RAWALPINDI, June 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Karbala is the centre of Kashmir and Palestine freedom struggles, and the freedom fighters are following the path of Hussainiyyat. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” that is being observed throughout the country with devotion and fervour on Wednesday. He said colonial powers who cry hoarse of human rights desire to snub the struggle of Kashmir and Palestinian Mujahideen wiping them out to pave way for India and Israel. Both these States have been given an open hand to massacre Kashmiris and Palestinians and were not pressing for bringing new leadership in Palestine as a condition for independence. He asked who has given colonial powers right to interfere in the affairs of other States? Would colonial powers approve imposition of a ruler in America of the choice of other States? He said people of any country enjoy the right to choose leadership of their own choice.

Agha Moosavi said the United Nations was following the policy of duplicity and slave of super powers, OIC is keeping a criminal silence and had they a bit of honour they should exert pressure for clear-cut implementation of United Nations Resolutions for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the OIC Foreign Minister Conference scheduled to be held in Khartoum without any reservation. He also called upon the OIC States to express complete solidarity with Kashmiri and Palestinian Mujahideen and should not establish relations with Israel and India in true sense unless Palestine and Kashmir issues are resolved keeping to the desire of respective people. He said colonial powers do not want to resolve these issues terming the same a danger for themselves despite the fact on the contrary that the world would turn into a hub of peace and terrorism would be rooted out if these issues are resolved amicably.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” is the day of giving honour and paying homage to those who struggled for supremacy of humanity, supported the oppressed, achieved rights for humanity, defended religion and Shariat adopting defensive strategy. He said Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) confronted the terrorists of his era following the path of Imam Mazloom (A.S.) and his sincere companions who sacrificed their life in Karbala for achieving pious objectives and goals. He said the “Qayam” of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) was aimed at providing stable and real basis to the struggle for independence. As a result Hussainiyyat would dominate till eternity, Parcham-e-Shariat would flutter from east to west and north to south at last because a Tehreek that would be based on keeping faith in Allah, would not result in riot on earth and it would definitely succeed. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW): “A Mujahid who carries out jehad for supremacy of Kalama-tul-Allah in way of Allah, its biggest sign is that Taghoot remains afraid of him in every era”. Agha Moosavi reiterated his resolve to give priority to death with honour over life in humiliation raising the slogan of “Labbaik, Ya Hussain

RAWALPINDI, June 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the heinous designs of international colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents could be thwarted, eternal principles of Islam could be put on highest pedestal, problems faced by the Islamic World could be tackled amicably through imbibing the spirit of Mukhtar (R.A.). He stated this while announcing observation of “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” throughout the country on Wednesday, 14th Rabi-us-Sani. 

Agha Moosavi said objective of “Qayam” by the courageous person Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) who used to help the oppressed world was promotion of the Book and Sunnah, and to avenge the blood of leaders of the oppressed world Imam Aali Muqaam Hazrat Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) and his sincere companions and near and dear ones, and to defend the oppressed and have-nots.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) wiped out the assassins of Hussain (A.S.) raising the slogan of “Ya Saara-tul-Hussain” imbibed with Imani spirit. He said the tyrant world is afraid of Mukhtar’s (R.A.) name even today.

Meanwhile, Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organised programmes on the occasion of “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” throughout the country. Syed Asif Hussain Kazmi has been nominated as Convener and Muhammad Abbas Baloch as Secretary of this Committee.

RAWALPINDI, June 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the country was surrounded by the enemy all around and in these circumstances all those steps should be avoided that could create unrest in the country. He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ District Council President Shaikh Nisar Hussain here on Sunday. He said the ordinance for registration of Deeni Madaras has been issued at an inappropriate time. He advised the government to utilise all its energies on defending the religion and the motherland, and remain firm on its principled stand for solution of Kashmir issue in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiris. He said the government should ensure strict implementation on Anti-Terrorism Ordinance as in it lay the interest of the nation and the country and humiliation for enemies of religion and motherland.

Agha Moosavi said the foremost Indian objective was to get Pakistan declared a terrorist State for which she has utilised all her tools. He said India is unhappy over Pakistan’s inclusion in International Coalition because this step has made it clear that Pakistan is neither a terrorist State nor it supports terrorists. This step, he said inflicted humiliation on India that then staged many dramas one after another including New Delhi incident, Kolkatta attack and suicide attack in Jammu putting whole blame on Pakistan asking it to stop infiltrators. He said India deployed its armed forces on Pakistani borders creating cause of concern for whole of the world that felt that both Pakistan and India are on the verge of nuclear war. 

The TNFJ chief said because all this was happening on American desired despite Pakistan being a member of the International Coalition but even then American exerted pressure on Pakistan to satisfy India. Pakistan therefore assured at Almaty Summit and also issued a statement recently that stopping the extremists was a strategy but Indian atrocities did not stop. He said India assassinated Kashmiri freedom fighter leader Abdul Ghani Lone in May besides arresting may other leaders under POTA. He said Pakistan has taken all possible steps and made assurances to diffuse tension making religious and political parties unhappy but India did not take any step to diffuse tension.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said India started exerting more pressure instead of pulling out its forces or initiating a dialogue on Kashmir. He said the fresh example of Indian brutality is the Shahadat of Lance Naik Maqsood which a clear-cut violation of the Geneva Convention. He said India has conspired to make Held Jammu and Kashmir a centre of its military intelligence to achieve the goal of making the Line of Control and the Working Boundary invincible with Israeli cooperation. He said tension was increasing further instead of dying down as a result of such steps therefore the government should remain committed to its principled stand on Kashmir that is jugular vein of Pakistan.

RAWALPINDI, June 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Pakistan should test Buut-Shikan missile in reply to anti-tank missile test by India that claims to de-escalate tension. He stated this while delivering special address at a “Youm-e-Askari” Mehfil marking the Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). He said there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Maula Ali (A.S.) that, return the stone where from it comes. He said Indian missile test in the circumstances where the situation is inching towards dialogue smacks of Indian malafide intentions therefore Pakistan also reserves its full right to defence. He said colonial powers and their allies desire to sabotage Kashmir issue and divert the oppressed, have-nots, by terming the freedom struggle of Kashmir and Palestine as terrorism under a heinous conspiracy.

Agha Moosavi said President Gen. Pervez Musharraf has termed stopping militants as a strategy that is tantamount to causing harm to the movements of Kashmiri and Palestinian freedom fighters. He said Islam is following defensive strategy right from the beginning and similarly Pakistan is also a victim of aggression for that very reason. He said if Kashmiris and Palestinians were busy in struggle for independence today at their own because it is their fundamental right. He said none of the big powers on earth could stop the oppressed from carrying out their struggle. He said the only solution to these issues lay in resolving the same in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiris and Palestinians.

The TNFJ chief said if Israel and India were under the impression that there is violence and extremism in Palestine and Kashmir then they should keep in mind that they themselves are responsible for that. He said India should pull out its 7 lakh strong armed forces from Held Kashmir, Israel should vacate the occupied areas in Israel while the United Nations should arrange implementation on its own Resolutions. He said if the issue of East Taimur could be resolved then why Kashmir and Palestine issues could not be resolved?

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the representative of religion and Shariat, and defender of knowledge, father of Hazrat Sahib Al-Zaman (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) is a great personality whose only objective was to restore justice and fair-play and root out oppression, brutality and violence. He termed oppression the greatest sin and always condemned terrorism, aggression, biases, and brutality. Imam Askari (A.S.) by not bowing down before the unruly rulers kept the Parcham-e-Islam always fluttering. RAWALPINDI, June 22: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as “Youm-e-Askari” on Saturday. Mahafil-e-Milad and seminars on the topic of Seerat-e-Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) were held at mosques and Imambargahs. In Rawalpindi, Mehfil-e-Askari was organised at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad under the auspices of District Youm-e-Askari Committee of the TNFJ. Khateeb Qasr-e-Abu Talib Allama Shaikh Ghulam Askari presided over the function while Syed Naveed Hussain Shah Markazi Convener of TNFJ’s Youm-e-Askari Committee was the chief guest.

Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat while addressing the function said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) is a great personality of Khanwada Aal-e-Athaar, symbol of morality, preacher of religion of God, Shariat-e-Muhammadi, and Uloom-e-Murtazvi besides being the defender of this pious mission. Zakir Ghulam Farid Jafar and others also addressed the gathering.

Mehfil-e-Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was also organised at Jamiatul Momineen Rawalpindi. Allama Shaikh Ijaz Hussain, Zakir Bashir Hussain Niaz, Zakir Matloob Kazmi, Mudassar Kazmi, Syed John Ali Mashadi, Zakir Tabassum Kazmi, Zafar Abbas Kazmi and others addressed the gathering. Syed Muqaddasi addressed a similar gathering at Jamia-tul-Musheer, Syed Taqi at Darbar Shah Piyara Chaur Harpal, and Maulana Abbas Kazmi addressed the Mehfil-e-Askari at Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian.

Meanwhile, according to reports reaching TNFJ headquarters, Mahafil-e-Milad and other functions were also organised in Federal Capital Islamabad, Peshawar, Pindi Gheb, Jhelum, Dina, Gujrat, Larkana, Karachi, Bhakkar, Skardu, Bagh, Muzaffarabad, Chakwal, Lahore, Kharian, and Mianwali on the occasion of “Youm-e-Askari”.

RAWALPINDI, June 20: Youm-e-Tarheem was observed throughout the country on Thursday on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan to pay homage to the Shuhada-e-Masjid Al-Hussain Syed Mohsin Raza, Hussain Raza, Ali Abbas Zaidi, Khateeb of Markazi Masjid and Imambargah Parachinar Allama Shaikh Ali Madad Najafi, Ayatollah Taqi Al-Hakim, Nimatullah Hashmi and others. Majalis-e-Aza and Quran Khwani were organised in mosques and Imambargahs on this occasion. Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in his address on the occasion said, that Allah has created live and death so as to identify who is supreme amongst the human beings by deeds. He said life and death could not be violated and the death that comes while on the right path is a blessing and Shahadat is the best death and is considered eternal life for nations. He said to remain alive is the desire of every one while Shahadat is the real life.

Agha Moosavi said there is forgiveness for those who lay down their lives in love and devotion to Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad. He said the real objective of observing Youm-e-Tarheem for Shuhada and elite of the Millat is to highlight their personality. He said there is a saying of Masooma-e-Konain (S.A.), mother of Hasnain Sharifain (A.S.) that goes: “Hazoor-e-Akram (SAW) had said that a few things should must be done before going to bed that include Khatam-e-Quran, seeking Shifa’at, pleasing Momineen, and in which Haj and Umra are also included. Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) said how that could be possible? He said reciting of Surah Tauheed three times is equal to Khatam-e-Quran, reciting Darood-e-Salam is commensurate with seeking Shifa’at, seeking blessings and Maghfirat for Momineen and Muslimeen is equal to pleasing Momineen, and reciting Tasbihaat-e-Arba’a is commensurate with performing Haj and Umra.”

The TNFJ chief said Shahadat is considered the best death in Islam and colonial powers are afraid of that very spirit and utilises every tool to cool down it while Islam is the religion of peace and condemns all types of aggression and has always adopted the path of struggle and jehad under defensive strategy. He said the Zionist-Hindu collusion is the biggest danger for Islam and the oppressed nations; they both are treading the same path massacring Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine. He said the colonial powers and their chief were using different tools in that backdrop; whenever any incident takes place in Kashmir they asked Pakistan to stop infiltration and similarly when any suicide bomb is blast in Middle East then Palestine is asked to get the suicide attacks stopped despite the fact that both Pakistan and Palestine have expressed their ignorance about these activities on several occasions. He said like deed of a Zionist could not be termed the deed of Israel likewise deed of a Muslim could not be termed the deed of Islam and Pakistan.

Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed Majlis-e-Tarheem at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan where Matmi Dasta Qamar-e-Bani Hashim performed Matamdari and Noha-Khwani. Allama Muqaddasi and other Zakireen addressed Majlis-e-Tarheem at Masjid and Imambargah Ahle Bait Muejizahgah Gaddowal Wah Cantt., Allama Shaikh Ghulam Askari at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad Rawalpindi, Maulana Tanvir Hussain Kazmi at Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke Syedan, Maulana Qamar Abbas Kazmi at Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi at Jamiatul Momineen Rawalpindi, Allama Taqi at Masjid-e-Kazmia Chaur Harpal.

Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, President TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi while addressing the Majlis-e-Tarheem at Imambargah Zain Al-Abideen paid homage to the Shuhada of Masjid Al-Hussain Multan incident, Allama Shaikh Ali Madad Najafi of Parachinar. Fateha Khwani was also held for them. The participants present on the occasion strongly demanded from the government to get the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance implemented and deal the terrorist groups with an iron hand.

RAWALPINDI, June 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Ziarat of pious personalities is a blessing. He stated this while addressing the Zaireen of Karawan-e-Mustafvi that called on him on Wednesday at the head of Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari before setting off to Karbala-e-Mualla, Najaf-e-Ashraf, Mashad, Qum, Haram Mutahira Syeda Zainab (S.A.) Damascus for Ziarat purposes.

Agha Moosavi said Muwaddat and love for Ahle Bait is the sign of Islam and Iman and has been termed obligatory. He said “Ita’at” is in place of love for which Ma’arfat is obligatory. He said love is the sign of Ahle Iman and Ziarat is the sign of Ma’arfat. He said Ziarat has a specific philosophy that is a source of strength for Iman and heart. He said angels say welcome to those who offer Ziarat besides having internal and external piousness. He asked Zaireen to return from Ziarat of holy places imbibed with the character and deeds of pious personalities, and disseminate the message of love on their return.

The TNFJ chief said Ziarat of Hussain’s (A.S.) grave has Sawaab-e-Azeem because Hussain (A.S.) is defender of that religion that was preached by the Holy Prophet (SAW) who took the labour of all prophets from Adam (A.S.) to Khatim (SAW) towards fulfilment. He said the Zionist-Hindu collusion in the present precarious circumstances poses a great danger to the world of humanity because they have the agenda to declare independence movements of Palestine and Kashmir as terrorism and thus sabotage their problems. He said silence of the United Nations on the massacre of oppressed Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine is meaningful and condemnable at the same time.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the super powers should keep in mind that the only solution to international issues; Kashmir and Palestine lay in implementation of the United Nations Resolutions and if it is unable to do that then there is no justification for this world body to exist. Similarly, he said all oppressed and the Islamic World should ponder over whether there is any charm left by remaining in the United Nations?

RAWALPINDI, June 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said defence of the country could not be strengthened with a mere increase of Rs. 15 billion in the defence budget. We would have to follow national unity and brotherhood from within for strong external defence and would have to give priority to survival, defence and development of the nation and the country over all other matters. He stated this while talking to a delegation of students that called on him here on Sunday at the head of Mukhtar Students Organisation Balochistan Province President Mahdi Askari Hazarvi. He said the national budget is the jugglery of words and figures and is difficult to understand for people, and the rulers themselves know that people do not understand such things therefore they take advantage of the situation. He said no attention has been given to price hike, unemployment and poverty in this budget and the bigwigs have been taken care of following the previous trend, and therefore it could not be called a practical budget.

Agha Moosavi said the Finance Minister had promised last year that no new tax would be levied but mini-budgets used to be introduced from time to time. He said every new ruler comes with a fanfare but he himself or the people around him or working for him take all the benefit. He said economics and finances are considered the backbone of a nation or the country, if the economy is strong it makes the nation and country strong also. But there is monopoly of a few people, multi-nationals and countries on international economics while the poor people are being exploited. He said Islam provides a complete economic system that is commensurate with piousness and guarantees welfare of a person, society and the world while the rulers think there is benefit in every deal, even in interest.

The TNFJ chief said reason behind economic and political problems faced by the Muslim Ummah is that Muslim States have adopted the path of international colonial powers instead of following the path set by God, and His Prophet (SAW). He said some powers also desire to maintain their monopoly even in the field of knowledge like other fields of life so that the poor and have-nots could not get the benefit of knowledge. He said knowledge has been termed the real Asaas of Islam, a human being is considered the best owing to knowledge that has been considered inheritance of Anbia and Khasan-e-Khuda and on that basis achievement of knowledge has been made obligatory. In the light of these realities, the Muslim Ummah was duty bound to utilise all its resources on achieving knowledge and it could only be possible when all Muslim States, particularly Pakistan make it easier to achieve knowledge removing all hurdles in its way, he added.

Mahdi Askari apprised the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi of the problems being faced by students. He assured him that student community would be in the forefront in defending the religion and the country.

RAWALPINDI, June 18: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while expressing great shock and grief over the martyrdom of three youths Mohsin Raza, Hussain Raza and Ali Abbas Zaidi of the same family at Masjid Al-Hussain New Multan has strongly condemned this act of terrorism. In a statement issued here on Tuesday, he said Pakistan had been a continuous target of terrorism during the last two decades. Incidents of terrorism in Karachi and Multan within four days are continuation of the conspiracy hatched against us by our perpetual enemy who desires to cause harm to us using different tactics, he added.

Agha Moosavi said governments in the past could not control terrorism owing to some reservations rather their wrong policies strengthened terrorists. He said Gen. Pervez Musharraf not only issued the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but also imposed restrictions on some groups but basic reason behind not rooting out terrorism despite such steps was non-implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and crackdown against such people who have nothing to do with terrorists or terrorism instead of taking action against terrorists. On the contrary, he said the top leaders of the banned groups have joined different political alliances and are being given full coverage by the print and electronic media that is tantamount to sabotaging the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and his decision of banning terrorists. He said all this was happening at a time when armed forces of our combined enemy were deployed on Pakistani borders.

The TNFJ chief said that government had joined the International Coalition to root out terrorism giving priority to survival of the motherland but our enemy desires to destabilise Pakistan by promoting terrorism, anarchy and differences. Expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of Shuhada of Masjid Al-Hussain Multan incident he declared this incident as murder of Islam and Pakistan and strongly demanded from the government to arrest the heinous culprits immediately and award them exemplary punishment. He also demanded to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance strictly, tight the noose around real leaders of the banned groups and take action against those elements that have allowed them to roam about freely.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi lamented that our media highlights every incident involving Americans, Frenchs and other foreigners but they keep criminal silence when any Pakistani loses life in such incidents. They should therefore give up duplicity in their deeds because interest of Pakistan should be supreme before us, he said adding that Pakistanis and Muslims should also be given top priority. He appealed all schools of thought to express hatred against terrorists because we consider that a terrorist keeps no country or Maslak and he should only be treated in that context.

RAWALPINDI, June 17: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the whole world was aware that long standing Kashmir issue is the real cause of tension in South Asia. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council that called on him here on Monday. He said Pakistan was made target of aggression many a time and India also conducted nuclear tests to sabotage the slogan “Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan”. 

Agha Moosavi said India deployed heavy enforcements on Pakistani borders after staging the drama of Jammu incident while super powers supported Indian point of view instead of condemning Indian action and asked Pakistan to stop infiltration instead. Not only that but the American foreign minister stated to the extent that although they have no proofs but the possibility of Al-Qaida presence in Held Kashmir could not be ruled out, he added. He said India pulled out a few army units on the desire of some super powers but it is not enough for resolving an issue. He said the Indian defence minister has himself said that India would keep her troops on borders till that time she feels necessary and it indicates that they do not desire to de-escalate tension. 

The TNFJ chief said America was saying that she is not playing any mediation and India is saying that they do not accept any mediation either, which means that there is something wrong somewhere. He said the chief of the international colonial powers desires to link independence movements with terrorism so as to please here agents but if the independence movement launched in East Taimor could not be considered terrorism then why they are bent upon declaring independence struggles of Kashmir and Palestine as terrorism?

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said when America was not playing as mediator and India is also not ready to accept any such move then the only solution lay in holding plebiscite in Held Kashmir in the light of United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiris. In addition, he said holding meaningful dialogue in which Kashmiris should also participate could also pave way for providing a solid basis for durable solution for Kashmir issue. He said all powers should keep in mind that war is not a solution to any issue, if super powers desire peace then they should accept the authority of the United Nations instead of carrying out a solo flight.

Bokhari, Chairman of the TNFJ Political Cell has announced to summon the country-wide meeting of the Political Cell next month to review active participation in the oncoming elections. Addressing the Central Cabinet meeting of the Political Cell, he said solidarity of the motherland lay in democracy and the motherland could be put on the road to progress and development by transferring power to representatives of the people.

He called upon President of Pakistan to get rid of flatterers and check the black sheep in the government ranks as they are becoming a source of defame for the government. He said in the present circumstances when the national cohesion was the need of the hour; the motherland was facing Indian expansionist designs externally and terrorism from internally. He said the statements issued by the Information Minister have become a source of creating a gulf between the government and the religious and political parties. He said Mr. Memon was entrusted the job of summoning a consultancy meeting of all political and religious parties but instead of inviting all religious and political parties, he utilised all his efforts in projecting such alliances to which terrorist organisations were also members so much so the TNFJ Political Cell that represents Millat-e-Jafariya was not also sent any invitation.

S.A. Bokhari said the Information Minister succeeded in presenting terrorists in the electronic media but failed in summoning consultancy meeting and in fulfilling the expectations of President of Pakistan. He said encouraging terrorists and negating Anti-Terrorism Ordinance is commensurate with making fraud with President of Pakistan on which the Information Minister should tender his resignation immediately.

Coordination Committees were formed during the meeting to coordinate throughout the country and Ali Raza Taqvi was nominated as Central Coordinator in this connection.

ISLAMABAD, June 15: The Spokesman of TNFJ Political Cell has said that Federal Information Minister Nisar Memon should display moral courage and resign for his repeated failure to organise meeting of religious and political parties with President of Pakistan that was a source of embarrassment rather created gulf between the government and the opposition. In a statement, issued here on Saturday, he said the Federal Information Minister also held talks with such alliances in connection with consultation of President of Pakistan with religious and political circles in which restricted parties are also included. 

The TNFJ Political Cell Spokesman said the President adopting the path of consultation had held a meeting with religious and political parties on May 22. Responsibility of contacting and issuing invitation for this meeting was rested with President’s Principal Secretary Tariq Aziz and that meeting was a success owing to his efforts although some of the parties did not attend that meeting. In that meeting some parties had advised the President to invite those parties again who did not attend that meeting, therefore the Information Ministry after fixing the date of meeting with the opposition first time announced its postponement later on. Now again the President had announced June 18 for the dialogue and had claimed that all religious and political leaders have been invited and the opposition is ready for dialogue that proved a white lie.

The Spokesman said the Information Ministry has not invited all parties because the representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih, TNFJ Political Cell has not received any invitation while the TNFJ Political Cell has participated in the May 22 meeting. This time the Information Minister did not meet anyone and put the whole blame on the opposition, and the President should take strong notice of this situation. He said an important meeting of TNFJ Political Cell is being summoned in which political strategy would be developed.

RAWALPINDI, June 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the path of Shahadat is the path of Anbia and Mursaleen and that is the Siraat-e-Mustaqeem. He stated this is his special address on the occasion of “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum” here on Friday. He said Shahadat is that great source of Allah’s desire, guarding of religious and human values that could be utilised to get rid of net of oppressive and brutal world and the colonial powers in addition to performing the duty of defending the nation, the country and the Islamic World at ease. He said Shahadat is a courageous and laudable act, this is the only way of death that is greater than life rather it is an eternal life. It is the Nishan-e-Haider that is the source of honour for the martyrs of religion and the motherland. He said international Taghoot and its chief America were utilising all their energies and tactics to cool down the spirit of jehad because the Muslim spirit of jehad is the biggest hurdle in the way of their interests and supremacy.

Agha Moosavi said international Taghoot, international atheist forces and their chief America utilise all their tactics to restore their and their agents’ supremacy so as to implement their priorities by targeting the whole world of humanity of their oppression and brutality. He said the Islamic World, through its character and deeds, has proved after the September 11 incident that we are not aggressors or terrorists but the followers of Paighambar-e-Aman (SAW) and Islam that is the religion of peace and solidarity but the colonial powers were following the policy of crying hoarse otherwise. They and their agents were hit by Al-Qaida phobia at present, he added. He said American defence minister tried to thrust all his weight during his recent visit to Pakistan that Al-Qaida was active in Held Kashmir but they have no proofs. This statement was actually aimed at diverting the world attention from Zionist and Hindu brutalities in Palestine and Kashmir where massacre of Muslims was going on unabated. He said what is being done in Kashmir and Palestine was being done on the behest of America.

The TNFJ chief said according to an Indian newspaper, America was considering sending space monitors to Azad Kashmir to monitor any movement on the Line of Control and was providing all types of equipment to it but was increasing pressure on its International Coalition partner, Pakistan. He said we are nuclear power, therefore, the government should declare upon the whole world that we keep the interests of the nation and the country supreme over all other matters. He said whether American representatives visit Middle East or South Asia, their only target is to lay Islamic World and China low.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we had been saying that the Islamic World should give a thought that whenever American leaders visit these two regions, the chain of terrorism takes a new beginning that provides food for thought. He said the bomb blast in Karachi on Friday is a part of that heinous conspiracy. He said we helped the International Coalition in rooting out external terrorism but it desires to misuse our cooperation to justify its survival through initiating terrorism in Pakistan and destabilising us through their agents.

Agha Moosavi paying rich homage to Shuhada-e-Qaum, demanded from the President of Pakistan to set up an Enquiry Board to find out why the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by him has not been implemented yet as a result of which we could not control internal terrorism and the terrorists were not only roaming about freely but are also seen sitting around the government and opposition personalities. He said the terrorists should be tackled with an iron hand, and assassins of all Shuhada-e-Qaum should given exemplary punishment after arresting them immediately. He said all those who promote biases and sow the seeds of hatred are enemies of Islam and Pakistan. He reiterated his resolve that they will not let the blood of Shuhada go waste and would not allow anyone to bargain the same. He said struggle for achievement of highest values, survival of religion and the motherland for which they had sacrificed their lives would continue with full sincerity.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – June 14, 02: Fortieth of the Nation’s Martyrs was observed throughout the country with respect on Friday, June 14 to pay tributes to the martyrs of shah e Najaf, Bhakkar, Karachi and others incidents on the call of TNFJ chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

On this occasion Quran Khawani, Fateha Khawani and Majalis-e-Taraheem were arranged in all four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. Scholars and speakers highlighted the philosophy of martyrdom in Friday Congregations.

According to the convener TNFJ Central Committee for the Fortieth of the Nation’s Martyrs, M. D. Haideri a great majlis e aza was held after Friday prayer at Markazi Shia Jame Masjid Darbar Sakhi Shah Chan Charagh Rawalpindi in connection with the 40th of the martyrs of the nation.

Addressing the majlis, Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najfi said Islam is the religion of knowledge, justice, righteousness having a complete code of life and source of blessing and survival for the whole world of humanity. Struggling for its survival, and revival of eternal principles is called jehad, bearing detention and brutality for it is a blessing, and sacrificing life in its way is worship and martyrdom and this great status awards eternal life.

Paying rich homage to the martyrs of Masjid Shah-e-Najaf, Bhakkar incidents and other incidents reported from other parts of the country, Khatib Fateh Furat said that they sacrificed their lives in defending the motherland, and protecting ideological and geographical frontiers.

A number of resolutions were also passed on the occasion. A resolution, while paying homage to all the martyrs of Bhakkar, Karachi, Shah e Najaf, Phoor Gali Quetta, Punjab, Sindh Balochistan and NWFP, vowed to keep continue the struggle for the achievement of that high objectives for which the martyrs sacrificed their lives. The resolution made clear that the blood of martyrs would not be let wasted, and no one would be allowed to harm the country.

Another resolution adopted on the occasion expressed solidarity with the martyrs of Kashmir, Palestine and other oppressed nations.

In another resolution, dua e maghferat was offered for all deceased momineen and mominaat under the saying ‘he who dies in the love of Muhammad & Aal e Muhammad dies as a martyr’. Another resolution urged United Nations to resolve the problems of all oppressed nations including Palestine and Kashmir in line with UN resolutions and desires of their people.

Zakir Matloob Kazmi and Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan addressed the majlis at Imambargah Zainul Abideen, Rawalpindi.

In Federal Capital Islamabad, main Majlis of “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum” was held at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan after Friday prayers, which was addressed by Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and others.

In Lahore, Majalis-e-Aza was held at Aza-Khana Zahra Krishan Nagar and Imambargah Babul Hawaij under the auspices of TNFJ.

In Dera Ghazi Khan, Majlis-e-Tarheem was held at Imambargah Haideria 45 Block under the auspices of Syed Zafar Abbas Naqvi.

In Karachi, main Majlis-e-Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum was held at Imambargah Nasran-e-Hussain Trust Shah Faisal Colony after Maghrebain. Allama Muhammad Aun Naqvi, Allama Zaheer Abidi, Allama Mazhar Abidi addressed the Majlis while Syed Akhtar Hasnain Kazmi present “Salam”.

In Peshawar, Majlis “Chehlum Shuhada-e-Qaum” was held at Imambargah Master Ghulam Haider Khan (Late) Mohallah Rassi Wattan, which was addressed by provincial Tehreek President Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash and different ulema and zakireen.

In Quetta, Majlis-e-Tahreem was held at Markazi Imambargah Wali Al-Asr Barwari Town, which was addressed by Provincial Tehreek leader Muhammad Ali Advocate, and local ulema and zakireen.

In Bhakkar, Majlis-e-Aza was held at Qasr-e-Zainab under the auspices of M.F., which was addressed by Syed Niaz Hussain Shah, Murid Baqar Khan and others. A Majlis-e-Aza was also held under the auspices of TNFJ (Women Wing).

Majlis in connection with the “40th of the Nation’s Martyrs” was held at the residence of Syed Sultan Ali Kazmi at Domeel Syedan.

In Bagh, a Majlis-e-Aza was held at Imambargah Imamia Bagh City, which was addressed by Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi and other local zakireen.

He said Pakistan has the singular honour of following Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam with the objective to adopt piousness. He said the highest standards of piousness for Mujahideen is sacrificing their life. He said a nation deprived of spirit of jehad is confronted with humiliation because the spirit of jehad is the best weapon for a Momin and Shahadat a
defence.

The TNFJ chief said the world of humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, were confronted with terrorism and aggression for quite long and Pakistan had joined the International Coalition to root it out but internal terrorism could not be rooted out as a result of incapability of the previous governments. He said the present government has not only issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but has also imposed restriction on some terrorist outfits and had decided that these outfits would not be allowed to function in any other name but unfortunately some of these outfits were being provided shelter of different alliances and have activated themselves. If the government did not give immediate attention to this matter then we would be justified to understand that there is duplicity in government’s words and deeds and it has some reservations in mind, he added.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country, he is just a terrorist. He made a fervent appeal to political alliances and elite to be kind to the nation and the country and stop making terrorist elements sit besides them because this activity strengthens terrorists and become a source of humiliation and defame for the nation and the country. He said the nation should remain vigilant, and express hatred against terrorists while the government should take care of terrorists with an iron hand.
