RAWALPINDI, October 23: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has demanded from President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to get May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement implemented for solution of long-standing problems of the Shia community so as to remove the unrest being found in the ranks of Maktab-e-Tashayyo because we would be in a better position to ensure solidarity of Pakistan and thwart conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland if we are satisfied from within. He stated this in a special letter sent to President Gen. Pervez Musharraf inviting his attention towards problems and issues faced by the Millat-i-Jafariya Pakistan. According to details, the TNFJ Secretary General in his letter has made it clear that motherland Pakistan was created courtesy sacrifices of all schools of thought including the Maktab-e-Tashayyo on equal basis and Maktab-e-Tashayyo never lagged behind in fulfilling the obligation to improve the condition that includes its solidarity and defense but it is unfortunate that Ahle-e-Tashayyo are being deprived of their rights so much so that they are not being given the basic facilities. Attention of all governments in the past was invited toward the problems faced by the Maktab-e-Tashayyo but in vain, the letter said. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, that is the only representative body of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo had to begin 8-month long agitation in 1984 in connection with the Shia demands, during which thousands arrests were courted ultimately resulting in signing of Junejo-Moosavi agreement on May 21, 1985 on government level and that is placed in the record of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. A 16-member Committee headed by then Federal Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs was formed as a result of this agreement, which met many a time, but situation remained the same viz. Shia problems. The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan presented Moosavi Peace Formula to tackle the acute issue of terrorism faced by the country for long in which point of view adopted was that a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak and country, he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in that context only. This Peace Formula was also presented in the court of Chief Justice of Pakistan who declared it good. This Peace Formula was declared absolutely correct when presented by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while throwing light on the pros and cons of terrorism at a meeting held in Islamabad on the invitation of former Federal Interior Minister Moeenuddin Haider, the letter said. Almighty Allah may compensate you for issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance fulfilling the long-standing desire of the nation. This Ordinance that has turned into an Act now, has not only unveiled terrorist groups but also imposed restrictions on them. But these restricted groups have now started their operation again with new names rather they also took part in election that is commensurate with sabotaging the Anti-Terrorism Act. Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate called upon President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to issue orders for correcting the law and order situation in the country keeping in view the oncoming holy month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarik because heavy worship is carried out during the month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarik. The demise anniversary of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) will be observed as Youm-ul-Huzn on 10th Ramazan-ul-Mubarik, birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) will be observed as Youm-e-Aman on 15th Ramazan-ul-Mubarik, 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza will be observed from 19-21 Ramazan-ul-Mubarik to mark the martyrdom of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), and country-wide programs of Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin will organized on Jumatul Wida. Concrete steps are necessary to ensure law and order on all these occasion so that these programs could be carried out without any fear. The TNFJ Secretary General, in his letter made it clear that we keep the interest of Islam, Pakistan, and its people supreme over all other matters.
RAWALPINDI, October 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Muslim rulers, who give importance to the priorities of international colonial powers over interests of the humanity, are responsible for problems and difficulties the world of humanity is confronted with today. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of elite from Northern Areas. He said for implementation on the Declaration issued at the conclusion of 10th OIC Summit it was necessary to get rid of all types of differences and anarchy, discourage biases, promote love, and display OIC unity at all fora within the Muslim States because we could not give any advice to others unless we ourselves follow the same and realize our responsibilities. Agha Moosavi said that the line of action adopted at Putrajaya, by President Pervez Musharraf is being lauded but the people would consider is right only when such an initiative is started at home. He said the President has said everywhere that we keep Islam dearer than all other things and Pakistan is citadel of Islam but despite the fact that Islam is the official religion of Pakistan under article 2 of the constitution, the activities contrary to Islamic principles and values are the order of the day and the commandments to promote good and discourage the bad are being denied. He said obscenity and nudity is being promoted on the electronic media and this attitude would prove damaging for people and would become a source of more defame and humiliation. He said we should create coherence between our words and deeds, as no one would repose trust in us unless we do it. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Ramazan-ul-Mubarik is approaching fast, therefore, the powers that be should get the obscenity and nudity stopped at the electronic media forthwith and give representation to all sections of society on the electronic media on the basis of equality. He said, as Ramazan-ul-Mubarik is the month of Allah in which even taking breath is worship therefore law and order situation should be improved. He said imposing restrictions on ulama and loudspeaker is no solution of any issue but the only solution is to stop wrong use of the loudspeaker. He advised the powers that be to observe the moral values themselves first. He said if we would be free from any evil and strong discipline-wise from within then we would be in a better position to thwart the tactics of enemy by fighting it out.
RAWALPINDI, October 21: Some new office-bearers have been nominated by making changes in the central Cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made the decision at a high level meeting of the Tehreek. According to details made available, Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri has been nominated new Chairman of the TNFJ Political Cell, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi will replace Haider Sayyed as Central Secretary Information, Ala Haider has been nominated as Secretary Azadari, Syed Hassan Raza Naqvi as Central Secretary Social Welfare, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi as Central Secretary Hajj and Ziaraat, and Allama Syed Matloob Taqi has been nominated as Central Joint Secretary Finance. The outgoing office-bearers were paid tributes at the meeting.
RAWALPINDI, October 20: At the conclusion of the two-day meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan that was presided over by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi adopted different resolutions about important national and international matters. According to Central Secretary Information of the Tehreek Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi the participants of the meeting by a resolution expressed deep concern over US occupation of Iraq and urged that Iraq is the land of Ambiya and Awliya wherein are buried Adam and Noah (peace be upon them) besides other great personalities, therefore, the United Nations should exert pressure on the US for immediate withdrawal of occupying American forces playing its role. ICC must also take suo moto notice to make US illegal occupation of Iraq end, it added. The resolution strongly condemned the targeting of several Maraje Uzzam including Ayatullah Baqer Al-Hakim in terrorism. Holding US responsible for the recent mischief in Karbala Moalla, the resolution termed it trampling of the dignity of the holy land and appealed the Iraqi people to work with wisdom as enemy is bent upon dividing them, therefore they should foil the enemy adopting a policy of mutual understanding. Another resolution while harshly denouncing the massacre of innocent people in Palestine and Kashmir at the hands of Zionists and Hindus expressed concern on the matter that whenever any pro-oppressed nations and Muslim people resolution is presented in UN it is vetoed which proves that these bodies are working under the United States aimed at strengthening their stooges: India and Israel. By another resolution, the meeting made clear censuring Israeli strike on Syria that Syria, Saudi Arabia and Iran all these countries are home to Shaair-ullah which are combined inheritance of all, ergo aggression on any Muslim state will be tantamount to assault against Muslims of the whole world. The resolution also demanded from the Muslim rulers to get the dignity of all Shaair-ullah including Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla restored besides fulfillment of rights of people and all schools of thought on internal level, because nones dignity and honour could be restored until they do so, it added. The resolution further expressed grave concern that every government ignored Shia School of Thought, and the present government is following the same policy as well; Shia School of Thought is deprived of ideological representation in all state departments including electronic media, fresh example of which is non-coverage by Pakistan television of the TNFJ two-day high-level meeting, and afterwards airing not despite sending the news item which is an open injustice. Also, the print media shrinks from giving the Shia School of Thought its due right, which is contrary to justice. The resolution made clear that if newspapers and magazines would not give coverage to Shia School of Thought then they deserve no right to be called national media. If rights of all schools of thought will not be cared then government claims at higher forums will display contradiction of words and deeds. Yet another resolution demanded from the Islamic world that as Pakistan came into being under Islamic ideology, therefore if whole Muslim Ummah will accept its leadership, none could see towards Islamic world with an evil eye. The government was stressed by another resolution adopted in the meeting to draw up such educational curriculum, which highlights Islamic ideology and usurps not rights of any school of thought. In this regard, while drawing up the curriculum of Islamic Studies throughout the country, the Junejo-Moosavi agreement of May 21 1985 must be kept in view under which separate curriculum of Islamic Studies for Shia students from school to university level should be ensured. Severely slamming the incidents of terrorism in federal capital Islamabad after Quetta and Karachi, and conflagration of shrine of Hazrat Sakhi Mahmoud Badshah, father of Hazrat Bari Imam, dozens of copies of holy Quran and other relics after Golra incident, another resolution demanded from the government to punish the perpetrators by forming a tribunal for probe in this heinous act as well as departmental action should be taken against inefficient officials of the administration. Another resolution voiced full solidarity with freedom movements going on across the world including that of Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya and Philippine. Another resolution demanding complete implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance urged the government to avoid such steps which create fear in people, and the law should not be applied on poor only but everyone who violates the law must be clamped. The meeting by another resolution demanded special arrangement to make sure law and order during Ramazan-ul-Mubarik, and appealed the people to be vigilant keeping an eye on miscreants. On this occasion, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi announced the appointment of Syed Hassan Raza Naqvi as TNFJ Central Secretary of Public Welfare, Iqbal Javed Haideri Secretary TNFJ Political Cell, Allama Matloob Taqi Central Joint Secretary for Finance, Syed Ala Haider Central Secretary Azadari, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi Secretary Hajj and Ziyaraat while Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi as Central Secretary Information. The meeting decided to observe the demise day of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (SA) as Youm-ul-Huzn on 10th Ramazan-ul-Mubarik. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami has been appointed Convener for this programme while Secretary Allama Fakhar Abbas Zahidi. Birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS) will be celebrated as Youm-e-Aman on 15th Ramazan-ul-Mubarik, convener for this programme will be Syed bin Moosa Kazmi. 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza shall be observed from 19th to 21st Ramazan-ul-Mubarik to mark the martyrdom of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (AS), convener for this programme will be Iqbal Javed Haideri while Secretary Sajid Hasan Qazelbash. The meeting also decided to observe Youm-ul-Quds Solidarity with Oppressed on Jummatul Wida in the month of Ramazan, convener for which will be Meesam Tammar and secretary Abu Nasr Kazmi. Youm-e-Inhidaam Jannatul Baqee will be observed on 8th Shawwal, convener for which will be Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan and secretary Maalik Ashtar.
RAWALPINDI, October 19: The high-level meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan concluded here on Sunday afternoon after remaining in session for two days. The meeting reviewed national and international issues besides taking up organizational matters of the Tehreek. Chief of the Tehreek Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi delivering presidential address on the conclusion of the meeting said Pakistan is the fruit of joint sacrifices and united practical struggle of all schools of thought therefore it is necessary to give rights to everyone of them so as to ensure solidarity, integrity and defense of the motherland.
Agha Moosavi said that sacrifices rendered by Maktab-e-Tashayyo are not lesser than anyone else but they are still deprived of their due rights like other schools of thought. He demanded from the government to take full care of all sections of society and give ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo along with all schools of thought in all State departments on the basis of equality. In this connection he demanded the implementation of May 21, 1985 Jujeno-Moosavi agreement. He said Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan is the only representative organization of Shia community that desires practical unity, promotes brotherhood and mutual understanding, and raises the slogan of Sunni-Shia Bhai Bhai (Sunni and Shia are brother to each other) as its sole objective. The TNFJ chief expressed his concern that a particular group was in authority in all State departments who has also taken the electronic media hostage, which is damaging for the country. He said President Pervez Musharraf had fulfilled a long-standing demand by introducing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but terrorism could not die down owing to non-implementation of that Ordinance in letter and spirit and terrorism incident reemerged in Quetta, Karachi and Islamabad. He demanded from the President to take personal notice and form a Committee to probe which powers are creating hurdle in implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance as we consider the person or persons sabotaging the Ordinance the biggest terrorist. He said we term any murder as murder of the humanity, which we condemn strongly. He said Prime Minister Jamali has announced strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance, and this should be seen practically because it has been noticed that law is implemented on the poor only while the government should put hand on big crocodiles if she is sincere in rooting out terrorism because by imposing restrictions on terrorists, it has become clear that who are the terrorists therefore giving them a free hand is commensurate with giving them encouragement, he added. Agha Moosavi while stressing the need of unity of Muslim Ummah for solution of issues and problems faced by the Islamic World supported the point of view that President Gen. Pervez Musharraf presented at the OIC Summit. He said being an atomic power, Pakistan keeps the capability of leading the Islamic World. He said to make the OIC Summit result-oriented, it was necessary to ensure internal stability and solidarity in Muslim States. For this purpose, he said, governments in Muslim States should give attention towards solution of their people and restore law and order situation on top priority basis. He said we could not get the dignity of Al-Quds Sharif and Babri Masjid restored without taking concrete steps towards restoration of dignity of the holy places in Muslim States. The TNFJ chief said Islam preaches the message of peace and tranquillity and it has never ever supported aggression but the international colonial powers under an international conspiracy has started a drive to link the Islamic World with terrorism and was busy in proving through different tactics that Muslims are extremists, and terrorists. By doing so, they desire to maintain their own supremacy while despite the presence of organizations like OIC and Arab League, most of the Muslim rulers were colonial agents; they support one point of view in their meetings and sidetrack from that point of view when the same issue is raised at the level of United Nations and the Security Council. He said Muslim rulers are themselves responsible for the problems faced by all Muslim States including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria as there is duplicity in their words and deeds. He said unless these problems are not considered as the problems of the Islamic World and unless a joint struggle is not launched from the joint platform of the Muslim Ummah, these problems would continue to increase. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while giving his comments on India-Israel agreement, said we should not care about that but at the same he called upon the government to sign a defense agreement with her old friend China for the defense and solidarity of the country. He called upon all Muslim States to sever their diplomatic and economic relations with India also along with Israel.
RAWALPINDI, October 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said all organizations including the OIC and the United Nations which came into being to restore justice and get the world rid of oppression, have become hostage to the international colonial powers, therefore, making the OIC Summit going on in Malaysia result-oriented is need of the hour. Addressing the executive body members of Wahdat Ulama-e-Pakistan who called on him at the head of Hojjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Allama Zaini, he said creation of the universe is justice, the pillar of the world is resting on justice, and everything from here to eternity came into being for one reason or the other, there is nothing in excess or inadequate, coming down of holy books and representatives of Allah is also completely in line with justice. He said Allah did not commit oppression, brutality with anyone and always desired welfare of the human being, that is why two jobs were entrusted to prophets (A.S.) and divine selected persons: first, attracting the human beings towards submissiveness to Allah; and the second, protecting them from Taghoot. Agha Moosavi said many organizations were formed to protect small and weak States from powerful States but the situation continued to worsen further. He said today Kashmir and Palestine are in the grip of India and Israel while America and her allies were enjoying their control over Afghanistan and Iraq and no part of the world is out of their reach. He said the OIC Summit could be made result-oriented only when Muslim rulers would give priority to people and Islam over all other things, warn the world organizations about giving up hypocritical and biased attitude against the oppressed people and the Islamic World and adopting the path of justice and fair-play; and if these organizations do not change their policy and adopt delaying tactics in doing so then these organizations have no justification to exist for the Islamic World. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi suggested formation of a joint Parliament of the Islamic World to adopt a joint and strongest strategy that would recognize all Muslim States as one family, adopt a joint strategy for seeking an end to American control over Iraq, adopt a consensus strategy for achievement of Kashmir and Palestine, and adopt a joint line of action in case of attack on any Islamic State. He said in the present critical situation the responsibilities of ulama have increased manifold vis-à-vis to disseminate the eternal message of Islam based on peace, tranquility, brotherhood, mutual understanding, and cohesion, and condemn all types of biases and hypocratical attitude so as to thwart every conspiracy aimed at creating rift amongst Muslim States and Masalik. Allama Zaini apprised the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya about the decisions and recommendations finalized by Wahdat Ulama-e-Pakistan in their country-wide meetings. Agha Moosavi praised the efforts of ulama for the supremacy of the religion, solidarity of the motherland and Wahdat-e-Islam and prayed for more success in future.
RAWALPINDI, October 15: The benefits of Hazrat Sakhi Shahbaz Qalander (R.A.), whose illuminated tomb is resort of all, are continuing for everyone without any discrimination, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan said. He stated this while addressing the Mehfil-e-Shahbaz Qalandar (R.A.) here on Wednesday. He said after the Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.), Auliya-e-Karam and Buzurgan-e-Din in the outfit of faqr and following in the path of faith and piousness gave heights to the thoughts and ideologies of the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar (R.A.) is considered amongst those personalities who proved through their words and deeds that religion and Shariat is commensurate with love and devotion Agha Moosavi said today Islam is confronted with one problem or the other; international colonial power was harassing the world of humanity after the New York incident, clouds of disappointment and unrest are running all around, world has jumped into darkness, light is seen nowhere, and the basic reason for all is the distance that is being kept from the principles and sayings of the religious elders. He said 90-point agenda has been submitted in the ongoing 10th OIC Summit being held in Putrajaya. He said the chief of the world of terrorism was utilizing all her force to link the Islamic World with terrorism rather she was using every tactic for this purpose. In these circumstances, he said, the OIC members are under the obligation to make it clear on the world that Islam preaches peace and tranquility, negates all types of biases and terms aggression as oppression. The TNFJ chief said Bush and his allies committed aggression against Iraq, while India and Israel have made the life of oppressed Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult for more than half a century, therefore, they should be termed war criminals and the International Court of Justice should give them exemplary punishment after booking them taking the suo moto action. He said resolutions moved by the oppressed nations and Muslim States in the United Nations are vetoed. Therefore, OIC should achieve the right of the veto or demand from the United Nations to take back the veto power from other nations also, he added. He called upon the Muslim rulers to give up duplicity in their words and deeds otherwise the present OIC Summit would also meet the same fate that earlier nine summits had to face. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on the occasion of Annual Pursadari of Hazrat Shahbaz Qalandar (R.A.) to be held at Sehwan Sharif on Thursday reiterated his resolve that message of peace and tranquility given by Islam would be continued practically by following the path of faqr making the saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) al-faqro fakhri beacon of light.
RAWALPINDI, October 14: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has proposed that the OIC Summit should call upon Pakistan to play the role of its leadership being the atomic power and immediate attention should be given in resolving internal issues faced by the Muslim States. He was talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Rawalpindi Region office-bearers here on Tuesday. He said the internal strife within Muslim States is on its height, terrorism is the order of the day, freedom of the people is encroached upon and all these problems need immediate attention for resolution on priority basis, like the Prime Minister of Pakistan has issued instruction to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance in letter and spirit. But, he said, implementation must be seen and only lip-service should not be paid towards this direction. Agha Moosavi said need to set up such a body that would give priority to solution of problems faced only by Ummat-e-Wahida and help these problems resolved was felt in 1969 when Israel desecrated and put Masjid-e-Aqsa on fire. Thus emergence of the OIC while Rabita Islami already existed since 1962 and the United Nations Organization was also in its place already. He said the first OIC Summit was held in Rabat in which it was decided to hold the summit after every three years while the foreign ministers were to meet every year. The second OIC Summit held in Pakistan and the ninth in Doha, the capital of Qatar, the current 10th summit is being held in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The TNFJ chief said nothing could materialize in previous summits. He said the extraordinary session of the OIC was held in Doha about seven months ago i.e. on March 5, 2003 that reviewed the possible American attack on Iraq and discussed issues confronting the Islamic World in the backdrop of independence movement of Palestinians. The declaration issued after the summit had welcomed the Iraqi assurance to implement the Resolution No. 1441 of the Security Council and paid tributes to Iraqi announcement to cooperate with the United Nations inspectors in checking the atomic weapons. The declaration had rejected the possibility of any attack against Iraq that would pose threat to integrity and autonomy of the Islamic States. But no emergent OIC session could be held after American attack on Iraq while the present session is also a routine activity. He said the OIC did nothing for solution of problems faced by the Muslim Ummah despite passage of 33 years and had it worked towards that direction then chief of the international colonial powers i.e. America and her Zionist and Hindu agents would not have exerted that much pressure on the Islamic World, would not have termed them terrorists and would not have destructed Iraq after Afghanistan. He said Muslim rulers are the hurdle in way of achieving the OIC objectives as they are being controlled by international colonial powers. He said they would have to get themselves rid of international colonial powers first if they desire solution to their problems. Agha Moosavi reminded that Pakistan had refused to attend the first OIC Summit when India was invited as a guest but today Philippines and Russia have been invited as observers while China, France and other States are not invited. He said first it should be seen whether others could be invited to the summit and if so, then all members should be taken into confidence on this issue because if other States desired to attend the summit then what would be the fate of real point of view? He said before participation in the OIC Summit, Philippines, Russia and India would have to solve problems confronted to Muslims there; as Muslim independence movements are working in Philippines. If these States agree to do that then it would be a good omen and their participation otherwise would commensurate to invite more problems and more trouble, he added. He said the current OIC Summit is being held in a situation when our enemy was utilizing all her energies in getting the Islamic World termed as terrorists while the Islamic World could not succeed in stopping the international terrorists from attacking Iraq despite host of protests against them. He said now only time is being sought from America to leave Iraq that is commensurate in providing legal cause to her for attacking Iraq. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the OIC should adopt a consensus resolution in its session that America should be tried for aggression against Iraq, termed a culprit and given exemplary punishment. He said the occupation forces are obligatory to restore peace but America proved a total failure in Iraq on this count. He said if the OIC is really sincere in resolving the issues confronted to the Islamic World then all problems including that of Kashmir and Palestine should be considered as problems faced by the Islamic World. But, he said the OIC did not consider Kashmir a priority issue since its inception so much so that Kashmir issue has not been included in the list of priority issues of the current OIC session. Therefore, the OIC is advised to adopt a joint strategy regarding monetary, media and defense issues if it is really sincere in resolving the same. The OIC has no justification to exist if it could not do that, he added. He said the OIC Summit should settle that if the struggle launched in East Timor was not terrorism then the struggle for independence in Kashmir and Palestine could also not termed terrorism.

RAWALPINDI, October 12: The birth anniversary of Hazrat Hujjat bin Hassan Al-Askari (A.S.) was celebrated as Youm-e-Adl (Day of Justice) throughout the country like other parts of the world with traditional religious fervor and spirit on Sunday. Mahafil-e-Milad, meetings, conferences, and seminars were held and Aamal Neema-Shaaban were performed in mosques, Imambargahs and open places in all big and small cities and towns of the country. The devotees consigned their applications to water in rivers, canals, and lakes around Fajr prayers. Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while addressing a Justice Day function said oppression and terrorism is weakness and cowardice while justice and fair-play is the name of courage and bravery, therefore, the oppressed nations and the Islamic World could come over all their difficulties with courage banking on Allah.
Agha Moosavi made it clear that the personality of Allah is justifiable and disseminating justice and fair-play and rooting out brutality, oppression and terror has been the habit of Khasan-e-Illahi and as a punishment they had to face host of problems; they confronted the biggest dictators and brutal rulers during their era but no one could divert them from the right path. One of such personalities is Hujjat of the Godly religion, defender of Shariah, real spokesman of the thoughts and ideologies of Ahmed-e-Mukhtar (SAW) and Haider-e-Karrar (A.S.), Sultan-ul-Asr-Waz-Zaman Hazrat Imam Mahdi Akhir-uz-Zaman (A.S.). His objectives are support to the oppressed and have-nots, and getting the world of humanity rid of tyrants, oppressors and dictators, he said adding that on his Zahoor he would root out oppression and brutality and disseminate justice and fair-play, and the Anwaar-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) all around.
The TNFJ chief said the religion and Shariah are confronted with one problem or the other, international dictators are in place in Afghanistan and Iraq while massacre is the order of the day in Kashmir and Palestine. He said if the world of humanity desires its survival and solution to its problems then the only solution lay in adopting the path of justice. He reiterated his resolve to remain stick to the path of God, Ambiya, and Aulia that is the real path of justice and fair-play. In Federal capital Islamabad, central reception camp was setup for facilitation of seekers by Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO), district Islamabad, at Rawal Dam under the guardianship of Raja Faisal Abbas in connection with Youm-e-Adl, which was thronged by seekers throughout the night.
Mukhtar Force Islamabad District Commander Syed Nazakat Hussain Kazmi, Chairman Mukhtar students Organization (MSO) Syed Bu Ali Mahdi, Allama syed Mujtaba Bukhari, Divisional Commander Mukhtar Force Rawalpindi Syed Haider Karar Moosavi and many other personalities inaugurated the camp. MSO G/9 /1 section Islamabad arranged 72-pound cake for the ceremony. Caravans comprised of hundreds of buses, wagons, and cars, suzukis, motor cycles coming from Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Imambargah Nasirul Aza, Muree Road, Darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara Chohr Harpal, Haideriya Masjid, Masjid Shah-e-Najaf Khayaban Sir-syed, Qasr-e-Khadija-tul-Kubra and suburbs of Rawalpindi and Islamabad were warmly welcomed on their arrival at Rawal Dam at pre-dawn. Addressing thousands of participants in front of the camp on this occasion, Khateeb Fateh Furat said that following actively holy principles of Muhammad (SAW) & Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) is the only path of getting rid of all problems and difficulties being faced by Islamic world. He praised the discerning, modest and qalandarana leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi which raised high the head of Millat-i-Jafariya, and who gave the lesson of taking firm stand on principles treading in Masumeen (AS)s footsteps. He said that Golra terrorism incident was condemned by everyone but after that incident administration gave free hand to the miscreants who burnt the Holy signs including Quran, Alam at the Darbar of Hazrat Sakhi Shah Mehmood Badshah (RA), father of Hazrat Bari Imam (RA), and adjacent mosque and Imambargah. He said those who did this shameful act have committed a disgraceful act but it is condemnable that government is silent in taking steps against the inquiry of this incident. He demanded the government to take immediate steps and launch urgent inquiry for the incident.
A resolution adopted by the participants jointly demanded the immediate implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and said if government is sincere in maintaining peace then it has to put on the iron stakes the terrorist groups. The participants reiterated their resolve to fully support the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the mission of Wila and Aza. Later, the participants cut Youm-e-Adl cake to mark the birth anniversary of Imam-e-Zamanah (ATF). Later on, the participants reached the bank of Rawal Lake and consigned their applications to the water where Allama Basharat Imami recited the Dua.
Marking the occasion, Qaim-e-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) conference was held at Masjid & Imambargah Khadija-tul-Kubra, Islamabad. Anjuman Sipah-e-Abbas organized the conference, which was presided over by TNFJ Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami. Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Zahidi and many others also addressed. At Qasr-e-Abu Talib Rawalpindi Cantt, Youm-e-Adl ceremony was addressed by Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Zakir Naveed Aashiq BA, Zakir Karam Hussain Shah Hakimal, Zakir Ghulam Fareed, Chohdry Mushtaq Hussain, Naseer Sabzawari, Fida Jafery and many others. A resolution passed on this occasion strongly condemned the incidents of rampage at darbar Sakhi Shah Mehmood and demanded the government to take notice of the incident and give punishment to the responsible of incident. Participants while strongly condemning electronic and print media for ignoring the programs to mark the birth anniversary of Imam-e-Zamanah (ATF) said it is not the practice of Muslims to forget celebrities of Islam in an Islamic country while all Muslims believe on Mahdi Mooud (AS) that he (AS) will uproot oppression, despotism and barbarism establishing peace and justice in the world. Another resolution adopted on the occasion expressed full solidarity with freedom movements of oppressed of Kashmir and Palestine and Iraqis. Another resolution resolved to say yes to every policy of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the achievement of religious rights of Millat-i-Jafariya, protection and promotion of Mission of Wila and Aza.
Youm-e-Adl ceremonies were also held at Haideriya Mosque, Qasr-e-Shabbir, Imambargah Peer Grata Syedan, Masjid & Imambargah Gudowall Wah Cantt, Markazi Imambargah Chakri, Imambargah Nasir-ul-Aza, Masjid Shah-e-Najaf Khayaban Sirsyed, Jame Masjid Jaferia I/9, Qasre Imam Moosa kazim (AS) I/10, Ali Pur Farash, Teer Mah Syedan, Bhaika Syedan, Ali Abad, Pehyot, Pind Bagwal, Ali Masjid G/7, Jamia-tul-Murtaza G/9-4, Darbar Sakhi Kareem Haider Shah Bukhari, and many other places which were addressed, by Allama Zahid Kazmi, Zakir Syed Sarfaraz Karbalai, Allama Zawar Madni, Allama Tanveer Kazmi, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddesi, Hafiz Amjad Ali Amjad, Moulana Munawar Mahdi Zaidpuri, Moulana Syed Mumtaz Hussain Naqvi, Allama Guftar Sadqi, Professor Ghulam Abbas and Ata Hussain Butt. In Lahore, organizer of Karwan-e-Imam Raza (AS) arranged Zahoor-e-Imam Al Hujjat Program at River Ravi that was attended by a large number of devotees. Syed Zawar Hussain Jafery arranged a Jashan-e-Neema Shaban program at Syed Park Abdali Road Lahore. In Ancholi Society Karachi, Mehfil-e-Milad was held at Moulana Saood ul Hassans residence that was addressed by prominent scholars and poets. Neema-e-Shaban Aamaal were also arranged at Markazi jame Masjid of Tehseel Matli, District Badin of Sindh Province that were attended by a large number of people. At Markazi Jame Masjid Hadala Syedan Deena Distirict Jehlum, Moulana Ausaf Haider led the 15th Shaban Aamaal.
Zahoor-e-Imam-e-zamana Jashan was also held at Imamia masjid Jogian Walan Dera Ismail Khan that was addressed by prominent scholars, zakireen and eulogists. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, Day of Justice programs were also organized in Peshawar, Kohat, Mianwali, Tank, Hazara, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Gilgit, Skardu, Faisalabad, Multan, Larkana, Dera Ghazi Khan, Haiderabad, Sakkhar, Quetta, Khairpur Mirs, Dadu, Sehwan Sharif, Naushero Feroze, Osta Muhammad, Rajanpur, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Sheikhupura, and Sargodha.
RAWALPINDI, October 11: In a special message issued on the occasion of Jashan-e-Zahoor Imam Zamana (A.S.), or the Imam of Era, that is being observed as Youm-e-Adl (Day of Justice) throughout the country on Sunday, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the oppressed world that is filled with oppression and brutality is waiting Mahdi Mauood (A.S.) with whose auspicious appearance the sun of justice and fair-play will rise in the universe. He said Kutab-e-Samavia (heavenly books) and Sahaif-e-Illahiyya (divine scriptures) have ensured that the pious persons would get best fate and the thing nearest to piousness is justice and fair-play that is settled on balance and rationality. He said Adl, 0r Justice, has been considered the basis and reality of religion and Shariah that is not only liked by Allah but He is the one who takes His decisions with righteousness and justice. He said the Adl has also been considered the objective of Besat-e-Nabawi on which Surah Shurah stands witness: I have been given a commandment to do justice and fair-play amongst you. Agha Moosavi said Islam is that great a religion the system of which is based on justice and all departments of human life have been given the right to adopt rationality as it restores peace and stability in society. He said Islam has also ordered to do justice even with enemies, therefore meaning of an Ayah of Surah Maidah is: Your enmity with any nation should not arouse your feelings to do injustice with them. The TNFJ chief said the real reason of unrest, evil, oppression, terrorism confronting the whole world of humanity today is diversion from the path of justice. That is why, he said the best of the creatures in this universe i.e. human beings are awaiting justice and fair-play while justice and fair-play are awaiting Imam Mahdi Akhir-uz-Zaman (A.S.). He said a Hadis stands witness that when there would Zahoor (emergence) of Imam Mahdi (A.S.), he will fill the world of oppression and brutality with justice and fair-play. He said Neema-e-Shaaban (midst of the month of Shaaban) is a day to celebrate the Zahoor Purnoor of Hujjat Rabb-ul-Alameen, inheritor of Rehmatul-Lil-Alimeen, Hazrat Qaim Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) who is last in the chain of righteousness, justice and fair-play, is the ideal of brave and courageous persons who follow the path of righteousness, and a guiding force for the oppressed and have-nots the world over. He said the Zahoor of Imam Mahdi (A.S.) will restore justice and fair-play, root out oppression, brutality, war, riot, murder and massacre, would see the flag of justice fluttering high all around turning the world a hub of peace. He said Shab-e-Neema Shaaban is Shab-e-Baraat and a day full of blessings. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while greeting all countrymen on this pious occasion of Neema-e-Shaaban and Youm-e-Adl, reiterated his resolve to continue their struggle for achieving support, victory and rights for the oppressed, and for integrity and solidarity of Islam and Pakistan. He appealed to the people to offer Duas for the Zahoor of Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) and for rooting out terrorism during the programs of Youm-e-Adl so that justice and fair-play is spread all around.
