RAWALPINDI, April 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the courageous style of Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) is the best source of guidance for the oppressed and have-nots in confronting the Yazidan-e-Asr. He stated this while addressing a special gathering in connection with the countrywide Youm-e-Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) that was observed as Youm Himayat-e-Mazloomin with religious devotion and respect on Thursday. He said the international colonial powers are in need of excuse to interfere in weak, oppressed and have-not countries, and not Saddam or Usama. He said the fall of Baghdad after the fall of Kabul is unfortunate for the Islamic World and it would have not happened if lessons had been learnt from the past. Agha Moosavi said we are against the oppressors and dictators but we keep a strict watch on the conspiracy under which international colonial powers desire to change the world map keeping to her whims because independence movements of Kashmiris in Held Kashmir and of Palestinians in Occupied Palestine have shattered the Zionists and Hindus, respectively. He said massacre in Kashmir and Palestine was going on to save from resistance on the whim of chief of the international terrorists i.e. America who desire to fulfill the dream of Akhand Bharat and Israel but her designs will not allowed to be fulfilled. He said actually, America desires to fulfill the New World Order in South Asia and Middle East but the oppressed, have-nots and Pakistan play hurdle in their way while Iraq, and Syria play hurdle in their way in Middle East, therefore, they were under the impression that they could not fulfill their designs unless they check these hurdles out. The TNFJ chief said whether the aim is to root out Afghanistan or attack Iraq without United Nations permission and ignoring the international opinion and protest, it is the part of the same heinous conspiracy which is crystal clear from the fact that America has not achieved control in any Iraqi city yet and started celebrating her victory while the American Under Secretary has told a Press Conference in Rome that Iran, Syria, and North Korea should learn a lesson from Iraq. American designs have become clear from this statement, he added. He demanded from the United Nations to get American aggression against Iraq stopped forthwith and take strong notice of American threats hurled against Syria, Iran, and North Korea. He said America has landed all over the world and if the ground facts are explored: she already has her troops in River Neil and Farat; there are American bases in various countries, in the Pacific, in Saudi Arabia, in UAE; while there is full control of American forces in Afghanistan. He said the game played by colonial powers in Iraq is very dangerous for the world. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the internal oppressors and dictators could be confronted any time but at present there is need to give priority to oppressed nations and the Islamic World over all other matters. RAWALPINDI, April 09: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Hazrat Moosa bin Jafar (A.S.) preached religion and Shariat by confronting with oppressors following the seerat of his forefathers and no dictator or tyrant ruler could deter him from doing so. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as Youm Himayat-e-Mazloomin on Thursday. Agha Moosavi said the Iraqi soil near the capital of which mausoleum of Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) is situated in Kazmain is surrounded by chief of international colonial powers i.e. America who is not only destructing humanity but was also humiliating the whole humanity by desecrating the holy places. He said the whole world of humanity was raising voice of protest against this aggression without any discrimination on the part of Maslak or country, the United Nations has termed it illegal, Pope John Paul besides condemning it has also termed it illegal and a heinous conspiracy to create differences between Muslims and Christians. The TNFJ chief said Iraqi people are raising their voice for help but no organisation including the United Nations was ready to give an ear to them. He said raising voice against oppression is not only obligatory but a basic, religious, constitutional and Quranic right of every oppressed and have-not on which the Ayah-148 of Surah An-Nisa stands witness: Allah does not like unveiling any bad activity of anyone but on whom oppression is carried out and Allah Listens and Hears. He said this right has been showered on the oppressed by holy books therefore those who are keeping a silence over this oppression are committing biggest sin rather their silence is a source of strength for the oppressor. He said the UN Secretary General has issued a statement saying that post-war role of the United Nations is a must and America and Britain have accepted it but we would like to ask Kofi Annan that why he avoided to play his role in getting the war stopped? Such a situation indicates that the United Nations was and is the B team of chief of the international colonial powers and in this situation, the Muslim people and the oppressed nations will have to ponder over what is their justification to remain in the United Nations? The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the President of Pakistan has said that Pakistan has a key role to play in Muslim World. He said we also like to ask him that if it is so then when we shall prove that key role? He said the whole world of humanity and the oppressed should keep in mind that the international Taghoot cares about her interests and supremacy of her agents. On the occasion of Youm Himayat-e-Mazloomin, he reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle in support of the oppressed and would continue to condemn oppression wherever it is including Kashmir, Palestine and Iraq, continue to support the oppressed and express hatred against the oppressors openly. RAWALPINDI, April 8: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that following the path of God, and sacrificing blood for achievement of targets of religion and Shariat is the habit of righteous men. He stated this while announcing to observe Youm-e-Moosa bin Jafar (A.S.) as Himayat-e-Mazloomin throughout the country on Safar-ul-Muzaffar 7. He said the difficulties of gaol and detention, excesses of dictators of this oppressed world could not deter Hazrat Imam Moosa bin Jafar (A.S.) from speaking truth or following the right path and could not make him bow before them. Agha Moosavi said humanity was again confronted with the oppressed world, oppression, suppression, brutality, and terrorism from chief of the international terrorist America and her allies. He said hatred with the oppressors and extending support to the oppressed is our habit, therefore, we appeal the oppressed nations and the Islamic World to support the oppressed on the occasion of Youm-e-Moosa bin Jafar (A.S.) during Majalis, processions, and other religious gatherings. They should also strongly condemn the oppression going on in Kashmir, Palestine and particularly the American aggression against the wounded Iraqis, announce their hatred against the oppressors and offer special prayers for the supremacy of the Islamic World, protection of the human dignity and integrity and survival of the motherland Pakistan. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said they would never withdraw from the mission of condemning the oppression and supporting the oppressed and would never hesitate from offering any sacrifice for the supremacy of righteousness. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on Tuesday has severely condemned attacks on innocent Iraqis and journalists by protagonist of International terrorism i.e. America and its stooges. He called attacks on journalists as a sly trick aimed at concealing their (invading forces) oppression. In the land of Saleheen (righteous), Iraq, where innocent people are being massacred, journalists are also on their target while they are the spokesmen of humanity in the way that they unveil the oppressors and dictators by disclosing the sufferings of world nations as well as oppressions carried out against them, he said. Expressing his sympathies with the bereaved families of journalists, Agha Moosavi urged the International Federation of Journalists to file a lawsuit in ICC against the guilty, making a difference between truth and falsehood. The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Journalists should understand taking a lesson from these attacks that International Terrorist i.e. the United States is not anyones friend rather of its own interests. ISLAMABAD, April 7: Ayyam-e-Aza programs continued in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad to pay homage to the great sacrifices rendered in Karbala. Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes were organized in different Imambargahs and mosques on Monday. Ulema and zakireen while addressing these Majalis as a part of universal protest against the oppressor as announced by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi strongly condemned the American aggression against the oppressed Iraqi people and termed the heinous activities of targeting innocent citizens and holy places as humiliation of humanity. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat, while addressing an annual Majlis-e-Aza organized by Qalandar Committee at Jamia Al-Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad said that when Yazid tried to make fun out of Shariat-e-Muhammadi, deshape the Islamic commandment, and trample the human values then Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.), who was brought up in the lap of the Holy Prophet (SAW), gave a new and eternal lease of life to Islam by presenting great sacrifice along with his sincere companions, near and dear ones. He said it is the fruit of sacrifices rendered by Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) that today Islam and humanity are successful and the name of Yazid has become the symbol of curse. A consensus resolution passed on the occasion strongly demanded from the United Nations to get the American attacks on Iraq stopped forthwith and the ICC should run a trial against America and Tony Blair for war crimes and give them exemplary punishment. The resolution called upon the Muslim Ummah to form a joint and courageous strategy to thwart conspiracies of international colonial powers and get rid of oppression at the hand of American allies. Different Matmi Dastas took part in Matamdari and Noha-Khwani after the Majlis. Meanwhile, Allama Furqan Haider Abidi addressed the fourth Majlis of Ashra-e-Safar organized by Anjuman Zulfiqar-e-Haideri at Imambargah G-6/1, Islamabad. Matamdari was also performed after the Majlis. Zakira Zeba Zafar addressed a Majlis-e-Aza organized at Imambargah Zawwari Begum in Rawalpindi. END
RAWALPINDI, April 6: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Usama and Saddam are mere excuses, actually the oppressed nations and Muslim people are the target of chief of the colonial powers i.e. America. He stated this while addressing the workers of Mukhtar Students Organisation Wanhaar who called on him under the leadership of Syed Tahir Hussain Shah Mashhadi, Malik Ghulam Qasim and Malik Musaddaq Nazir here on Sunday. He made it clear that America was friend of her own interest, and the Muslim rulers are optimistic that they would not fall prey to American aggression because whenever the interests of the colonial powers would be on stake they would not hesitate in fixing any of them, therefore, he said the OIC should come out of deep slumber and the ICC should help the weak to lighten the strength of colonial powers forever so that the world could get a shape of dignified society instead of a forest. Agha Moosavi said the current aggression of chief of the colonial powers America on Iraq is a part of New World Order that she desires to fulfill come what may, therefore, she desires to inflict defeat and dismember every country that she feels creates hurdle against her desires by terming them axis of evil, fundamentalists or terrorists. He said if chief of the colonial powers roots out any nation without United Nations permission and against the will of the people the world over, does that not fall in the category of terrorism? There could be no big example of hypocrisy than that, he added. The TNFJ chief said Sharon was rooting out Palestinians while Vajpayee was making the life of Kashmiris difficult on the American desire and now after the American aggression against Iraq, India has started hurling threats on Pakistan but she should keep in mind that Pakistani people are well versed with Banyas conspiracy and the whole Pakistani nation would unite to prove to be a concrete wall against anyone who tried to cause any harm to the motherland. He said the dignified people of Pakistan are well aware how to defend their motherland. He said the international Taghoot and her agents desire to dominate politically, technically, and economically over the Islamic World and the oppressed nations but they should keep in mind that they could not cause any harm to them and they could not make the true Muslims afraid through rattling missiles and other arms. He said the Islamic World and the United Nations are under the obligation to take strongly notice of terrorism being carried out by Bush and Tony Blair against Iraq. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi paid tributes to the people who are protesting American aggression against Iraq and appealed them to continue raising their voice of protest against oppression and brutality because the days are not far when the oppressors and evil-doers would have to bow down before the righteousness. The MSO workers assured the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya that the students are ready to offer any sacrifice whenever so required and will play the role of front-line troops in the hour of need. ISLAMABAD, April 4: Jamiat Ulema-e-Jafariya District Islamabad displayed Matmi demonstration in front of the United Nations offices in a country-wide protest against American aggression on the oppressed Iraqi people and desecration of holy places in Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala-e-Muallah and Baghdad, Kazmain and Samra on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Ulema, Waizeen, Zakireen and Khutaba participated in a large number in the protest that was led by Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami Markazi Khateeb Federal Area Islamabad, Allama Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi Markazi Khateeb Islamabad City, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini chief of the Wahdat Ulema-e-Pakistan, Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari Markazi Shia Khateeb Rawalpindi Division, Allama Matloob Taqi Markazi Khateeb Rawalpindi Cantt., Maulana Shaikh Ijaz Hussain, Maulana Qamar Abbas Kazmi and other ulema. The participants of the Matmi procession were raising vociferous slogans of Labbaik Ya Hussain (A.S.), Al-jehad, Al-jehad – Labbaik, Labbaik, Stop desecration of holy graves, Oppressed Iraqis! Ulema presented a memorandum to United Nations mission addressed to United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan. The memorandum said that the way chief of the colonial powers America attacked Iraq ignoring the United Nations, and the way human and moral values are being trampled provide food for thought to the whole world of humanity. The American aggression on Iraq is not only an attack on the Iraqi people but also an attack and aggression against the United Nations itself, therefore, the United Nations should take strict action against America and her allies terming them terrorists if it desires to restore the honour and dignity of the United Nations, root out international terrorism, and turn the world into a hub of peace, it said.
The memorandum demanded economic sanctions against America and her allies, strict punishment for Bush, Blair and their agents Sharon and Vajpayee by running their trial in the ICC for war crimes for giving a blood bath to lakhs of innocent people. If the United Nations failed to do so then its role would become vivid and its fate would be worst than that of the League of Nations, it added.
The resolution made it clear that Iraq is the soil of Ambia in which holiest places of not only Muslim but that of other religions are also there including the signs of Abul Bashar Hazrat Adam (A.S.), Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar. These signs are the joint inheritance of the whole humanity the protection of which is the responsibility of the whole world. The honour and dignity of these holy places is being trampled owing to insane bombing by American and allied forces as a result of which everyone was concerned about it without any discrimination on the basis of color, creed, religion and country, it said adding that the United Nations should therefore take concrete steps for the protection of these holy places and get the war stopped forthwith to save the oppressed Iraqi people and the asset of holy places. Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Maulana Sheikh Ijaz Hussain expressed his concern that America and her allies were conniving to pollute the holy soil of Iraq with their indecent and dirty steps, which would be thwarted. Criticizing the criminal silence of the Muslim rulers, he said America could be taught an unforgettable lesson and Iraqi soil could become a graveyard for them, if they all unite against her. American flag was shown torch at the conclusion of the demonstration while Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani led the prayer (Dua) for supremacy of the Islamic World, rooting out of problems faced by the Iraqi people, solidarity of the motherland Pakistan and for the unity of the Muslim Ummah. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan April 04: US aggression, oppression and tyranny, targeting innocent Iraqi civilians and devastation of the honour and dignity of Holy Places – Najaf Ashraf, Karbala-e-Moalla, Kazmain, Baghdad Shareef and shrines of other guardians of Religion, was strongly condemned in Friday Congregations arranged by Taznzeem Shia Aaimmah Masajid on Friday throughout the country. Religious scholars and orators termed the US bombardment a tragic act in which consequence several innocent Iraqis including children and women were martyred. In the twin cities – Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Friday Congregations passed various resolutions against American invasion of Iraq and prayed for the Muslim World. Resolutions said that barbaric bombardment over Iraqs Holy Sites and its innocent civilians has refreshed the oppression of Yazeedan-e-Waqt so its the time for Islamic world and human organizations to wakeup and adopt bold strategy for ceasefire. Resolutions urged international institutions including UN to get US aggression stopped and give severe punishment to America by declaring it a war criminal because Iraq is the Land of Holy Personalities including Abul Bashar Hazrat Adham (AS). Lamenting the tight-lipped policy of Muslim rulers and human rights claimers, the congregations expressed full solidarity with oppressed Iraqi nation and demanded for assurance of Holy Places sanctity. Congregations were addressed by Allama Taqi Shah Imam Al-Juma wal Jamaat Masjid-e-Kazmiya Darbar Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal, Allama Hamdani at Qasr-e-Abutalib (AS) Mughalabad Rawaplindi, Allama Basharat Raja at Qasr-e-Khadeeja-tul-Kubra (AS) Federal Area Islamabad, Allama Al-Haaj Kazmi at Qasr-e-Imam Moosa Kazim (AS) I/10 Islamabad, Allama Saqlain Bukhari at Jamia Masjid Shah Chan Charagh and various other scholars. Friday Congregations were also held at Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhok Sayedan, Danishgah Jaferiya Mughalabad, Haideriya Masjid Chitiyan Hatiyan, Ali Masjid Dhalyala, Masjid-o-Imambargah Jamiatul Musheer Wah Cant etc. END
