A two-day meeting of Central Cabinet of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan that
was presided over by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi
adopted various resolutions concerning important national and international affairs. According
to Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the Tehreek the participants of
the meeting resolved that colonial powers desire to divide Muslims in Arab, Ajam and Masalik and
the Muslim States were deeply involved in this conspiracy. The resolution called upon all Muslim
States to consider all these problems faced by them in the backdrop of the Islamic World without
any discrimination. The resolution considered that Zionists and Hindus were the biggest criminals
of the Islamic World and were playing in the hands of colonial powers and their chief i.e. America.
They argued that their consideration has been proved by the fact that it is America that always
vetoed every Resolution adopted by the United Nations in favour of Muslims while China has always
supported the cause of the Islamic World, therefore, Pakistan being the citadel of Islam will have
to fulfil the norms of friendship with China adopting a clear-cut policy in this
regard.

The resolution demanded achievement of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and solution of Kashmir issue, and
boycott of both Israel and India as keeping relations with any one of them would be considered
treachery with the blood of Palestinian and Kashmiri martyrs. Another resolution demanded from
the government to make special protective arrangements on the occasion of Chehlum of
Shuhada-e-Karbala making it clear on the government that Chehlum has the similar importance
like that of Ashoora-e-Muharram. The government should therefore keep the Azadari Control Rooms
set up at Federal level intact rather they should also set up similar Control Rooms in all the
provinces, Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir publicising the same on the media so that all possible
problems that may be faced by Azadars could be resolved amicably.

A resolution expressing concern over the law and order situation of the country called upon
the military leadership to take all patriotic religious and political powers into confidence
and adopt the policy of mutual understanding. Another resolution demanded immediate implementation
of the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for the solution of long-standing problems faced by
the Shia community, implement the peace proposals presented by the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya
in the Supreme Court for rooting out the menace of terrorism and promote sectarian coherence. The
TNFJ Cabinet called upon all patriotic forces, rulers and politicians to openly announce their
hatred against those groups that are involved in the incidents of terrorism. Another resolution
expressed complete solidarity with the Muslim Tehreeks all over the world including that of Palestine
and Kashmir and demanded the representative organisation of the Islamic countries OIC to take
notice of the oppression of colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents in Palestine,
Kashmir and elsewhere, and adopt a joint strategy to get all these problems resolved in the
backdrop of the Islamic World.

Syed Nasir Ali Karbalai Secretary of the Markazi Muharram Committee, Secretaries of other central
departments of the Tehreek, chiefs of the subordinate bodies, provincial chiefs of the Tehreek
presented their performance reports, especially highlighting the problems faced by Azadars at
different places of the country. Future line of action was also settled during the meeting. The
meeting decided to observe Youm-e-Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) on 7th Safar as “Youm-e-Noor”,
Youm-e-Shahadat of Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) on 17th Safar as “Youm-e-Imam Zamin”, Youm-e-Shahadat of
Rasool-e-Akram (SAW) and Imam Hassan (A.S.) on 28th Safar as “Youm-e-Aza”, and Youm-e-Shahadat
of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) on 8th Rabiul Awwal as “Youm-e-Ehad”.

Azadari is a universal protest of the oppressed, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya,
Pakistan has said motherland Pakistan came into being in the name of Nazria-e-Asaasi
Islam. He said every conspiracy to divide Pakistan on lingual and sectarian basis and
to turn it into a particular State would be thwarted. He stated this while addressing
the concluding session of the two-day Central Cabinet meeting of the Tehreek at its
headquarters on Thursday. He said our protection and survival of belief, love and sincerity with the
motherland, Wila-e-Ali, Aza-e-Hussain, correction of society, and welfare of the humanity were
our main objectives and no hurdle would be allowed in achieving these pious objectives. He said
Pakistan is a joint inheritance of all schools of thought defence of which is the joint
responsibility of them all.

The TNFJ chief expressed the hope that like Ashoora-e-Muharram, all countrymen would
display exemplary spirit of brotherhood, unity and mutual understanding on the occasion
of Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala. He called upon the government to make special protective
measures for Azadari processions and Majalis-e-Aza on Arbaeen-e-Hussain that have the
similar importance as of Ashoora-e-Muharram. He demanded that all those processions that
were stopped by the administration at different places would be allowed to be taken out
immediately, Azadars should be set free and cases registered against them should be withdrawn
forthwith. He announced formation of TNFJ Markazi Azadari Committee on this occasion with Syed
Shujaat Ali Bokhari as its Convener and Nasir Abbas Karbalai and Abbas Kazmi as its Secretary
and Deputy Secretary, respectively. He said as Azadari programmes continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal,
therefore, the government should set up Azadari Control Rooms in all provinces, Azad Kashmir and
Northern Areas on the pattern of those formed at Federal and Punjab level. These Control Rooms
should be directed to keep in touch with the Central Control Room of the Tehreek Nafaz
Fiqh-e-Jafariya so as to resolve any possible Azadari problem. He called upon the Azadars to
follow the Code of Azadari issued by the TNFJ in letter and spirit and highlight the exemplary
sacrifices rendered by the Shuhada-e-Karbala in a positive manner.

Agha Moosavi said the colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents were afraid
of the message of Karbala even today because Tehreek-e-Hussainiyyat is the message of
death for the evil forces. He called upon the Muslim States to give up the division on
Arab and Ajam and see and resolve all problems faced by them in the backdrop of the Islamic
World. He said unrest, anarchy, bomb blasts, and incidents of terrorism in the country were
the result of conspiracy hatched by our perpetual enemy and the military leadership should
come out, as a first step to thwart this conspiracy, with taking all patriotic forces into
confidence and initiate dialogue with the representative religious and political
organisations instead of considering themselves the only wise persons on earth. He said
the water crisis in Sindh should particularly be handled with seriousness and wisdom
keeping to the norms of justice and fair-play.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we
believe in the Mustafvi and Haideri politics that was followed by a group of persons
by offering their lives refusing to bow down before the whims of a Fasiq-o-Fajir ruler
in Karbala. He said we could be cut into pieces, sent to the gallows but our voice for
the righteousness could not be suppressed. He made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya
had neither bowed to the pressure of any tyrant or dictator in the past nor they are going
to do so in future. He said we have always thwarted the conspiracy to make Pakistan hub of
biases in the name of religion and would not allow the enemies of Islam and Pakistan to
play their dirty game even in future. He said the whole nation including the rulers and
the politicians would have to announce their hatred against terrorists and those who were
preaching biases and have been unveiled before the nation.

Agha Moosavi said Azadari is a continuous universal protest of the oppressed against
oppression and gives courage to say Kalma-e-Haq before the world of oppression. He said
we live and die for Wila-e-Ali and Aza-e-Hussain and are proud to announce like we always
did that who ever would confront with Azadari would lose his identity. He reiterated his
resolve not to hesitate in offering any sacrifice for Wilayat-e-Ali and protection of Azadari.
