RAWALPINDI, May 22: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hussaini and Zainabi character would have to be made beacon of light for protection of the Islamic World and to increase the honour and dignity of Pakistan. Delivering special address at Mehfil-e-Zainabia on Tuesday, he said today the enlightenment of religion and Shariat throughout the world is imbibed to the holy and pious personalities from amongst of them Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (S.A.) is the one who, after the martyrdom of Hussain (A.S.) was arrested but showed patience, accepted all difficulties and problems courageously to the extent that Yazidi power could not divert her from the right path. He said this greatest Mujahida of Shariat-e-Mustafvi and inheritor of Uloom-e-Haideri told the world that how Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) kissed martyrdom along with his faithful companions in protecting the human dignity and playing as spokeswoman for Shariat-e-Rasool. Agha Moosavi said the Mukhaderat-e-Ismat highlighted the Karbala Tragedy even while bearing all difficulties of detention and during the period when they were forced to march the streets of Kufa and Shaam. He said the Khutbaat delivered by Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad had shattered the Qasr-e-Yazidiyyat. That means that the human being is blessed with high status. He said the whole universe rests on justice and justice is nearest to piety. There had been some personalities in general public who followed the Khasan-e-Illahi in letter and spirit and did not divert themselves from the right path. In this backdrop, the status of Ahle Bait (A.S.) is very high and Quran stands witness on their Ismat and Taharat.
RAWALPINDI, May 21: Neither any bargaining will be carried out on the demands and rights of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo under the May 21, 1985 agreement nor anyone will be allowed to do so, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said. He said it is obligatory for the powers that be to allow rights of all on the basis of equality by following the principles of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal and protect their honour, dignity and protection. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab that called on him under the leadership of their President Allama Abu Jafar Naqvi. Agha Moosavi said that live nations not only remember their achievements rather those days in which they achieved successes. Such people had always been in nations who continue talking about the situations and incidences so that the coming generations could set their future goals by declaring the same as foundation and basis. He said the South Asian Muslims gathered under the leadership of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah six decades ago and raised the slogan of Pakistan and the Kalma-e-Tayyaba, and then in a short span of time Pakistan came into being as a result of this exemplary unity and brotherhood. He said the basic target of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was enforcement of a system under which rights of every Pakistani are fulfilled keeping to the norms of justice and fair-play rather their equal status is recognized. He said unfortunately Quaid-i-Azam soon passed away and overcome by such powers that neither accepted it from the core of their heart nor taken any part in its foundation. The TNFJ chief said about half a dozen Constitutions were introduced and at last the 1973 Constitution was adopted through consensus according to clause 2 of which official religion of the State is Islam and under Article 227 the explanation of Quran and Sunnah would be acceptable that is honoured by every fiqh. He said when a dictator took over power and besides causing harm to democracy also negated the Basic Ideology, the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya took over the Islamabad Secretariat for restoration of Nazria-e-Asaasi. later in 1984 and 1985, 14,000 people courted arrest in a peaceful agitation and the sacrifices of Safdar Ali Naqvi and Ashraf Ali Rizvi thwarted the conspiracy of international chief of terrorists as a result of which Pakistan is Islamic Republic of Pakistan instead of being a Maktabi and lingual State. He expressed grave concern that today the whole Pakistan is under the grip of biases while Islam condemns all types of biases. To keep Pakistan on Basic Ideology, rest it on the path of development, it is obligatory for every Pakistani to condemn biases and express hatred against it. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said we take lesson from what happened in Pakistan during the last 30 years. As a first step in this connection, the government should ban politics in the name of biases because it gave birth to terrorism, caused harm to Islam and the Islamic World while atheist forces were strengthened, bloody holi is being played in Kashmir and Palestine for the last 60 years, Afghanistan and Iraq are being rooted out, Lebanon is being victimized, Syria and Iraq are on colonial target, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are being considered a threat. In these circumstances, he added, the patriotic, religious, and peace-loving forces are under the obligation to realize their responsibilities and fulfil the same, and adopt combined and courageous policy for the unity and brotherhood of Muslim Ummah and welfare of the humanity, consider those who create differences amongst Makatib and countries as our enemies and give priority to brotherhood and mutual understanding over all other things.
RAWALPINDI, May 16: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Tarheem on Friday, 18th May to pay homage to all countrymen who fell victim to terrorism in Peshawar and other areas. According to an announcement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, Agha Moosavi in his special message said that at present motherland Pakistan was bleeding, everyone was afraid and upset, incident after incident caused catastrophe, there are crises at internal and external level the biggest reason of that all is lack of justice and fair-play. He made it clear that Islam is the holiest religion, basis of which rests on Constitution, Ahadees and Quran according to which suicide is Haram. A Momin is the one from whom honour, dignity, life, wealth of everyone remains safe because before Allah every human being is respectable. He expressed his concern that Pakistan has been the target of terrorism for the last three decades. Our perpetual enemy utilizes all her energy to cause harm to Pakistan soon after the beginning of Muharramul Haram. He said terrorism began from Mardan, and then tragic incidents were reported from one province and the other. The TNFJ chief continued that after the suicide bomb blasts on 7th Muharram in Peshawar, terrorism incidents were also reported from Tank, Hangu, Dera Ismail Khan, and Parachinar. In Dera Ismail Khan, TNFJ Sarhad Provincial Nazim-ul-Umoor Jawwad Hussain Jawwad and recently Zaidi brothers were heinously killed, bloody holi was played in Karachi on May 12, and heinous murder of Supreme Court Additional Registrar Hammad Raza, and dozens of people were killed in Marhaba Hotel blast in Peshawar on Tuesday and still dozens of people are injured facing uncertain situation. He said as we share our happiness and grief and murder of anyone is the murder of humanity and Pakistaniyyat because all those who were killed in terrorism are part of our body and sons of the soil. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that according to a famous saying remembering death is Sadqah, therefore, the whole nation should organise Quran Khwani, Fateha Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem to pay homage to those who lost their life in incidents of terrorism, and pray for the supremacy of the Islamic World, protection of the holy places and honour and dignity of the humanity. Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Youm-e-Tarheem Committee has been formed to organize Youm-e-Tarheem programmes. Dr. S.Z. Naqvi has been nominated as its Convener while Dr. S. Zaman has been named as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, May 15: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that bomb blast in the provincial capital of Sarhad after the blood riots in Karachi is worst type of aggression, terrorism and an open challenge that is a part of heinous conspiracy of the New World Order agenda i.e. Divide and Rule. In a statement issued here from the headquarters of Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said monsters who shed the blood of more than two dozens innocent people on the desire of their foreign masters is a death message for the balanced and peace-loving powers to work for them or be ready for the consequences. Agha Moosavi while strongly condemning the worst incident of terrorism said only condemnation of this incident is not enough because neither it can help turn Pakistan into Amnistan nor it could bring back the sons of the soil. He said there is need to adopt a wise and courageous strategy and thwart the heinous conspiracy to defeat such elements. Expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families, he said the whole nation is grieved. Pakistan is being punished for its Nazria-e-Asaasi (basic ideology) and being atomic power. In this situation, religious and political leaders and the people are under the obligation to give up personal and party interests, forget all types of hatred and condemn biases rather openly condemn the elements sowing the seeds of differences as creating lingual and Maktabi differences is tantamount to causing harm to Pakistan and benefit the combined enemy. The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-i-Jafariya chief Agha Hamid Moosavi called upon the government and the opposition to give up the policy of degrading one another immediately, fulfil the constitutional and lawful norms and give priority to the nation and the country over all other things otherwise they would not be a part of the history. He made a fervent appeal to the rulers and the politicians to be merciful to Pakistan and its people, give due status to every institution as per Constitution, do not encroach upon the rights of others, do not trample the honour and dignity of anyone. He called upon the people to remain peaceful and do not lend their ear to rumours. He said everyone is under the obligation to utilize all his energy to restore peace to the maximum possible extent because any wrong stride taken in this precarious situation could be beneficial for the enemy and harmful for Pakistan.
RAWALPINDI, May 14: Youm-e-Dua (Day of Prayer) was observed throughout the country on Monday with religious and national spirit on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The Day began with recitation from the Holy Quran and Quran Khwani in mosques after Fajr prayers. Ulema, Waizeen and Zakireen addressed Majalis-e-Taraheem and highlighted the philosophy of Dua in detail. Prayer meetings were held in Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas, and all the four provinces including Rawalpindi Region as well as all small cities and towns under the auspices of religious organizations, religious institutions and trusts. According to Asad Ali Hasani, Secretary Markazi Youm-e-Dua Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, the Aaimma Masajid and ulema in their address strongly condemned the bloody riots that began in Karachi on Saturday and appealed the patriotic forces to practically display unity and brotherhood for the sake of national integrity and stability so as to thwart every conspiracy and mischief of the combined enemy who is adding fuel to the fire by fanning biases. Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi, Chairman, Tanzeem Shia Aaimma Masajid Pakistan addressing the Youm-e-Dua congregation at Al-Kazim in Islamabad called upon the government and the opposition to stop the playing with fire and blood for prolonging and grabbing power, immediately. He said the respect and stability of national institutions is a must like the stability is necessary for countrys integrity and stability because this countrys was achieved by us by giving sacrifices and its protection is also binding on us. Expressing great shock on the massacre of innocent citizens in Karachi, he expressed sympathy with the affected families and prayed for the high status of those who were killed and for early recovery of those who are injured. Allama Syed Basim Abbas Zahiri, addressing a Youm-e-Dua gathering organized by Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia at Ali Hall said Karachi is the economic capital of Pakistan where people belonging to different sections of society live and the wave of riot in this city affects the whole country. He said the situation has reached the point during the last three days where the country may enter into a closed end if the situation was not improved. He said the killings and damage caused to the national property in Karachi has made the people of the country grieved because those who died were all Pakistanis despite belonging to any party or a group and the whole nation shares their grief. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ addressing the Majlis-e-Dua organized by Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan at Imambargah Zain-ul Aza expressed his concern over the precarious situation prevailing in Karachi and said this is the time for Dua and the whole nation should seek peace from Allah and inculcate the spirit of sacrifice displayed by them during the Tehreek-e-Pakistan by condemning all types of biases because our combined enemy desires to divide Pakistan into pieces in the brackets of Mohajir, Pathan, Sindhi, Balochi, and Punjabi by fanning differences amongst them. He said as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, murder of any human being is the murder of humanity and Pakistan. He expressed heartfelt sympathy with all mourning citizens and prayed for early recovery of the injured. A resolution adopted on the occasion appealed all countrymen, particularly the people of Karachi to give priority to stability and integrity of the country over all other things because our survival lay in promotion of Islamic ideology, welfare of the people, denial of every type of biases, and fulfilment of the norms of justice and fair-play. Condemning the Karachi incidents, the resolution called upon both the government and the opposition to give priority to Islam, Pakistan and its people over their party interests. Another resolution strongly condemned the continued colonial oppression on the Iraqi soil and expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed people of Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine. A Youm-e-Dua meeting was organized under the auspices of Youm-e-Dua Committee of TNFJ District Rawalpindi. District President Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan in his address on the occasion said that some occasions come in the life of some nations where display of sacrifice, patience, forbearance, and wisdom leads to come out of the crisis situation. He said where every person has duties there he has rights as well, and where there are rights responsibilities also come on shoulders. Those who live on Pak Dharti (holy land), they are sons of Pakistan who equally participated in its formation and construction, therefore onus of its protection, defence and integrity comes to the people, religious and political leaders and more than them on the rulers. At present the whole Islamic world admits Pakistan, for being its atomic power, as their refuge, power and support; causing any harm to it is tantamount to harming Islamic world. Dua is weapon of a momin, therefore all compatriots by observing Youm-e-Dua on Monday pray for integrity and stability of motherland, freedom and honour of judiciary and journalism, supremacy of the constitution and law, expressing sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved families of Karachi, height of ranks of the dead and early recovery of the injured; they should also condemn murder, arson, terrorism, violence and biases. Meanwhile, Central Youm-e-Dua committee of TNFJ has been formed to lay programs on national level. Dr S.M.Rizvi has been nominated its convener while Syed Asad Ali Hasani as secretary of the committee.

Another resolution strongly condemned disrespect in the court of Imam Hussain (AS) in program ‘Ghamdi’ of a private TV channel Geo news and referring mistake and forgetfulness to the holy Prophet (SAWW) by AAJ TV channel, and demanded stoppage of the said programs and ban on mischievous and disputed elements. The demonstrators reiterated their resolve to say yes on every line of action given by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for religious right of Maktab-e-Tashayyo. President district council Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed the main gathering of the occasion in Islamabad at central jamia mosque and imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra organized by TNFJ Islamabad’s district Youm-e-Tarhim Committee. Allama Abu Jafar Naqvi, President TNFJ provincial council Punjab addressed a majlis-e-aza to mark the occasion at markazi imambargah Texila and paid tributes to the martyrs of religion and motherland.
RAWALPINDI, May 2: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Friday, May 4 as Universal Youm-e-Tarheem for the height of ranks of martyrs of religion and motherland.
Marking the occasion, Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Taraheem and condolence meetings will be held to pay homage to all martyrs, without any discrimination, of Kashmir, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and those who became the target of terrorism during the incidents of terrorism taken place in Dera Ismail Khan, Charsadda, Tank, Parachinar, Peshawar and Hangu. In a statement issued here Agha Moosavi said the international colonial powers are afraid of Wahdat Ummat (oneness of the nation) because unity, mutual understanding and brotherhood are the source of promoting religion and Shariat and Islamic values. That is why, he added, international Taghoot was utilising all her powers like in the past to pitch brother against brother and shed their blood so as to wipe them out from the world scene and maintain her own supremacy. He said first, Afghan people were targeted in the garb of 9/11 and Osama, then Iraq was shattered in the garb of Saddam and the honour and dignity of the holy places were trampled. The TNFJ chief said whether it is Middle East or South Asia, the freedom of Palestine and Kashmir is encroached upon rather the life of the people there is made difficult and pending solution of these problems is on the agenda of international colonial powers. He said that Pakistan played the role of front-line ally against terrorism and is undergoing punishment for the same in the shape of one incident or the other. At present Pakistan is not only being threatened rather the colonial powers by promoting friendship with India are exerting pressure on Pakistan that provides food for thought. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said that we consider murder of any innocent as the murder of Islam, Pakistan and humanity. Therefore, he said, homage should be paid to all martyrs without any discrimination by observing Universal Youm-e-Tarheem on Friday during which prays should be offered for the early recovery of the injured, supremacy of the Islamic World, integrity and solidarity of the motherland Pakistan. Meanwhile, a TNFJ Committee has been formed to organise the programmes for the Universal Youm-e-Tarheem. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener and Allama Sadiqi as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, May 1: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that a labourer who carries out labour by shedding blood and sweat with sincerity and trustworthiness gives a new lease of life to the whole humanity. He stated this while addressing a special function organised at the headquarters of Markaz-e-Tashayyo in connection with the International Labour Day i.e. May 1. He said the labourers of Chicago who sacrificed their life observe the day throughout the world but the respect given to the labourer some 1400 centuries ago by Islam is a source of pride. Observing the days is not enough rather it is useful when all sections of society announce their commitment that they would not ignore their duties and would not encroach upon the rights of others. Agha Moosavi said that Islam is a complete code for all sections of human life and it has settled all obligations and rights. He said there is a saying of the Maula-i-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes that there are obligations and rights for everyone and there are rights and obligations for everyone. If everyone fulfils his obligations it would achieve the rights of the others. He said whereas Allah Has told about the issues from Taharat to Diyat and Qisas, He also settled the rights and obligations for the employers and the employees. Islam supports material delight along with spiritual development that is why one who earns his Halal livelihood with hard work and labour has been termed the most liked person by Allah. He said earning Halal livelihood is binding on every human being while Islam is against beggars because the hand above is better than the hand beneath. That is why, he added, Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Saleheen declared through doing labour themselves that it is a blessing and a source of welfare. The Tirmizi Sharif says that the truthful and trustworthy trader would be with martyrs and prophets. The Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) by doing labour himself declared on his inheritors that there is no harm in doing hard work and labour. Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) by working in the garden of a Jew set the highest example of labour that is the best example for the labourers world to follow. The TNFJ chief said Allah has made the livelihood of all creatures binding on Him and He never forgets in providing this livelihood. There is a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) that there is food for everyone who eats and every pea is for the one who eats it. He said Allah has made the human being superior of all creatures, gave him heart and brain to think, and body parts to eat and earn Halal livelihood. Therefore, he said, Allah Says: Oh, my Rasool (SAAW) you eat pious food and do pious things (Surah Mominoon Ayah 51). Therefore, every Halal business, agriculture, trade, hard work, industry, labour if done in line with Shariat becomes the source of expanding livelihood rather becomes a source of development for the whole humanity, inhabitants of the universe and development of all States. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that wealth of the Muslim is more respectful than his blood like the life of a Momin. Like an effort is made to protect the life of a Momin, similarly effort should be made to protect his wealth also because destroying his wealth is commensurate with shedding his blood without any cause. He said a Muslim is the one from the hand and tongue other Muslims remain safe but a Momin (believer) is the one from whom the whole humanity remains safe.
RAWALPINDI, April 29: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that suicide attacks were strengthening international chief of terrorist Bush and his agents. In a reaction issued from headquarters of Maktab-e-Tashayyo TNFJ, he said Islam preaches peace, tranquillity, brotherhood, mutual understanding, love and devotion and considers all types of oppression and brutality, while Allah curses the enemies. He said at present terrorism is the biggest oppression that has taken a new shape after the New York incident. Afghanistan and Iraq have been targeted after declaring Muslims violent and extremists and blood of the innocent is being shed profusely. A blast near the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Abul-Fazlil Abbas (A.S.) in Iraqi city and the blast in Charsadda, a city of Sarhad Province of the motherland Pakistan on Saturday are the inhuman and condemnable activities of the enemies. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan is being punished for following basic ideology – Islam. Pakistan was a mole in the eyes of the enemy right from the beginning but is in the grip of terrorism for the last three decades. Gen. Pervez Musharraf taking a right step had introduced Anti-Terrorism Act and had banned terrorist groups but some unseen forces have sabotaged this law and we all are undergoing its outcome. Declaring the Charsadda incident a chain of previous incidents and an act of open terrorism, he strongly condemned it. He said we still pursue our point of view that a terrorist is only a terrorist and keeps no Maslak or a country. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi while offering prays for the departed souls and injured demanded from the government not to give any relaxation to the culprits of this incident because when rulers are not safe then how can the people and Pakistan could be safe. He said survival of Pakistan should be given priority over all other things and any attack and murder should be considered an attack and murder of Pakistan and Islam. He made a fervent appeal to the people to give priority to Basic Ideology and the integrity of the motherland because our combined enemy desires to destabilise our country by promoting differences and anarchy and this heinous conspiracy could only be thwarted through unity and mutual understanding. He said the Charsadda incident has proved that there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in any part of the world including this country rather colonial clutches and terrorism is visible all around. He said we would have to strongly condemn terrorism if we have sympathy with Islam, Pakistan and its people.
