UN Hippocratic Moosavi declares TNFJ high-level meet Moosavi says Muslim Majalis, Processions Protests against Iraq
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – April 16: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan said the war maniac international terrorist America is proving dangerous for the whole humanity. He stated this in a special address delivered on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Syeda Sakina bintul Hussain (S.A.), which was observed throughout he country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with religious devotion and respect on Wednesday. Majalis-e-Aza were held in mosques and Imambargahs and Taboot of Masooma Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) were taken out in ladies Majalis. Agha Moosavi said Masooma Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) who used to sleep on the chest of Imam Hussain (A.S.) not only bore Shimars slaps in Karbala but also laid down her life in the age of 4 years in Syrian detention. He said her character preached a lesson to women at large and Dukhtran-e-Islam that revival of religion and Shariat, and survival of humanity is the objective of every elder and youngster of Khanwada-e-Muhammad and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and that guarantees blessings and survival for humanity. He said whether it is the soil of Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon or Hejaz, their history is replete with oppression and brutality. The oppressor in every era wrote the history of oppression in the garb of Nimroud, Pharaoh, Abu Jehl, Abu Lahb, Yazid, rulers of Umayyad and Abbasid era, dictators and Halako Khan. He said the oppressed were buried alive in walls and their skin peeled off but no dictator could overshadow the flag of Islam. The TNFJ chief said even today the biggest oppressor of the world of oppressors i.e. America was attacking the Iraqi soil and was writing a new history of oppression by rooting out Iraq but neither the United Nations nor any other international organization was able to stop her as a result of which she has now started hurling threats on Syria. He said the whimsical attitude of international terrorist against the Islamic World, particularly Arabs, would not stop here because her only objective is to maintain her and her agents supremacy. He reminded that Bush has already made it clear that after occupation of Iraq, the Palestine issue would be resolved in a manner that Arab States themselves would guarantee complete protection of Israel and such steps would be taken there that would fulfill all demands of Israel. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said American activities are strengthened owing to Hippocratic United Nations attitude, silence of OIC, and weakness of the Arab League. As a result of which America desires to devour the whole world. The Muslim States should therefore display courage and form a concrete and joint strategy for their survival and solidarity, he added. RAWALPINDI, April 15: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe Youm-e-Azmat Shaair Allah on Friday, April 18. According to a handout, issued here from Tehreek headquarters, Agha Moosavi has appealed the Islamiyan-e-Pakistan to raise voice of protest on bombing of Imam Abu Hanifas tomb, desecration of holy shrines in Karbala, Najaf, Kazmain, uncalled for allied forces aggression on Iraq, and now heinous designs of targeting Syria and other Islamic States during the universal protest of the oppressed – Azadari mourning processions, Majalis-e-Aza, Friday congregations and other programs; hatred should be expressed against chief of the international colonial powers and solidarity expressed with the oppressed world. Agha Moosavi said all holy places, Makatib, oppressed nations, Islamic World and all Muslim States are the integral part of religion & Shariat and world of humanity & mankind, therefore, protest against trampling of Shaair Allah is religious obligation of every honourable Muslim. He said the oppression that Afghanistan faced, and the brutality that Iraq suffered is a result of Hippocratic attitude of all international organizations. He said the holy soil of Iraq that has been shattered into pieces; cities, abodes that were rooted out; bodies of Iraqi nationals that are lying on roads and streets unattended; old, young and children that are dying in hospitals; crying bereaved families; setting ablaze and looting of Hawzaat Ilmiyah, Maraje Deenia, holy places, other tombs including that of Imam Abu Hanifa, libraries, religious Shaair are a slap in the face of the United Nations. The TNFJ chief said had the United Nations adopted a clear-cut policy then chief of the terrorist world and her allies would not have the courage to attack Iraq without UN permission. He said, owing to this wrong attitude of the United Nations, America has shattered the world peace and after Iraq was planning to impose economic sanctions on Syria after terming it a terrorist State. He said America finds only one excuse or the other to target every country and Maktab that refuses to accept American supremacy or is not ready to work for her interest. He demanded from the United Nations to declare international terrorist America and her allies aggressors, ICC should give severe punishment to these war criminals, and justifiable elections should be organized under the UN umbrella in Iraq. While demanding to summon emergent OIC summit, he said the OIC should get her power recognized, seek veto power in UN, get America declared aggressor and adopt a joint strategy against her. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said if the United Nations failed to fulfill her obligations even now and did not take any action against America and her allies then a new international forum of the oppressed nations should be launched in which those 65 States should also be included who are not members of the United Nations so that the oppressed world could confront the oppressive world openly. He said only expression of concern on the part of Kofi Annan on threats being hurled on Syria is not enough because the humanity would suffer a lot more if America was not checked. He said Pakistan is the citadel of Muslim Ummah and it will have to adopt a courageous and Momin-like strategy so as to play a role of a leader in the Islamic World. If it were not done then one Islamic State after the other would continue to be made target of destruction. Meanwhile, Central Organising Committee of the Tehreek has been formed to organize programs for Youm-Azmat Shaair Allah. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – April 14: The high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ) presided over by Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, concluded after approving some important decisions. According to Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Central Secretary General of Tehreek, different resolutions regarding national and international matters were adopted during the meeting. A resolution made it clear that Azadri is the soul of all worships and a universal protest of the oppressed against oppressors. It said the importance of Chehlum (40th) of Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.) is like Ashoor-e-Muharram, therefore the government should make special arrangements during Majalis and Azadari processions, while law and order should also be ensured. Another resolution made it clear that Pakistan does not belong to any particular group or Maktab rather it is a joint inheritance of all Masalik and Makatib while solidarity of Pakistan lay in giving rights to all schools of thought but it is a tragic that the present government was not even ready to listen to the Maktab-e-Tashayyos point of view, which was creating unrest among the Millat-e-Jafariya; Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given ideological representation in all departments to root out this unrest. The resolution strongly condemned the rapid American aggression on Iraq, the soil of Prophets (A.S.), trampling of sanctity of Holy Places and violation of human rights. It said the scattered bodies of oppressed Iraqi Muslims and dying Iraqi children for lack of medicines and food are a big question mark to the international conscience. The resolution demanded from the United Nations to oust the chief of Colonial powers America and her allies from the United Nations for destructing world peace and for shedding blood of lakhs of innocent people. The resolution also recommended economic sanctions for them. The resolution called upon the Muslim rulers to gather on one platform, activate the OIC and adopt a joint point of view on all issues. While demanding immediate pullout of American and allied forces from Iraq, holding justifiable elections, and settlement of all affairs through the United Nations and the OIC, another resolution made it clear that only that government would be acceptable in Iraq that would be formed by the Iraqi people living there. The meeting expressed its concern that western media was propagating differences in various schools of thought in Iraq to achieve their nefarious designs therefore, all Muslim schools of thought are under the obligation to understand that conspiracy and thwart these nefarious colonial designs through practical unity and brotherhood. Yet another resolution while expressing complete solidarity with the ongoing independence movements of Kashmir and Palestine demanded solution to Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of United Nations resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. The resolution also demanded from the ICC to declare Bush and allies war criminals and run their trial for these crimes. Meanwhile the meeting announced to observe 3-day Ayyam-e-Aza from 27- 29 Safar-ul-Muzaffar to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and to observe 8th Rabi-u-Awwal as Youm-e-Tajdeed-e-Ehad marking the Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.). S. Ali Bukhari convener of Markazi Muharram Azadari Committee of the Tehreek, Ala Haider, Allama Saqlain Ali Bukhari, Allama Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Allama Hussain Muqaddasi, M.H. Jafri, Imdad Ali Maulai, Allama Zahid Abbas, Asif Kazmi, Abbas Jafri, Allama Matloob Taqi, Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Sardar Ibadat Hussain Naqvi, and Syed Bu Ali Mehdi also addressed the concluding session of the TNFJ high level meeting. RAWALPINDI, April 13: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Bush is anti-human, Sharon is Pharaoh, and Vajpayee is incarnation of evil and the Muslim Ummah will have to get united to confront them, none of the Maslak, Maktab, country or Saddam is target of International Protagonist Bush but the Islamic World, therefore, all Muslim rulers are under the obligation to give priority to the interests of the Islamic World and if they continue pursuing their own interest, then they would be destructed one by one. He said the United Nations is responsible of giving the feeling of unprotection to the whole world in the Iraq war.
He stated this while giving his presidential address in the first session of the high level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan in which central Tehreek office-bearers and representatives of Muharram Azadari Committee from all the four provinces, Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir participated. The meeting reviewed arrangements for Chehlum (40th) of Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.) and also took important decisions. Agha Moosavi called upon the Islamian-e-Pakistan to get disciplined and united and thwart conspiracies hatched by the internal enemy and make it clear on the external enemy that the whole nation would prove a concrete wall against every aggression. He called upon the government to ensure peace during Chehlum days, during Ayyam-e-Aza that will be observed from 27 to 29 Safar marking the Shahadat of Imam Hassan (A.S.), and till 8th Rabiul Awwal. He also appealed the people to remain alert and give priority to the interests of religion and the motherland over all other matters. He said the government should take representative organizations of all schools of thought, fiqhs, and Masalik into confidence, particularly they should give representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo because revolutions take birth from the sense of deprivation. Criticizing the Jamali government for continuously ignoring the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he made it clear that we are followers of Nabi (SAW), Ali (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) and history stands witness that whenever any tyrant ruler or dictator tried to encroach upon our rights, we always raised Kalma-e-Haq (truth) even on the point of spear following the Uswah-e-Shabbiri. He said the government should make the outline of education policy clear and it should keep in mind that no policy or law contrary to the principles of Quaid-i-Azam and Pakistan Ideology would be accepted. He made it clear that propaganda of welcoming allied forces by Maktab-e-Tashayyo is nothing but a conspiracy of western and colonial media based on lie and an effort to expand biases amongst the recognized schools of Muslim thought. He said Saddam government has lost in Iraq while American honour has lost in the world, and those who humiliate humanity are unable to show off their face to the world. He strongly condemned those powers that are strengthening colonial conspiracies by declaring Iraq an issue based on Maslak or Maktab. The TNFJ chief said there is confrontation between justice and oppression right from the beginning and this confrontation would continue unless the clouds of justice would take over oppression when Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) would make his appearance. He said America has committed aggression against other countries for the 250th time in its history spread over 205 years, she is in habit of falling governments and promoting murders and arson on different pretexts, she was involved in dismemberment of Russia using Muslims as shield under a well hatched conspiracy creating imbalance in world power, later she uprooted the innocent Afghan Muslims that were used by her as shield, destructed the whole Afghanistan in exchange of harm caused to a few of her buildings. He said it was America that had made Iran a target through Iraq and she was responsible for the death of one million people caused by Iran-Iraq war. Later, she committed aggression against Kuwait through her friend Saddam and then came her real face was unveiled to public when she got economic sanctions imposed on Iraq through the United Nations. He said had the United Nations displayed courage, imposed sanctions on America by ousting her from the United Nations, and had countries against war boycotted America, then America would not have any courage to carry out aggression against Iraq. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi lamented that OIC also did nothing against American aggression and Arab League also extended only lip-service in this connection. He called upon the OIC summit to adopt a clear-cut policy on Iraq war and summon the OIC summit to discuss the issue. He said Muslim States should alight themselves from the United Nations if she fails to declare America an aggressor. He said Saddam has also become a question mark like Usama and Mullah Omer, and Saddam is American need. He demanded from the United Nations to declare America as aggressor if it really desires to protect humanity and ask America to pay compensation for the losses and destruction she carried out in Iraq. He also called upon the United Nations to get the Palestine and Kashmir issues resolved in the light of its Resolutions, take all matters relating to Iraq in her hands, arrange justifiable elections, and give Iraqi people their due right to form their own government. RAWALPINDI, April 12: Matmi processions and Majalis continued throughout the country today to pay homage to Shuhada-e-Karbala who presented exemplary sacrifices for the survival of Tauheed, Risalat and humanity. Annual Zuljinah and Alam procession was taken out in Satellite Town under the auspices of Syed Fakhir Hussain Zaidi. Markazi Matmi Dasta performed Noha-Khwani and Matamdari to present Pursa to Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and their sincere companions. Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi offered Ziarat and took part in Matamdari by attending the procession that terminated at Ali Masjid after marching through its traditional route. Earlier, Allama Talib Jauhari of Karachi while addressing a Majlis-e-Aza at the residence of DSP Late Shakir Hussain Zaidi highlighted the status of Risalat and Imamat in detail. He said Islam and humanity reigned supreme till eternity, courtesy great sacrifice rendered by Nawasa-e-Rasool (SAW). He said the whole humanity in general, and the Islamic World in particular, are surrounded by the Yazidan-e-Asr who consider Islam a biggest danger for them and desire to stop this message from spreading with the help of their agents. He said Karbala is the greatest sacrifice for humanity and a best example of Islamic values that would continue to provide highest character to human mind and heart. He said Islam is an eternal movement and a complete system on which Quran also stands witness. It is an eternal revolution that would continue till the Islamic flag flutters all over the world. He said Hussainiyyat is the name of courage and bravery while Yazidiyyat is commensurate with oppression, brutality and cowardice. He called upon the Muslim rulers to take practical lesson from Karbala to let Muslim Ummah succeed with honour and respect. An annaul Majlis-e-Aza for ladies was held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen under the auspices of Iqbal Zaidi and Anwaar Zaidi. Zakira Mubarak Bano addressed the Majlis that culminated at Matamdari. Markazi Matmi Dasta performed Noha-Khwani and Pursadari at the residence of Tufail Abbas alias Moon at Khanna Kaak. The last Majlis of Ashra-e-Safar was held at Aza Khana 231-E, G-6/1 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Zulfiqar-e-Haideri. Allama Furqan Haider Abidi addressed the Majlis after which Shab Baidari was also arranged in which renowned Noha Khwan of Karachi Syed Nasir Hussain Zaidi and various Matmi Dastas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad participated in Noha Khwani and Matamdari. Majlis-e-Aza and Shab Baidari was also arranged at Jamia Imam Al-Sadiq G-9/2 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Karawan-e-Abbas in which various Matmi Dastas performed Noha Khwani and Matamdari. A protest Matmi procession was taken out from Imambargah Nasir Al-Aza near Waris Khan Bus Stop in Rawalpindi under the auspices of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Rawalpindi City on Friday. Allama Syed Saqlain Ali Bokhari Khateeb Markazi Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh Rawalpindi, Allama Qamar Abbas Kazmi Khateeb Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian, Allama Basharat Imami central leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Jafariya, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini, Allama Muhammad Mujtaba Bokhari, Allama Syed Waqar Hussain Naqvi, Allama Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi, district leaders of TNFJ, Mukhtar Force, MSO, and local Matmi Salars led the demonstration.
The participants of the rally were raising vociferous slogans against American and allied forces. The protest demonstration marched through Murree Road and turned out into a big rally after reaching Committee Chowk. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi central leader of TNFJ in his address on the occasion said that American rule would never be acceptable on the holy Iraqi soil. He said activities of American and allied forces in Iraq pose a big challenge to the dignity and honour of the Islamic World and if Muslims could not wake up from the deep slumber now and united against chief of the colonial powers i.e. America and her Zionist and Hindu agents then they would continue to fall prey to the expansionist colonial designs. He said assassination of Abdul Majeed Khoei is a part of American conspiracy. He made it clear that jehad would continue till the pullout of allied forces from Iraq. Meesam Tammar District General Secretary TNFJ Rawalpindi, in his address expressed his concern America and her allies were conspiring to pollute the holy soil of Iraq and honourability of Islam demands that this conspiracy should be thwarted. He said the whole Islamic World is united against the colonial activities and Shia and Sunni brethren were creating hurdles against American designs. Every conspiracy aimed against this exemplary unity would be thwarted, he added. The resolution opined that there would be no justification for United Nations to remain if it could not take active step in this connection. The resolution made it clear that Iraq is the soil of Ambia where shrines of holy personalities belonging to different religions the world over are situated and that are the joint asset of the mankind, therefore, the whole world is under the obligation to protect the same. The resolution demanded that the United Nations should take concrete steps for the protection of holy places in Iraq and save these treasure from destruction by initiating ceasefire immediately and by stopping aggression against Iraqis. A protest rally was taken out from Markazi Imambargah Islamabad after Juma prayers under the auspices of Anjuman Isna Ashary to express solidarity with the Iraqi people. Various religious and Matmi organizations took part in the rally that turned out into a big rally after reaching China Chowk. Mushtaq Hussain, Syed Miskeen Hussain Shah, and Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari while addressing the rally at Tench Chowk strongly condemned American aggression against Iraq and expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed people of Iraq. A protest rally was taken out from Markazi Imambargah Islamabad after Juma prayers under the auspices of Anjuman Isna Ashary to express solidarity with the Iraqi people. Various religious and Matmi organizations took part in the rally that turned out into a big rally after reaching China Chowk. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi central leader of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Zamin Abbas Naqvi leader of Anjuman Isna Ashary, Allama Furqan Haider Abidi, Maulana Akhtar Abbas and others, addressed the rally. Markazi Matmi Dasta Islamabad performed Noha-Khwani under the leadership of Shahzad Alvi. Similar rallies were also witnessed in Multan, Chakwal, Bahawalpur, Peshawar and other cities. END
