said ignoring the Azadari programs by the Federal Interior Minister is tragic. Interior Ministers till Rehman Maik used to participate in the processions of Azadari and MeeladunNabi. For the last 21 years, it has happened for the first time that the interior Ministry did not established Muharram Control Rooms. All requirements were not fulfilled while replacing National Crisis Cell with the NACTA. He called upon the Ministry of Interior to set up Control Rooms in the Ministry to operate from Muharram to Milad-e-Mustafa and connected with the TNFJs Muharram Committee AzadariCell. Action must be ensured on National Action Plan in the letter and spirit and proscribed organizations must be clutched with iron hands. Names of innocent people must be removed from the lists of forth schedule, Haider e Karrar is the hero of all Muslims, Nara e Haidery that was prohibited in the Pak army by a dictator, must be restored. Moodis conspiracies cannot be thwarted without strengthening internal peace and harmony. He also called upon the international organizations to take notice of restrictions imposed on Azadari and trampling of human rights in Indian-occupied Kashmir. He said the tenure of service for Chief of the Army Staff may be extended up to 4 or 5 years. He said this while talking to the media during the mourning procession of 8 Muharram ul Haram to commemorate the eternal sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S), his companions held in the federal capital Islamabad that was brought out from Masjid o ImambargahJameatulMurtaza G-9/4. Dozens of Matami organizations and thousands of Azadars participated in the procession. Agha Moosavi said that only the poor people must not be arrested to do fill in the blanks but rangers operation must be extended to Punjab and Islamabad. Forth schedule is not being used against banned groups rather other organizations are being victimized through it. No religion or law including Islam punishes before committing the crime. We are cooperating with the government however; government is not fulfilling its responsibilities.
In response to a question, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Azadari programs will continue from 1st Muharram to 8 Rabi ulAwal. Those talking of closing Islamabad do not know that even the Chehlum of the grandson of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) has not arrived yet. Will they do the same in case their own loved one dies? He said that the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A.S) cannot be confined to any particular sect or school of thought, the grief of the grandson of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP) is amongst the Shaair e Islam which is jointly commemorated by all schools of thought. Not only Shias or Sunnis but Christians, Hindus, Aizdis and Sikhs also pay tributes to Imam Hussain (A.S). He said that Junejo-Moosavi agreement provides guarantee to all religious freedoms including Azadari and Milad-un-Nabi. He demanded from the government to establish Muharram Control rooms from 1st Muharram to Meelad e Mustafa so that problems faced by the organizers of Azadari and Meelad programs could be resolved. He said that all patriotic forces must strengthen the support Pakistan Army. He said that when Yazeed forced Imam Hussain (A.S) to pledge allegiance, the holy Imam replied that we are the nurtured one of the holy Prophet who received revelations, who was the source of guidance while Yazeed is a drinker, killer of respectable personalities and openly commits major sins. A person like me can never pledge allegiance to a person like him. Hazrat Ibrahim had prayed to Allah to appoint Imams from his descendants, Allah had accepted his prayer and stated that Zalimwill can never be appointed on this designation. Agha Moosavi said that when Imam Hussain came to know that Yazeedwants to violate the respect of KhanaKaaba, he abandoned hajj so that the dignity of Kaaba could be saved, and left for Karbala. Meanwhile, the procession, passing through its designate route, reached Muhammadi Chowk and turned out into a large gathering addressed by Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi who said the mourning of Mazloom-e-Karbala is life and the source of survival. The Azadaran-e-Hussain on this occasion reiterated their resolve not to hesitate from any sacrifice for the supremacy of Islam, defence of the motherland, and for the promotion of Sunni-Shia brotherhood and coordination. They vowed to follow the Code of Azadari issued by the Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi till 8thRabiulAwwal.
Later the Azadaran paid pursa to the Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) by carrying out through Zanjeer-Zani. The procession after marching through its designated route concluded at Jamia Imam Al-Sadiq Karachi Company. Mukhtar Students Organisations, MI, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Generation, and Mukhtar Force participated in the arrangements of the procession while UmmulBaneen WF performed the security duties for women. Arrangements for Sabeel-e-Hussaini were made during the procession. Members of the Islamabad Muharram Committee of the TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya accompanied the procession along with high police officer and police contingent all along the processions route. Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi led the concluding Duaand thanked the participants of the procession, Matmis, Azadaran and the District Administration for their cooperation.
RAWALPINDI, October 02: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced a 17-point Code of Azadari for the oncoming month of Muharramul Haram at a huge Press conferences address here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih Sunday. Answering a question from the journalists, he said Azadari is the most effective protest against the oppressors and all Sunni-Shia brethren will observe the grief of the Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAAW) jointly. He said no restrictions were accepted in Azadari before nor will be accepted in future. He said war is no solution to the problems and if the Hindu Bunya did not desist then we would have to keep the relevant QuranicAyah in front of us to give a befitting reply to the enemies. Raheel Sharif keeps the Haideri commitment and will not disappoint the nation. Azadari has grown under the shadow of swords, and we have no fear of Indian aggression as we will continue performing the Hussaini mourning even in the rain of explosives. All oppressors including India can be defeated through the Hussaini (A.S.) spirit, he added. Agha Moosavi said that heads of banned parties are roaming about freely and are working with new names while MatmiAzadars have been included in the Schedule Four at some places to fill in the blank that is tantamount to befool not only the Pakistans Armed Forces but also the nation. He said the Prime Minister should take notice that why there are separate laws for the poor and the rich. He stressed the need to revise the foreign policy while ambassadors from the world over should be briefed on the India aggression. He said India desires to thwart the Operation Zarb-e-Azb and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The diplomatic experts should be sent all around the world so as to unveil the Indian infiltration, he added. Answering yet another question, Agha Moosavi said that the government is bound to allow traditional and non-traditional Azadari programmes in every nook and corner of the country including the Adiala Jail under the Junejo-Moosavi agreement signed on May 21, 1985 followed by the 8-month long agitation launched by TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafaria for the protection of Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions. Azadari is the name of positivity and we would never encourage negative activities, he said.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafaria later announced a 17-point Code of Azadari which is as below: (1) The government must honour the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement in bringing out all Azadari processions; (2) Muharram Azadari Cells may be set up in the Ministry of Interior, Federal Capital and all provinces including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan which should work till 8thRabiulAwwal. These Cells should be made public through media so that the prospective problems of Azadaran can be resolved. Moreover, these Cells may be directed to coordinate with the Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the TNFJ; (3) The Administrations from top to bottom may be directed to fully cooperate with the Azadars, and organisers of all Majalis and mourning processions so that they may perform the Azadari rites amicably without any fear and threat and with honour and respect; (4) The holy month of Muharram is commensurate with the precious sacrifice rendered by the Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.) and his near and dear ones but our national media limits itself to Hamd-o-Naat. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the sacrifices of the Shuhada-e-Karbala during the Ashra-e-Muharram in an effective manner and musical and comedy programmes and dramas may be suspended; (5) Effective protective measures and arrangements for lights and cleanliness may be made on the sensitive places and during the Matmi processions and Majalis-e-Aza well in time. Power load-shedding may not be exercised during the process while Azadaran may also make security and light arrangements themselves; (6) There should be no permission to anyone to take the law into his hands. Anti-Terrorist Act and National Action Plan should be implemented according to their essence so that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb meets success and the country becomes the hub of peace; (7) Terrorist groups declared banned officially and their facilitators may be dealt with an iron hand and no relaxation may be given to them because they are openly active with new names at present; (8) It is a matter of concern that at some places the law of Fourth Schedule is being used on innocent persons and this action is just fill in the blank. Therefore, the powers that be may review it and not deal everyone with the same stick and the innocent persons may be struck off the Fourth Schedule forthwith because such steps on one hand are damaging the credibility of the National Action Plan while providing indirect benefits to the real terrorists, on the other; (9) Every Maktab and Maslak may be recognised from the core of heart and their rights may be taken care of on the basis of equality, no interference may be made in the beliefs of any other nor any such law be made that may encroach upon the rights of anyone; (10) Ulema, Waizeen and Zakireen may give priority to IttehadBainulMuslimeen, survival, integrity and stability of the religion and the motherland over everything; (11) All leaders may keep every type of political activities suspended during the Ashra-e-Muharram and give priority to Azadari Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) over everything; (12) People may not lend their ears to rumours and if any untoward incident takes place then they may resolve it through the TNFJ Muharram Committee at local level first, otherwise the Control Room of the Central Muharram Committee TNFJAzadari Cell may be approached; (13) The organisers of Majalis and processions may also make security arrangements on self-help basis and remain fully alert; (14) All Azadaran may follow the Code of Azadari themselves and also make it binding on others; (15) All Makatab preach their beliefs in a positive manner; (16) Women may follow the seerat of Mukhaderat-e-Ismat and Taharat and Men may follow the seerat of Mashaheer-e-Islam; and (17) Discipline and timings may be kept intact during all Majalis and Azadari processions and any activity that may be contrary to the essence of Azadari may be avoided.

We will thwart every conspiracy and the mischief of the colonial powers and arrogant powers by practically following the golden principles, unity and golden sayings of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAAW), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.), and pious SahabaKubaar (R.A.) and by observing the Ayyam-e-Aza of the Imam AaliMuqaam (A.S.) with honour and dignity will prove that no power on earth can cause harm to the Shia-Sunni brotherhood and the motherland Pakistan, come what may. The Quaid-i-Millat Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, at the conclusion of his Press conference prayed for the solidarity and development of the motherland, unity and brotherhood of the Islamic World, protection of the holy places and reiterated his resolve to follow the Asswa-e-Rasool (SAAW) and seerat of the Aal-e-Rasool (A.S.) and pious SahabaKubaar (R.A.).
