RAWALPINDI, August 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) laid the foundation of great Islamic university by ripping through the depths of Islamic sciences benefiting which the problems faced by the mankind could be resolved. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) that is being observed with religious fervour and spirit on Saturday as a part of Ashra-e-Mawaddat. He said information and knowledge is the real basis of Islam promotion of which was the objective of Besat-e-Nabawi. He said the pious members of the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) were inheritors, defenders and protectors of Illahi Uloom (divine knowledge) and a great personality of them was Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) who unveiled the secrets of knowledge and maarif and stated that commandments and realities of the light Uloom for which his supporters and others were appreciative of him and that is why he earned the title of Baqir-ul-Uloom (one who ripped through the depths of knowledge and the one who raised the flag of knowledge and wisdom high). Agha Moosavi said that this great personality spent his whole time in preaching Uloom of Nabuwwat and Risalat, explaining the Islamic realities in detail and created such pupils who led the world of humanity knowledgeably and imparted training and education to such people who raised Kalma-e-Haq before the tyrant rulers and dictators following the right path, without caring for their life and wealth. That is why heinous rulers in every era remained afraid of them rather considered them a threat for their governments the basic reason of which is that hearts of people belonging to different societies were imbibed with love of these holy personalities and no tyrant ruler or dictator could take out that love from their hearts, he added. He said owing to such facts, international colonial powers have made the oppressed nations and Islamic World target of their brutalities and are desirous to crush the Islamic values and take out the spirit of brotherhood from the hearts of Muslims. The TNFJ chief said that anti-Islam forces accused Muslims of being orthodox and extremists to fulfill their nefarious designs so as to maintain their monopoly that could only be possible when love of Shaair-e-Islami and Mashaheer-e-Islam could be taken out from their hearts. On the other hand, he said, Millat-e-Islamia is confronted with anarchy and differences. He said the representative organization of the Islamic World i.e. OIC adopted, and is still following, criminal silence in hour of need. He said American-Zionist-Hindu collusion is a permanent threat against the Islamic World that is bent upon genocide of Muslims at every place and was utilizing all out efforts and tactics to achieve that goal. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said there is need for the Muslim Ummah to highlight its image because international colonial powers desire to defeat and devour Muslim States, Pakistans atomic program has become pain in the neck for them, therefore the Muslim Ummah should adopt a combined and consensus point of view for their survival. Moreover, he said support for continued independence struggle for Kashmir and Palestine should continue and it should be made clear to the United Nations that the dream of restoring peace could not come true without ending foreign interference in Afghanistan and Iraq and without handing over power there to the real representative of the respective people. On the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.) he reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle for supremacy of religion and motherland.
RAWALPINDI, August 28: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that heart-to-heart link with the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) demands from us not only to highlight their seerat, character, Fazail-o-Munaqib and moral, but also that by making the same a leading light, to disseminate their message of peace, integrity, brotherhood, love, and unity, and make it clear on the world that love of this greatest Khanwada-e-Ismat (A.S.) has been termed Ajr-e-Risalat, Jaza-i-Nabuwwat, and price for preaching the Shariat. In a special message issued on the beginning of Ashra-e-Mawaddat that is to be observed throughout the country from 1-10 Rajab-ul-Murajjab with devotion, respect and faithfulness, Agha Moosavi said Maafat, know-how, knowledge and information are necessary for Mawaddat because on it is based subservience to the Prophet (SAW) and worship of Allah. He said Mawaddat has been termed Ajr-e-Risalat so that every weak, young, old, strong, rich and poor, rather everyone could pay this Ajr in every era. He said Mawaddat as Ajr-e-Risalat has been made obligatory so as to tell the world of humanity that this is the Khanwada that defends religion and Shariat, is the torchbearer of Mustafvi thoughts, is subservient to Allah in real terms and desirous of good omens of the world of humanity. The TNFJ chief every person of this pious Khanwada confronted difficulties and problems in fulfilling their responsibilities entrusted to them by Allah and underwent all types of atrocities besides confronting the Pharaoh, Nimroud, and Yazid like tyrant rulers and dictators of every era and did not settle terms with rulers and their agents who encroach upon the Haqooqullah and Haqooq-ul-Ibad rather they did not hesitate in saying Kalmah-e-Haq even on the point of spear declaring upon the materialist world that they are the real inheritors of the Holy Prophet (SAW) who is Sadiq and Ameen, therefore, neither our forefathers compromised on principles nor we would do so and even our coming generations would not do so. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said today the Parcham-e-Islam (flag of Islam) is fluttering all around and the call for prayers is giving the evidence of Tauheed and Risalat five times a day; it is the great blessing of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said at present the whole world was confronted with the atrocities of international terrorist and her agents who were rooting out the oppressed nations and Muslim people in the name of rooting out terrorism. In these circumstances, he said, we could tackle the problems and thwart the conspiracies of chief of the terrorist world by practically following the seerat and character of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). RAWALPINDI, August 27: The collusion of international colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents was posing a great threat for the oppressed and Muslim people, the chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. He made his remarks while talking to a delegation of TNFJ Seerhian, Bagh, Azad Kashmir that called on him here on Wednesday. He said forces averse to humanity are active against Islam, and it has become their habit to use new tactics and not to lose any chance to cause harm to them. He said all energy is being utilized to link all incidents since the New York-Washington incident to-date with Islam under a well-hatched conspiracy so as to prove Islam a violent religion and Muslims as terrorists. In the backdrop of the same conspiracy, Agha Moosavi said, Pakistan is being accused of recent incidents and bomb blasts in India so as to divert the world attention from atrocities and brutalities being committed against Muslims and other minorities in India. He said all that is going on in India is the doing of herself, while Islam considers terrorism great oppression, and condemns it forcefully. He said such incidents were master-minded by India deliberately at a time when Israeli prime minister is due to meet Indian leadership in New Delhi so as to prove on the world that they are the most oppressed nation as a result of which Israel would provide new system (Falcon) and anti-missile (Aero-II) system to India. The TNFJ chief asked those who cry hoarse of holding Pakistan-India dialogue that in the present circumstances, how much adequate is the situation for solution of Kashmir issue and restoration of peace? He said whether it is Palestinians or Kashmiris, they are fighting for their independence for the last 55 years and have presented a lot of sacrifices as a punishment and no honour-conscious person or Muslim could allow anyone to go these sacrifices waste. He said India has to begin war exercises with America within a year while on the others our frontiers would not only remain unsafe owing to India-Israel collusion but we may also face anarchy within the country. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi apprehended that all Indian tactics for peace are a farce therefore there is need, not to give one-sided relaxations to India. He said we should avoid all types of internal confrontation so as to confront American-Indian-Zionist pressure and to remain stick to our principled stand on atomic program and Kashmir conflict. He made it clear that all efforts should be made to get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people. He said the United Nations should also be called to play her important role in Afghanistan and Iraq, organizing elections under her supervision there and hand over the government control to representatives of their respective people as in it lay the survival and development of the world of humanity and real success of the Muslim and oppressed people.
RAWALPINDI, August 26: Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate has called upon the United Nations to come out from the reservations to root out international terrorism and give priority to the protection of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations instead of looking after the interests of international colonial powers and their agents. He stated this while addressing the monthly meeting of central office-bearers of TNFJ here on Tuesday in which organizational targets and performance of different sections of the Tehreek were reviewed. Mazhar Ali Shah said at present the whole world was confronted with terrorism and east, west, Middle East, South Asia, Arabs, non-Arabs and even Makkah, Madinah, Najaf, and Karbala were not save. He said murder attempt on Ayatollah Saeed Al-Hakeem in Najaf-e-Ashraf, and killing of dozens of innocent people in bomb blasts in Bombay the other day are open acts of terrorism and great oppression. He said anti-human forces desire that Kashmir and Palestinian issues should remain the same, massacre in Afghanistan should continue unabated because they feel solution of these problems is fatal for them. He said our point of view had been that a terrorist keeps no Maslak, religion or country but he is only a terrorist and enemy of humanity. He said the terrorists were reaping the benefits of non-resolution of Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine issues, therefore, the United Nations should force American troops to leave these countries, give Kashmiri and Palestinian people their right of self-determination, hold elections in Iraq under her supervision, and get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of her own Resolutions. Any delay in getting these issues resolved is tantamount to strengthening terrorism, he added. He said all and sundry should keep in mind that terrorism could not be wiped out and the dream of restoring peace could not come true rather the situation would worsen further if international issues are not resolved amicably the responsibility of which would lay on the United Nations. The Markazi Secretary Tanzeem, Abbas Jafri told the participants of the meeting that formation of provincial councils of the TNFJ in Balochistan and Sarhad provinces has been completed while membership campaign was going on in Punjab, Sindh, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas. The participants of the meetings strongly condemned the gory murder of Dr. Ibne Hassan Rizvi and Syed Wajih Haider in Karachi, the murder attempt on Ayatollah Saeed Al-Hakeem in Najaf-e-Ashraf, and terrorism acts in Indian city of Bombay terming the same inhumane.
RAWALPINDI, August 25: Syed Bu Ali Madhi, Convener of Central Ashra-e-Mawaddat Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said following of pious uswah of family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the sign of love for God, and guarantee for blessings and survival for the world of humanity. He was addressing an important meeting of the Committee summoned here on Monday, to review the arrangements of Ashra-e-Mawaddat and to nominate conveners all over the country to lay down programs in this connection. He said Islam is that complete and respectable religion which Mashaheer were also respectable personalities who neither bowed down nor were sold, but took a firm stand against every dictator and tyrant ruler and never hesitated to say Kalmah-e-Haq. He said Holy Quran stands witness to the piousness of the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said todays Muslim is wandering here and there while oppression and brutality are the order of the day, colonial powers have tightened noose against us and the only way to get rid of them is to follow the right path that is actually the path of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), which if followed could thwart the colonial conspiracies. Bu Ali Madhi appealed all the countrymen to express hatred against the oppressors and express complete solidarity with the oppressed during the Ashra-e-Mawaddat being observed from 1-10 Rajab-ul-Murajjab, and offer prayers for solution of problems faced by the Islamic World and for the solidarity, integrity and welfare of the motherland Pakistan. Meanwhile, conveners for Ashra-e-Mawaddat Committees in Federal Capital Islamabad and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas have been nominated. They are: Syed Alaf Hussain Shah (Islamabad), Zafar Abbas Naqvi (Punjab), Anwar Ali Jafri (Sindh), Mahdi Ali Hazarvi (Balochistan), Sardar Ali Ifzaal Qazalbash (NWFP), Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas), and Syed Irshad Hussain Naqvi (Azad Kashmir).
RAWALPINDI, August 24: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that in all families in the universe, the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) has the singular honour that their love and devotion has been declared obligatory rather it has been considered as Ajr-e-Risalat and Nabuwwat; for love and devotion, there is need to get acclimatized with knowledge and Maarfat. He stated this while announcing to observe Ashra-e-Mawaddat from 1-10 Rajab-ul-Murajjab throughout the country like other parts of the world. Agha Moosavi said the Fazail-o-Munaqib of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) should be highlighted during the Ashra-e-Mawaddat. He said the people should be told that their main objective is to seek the pleasure of the Creator and correction and welfare of the creature. He said today the whole world of humanity was confronted with the host of problems and difficulties, and people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine are now forced to fight out aggression against them, as their life has been made difficult. He said path of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) should have to be followed to get rid of aggression there as in it lay blessings and success for us. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to express during Ashra-e-Mawaddat their complete solidarity and love with the oppressed world and hatred against the colonial world and oppressors so as to pay homage to the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pray for survival of the motherland and welfare of the Islamic World. Markazi Ashra-e-Mawaddat Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan was also formed on the occasion to observe the Ashra-e-Mawaddat across the country. Syed Bu Ali Mahdi has been nominated Convener and Syed Wajih-ul-Hassan Kazmi as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, August 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has called upon the government that by taking notice of the protest being staged by students in Northern Areas, give a sympathetic consideration to their demands and remove the unrest currently prevailing in the ranks of people by resolving the problems faced by them. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia Pakistan here on Saturday. He said not taking any notice of the situation prevailing in Skardu by the government is not good because no one could deny the sensitivity of Northern Areas, therefore, the government should form a high level Tribunal and accept the demands of students regarding their educational curricula fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play. Agha Moosavi said education and knowledge is the base of religion and Shariat, achievement of which is included in our duties and it has been recognized in basic rights. He said the proviso-1 of Article 26 of the United Nations Manifesto gives right to seek education to everyone while under Article 27(2) everyone enjoys protection of his moral interests. He said education is also included in the basic rights in Pakistans Constitution also and objective of creation of Pakistan was that we could lead our social, economic, political, religious, scholarly life independently; that is why all schools of thought presented sacrifices on the basis of equality without any discrimination for creation of the motherland. But, he added, we went on keeping a distance from the sayings of our Mashaheer, forgetting them by the passage of time. He said Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had a desire to restore a society based on justice and fair-play and that could be called an Islamic welfare State in a true sense but the dream of Quaid-i-Azam could not come true, giving way to conspirators a chance to play their game openly. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the importance of students for a bright future of the country is crystal clear as they are the twinkling stars of our society and they have to turn the motherland into a great country. He lamented that such plans are introduced contrary to Quaid-i-Azams desires that have made the country a hub of problems and difficulties keeping us away from our target with the passage of time. He said heights of society could not be achieved without seeking education therefore it is obligatory for the powers that be to provide maximum facilities to students. He said such an educational system should be introduced in which lays the key to welfare of the mankind and society, and stability & development of religion and motherland.
ISLAMABAD, August 22: The terrorism and host of problems and difficulties faced by the whole world of humanity is the result of wrong strategy and stubbornness on the part of Bush and his allies, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. He was addressing the office-bearers of Tanzeem Shia Aaimmah Masajid Pakistan who called on him at the head of Hojjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Syed Hussain Kazmi here on Friday. He said entrusting the responsibility of protection in Iraq on America and her allies by the United Nations is tantamount to entrusting the protection of milk to the cat. Agha Moosavi said objective of creating the United Nations was that no State could interfere in the affairs of other States but it followed the policy based on duplicity and given priority to appease colonial powers as a result of which America and her Hindu and Zionist agents were encouraged in South Asia and Middle East; Therefore, Israel set a portion of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on fire in late August some 33 years ago, which is a respected place clipped with Prophets, Messengers, Aulia, and Saleheen. He said this incident had sent a wave of unrest in the Muslim ranks all over the world and Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) came into being as a result of dual policies of the United Nations. He said first OIC summit was held in Rabat in which about two dozens Muslim heads of States participated while its second session was held in Pakistan in which 40 States did participate. He said it was decided in this meeting that OIC summit would be summoned after every three years so as to strengthen unity and Islamic spirit of brotherhood amongst the Muslim States, promote economic and social relations between the Islamic States and help restore an independent Palestinian State to help Palestinians. The TNFJ chief said not a single issue was resolved by the OIC despite passage of 33 years to its creation. The main hypocrisy is that Kashmir issue is not even mentioned in the OIC objectives; when our own brethren are adopting such an attitude then how can we blame the others, he asked. He lamented the senselessness of the whole world for not even mentioning the day on which Al-Aqsa Mosque was desecrated and set of fire. When Muslim Ummah has never followed its own manifesto then what could be expected from others, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said as a result of this Muslim cowardice, America along with her 57 allies attacked Afghanistan with the UN permission and then destructed Iraq rejecting international protest while massacre was still going on in Kashmir and Palestine that is a heinous conspiracy against the world of humanity. He said the Muslim Ummah would have to express unity and brotherhood and consider attack on any Muslim State as an attack on the whole Islamic World, the United Nations would have to get rid of colonial control and order American pullout from Iraq, hold impartial elections there under her control after taking over the control in Iraq ultimately transferring power to Iraqi people. Moreover, the United Nations would have to help achieve Kashmir and Palestine by getting its Resolutions implemented and if it were not done then there would be no mention of us in the comity of nations, he added.
RAWALPINDI, August 21: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the basic reason of problems faced by nations the world over is the United Nations failure to get her manifesto implemented. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi who called on him at the head of Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan here on Thursday. He said the world of humanity would have turned into a hub of peace, had representative organization of the world of humanity i.e. the United Nations by displaying courage fulfilled the norms of justice and fair-play and got its manifesto and resolutions implemented. He said in Article-1 of the United Nations manifesto, it has been stated in clear-cut terms that all human beings are born independent and equal as far as rights and honour is concerned, they were bestowed with consciousness, wisdom and intelligence; therefore, they should treat each other with brotherhood. Similarly, he said, Article-2 provides guarantees that everybody deserves all those liberties that are given in the United Nations manifesto and on which no discrimination on the basis of colour, creed, gender, language, religion, political indifference, belief, nationality, society, wealth or family status, could apply. Agha Moosavi said according to Article-3, everybody has the right that his rights and duties are fixed and proceedings against him should be carried out in independent and impartial court justifiably in open trial. He said the United Nation neither followed this manifesto herself nor sought commitment from others to follow it rather she is playing the role of American slave even today like she used to do in the past as a result of which the oppressed nations and Muslim people were forced to see bad days. He said international colonial powers and her Zionist and Hindu agents were increasing their pressure on other States, one after the other. He said international terrorist America destructed Iraq having 27.5 million population violating international codes and the United Nations Charter; but could not provide any justification for doing so. The TNFJ chief said the whole world should keep in mind that the credibility of the United Nations not only would remain hurt but oppression and despotism would continue increasing unless she herself follows her manifesto. The world should also keep in mind that America and her agents could not overcome the oppressed and Muslim people who do not care for their lives, therefore American troops should be pulled out of Iraq immediately, American president Bush and his allies should be given an open trial, right of self-determination of Kashmiris and Palestinians should be ensured, present and former rulers of India and Israel should be tried and punished in accordance with their atrocities spread over a span of 55 years, if they desire to restore peace. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Article-26 of the United Nations Constitution makes it clear that parents have the foremost right to decide what type of education should be imparted to their children while Article-2 declares development of human personality as educations objective that would be a source of increasing respect for human rights and basic liberties that would promote coordination and friendship amongst all nations, creeds, and religious groups. He said education is amongst the basic rights in motherland Pakistan that was created in the name of Islam, therefore, we ask the rulers that how much they are implementing on it. Had it been so then students in Northern Areas should not have the need to stage protests, the day in and day out, and there would have been no anarchy in the country, he added. He said the rulers should keep in mind only that things would succeed here that is in line with Islam, Quran and Constitution of Pakistan.
RAWALPINDI, August 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the United Nations herself is responsible for suicide attack in Baghdad. Addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Islamabad who called on him under the leadership of their President here on Wednesday, he said if she gives up her hostile policies, get the long standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine in South Asia and Middle East resolved implementing her Resolutions, order exit of American forces from Iraq and hold elections there in her supervision then the whole world could become a hub of peace. He said the whole world of humanity was confronted with terrorism today and the attack on the United Nations headquarters the other day, was a part of it the basic reason of which is denial of rights to the have-nots and discrimination between different sections of society that has created the sense of deprivation as a result of which the whole world was confronted with one problem or the other, and facing brutalities. Agha Moosavi said that soon after the New York incident, we had said that oppression could not be rooted out with oppression and terrorism with terrorism but the international terrorist America adopted the path of bloodshed ignoring the protest of the whole world and did not hesitate playing with human lives and interfering in the internal affairs of other States. He said first of all it killed lakhs of Afghanis and turned Afghanistan into debris, after that she poured lakhs of tons of gunpowder on Iraq converting it into ash. He said the United Nations was under the obligation to declare America murderer of the innocent people but it provided justification for the attack due to which world was justified in understanding that everything is being done on UN instance. Had the UN punished aggressive America, her credibility in the comity of nation would have been restored but it adopted criminal silence giving more courage to the US who then also threatened Syria, Iran, and North Korea. The TNFJ chief said today American President Bush is declaring attack on the United Nations offices in Iraq enmity with people but we would like to ask him who provoked them to do so? He said America, by attacking Iraq after Afghanistan has won enmity with humanity but also provided proof of enmity with Christianity. The way things are developing, it seems that destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq would create a lot of problems for America, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said yet we strongly condemning the terrorist activity against the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad, strongly demand from the United Nations to play her justifiable role in resolving international issues, while the United States should become sensible and stop interfering in the affairs of other States, and pull out her forces from there because the whole oppressed world and Muslim States are confronting anarchy as a result of which danger to international peace in increasing manifold. He said Pakistan is also a target of terrorism for almost 25 years; Dr. Shoaib has been made target in a terrorism activity in Karachi the other day, which is condemnable. He said if America loves her people, loves Christianity and are followers of Hazrat Eisa A.S. (the Christ) then she should adopt the policy of justice and fair-play instead of following the policy of aggression.
RAWALPINDI, August 19: The Birth Anniversary of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) was celebrated as Youm-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Tuesday with religious fervor, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, functions on the topic of Seerat-e-Fatima, conferences and seminars were organized in mosques and Imambargahs on this occasion.
Agha Moosavi, while addressing a special function of Youm-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan said Prophets and Apostles are the superior most in the universe and the Holy Prophet (SAW) is the Sarkhel-e-Ambiya (Chief of Prophets), Dana-i-Kull, Khatam-ur-Rusul while Aasiya Binte Mazahim, Maryam Binte Imran, Khadija Binte Khuwelad and Fatima Binte Muhammad are the superior most amongst women world; and amongst them Hazrat Zahra (S.A.) has been termed the most superior. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that Fatima (S.A.) is the Leader of Women in Universe, she was trained in the greatest Maktab of Ilhaam and Wahi and has the honour of being the Khatoon-e-Jannat (Chief of the Women of Paradise). He said patience and forbearance of Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is the best example for the have-nots and the oppressed, and the true and complete role model for women world to follow. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said even today the sanctity of women world could be protected rather the whole world of humanity could be got rid of colonial conspiracies and their brutalities by treading in the footsteps of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.). RAWALPINDI, August 18: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said campaign of the oppressed world continued from the first day against the colonial powers is the result of exemplary training of great mothers who follow the Uswah-e-Batool (S.A.). He remarked this in a special message issued on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Makhdouma-e-Konayn, Dukhtar Rasool-is-Saqalayn, Zoja-e-Fateh Badr-o-Honayn, Maadar-e-Hasnayn Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) that is being observed throughout Pakistan like other parts of the globe as Youm-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan with religious spirit on Tuesday. He said that at a time when oppression, brutality, ignorance, darkness, evil, biasness, regionalism, enmity, atheism, anarchy were order of the day, in such a time the veil of darkness was slit open with the pious heart-touching voice of Kalmah-e-Tauheed in the air of Mecca and Mina and the munificence-showering personality of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) rose as a sun and a moon which embraced women with honour, respect and acme, ultimately unveiling heinous conspiracy against her. Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) not only achieved education and training in Maktab-e-Illahi but also learnt the lesson of knowing God. He said Allah bestowed upon her forbearance and patience and termed her an example to be followed by the have-nots and oppressed. He said every part of Hazrat Masoomahs (S.A.) life is indifferent; she won the title of Umm-e-Abeeha when lived with the Holy Prophet (SAW) in honour, the Holy Prophet (SAW) used to stand up in her honour and kiss her hands; she lived with husband and did not longed for anything, no hue and cry; she did not bow down to anyone but God. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said that no one would have been equal to Fatima (S.A.) if Ali (A.S.) had not been there. Allah Says: Oh, Rasool! We blessed you with Kausar in the shape of Fatima (S.A.), no doubt your enemy is unnamed. The TNFJ chief said the seerat and character of Fatima (S.A.) is an example for women of the world to follow; she used to carry out household work herself, grind flour on handmill, prepare bread, train children and talk to Allah during nights; helping the injured in the battlefield. She was a true Mujahida of Islam who also guided her children to say Kalmah-e-Haq on the point of spear. The Holy Prophet (SAW) said Fatima (S.A.) is the chief of women in universe. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said whereas the colonial powers have made the men their target today, women are also confronted with the same treatment of their oppression and brutality; oppression going on in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine stand witness to this oppression survival from which lay in practical following of seerat and character of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.). RAWALPINDI, August 17: Uswah-e-Batool (S.A.) is the protector and defender of honour and respect of the women world, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said. He was talking to the office-bearers of Markazi Youm-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan Committee of the TNFJ here on Sunday. He said honour and respect of Mashaheer, Shaair and signs of religion and Shariat and mention of the days related to them is strengthening faith and piousness, providing protection to high values, and giving stability to Islam. He said Islam is the best religion in the universe while Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) are the best Family, every person of which whether small, big, woman or man has the quality to be followed. Agha Moosavi said, one of the personalities is Bint-e-Rasool Hazrat Batool (S.A.) who has the honour of being the leader of women of the universe and she is the best amongst all of them. He said she is laced with all qualities on which the Ayah-e-Tatheer stands witness. He appealed the countrymen to greet the Holy Prophet (SAW) by observing the Birth Anniversary of Khatoon-e-Jannat as Youm-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan all over the country. RAWALPINDI, August 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has strongly condemned the heinous murder of renowned physician Dr. Syed Ibne Hassan Rizvi in Malir, Karachi at the hands of terrorism. In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters on Saturday, he said Saturdays day-light murder of a doctor in Karachi and bomb blasts in Nawabshah and Dadu after tragic Quetta incident, are a well hatched conspiracy and open acts of terrorism played at a time when people in Karachi and Sindh were already upset over destruction from heavy rains. He said these tragic incidents of terrorism were the job of enemies of religion and motherland therefore people should remain alert and identify their friends and foes. Agha Moosavi said the basic reason of shifting of new wave of terrorism from Balochistan to Karachi is that banned groups have started operating under new names and the government and the opposition have made them sit in their laps. He strongly demanded from the government to come out from reservations and implement the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance strictly so as to root out terrorism. He lamented that probe committee reports of Quetta and Diamir incidents have not yet been made public that has sent a wave of unrest amongst the people. He said that in Skardu, police violence and arrests of students, attack on SSP office, takeover of D.C. House on the occasion of Independence Day are matter of great concern. He said Karachi and Northern Areas are most sensitive areas, therefore, the government should ensure peace there on every cost. He said if students demands regarding curricula in Northern Areas were accepted before then recent incident would not have occurred. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded immediate release of all arrested students in Skardu and review their demand regarding educational curricula. He demanded that only local residents should be appointed on Administrative posts in Northern Areas as they are normally well versed of the local culture while the officers coming from outside are seldom aware of their problems. He said any type of anarchy in the country could be beneficial for the enemy; therefore, all sections of society should exercise sense and wisdom. Demanding immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the assassins of Dr. Ibne Hassan Rizvi, he expressed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family. END

Agha Moosavi said the whole nation would have to work for collective national interests with unison giving up all personal and political interests so as to thwart the nefarious designs of evil forces. He called upon the rulers to arrange for giving rights to all on the basis of equality in motherland Pakistan that was created through the joint sacrifices and united active struggle of all schools of thought, and avoid encroaching upon anyones rights as it is the only way to enjoy the blessings of real independence. RAWALPINDI, August 13: On the occasion of Independence Day, the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistan is the only country on the face of the earth world that was created on the basis of Islamic ideology and is the fruit of exemplary sacrifices rendered by all Indian Muslims without any discrimination; for its survival, solidarity and achievement of real independence, there is urgent need to follow the principles of Founder of Pakistan Hazrat Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. In a special message marking the Independence Day, he said value of any ideology for a nation is like a soul and it is the ideology that helps set a right direction, it is that great element that provides a new lease of life to nations. He said like atheism is a Millat (nation), similarly Islam is also a Millat-e-Wahidah, and same is the motherlands Basic Ideology that is a complete code of life and source of survival. Agha Moosavi lamented that Pakistan landed in the hands of those wearing white and khaki uniform a little after its creation and fell victim to aggression many a time losing one half of the country in the process. He said during that period we have lost the basic concept of the ideology i.e. unity, brotherhood, justice and fair-play. He said the objective of creation of motherland was not merely to form a government but to adopt the Islamic way of life and to convert it into an ideal for the Islamic World so that even the most poorest person could not feel the sense of deprivation and inferiority complex and no one falls victim to estehsaal but we could not fulfill that commitment. He said some families heavily looted Pakistan and tried to erase its Basic Ideology but on the contrary all schools of thought who presented sacrifices including the Maktab-e-Tashayyo were still confronted with problems and difficulties and are deprived of even their basic rights. He said if we desire to reclaim our identity in the world of humanity then we would have to adopt the principles of the Quaid and fulfill the commitment made with him and for this purpose, we would have to respect the Islamic values and transform our life-style accordingly because Kalmah-e-Tauheed is the basis of Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if words and deeds, utterances and character could not be synchronized then we would stand nowhere in the comity of nations. He said key to freshness of ideology lay in love, Iman and patriotism, therefore, its protection and defense is our faith as well as combined obligation because my motherland is more beautiful than the heaven and love for motherland is called Iman that is a part of ideology. On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, he expressed his commitment that by fulfilling all norms of supremacy, integrity, solidarity, survival and development of the nation and the country, no negligence will be made in its protection.
