RAWALPINDI, May 03: The Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions would be observed throughout the country with due religious fervour and devotion. Shabih-e-Zuljinah, Alam, Tazia and Taboot processions would be taken out from all big cities and towns in which mourners will offer “Pursa” through performing Noha-Khwani, Matamdari, Zanjeer-Zani and Qama-Zani.

In Rawalpindi, the main procession of Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala would be taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat would address the main Arbaeen procession at Fawwara Chowk. Mukhtar Students Organisation would install Central Azadari Camp at Fawwara Chowk while different religious, social, and welfare organisations have laid programmes to distribute Langar-e-Hussain and organise Sabeels during the Chehlum processions. Zuljinah processions will also be taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh, and Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala Tyre Bazar. All these processions would merge in the main procession. Zuljinah and Alam processions will also be taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Baltistania Imambargah Angatpura. All these processions would terminate at Qadeemi Imambargah Rawalpindi late in the evening.

Meanwhile, a joint meeting of TNFJ, Mukhtar Force, Mukhtar Students Organisation was held here on Friday in which arrangements for main Chehlum procession were finalised. Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, District Convener, Muharram Azadari Committee presided over the meeting which decided that office-bearers of TNFJ Muharram Azadari Committee and Mukhtar Force volunteers would remain with the procession all along its route.

RAWALPINDI, May 2: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the bomb blasts in Karachi has said not a single straw could move on April 30 but blast the very next day provide food for thought. In a statement, issued here from Tehreek headquarters, he said an important part of the 7-point agenda of President Pervez Musharraf and the question asked in the Referendum was “rooting out terrorism” but it could not be checked yet, and why? He said the worst type of terrorism incident took place in Bhakkar a few days ago, Air Marshal (Retd) Shabbir Hussain Shah was murdered in Islamabad two days ago, many lost their lives while several others were injured in bomb blast in Karachi the other day, vehicles were put on fire and property damaged, what all this is going on? Where the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance has gone? Who are the elements that were creating hurdles in implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance? He said the victims of terrorism would definitely raise hue and cry, lodging protest is their basic right, we can stop them only to a certain limit, how much we could stop them from strikes and giving calls?

Agha Moosavi while expressing sympathies with the bereaved families demanded from the government to practically implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, ensure peace, and remove the disappointment and uncertainty. He said the responsibilities of the President have increased manifold after the Referendum therefore, President Gen. Pervez Musharraf should take the notice of terrorism himself and give exemplary punishment to terrorists. He said the Sindh Governor has failed in checking the continued terrorism in Karachi therefore he should resign from his office immediately. 

The TNFJ chief said Shah-e-Najaf incident took place just before Muharram, and then came the Islamabad incident and now continued incidents of terrorism have been reported just before the Chehlum. He said the government programmes pass by smoothly and after that bombs are showered on the people, which is no justice! He expressed surprise that the President puts restrictions on terrorists by declaring ban on them while the Governor makes them sit around him. Is this not contrary to the decision of the President of Pakistan, he asked? Does the terrorism would stop or increase by following this attitude…? Is the terrorism encouraged or discouraged by making the groups involved in terrorism sit around him after a ban is imposed on them…? He sought answers to these questions from the Governor.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the standard of our friendship and enmity is based on belief, solidarity of the nation and the country which we prefer over all other matters. He appealed the people to remain alert and keep restraint by avoiding every step that would be damaging for the nation or the country. He announced that the Markazi Muharram Azadari Cells of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan would remain active till the first week of Rabiul Awwal and Azadari Committee would remain in action, therefore, the Azadaran Syed-us-Shuhada should remain in contact with the Markazi Control Room for the solution of all possible problems. He also advised them to keep Azadari supreme over all other matters and no one should take the law into his hand rather they all should remain peaceful.

RAWALPINDI, May 2: An important meeting of M.F. Tehsil Rawalpindi was held in Rawalpindi. Tehsil Commander Raja Sehsar Mahmood presided over the meeting that was attended by all commanders of Tehsil Rawalpindi. A resolution adopted at the meeting demanded from the Administration to make special protective measures for the Azadari processions, ensure cleanliness on all routes, drainage and arrangement of lights during the night on the occasion of Chehlum Imam Hussain
(A.S.).

The Tehsil Commander in his address on the occasion advised the Azadaran-e-Hussain to participate in Majalis and Chehlum processions by following the Code of Azadari issued by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and should not bear any hurdle in Azadari giving it utmost priority over all other matters. He called upon all schools of thought to participate in Azadari programmes on 20th Safar to pay homage to Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) and present condolences to the Holy Prophet (SAW). 

City Commander Shahzad Kazmi, Naib Commander Ishtiaq Jafri, Section Commander Nadeem Shah, Syed Kausar Ali Shah, and Syed Shakil Bokhari also addressed the gathering. Programmes for Chehlum of Syed-us-Shuhada were also given a final shape during the meeting.

RAWALPINDI, May 2: Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions in connection with the Chehlum of Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) started throughout the country from Thursday. Azadaran Syed-us-Shuhada, ulema, zakireen, waizeen, khutaba and Noha-Khwans fully participated in Azadari programmes to present “Pursa” to the Masoom (A.S.). A Majlis-e-Chehlum was held at Markazi Imambargah Qasr-e-Abu Talib Rawalpindi after which Zuljinah procession was taken out, which after marching through the designated route terminated at the Imambargah. A large number of Matmi Sangats participated in the procession while Zanjeer-Zans performed Zanjeer-Zani. 

Allama Ghulam Askari, Allama Mohsin Al-Hussaini, Syed Naseer Sabzwari, Fida Hussain Pidhrar and Ch. Mushtaq Hussain addressed the Majlis. The speakers paying homage to the defender of the Hussaini caravan Syed-us-Sajjad (A.S.) and Mukhadraat-e-Ismat and Taharat (S.A.) said they defeated the Yazidi Taghoot by disseminating the message of Hussain despite they were chained.

Majlis-e-Chehlum was also held at Ali Market Satellite Town under the auspices of Hayyat Tulaba-e-Imamia. Faizan Kazmi, Mudassar Kazmi, Aqeel Kazmi, Arif Hussaini and Malik Taimur-ul-Hassan addressed the Majlis followed by Matamdari. Annual Majlis-e-Chehlum was held at Jafri House under the auspices of M.F. Section Dhoke Hassu. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat, Allama Zawwar Hussain Madni and other waizeen addressed the Majlis. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat, in his address said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.), his near and dear ones presented the exemplary sacrifice in the plains of Karbala for the survival of Islamic principles and protection of Shariat-e-Muhammadi, put the enemies of Deen-e-Illahi and Shariat-e-Muhammadi on the back seat for ever, and laid down the constitution for independence for the freedom fighters through their spirit of sacrifice. Chehlum Majalis also stated at Bargah Zain Al-Aza under the auspices of Anjuman
Faizan-e-Punjtan.

Majalis-e-Chehlum are being held at Jamia-tul-Murtaza Karachi Company Islamabad under the auspices of Dhukhtran-e-Islam. Majlis-e-Chehlum for ladies was also held at Naqvi House Satellite Town. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat while addressing a Majlis-e-Chehlum at G-10 Islamabad under the auspices of Syed Zafar Naqvi, paid rich homage to
Syed-us-Shuhada.

RAWALPINDI, May 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the seerat and character of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) is the beacon of light and a complete code of life for the labourers all over the world. He stated this in his special address on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) here on Wednesday. He said amongst all religions the world over, only and only Islam has the singular honour of spelling out solutions to the problems faced by the whole humanity. He said the Holy Quran that is called Godly Manifesto and Law addressed the human beings and Ahle Iman on almost every occasion and used the word “Amal” (work) from different angles stressing the need of work, which is the tool to make one’s life.

Agha Moosavi said economic problems dominate in the problems and that is why the greatest religion i.e. Islam does not desire to see its followers begging rather this religion has a movement as it preaches to work. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) is the best of all prophets and he used to advise to do work and preach Fuqr. He said Islam condemns begging while one who earns through labour or work is termed friendly to Almighty Allah. He said the hand up is considered superior than the hand below it. He said from amongst the Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) used to do labour and similarly Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) father of Imam Raza (A.S.) was also in habit of doing labour. Foremost of all, he said, Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) also used to grind wheat with her on hands using “chakki”.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the International Day of Labourers is actually a lesson taken from Islam but Islam is not the religion of discrimination, it safeguards the rights of the poor and the labourers. Therefore, if we desire to achieve this objective today then we would have to adopt the policy of expressing hatred against the oppressors and help the oppressed so as to achieve the rights of the oppressed and the have-nots all over the world including that of Kashmiris and Palestinians.

RAWALPINDI, May 1: The Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) was observed throughout the country on Wednesday in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were held at Imambargahs and Matmi processions were taken out on this occasion. Allama Shaikh Ghulam Askari, Allama Mohsin Hamdani, and Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari addressed the Majlis-e-Shahadat organised by Anjuman Ghulaman-e-Abu Talib at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad. A huge Matmi procession was taken out on this occasion in Chakwal in which thousands of mourners participated. Annual Azadari procession was taken out from Tarlai Kalan Federal Area Islamabad and the Majlis-e-Aza held on this occasion was addressed by Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, and various other Waizeen and Zakireen.

In Peshawar, annual Majlis-e-Aza in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) was held in Mohallah Gul Badshah Jee under the auspices of Nazar Abbas Mir that was addressed by Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat of Sindh. Matamdari was also performed afterwards. A resolution was also adopted during the Majlis paying tributes to the Referendum policy given by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi saying that he was giving priority to Azadari over all other matters keeping the dignity of Ayyam-e-Aza in view. The resolution also reiterated resolve of the participants to fully support every call given by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Majlis-e-Aza in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) was also held at Darbar Aalia Sakhi Muazzam Qalandar Jhalyari Sharif Jassowal Syedan Rawalpindi, which was addressed, by various ulema and zakireen. A Matmi procession was also taken out after the Majlis and was later terminated after reaching Imambargah Ghareeb Al-Ghuraba. A Majlis-e-Aza and Matamdari for ladies marking the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) was held at Jamia-tul-Murtaza Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtran-e-Islam and Kaneezan-e-Aseeran-e-Karbala, which was addressed by Zakira Mohtarma Tahira Jafri, Zakira Nigar Haider, Zakira Perveen Zaidi, Zakira Mrs. Zaki Haider, Zakira Areeza Begum, Zakira Zahra. Later, Shabih-e-Taboot was also taken out. Annual Majlis-e-Aza was held at the residence of Muhammad Saqlain Bajwa and Haider Abbas Bajwa in Mughalabad Rawalpindi, which was addressed by Zakir Musafira-e-Shaam Matloob Hussain Kazmi and other zakireen. Majlis was held at the residence of Prof. Ghazanfar Abbas Naqvi in Satellite Town Rawalpindi. Matamdari was also performed after the Majlis.

Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of the Markazi Muharram Azadari Committee of the TNFJ, Pakistan, in a statement has said that as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi “Arbaeen-e-Hussaini” is the “Ashoora-e-Sani”, therefore the government should make effective protective arrangement for Majalis-e-Aza to be held and Matmi processions to be taken out on this occasion throughout the country. He also demanded full coverage of the Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala on the electronic media.

He said holding Referendum ignoring our demand not to go for it during the Ayyam-e-Aza was tragic as a result of which the TNFJ decided not to participate in Referendum keeping the sanctity of Ayyam-e-Aza in view declaring upon the whole world that we keep the Aza-e-Mazloom Karbala dearest of all things. He said the people remained busy in Azadari programmes giving prove of their national and Milli conscientiousness.

RAWALPINDI, April 30: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said, it was necessary to avoid all those activities that are contrary to the Islamic principles for restoring democratic system in accordance with the Islamic values. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country with devotion on Wednesday. He said the motherland Pakistan came into being on the basis of Two-Nation Theory because Islam and Kufr are two separate Millats. He said Allama Iqbal (R.A.) gave the idea of creating an Islamic welfare State and the Quaid-i-Azam transformed this idea into reality.

Agha Moosavi said the basis of Islamic government is commensurate with Kalma-e-Tauheed that gets rid the world of humanity from humiliation. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed is the citadel of Allah and one could get rid of any wrath by entering into it and doing struggle for the protection of this citadel, preaching the message of Tauheed, Risalat, Wilayat is termed worship, while bearing detention, brutalities and sacrificing the life doing all this is termed Shahadat. This Tamgha-e-Shahadat, he said adds to the beauty of Khasan-e-Khuda enlightening the whole universe. He said Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) is that great a personality who, by kissing martyrdom in the way of Shariat, restoration of righteousness and path of Quran and Islam, declared on the whole world that his only mission is supremacy of Deen-e-Khudawandi and humanity and no dictator or tyrant ruler could deter him from fulfilling that great objective.

The TNFJ chief said the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) is the great tragedy of Islamic history. He said today the whole Islamic World was facing one problems or the other and is confronted with tragic incidents, Kashmiris and Palestinians were being trampled, Muslims were being roasted alive in India because all big powers and international organisations including the United Nations and the OIC have adopted duplicity in their character and deeds.

 He said the Islamic World is their special target and the new American agenda to destroy seven States including Russia and China is aimed at creating more fear and harassment in the Islamic World. He said the lack of unity in the Islamic World was benefiting the international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus and such a situation is damaging for the oppressed nations and the Muslim people. He said we would have to follow the seerat and character of Imam Zamin Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) that guarantees survival of the whole humanity and is a sheer blessing if we are sincere with Islam and desire welfare of humanity. 

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi thanked the Azadaran-e-Ahle Bait who following the TNFJ policy are busy in Azadari programmes only giving priority to Azadari over all other matters keeping to the dignity of Ayyam-e-Aza despite considering the Presidential Referendum a constitutional exercise.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – April 28, 2002: Central Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Mazhar Ali Shah advocate has said Azadari of Imam Hussain (A.S.) is very dear to us over all matters and time has proved that TNFJ Referendum policy is right and sound.

He made his comments while expressing his reaction over the ruling of Supreme Court. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said that TNFJ Pakistan, in the central cabinet session on April 14, announcing its Referendum policy had termed Referendum ‘constitutional’ because Article 48, in which amendments were made by P.O. 14 of 1985 – and this article is completely edited which has 7 clauses and clause 6 of Article 48 says “if, at any time, the president, in his discretion or on the advice of the prime minister, considers that it is desirable that any matter of national importance should be referred to a referendum, the president may cause the matter to be referred to a referendum in the form of a question that is capable of being answered by Yes or No.” Therefore president is authorized to cause hold the referendum.

He said that to this extend nobody was against it. The point raised was that whether to keep continue president’s presidency is a matter of national importance over which referendum could be said necessary? Its difficult to bring crushing evidence in favour of this point of view so it happened that the Supreme Court termed the Referendum order ‘legal’.

Time would tell that to what extend the ruling of the court is correct. So this discussion should be wrapped up now as the court has termed it right, he added. Secretary General TNFJ said TNFJ only opposed Referendum on this point that the Pakistan president had signaled the first week of May for Referendum but why chief Election Commissioner, in defiance of this, set the date of April 30 for Referendum? As we consider its a conspiracy to prevent a school of thought deliberately from using its right to vote. The whole world knows that Maktab-e-Tashayyo, in the words of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi considers its all happiness and grieves worthless and insignificant from Muharram 1 to Rabiul Awwal 8 and prefers Ayyama-e-Aza that’s why, considering Azadari-e-Imam Hussain (A.S) jugular vein, deemed it dearest to all. But despite this, TNFJ has not prevented anyone from expressing his viewpoint so no doubts should be kept in anyone’s mind in connection with the choice of Referendum.

He said that discussion could be continued over this point that what were political demerits of Referendum in past and in the light of past experiences what strategy of fikr-o-amal should we adopt in future for self correction.

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said we accept that Gen. Pervez Musharraf has taken beneficial steps to maintain law and order especially the issuance of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance. Therefore we strongly demand from the president that now he, in one sense, has been accepted as a president and he has won the Referendum also. So he could only cause his 7-points agenda to be implemented when he would not be caught by expediencies and would not become hostage of advisors and ministers because despite Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, terrorism in Pakistan is still going on. Karachi incidents, Shah-e-Najaf incident and the worst incident of Bhakkar stand witness to it.

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah said: “Me, being the Secretary General of TNFJ, would appeal to the president Pakistan to immediately form inquiry tribunal, taking notice of these incidents, and nab the culprits thus give them exemplary punishment because I consider Ladies first as women were targeted in the last-mentioned incident. Therefore it is different of all incidents as terrorism has reached to that extend that oppressed women and children have been targeted for the first time-which is very dangerous.”

The Secretary TNFJ said Azadari of Imam-e-Mazloom (A.S) is dear to us because its an eternal protest of oppressed against the oppressors and this would continue until the justice and equity established in the whole world and beloved country became the hub of peace.

He appealed from the Azadars (mourners) to perform Marasim-e-Aza with traditional reverence and fervour and refrain themselves and warned others also of all those matters which cause hindrance in Azadari; be vigilant because our perpetual enemy is cunning and crafty as well and we all have to fail its such conspiracies with unity.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 27 April 2002: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has termed the murder of former senator Mustafa kamal Rizvi and Dr. Nishat Malik in Karachi as an open act of terrorism and demanded from the government to nab the assassins and give them exemplary punishment.

In a statement issued here from Tehreek headquarters, Agha Moosavi said this incident is a chain of continued terrorism in the beloved country with the motive of destabilizing Pakistan as well as creating fear and harass in people besides proving presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance ineffective and fruitless. He said Karachi – the economic jugular vein of Pakistan – is at the continuous target of terrorists and killings are the daily routine there but governor Sindh remained fail in eradicating this terrorism. 

Terming the step of president Gen. Pervez Musharraf of taking notice of Bhakkar incident after TNFJ called his attention towards this, as ‘sound’, Agha Moosavi urged the president to take step against those elements also which stand in the way of implementing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and are avoiding this deliberately.

TNFJ chief appealed from the president Pakistan to issue orders for the formation of Muharram Azadari Cells in Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan as well as Kashmir and Northern Areas, which have not been formed yet despite Tehreek’s demands and directions be issued to these cells to keep in contact with TNFJ central Muharram Azadari Committee’s control rooms as Ayyam-e-Aza are till Rabi ul Awwal 8 and on 12th Rabiul Awwal there will be Eid Milad un Nabi processions; 20th safar is the chehlum of the Lord of Martyrs (A.S) on which occasion majalis and procession will be taken out like Ashura. 

Agha Moosavi said we consider killings, rapacity, terrorist and terrorism ‘Ulcer’ for the world of humanity. President Pakistan joined International coalition to root out global terrorism but this should be kept in mind that most important than this is the elimination of terrorism inside Pakistan. President curbing the terrorists should prove practically that ‘Pakistan hamari jan sab sey pehley Pakistan’.

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan urged the government, people and all patriotic elements to show practical averseness from terrorist outfits, which want to create dissention and hatred among makatib and masalik. Such elements are not the friends of Islam, Pakistan and people. Killing of any Pakistani, with whatever sect, faith or minority he belongs, he is Pakistani and therefore his murder is the murder of Pakistan, Agha Moosavi made clear.

In a statement issued here, Agha Moosavi said Bhakkar blast is the worst
incident of terrorism in Punjab, which is a conspiracy to destabilize
Pakistan, creating disturbance and dissention in the country according to a
planned design. He said “we, through a press conference before Muharram,
had called the attention of authorities that Muharram is not of ten days
only but programmes of Ayyam-e-Aza remained continue till Rabiul Awwal 8,
after which on Rabiul Awwal 12, processions of Eid Miladun Nabi are taken

interior Ministry, and with the grace of Allah Almighty as well as effective
measures of Federal Government Muharram passed away in peace and safety. But

Agha Moosavi said that we, in TNFJ central cabinet session, called the
government attention for special foolproof arrangements during Azadari
programmes, being continued on the occasion of Chehlum of Martyrs of Karbala
and for law and order in the country. Bhakkar Majlis-e-Aza where the
incident of terrorism occurred was the annual programme in connection with
the Chehlum of Martyrs of Karbala, which is attended by lakhs of Azadars. If
our suggestions were followed, Bhakkar incident would not happened, he

Agha Moosavi expressed regrets that governor Punjab is being spending all
his energies for Referendum. He said incident of Shah-e-Najaf Rawalpindi
exactly before Muharram, and Bhakkar incident before Chehlum of the Lord of
Martyrs (Syed Ush Shuhada) (A.S) are the crystal clear proofs of Punjab
government’s failure. The ruler who could not establish peace has no right
to rule the people.

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi strongly demanded from the
government the formation of high-level judicial tribunal to probe Bhakkar
incident as well as take severe notice of administration’s ignorance and

to divert world attention from Palestine, Kashmir and Anti-Muslim riots in
India. This conspiracy would be failed with the practical display of Shia-Sunni
unity and we would serve all our energies for the integrity and stability of
the county and nation, he added.

RAWALPINDI, April 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that expansionist designs of Zionists and Hindus were posing danger to the whole world of humanity. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Tulaba-e-Islamia Kashmir here on Thursday. He said after the September 11 Washington incident, Hindus increased their oppressive activities in the Held Kashmir getting American pat on their back and then they tried to involve Pakistan in the garb of attack on Indian Assembly building in New Delhi and Kolkatta incident and when they failed in their designs they sponsored anti-Muslim riots in India in which thousands of Muslims were massacred, villages razed to ground, and wave of terror and harassment was spread within all minorities living in India. On the other hand, he said Zionists made the life of Palestinians difficult, bulldozed whole cities and villages using bulldozers and tanks and massacred Palestinians unabated. The United Nations presented Resolution No. 1405 and desires to get it implemented.

Agha Moosavi said the situation has reached to the extent that now Zionists were eyeing on the Arab World, therefore, Saudi Arabia sensing their evil designs has started preparing their armed forces. He said the style of massacre of Palestine and Muslims in Israel and India, is of similar nature and the oppressive activities are being carried out by Vajpayee and Sharon with the full backing of President Bush. He said Pakistan, by the grace of God, is a nuclear power and its ideology is based on Islam thus she enjoys the right to lead the whole Muslim Ummah but we will have to come out of the shackle of international Taghoot and her agents before doing all this. For this purpose, he will have to consider attack of any Maslak, country, oppressed and have-not as an attack on the whole humanity because at present the whole world was eyeing on Pakistan.

RAWALPINDI, April 24: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while terming the gory murder of Syed Aal-e-Raza, Fahd Hussain, Nasir Ali and that of a doctor and a trader earlier as a part of continued acts of terrorism has strongly condemned the same. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said our perpetual enemy was responsible for all this to divert the world attention from continued anti-Muslim riots in India because the Indian opposition has demanded sacking of Chief Minister of the affected province of Gujerat flopping the secular slogan raised by the Indian government.

Agha Moosavi said the game of terrorism is played with short breaks in days when any religious festival or programme is approaching or like the President of Pakistan is on “Meet the People” tour. He said objective of creating anarchy and unrest in the country is aimed at destabilising the nation and the motherland. He said they had invited the government attention during the Central Cabinet meeting of the Tehreek held on April 14 that they should fix the terrorists and the secret agencies should utilise all their energies in fixing the terrorists instead of trailing the political elite. He said we had also asked the government to set up Muharram Azadari Cells till 12th Rabiul Awwal in the provinces also like the one that was established in the Interior Ministry and publicise the same so that Azadars could get their problems resolved.

RAWALPINDI, April 23: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the responsibility of human massacre lay on the United Nations as it has become hostage of international colonial powers, therefore Kofi Annan should achieve independence for himself so that he could get the United Nations Resolutions implemented following the norms of justice and fair-play. He stated this while talking to a big representative delegation from Fateh Jang that called on him at the head of important personality of the area and TNFJ leader, Numberdaar Sardar Noor Khan here on Tuesday.

He said collusion of international colonial powers was posing a grave threat to the whole mankind as a result of which oppressed nations and Muslim people were confronting host of problems and the international Taghoot is behind this plan. He said the United Nations has adopted dual standards and its attitude towards under-developed, poor, oppressed, Muslim people and have-nots is Hippocratic and based on wickedness and this fact remains no more a secret.

Agha Moosavi said in India, anti-Muslim riots were going on, Christian, Sikh
and other minorities were being victimised, their places of worship were
being razed to ground and their massacre going on, in the Held Valley blood
of innocent Kashmiris was being shed, while Israel has destructed Palestine,
Yasser Arafat is besieged, more than 10 lakh trooped have been deployed on
Pakistan’s border while the World Bank has reportedly said that atomic war
could be initiated between Pakistan and India rather it is speaking the
American language. He said these colonial plans are an open challenge to the
dignity of the Islamic World and mankind. He said the Islamic World that is
enriched with the oil wealth and is now an atomic power also but despite
that a Saudi minister says “oil is neither tank nor plane…” He
should have at least followed in the foot-steps of their elder Shah Faisal
who used to consider oil as weapon and he made the world feel that it is so,
he added. He said tanks and planes are run on oil that means oil is the
actual weapon. 

The TNFJ chief demanded immediate session of the OIC to look into all issues in the backdrop of humanity. He also demanded to raise the issues of Muslim massacre, anti-Muslim riots in India, oppression and brutalities in Held Kashmir at the United Nations and term Sharon and Vajpayee war criminals as, he added, they were big terrorists. He said it is a great act of terrorism that the International Coalition formed with the objective of rooting out terrorism was rooting out humanity in collusion with their Zionist and Hindu agents instead of rooting out terrorism.

RAWALPINDI, April 21: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) is the leader of caravan of knowledge and defender of Shariat-e-Muhammadi and the universe is enlightened even today with his guidance. He stated this while delivering a special address on the occasion of country-wide “Youm-e-Noor” observed throughout the country on Sunday. He said Imam Musa ibne Jaffar (A.S.) introduced the Uloom-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) to the world of humanity making the tree of Islam fruitful. He said the enlightenment visible all over the world is the blessing of this pious Khanwada therefore Ma’arfat and knowledge of these pious personalities is essential as love and Muwaddat are considered obligatory on this basis. 

Agha Moosavi said Allah says: “If you are claimant of love with Allah, then follow the Rasool, then Allah will also love you.” He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) by loving Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) himself declared upon the universe that doing so is Asswah-e-Muhammad. He said devotion of love of Allama Iqbal (R.A.) with the Holy Prophet is crystal clear who while spelling out the reason of humiliation of Muslims at large says: “I kept on shedding tear one night before Allah and asked why Muslims are being humiliated, a voice was heard saying that do you know there is a heart in chest of this nation but there is no beloved in it.” That is why, he said, Iqbal kept on seeking the attention of the whole world throughout his life towards Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and why should not he done so because the Holy Prophet (SAW) had asked the whole universe that their survival lay in Quran and Ahle Bait. 
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Allama Iqbal presented the image of Pakistan in line with the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) considering him a complete example to lead and not only identified a great objective for Muslims rather readied them to struggle for achieving great supremacy and introduced to them a personality like Muhammad Ali Jinnah as Quaid-i-Azam to enable them achieve success.

Unfortunately, he said the sayings of Iqbal and the golden principles of Quaid-i-Azam were set aside after the creation of Pakistan owing to which the dream of restoring a true welfare Islamic society could not come true and we are back to square one after passage of even 55 years. He said men in “khaki” and “white” befooled the nation, they themselves reaped the benefits of power but confronted the nation and the country with poverty, hunger, unemployment and price hike. The nation was still facing the brunt of terrorism and terrorists and there is need of the hour to follow the seerat and character of Aal-e-Muhammad Athaar (A.S.) to get rid of the same, he added.

All resources and energies utilised by the international Taghoot against the Imam (A.S.) could not deter this greatest personality of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), he added.

Agha Moosavi said Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.) proved through his seerat and character that we are united in speed, utterances and character against oppression and brutalities. He said we could be chained and gaoled but could not be bowed down that is why his piousness, prolonged worship and bowing down before Allah in different jails forced the masterminds of oppression and brutalities to given in. He said the whole world was today confronted with the oppressive attitude of international Taghoot, and its Zionist and Hindu agents, anti-Muslim riots were going on in India, oppressed Kashmiris are being massacred in the Held Kashmir, and the Zionists have made the life of Palestinians difficult forcing them to adopt the defensive strategy.
