Moosavi addresses Hazrat Fatima Zahra(sa) Birthday Ceremony; says target of terror war is Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, May 02: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that motherland Pakistan has been involved in the war of terror under a conspiracy and a scam but the target of this war is not colonial powers but Pakistan that has given a bloodbath to the nation and the country, therefore, it is necessary to win this war for the survival, integrity, solidarity and brotherhood of Pakistan. Pakistan will have to go to the institutions like the United Nations, International Court of Justice, and ICC so that the world may know that those pushed Pakistan into this war were the biggest patrons of terrorists. The nation salutes the Pakistan’s armed forces. Election Commission is hit by duplicity, claim of transparent elections in the atmosphere of terrorism is nothing but optimistic attitude. Islam is the biggest guarantor of honour and dignity of women and had presented the practical charter of women rights in the shape of Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.). These views were expressed by him while addressing the concluding session of the World Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan in connection with the Wiladat Ba Sa’adat of Khatoon-e-Jannat Dukhtar-e-Rasool Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.).

Agha Moosavi said security forces and the Pakistan’s armed forces has presented sacrifices for none but for saving the motherland and the whole nation pays tributes to them. The Pakistan’s armed forces are fighting the defensive war for the protection of Pakistani nation and for the honour and dignity of its people. If Sri Lanka can overcome mutiny then we can also defeat this conspiracy in our country with sincerity of purpose. He said the enemy is afraid of professional aptitude of Pakistani forces and therefore desires to defame them. The Pakistan’s armed forces are the bouquet of flowers and if any apprehensions were expressed about them it will be dangerous for the motherland. He said there is duplicity in the deeds of the Election Commission. One person involved in a murder of a person is declared incapable of taking part in elections while the banned parties involved in murdering uncountable people have been cleared to take part in elections. First they stopped 99 people from contesting election then they all were cleared. He lamented that biases are being promoted even today on the basis of sect, Maslak, and creed but the Election Commission is playing the role of a silent spectator.

The TNFJ chief said that the Election Commission should ensure the votes are not demanded on the basis of Shia, Sunni, Deobandi, Barelvi, Mohajir, Sindhi, Pathan, Punjabi but on the basis of future manifesto about people, Pakistan and services for Islam as the Pakistan has already been divided into two on the basis of biases. He said many parties are unable to take full part in elections owing to wave of terrorism and the enemy desires that elections could not take place but, he added, holding of elections is absolutely necessary but restoration of peace is required for holding elections in which the caretaker government has failed. While paying homage to the Shuhada of Pakistan’s armed forces and said sacrificing life for ideology and belief is Shahadat.

Agha Moosavi said the Zaat-e-Illahi blessed woman with superiority through Hazrat Fatima Zehra (S.A.) and smoothened her way for progress and included her superiority in Quran and Ahadees. She has the honour that her father is Khatimul Mursaleen (SAAW), husband Imam Al-Muttaqeen, sons Sardars of Jawanan-e-Jannat, daughters the torch-bearers of independence movements. On the occasion of World Ayyam Azmat-e-Niswan, he announced his commitment to follow the seerat-e-Khanwada-e-Fatima Zehra and get the world rid of oppression, brutality and every conspiracy and mischief of the international colonial powers and would continue supporting the oppressed world without any fear.

Terrorists attacks on the candidates and their election offices is a proof of the failure of the care taker government – Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate

RAWALPINDI, April 24: The general secretary of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate condemned attacks on the candidates of the political parties and their election offices in Karachi, Quetta and other cities and considered the deteriorated condition of peace, a failure of the care taker government.

While addressing to the election committee of the TNFJ, he reminded that the beloved homeland Pakistan is going through a very sensitive time, no day go pass without incidents of target killings and suicide attacks; it seems like that our archenemy is utilizing all its energies to over power Pakistan; bomb blasts and dacoities have become the norm of the daily life; every where there is a law of the jungle, the care takers have further pushed the public into problems and difficulties; the national institutions are not harmonious with each others; all the political parties in Quetta and other parts of Balouchistan, interior Sindh, Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are the target of the terrorists; those who are taking part in the elections are being targeted due to which the election activities have been faded.

He said that the election commission who is chanting about the articles 62/63 has allowed more then four and a half dozens terrorists and the banned groups to take part in the election process; if the elections take place, which seem impossible in current circumstances and God forbids if these banned and terrorists groups are successful to reach into the assemblies then the ideological bases of Pakistan would not be safe. Mazhar Ali Shah said that those who are stopping the President to take part in the politics should tell that whether constitution allows judiciary to take side of any political party. He said that this is a common feeling at the moment that the decisions of the judiciary are being made in favour of a political party, whereas the judiciary, instead of enmity should deliver its verdict while following the norm of fair play and justice; in this regards the lives of the Aima and Caliphs must be read. He said that the public wants peace before the general elections therefore the care taker government instead of taking the public around the bushes should pay attention towards establishing long term peace; it should check the actions of the election commission who has allowed the banned groups to participate in the elections; the security institutions should also take concrete steps to ensure the safe and peaceful elections.

In the meeting the secretary of the election committee, Dr Bu Ali Naqvi presented the report of the political parties who are approaching the committee.

Immediate help must be ensured for pilgrims stuck at the border of Iran and Iraq – TNFJ

ISLAMABAD, April 23: The joint secretary of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh e Jafariya Maj (R) Baqir Bukhari has notified the caretaker interior minister to help the Pakistani pilgrims stuck at the border of Iran and Iraq, by issuing special instructions to Pakistani embassies in the two countries so that quick support and facilitation is ensured for the Pakistani pilgrims so that they could easily perform pilgrims and return to Pakistan in time to cast their votes in the upcoming elections.

In a letter sent to the Prime Minister and interior minister, the joint secretary of TNFJ expressed grave concerns over the deteriorated situation of pilgrims. He mentioned that Iraq houses the holy shrines of heroes of Islam which are located in Karbala e Mualla, Kazmain, Najaf Ashraf and Baghdad while in Iran, Qum al Muqadas, Mashhad Muqadas and along with some other sites are the renowned places for pilgrimage and visited by the pilgrims who pray at these sites as these are the spiritual places where prayers are accepted.

Maj (r) Bukhari also appreciated the electronic and print media, which highlighted the problems faced by the pilgrims.

Pakistan has become laboratory of international colonial powers, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, April 18: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has expressed grave concern over suicide attacks on the ANP leader Farooq Khan in Charsadda and during an ANP corner meeting in Yakka Toot Peshawar. Talking to a representative delegation of TNFJ from Attock District that called on him at the head of Syed Chan Pir Shah Naqvi, he said Islamic Republic of Pakistan that has been declared as laboratory for Islam has now become the worst laboratory of international colonial powers. Every ruler and politician had been playing to the tune of international colonial powers and now security institutions and judiciary are in the forefront to give Pakistan a democratic look as a result of which caretaker government are in place but unfortunately the incidents of murder, arson, and terrorism are increasing day by day ever after taking over of caretaker governments. Murder after murder is a matter of routine in Karachi; political leaders in Balochistan are being killed in day-light; one political party in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa is the daily target of terrorists; price hike, obscenity, indecency and extortionism is the order of the day; extremism is rife; Pakistan at present is under the grip of waderas, capitalists, banned groups, tax evadors, extortionists and bureaucracy; country has been turned into ‘antheristaan’; investment has been stopped; factories are closed; educational institutions and health centres are the order of the day. In other words, full force is being used to stop elections, he said adding that this situation has increased the responsibilities manifold.

Agha Moosavi said that the decision from the Election Commission for a three years imprisonment for seeking votes in the name of religion and sect is a correct decision but real issue is its implementation as some decisions of the judiciary are still pending implementation because saying something is easy by acting on it is difficult. He said the caretaker government is under the obligation to keep in mind the good deeds of the judiciary and sacrifice of lives on the part of security institutions and fulfil their responsibilities accordingly, root out all evils to make the elections fair and transparent, tighten noose around the terrorists who have escaped the Constitution and force them exit the election process.

The TNFJ chief said that Election Coordination Committee of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya will openly announce support to the party that will fulfil the conditions of our Charter of Demands. He made it clear that international colonial powers are behind shedding of blood in all Muslim and oppressed States including east, west, north, south, Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, Burma, Bahrain and Pakistan. He said Nato forces are heavily used to occupy national resources of the oppressed, under-developed and Muslim States. In addition, America has exported dollar democracy and is misusing the religious elements through proportional democracy.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Pakistan was used against Russia in Zia era and Pervez Musharraf was asked to play a front-line role while our rulers and politicians are being used by giving dollars to-date. Whoever raised is head was crushed whether he was Shah Faisal or Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto or Col. Gaddafi that proves that whoever will not accept the domination of international colonial powers will have to face colonial destruction.

Election Commission busy in scrutiny of candidates has forgotten to impose 62/63 on banned organizations, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, April 16: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has expressed grave concern over the dilapidating law and order situation in the country and has declared the continued incidents of terrorism as a preface to sabotaging elections. In his reaction issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih he said the Election Commission busy in scrutiny of candidates has forgotten to impose 62/63 on parties and organisations and the whole nation is affected of its results. He said the banned organisations were roaming about freely in the election field after getting a ‘clean chit’ from the Election Commission and this development has encouraged the terrorists. He said terrorist attack on the caravan of Sardar Sanaullah Zehri in Khuzdar, attack on security check-post in Waziristan, and continuous incidents of target killings in Karachi provide food for thought to the patriotic and State-loving people. He said if immediate corrective measures were not taken in Balochistan then everyone will have to suffer. Seeking votes on the basis of sect, language, and creed is contrary to democracy and is tantamount to putting the integrity of the country on stake, he added.

Agha Moosavi said at present whatever ordeal Pakistan is going through is a part of satanic agenda the purpose of which is to destabilise the motherland to reap their own benefits. He said suicide attacks, bomb blasts, target killings, threats being hurled on some parties, arguments about Pakistan’s ideology and politics in the name of religion are tantamount to opening Pandora’s Box and damaging for the nation, country and democracy. He said Election Commission itself is following the policy of duplicity as one candidate is rejected in one constituency and is cleared from the other. The matter of highest concern, he added, is that the Election Commission has not only registered some groups officially banned by the government rather they have also been allowed to take part in elections by allotting them election symbols and they are seeking votes in the name of sect.

The TNFJ chief said that practical politics on the basis on biases began in Zia era who had announced to turn the motherland in a State of a particular Maktab which attempt was thwarted by Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya declaring it contrary to the Constitution but this Ziai trend has cause immense damage to Pakistan and democracy and the whole nation is undergoing the results in the shape of terrorism, sectarianism and biases. He said general elections are going to be held as per Constitutions under Article 2 of which the official religion of the State is Islam and not a sect. They said a particular Maktab and sect has been fielded in the elections in the garb of Islam therefore including these sectarian elements in elections is tantamount to strengthening the satanic agenda.

Agha Moosavi said the instructions of the Election Commission are not a new thing rather it is already there in which clarification about Islam and Muslims has been made while minorities are also taking part in elections and the Constitutions guarantees fulfilment of their rights. He said we are still stuck to our point of view that seeking votes in the name of sect, language, and creed is open violation of Pakistan and Nazria-e-Asaasi Islam because Islam condemns all types of biases, oppression and atrocities. He said the announcement of support to political parties fulfilling the Charter of Demand of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya will be announced by TNFJ’s Election Coordination Committee at National and Provincial level which is at present in contact with political parties.

Meanwhile, the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed deep grief on the death of Sahibzada Fazal Kareem and termed his demise a national tragedy. He also expressed sympathies with the affected families of earthquake and prayed for their early restoration.

TNFJ welcomes the Election Commission’s decision in declaring seeking vote in the name of sect as cognizable offence, demands cancellation of registration of terrorist groups taking part in elections

ISLAMABAD, April 15: Dr. Syed Bu Ali Naqvi, Coordinator for Election 2013 of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan welcoming the Election Commission’s decision in declaring seeking vote in the name of sect as cognizable offence said the decision could only be considered a right step when registration of some three dozen terrorist groups taking part in elections is cancelled and noose is tightened against the banned groups implementing the Anti-Terrorism Act under Articles 62 and 63. This was stated by him while addressing the emergent meeting of the Committee that took stock of the contacts with different political parties in connection with the oncoming elections.

Dr. Bu Ali Naqvi made it clear that the TNFJ did not fielded any candidate from any constituency of the National or Provincial Assemblies on the directive of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. However, he added, being the first class citizens of Pakistan, the votes of the followers of the Maktab-e-Tashih will be decided after completion of political contacts with those parties on National and Provincial levels that will provide written assurance on our Charter of Demands. He said Pakistan came into being under the Two-Nation Theory because like atheists are one millat similarly Islam is also one Millat that is what Nazria-e-Asaasi is while Islam condemns all types of sectarianism and biases. He said Hippocratic and sectarian politics in Pakistan began in Zia era during which people belonging to different sects and languages were pitched against each other and it was announced to turn Pakistan into a State of a particular group contrary to the Nazria-e-Asaasi but the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya thwarted this conspiracy terming it contrary to the Nazria-e-Asaasi.

He said Islam is a complete constitution of life that is why is considered as religion what Quran strictly condemns sectarianism that is why the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had announced, even in the Zia era, that fielding candidates in the name of sect, language and race and using the name of the Maktab for their success is poisonous for the nation and the country. He said those powers that had declared Pakistan as ‘Kufristan’ and the Quaid-i-Azam as ‘Kafir-e-Azam’ had on the occasion of losing one half of Pakistan had said that “Thanks God, we were not a party in creation of Pakistan” and Indira Gandhi had said, “We have sunk the Pakistan Ideology in the Bay of Bengal”. He said the anti-Pakistan forces were utilizing all their energy in fanning biases after the Russian break-up and 9/11 incident but the Sunni-Shia Makatib-e-Islam have proved that we could be murdered but we will not allow anyone to murder Islam and Pakistan.

Dr. Naqvi expressed grave concern that different parties have started using names of Shariat, Quran, Ahle Bait (A.S.), and Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) for political gains that is a conspiracy to push the country towards civil war. They all should become the shield for the honour and dignity of Sha’air Allah and Mashaheer-e-Islam but these holy names and personalities are being used as a shield for political gains instead. That is why, he added, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has openly announced not to field candidates in the name of sect or language. However, voters will be provided with necessary guideline and so that they can vote such candidates who are protectors of Nazria-e-Asaasi, and sincere with the country, support Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal and will ensure and provide guarantee to fulfil the rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih on the basis on equality.

A resolution adopted during the meeting demanded from the Election Commission to cancel such electoral symbols that are being misused by some candidates by attaching them with holy personalities and taburrakaat because the party allotted ‘book’ is attaching it with Holy Quran, the party allotted ‘khaima’ is attaching it with the ‘Khaima-e-Hussain’ which is not right by any means. The resolution said that Pakistan was not achieved by Sunni, Shia brethren in the name of sect but in the name of Islam but today some parties do not consider others, except themselves, as Muslims and are using Islam as a political shield and the patriotic forces will have to thwart this trend jointly while the Election Commission and the Supreme Court should play their due role towards this end.

TNFJ rallies on last day of Abbas Town mourning; Moosavi calls upon the rulers and politicians to save people and state instead of politics

ISLAMABAD, March 08: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the rulers and politicians to save the people and the States instead of saving politics, we were born in incidents and from the pious soil and are ever ready to offer any sacrifice to save its honour and dignity. These views were expressed by him while addressing the representative delegation of Sindh elite that called on him at the head of Ustad Abul Hasnain Zaidi to condole the Abbas Town Karachi incident on the concluding day of the five-day mourning observe in connection with that incident.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is being punished for following Nazria-e-Asaasi, the enemy desires to impose her ideology for which the satanic forces were trying their utmost and all tactics are being used against Pakistan using all types of arms. He said Indian and other secret agencies were spread throughout the country and are being supported by international colonial powers shattering peace in the whole South Asia. He made it clear that today America was happy to initiate dialogue with Afghan Taliban. Does American act of targeting Afghanistan and then Pakistan a few years ago was a right step? He said incidents after incidents and target killings have become the order of the day and today the international terrorist America was hurling threats on us that if signed gas agreement between Pakistan and Iran then Pakistan will have to face sanctions.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that Pakistan has become Khoonistan owing to ill-planning of rulers as a result of which everyone is fearsome; every eye is full of tears, and every home is mournful. He said God bless the Chief Justice of Pakistan who took suo moto notice of the Quetta and Karachi incidents but, he added, the job of the court is to take a decision, while implementation rests with the government that poses a question mark? He asked why implementation was not carried on the High Court decisions against terrorism to-date?

Agha Moosavi said that Chief of the Army Staff has himself stated that if they are allowed, all matters could be corrected but the silence of the rulers on this issue is meaningful? He said when army can be posted in Swat to root out terrorism, can carry out army operation in Sindh and Karachi for restoration of peace two decades ago then why they are hesitant to invoke Article 245 or delaying to call in the army to provide protection to the people. He said Pakistani is a brave nation that has proved through its deeds that no power on earth could create rift amongst them. He appealed all Pakistanis to keep their eyes open and recognize their friends and foes. He demanded from the government to fulfil the demands of the affected people of all incidents including that of Abbas Town Karachi keeping to their desires, give complete treatment to the injured, pay compensation, restore law and order and tighten noose around terrorist groups otherwise they would be forced to understand that the rulers and secret agencies are themselves involved in these incidents.

The representative delegation on this occasion presented condolences to the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi who advised them to be patient and prayed for the highest standards for Shuhada. Paying homage to them he advised the bereaved families to amalgamate their grief with the Gham-e-Hussain (A.S.) following in the footsteps of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and adopt the path of the oppressed as this is the path of survival. He advised them to condemn oppression, brutality and terrorism so as to ensure protection of the motherland and its people.

Enemy desires not to kill Pakistan, Agreements of Pakistan with Iran and China are mole in the eyes of some elements, Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, March 06: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the enemy desires not to kill innocent citizens but Pakistan through incidents of terrorism in Abbas Town and Quetta one after the other but the enemy will not succeed and the this desire will be thwarted through the exemplary and concrete spirit of unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding of patriotic forces, particularly that of recognised Sunni-Shia Makatib like forever. This was stated by him while addressing the elite from Bangash area who called on him in connection with the five-day mourning of Abbas Town incident here at the Maktab-e-Tashih.

Agha Moosavi said that terrorism in the motherland has become the order of the day but the incidents of Abbas Town and Quetta have not only left every Pakistani rather every human being mourning, shedding tears and grieved, every home has become mournful and our rulers and politicians are responsible for the same. He said it should be kept in mind that there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes the disease is because of you and treatment is also left with you. He said our rulers keep the chair dearer to them and they are fighting the war for saving it and for keeping their personal and party interests supreme as a result of which Quetta and Karachi are taking a bloodbath. He said the Interior Minister has limited his job to make predictions and give information and he feels that controlling terrorism is not his baby.

The TNFJ chief lamented that the administration reached the spot of the incident two and a half hour late while the Prime Minister not feel it suitable to come to the affected and sympathise with them despite being in Karachi. He said the rulers keep the chief of the international powers dearer than the nation and the country. He said we have repeated said that restoring peace is not possible for police and Rangers, therefore, army should be called in invoking Article 245 of the Constitution as it was army that had restored peace in Sindh 20 years ago. He said how could peace be restored when the secret agencies would be enjoying contacts and relations with terrorists and they are using them? He everyone is now supporting our point of view initiated in Zia’s era that there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in Pakistan rather it is the war of foreign countries being place on Pakistani soil turning our country into a battlefield.

Agha Moosavi said agreements of Pakistan with Iran and China are mole in the eyes of some elements while some powers don’t want to see Pakistan as an atomic State, some people don’t want that elections are held here while people only require safety for them and for Pakistan. He said the government should give a clear-cut reply to the visa offers to Hazara tribe by Australia and other States because such moves would leave Pakistan unprotected and would be an insult to the motherland. If they keep sympathy with Pakistan then they should rather help us root out terrorism inflicted on Pakistan by satanic forces. He said today a British Senator is talking about registering case against Pakistan with the United Nation on the issue of terrorism while it should be Pakistan to file against chief of the international terrorists who are continuing Drone attacks in Pakistan, should file case in ICC against India and take this matter to the United Nations because new American defence minister has unveiled Indian plans.

The TNFJ chief terming the suo moto notice taken by the Chief Justice on Abbas Town incident a good omen said he should also decide punishment for those responsible. He said had enquiry boards formed to investigate all incidents and the culprits had been given deserving punishment then the people would not have been murdered so profusely. He said the nation desires to ask the organisers of both the APCs inviting terrorist banned groups whether they are companions of terrorists or friends of Pakistan? He said ceasefire is necessary for dialogue but those ‘Mujahideen’ who are killing Muslims should tell how many atheist forces they have killed? They are all in protection and are fighting their war here and some Muslim States are also included in them. He the government desires to protect the people and achieve new heights for the motherland then the bringing army is the need of the hour. He said if the people have to make arrangements for their protection themselves then the rulers have no justification to rule, they should give weapons and training to the people so that they may also become the advanced force for Pakistan’s armed forces.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanded from the government to pay compensation to the affected of the Abbas Town and Quetta incidents forthwith, put balm on their wounds instead of adding fuel to the fire, it is the duty of the government to unveil those powers who do politics and are involved in jala-o-gherao and cause damage to the property soon after such incidents. He called upon the government that calling any of the two Sunni-Shia Makatib as non-Muslim is an insult to the Muslim Ummah because they both are the arms of Islam and Pakistan and beautiful flowers in the bouquet of Islam and no one could create rift in their unity.

Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Al-Hussaini, chief of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Jafariya Pakistan in his address said the original target of our combined enemy is Pakistan, therefore, the rulers, politicians and all Makatib should openly announce their hatred against foreign agents and tools who in their support to the terrorism have forgotten their obligations in faith. TNFJ Announces 5-day mourning on Abbas Town blast; Moosavi says those who raise slogans against America have caused harm to the Islam & Pakistan instead of USA

ISLAMABAD, March 03: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned the bomb blast in Iqra City, Abbas Town in Karachi and announced five-day mourning on deadly attack on innocent citizens. He said those who raise slogans against America have caused harm to the Islamic & Pakistani interests instead of USA that poses a question mark. Army should be called in Karachi and Quetta to root out terrorism and unrest under Article 245 of the Constitution that cannot be challenged in court as per the Constitution.

TNFJ Chief said that the meetings with American ambassador of those who called APC is tantamount to adding fuel to the fire for the oppressed Pakistanis. He said why the religious parties that were sitting in provincial governments in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan at the beginning of Drone attacks did not call the APC during Musharraf era? Every Pakistani condemns continuation of Drone attacks in frontier areas. America is helping those organisations in Syria and Iraq in the garb of which America is carrying out Drone attacks in tribal areas. Muslim rulers playing in the hands of America should come out of deep slumber. Two important Muslim States have turned the whole Islamic World their battlefield for the sake of their interests the benefits of which are being reaped by colonial powers. These views were expressed by him while addressing a delegation of Jamiat Ulema-e-Jafariya at the head of Allama Mohsin Ali Al-Hussaini.

Agha Moosavi said Allah can forgive the sinners but the Haqooqul Ibad could only be forgiven by the person concerned. Those who are killing innocent Muslims and turning lakhs of children orphan and women as widows would not get mercy in the Bargah-e-Illahi unless the bereaved families forgive them. He said Islam has also termed peace a good thing and has stopped from refusing the hands of the enemy extended for friendship. He said banned parties were present in both the APCs held recently. The first APC was hosted by a party that is victim of terrorism and blasts and suicide attacks welcomed them when they talked of a dialogue while everything remained peaceful during the recent APC that proves that the hosts of this APC have their saying in the elements who are carrying out terrorism who, on one hand, cry hoarse against American Drone attacks and adopt resolutions to this effect and they continue meeting the American ambassador, on the other that speaks duplicity in the views and deeds.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya said at present the whole Islamic World is surrounded by the colonial powers. He said the big powers were reaping the benefits of inability of the Muslim rulers while most of the Muslim rulers were working as ‘B’ team of the satanic forces. In Syria, Muslims are being killed from both sides. He said the shrine of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) was attacked and today act of terrorism was carried out in front of the shrine of world of humanity’s hero Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) in Karbala which is condemnable and is continuation of heinous colonial international conspiracy. On the other hand, he added, dozens of innocent people have been imprisoned in brotherly Islamic country of Saudi Arabia that tantamount to strengthening the anti-Islam forces and is highly condemnable.

Accusing any recognised school of thought of atheism is cognizable offence, TNFJ High level meeting resolutions

ISLAMABAD, March 01: The two-day high-level meeting of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan and its subordinate bodies concluded here Friday after adopting resolutions on important national and international matters unanimously. According to the Central Spokesman of the Tehreek, the participants of the meeting resolved that fulfilment of rights of the recognised schools of thought is necessary to put Pakistan at the highest level of development because they both are being ignored to-date

The resolution said that chairmen of a particular school of thought are being inducted in all State institutions including the Islamic Council of Ideology which is not fair. They demanded from the government that the leadership of all important national institutions should be given to all recognised schools of thought and the Maktab-e-Tashih may be given representation on the basis of equality.

The resolution said that one who accuses any recognised school of thought of atheism or raises slogans against them is a violator of the Pakistan’s Constitution. Therefore the followers of all Fuqaha are recognised schools of thought and their negation is the negation of Islam. The resolution demanded from the government to include a provision in the bill under debate at the National Assembly that “Terming recognised schools of thought as non-Muslim will be a cognizable offence”.

Another resolution expressed heartfelt solidarity to the movements of independence going on throughout the world, particularly the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine. The participants of the meeting reiterated their resolve to follow any line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achievement of religious rights of the Maktab-e-Tashih, development and solidarity of Pakistan and promotion of unity and brotherhood of Sunnis and Shias.

Fateha Khwani and Dua was held for all those who laid down their lives in incidents of terrorism, particularly to the Shuhada of Quetta incident. The meeting besides giving final touches to oncoming programmes also took important organizational decisions during the meeting.

Terrorism is the need of rulers and politicians and the heinous game of terrorism is being played with their collusion, Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 28: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the remarks of the Chief Justice in connection with rejecting the government report in suo moto notice of Quetta incident in the Supreme Court has supported our point of view that the government had dodged the oppressed people of Quetta because the biggest incident of terrorism at Keerani Road in Quetta in the presence of FC and the Governor Rule was government’s inability and failure therefore the Quetta city may be handed over to the army for restoration of peace. The security agencies responsible for restoration of peace have committed negligence or they have no capability to do or they are afraid of terrorists. There are black sheep in these agencies who are playing in the hands of terrorists and are keeping a soft corner for them. This was stated by him while delivering his presidential address at the joint high level meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya and its subordinate bodies at Al-Murtaza in Islamabad.

Agha Moosavi said that it has become clearer from the comments of seasoned and renowned correspondents that the mutual collusion of politicians and banned terrorist groups is a bad scar on the face of democratic history of our country and the groups that spread biases on the behest of foreign assistance in general elections in the past are now in collusion with politicians and political parties fanning biases. One of such examples, he added, was that in 1993 elections for some of the National and Provincial Assembly seats there was agreement for support for the controversial sectarian, anti-State and anti-Islam Bill in exchange of votes the signatories to which were present President Asif Zardari, former president Farooq Leghari, former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and chief of a terrorist, banned group. He said the politicians and political parties had been adopting paths in conflict to the constitution, law and Pakistan Ideology for the sake of political, party and personal interests and it has now been proved that terrorism is the need of rulers and politicians and the heinous game of terrorism is being played with their collusion.

The TNFJ chief said taking sou moto notice by the Chief Justice in these circumstances is a good step but the nation desires that the apex court may initiate enquiry into all incidents from the black era of Gen. Zia to-date and set up a large board to review the reasons and identify those responsible rather suggest strict punishment for those responsible so the people could be get rid of the monster of terrorism and the country could be turned into a hub of peace. He made it clear that terrorism in the motherland was initiated by the colonial powers when the then a dictator was patted on his back to use Pakistan for Russian surrender in Afghanistan and now no part and section of the country is safe from terrorism. At present the perpetual enemy is upset on the agreement of handing over the Gwader port to China while some countries including America are also set up on Pak-Iran Gas Pipeline agreement. Therefore, the Government of Pakistan should made it clear to them that Pakistan is not a subordinate State rather an independent and autonomous country and interference in our affairs would be considered as aggression.

Agha Moosavi said there is a complete and active network of anti-Pakistan forces in the brotherly country of Afghanistan on which the new American foreign minister stands witness while Muslims were still following discrimination on the basis of Arab and Ajam. He demanded from the government to put ban on politics on Maktab, lingual, and sectarian basis, political parties should prove their hatred against banned groups through their deeds so as to root the element of terrorism from politics. He said it is the government that has failed in tackling terrorism because if a government desires not a single straw could be moved without her approval, they all are in collusion with thieves and terrorists. He said our gentlemanliness should not be considered as a weakness, we keep Islam and Pakistan very dear to us, and we have always given priority to principles but would never allow anyone to snatch our rights. He said we have confronted a dictator in a manly manner and did not allow to put Pakistan at the mercy of groupism and sectarian and nor we would allow anyone to do so in future.

The TNFJ chief said protection of the life, wealth and honour of the people is the responsibility of the rulers and there remains no justification for them to rule if they fail in fulfilling this duty. He called upon the government to initiate operation against all banned groups without any discrimination to restore peace. None of the Sunnis, Deobandis, Barelvis, Ahle Hadees and Shias is terrorists, he said adding that the banned terrorist groups use the name of Masalik and Makatib despite the fact the terrorism has no link with Maktab and Maslak as they are terrorists and linking them with sects would be oppression and injustice. He called upon the Chief Justice to stop terrorists from using the name of Makati, take suo moto notice of issuing arms licences to them and get it investigated that who provided them with required articles and vehicles, etc. Moreover their deep relations with politicians should also be kept under watch.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the same security agencies should carry out operation in the affected areas including Quetta-Balochistan and Karachi who had performed exemplary operation in Swat. He said if the army can be summoned for voters’ lists and other jobs then it should also be summoned for restoration of peace immediately by exercising powers under Article 245 and the hint to which himself was given by the Prime Minister by announcing Governor’s Rule in Balochistan by saying that army can be called in if required. He said when such requirement would arise other than today when every home in Quetta is mournful and every eye is shedding tears, therefore, army should be summoned to restore law and order immediately. He said terming the country (India) as a Most Favoured Nation that has torn Pakistan into pieces would be contrary to the desires of Kashmiris and treachery with the blood of Shuhada-e-Kashmir before solution to the Kashmir issue.

Fear reigns in Quetta even today, Restoration of peace is not possible through FC and there is no solution but to hand over Quetta to the army, Hamid Moosavi

ISLAMABAD, February 25: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that fear reigns in Quetta even today and the life system has been crippled, the agreement was made by putting dust in the eyes of the people, only point scoring is going on instead of taking action against terrorism, the rulers are not sincere and seem to be looking for more incidents. The future of Pakistan and Pakistanis is linked with Balochistan. Restoration of peace is not possible through FC and there is no solution to restoration of peace but to hand over Quetta to the army that should carry out Swat-like operation in Quetta also. He said there is no clear government policy against terrorists as a result of which the reputation of national security institutions is being put on stake and the impression is being made that either the security institutions have no capability to take action against terrorists or they have become cowardice and fearsome or are in collusion with the terrorists. The terrorist elements will be free with honour as a result of weak FIRs. The Articles 62 and 63 are also binding on those who spread religious hatred therefore the Election Commission should keep in mind links of parties and candidates with the banned organisations while registering parties and scrutinizing candidates. He said all banned parties have prepared their ‘B’ teams. Like America, India and Israel, some Muslim States are also fighting their wars on the Pakistan soil and the government should lodge protest against them at diplomatic level. The statements of the United Nations and offer of visas from a country provide food for thought. He said we are thankful to the patriotic forces for highlighting the voice of the affected of Hazara Town incident. These views were expressed by him while addressing the central office-bearers of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya.

Agha Moosavi said that army was called to save the people present in the bus that had fallen into a monsoon nullah the other day but why army is not being called in Balochistan where the whole province was dragged into the sea of fire and blood? He saving Balochistan from international colonial powers and their agents would be a blessing for the nation’s next generations. He said FC is already in Balochistan for many years but incidents of terrorism are still being reported from there that have shattered the whole nation. The places where most of the incidents took place were guarded by seven FC and police check-posts. Despite the presence of FC check-posts, 1,000 kg of explosives-laden taker reached the place of incident. He said the real demands of the Hazara community were sidelined by pushing the real representatives aside and the way the bodies and the bereaved families were insulted at the time of funerals of the Shuhada is a tragedy. He said the satanic forces were not only trying to delay elections rather desire to maintain their supremacy by creating anarchy in Pakistan.

The TNFJ chief said the arrests being made in Punjab and Balochistan are symbolic activities only as the terrorists are set free in the garb of light FIRs. He said the Federal government was also busy in point scoring. He said the Interior Minister who is terming Punjab as hub of the terrorists should tell that why infamous terrorists were issued dozens of licences of banned bores? The Federal as well as provincial governments will have to take action against all those more than two dozen banned organisations the names of which have been presented in the Assembly by the Interior Minister himself. He said all schools of thought who have proved in every hour of trial that the whole nation shares their grieves should openly announce their hatred against two and a half dozen banned groups because Islam is against biases and supporting anyone on the basis of relations with someone, is a great oppression.

Agha Moosavi made it clear that no one from Shia, Sunni, Barelvi, Ahle Hadees and non-Muslim minorities are terrorists but the terrorists are misusing the name of Masalik and religions. Therefore, he said, the followers of every Maktab are under the obligation to announce their hatred against these groups. He demanded to introduce such a law in which terming any recognised school of thought as non-Muslim should be declared a cognizable offence. He made it clear that calling names is Haram in the Shariah of Maktab-e-Tashih, the deed of a person or a group cannot be termed the deed of the whole Maslak or the country.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the Chief Justice has done a good job by taking suo moto notice against terrorism and also pointed toward those responsible but the question is who will take action against those responsible? Who will award them punishment? He said the terrorist activities in Karachi, Jecobabad and Quetta are pointing towards a new chain of terrorism; therefore, the powers that be should come out from deep slumber.

Moosavi: Rulers themselves not desire to convert Balochistan into Amnistaan, Ayyam-e-Askari(as) observed throughout Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, February 22: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Supreme Court accusing the higher government leadership of Quetta incident means that the responsibility of earlier incidents also lay on the rulers of that era, the apex court should also determine punishment for those responsible. This was stated by him while delivering his address at a special Mehfil on the conclusion of International Ayyam-e-Askari here Friday.

Agha Moosavi said the a statement issued by the spokesman of the Pak Army on the media proves that the army can take over the control under the Article 245 of the Constitution but it seems that rulers themselves not desire to convert Balochistan into Amnistaan(peace land). He said had the army been called under the above stated article for restoration of peace in Quetta then the tragic incidents would not have taken place including the current tragic incident and the condemnable activities of internal and external activities could had been stopped, therefore, he said, our demand to hand over the control of Balochistan-Quetta and Sindh-Karachi for restoration of public peace to the army so that the continued incidents of murder and bloody holi is stopped and peace is restored.

The TNFJ chief said the reason of denial of any contact by the Pak Army’s spokesman with the banned parties is cases against some people in the army had been registered for their alleged contacts with the banned groups. He said the army leadership should take strict action against such elements so as to prove any wrong impression against this holy institution wrong. He called upon Chief of the Army Staff to talk to the President and the Prime Minister himself for taking action against terrorists and carry out a decisive operation against the terrorist till final success so that people could take a sigh of relief.

Agha Moosavi in his reaction on signing of Fair Trial Bill 2013 by the President said had they done this job in the beginning of their government instead of doing it in the dying stages, the uncountable lives of innocent citizens could then have been saved. Anyhow, he added, the necessary laws should be implemented in letter and spirit and that could be done only when the implementation agencies implement the decisions of the judiciary. He called upon the government to raise the issue of terrorism at the United Nations immediately and made it openly clear that foreign secret agencies are involved in incidents of murder and terrorism being carried out in Pakistan. Therefore, there was need to take action against them under the international laws.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi that the 11th inheritor of the Rasool (SAAW), Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) faced gaol to enlighten the candle of Tauheed and Risalat during his era spread over 28 years and proved on the atheist world that like our forefathers presented sacrifices for the supremacy of religion and Shariat, similarly they can also kiss death but could not bow down their heads before the evil forces. He reiterated his resolve to continue his peaceful practical struggle in supporting the oppressed world and expressing hatred against the oppressors.

Hazara have not accepted the Quetta agreement, Chief Justice may order steps in the light of the desires of the affected, Mazhar Ali Shah

ISLAMABAD, February 21: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General, Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has cursed such a democracy in which humanity was unsafe, massacre of innocent people is not democracy but barbarism. He said the nation is thankful to the Chief Justice on his belated suo moto notice of the Quetta incident but now is the time to set up a judicial commission to probe all incidents of terrorism and take concrete measures so that the people may get themselves rid of terrorism. He said the bereaved families have not accepted the Quetta agreement of Kerani Road incident, therefore, the Chief Justice may order steps in the light of the desires of the affected, get the firing incident at the time of burial investigated that why the already hurt bereaved families were attacked? He said the government should respond that how a resident of Gilgit-Baltistan could be the representative of the Hazara community? He said the government struck an agreement with banned groups declaring their representative as they are not even recognised by their own Makatab while the real representative organisations were being pushed to the wall. The oppressed people of Quetta are still stuck up to their demand to handover the control to the army for restoration of peace. These views were expressed by him while talking to the elite from the federal areas here at “Al-Murtaza”.

The TNFJ leader said that the rulers showed their cold-shouldered attitude as the bodies of the Shuhada remained unburied for four days and they did nothing and only formed a parliamentary committee and despatched it to Quetta when the TNFJ staged a demonstration in front of the Parliament House demanding the President and the Prime Minister to go to Quetta that in the connivance with the non-representative people struck an agreement the nefarious designs of which were unveiled early in the morning and these so-called leaders and rulers were forced to run away from the scene. He said the administration desecrated the bodies by resorting to firing on the innocent bereaved families and now they are being threatened to face legal action. He said the government hesitates in talking to the representatives organisations because they keep to their stands whether the demands or fulfilled or not.

The TNFJ Secretary General reminded that the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi had called upon the government before Muharramul Haram that the sensitive cities may be handed over to the army but that does not mean martial law rather seeking help of the army to restore peace like the army was summoned in Dera Ismail Khan during the Ashra-e-Muharram. He said the already tested police officers famous for setting the terrorists free have been imposed on the people of Quetta and the people should be ready for more problems is such steps continued on the part of the government. He said it is obligatory for all recognised schools of thought to recognize their friends and foes and keep in mind that the sit-in people were not their representatives rather they are the agents of the international powers.

RAWALPINDI, February 19: Peaceful protest demonstrations were held in all districts of Rawalpindi to mark the conclusion of country-wide Ayyam-e-Tarheem on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya in connection with the Quetta incident. Ulema and TNFJ elite addressed the protest meetings and rallies and announced their commitment to continue their struggle of supporting the oppressed and expressing hatred against the oppressors and terrorism while terrorists will be condemned on every forum.

He strongly demanded from the government to implement the demands of the bereaved families of the Shuhada of Kerani incident Quetta and made fervent appeal to the Chief of the Army Staff to be merciful to the nation and take over the control of Quetta and Karachi and get the innocent citizens rid of terrorists. A resolution presented by Abbas Jafri on the occasion was approved through vociferous slogans by the demonstrators in which they demanded from the Governor Balochistan to hand over the Quetta city to the army forthwith so as to tackle the terrorists. The resolution said that if the army can be called for verification of the voters’ lists and check the electricity metres throughout the country then why they cannot be called for restoration of peace? The resolution said the point of view of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya was quite clear that a terrorist keeps no Maslak, religion or a country, he is only a terrorist and should be tackled only in that context. The resolution demanded to check the banned elements who were carrying out jalao-gherao in the garb of these incidents, demanded strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act and check the black sheep penetrated in the agencies and government institutions, and give exemplary punishment to all those involved in acts of terrorism.
