ISLAMABAD, June 7: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has advised the government and politicians to stop making terrorists and their patrons sit around them for the survival and solidarity of Pakistan. If they did so, we guarantee restoration of a durable peace in the country, he added. He stated this while addressing thousands of Matamdars and Zaireen who were attending the great annual “Pursadari” Majlis-e-Aza organised at Dera Shah Chan Chiragh of Darbar Sultan Al-Fuqara Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) Kazmi Qalandari, Noorpur Shahan Islam under the auspices of All Pakistan Syed Faqeer Matmi Tanzeem.

Agha Moosavi said Sunni-Shia are brethren to each other and are followers of Nabi (SAW) and Ali (A.S.) and one who tries to create rift between them is the colonial agent, therefore, we would have to recognise our friends and foes. He said terrorism is a biggest oppression, the present government by issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, imposing restrictions on terrorist groups, and by joining International Coalition against terrorism has proved that Pakistan condemns all types of terrorism. He said our perpetual and combined enemy was using all tactics to divert the world attention from anti-Muslim riots, brutality against minorities, and incidents of desecration of their places of worship in their own country.

The TNFJ chief said India has deployed its forces on Pakistani borders while Pakistan was preaching the message of peace. He said the whole world was aware that Kashmir issue is the real cause of tension in this region and if the world powers take a justifiable stance then they should exert pressure on India to arrange plebiscite in Held Kashmir in line with the United Nations Resolutions. Expressing full solidarity with the freedom struggle of Palestinian and Kashmiri freedom fighters he was confident that the day of independence would soon dawn in Kashmir and Palestine and the blood of Shuhada would never go waste.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the “Aastana” of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) is the treasure of spiritualism and Ma’arfat from where his devotees belonging to every Maktab and Maslak derive benefit. He reiterated to continue his mission come what may. Expressing obedience to Matmi Azadars, he said the earth below their feet is like collyrium (surma). He reiterated his resolve not to spare any sacrifice in protecting Wilayat-e-Ali and Azadari. He said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is Negehban-e-Risalat and Pasban-e-Nabuwwat who extended support to Islam in a difficult moment, and the spread of Islam today is courtesy Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.).

Sultan-uz-Zakireen Syed Sabir Hussain Shah Behl, Bawa Syed Riaz Hussain Shah chief of the All Pakistan Syed Faqeer Matmi Tanzeem, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi Central Secretary Information Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Allama Shaikh Ijaz Hussain, Allama Zawwar Hussain Madni, Zakir Ghulam Abbas, Ch. Mushtaq Hussain and others also addressed the gathering. Zuljinah procession was taken out after the Majlis in which dozens of Matmi Dastas derived from all around the country performed Matamdari and Noha-Khwani. Matamdaran-e-Hussain offered “Pursa” by performing Matamdari and Zanjeer-Zani throughout the day till late at night. Later Matmi procession terminated after reaching the Darbar Sharif. Mukhtar Force and Mukhtar Students Organisation had made special arrangements on this occasion. A reception and Medical Camp were set up by the Qalandar Committee to facilitate Zaireen and Matmis.

RAWALPINDI, June 9: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said observation of “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum” on Friday, June 14 throughout the country. In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said Majalis-e-Tarheem and Quran-Khwani will be organised all over the country for the Isal-e-Sawab, and to pay Salam-e-Haqeedat to all Shuhada who lost their lives in incidents of terrorism in Karachi (Sindh), Machh (Balochistan), Qadeemi Imambargah Bhakkar, Masjid Shah-e-Najaf Rawalpindi, other cities of the Punjab, and Federal Capital Islamabad.

Agha Moosavi said special prayers will be offered for award of high rewards to the Shuhad-e-Kashmir and Palestine and while condemning terrorism and terrorists, commitment would be made that the blood shed by Shuhada would never be allowed to go waste. He said our combined enemy has imposed terrorism on us making us a target, actually she desires to divert us from the right path because she is afraid of our spirit of martyrdom. 

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Shahadat is our inheritance, desire for a Momin and life-line for a nation, therefore, we could not be terrorised of death. He said we are ever ready to sacrifice our lives for the defence and solidarity of the religion and the motherland and would prove ourselves a concrete wall against the enemies of Islam and Pakistan. 

Meanwhile, Markazi Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum Committee has been formed to lay and finalise programmes for “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum”. Malik-e-Ashtar, Meesam Tammar, Abu Nasr, and Syed Nazir Hussain Kazmi would assist M.D. Haideri who has been nominated as its Convener.

ISLAMABAD, June 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Ziarat of graves and mazars of Aulia Allah and Khasan-e-Khuda is the source of becoming near to Allah. He stated this while addressing the gathering after laying wreath at the Mazar Mubarak of Sultan Al-Fuqara Hazrat Bari Imam Kazmi Qalandari at Nurpur Shahan Islamabad. Senior TNFJ office-bearers, ulema and Sajjada Nashins derived from all over the country were also present on the occasion. He said the Astanaas of religious elders extend a general invitation towards meaningful and spiritual specialities that become a source of satisfaction. That is why, he said, people visit mausoleums of such personalities to gain higher values and meaningfulness so as to become nearer to God. He said the real cause of day-to-day problems, difficulties, oppression, brutality, violence, and the misguided humanity is keeping a distance from
Khasan-e-Illahi.

Agha Moosavi said some human beings enjoy better status over some other human beings before Allah and the Sarkar-e-Do Jehan (SAW) enjoys the highest standard of status amongst them all on which Holy Quran also stands witness “We have given higher status to some over some”. He said Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) belongs to the Khanwada of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.), this family is the treasure of spiritualism and Ma’arfat from where people belonging to all Maktabs and Maslaks gain benefit. This great Khanwada has been showered with religious and worldly blessings. He said renowned ulema and Fuqara have played a leading role in preaching the religion and have proved to the whole world that their door is open for seeking knowledge and to fulfil desires and it is open to all irrespective of status, class, colour and creed and it depends on the seeker that in what manner he seeks his desires.
The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Behlol (R.A.) who was called Deewana (insane) by the world was in the Faqr outfit was actually Deewana-e-Nabi (SAW) and Ali (A.S.). When someone asked him to pray in his favour accepting his spiritually, he became rich, and when the same person asked him to pray again after becoming rich saying “Oh, insane person, pray for me”, he lost everything. Then he came to the Dar-e-Behlol saying “I became rich when you prayed first for me, and now why I have lost everything”. He replied, “On first occasion you were sincere and you asked me to pray being a Faqeer, now you were not sincere and you asked me to pray being a “Haqeer”, thus this result. This incident proves that Dua (prayer) is the weapon of
Momin.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said at present the world of humanity in general, and the world of religion and Shariat in particular, were confronted with problems and difficulties, colonial powers have tightened their grip over them from all around and we would have to follow the teachings of religious elders to get rid of them.

Conveners nominated to lay programmes for the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Qaum

RAWALPINDI, June 10: Conveners have been nominated for all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas to lay and organise programmes for the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Qaum being observed throughout the country on Friday, June 14 on the call of Quaid-i-Millat
Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

According to the decision taken at a meeting presided over by M.D.
Haideri, Convener of the Markazi Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum Committee of the
TNFJ, the following conveners were nominated: Syed Abu Jaffar Naqvi (Punjab), Dr. Javed Iqbal Haideri
(Sarhad), Ammar Yassir (Sindh), Muhammad Ali Advocate (Balochistan), Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi
(Azad Kashmir), and Akhund Ghulam Muhammad Ammoni (Northern Areas).

Addressing the meeting, M.D. Haideri said Quran Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem would be organised on Friday, June 14 for the Isal-e-Sawab and for a higher status of all
Shuhada. He appealed all religious and Matmi organisations to pay homage to Shuhada-e-Deen and motherland and express hatred against terrorism and terrorists during
Majalis-e-Aza. He strongly demanded from the government to strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance.
He said the government and politicians, following the advice of Quaid-i-Millat
Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi given during his address at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam
(R.A.), should stop making terrorists sit around them and get the guarantee of durable peace from us. He expressed his concern over full protocol being given to those declared terrorists from some quarters. He said such a situation is aimed at sabotaging the Presidential steps taken to root out terrorism. The government should check such elements instead, he added.

RAWALPINDI, June 11: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said there would be some behind the scene benefits behind some Indian moves to decrease tension as “Bunya” never goes for a losing bargain. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on at him at the head of Allama Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Chairman Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid Pakistan here on Tuesday. He said solution to any issue does not lay in war but in table talk. He said Islam is not an aggressive religion while Pakistan, which follows Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam, had been a victim of aggression many a time and condemns every type of aggression point blank.

Agha Moosavi said a Momin could not be stung through one whole repeatedly. He said the whole world was aware that Kashmir and Palestine issues were the real cause of tension the world over, these issues were created by international Taghoot, if they can get the tension decreased then they could also get these issues resolved also. He said permission for Pakistani planes to pass through the Indian air space is no big an issue because the restriction was imposed by India herself. He termed Indian-Israeli collusion a dangerous move saying that the spy plane shot down by Pakistan is a solid proof of Indian-Israeli collusion. He said the Islamic World should also lay down a combined strategy to break this collusion. 

The TNFJ chief said colonial powers were afraid of Islam and Ulema-e-Haq and were utilising all their energies to defame them, sometimes they term Islam a religion of punishments and sometimes term ulema violence-loving contrary to the fact that Islam preaches peace and tranquillity and ulema and Anbia are its inheritors, the centre of their struggle is restoration of justice and fair-play. This struggle, he said, is called jehad because the biggest crisis faced at present is lack of justice and fair-play and ulema should therefore give priority to the interests of religion and motherland over all other matters by adopting unity and brotherhood. He said anyone who preaches biases would the agent of the international colonial powers.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said condemnation of biases and rooting out of terrorists and terrorism could only be possible when Ulema-e-Karaam and other sections of society would keep a distance from such elements because our welfare and survival lay in
Qurb-e-Illahi.

RAWALPINDI, June 13: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the Shuhada who sacrificed their lives for giving a new lease of life to the nation deserve great felicitation and admiration. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum” that is being observed throughout the country on Friday with religious and national cohesion. He said Islam is the religion of knowledge, justice, righteousness having a complete code of life and source of blessing and survival for the whole world of humanity. Struggling for its survival, and revival of eternal principles is called jehad, bearing detention and brutality for it is a blessing, and sacrificing life in its way is worship and Shahadat and this great status awards eternal life, he added. That is why, he said, a person desirous of eternal life lives and dies longing for Shahadat and his blood gives a new lease of life to the nation. He said the live nations boast of their
Shuhada.

Agha Moosavi while paying rich homage to the Shuhada of Masjid Shah-e-Najaf, Bhakkar incidents and other incidents reported from other parts of the country said they sacrificed their life in defending the motherland, and protecting ideological and geographical frontiers. He said Pakistan has the singular honour of following Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam with the objective to adopt piousness. He said the highest standards of piousness for Mujahideen is sacrificing their life. He said a nation deprived of spirit of jehad is confronted with humiliation because the spirit of jehad is the best weapon for a Momin and Shahadat a
defence.

The TNFJ chief said the world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were confronted with terrorism and aggression for quite long and Pakistan had joined the International Coalition to root it out but internal terrorism could not be rooted out as a result of incapability of the previous governments. He said the present government has not only issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but has also imposed restriction on some terrorist outfits and had decided that these outfits would not be allowed to function in any other name but unfortunately some of these outfits were being provided shelter of different alliances and have activated themselves. If the government did not give immediate attention to this matter then we would be justified to understand that there is duplicity in government’s words and deeds and it has some reservations in mind, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country, he is just a terrorist. He made a fervent appeal to political alliances and elite to be kind to the nation and the country and stop making terrorist elements sit besides them because this activity strengthens terrorists and become a source of humiliation and defame for the nation and the country. He said the nation should remain vigilant, and express hatred against terrorists while the government should take care of terrorists with an iron hand.

RAWALPINDI, June 12: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said accepting any Third Option or mediation for solution of Kashmir issue would be commensurate to sabotaging the United Nations Resolutions and like giving the tools of justice in the hands of the murderer. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of elite and renowned personalities from Bangash area, Kohat that called on him here on Wednesday at the head of Syed Shabab Hussain Al-Hussaini. He said the long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine are on the international agenda for the last half-century and United Nations Resolutions exist for the solution of the same. 

Agha Moosavi said restoration of an independent Palestinian State has been termed a solution for Palestine issue while right of self-determination has been termed a solution for Kashmir issue. The question, he said, now arises that why these issues have not been resolved despite passage of half a century; as thousands of Kashmiris and Palestinians have sacrificed their lives, lakhs of them wounded and became shelterless, undergone detention, bore trampling of their honour and dignity despite the United Nations enjoyed full authority for solution of these problems? The fresh example of that authority has been witnessed in East Taimor that has been declared an independent State through giving them the right of self-determination within a short span of time, he added. He said the United Nations is bound to explain the situation and hurdles it faced in resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues not using its authority. He expressed his concern that the situation begins to get better, international representatives start touring this region and incidents of murder and arson begin after their return. He said the world would not have faced terrorism today had these big issues resolved amicably. 

The TNFJ chief said super powers are responsible for terrorism as the oppressed nations, Kashmiris, and Palestinian people got them involved in struggle for independence finding no alternative otherwise. He said colonial powers tried to blame the Islamic World for the September 11 Washington incident despite the fact that the whole Muslim Ummah had not only condemned that incident rather Pakistan has joined the International Coalition against terrorism but the colonial powers always sided with Israel and India. He said deployment of Indian troops on Pakistani borders in the garb of Jammu incident was a well-planned conspiracy so as to smoothen the way for Third Option. He said if the world was sincere in restoring international peace then they should get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions. He said accepting international Taghoot and its agents as mediators, is commensurate with keeping hands off from Kashmir and Palestine.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the United Nations and its allies have never made any justifiable decision in favour of the Islamic World. He asked what around two dozen countries in the Arab League were doing for Palestine, and what around five dozen Muslim States were doing to resolve the problems, including the Kashmir issue, faced by the Islamic World? He said they all have tightened their lips because they are being controlled by America. He said Pakistan have presented sacrifices for its jugular vein Kashmir while the Kashmiris have also reciprocated by offering martyrdom of more than 75,000 people for annexation of Kashmir with Pakistan. He said trampling of their honour and dignity was still going on in Held Kashmir and would have enjoyed all facilities had they bargained like Farooq Abdullah did. Therefore, he said, we should stick to a principled stand on Kashmir and thinking of any other solution but right of self-determination would be contrary to the principles of Quaid-i-Azam.

ISLAMABAD, June 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said India is an aggressor and terrorist State the fresh example of which is the downing of Indian spy plane in Pakistani territory. In the backdrop of this situation Indian demand to stop Pakistani infiltration becomes a laughing stock, he added. He stated this in his special address delivered at the concluding session of “Ayyam Al-Huzn”. He said stopping infiltration is commensurate to accept that infiltration is going on for the last 53 years, which is baseless, without any foundation and based on imagination. Actually, he said, the freedom struggle for Kashmir is going on there by the high-minded people living there on which more than 75,000 martyrdoms stand witness.

Agha Moosavi said international colonial powers and their chief should keep in their mind that whether it is Middle East or South Asia, the real cause of tension are Palestine and Kashmir issue and these regions could not become a hub of peace unless these issues are resolved keeping to the desire of Palestinians and Kashmiris. He said had America extended the hand of friendship after setting up a “Friendship Department” and had spent billion of dollars on promoting friendship then not only terrorism would have wiped out but all problems, difficulties, and crises faced by the world of humanity would have resolved making the world a hub of peace. He said despite Pakistan’s inclusion in the International Coalition, cooperating with them, condemning all types of terrorism, supporting efforts for a dialogue, shaking hands at Kathmandu, accepting Russian invitation, and proving right of self-determination for Kashmiris by participating in Almaty Summit, the world powers instead of exerting pressure on India to pull out her forces from Pakistani borders and bringing them to the negotiation table, were exerting the whole pressure on Pakistan, which indicates the colonial enmity against Islam and Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief said if the world powers were concerned over Pakistan-India tension and desire to restore peace in the region then the United Nations should force these powers to arrange restoration of Palestinian State and a plebiscite in Kashmir because to-date the United Nations was playing the role of a slave for the world powers. He said talking about decrease in Pakistan-India tension is an optimistic approach because the tension could not die down until India pulls out its forces from Pakistani borders. He said the international Taghoot should keep in mind that we could not be terrorised and threatened and the Shoeb-e-Abi Talib (A.S.) and the seerat and character of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) stand witness to this fact. He said Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) utilised all his energies for the protection and defence of Dana-e-Kull Khatam-ur-Rusl Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) rather the generation of Abu Talib (A.S.) also sacrificed their lives to keep the religion and Shariat intact as a result of which Islam is strong today for which the Islamic World and the world of humanity should be obliged to Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). He said the Holy Prophet (SAW), keeping the great services of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) in mind observed his year of death as “Aam Al-Huzn” (the year of mourning) and today we have observed the Youm-e-Wafaat of Holy Prophet’s (SAW) uncle as “Youm Al-Huzn” keeping to the Sunnat-e-Nabawi.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said being from the generation of Abu Talib (A.S.) we reiterate our resolve: “Oh, Hazrat Imran A.S., like you protected the Paighambar-e-Islam S.A.W., we also will not only adopt your principles till Hereafter rather would not allow anyone to cause any harm to the religion and Shariat”. He said international colonial powers desire to punish Pakistan for following Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam but they should keep in mind that dutiful sons of the Pakistani soil would thwart every conspiracy hatched by international Taghoot and their Zionist and Hindu agents rather they would not hesitate offering any sacrifice for the defence and survival of Pakistan but would not allow to cause any harm to its dignity and honour.
