RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Quaide-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi expressed his deep shock and grief over the killings of Inncent namazees, who have been shot dead while offering Maghrebain prayers in Shah-e-Najaf Imambargah and Mosque in Khayabn Sirsyed area Rawalpindi on Tuesday.

He said Martyrdom is our legacy while the death of martyr is life of nation and country but in World Pakistan is the only one who came in to being on the name of Islam so we always gave priority to Pakistan and Islam on any occasion. Our life, wealth, dignity and honor are for our sacred motherland. We neither are afraid of death nor left path of truth. At this time nation should keep patience and constancy because we are followers of Syed us Sabireen (chief of patience) Imame-Mazloom Hussain Ibn-e-Ali (AS) who is base of La Ilaha Illallah.

Agha Moosavi Pointed out that Some days before our perpetual enemy said that he can do any thing against Pakistan so he is doing all this to take revenge of its ruling party’s failure in state election.

He said in his view Khayaban Sirsyed incident is mischief of our common enemy who wants to destabilize Pakistan and is jealous over Pakistan’s presence in worldunited front against terrorism.Our common enemy has weapon of prejudice and since twenty and half days the game of terrorism is being played over the hints of these power.

He said Government issued AntiTerrorist Ordinance and banned terrorist groups but when the issue of their arrests came they started arrest the innocent people of non-banned Organizations. He said that Vajpayee and Sharoon would never come Pakistan to do terrorism. He rejected the ideas of some powers that claim that here is sectarianism and said however our enemy tried to raise sectarianism but failed because all schools are intimate friends of each other and are like roses of same garden that gave sweet fragrance to Pakistan.

He persuaded the nation to show sense in spite of enrage. We have to fail the conspiracies of our enemy through our unity. He paid rich homage to all martyrs and said they all are my beloveds. As the followers of oppressed (Imam Hussain (AS)) we should have to show oppression despite enrage.

Agha Moosavi has announced 3day mourn in memory of the martyrs through out the country. He said nation and religion is very dear to us it will be honor for me if I would be sacrificed but will never allow any one to harm my religion and nation.

He demanded the government to arrest the culprits and questioned that why terrorists are roaming freely despite banning he also demanded to free all innocent arrested people immediately.

RAWALPINDI, February 26: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the government machinery was under the obligation to ensure implementation of Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf but the government functionaries were not doing so strengthening India in the process. He stated this while talking to a delegation from Northern Areas that called on him at the head of renowned preacher, Waiz and Zair Maulana Shaikh Ghulam Hassan Najafi here on Tuesday. Welcoming the statement issued by the Interior Minister to tighten the noose around terrorists, he said it could only be possible when such forces would be put to accountability who had put innocent people in jail by preparing wrong lists while the people belonging to banned organisations were roaming around freely.

The TNFJ chief said we would have to give priority to the honour and dignity of religion and motherland over all matters as in it lays our survival. He said Indian President asking Pakistan to take steps against terrorism is like a thief making a noise himself. He said Pakistan has been made target of terrorism many a time since last 53 years losing one half of the country in the process. He said Kashmir issue was the real cause of tension in South Asia and Nehru himself took this issue to the United Nations. He said Indian aggression and brutalities since over half a century was no more a secret as they were still shedding the blood of oppressed Kashmiris. In addition, he said the 8-lakh strong Indian occupation forces were also carrying out brutalities in the Occupied Kashmir.

Agha Moosavi said Kashmir freedom fighters desire to enjoy right of self-determination and a plebiscite and those terming them terrorists live in fools’ paradise. He said if it is called terrorism then in what category the struggle before division of Indian sub-continent would fall in which rail tracks and railway stations were damaged and so many sacrifices were offered? He strongly opined that those who encroach upon the rights of the oppressed were the real terrorists. He advised the United Nations and super powers to identify difference between jehad and terrorism. He said Pakistan’s inclusion in the International Coalition against terrorism is a proof that Pakistan is against every type of terrorism.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said terrorism could not be rooted out in the presence of armed forces deployed on borders. He said the condemnable terrorist activities were the BJP tactics so as to divert the world attention from brutalities being carried out against minorities, and destruction of churches and mosques in India but she failed in achieving her goals. He said President Pervez Musharraf had asked India for a dialogue many a time. She should get Kashmir issue resolved through table talk, he added. He opined that rejecting the dialogue offer to root out terrorism and make this region a hub of peace indicates that India desires to keep on going with terrorism. He said after the courageous steps taken by President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to root out terrorism and announcing a ban on terrorist groups, India should also have announced ban on extremist parties in their own country including Bal Takhtrey who is the biggest terrorist there.

Agha Moosavi made his comments while making an announcement to observe ‘Hafta-e-Wilayat’ (wilayat week) from 18-24 Zilhajj. Agha Moosavi said any act of The Creator is not useless and bootless. TNFJ Chief said 18th Zilhajj is attributed with plain of ‘Ghadeer’ while 24th Zilhajj with the plain of ‘Mubahila’. In Mubahila, khandan-e-nabuwwat ‘hom Fatima wa abuha wa baloha wa banoha’ is in front of ‘Nasar-e-Najran’ on 18th Zilhajj. In Ghadeer Prophet of Islam (PBUH&HP) practically made a “Show of Hand”, saying ‘man kunto maulahu fahaza Aliyun Molahu’ so to say that practically introduced “salvation hand” to the world.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – February 23: Eid ul Azha was celebrated Saturday throughout Pakistan with religious fervour and zeal. Grand congregations of Eid prayer were held in mosques, Imambargah and open places, in which Muslim Ummah offered Eid prayer. Maktab-e-Tashayyo’s magnificent assemblage of Eid prayer was held in Satellite town in which chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said in his sermon after prayer that Allah Almighty is great. There is no deity but Allah. He not only created man as the most eminent of created beings but also created everything including animals for man.

Agha Moosavi said Allah has not only bestowed us with blessings but also tested human beings so that every one be well-rewarded. He sent prophets for our guidance.

TNFJ chief said, “Today we, following the sunnat of prophet Ibrahim (A.S), are sacrificing animals (goats, sheep, cows and camels). This in fact is revival of
Sunnat-e-Ibrahim.”

He said Eid ul Azha attributed with Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S) and Hazrat Ismail (A.S). The two were succeeded when testified by Allah, and entire universe was astonished to view their patience and steadfastness. Then Allah The Exalted said Ibrahim “You have made your dream true. No doubt we give reward to good-doers.”

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan said at present terrorism is common whole humanity is a target of terrorist. Innocent Palestinians and Kashmiris are facing state terrorism of Zionists and Hindus since last 53 years. 1- This spiritual congregation of Eid ul Azha prayer expresses satisfaction over this that steps being taken by government for integrity and stability of motherland and welfare of people are the voice of whole nation. Particularly Anti-terrorism presidential Ordinance, issued for the eradication of terrorism, is in real sense a spokesman of national desires as well as an important need of hour. Mere announcements are not sufficient for the protection of motherland Pakistan rather severe implementation of all orders is very important because since after the issuance of anti-terrorism Ordinance activists of terrorists and banned groups are roaming freely while innocent people are behind bars. Govt of Punjab has asked to submit bonds of one carore RS for these people release that is entirely injustice and contrary to the rules of justice because people are longing for bread while rulers are being caught by ‘maslehatain’ for peace and order. For the release of innocent people certification of such organization is sufficient which is not banned or the words of distt nazim or organizations i.e. PPP, Muslim League or Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan. Measurers like one carore RS bonds indicate that such people are present in government who even don’t know the miserable condition of people.

2- Today’s magnificent gathering strongly condemns oppression, tyranny, barbarism and trampling of human rights in Kashmir and Palestine, and terms the stubbornness and obstinacy of India and Israel an open act of terrorism. The representative body of world nations – United Nations – is silent spectator. UN should do justice, representing the world nations in true sense instead of playing a role of US slave-lady as well as to resolve these issues in accordance with its resolutions and desires of Kashmiris and Palestinians besides branding usurper Israel and India “the criminals of humanity.”

3- Motherland Pakistan is a target of terrorism from the very first day and Indian premier Vajpayee’s statement that he could cause the acts of terrorism to be carried out in Pakistan…! He has been causing the same since last 53 years. Acts of terrorism in Pakistan are in fact doing of our perpetual enemy. The terrorist groups are also backed by India so to say that with the statement of Vajpayee “cat has come out of the bag”. Therefore durable peace in South Asia depends on Indian behavior because president Musharraf’s Agra talks, Katmandu handshake and continuous dialogue offer stand witness that Pakistan is preacher of peace but ‘it makes two to make a quarrel.’ So India should pull back its forces from borders, stop atrocities being committed in held Kashmir since last more than a half century in order to make stage for meaningful dialogue as well as to make sure peace and order in the region. India should keep in mind that Kashmir problem is to be solved because India itself took this issue to UN. This gathering makes clear that Pakistani nation was united in all wars from 65 to kargil. If in future the enemy committed aggression then entire nation is ready for the safety and defense of motherland and would prove an iron wall against it.

4- Another resolution adopted in the congregation made clear that United States has destroyed Afghanistan in the pretext of New York and Washington incident. Now a government has been established there so United States should go back. On one hand America extends hand of friendship to us due to which we are in international coalition in its war on terror but as president Musharraf returned home US, on the other, began talks to resume sale of military equipment to India – this is entirely hypocrisy. America has made clear for North Korea but describing continuously Iran and Iraq ‘axis of evil’- we denounce it. In fact world devil United States want a pretext on which base it wants to damage Muslim States. Modesty of Muslims should be awaken so that they could adopt a joint strategy against their enemy.

5- This grand congregation considers this matter against national integrity that electronic and print media, as in the past, are in reach of government and biased minds. Only those people’ news are given coverage in it who have long hands. Efforts are being made to devalue the importance of real representatives of nation, which is dishonesty and contrary to basic ideology of Pakistan. In print media only two papers have monopoly – even though they write ‘Qalma-e-haq’ and Quranic verses on the top but in fact are the standard bearer of hypocritic and yellow journalism. Government should control these newspapers because they have also contribution in increasing terrorism. Even though good people are in every category but no one ask them.

6- This great gathering makes sure that constitution 73 is unanimous constitution and a true standard bearer of Pakistan ideology. According to this constitution Islam is our state religion which commensurate with all schools of thought – Shia and Sunni are two admitted Islamic schools of thought so these should be given rights on equal basis-anyone’s right should not be usurped because rulers know that sense of deprivation and inferiority created in people only when their rights are taken away. Therefore justice be done with all to make the county a hub of peace.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 22 February: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan said Eid commensurate with happiness and pleasure but real Eid is of that person who never committed disobedience to Allah Almighty.

He made his remarks in his special message on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Azha. Agha Moosavi said Islam always forbids from evils, munkerat (prohibited things) and disobedience to Allah. It is messenger of peace, harmony, love, affection, unity and fraternity, and for its promotion it do not hesitate to sacrifice wealth and property and even life.

Aaqa-e-Moosavi said: “history of Islam is the history of Esaar-o-Qurbani and Eid-ul-Azha reminds revival of Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi as well as tells not to hesitate from laying any type of sacrifice for the elevation of religion, safety and honour of humanity and restoration of dignity.”

He said ‘Infaq fi sabeelillah’- to spend riches in the way of Allah – has been mentioned frequently in Holy Quran because respect of mankind and safety of humanity is very dear to Allah The Exalted. For that very reason He considers killing of an innocent man as tantamount to killing the whole humanity, and not only checks oppression, tyranny and barbarism, which is terrorism but also condemns it because Islam is a moderate religion -which axis, fountainhead and base is establishment of justice and equity, he added.

TNFJ chief said that at present whole humanity is confronting terrorists and terrorism. Those powers who adopt violence, considering themselves connected with Islam, are not serving Islam rather it is enmity with Islam because doing so they are benefiting colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus – on which base they are destroying Muslim Ummah one after the other.

Agha Moosavi said on one hand Hindus have made the life of Kashmiris hell in Kashmir, on the other Sharon who in fact is pharaoh is committing massacre of oppressed Palestinians in Palestine; while Islamic world is declining; Muslim states are facing dissention internally, and in the grip of perpetual enemy externally. In such a situation if Islamic world wants elevation and revival of Islam then promote love & affection, reject all kinds of biases and show averseness from terrorist outfits because terrorists keeps no faith.

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Moosavi said: “today we have to promote ‘Jazba-e-Esaar-o-Qurbani’, to prefer whole humanity and every human being besides expressing solidarity with oppressed nations and Muslim people”.

As Pakistan is a citadel of Islam – hope of oppressed and have-nots, and with the grace of Allah is an Atomic Power as well as enriched with colorful blessings – we don’t have deficiency of anything. We have to work with well intention and sincerity because Muslims are brothers to each other, he said.

Agha Moosavi said, “We hate oppression wherever it is and pledge to express solidarity, unity and fraternity, on the occasion of Eid, with oppressed wherever they are.”

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) was observed throughout the country on Friday, Zilhajj 9, as Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat according to the directives of TNFJ chief Agha Syed Hamid ali Shah
Moosavi.

On this occasion Majalis-e-Aza were organized in Imambargahs and Aza khanas, in which Scholars, speakers and waezeen highlighted seerat of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) – ambassador of
Hussainiyat.

Under the arrangements of TNFJ central Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat committee, a majlis-e-aza was held at darbar Shah Chan Charagh Rawalpindi, addressing which convener TNFJ central Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat committee, Allama Abbas Kazmi said Ambassador of Hussain (AS) Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) presented such bright example of embassy which is a beacon of light for the whole world. He said: “we have to adopt seerat of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) to get rid of all problems being faced by Islamic world.”

Allama Ejaz Hussain said by conveying the peace message of Mazloom-e-Karbala (AS) in Kufa, Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) proved that the purpose of Hussaini uprising was not to wage war but to correct Ummah.

Allama Zawar Hussain Madni highlighted the knowledge, excellence, bravery, courage and martyrdom of Hazrat Muslim (AS) in his speech.

Meanwhile, Qibla Hussein Mousavi addressed Majlis-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat at Imambargah Imam Kazim, Islamabad. Allama Imami at Qasr-eKhadija, Molana Sadqi at Masjid-e-Jafaria, Haji Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan – distt president TNFJ at Imambargah Zainul Aza, Allama Askari at Qasr-e-Abu Talib, Syed Abu Jafer Naqvi at Qasr-e-Shabbir and Imambargah Ahle Bait, Wah Cantt addressed the majalis.

In Deena, A majlis-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat was held at Markazi Imambargah under the arrangements of Syed Ikhlaq Naqvi and Syed Khatib Murtaza. Zakir Ghulam Abbas Shadiwal and Allama Asghar Rohani addressed the Majlis.

In Bhakkar, Agha Ali Akbar arranged a Majlis-e-Aza on the occasion of Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat at Qasr-e-Zainab, which was addressed by different Ulema and Zakireen. After Majlis-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat, matamdari was performed and procession was brought out.

In Talagang, Majalis-e-Aza in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS) were held, which were addressed by renowned speakers and zakireen.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – 21 February: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said Syed ush Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S), by choosing Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (A.S) for his embassy, proved that Hussain (A.S) is messenger of peace because mazloomiat which means ‘Gardan Nehadan,’ is manifest and obvious from the name of ‘Muslim’.

In his special message on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (AS), which is being observed on Zilhajj 9, Friday throughout Pakistan as Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat, Agha Moosavi stated that appointing Muslim bin Aqeel his envoy, Imam Aaali Maqam (AS) made clear to the world that the objective of Hussaini uprising was not Qatl-o-Qital but the correction of Ummah as well as welfare and safety of humanity. He said meaning of Hussainiyat becomes clear from purpose of Hussaini uprising which was explained by Syed ush Shuhada (A.S) himself when he stated: “I am not going for Qayam (uprising) in disobedience, to wage war, conflict, riot or to carryout oppression but I have come out to correct the Ummah, to preach the enjoined (amr bil maroof), to forbid the prohibited (nahi anil munker) and to adopt the seerat of my respected grandfather (PBUH & HP) and respect-worthy father Ali murtaza (A.S).” He said same was the only objective of khasaan-e-khuda (chosen persons of Allah) who are the ambassadors of Allah.

Hussain is the successor of prophets (A.S), therefore it becomes clear from the purpose of Hussaini uprising that at that time waging war, conflict, riot, oppression, barbarism and terrorism was common – for which eradication Imam Aali Maqam (A.S) adopted ‘Qayam’, Moosavi added.

Agha Moosavi said two qualities – knowledge and strength – are necessary for being an ambassador, envoy and representative, and Hazrat Muslim Bin Aqeel (A.S) was a collection of all praise worthy qualities and innocent of khasa’il-e-razeela, who proved his knowledge through his character and deed while his bravery and courage through defense over which koocha-o-Bazar and dar-o-dewar of kufa stand witness even today.

TNFJ chief said Allah The Exalted made love with the holy family of prophet (PBUT) wajib (obligatory) not because of lineage but due to excellence and elevation. Mola-e- Kaenaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S) asked Holy Prophet (PBUH & HP): “do you love Aqeel (A.S)?” Holy Prophet (PBUH & HP) replied: “yes, because of two reason: 1- He is the son of my respected uncle, 2- His son Muslim (A.S) loves my grandson (A.S) and would one day sacrifice his life for my grandson (A.S).”

Agha Moosavi said at present whole human world is confronting Qatl-o-Qital, conflict, riot, oppression, barbarism and terrorism; mazloomiat is calling for help; Kashmir and Palestine are presenting the scene of Karbala, and United States along with its stooges, in the garb of New York and Washington incident, has made the life of entire humanity hell.

So to save the humanity Hussainiyat has to be adopted – Hussainiyat guarantees welfare and salvation of humanity while oppression, barbarism and terrorism cause destruction, he said.

Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Agha Moosavi reiterated his pledge on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Safeer-e-Hussainiyat’ to disseminate Hussainiyat adopting the path of Hazrat Muslim bin Aqeel (A.S), and would never give their hand in the hand of any Yazeed-e-waqt because honorable death is better then humiliating life.
