Baqee Demolition Day observed across the country on TNFJ call; Moosavi guarantees Al-Qods liberation, Kashmir freedom with restoration of honor of holy shrines

RAWALPINDI, October 22: The Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee was observed throughout Pakistan on Sunday with religious spirit, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi demanding restoration of honour and dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah, thwart heinous colonial conspiracies, save the Islamic World and to please the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW). Protest meetings and Majalis-e-Aza were held and peaceful Matmi processions were taken out in all big cities and towns of the country on this occasion. The main mourning procession was taken out from Imambargah Nasir Al-Aza Murree Road during which thousands of participants lodged a strong protest against the dilapidated condition of the Jannatul Baqee while Matmi Halqas performed Matamdari and Noha-Khwani and paid pursa to Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) on the destruction of holy mazars of his beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.), Azwaaj-e-Mutahiraat, and Sahaba Kubar.

The rally among others was led by ulema and elite belonging to different schools of thought including Convener Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee Committee Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Haji Nasir Abbas Karbalai, Markazi Khateeb Shia Jamia Masjid Shah Chan Chiragh Allama Syed Saqlain Ali Bokhari, Regional President TNFJ Rawalpindi Allama Abul Hassan Taqi, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Allama Qalab-e-Abbas Bokhari, Pir Syed Muhammad Shah Bokhari, Allama Agha Saqlain Haider Kazmi, Sardar Ibadat Hussain Shah, Ch. Abu Baidar Ali, Bawa Syed Nazakat Hussain Shah Naqvi, Bawa Syed Qasim Ali Shah Kazmi, Bawa Mazloom Hussain Shah, Syed Tauseef Hussain Kazmi, Agha Syed Roohul Abbas Moosavi, Agha Syed Muhammd Murtaza Moosavi, Syed Iftikhar Hussain Mashadi, Meesam Tammar, Abu Nasr Kazmi, Syed Amjad Hussain Shah, Malik Asad Abbas, Ishaq Matmi, Ashiq Jafri, office-bearers of other religious organisations and Salars of Matmi Dastas. The participants, minor members of Mukhtar Generation and jawans of Ibrahim Scouts were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans against the destruction of holy mazars and demanding their reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee.

The rally turned into a big rally after reaching Committee Chowk where TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressed the gathering. A resolution adopted on the occasion called upon the international organisations to play their role for the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah while Muslim States should exert diplomatic pressure on Saudi government. The resolution made it clear that holy places are the combined assets of the humanity at large, therefore, Makkah and Madinah should be declared international cities. Another resolution strongly condemned the attack on the welcoming rally of Pakistan People’s Party in Karachi. Another resolution strongly condemned the closure of private TV channels TV Today and Roshni TV.

Chairman MFP Ch. Abu Baidar Ali and Qazi Mazhar Hussain Lahoti also addressed the gathering that dispersed peacefully after adoption of resolution. Mukhtar Force volunteers escorted the rally while the District Administration had made strict security measures. A heavy contingent of police remained present on this occasion.

Meanwhile, according to information reaching the TNFJ headquarters, the protest rally in Peshawar was taken out under the auspices of Universal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee District Committee from Imambargah Master Ghulam Haider Chowk, Chah Shahbaz. Central Coordination Secretary TNFJ Sardar Mumtaz Ali Qazilbash Provincial Naib Nazim-ul-Umoor Saqlain Haider and others addressed the rally that was led by TNFJ Provincial President Sardar Abbas Qazilbash, Provincial Convener Riaz Ali Kausari and others. In Lahore, protest rally was held in front of Press Club under the auspices of TNFJ City Unit. Malik Salman Haideri, TNFJ City President Syed Raza Shah, MSO President Zeeshan Haider Naqvi addressed the rally. A protest rally was also taken out from Karbala Gamey Shah. In Karachi, a protest rally was held in front of Karachi Press Club under the auspices of TNFJ Divisional Council. In Larkana, protest procession was taken out from Imambargah Qamar Bani Hashim under the auspices of TNFJ District Committee which was terminated in front of Jinnah Chowk Press Club after marching through its designated route. District President TNFJ Altaf Hussain Madhosh Bhutto, Maulana Ghulam Raza Qazi, Zawwar Javed Ali, Lathan Shah, Barkat Ali Jafri, Rasool Bux Shahani, Sain Dad, and Syed Zakiul Hassan. In Faisalabad, protest rally was taken out and was later terminated in front of Press Club where Tehreek’s District General Secretary Maulana Qalab-e-Abbas and Rana Nazar Ali addressed the rally. In Quetta, Matmi procession was taken out from Imambargah Nichari, Alamdar Road which was led by TNFJ Provincial and District leaders.

Protest processions were taken out and Majalis-e-Aza were also held in Lahore, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Gilgit, Bagh, Gujrat, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Multan, Kasur, Khairpur Mirs, Shahdadpur, Mirpur Khas, Kakul, Nowshera, Jhelum, Lalamusa, Chakwal, Hafizabad, and Dera Ismail Khan.
