TNFJ Condemns Baton Charge on Peacefull mourning protest of Imam Jafar Sadiq as Martyrdom Anniversary
Islamabad, May 04, 2024: Expressing regrets and concerns on unwarranted police arrest of senior leaders, religious scholars besides baton charge on a peaceful Matami protest of Mukhtar Organization, a sub-section of TNFJ, that was held in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of the founder of Fiqh e Jafariya i.e. Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S), the chief of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi has demanded from the government to take action against incompetent members of administration involved in creating unnecessary unrest through aggression against peaceful protestors to deteriorate the situation.
Agha Hussain Muqaddasi also applauded the decision by the higher officials of the federal government who upon receiving TNFJ’s stance, ordered release of senior leaders of TNFJ, scholars and Azadars. We will defend faith and motherland at any cost and will never stay quiet if our fundamental rights are confiscated whereas protest is a fundamental right, he said. Demolished shrine of Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S) in Jannat al Baqee is a question mark. Global peace organizations must pay attention to restoration of demolished holy sites.
Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi said this while addressing to dignitaries and Azadars during a mourning procession held in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Sadiq (A.S) at Headquarter Maktab e Tashayyo Ali Masjid Rawalpindi. He said that following the policies of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, we have been working for peaceful objectives of TNFJ whose valuable contribution and services for peace and betterment of the country are well known. However, black sheep in administration create problems for the citizens and therefore must be held accountable. He said that instead of unjust actions against peaceful citizens and patriotic organizations, proscribed groups must be clutched and apprehended in accordance with the National Action Plan that also is a reflection of Moosavi Peace Formula which provides guidelines for establishment of lasting peace in the country.
Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi appreciated the patience of leaders and members of Mukhtar Organization and TNFJ who without offering any violent reaction, completed the route of the procession from Press Club to D-Chowk despite facing unwarranted aggression and baton charge by the Police administration. Meanwhile, the programs of Ashra e Sadiq e Aal e Muhammad founded by Quaid e Miilat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi peacefully culminated on 25th of Shawwal with the pledge and commitment to offer all kinds of sacrifices for the sacred objectives of the holy Prophet (PBUH&HP), his Ahl ul Bait (A.S) and pious companions (R.A). On this occasion, Majalis e Aza were held and mourning processions brought out all across the country.
Addressing to a Majlis e Aza in Ali Mashid, Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi said that prayers and supplications are accepted and patients are cured with reference of holy Prophet’s sixth successor Hazrat Imam Jafar e Sadiq (A.S). The procession culminated at Imambargah Zain ul Abideen (A.S).
