RAWALPINDI, June 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues is the need of the hour to make this world a hub of peace. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Kashmir Council that called on him at the head of Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi. He said Middle East and South Asia have been stabbed in the back owing to not resolving the Kashmir and Palestine issues. He said Hindus occupying Held Kashmir in 1947 carried out oppression there, earlier in 1832 they carried out atrocities against Kashmiris and they are still being treated badly facing oppression from all around. On the other, he said, Palestinians have been exiled and the Zionists have been settled in the occupied territory in Palestine but the Palestinians have not given up yet. He said labourers working in Resham-Khana in Srinagar were martyred in 1924 when they demanded their dues while in 1932 they by engaging themselves in confrontation with Dogra Raaj lit those lamps with their blood that gave a new lease of life to the movement of independence. Agha Moosavi said the sacrifices rendered by Kashmiris are not less than any one else. He said as many as 90,000 Kashmiris kissed martyrdom to-date since 1987 while India and Israel were utilizing all their energies in sabotaging the independence movements by terming the same as terrorism. He said the independence movements in Kashmir and Palestine are on their peak and at present the whole world of humanity in general, and the peace loving people in particular were not only rejecting the steps taken by colonial powers but were also criticizing them openly. He said the faces of so-called champions of democracy have been unveiled therefore America has announced a Road Map for an Independent State of Palestine to cover up her foiled movement. Similarly, he said America was trying to settle terms in a bid to term Kashmir integral part by India and stop Pakistan from terming Kashmir her jugular vein. In these circumstances, he said, it is testing time for the people of Palestine and Kashmir that how could they stop the designs of colonial powers. He said if Palestinians and Kashmiris succeed in proving their joint point of view exercising wisdom then it would be a good omen for the world of humanity. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the Arab world, Government of Pakistan, and the OIC to utilize all their energies in getting the Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of ground realities in line with the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of respective people. ISLAMABAD, June 19: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Islam is inviter to peace, harmony and tranquillity as well as all departments-encompassing divine law which is a complete code of life, guarantee-provider of felicity and source of salvation. He made his remarks while addressing the office-bearers and activists of TNFJ, MFP and Mukhtar Students Organization federal area. Moosavi said Islam is against every kind of excesses, oppression and injustice, thats why justice & equity is its root, but colonial powers along with their agents are bent upon defaming Muslims under a heinous conspiracy, ergo, it is necessary that we adopt joint defensive strategy so that the intrigues of the foes of humanity not only could be foiled but also the world of humanity could be given a move on the path of peace. He made clear that peace is not established by encroaching rights rather fulfilment of ones rights is prerequisite. He said at present international terrorism, state terrorism being continued in Kashmir and Palestine, and non-existence of response to the call of oppressed and have-not stratums are the three main problems being faced by humanity. Therefore, the liability of terrorism, being continued in the world, mostly goes to the shoulders of the United Nations. The TNFJ chief said Nehru himself took the Kashmir issue to UN, got passed the resolution of plebiscite and promised to act upon it but not only a breach was committed but on the same base Pakistan was made a target of aggression thrice, and now Vajpayee has threatened for 4th war. Moosavi said when 9/11 incident occurred, India utilized all its energies to involve Pakistan, hence poised one million troops at Pakistani borders rather made the life of oppressed Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir more hell under POTO. Exactly in the same manner, Israels founder President Ben Gorian had said while delivering a speech at Sorbonne University of France that none of the Arab States is real danger for us but Islamic ideological State of Pakistan, to bring which to the right path is our most important target, he recalled. Moosavi said the President of Pakistan not only keeps understanding but also a veteran and solemn personality. As he remained firm on his stance regarding Kashmir in Agra Conference, similarly he should tell clearly to all countries including the United States during his recent foreign trip that the only solution to Kashmir and Palestine lay in the implementation of UN resolutions, and that in case of any decision other than this peace could not be guaranteed. With regard to the pressure to accept Israel this should be said decisively keeping in view the aims of Gorian that decisions of Arab League and OIC would be kept in front of us, therefore, these two organizations summoning emergent sessions should make decision according to the desires of Palestinians plus Islamic principles. QUETTA, Pakistan June 19: Sardar M. Tariq Jafery, Leader of TNFJ Balochistan Council, called upon the government to deal with horrific murderers of innocent civilians with iron hands for the elimination of terrorism from country and to ensure durable peace by fully implementing the Moosavi Peace Formula and Anti-Terrorism Ordinance. He said this while addressing a Majlis-e-Tarheem organized for the victims of terrorism incident in Quetta. On this occasion, he conveyed the condolence message of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for the bereaved families. Sardar Tariq Jafery made clear that the people who are playing this heinous game in the country are foes of religion & motherland and are foreign agents, and according to the saying of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi a terrorist keeps no religion and school he is just a terrorist so he should be viewed in the same perspective. He expressed lamentation that the President had put restrictions on terrorists by declaring ban on them while Jamali Government makes them sit around it. LARKANA, Pakistan: Syed Nazar Hussain Shah Shamsi, father of Ex Commander Mukhtar Force Larkana Syed Hassan Ali Shamsi has passed away on Wednesday. He was buried in cemetery of Ali Goharabad Larkana. In a condolence message to Syed Hassan Ali Shamsi, Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his condolence over the death of his father and prayed for high ranks of the departed soul and patience for bereaved family. RAWALPINDI, June 18: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said protection and defense of religion and Shariat is the foremost responsibility of the Ulema-e-Haq and there is need to create coherence in their words and deeds to fulfill that responsibility. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Ulema Wing of Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Azadari Pakistan that called on him at the head of Sultan-ul-Waizeen Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najafi here on Wednesday. He said the religion, which ulema are preachers, is commensurate with love and devotion. He said colonial powers and their agents were using every tactic to defame Islam after the dismemberment of Russia and for that purpose they were bent upon defaming Muslims by terming them extremists, violence loving, fundamentalists, orthodox and what not. He said they were creating a situation to interfere in the affairs of other States and in their Masalik while the chief of international colonial powers is responsible for all this. Agha Moosavi said American aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq is no more a secret, and now she was bent upon seeking solution of Kashmir issue in South Asia, and Palestine issue in Middle East keeping to the desire of Hindus and Zionists, respectively. As the beloved motherland Pakistan is based on Islam, therefore it is her special target. He said the President was touring different foreign countries at present that has increased his responsibilities manifold. He said whether it is Palestine or Kashmir, the history of both these States is replete with oppression and brutality as Vajpayee and Sharon have made their live difficult. In these circumstances, he said, the President should make it clear in unequivocal terms that the only solution to Kashmir and Palestine issues lay in implementation of United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people through giving them right of self-determination. The TNFJ chief said the trio was utilizing all its energies in linking the independence movements with terrorism, which should be taken notice of rather attention of the international organizations, should be invited towards this situation asking them that if they desire peace in these regions then solution of problems is the need of the hour. Moreover, he said protection of the atomic plant is also our responsibility that guarantees countrys defense and on which no bargaining could be allowed. Commenting on American request to send Pakistani forces to Iraq, he said, the President should make it clear on them that this job should be handed over to the United Nations that should take a decision, and no action should be taken on American request, otherwise it would be commensurate to oppression. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it was obligatory for the Ulema-e-Haq to adopt joint strategy for the protection of ideological frontiers along with the geographical boundaries, because we keep the protection of our ideology dearer than every thing. He said they should reiterate their resolve to discourage all types of biases and promote love and brotherhood, rooting out hatred and differences. RAWALPINDI, June 17: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that to get Anti-Terrorism Ordinance (ATO) implemented effectively putting aside all expediencies is the most important demand of hour. He was talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ Provincial Council Balochistan that called on him at the head of Muhammad Ali Khan Hazarah Advocate, Sardar M. Tariq Jafri and Mehdi Ali Hazarah. Moosavi said, at present whole world of humanity is confronted with terrorism while Pakistan is in the wrap of terrorism for the last more than two and a half decades. The President of Pakistan by issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance (ATO) and banning terrorist outfits sought to put them on the stocks, because of which situation turned better. But law & order has worsened since Jamali government took office, not even a day goes vacant of terrorism, dacoities and blasts. Even today, some people have been sprayed with bullets near a police station in Karachi that is flat terrorism and ferocity. All this is the doing of our ideological and perpetual enemy, the TNFJ chief said terming it a loathsome conspiracy. He said colonial powers want to mount its pressure on us destabilizing Pakistan because peace is shattered in this region courtesy to Kashmir issue which resolution the colonial powers desire according to their own will. On one hand dialogue is being offered while on the other missile tests have become Indias order of the day. He said Indian missile defense system is a great danger for Pakistan, ergo, our rulers are duty bound to recognize friend and foe keeping in view these dangers, and form foreign policy on new foundations besides getting themselves free from slave foreign policy. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said we should forsake this manner that our power is in the US control, and this should be made clear on the United States that if it desires peace in this region then the only solution to this is that Kashmir issue be resolved in line with the UN resolutions and wishes of Kashmiri people. And flatly reject any solution other than this, he added. RAWALPINDI, June 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, has said that divine representatives and saints of religion have always termed faqr a source of pride for themselves, and piety & abstinence is apparel of faqr while its zenith and acme is going against sensual desires. He made his remarks while uttering praying words after Chadar-Poshi at the grave of Hazrat Sakhi Mahmoud Sarkar Moosavi Al-Mashhadi (respected father of Hazrat Bari Imam) in Aabpara, Islamabad on the occasion of his visit there. Central office bearers of TNFJ and different scholars accompanied him. Moosavi said that according to Quran & Sunnah the holy family of Muhammad (SAW) & Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) is the most excellent of all families of the universe. Sakhi Mahmoud Badshah is the scion and saintly figure of the same great and respect-worthy family, he added. He asserted that a wali and faqeer not only goes against carnal desires rather he at first kills his I and ego, because the doer of the same is considered most lofty human being. He said favors and bounties are gushed out of prophets, Auliya-e-Kiram as well as their mausoleums because they annihilating themselves provide the creation existence and welfare. A saying of a salih goes: there is no permanence in six things: shadow of cloud, friendship of mischievous, unlawful wealth, love with some other than Allah, oppression of an oppressor and false praise. Therefore, abstinence from them is obligatory. The TNFJ chief said if Muslim Ummah adopt this lesson of faqr then highhandedness and tyrannies of colonial protagonist and international terrorist could be tackled who has made the life of oppressed hell and has gone forward in Muslim enmity to this extent that UN like international body is helpless in front of him. While Muslim rulers are even ready to polish his shoes just for permanence of their rule, though the modesty of Islamic world should wake up because months have passed since US aggressive occupation over Iraq but situation is deteriorated, and there exists no such institution in the world which could inquire America that where are those Weapons of Mass Destruction under which pretext it attacked Iraq? But on the contrary, now US is engaged in preparation of new tactics along with its stooges. In such a situation, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said, if OIC wants to get its existence recognized then it has to adopt decisive joint strategy. Similarly, if UN desires restoration of its dignity it will have to get US punished after being declared War Criminal. RAWALPINDI, June 15: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, said that the topmost objective of Mukhtar-e-Aal-e-Muhammad (RA) was obliteration of oppression, barbarism and despotism, and protection, safety and defense of the rights of the oppressed and deprived. He was addressing Mehfil-e-Mukhtar-e-Aal-e-Muhammad marking the Day of Qayam of Mukhtar on Sunday. He said the religion and mission which preacher and disseminator were Mashaheer-e-Ialam, justice and equity have been termed its base and foundation. Moosavi said that from the day one pious and impious, good and evil, truth and falsehood, and right and wrong have been confronted with each other, dictators and tyrants of every era Pharaoh, Shaddad, Qaroon and present day Bush, Blair, Sharon and Vajpayee have been afraid of establishment of justice and equity, for these governments are based on oppression. He said a Muslim is he who neither oppresses nor hand over any oppressed & Muslim to oppression. This day world of mazloomiyat and Muslim nations are facing host of problems which main reason is averseness from justice and equity. Therefore, the protagonist of the world of oppression and barbarism, Bush, ruined Afghanistan in the pretext of 9/11 incident and afterwards destroyed Iraq saying that terrorism is being rooted out thereby. Moosavi said we had already said that terrorism could not be wiped out with terrorism. He made clear that the United States had already proved itself the Chief of the world of terrorism by pounding atom bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the World War II and thus made the people of these two cities to face dreadful destruction, now the people of the twain countries were made to face the same destruction, he added. He said the US in order to attack Iraq put up the lame excuse of presence of weapons of mass destruction there, using which against any country it could shatter international peace and that it is obligatory upon us to deliver the world of humanity. In this connection the colonial protagonist not only paid no heed to international protest of people but also trampled UN resolutions. The TNFJ chief said at present it is the US who has control, directly or indirectly, over these two countries with the aim of establishing government of its own choice while people of every country possess this right under fundamental rights, UN charter and resolutions to form governments of their own choice. He asserted that actual problem was neither Saddam nor Mass Destruction Weapons (MDW) and nor the calamities of people living there but only achievement of oil plus interests. The United States is considering itself the most powerful country in the world, which could establish its control whenever and wherever it desires. It is extremely dangerous scheme and ill omen for human world, Moosavi said adding that on the other Muslim States are confronted with fear and they deem that their existence lay in pleasure of Bush which is encouraging for oppressor and discouraging for oppressed and Muslim people. He said this is no more a secret that turn is of all one after the other after Iraq, ergo, the responsibility to save oppressed and Muslim people from terrorism lay on the shoulders of the United Nations, and OIC which has no role, there remains no justification for its existence. The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi advised UN to adopt bold stance forsaking the role of US slave-lady and leaving hypocratic behaviour in order to stop America from interfering other countries. He demanded from the UN to declare United States a criminal for its rhyme-less interference in Iraq and Afghanistan so that it could become a lesson for others. Meanwhile, the Day of Qayam of Mukhtar was observed in all four provinces, northern areas and Azad Kashmir with respect and reverence by arranging commemorative gatherings speaking which Ulama, Waizeen and Speakers appealed to the rulers and opposition to adopt policy of mutual understanding, and prefer integrity of the country and the nation to all. ISLAMABAD, June 15: On the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Youm-e-Qayam-e-Mukhtar (RA) was observed throughout the country on Sunday, Rabi-us-Sani 14, with religious fervor and zeal. On this occasion special ceremonies and gatherings were held at Imambargahs, Mosques and different places in which speakers threw light over the character of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqfi and his services for oppressed and against oppressors. The detail of Programs is: In Masjid Imam Ali Naqi (AS) a gathering was held in connection with the Khurooj-e-Mukhtar (RA) that was addressed by TNFJ Islamabad leader Syed Kifayat Bukhari. Moulana Sajjad Shah addressed a Mehfil at Jamia Wali-ul-Asr Islamabad. Meanwhile Allama Guftar Hussain Shah addressed the Mehfil of Youm-e-Qayam-e-Mukhtar (RA) at Masjid Jaferia while Allama Basharat Hussain at Madrissah Khadijah tul Kubra (AS), Zulfiqar Ali at Babul Ilm Secretariat Hussainabad, Syed Mehdi Shah and Barkat Hussain at Dargah Wali Wilayat Noorpur Shahan. A special ceremony was also held at Kashana-e-Shaida Satellite Town presided over by Syed Bu Ali Mahdi while Ali Hasnain Shaida was the Chief guest on this occasion. Ceremony was addressed by Moulana Zawar Hussain Madni, Wajeeh ul Hasan Kazmi, Khateeb Fateh Furat, Tabassum Shah, Ali Zaidi, Joan Ali Mashhadi, and Munir Hussain. In Shah Piyara Mosque, Allama Taqi-un-Naqi addressed a Mahfil on this occasion. Chairman Muttahidda Ahzab Board Moulana Agha Abbas Kazmi, Syed Ali Sarkar Naqvi and Tahir Kazmi addressed Mehfil-e-Mukhtar Saqfi that was held at Masjid Haideriya. Moulana Tanveer Shah and Moulana Khursheed Haider addressed at Imambargah Qasr-e-Shabbir (AS) and Danishgah-e-Jaferia. On Qayam-e-Mukhtar (RA) Day, Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO) Rawalpindi Division organized Mukhtar-e-Aal-e-Muhammad (SAW) Conference at Nasir Hall that was attended by Ulema and Waizeens of different schools of thought. MSO Central President Abd-e-Hadi presided over the conference while Moulana Mujtaba Hussain leader Jamiat Ulma-e-Jaferia, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini Chairman Wahdat Ulma-e-Pakistan, Muhammad Abbas Balouch, Raja Khalil Abbas, Asim Jafery, Imran Bukhari, Navid Shah, Ajmal Naqvi and Haider Abbas Bajwah addressed the conference. Participants of the gathering passed various resolutions on this occasion demanding for implementation of Anti Terrorism Ordinance, elimination of terrorism, stoppage of Banned Organizations activities and their expulsion from political alliances, enforcement of Shia Deeniyat from school to university level according to Junejo-Moosavi Agreement. They expressed full solidarity with oppressed Kashmiris, Palestinians and Iraqis and prayed for the eminence of Islam, integrity, Solidarity and prosperity of the motherland. END
RAWALPINDI, June 14: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Yazidaan-e-Asr (despots of the era) are still shaking with fear by the name and challenge of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi (RA), who destroyed Yazidiyyat through his Qayam aimed at completion of Mission-e-Hussainiyat, promotion of Quran & Sunnah, protection of the blood of Karbala martyrs and defense of the oppressed and have-not stratums. He made his remarks in a special message issued on the occasion of Mukhtar Qayam Day that is being observed across the country like other parts of the globe with religious and national spirit. Moosavi said the objective of the successor of the Chief of Prophets (SAW), son of Ali (AS) and Batool (SA), Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) was eradication of mischief, oppression and repression, mending of Ummah and following the seerah of Nabi and Wasi for which he rendered that everlasting and unparallel sacrifice in the burning desert of Karbala that is fountainhead of success and loftiness for the world of oppressed. At present, he said, the whole world of humanity is confronted with the oppressions of Bush, Blair, Sharon and Vajpayee. The current protagonist of the world of Yazidiyyat, Bush not only kicked out the resolutions of the United Nations and Security Council but trampling the protest of all countries made Afghanistan and Iraq target of his aggression, adopted Yazidi behavior to gain his ends, like Yazid chose the same hostile path for his personal interests and sowed the seeds of hatred among all nations which fruit will be severely bitter, he warned. The TNFJ chief said the United States is hurling threats to North Korea, Syria and Iran while patting India and Israel as a result of which arrogance of Vajpayee and Sharon are order of the day in Held Kashmir and Palestine. He said devil chief desires his and his stooges supremacy by black mailing in the name of road map, therefore, in such a situation oppressed and Muslims nations could foil his heinous and loathsome objective imbibing them with the spirit of Mukhtar (RA) besides confronting with the protagonists of the world of oppression and barbarism. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to lay Mukhtaer Qayam Day programs throughout the country. RAWALPINDI, June 13: The programs to mark the 3-day Ayyam-e-Askari in connection with the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) concluded on Friday. The Ayaam-e-Askari were observed on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Khutaba highlighted the seerat of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) in detail during Friday congregations in all big cities and towns including Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad while Mahafil-e-Milad and Seerat-e-Imam Askari (A.S.) functions were organized at various Imambargahs by the religious organizations. In Rawalpindi, a special function was organized at Qasr-e-Abu Talib under the auspices of District Ayyam-e-Askari Committee of the TNFJ. Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani Nazimul Umoor Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Punjab presided over the function while District President Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Abu Baidar Ali Ch. Chairman Nigran Council MFP, Syed Abd-e-Hadi Central President MSO, Syed Naveed Hussain Shah Central Convener Ayyam-e-Askari Committee, Secretary Syed Azmat Hussain Naqvi, Bawa Syed Mazloom Hussain Shah Tehsil President TNFJ Rawalpindi were the guests of honour. Addressing the function, central leader of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) presented the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his philosophy for life before the humanity the basis of which is brotherhood, cohesion and love with humanity. He said failure and slavery became the order of the day for Muslims when they negated the Islamic ideology and teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW). He said uswah-e-Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) is the best example and beacon of light for the success of independence movements the world over and to help root out the problems and difficulties of the oppressed and have-nots.
Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, in his presidential address paid tributes to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for announcing to observe Ayyam-e-Askari on country level. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – June 12: Three-day (11-13 June) Ayyam-e-Askari (AS) programs marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (AS) continued on the second day in twin cities – Islamabad and Rawalpindi – like other parts of the country on Thursday in line with the announcement made by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Multitudes of people attended the ceremonies and offered their greetings in the respected court of Imamul Asr Wazzaman (ATF) and Holy Family (PBUT).
A Jashan-e-Milad was organized by Anjuman Muallamin Satellite Town on this occasion. Agha Syed Muhammad Murtaza Moosavi was the guest of honour. Malik Adeel Abbas Wissami President of the Anjuman while addressing the Mehfil-e-Milad said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) is the 11th Imam whose son Hazrat Qaim Al-Hujjat (A.S.) owing to whom the system of this universe is running, on his Zahoor will root out oppression and brutality and disseminate justice and fair-play, and the flag of Islam will start fluttering all over the world. RAWALPINDI, June 11: The programs marking the 3-day Ayyam-e-Askari in connection with the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) began throughout the country on Tuesday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Mahafil-e-Milad and special functions were organized in various Imambargahs, Aza-Khanas and mosques in all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas, and twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A special Jashan-e-Askari function was organized under the auspices of Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia. Allama Ghulam Shabbir Wadho, leader of the TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh and Syed Naveed Hussain Shah Naqvi Central Convener Ayyam-e-Askari Committee were guests of honour.
Addressing the function, central TNFJ leader Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that the Muslim Ummah was confronted with various problems just because they were keeping a distance from the teachings of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said it is the need of the hour to make the battered society a hub of peace by following the teachings and character of Mashaheer-e-Islam practically. He said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) not only raised Kalma-e-Haq before the tyrant rulers but also raised the flag of Shariat so as to unveil the faces of so-called Thekedaars (contractors) of Islam. He said today the world is confronted with international terrorism and the oppressed nations should lay down a joint strategy to confront the chief of colonial powers that were bent upon destructing the oppressed and have-nots in the garb of rooting out terrorism. He said practical following of the Uswah-e-Hasana of the pious religious leaders was obligatory to thwart the evil designs of enemies of religion. RAWALPINDI, June 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is the best model for the world of humanity and not only all difficulties could be overcome but the conspiracies and evil tactics of international colonial powers and their agents could also be thwarted by following the character and deeds of the great personality of this Khanwada, Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). He stated this on the beginning of 3-day Ayyam-e-Askari being observed throughout the country from 11-13 June marking the Jashan-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) with devotion and religious fervour. He said the system that has been declared the best code of life and source of survival for humanity by representatives of Allah is based on justice and fair-play that is why their sole objective was to struggle for restoration of justice that is called jihad and that is the name of utilizing all out energies for dissemination of Kalematullah. All other systems, he added, are based on oppression, suppression, bloodshed, and trampling of honour and dignity. He said all these evil forces utilized all their energies to find out ways and means how to alight the world of humanity from Mashaheer and the central point of Islam. Agha Moosavi said the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his pious inheritors had been in the habit of always adopting a defensive strategy and they never adopted aggression, always discouraged biases and declared that key to success of armed forces lay in dealing others with sincerity of purpose. He said the representatives of Allah declared on the world that the strength of the government lay in adopting the path of justice and fair-play while oppression and brutality is a great sin. The TNFJ chief said that as per a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) the reasons of destruction for any group are that rich owing to oppression, Arabs owing to biases, chieftains owing to vanity, traders owing to dishonesty, tillers owing to ignorance, and some ulema owing to jealously become the source of destruction. Similarly, three activities are source of blessing that are: doing good with evil-doers, doling out something to one who deprived others, and effort to meet one who desires separation. He said on the occasion of New York terrorism incident, we had said that terrorism could not be rooted out through terrorism and the world has witnessed that the world of humanity is in the grip of further terrorism despite destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq. But at the same time, he said, struggle for achieving rights and independence is not terrorism rather to encroach upon the rights is terrorism and a great sin. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the people had heaved a sigh of relief when President Gen. Pervez Musharraf had issued Anti-Terrorism Ordinance but when democracy was restored and since the Jamali government took over the charge, incidents of terrorism have become the order of the day. Particularly, in Balochistan province, murder attempt on a leader of Fiqh-e-Jafariya in Sibbi Saqlain Naqvi, murder of Syed Niaz Hussain Shah in Quetta, martyrdom of 14 trainee police officials in Quetta two days ago, and heinous murder of 4 police employees including DIG in Sibbi are irreparable loss and national tragedy. He said rulers who fail in restoring peace have no justification to remain in power. He asked the Balochistan government that why they had freed terrorists under an agreement at the time of forming the government? He said we still stick to our point of view that all schools of thought in Pakistan are united and this country is the outcome of their joint struggle and the key to its survival also lays in their mutual unity and brotherhood. He said a terrorist do not keep any religion or country, therefore, the government should come out from the shackle of prudence and practically prove that they keep the interests of the country and the nation dearer than other matters. He reiterated his resolve that his struggle would continue for saying Kalma-e-Haq and they would never give up support to the oppressed. END
