SPECIAL MESSAGE OF AGHA SYED HAMID ALI SHAH MOOSAVI Qauid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan on the Last Day (10 Rajab) of ASHRA-E-MUWADDAT in connection with The Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (AS)

“Act of wise is not empty of wisdom and sagacity”

Then how the act of Allah Who is The Supreme Sage could be useless and unavailing? So the creation of human being is not of no purpose

“I have not created genius (jin) and mankind (ins) but to worship Me”

The aim of human being creation is obedience, devotion, and servility while piety and righteousness is the extremity and ultimate goal of servility.

“O men, serve your Lord, who has created you and those who have gone before you, so that you may become pious”

“Piety is avoidance from evil virtues and adornment with excellent virtues”

Piety, in fact, is the name of state of heart that’s why The Seal of The Prophets (SAWW), making hint towards his chest/heart said:

“Piety is here”

A Quranic verse goes:

“He that reveres Allah’s rites, surely it is from the piety of the hearts”

Therefore, the quintessence of servility and devotion is achievement of piety. Actual demand is that a man create qualities of piety in him, that’s why a Hadees-e-Qudsi says:

“Fast is for Me and I will give its reward or I will become its reward.”

For that very reason, Allah Almighty has ordered of “Apparel of Piety” to his favorite and trusted persons for elegance and beauty.

“And the best apparel is that of piety”

Besides this just piety has been termed as provisions for last journey:

“Provide yourself well: the best provision is piety”

For this reason, the very base of the values of Islamic and religious moral system is justice which foundation lay in piety.

“Do justice, it is nearer to piety”

Piety has been characterized as the topmost and supreme standard of human magnificence and excellence.

“The noblest of you in Allah’s sight is the most righteous of you”

So it comes to the light that piety is the kernel of aims and objectives. Only piety is the great step of achieving Divine love:

“Verily Allah loves pious”

Now ponder over the honour and dignity of that figure whose name is “Muhammad”, and who enjoyed that elevated status of piety, righteousness and abstinence that he was bestowed with the appellation “Taqi”. On the auspicious day of Friday, 10 Rajabul Murajjab, 195 A.H., in the house of Imam Raza (AS) in Medina Munawwarah – the city of light – this personality stepped in the span of life, who was the successor and trustee of prophet hood and apostleship, the true descendant of eighth Imam (AS), protector and defender of Deen & Shariah, liberator of entire humanity and resuscitator and revivalist of Nazriyaat-e-Nabawiyah (SAWW) (thinking/concepts of prophet) and Mujahidaat-e-Haideria (AS) (Haideri endeavours). A man asked Imam Muhammad Taqi (AS): “advise me”, Imam (AS) replied: “always oppose your sensual appetites because you are always in front of your real Creator; the man who does not repent and renounce he is arrogant, and who claims greatness and superiority in front of Allah he will be ruined; best

faithful is that whose manners and virtues are best; perfection and excellence of humanity is hidden in servility; he who rely and trust in Allah, Allah liberates him from every evil”

Would that Muslims and the rulers of Muslim states trust in Allah, we would not face these bad days. We, severing our links with Allah, connected links with colonial powers, which before September 11 event had caused harm to dozens of countries; then setting up International Coalition, pulled down and ruined cities and towns; its cat’s paws – India and Israel – played “Holi” with the blood of Kashmiris and Palestinians on its instance; and now the manner in which US president George W Bush has expressed his aggressive and hostile plans against Iraq in his UN General Assembly speech and then said outspokenly in Security Council that if Council would not immediately pass anti-Iraq resolution according to the will and pleasure of United States then UN role, authority and power of settling international demands & disputes and its admitted status will become meaningless and insignificant like League of Nations; then US said that if the adoption of the resolution was delayed then it will launch military operation against Iraq without caring United Nations. I think that this American blackmailing is not anti-Iraq but an open war and flat challenge against UN, therefore, Islamic world and oppressed nations adopting a joint strategy could thwart its this loathsome and heinous conspiracy. And if despite UN secretary General Kofi Annan’s warning, US and its ally Tony Blair do not turn back from aggression the United Nations has to admonish them, in this manner the world body could wash away the accusation that its playing a role of US slave lady rather UN could prove that it does not keep hostile and hypocrite behaviour against anyone and will take action against terrorism and oppression committed wherever, and cooperate with deprivation and oppressed ness, in this manner the trust of whole world in United Nations will aggrandize and increase.

We, on the refulgent occasion of the holy birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi (AS), reaffirm to keep continue our struggle for the establishment of justice and equity, and demolition of oppression, barbarism and terrorism.
