RAWALPINDI, June 13: In accordance with the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavis announcement of Aalmi Ayyam e Babul Hawaej, in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of the seventh Imam, Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) will commence on Thursday. On this occasion, mourning assemblies and Matami processions will be held throughout the country and worldwide. In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad different religious and matami organizations finalized the programs in this regard.
A meeting of TNFJs committee of Aalmi Babul Hawaej was held which was presided over by the convener of the committee Malik e Ashter in which the preparation of the programs of mourning assemblies and Matami processions were reviewed. While addressing to the meeting, Malik e Ashter said that the path adopted by the heroes of Islam (PBUT) is the path of dignity and honor and the adaptation of this path can defeat the plans of international colonial powers. He said that even in the worse period of dictatorship, Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) practically demonstrated his knowledge and vision, courage and boldness and accepted all types of oppression and persecution with great bravery and patience and presented great sacrifices for the religion of Islam and Sharia of Muhammad (PBUH & HHP); for the preservation of divine principles and to elevate the human values. He said that Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) accepted the sever suffering of captivity but refused to bow down in front of oppression and barbarity. Malik e Ashter stressed that Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) changed the prisons into places of worship. He said that in the captive of Baghdad, Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH), spent his whole life struggling against oppression and barbarity and tolerated every repression with great patience. Even the rigorous hardship of fourteen years of imprisonment could not deflect him from his righteous path. He said that Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) was the seventh heir of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) whose whole life is the best and most practical example of love to humanity and a great lesson of ethics and respect. Thus imitation of his character is a solution to all the problems faced by the whole world. In the meeting, through a resolution, it was also demanded from the government that special security arrangements should be made for the mourning assemblies and Matami processions and that the media should also give full coverage to the programs of Aalmi Ayyam e Babul Hawaej (PBUH). In another resolution the continued terrorism and target killing in the country was highly condemned.
ISLAMABAD, May 21: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement is the milestone of struggle for religious independence in Pakistan as a result of which the tyrant restrictions on Milad-e-Mustafa (SAAW) and Azadari Syed-us-Shuhada (A.S.) were removed and the efforts of some self-interest in turning Pakistan into a State of particular group were thwarted. The war for livelihood and aid by a few groups could not be termed sectarianism or groupism. These views were expressed by him while addressing a representative meeting of Shia elite from Potohar region here at Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.). Shujaat Bokhari said the mutual understanding and brotherhood displayed by all recognised schools of thought in creation of Pakistan resulted in the creation of first Islamic ideological State. Unfortunately, he added, the founder of the national Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away after one year to creation of Pakistan leaving the motherland in the hand of such politicians and rulers who could not resist imposition of one martial law after the other. The first martial law increases the sense of deprivation while the second resulted in the breakage of the country into two parts, he added. The Ziai tyranny was imposed when the country was put on the road of progress and development. Acting contrary to the Nazria-e-Asaasi and the sayings of the Quaid-i-Azam, Zia announced to turn Pakistan into a State of a particular group and these developments became the cause of setting up Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya so as to stop him from turning Pakistan into a state of particular group. He said announcement to turn Pakistan into State of a particular group was an international conspiracy aimed at pitching Pakistan with its neighbouring Islamic States causing harm to their unity. The TNFJ leader said that Tehrik Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafaria took over the Pakistan Secretariat for the protection of Pakistans ideological Asaas and during this process, a Tehreek worker Muhammad Hussain Shad kissed Shahadat. The tyrant thoughts were changed for a while but again in 1984, the introduced an amendment in Police Act (3) 30 to play a new game of limiting Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions. Prime Minister Muhammad Khan Junejo struck an historic agreement with Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on May 21, 1985. The first article of this agreement made it clear that the central government in consultation with the provincial governments has decided that Milad-un-Nabi and licensed and traditional religious Azadari processions will continue to be taken out as usual and would not be covered under the Police Act; a committee would be formed to discuss make recommendations on the Shia demands; the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi will suspend agitation from the Hussaini Mohaz. As a result, he said, restrictions on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions were lifted; 14,000 people arrested during the agitation were released; a 16-member Shia Demands Committee came into being comprising four federal ministers and four persons each Shia, Brelvi and Deoband schools of thought. Shujaat Bokhari said that later the Ziai tyranny tried to introduced private Shariat Bill on which the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ai Shah Moosavi made it clear that Pakistans official religion is Islam, therefore, there is no need of any Shariat Bill and the Shariat is enforced through sincerity of purposed and not through Shariat Bills. He said Ziaul Haq and his remnants continued following his agenda and sowing the seeds of biases and hatred but Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya always thwarted such conspiracies. Many restrictions were imposed on Maktab-e-Tashih and efforts were even made to impose ban on translations and tafaseer of Quran, and Nehjul Balaghah. The seed of terrorism sown by Ziaul Haq continued to grow. Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah took a suo moto notice. Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presented the 800-page document comprising Moosavi Peace Formula in the Supreme Court which was praised by the judiciary and announced to make it a part of the judicial record directing the government to implement the same. The TNFJ leader said the terrorist organisations were banned during the fourth martial law restricting terrorism to some extent but soon after the transfer of power to the civil representatives, the banned organisations began to work under new names and the terrorism reached to the extent that no part of the country remained safe. Although the colonial powers tried their utmost to increase provincialism, sectarianism, lingualism and racism in the country but the citizens of Pakistan through their unity and brotherhood always proved that there is no such conflict and it is the only war of interests on the part of some groups. He said to take Pakistan to height of its glories, it was necessary for the rulers to behave and fulfil the rights of all schools of thought and for this purpose there is need to check the monopoly of people of particular thoughts from the religious institutions and to inculcate the spirit of creation of Pakistan in the whole nation. No power could stay against unity and brotherhood, he added.
RAWALPINDI, May 20: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the gory murders of Prof. Dr. Shabihul Hashmi in Lahore, Jail Warden in Quetta, Representative of Express News in Turbat, and incidents of target killings in Karachi. He said nothing like a government is seen in the State while rulers and the politicians were busy in playing the game of saving and snatching the chair and the people have been left on the mercy of terrorists and foreign powers. He demanded that the activities of the banned organisations should be stopped, and the Chief Justice should take notice of the continued release of terrorists owing to defective investigation process that is increasing the graph of terrorism and lawlessness is touching new heights. He said the services rendered by the educationist Shabihul Hassan Hashmi Shaheed will always be remembered. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, Agha Moosavi said after the bomb blast at Lahore Railway Station, the incidents of target killings have sent a new wave of terrorism in Punjab that is a source of concern. He said the rulers in the federation and the Punjab should not involve them in point scoring but provide protection to the people and the dream for economic development and stability in the country could not come true without restoration of peace. The TNFJ chief said the time has come the rulers should give priority to Islam and Pakistan over all other things. He said protest should be lodged with all those Islamic States and America and America who are involved in supporting terrorists and even patronizing them to draw blood from the motherland. He said the terrorist organisations are only banned by name while the elements in these parties were openly involved in terrorist activities openly and are even seen sitting with the government and opposition forums and issuing one statement or the other to the media that presents them like heroes. He lamented that if any journalist refuses to toe the line of terrorists he is murdered like a journalist has been killed in Turbat the other day. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi prayed for the departed souls of those who fell victim to these incidents and to give patience to the bereaved families. He demanded of the government to arrest the culprits of the incidents of terrorism forthwith and given them exemplary punishment.s
RAWALPINDI, May 19: On the special directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the general secretary of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate announced the observation of Aalmi Ashra e Ajre Rasalat from 1-10 Rajab Al Murajab. While addressing to a special meeting at the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyo he said that the pious character of the Holy Prophet of Islam Hazrat Mohammad and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) is the best example for the whole of humanity to follow; if humanity wants to attain freedom from the clutches of oppression and brutality then it will have to follow the sacred teachings of this pious family (PBUT). He said that the real helpers of the world of humanity are Hazrat Mohammad and his Holy progeny (PBUT); who ever deviates from their teachings will go astray. He said that the main reason of the creation of this universe is the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) whose most respected personality is Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH & HHP) himself; due to his pious character and actions, all kinds of injustice in society and all types of problems and difficulties faced by humanity were rooted out. His pious character is that charter which, if followed, not only the Islamic world but also the whole of humanity can meet with success. Mazhar Ali Shah emphasized on a fact that humans are honoured with dignity in the whole of universe and amongst humans the pious personalities of Islam who led humanity are considered the most dignified; their leaders are Hazrat Mohammad and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) who produced matchless leadership of humanity which can never be repeated till the Day of Judgement; 1st to 10th of Rajab is associated with the Holy prophet of Islam and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) during which the pious character of this sacred family will be highlighted and, while holding the programmes of festivity, tributes will be paid to Hazrat Mohammad and his Holy Progeny (PBUT). The general secretary of the TNFJ made a humble appeal to the followers of Islam that during the programmes of Aalmi Ashra e Ajre Rasalat, prayers should be made for rooting out of terrorism, oppression and barbarity, establishment of justice and fair play and for the safety and sovereignty of the motherland. Meanwhile to oversee the programmes of Aalmi Ashra e Ajre Rasalat, a committee of the TNFJ has been formed. Mir Abu Ghazanfar has been nominated as convener of the committee while Mustafa Kamal and Qasim ul Hussaini will be secretary and deputy secretary of the committee respectively.
RAWALPINDI, May 13: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the status of Hazrat Fatima (PBUH) is the pinnacle of religion and Sharia and a source of survival for all women. This was stated by him while delivering a special address in a Mehfil marking the conclusion of the International Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan. He said a mothers lap is the first school for a child, therefore, bringing up children is amongst the most important duties of a mother. He said mothers should transform themselves into the seerat and character of Hazrat Hawwa, Hazrat Hajra, Hazrat Sara, Hazrat Aasia, Hazrat Maryam, Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (PBUT) and the beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) Hazrat Fatima Zehra (PBUH). In this connection, he said, there is no difference on the basis of religion, faith or the country because every child is born in the Islamic nature and adopts beliefs and ideologies instilled by the mother. Agha Moosavi said a mother plays her role in the character-building of the human being. In other words, she can bring up such a human being who can lace society with his good deeds and thoughts. He said role of woman as daughter, wife and mother should be commensurate with the character of Fatima (PBUH). Therefore, to make Mothers Day meaningful and result-oriented there is need to highlight the universal thoughts of Poet of the East Allama Iqbal (i.e. women should adopt the pious life of Hazrat Fatima (PBUH)). He said at present the whole world is confronted with oppression, brutality and terrorism and no part of the world is safe from it; in order to save ones self, one has to follow the path of pious personalities of Islam, by adopting good deeds and refraining from wrong ones, then colonialism, Zionism and Satanism can be gotten rid of. The TNFJ chief made it clear that there is no difference between women and men in the matters of religion and Sharia and the rights of the Creator and the creature. Similarly, he added, the responsibility of disseminating righteousness, justice and fair-play, and denial of oppression, suppression and brutality also lies on both. He said piety has been declared as the standard of supremacy. He said in olden days, the Arab people used to bury their daughters soon after their birth but Almighty Allah nullified that ideology through the verse of Kausar and said to the the Arabs despite having sons, it was the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) who had been given posterity in the form of his daughter, Hazrat Fatima (PBUH) Aqae Moosavi said that the lady of heaven Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) is, with the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), co- protectior and propagater of religion and sharia. According to the verse of Nehal, And when one of them is informed of [the birth of] a female, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief. He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide. Almighty Allah showered honour on women through the personality of Hazrat Fatima Zehra (PBUH) and the supremacy of woman became the glorious part of the Holy Quran and the traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). He said Hazrat Fatima Zehra (PBUH) enjoys the singular honour that her father is the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP), her husband is Imam of the faithful (PBUH), her sons are the leaders of the youths of heaven and her daughters Zainab and Kulsoom (PBUT) are the torch-bearers of freedom movements who shattered the streets of Kufa and Shaam and the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad through their heart-rending sermons. As per the wishes of Almighty Allah woman gained honour through Hazrat Fatima Zahra and her daughters (PBUT) to the extent that on the birth of a daughter, one is asked to thanks Almighty Allah for this blessing. He said that through the appearance of Fatima Zehra (PBUH) the conspiracies of the world of the Pharaoh had been thwarted giving stability to the message of Monotheism, the Prophethood and Wilayat. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, reiterated his resolve on the pious occasion of the International Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan to thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the world of oppressors, and colonial powers through unity and brotherhood by following the pious family of Hazrat Fatima Zehra (PBUT) and to continue supporting the oppressed world without any fear.
RAWALPINDI, April 19: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Central Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has declared the Gayari incident unforgettable and great national tragedy and said exit of Pakistans armed forces from Siachen would tantamount to giving open access to the enemy, and giving the control of the Shahrah-e-Karakorum in Indian hands putting the strongest defence citadel like China at stake. This was stated by him while addressing the Shia Elite Conference here at the offices of TNFJ Political Cell. He said it was India who entered their armed forces there first and they should retreat. Criticising the Pakistans foreign ministers letters to the Indian leadership he termed it contrary to the line set out by the Quaid-i-Azam. He said Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan and this region could not become the hub of peace until the Kashmir issue is resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions. Syed Mazhar Shah said the motherland Pakistan is on the target of internal and external enemies for quite some time, flights of jet planes, Drone attacks, suicide attacks and target killings are the order of the day and the enemy is trying utmost to fulfil her self-interest. He said continued incidents of terrorism in Kohistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, target killings in Karachi, Quetta where dozens of people belonging to the Hazara community and religious and scholarly personalities are being killed provides food for thought and pose an open challenge to the government. He said Pakistan is an atomic power by the Grace of God but the super powers could not digest this fact and have made Pakistan a battlefield for their self-interest. He said the government had banned terrorist groups but these very groups hold public rallies and give strike calls and the media invites these groups for political analysis. He said the government and the opposition were utilizing all their energy to down each other and in these circumstances the serious section of society and the intelligentsia is under the obligation to express their hatred against the banned terrorist groups and make their own security arrangements and take care by avoiding any negative activities. He demanded of the government to carry out search operation in Gilgit, Kohistan, Baltistan, Quetta and other sensitive areas and do not give any concession to miscreants. He said, as per a saying of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, a terrorist keeps no country, Maslak or a religion. He is only a terrorist and should be tackled in that context only. Syed Mazhar Shah said the new Zionist threats hurled on Iran should be taken seriously rather the Muslim Ummah should become a concrete wall against the colonial trio and should reply the aggression, if any, in the same manner. He demanded that the demands of all affected people of Gilgit-Baltistan and Quetta should be accepted in toto and they should be paid compensation. Such a policy should be laid down with in consultation with the government so as to protect the people in the sensitive areas from the enemy onslaught. Allama Abidi, Prof. Abbas Haideri, and others also addressed the gathering.
RAWALPINDI, April 15: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while strongly condemning firing incidents at different places including the Brewery Road Quetta and target killings of Hazara community and other people and expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved families. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he announced to observe International Ashra Aza-e-Fatimia from Jamadi-ul-Awwal 23 to Jamadi-us-Sani 3 in connection with the Shahadat of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.). He said seerat of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) guarantees getting rid of oppression, brutality and terrorism. He said the worsening law and order situation in Quetta, Karachi, and Gilgit-Baltistan is the work of intelligence agencies of those States who have set up consulates in our neighbouring country and who are fully sponsoring the terrorists. He said the whole blame is put on Muslims and Muslim States whenever any minor incident takes place in any other country, particularly failed attempts are being made to target Pakistan while our rulers neither raised the issue of terrorism, going on for the last three decades, at any world forum nor they lodged any protest with foreign ambassadors by summoning them to the foreign office. Agha Moosavi said it is no more a secret that our perpetual enemy and her agents were busy in playing a heinous game of murder and destruction in our motherland and the small groups created by them give calls for strikes, sit-ins and jalao-gherao after every incident that is tantamount to adding fuel to the fire. He said news of the patriotic forces and those who have sympathy for the people are sabotaged rather they try that their point of view is not carried by the print and electronic media. He said the government institutions including media are following the policy of international colonial powers as they present non-representing organisations as the national representatives that is condemnable and provides food for thought. He said the Supreme Court took a few decisions viz. Balochistan after taking suo moto notices but more than a dozen innocent people were murdered within three days in target killings while dozens are lying injured. The TNFJ chief said that if the people desire to be protected then they should announce to get rid of these groups who are backed by some lobbies while they enjoy no status among the nation. He said those extremist groups who are using the name of recognised Makatib have no relation with Sunni-Shia rather they are the enemies of Islam, Pakistan and its people. He said terrorism could be rooted out if the government works with sincerity of purpose and all patriotic forces are ready to cooperate with the government in this connection. But, he added, it would only be possible when strict action is taken against those who break law and norms of justice and fair-play are fulfilled. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that Sunnis and Shias are two strong arms of Islam and the strength of Pakistan while different Makatib are the beautiful bouquet of the Gulistan-e-Islam and they should arrange their defence themselves and should also remain alert. They should ride one boat instead of many. He said the world of humanity, particularly the world of Shariat is aware of the value and dignity of Dukhtar-e-Rasool Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.). Four women from the universe were declared supreme and Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) is the Syeda-o-Sardar of all the women, he added. He appealed the Ahl-e-Islam to pay homage to the oppressed Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat in the programmes of International Ashra Aza-e-Fatima and make it clear to the oppressed world that the biggest satan could not create differences amongst us despite involving us in issues and incidents. He said we are the persons who are ready to give our life for Nazria-e-Asaasi, Islam and Pakistan but the Parcham-e-Islam would remain fluttering high. Meanwhile, a TNFJ committee has been formed to organise the programmes for International Ashra Aza-e-Fatima. Dr. S. Zaman has been nominated as convener, Jarrar Hussain Jafri as deputy convener and Haji Tanvir Hussain Kazmi as secretary of this committee.
RAWALPINDI, April 13: The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavihas expressed grave concern over the worsening law and order situation in the country and called upon the rulers and the politicians to give up submissive attitude against super powers and formulate courageous strategy for the countrys integrity, solidarity and defence and get themselves rid of colonial powers. This was stated by him while addressing the Majlis-e-Tarheem for TNFJ Balochistan Provincial General Secretary Shabbir Qazilbash and other Shuhada of Prince Road Quetta incident here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo Friday. Quran Khwani was also organised for the Shuhada of Gilgit-Baltistan, Chilas, Karachi and Shuhada of Siachen. Agha Moosavi said the motherland that came into being on the basis of Kalma-e-Tauheed fell in the hands of such rulers and politicians who earned much for themselves but caused immense harm to Pakistan. He said super powers were already interfering owing to the wrong policies of the politicians and rulers but some Muslim States are not far behind. He said the problems faced by the Muslims in South Asia and the Middle East could be resolved if these Muslim countries become good and respect each other. Muslims are undergoing attack after attack in these regions, he added. He said by the Grace of God, all Makatib and citizens of all Muslim Stats are linked with a strong relationship of brotherhood and they share their grieves. He said the super powers tried their utmost to fan biases but they could not create rift amongst us. He said all Pakistanis are equally grieved on suicide attacks, and incidents of target killings and terrorism. He said Pakistan has been turned into the battlefield for the war of other States, therefore, people should exercise wisdom and should get themselves rid of from their enemies and terrorists who used the name of Makatib in doing so. The TNFJ chief expressed grief over the Gayari sector incidents in Siachen. He lamented that neither Pakistan flag was put on half-mast nor the government has announced any mourning for the victims of this incident. He said all energy should have been put on finding the personnel of the armed forces and the President and the Prime Minister should have visited that place. He said the governments resign on such issues in other States but our politicians and rulers were busy in befooling people while our enemy was trying to create differences amongst our organisations and Makatib so that to kill them all, one by one. He said first Iraq, Yemen, Egypt and Libya were targeted and now they have directed their action towards Syrian, Iran is being threatened and then it would be the turn of others. He said when there is no difference between Arab and Ajam in Islam then what is Arab League for? And where the OIC is? He said if the Muslim Ummahhas some honour left with them then they should get the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in line with the United Nations resolutions and desires of the people. Agha Moosavi said a conspiracy is being hatched to pitch Makatib, countries and organisations against each other. The signs of Ahle Bait (A.S.) and SahabaKubaar are being rooted out and their gradual restoration is the responsibility of the whole Muslim Ummah. He said some Muslim States are advocating for restoration of Nato supplies, how can these people would defend their countries and signs of Allah. He said we accept death in honour instead of life in disguise and we will never allow anyone to cause harm to Pakistan. He demanded from the government to ensure the security on the routes Gilgit-Baltistan, Parachinar and from Quetta to Iran. He said the rulers and the politicians should give up downgrading one another and follow the norms of respecting each other so as to strengthen Pakistan as the key to success and survival lay in its strength. The Quaid-i-MillatJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stressed the need of setting up a high level commission to know the reasons behind worsening law and order situation in Gilgit-Balochistan and the realities should be brought forth to public. He demanded immediate arrest of those responsible for the massacre of Shuhaha in Kohistan and Chilas incidents and give them exemplary punishment.
RAWALPINDI, April 10: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has expressed deep grief over the Shahadat of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Provincial Council Balochistan General Secretary Shabbir Hussain Qazilbash and other innocent people belonging to Hazara community and has announced a three-day mourning for them. Addressing an emergent meeting of central cabinet of the TNFJ here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih, he said Gen. Ziaul Haq staged a rebellion and tried to turn the motherland Pakistan into a State belonging to a particular group on the desire of colonial powers. In his era, Muhammad Hussain Shad, Ashraf Ali Rizvi, and Safdar Hussain Naqvi kissed Shahadat. Those tragic incidents were actually the starting point of the terrorism the objective of which was to divert motherland Pakistan from the Two-Nation Theory and from the path of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam. A heinous conspiracy began to please the colonial powers by pitching brother against brother and to shed blood. The terrorism that began from Hathora (hammer) changed many colours and ultimately colonial powers and their agents were utilizing all their energy in shedding blood in Pakistan. Agha Moosavi said Osama drama was staged for interference in Afghanistan that Pakistan was put into the fire of terrorism by bringing her on the front-line as a result of which the whole country is now confronted with terrorism. He said Drone attacks, flight of jet planes, attack on Salalah check-post, suicide attacks, and target killings, etc. were used to the extent that even the Madaris, mosques, Imambargahs, colleges, markets, offices, bazaars, GHQ, federal capital, and important government institutions could not remain safe. The biggest drawback is that police arrest the culprits but the courts set them free that provide them more strength. The judiciary could not prove fulfilment of the norms of justice and fair-play. The TNFJ chief said that the nation was still mourning the incidents of Kohistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Chilas, Hazara Town Quetta, Karachi and Siachen that TNFJ provincial General Secretary and the popular personality of the area Shabbir Qazilbash was martyred along with his companions at Prince Road Quetta Monday night. Late Qazilbash was the practical supporter of coherence amongst all schools of thought and used to earn his bread and butter through labour following Maula-e-Kainaat Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). He said we still stick to our long-standing point of view that a terrorist keeps no Maktab or a country. He said the enemy desires that we should accuse each other but it would never be done, we can bear our own murder but would not allow the murder of Makatib. Even if we are cut into pieces and turned into ashes, the voice of Pakistan Zindabad would come from each particle of the ash, he added. He said they are the followers of Syed-us-Shuhada Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.) and preach to unveil oppression, brutality and suppression, stick to the path of Hussainiyyat and adopt the path of the oppressed. Agha Moosavi appealed the countrymen to observe the mourning days by organizing Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem and collective prays for all Shuhada without any discrimination including provincial TNFJ secretary general Shabbir Qazilbash and pray for the interests of the Islamic World and for the protection and solidarity of Pakistan, and to thwart any effort aimed at creating difference amongst the Makatib. He made it clear that we are not amongst those who polish their politics on dead bodies, we are the ones who accept Shahadat, we only need long lasting life for Pakistan and its people. He said we can do everything, and all and sundry should remember that it was TNFJ that overtook the Islamabad Secretariat in 1980 and started agitation in the Zia era but no loss of property was caused. We are still strong enough but we dont do the politics of jalao-gherao and maar-dhaar rather we keep the interests of Pakistan and its people supreme, he added. The TNFJ chief said that staging protest is the basic right of every nation but we would not give it a wrong colour. He said the Chief Justice has recently announced in Quetta that the area administration would be responsible for any incident that takes place in any area. He said it is a recongised fact that the rulers who could not provide protection to the motherland have no right to remain in power. He said we have appealed several times to the Chief Justice to set up a high level tribunal to probe the incidents of terrorism since Zia era and find the reasons behind these incidents and ensure that these incidents do not take place in future. He said innocent people are being killed in the war of banned groups and the war of other countries is being fought in the motherland. He called upon the rulers and politicians to give attention to the people instead of utilizing their energy on saving the chair. He lamented that no financial compensation is being given to those who are hit by target killings. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of Prince Road Quetta incident demanded from the government to arrest the killers of TNFJ Balochistan General Secretary Shabbir Qazilbash, Qurban Ali, Mama Karim, Nadir Ali, Saeed Ahmed and Mohammad Hussain immediately and give them exemplary punishment. The government should also compensate the loss and should announce financial compensation for the bereaved families of the Shuhada of Prince Road incident, he added.
RAWALPINDI/QUETTA, April 9: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while expressing his deep grief over the martyrdom of six people including TNFJ provincial secretary general Shabbir Qazalbash in the sorrowful firing incident at Prince Rd. Quetta has said we are Husseinis and martyrdom is our inhritance; neither we can be made afraid by cheap tactics of murder and arson nor love for religion and motherland can be decreased from our hearts. Appriciating the services of Shabbir Qazalbash, Agha Moosavi advised the activist of the Tehreek to be patient as integrity of nation and motherland is dearer to us. Allah is with those who work patiently and the final victory is also that of patients. oppression and barbarism have to annihilate. He deplored that the government had banned nearly two dozen terrorist outfits at official level but despite all this the same elements were working with the original and new names. He strongly demanded from the government to take solid steps for eradication of terrorism and judiciary must set up a high-level inquiry commission for investigation of all incidents. The TNFJ chief while stressing that name of Shabbir Qazalbash will always remain alive along with the mission of Wila and Aza said he was a laborer following in the footsteps of Amir ul Momineen Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS).
RAWALPINDI, April 8: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while terming the ice-ball fall incident at an army camp in Galyari sector of the Siachen Glaciers a great national tragedy and announced to observe Monday, April 9 as country-wide Youm-e-Tarheem for the jawans of the armed forces who kissed Shahadat in that incident and for those countrymen who lost their life in target killings in Karachi, Quetta, and Gilgit-Baltistan. In a statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo he said special prayers should be made for the integrity and solidarity of the armed forces personnel who protect the countrys frontiers by confronting dangers from within and without and because they are our national heroes. He said these Shuhada actually deserve national awards and the whole nation shares the grief of the bereaved families. He said balm should be put on the wounds of the bereaved families of those who lost their innocent lives in target killings and incidents of terrorism in Gilgit-Baltistan, Chilas, Quetta and Karachi by organizing Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarheem and Fateha Khwani on the occasion of Youm-e-Tarheem. The TNFJ chief demanded from the government to arrest the murderers of those who fell victim to incidents of terrorism and give them an exemplary punishment while the bereaved families should be compensated and the judiciary should set up a high level commission to probe into all these incidents. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made a fervent appeal for special prayers for an end to terrorism, restoration of peace, protection of the motherland and the countrymen from disasters, accidents and incidents. Special prayers should be made for the protection of the armed forces, nation and the country with sincerity of purpose, he added.
ISLAMABAD, April 6: The stance was reiterated during the all Pakistan Waizeen O Zakreen convention that the motherland Pakistan will not be allowed to become a sectarian, linguistic or prejudice state. The all Pakistan representative convention of Ulema O Zakreen was held at the shrine of Shah Allah Dita Peer Bhakri Islamabad on Friday in which Allama Nasir Abbas of Multan adopted a point of view that the incidents of terrorism and target killings in Gilgit Baltistan, Chalas, Khan Pur, Kohistan, Quetta and Karachi are the continuation of the same terrorism which was born from the womb of the Zias dictatorship era. He posed a question that the chief Justice who takes notice of even minor incidents why does he not take the notice of terrorists being freed by courts due to insufficient proof? Allama Nasir Abbas demanded from the government to secure all the routes leading to Gilgit Baltistan, Parachinaar, Hazra Town Quetta and including all other sensitive areas by handing them over to the armed forces. In the announcement of the convention it was made clear that it was the General Zia ul Haq who poisoned the veins of the nation by holding elections on the basis of sectarianism, linguistic backgrounds and beliefs; during the upcoming elections, the whole of the Millat e Jafariya will be following the programme given by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi and the votes will only be cast in the favour of those who will carry good work for the betterment of the nation. Allama Nasir Abbas of Multan also demanded from the government that the shrine of the founder of Islamabad Sultan ul Fuqra Hazrat Bari Imam must be opened for the public, which is closed for the last five years.

In the announcement of the convention it was made clear that Syeda Fatima Zahra (PBUH) is the first personality of Islam who set a path of raising a voice in favour of once rights and Syeda Zainab (PBUH) while establishing Aza e Hussaini unveil the face of falsehood, hypocrisy and cheating and therefore it is our long tradition to raise the voice of truth while following the footsteps of Hazrat Fatima Zahra and Zainab (PBUT). In the announcement it was reminded that Pakistan was established by the joint struggle of Shia and Sunni but unfortunately for the last 64 years both recognized schools of thoughts are deprived of their rights. Eighty million Shia were neglected by every government and the current government is also following their predecessors; from the Islamic Ideology council to the level of the peace committees only the favourites of the government are holding offices which is utterly against the ideology of Pakistan; therefore while following the norm of fair play and justice, Shia should be given representations in all the state institutions on the basis of equality. In the announcement the grave grief was expressed that those parties, which were banned on the basis of the proofs of terrorists activities; the terrorists belonging to those parties are openly operating again with new identities and the federal and Punjab governments and oppositions are causing further grief to the bereaved families of the victims of terrorism by keeping close ties with these terrorists. It was also demanded from the government that the banned groups must be handle with the iron hand and the ban must be imposed on the external financial aid to all the political and religious parties and the protest should also be raised on the diplomatic level to the financier countries. It is known fact that the Pakistanis are being made the fuel of the proxy wars of other countries which is being played on Pakistani land, unfortunately some Muslim states are also involved in this crime; In their own states long lasting peace is established and they are following the path of prosperity while Pakistan is being pushed into the fire of terrorism and turned into Hell fire. In the announcement it was said that this is a matter of great concern and a cause of great grief for the whole of the nation that thousands of mothers lost their sons and many children became orphan due to the terrorism but till to date not a single terrorist has been awarded any punishments by the courts; the witnesses of the incidents of terrorisms are either made to change their statements or been murdered. This is also matter of grave grief that in the parliament securing the routes for the NATO supply is being discussed but the national highways are made unsafe for the residence of the motherland; from the incident of Mastong to the incident of Chalas and Quetta, all are portraying the helplessness of the government. The resolution in the American Congress concerning Balouchistan was also considered to be against the sovereignty of the motherland; accepting an offer of Indians for the power supply was considered to be equivalent to putting aside the issue of Indian terrorism which it is committing in the form of building illegal dams on the rivers leading to Pakistan. The threat of Obama to attack Iran was condemned and it was demanded from the government that the drone attacks must be made stopped; the operation of the armed forces against terrorists were highly praised. In the announcement it was also demanded from the government that it should adopt a courageous policy against the American intervention in the internal affairs of Pakistan, aggression of American forces on Salala check post, drone attacks and terrorism sponsored by America. A question is being posed to America that what price it has set for the heads of those who were the masterminds of the incident of Samjohta express? We consider an attack on one nation or section of the society as an attack on all; if today plans are laid down to attack one country and price is being put on the head of some ones else head then no one should be over optimistic because America is the enemy of all Muslims and will swallow one Muslim state after the other; therefore, the whole of the Muslim nation will have to adopt a unifying courageous and bold policy against the colonial monster. The thousands of the participants of the convention expressed grave grief on a fact that for the last five years the seekers of spirituality are deprived of visiting the tomb of Bari Imam; the government should complete the Bari Imam Complex immediately and the entrance gates of the Bari Imam complex should be named after the Panjtan Pak (PBUT) who are respected by all Shia and Sunnis alike; on the head stone of the Bari Imams grave the complete Kalima with Ali un Wali Ullah should be written as it was ascribed previously. In the announcement, the illegal distribution of the land consist of 96 Kanal belong to the shrine of the father of Bari Imam, Sakhi Mahmood Shah was highly condemned and while appreciating the efforts of Tahafaz e Mazaraat Committee which has been formed to restore the dignity and honour of these two shrines made it clear that any attempt to make these shrines disputable or to destroy their recognition will be wrath and that the government must not take our politeness as our weakness. It was also reminded that the poor conditions of the Janat Ul Muaalla and Janat ul Baqih the last resting places of the forefathers, mothers and the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT), His pious wives and companions (RA) and especially the shrine of the beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) is an open challenge for the dignity and honour of the whole of the Muslim nation. It is the demand of this convention that the historical glory of these Holy Shrines must be restored. In the announcement of the convention it was made clear that the Tehreek Tahfaz e Wala O Aza O Azmat e Sadat is the representative organization of Shia Ulema o Zakreen, which is busy for the achievements of the great objectives of the Shia nation; we are only bound to follow the stance put forward by the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyo, Ali Masjid. It was reminded in the announcement of the convention that Pakistan came into being on the name of the pious personalities of Islam; in the past we offered sacrifices for its sovereignty and we will never hesitate to sacrifice our lives again when ever they are required for its defence. Those powers who are trying to push the Maktabe Tasheyo into a corner should remember that we never accepted defeat even in the era of Abbasid which was full of brutality and oppression and recently during the dictatorship era of Zia when restrictions were imposed on the rituals of Azadari and Pakistan was tried to be turned into a sectarian estate, then Shia of Pakistan under the prudent leadership of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali shah Moosavi after holding long term agitation which lasted for months made the dictator to bow down on front of our demands. We reiterate our resolve that when ever the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi call us for the elevation of the Walayat e Ali, Aza e Hussain, the dignity and honour of Sadaat and the holy shrines, the whole nation will not hesitate to offer any type of sacrifices. RAWALPINDI, April 4: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the heinous crime of terrorism committed in Gilgit and Baltistan is sponsored by America; every Muslim is in its target and if it is putting a price on some ones else head or threatening to attack another country then no one should be over optimistic because tomorrow it could be their turn. Division amongst Muslims and the weak policies of the Muslim rulers are the cause of the deteriorating situation of Muslims and also the cause of the colonial invasion. Those who are sponsoring the terrorists groups on Pakistani soil should fight their wars on their own territory; the terrorist elements are using the name of the recognized schools of thought who are not friends of any particular school of thought rather they are causing harm to all Shia, Sunni, Barelvi, Deobandi and Ahle Hadees. He expressed these views while addressing to the office bearers of the TNFJ Punjab headed by the president of TNFJ Punjab Allama Syed Hussain Muqadasi.
Agha Moosavi said that today the Islamic world is under attack by the colonial powers that is adopting one scheme after the other; on the name of Sadam and Osama many Muslim countries were targeted. Now Obama threatened to attack Iran after bans imposed on it were not proved to be counter productive. The whole of the Islamic world is already being targeted by American invasions and now the situation has reached to the extent that the prices are being set for the heads of the wanted people. He said that the master of the faithful Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUH) explained the reason of the weakness of the Muslim nation, which is being witnessed once again that, the infidel world is united while the Islamic world is the victim of division and anarchy. Every single part of Pakistan is wounded and it does not matter weather it is the GHQ or the head of the state or the government no person or city and rural area is saved where wound is not inflicted while the rulers are continuously giving reports of every thing is ok. He said that had all the leaders of the different schools of thought utilized all their energies to establish unity and brotherhood and those who are working for the external forces were separated from themselves then this situation would not have happened. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that the way Banu Umayyad used the name of Islam and caused harm to Islam, Banu Abbasid used the name of the Ahle Bait (PBUT) and caused harm to the Ahle Bait (PBUT) similarly the terrorists are also using the name of the different recognized schools of thoughts and are causing harm to Shia, Sunni, Deobandi, Brelvi and Ahle Hadees because the terrorists do not belong to any school of though rather they are the agents of the colonial powers as no body set alight to his own home. The colonial head chief takes away Ramsey and Raymond Davis away; attacks on Abbot Abad under the garb of Osama but the Muslims are so weak that they could not even follow the fatwa against Rushdie. Will America allow us to put a price on the head of that person who attacked on the sovereignty of Pakistan by moving in American Congress, a resolution for the right of self-determination in Balouchistan? Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that today If the Islamic world wants to save itself from the evilness of the international powers than it will have to decide that if any body uses the word Non Muslim against Shia, Sunni or Deo Bandi school of thought then this will be considered as a punishable crime and attack on any Islamic country will be considered an attack on the whole of the Islamic world. They will also have to decide that the conspiracies of the colonial power and its stooges against Islam and Muslims and the bloodshed, which is being shed on the name of beliefs and countries, will be wrath with the practical display of unity and brotherhood. He said that the OIC, the Arab League and other international organizations will have to promise that they will not be used for the interests of the colonial powers; Muslims will give priority to the interests of the Muslim nation over everything else; they will solve their matters themselves; the issues of Kashmir and Palestine would be considered the joint issue of the whole of the Muslim nation; terrorism and the terrorists will be condemned on all levels and it will be made clear to the rest of the world that no power on earth will cause any difference amongst them. He said that it is obligatory upon all the governmental institutions including, the legislature, the judiciary and the administration that they all will work within their legal frame of work and will not interfere in others affairs; The Muslim Media should give preference to the Islamic states and should not strengthen the hands of the enemies of Islam and should refrain from broadcasting those news which are causing further damage to the already critical situation. He said that had the judgement of the chief justice in regards to the situation of Karachi been implemented and the routes leading to Kuram Agency and Gilgit Baltistan made safe then the incidents of terrorism would not have happened. Aqae Moosavi expressed his grave grief that the government is following the policy of calming the situation down temporarily while the policy, which should have been adopted, is the one which would not let the same incidents happen again. The only way through which the harm caused to Balouchistan may be compensated is by delivering the rights of the provinces while fulfilling the requirements of the constitution. On this occasion Allama Hussain Muqadasi presented the report of the visit of the northern Punjab.

In the statement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyo he said that the enemy is keeping an eye in Sindh on Karachi the financial hub, in Balouchistan the Gawadar Port and sensitive areas of Khyber Pakhtonkha who wants to punish us for approval of resolutions, barring of the NATO supply, protesting for attack on the Salala check post and setting up of Abbot Abad commission so that by bowing us down it can continue drone attacks and force us to reopen the NATO supply. Aqae Moosavi emphasized on a fact that in Pakistan there is no sectarian, linguistic or regional conflict and therefore a dispute between few groups can not be considered sectarianism; God forbid if it happened then neither assemblies nor the senate will exist and civil war will begin in the country. He said that our common enemy has a sweet tongue but keeps Kalashnikovs and suicide jackets in his hand therefore it is obligatory upon all the patriotic forces to be vigilant and take precautionary measures, those who were banned on the governmental level should be condemned on all levels who have turned Pakistan into an arena of proxy wars of other countries. He emphasized on the public that they should be careful and vigilant from those who are calling for sit-ins and strikes and should utilize all their energies to turn Pakistan into a hub of peace. He said that it is our point of view since long that terrorist have no religion or belong to any country; a terrorist is just terrorist who should only be dealt in the same context. He said that on many occasions the chief Justice has been reminded that the public is looking towards the judiciary therefore he should personally form a high level tribunal who should look into all the incidents from the Zias era till now including the murder of the ex- prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto so that the public may get freedom from the clutches of the terrorism. He said that if the government does not solve these matters as a priority then what ever happens the judiciary, the media, the security institutions, the rulers and the politicians will equally be responsible for all this. He made an appeal to all that for the sake of Almighty Allah Pakistan must be saved because the safety of all depends upon the safety of the motherland; for this purpose the terrorists must be dealt with an iron hand.
