RAWALPINDI, April 29: The Wiladat Purnoor of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) was observed as Youm-e-Askari throughout the country on Saturday on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-e-Milad, functions, conferences, and seminars were organised on this occasion. In the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, various religious and Matmi organisations and religious institutions organised festive programmes. The main Mehfil-e-Askari was organised by Hayat Tulaba Islamia at Ali Hall. Secretary of the TNFJ Youm-e-Askari Committee Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Sardar Ibadat Hussain Shah, and Hojjatul Islam Syed Basim Zahri were the chief guests on this occasion. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ addressing the Mehfil said the pious characters of the Khawanda-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) lit the candles of righteousness in the darkest eras replete of oppression, brutality and wrote new chapters of eternal victory of Islam and the world could be turned into a hub of peace by following the same. He said Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) gave a new lease of life to Deen-e-Muhammadi by confronting more than half a dozen dictators and rulers who were fond of oppression and suppression. He said the oswah of Imam Askari (A.S.) is the best example in this critical era to confront the satanic conspiracies. He said at present the whole world is confronted with terrorism, human blood went cheap, and there is no one to help the oppressed. In this situation, he added. The oppressed and have-nots would have to formulate a combined strategy to resolve their issues and to overcome the problems faced by them. A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the ongoing terrorism throughout the world, particularly the massacre of innocent people in Iraq, trampling the dignity of holy places, particularly the razing of the holy shrine of Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) in Samarra and called upon the international organisations to ensure exit of the allied forces from Iraq to ensure durable peace while international organisation responsible for protection of archives have been asked to make practical steps to restore the dignity of holy shrines. Another resolution expressing concern over the ongoing terrorism strongly condemned the incidents that took place in Parachinar and Dera Ismail Khan. The resolution affirmed that there is no sectarianism in any part of the world including these cities rather this impression is being created under an international conspiracy and the recognised Makatib will thwart the same like before. The resolution made it clear that all Makatib have always displayed unity to defend the country from its creation to-date and would continue to do so in future also and no power on earth could create rift between Sunnis and Shias. The resolution said those who create differences amongst Muslims are not Sunni or Shia rather colonial agents, therefore the patriotic forces should recognise them and do not become their tools. The resolution strongly demanded from the government to set up a high level Tribunal to probe the terrorism incidents of Dera Ismail Khan and Parachinar to fulfil the norms of justice and give exemplary punishment to the culprits by unveiling them. Another resolution reiterated to continue supporting every line of action of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi for his mission of promoting Wila and Aza and for the protection of religious rights of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo. Chief guest Hojjatul Islam Basim Abbas Zahri addressing the gathering said that there is need to highlight the seerat and character of the pious personalities of Islam in this era replete with difficulties because the world has reached the point of disaster and the only way to get rid of this destruction is to follow the righteous path that can only be possible by attaching with Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He paid tributes to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi for announcing to observe Youm-e-Askari. Zakir Amjad Hussain Kazmi, Zakir Hassan Raza Kiani, Syed Jone Ali Mashadi, Mubashar Kazmi, Shahzad Hussain Sanadi, and Ali Zeb Kazmi also addressed the gathering while Jafar Khan recited from the Holy Quran.
RAWALPINDI, April 28: In his special message on Youm-e-Askari that is being observed throughout Pakistan like other global parts on Saturday, Rabi-us-Sani 10, to mark the Wiladat of Hazrat Hassan bin Ali Al-Naqi (A.S.), the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that holy seerat of Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) guarantees felicity, welfare and eternal deliverance for the oppressed world. Era of Taajdaar-e-Matlae Wilayat-o-Imamat, parwurdae ilhaam-o-Wahi, Janasheen-e-Nabi (SAWW)-o-Ali (A.S.), Farzand-e-Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and father of Hazrat Imam Mehdi (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Askari (A.S.) was replete with worst type of restriction on freedom of expression, oppression, suppression, brutalities, discrimination, injustice, deprivation and bloodshed of the have-nots and the oppressed and the rulers boasted of shedding the blood of the poor, helpless and innocents. Agha Moosavi said that he was detained many a time but his life span spread over 28 years stands witness that the rulers could not bow him down or divert him from the righteous path. He said that Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.) proved through his deeds that like no one could overcome his forefathers, likewise they could not make him bow down before them as we are bound to follow the commandments of Allah only. He said the world remained in need of a Hadi (Guide) from the very beginning that had been fulfilled by Hazrat Noah (A.S.), Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.), Hazrat Musa (A.S.), Hazrat Eisa (A.S.), Ambia and Mursaleen. Similarly, he said, the Holy Prophet (SAAW) fulfilled the requirement of the Muallim-e-Quran along with Quran and after him this need was fulfilled by his pious inheritors. He said the Holy Prophet (SAAW) has stated in Hadees-e-Saqlain that: I am leaving two invaluable things i.e. Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) amongst you, you should remain attached to the same as these two will not separate from one another. Extending greetings in the bargah-e-wilayat-o-risalat on the auspicious occasion of Youm-e-Askari, he reiterated his resolve to keep continue his practical struggle for supremacy of Islam and Pakistan, to support oppressed and have-not and for hatred to oppressors with honesty.
RAWALPINDI, April 27: The Central Spokesman of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has strongly condemned the heinous murder of two real brothers Syed Najaf Ali Zaidi and Syed Ali Zaidi along with their worker in Dera Ismail Khan. In a statement issued here from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, he said as such the whole country is under the grip of terrorism but Maktab-e-Tashih is being targeted in Sarhad province in particular under a well thought out conspiracy against them. Elaborating, he said DIG Bannu Abid Ali was heinously murdered before Muharram, many important personalities including police officers were martyred in suicide bomb attack on Muharram 7 in Peshawar and then incidents of terrorism took place in Hangu, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan, one after the other. The Spokesman said that Milad-i-Mustafa procession was attacked on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi in Parachinar as a result of which incidents of murder and arson continued and situation worsened to the extent that curfew had to be imposed there. The Spokesman expressed surprise that all this was happening under the nose of the MMA government while the Governor and the Chief Minister also belong to the same province. He said this heinous activity is being patronised to please the international Taghoot and to tell the world that sectarianism does exist in the Sarhad province of Pakistan. By doing so, the MMA government is strengthening the point of view of the international Taghoot, the Spokesman said and added that the Sarhad government should resign immediately if they are unable to control the situation. The Spokesman said that as per a saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi sectarianism does not exist in any part of the world including the Sarhad province. All Muslims are brothers to each other, that is why all Sunni and Shia Muslims participated in the funeral processions of Nazim-ul-Umoor TNFJ Sarhad Jawwad Hussain Jawwad on Dera Ismail Khan on 25th of Muharram and that of Najaf Ali Zaidi and Syed Ali Zaidi the other day. He said these incidents are open acts of terrorism and we strongly condemn the same and declare it a heinous conspiracy aimed at creating differences amongst the recognised schools of thought. He said the TNFJ still supports its contention that a terrorist keeps no Maktab or a country, and attaching him with any Maslak or a country itself is an act of terrorism. The Spokesman strongly demanded from the President and the Prime Minister to take suo moto notice of the precarious situation prevailing in Dera Ismail Khan and get these incidents probed through a high level Tribunal so as to give exemplary punishment to the culprits while bereaved families of the Shuhada and the injured may be given justice. He called upon all schools of thought to recognise their friends and foes because whosoever talked of differences amongst them is the agent of their combined enemy, traitor of Pakistan with an objective to create anarchy in the country and to destabilise it. However, their conspiracy would be thwarted as has been done before, the Spokesman concluded.
RAWALPINDI, April 23: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Islamic World is responsible for the problems and difficulties created by itself and to get rid of the same, the Muslim Ummah would have to give up deep slumber, and recall the lesson of Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker.
He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of elite from Faisalabad Region that called on him at the head of District Council TNFJ Faisalabad President Syed Safdar Hussain Shah and Rana Nazar Ali. He said Islam is commensurate with Jadd-o-Jehad (struggle) and Jehad (holy war) and there is a saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) that Jehad is of four types: Amar Bil Maaroof i.e. giving commandment to do good; Nahi Anil Munker i.e. stopping from the evil-doing; Adopting sincerity and truthfulness when there is need to be patient and to stand firm; and expressing hatred with those who discriminate, carry out oppression and brutality and those who are debauchers, and this is the biggest Jehad because the society to whichever area and country it belongs to, cannot be completely averse to bad things and evils. Agha Moosavi said that creative qualities and norms of different precautions, clashes of internal and external feelings and desires and difference of thought, ideologies and thinking create a host of difficulties, problems and defects by becoming the basis of differences in human desires and it is a recognised fact in all human societies that basis of evils, oppression, brutality is shirking from base and duties. He said there are two real aspects of non-fulfilment of duties. First This work has to be done and the other This work is not to be done. Sometimes human beings and people leave a good work and would be avoiding to fulfil their duties by not carrying out that work and sometimes doing the work that is not required to be done violates our duty. Therefore Islam that gives new lease of life has imposed the most important duty to overcome all problems and solution of issues and that is Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker on the basis of which Muslim Ummah has been considered the best Ummah. The TNFJ chief said Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) made a will to some of his offspring that I advice you to follow Taqwa (piety), Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker. Giving a reference from a saying of Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.), Agha Moosavi said that the claimant of Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker should have three basic conditions to fulfil. First, he should be aware and exercising the thing, he is giving an order about. Second, he should be aware of the things and exercising the same himself, he is ordering for others. Third, exercising justice, fair-play and balance in his Amar and Nahi, i.e. he should not be extremist and violent, and should exercise relaxation and soft attitude in Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) that two types of intoxication would overcome you; one is that of slackness and the other longing for less wisdom, ignorance. In this situation, you would give up the duty of Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munker. Agha Moosavi said that today the whole world is confronted with difficulties, oppression, brutality, suppression and terrorism and one of the basic reasons for the same is Muslim Ummah shirking her duties, and its longing towards slackness, less wisdom and ignorance. In other words, we ourselves are responsible for the same. He said there is a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes that the illness is created by us and we ourselves have to heal it. He said blood of Muslims is being shed all over the world including Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, Palestine, and Lebanon. Walls of differences are being raised amongst them and all this is chain of New World Order and a heinous conspiracy against the oppressed nations, particularly the Islamic World. He made it clear that walls and barbed wires are not solution to problems, rather solution of problems lay in fulfilling the duties imposed by Islam, ordering to do good and avoid from evil. He said terrorism is the biggest evil of the present era that has affected the whole humanity and no region or a country is safe from it, and the Islamic World in particular, is its biggest target. But unfortunately, he added, blame of terrorism is being put on the Islamic World that is the biggest target of terrorism itself. He demanded from the Muslim rulers and the representative organisations of the Islamic World to make it clear on the world that a terrorist belongs to no region, Maslak and country. He is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in that context only. He said motherland Pakistan is a target of terrorists for more than two and a half decades and the international Taghoot through her agents was utilising all her energy to prove that there is Maslaki and Maktabi conflict in the oppressed nations, Islamic World, and particularly in Pakistan. No one bears the other while by the Grace of God there is no Maslaki conflict in any Islamic States from amongst 57 including Pakistan. The TNFJ chief said a heinous game is being played in Sarhad province that actually is the part of New World Order so as to destabilise Pakistan. He said we are saying from the day one that Bush or Manmohan Singh would not come themselves for fulfilment of their heinous designs rather they would use their agents to do so and they have to pitch their agents in the garb of Islam and then they have to pitch brother against brother. Therefore, he added, all patriotic forces should keep in mind that murder of anyone is the murder of Pakistan and attack on any country and Maslak is the attack on the whole humanity. We should resolve to thwart this heinous conspiracy through promoting unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding and proving ourselves a concrete wall against them. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi paid rich tributes to the TNFJ workers, office-bearers and Muharram Committee Azadari Cell for maintaining the atmosphere of unity and mutual understanding and for thwarting the designs of those forces who wanted to cause harm to national brotherhood. The members of the delegation presented a quarterly report of the TNFJ Faisalabad Region to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi and reiterated their resolve to support his every line of action for the supremacy of religion and motherland and for the protection of rights of the Millat-i-Jafariya.
RAWALPINDI, April 21: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that motherland Pakistan is the joint inheritance of all schools of thought and no one would be allowed to monopolise it.
He stated this while addressing the Inter-District delegates who called on him under the leadership of Nazim-ul-Umoor TNFJ Region Council Rawalpindi renowned lawyer Malik Ashiq Hussain Advocate, and President Regional Council Allama Abul Hassan Taqi. He made it clear that Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah made the creation of the motherland possible to fulfil the Pakistans concept presented by Poet of the East Allama Iqbal and its main objective was to restore a system based on justice and fair-play in which rights of everyone are taken care of on the basis of equality. But unfortunately, he added, the principles of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah were denied rather their targets were also sabotaged because Pakistan came in the grip of such powers that had enmity with its creation itself and then our perpetual enemy began aggression against her breaking her into two pieces. Indira Gandhi celebrated that occasion and said that she has sunk the ideology of the Quaid-i-Azam into Bay of Bengal, and now her grandson Rahul Gandhi is boasting on this. This situation, he added, provides food for thought and is an open challenge for us. Agha Moosavi said that nation is in deep slumber, rulers and politicians were utilising all their energy in showing muscles to each other, law and the Constitution is being torn. Pakistans basic ideology was Islam but a particular group that was busy in causing harm to Pakistan surreptitiously is now using all its energy to dominate the whole country for the last few decades while those who have shed blood and presented sacrifices for it are being deprived of their basic rights even today and the Maktab-e-Tashayyo is one of them. He expressed his concern that since MMA governments are in power in two provinces i.e. Sarhad and Balochistan and now they are fake claimant of unity and what they have done to the Maktab-e-Tashayyo is no more a secret. They patronised incidents on the Day of Ashoor in Balochistan, and Parachinar, Dera, Tank and Hangu incidents in the Sarhad province. None belonging to the Maktab-e-Tashayyo is safe in these areas despite the fact that the Governor and the Chief Minister also belong to the respective provinces. He said the rulers who could not provide protection to the people and do not like to see or listen to the ideologies of others have no right to rule. The TNFJ chief said if the banned groups included in the Sarhad government really love Makatib and unity then they should display courage and honour in alighting themselves from the MMA. He said we strongly condemn whether it is attack on the residence of Maulana Fazlur Rehman or murder of anyone in Waziristan or blasts in Parachinar, Tank or Dera and consider all these activities as an attack on Pakistan. He said Sarhad province at present is in the grip of fear and harassment, therefore, the government should make effective steps to check terrorism and should set up Tribunal to probe all incidents without any discrimination, fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play, unveil the culprits and give them exemplary punishment besides taking a line of action for the protection of everyone. Agha Moosavi said that we would have to exercise mutual understanding, wisdom, seriousness, and promote unity and brotherhood if we are sincere to achieve countrys development, supremacy of the Islamic World. Islam is not only averse to biases rather strongly condemns the same. He said Pakistan is the joint inheritance of all recognised schools of thought and defence, stability and development of it is binding on them all. Similarly, he added, realising of rights of everyone on the basis of equality is also a must. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that Allama Iqbal was Musawwar-e-Pakistan and Poet of the East that makes it clear that he always preferred the eastern thinking and was well aware of it and on the basis of it he had presented the concept of a separate motherland on the basis of which Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah gathered all with far-sightedness, wisdom and awareness under one flag and wrote the name of Pakistan on earth proving to the Taghooti world that no one could create rift amongst us. RAWALPINDI, April 17: Message of Islam is to disseminate justice and fair-play, root out oppression, suppression, brutality, terrorism, and promote peace, brotherhood and mutual understanding for which all sections of society including the government and the opposition will have to carry out sincere and practical struggle, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said. He stated this while talking to representative delegation of TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi office-bearers and members that called on him at the head of Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan. He said Kalma-e-Tauheed is the basis of religion of Islam and on that basis Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had made the creation of Pakistan possible by gathering the followers of Tauheed under one flag. The Quaid-i-Azam had desired to restore justice and fair-play for all and rights of everyone should be taken care of on the basis of equality. Agha Moosavi said that our perpetual enemy did not let any chance go to cause harm to Pakistan and committed aggression many a time so much so that Pakistan was broke into two pieces on which the recent statement of former Indian prime minister Indira Gandhis grandson i.e. Rahul Gandhi stands witness in which he has boasted to declare breaking of Pakistan as a milestone achieved by his family while Indira Gandhi had stated in 1971 that we have taken revenge of slavery from Muslims and have put the Nazria-e-Asaasi (basic ideology) Pakistani i.e. Islam in the Bay of Bengal. Today Rahul Gandhi has given indication of future line of action Akhand Bharat that provides food for thought and poses an open challenge to Pakistan, he said adding that Indira Gandhis grandson has turned the improvement of Pakistan-India relations and resolution to all problems as a farce. He said the Government of Pakistan should take a serious notice of Rahuls statement and should take up this issue at the level of United Nations immediately and file a case against India in the International Court of Justice for accepting the guilt. He said the Banya never bargains a loss as he says Raam, Raam, and keeps atom bomb under the sleeves instead of a knife while a Momin (believer) could not be stunk from one hole twice. The TNFJ said that Pakistan has played a front-line role against terrorism, first when we achieved atomic power it was named Islamic Atom Bomb to defame us and now American President Bush has lost his senses by expressing fear that if Iran has made Shia Atom Bomb then the Arab World could seek Pakistans help to make Sunni Atom Bomb. He said all energy is being used to punish us, uproot us and wipe us out on the plea of considering our atomic powers as Islamic or Maktabi Atom Bomb. In these circumstances, he said, the international Taghooti forces will have to accept that before us, Hindu Atom Bomb and Zionist Atom Bomb was created, then why these bombs were not named so? He said Hindus, Zionists and Christians are particularly a big threat to the integrity of Pakistan while all Muslim States are divided into separate units from within and are confronted with anarchy and differences; no one is ready to bear the other rather they are ready to beat up the other. He said as Pakistan is the only hope for the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, therefore, we would have to work jointly and united for maintaining its dignity and honour which would place Islam and Pakistan on a high pedestal. He said that in the present critical situation we would have to avoid ridiculing one another, imposing Fatawa, shedding blood, jalao-gherao, arson, and extremism because such activities benefit the international colonial powers. The TNFJ Chief Hamid Moosavi said that Allah had sent Prophets and Messengers for the guidance of human beings, and they preached the Message of Allah to His followers telling them that there is none like Him. He said regarding the oneness of God, there is a saying of the Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that goes: Had there anyone Allahs partner, then any prophet may had come from, to you. Thus coming of no prophet from any other side and continuously coming from only one side has only one thing in common and a proof that Allah is One and there is no one who is His partner. This expanded universe is a self-speaking proof of its Creator. The TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi President Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan and other office-bearers and members in the delegation reiterated their resolve to support any call of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi in achieving the TNFJ goals. The delegation also presented their organisational report on the occasion.
RAWALPINDI, April 16: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan while stressing the need of taking practical and concrete steps on permanent basis in the most sensitive area of the country i.e. Kurrum Agency has demanded from the government to break the network of banned groups and ensure effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act. He stated this while talking to a delegation led by TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhads Acting Nazim-ul-Umoor Saqlain Haider Jameel. He said incidents of unrest in Parachinar are a heinous conspiracy of the combined enemy that was following the policy of pitching brother against brother by using the banned groups. Their condemnable desires could be thwarted through the practical display of mutual unity and brotherhood, he added. Mazhar Ali Shah made a fervent appeal to all schools of thought to create unity amongst their ranks and keep a strict eye on miscreants. He demanded setting up of a high level Tribunal to probe the Parachinar incidents fulfilling all norms of justice and fair-play. Strongly condemning the statement of former Indian prime minister Indira Gandhis grandson Rahul Gandhi about breaking Pakistan, he said that Rahul has confirmed by giving that statement that India never accepted Pakistan, that is why she is bent upon breaking Pakistan from the day one, therefore, he added, testing the already tested is ignorance and in this context the echoes of improved Pakistan-India relation is just a farce. He called upon the government, opposition and serious world leaders, and the United Nations to take notice of Rahul Gandhis instigating statement because it is an open interference in other countrys affairs which we strongly condemn. Strongly condemning the suicide bomb blasts in Karbala-e-Mualla near the shrine of Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) and the ongoing terrorism in Iraq he said colonial chief is responsible for these acts as she was using every condemnable tactic to strengthen her control in Iraq. He called upon the United Nations and other international organizations to play their positive role in getting the bloodshed of innocent people in Iraq stopped and ensure the dignity of the holy places. Shah said that the TNFJ is struggling day and night for the protection of religion and motherland and for the mission of Wila and Aza under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Neither we have bargained our beliefs or rights nor we are going to do so in future, he added. The TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhad delegation apprised the Secretary General of the Tehreek about the law and order situation and organizational improvement in their province.
RAWALPINDI, April 15: The International Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) was observed throughout the country to mark the Youm-e-Wafat of Negehban-e-Risalat (Protector of Prophethood) Abul Aaimma (Father of Imams) Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis, Matamdari and religious gatherings were held in all small and big cities and towns of all the four provinces and in the Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas, on this occasion. Ulema, Waizeen and Zakireen highlighted the Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.)s Seerat and his invaluable sacrifices and deeds in way of Islam. In Rawalpindi, the main Majlis-e-Aza of International Youm-ul-Huzn was held at Markazi Imambargah Qadeem under the auspices of Syed Muazzam Ali Rizvi Advocate. TNFJ Central Secretary Information Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing the Majlis said that Imani spirit of Sheb-e-Abi Talibs (A.S.) Mujahideen to get rid of problems and weak economy of the Islamic World is an example to follow. He said the purpose of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi in observing International Youm-ul-Huzn on the occasion of Youm-e-Wafat of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) is to follow the Sunnat-e-Rasool (SAAW) because the Holy Prophet (SAAW) had declared the year of his Wafat as Aam-ul-Huzn (the year of grief). Therefore, the whole Muslim Ummah is under the obligation to present homage in Bargah-e-Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and highlight his blessings on Islam. Allama Agha Ali Hussain Najfi in his address said it has been openly accepted in every book of the Islamic history that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) did the Kifalat and helped Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW), not only this but Abu Talib (A.S.) has the honour to be the Nikah Khwan of the Holy Prophet (SAAW). He said had Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) been not there, Islam would not have been in existence today, therefore, all conscious human beings are indebted to Hazrat Abu Talibs (A.S.) blessings. Syed Madah Hussain Shah Daira Deen Panah said that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) performed the duty of protecting Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) and dissemination of Paigham-e-Tauheed and Risalat since the beginning of Islam till the Wisal of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW) with courage and encouraged the Holy Prophet (SAAW) by saying that no one could cause any harm to him till the Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive. Maulana Ejaz Hussain Madras, Zakir Sajjad Hussain Shumari, Zakir Ilyas Raza, Zakir Ghulam Abbas Ratan, Zakir Nasir Abbas Notak, Allama Nasir Abbas Multan, Zakir Noorul Hassan Noori and others also addressed the Majlis. A resolution presented by Nasim-us-Saqlain was unanimously adopted by the participants which said that both recognized Makatib of Islam i.e. Sunni and Shia played an equal part in creating and decorating Pakistan but despite passage of more than a half century, both the Makatib are still deprived of their basic rights, a particular group was monopolizing all State departments including the electronic media, Maktab-e-Tashayyo is being ignored in every department from top to bottom despite the fact that Pakistan is the joint inheritance of all Makatib. The resolution demanded from the government to give ideological representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all State departments including the media and implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi forthwith so as to resolve the Shia problems. Another resolution strongly condemning the ongoing terrorism demanded immediate arrest of the assassins of TNFJ Sarhad Province Nazim-ul-Umoor Shaheed Jawwad Hussain Jawwad forthwith and give him exemplary punishment, form a high level Tribunal to probe these incidents and unveil the realities before the people. Moreover, such steps should be taken that may check such incidents of unrest. The resolution demanded effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act for restoration of durable peace and to tighten noose around the banned groups besides tackling them with an iron hand. Another resolution strongly condemned the suicide blasts in Karbala-e-Mualla near the holy mausoleum of Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and expressed grief over scores of martyrdoms. The resolution condemned this activity and held international colonial powers responsible for it who desire to create justification for further stay of the allied forces in Iraq. The resolution called upon the international organizations play their effective role in stopping the ongoing terrorism in Iraq and stop bloodshed of the innocent people. Another resolution expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over, particularly the oppressed people of Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine. In Federal Capital, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and other Ulema and Zakireen addressed the Youm-ul-Huzn Majlis held at Markazi Imambargah Khadijatul Kubra. Matamdari was also performed. A Majlis-e-Aza was held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hayat Tulaba-e-Islamia. Maulana Basim Abbas Zahiri addressing the Majlis said that no Muslim could forget the blessings of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) for Islam as he protected the life of Rasool-e-Khuda (SAAW), Paigham-e-Tauheed and Risalat in the most difficult times. He said the uswah-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the oppressed people of the world even today. Matamdari was also performed after the Majlis.
RAWALPINDI, April 15: In a special message on the occasion of international Youm-ul-Huzn (Day of Grief) that is being observed throughout the country like other global parts with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Sunday to mark the sad demise of Negehban-e-Risalat, Nasir-e-Shariat, Murabbi-e-Islam Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.), the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that oswah-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) is the beacon of light for getting rid of the international colonial powers. He said Allah Says in Surah Al-Hojrat: Oh, people! We have created you from woman and man, and then put you in Shaoob-o-Qabail (tribes) so that you are recognised within each other. He said some human beings are showered with some high qualities and one of them is Aala Nasl (superior in pedigree) and it is a recognised fact that a Momin (believer) cannot be subservient to one who is inferior. That is why it is necessary for Prophets, Messengers, Aaimma Huda and Saleheen that they are better as far as Khanwada (family) is concerned. As Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) was laced with all superior qualities therefore he has talked about the greatness of his family in these words: Allah selected me from the offspring of Ibrahim (A.S.) to Ismail (A.S.), Ismail (A.S.) to Bani Kananah, Bani Kananah to Quresh and Bani Hashim and on this basis declared the Sadqaat (charity) of Muslims as Mubah for deserving Muslims but Haram (illegal) for Bani Hashim. Agha Moosavi said that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and his Ahle Bait (A.S.) talked about this Sharafat-e-Nasbi (nobility of bloodline) on different occasions and under different topics and it had been the Sunnat-e-Ilahi (divine practice) that blessing of any non-Muslim was not accepted for Prophets and Messengers. It is crystal clear in the world history that after Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was kept as Murabbi (patron) of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) and Allah attached this bringing up towards Himself saying: Oh, Rasool! We found you orphan and gave you shelter (Surah Waz-Zuha). In other words, shelter was provided by Abu Talib (A.S.) but Allah said it is My shelter. He said these words of Allah are a solid proof of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) being Kamil-ul-Iman (perfect in faith). Some couplets of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) itself highlight the Iman-e-Abu Talib (A.S.) the meaning of which goes: Oh, Rasool! You invited me towards Islam and it is my Iqan (belief) that you are truthful in invitation of Islam and you are truthful and trustworthiness from the very beginning. It is my Iman that Muhammads (SAAW) religion is better than all world religions. By God, as far as Abu Talib (A.S.) is alive, the atheists could not cause any harm to you even they all unite. The history stands witness that Hazrat Abu Talibs (A.S.) sympathies, sacrifice, bearing difficulties and problems at his home and Sheb-e-Abi Talib (A.S.) are that great deeds that could not be denied. This sacrifice and sympathy is a solid proof that Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) was a follower of the religion preached by the Holy Prophet (SAAW). The TNFJ chief said that once the son of Abu Sufyan addressed Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) saying that we are Bani Abd Munaaf, the Maula-e-Kainaat wrote in reply: Keep in mind, Ummayads are not like Hashim, Harb is not like Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), and your father is not like my father Abu Talib (A.S.). As Abu Talib (A.S.) was superior, he performed Nikah of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) with Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) 15 years before the Risalat was announced which is mentioned in Nurul Yaqeen by a great historian Muhammad Khizri. The beginning of the Khutba-e-Nikah is that all praise is for Allah Who declared us from the Zuriyyat (progeny) of Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.), Nasl (lineage of)-e-Ismail (A.S.), Qabeela (tribe) Maad, and Shak (branch)-e-Muzr, and Who made us defender of his Home i.e. Khana Kaaba and His Haram (sanctuary) and declared Kaaba as the place of Hajj and the place of peace for us, and Who made us Hakim (leader) of all human beings. After the praise of Allah, it should be clear on you that none of you matches the honour and respect commanded by my nephew Muhammad Bin Abdullah (SAAW). Although he is less in wealth but the wealth is a shade that could vanish and like the cloud that passes by, that is not long lasting, wealth is a debt given by Allah and that has been entrusted to people by Allah. By God, Muhammad (SAAW) who will soon own Naba-e-Azeem and Amar-e-Jaleel, is desirous of Aqd (Nikah) with your Mohtarma Bibi Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.), the Mehr set by you will be paid by Abu Talib (A.S.). He said with the great Khutba, it was proved that Abu Talib (A.S.) was Kamil-ul-Iman even before the announcement of Nabuwwat. That is why Imam Fakhruddin writes on the page 61 of Seerat-e-Nabawia that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said that I continued to transfer from the Aslaab (loins) of Tahireen (chaste) to the Arham (wombs) of Tahiraat (chaste ladies). Agha Moosavi said Allah Said that Mushrikeen (polytheists) are Najis (impure), thus it is a must for the forefathers of the Khatmi Martabat that none of them should be Mushrik. Before the researchers of Ulema-e-Ahle Sunnat, Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) was Tauheed Parast (believer of one God), Sahib-e-Iman and Iqan. His wife Mohtarma Mowahidah was a Mominah and the mother of Abu Talib and Abdullah were one while other brothers were from different mothers which has been confirmed from Seerat-e-Nabawia, the translation of which goes: When Allah decided to transfer his Noor from his grandfather Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), then Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) performed Aqd (Nikah) with Fatima Binte Amr Bin Aaiz Bin Amr Bin Makhzoom. Thus Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and the father of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) Abdullah (A.S.) born to her. On this basis, Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) handed over the Kifalat of Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAAW) to Abu Talib (A.S.) because he was Kamil-ul-Iman, until the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) was placed on Risalat. He said banking on Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.), the Holy Prophet (SAAW) said that keep moon on my one hand and Sun on the other, even then I will not give up preaching the religion. Then came the time when Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) had to depart. He throws his eyes on the family members surrounding him and repeats the will of Abdul Muttalib (A.S.) that he had made to Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) by saying in a clear and authoritative voice: Oh, the people of Quresh, you are the life-line of Allahs respected person, amongst you are those who command subservience, are leader, brave and courageous. Keep in mind that there is no superior thing that is not in you, you are the most superior and all are on your mercy, the world has decided to confront you jointly, therefore, you are under the obligation to respect Khana Kaaba as in it lay the happiness of Allah, expansion of economy, and settlement of the Adm, keep tolerance, do not break relations, connecting relations increase the number and life, avoid oppression as it destructs and kills nations, do not reject a need, fulfil the demand as in it lay the supremacy of death and life, speak truth and exercise trustworthiness, particularly in it is love and charisma. Look, I make my will for you all to do good with Muhammad (SAAW), he is trustworthy amongst Quresh and truthful in Arab, his message is such that has been accepted by people from the core of their heart. That is another thing that they could not bring it on their tongue. By God, I foresee that poor and have-nots of Arab are increasing dignity by accepting his religion. As a result of which some great personalities of Quresh are becoming mediocre and their big homes are being deserted and they are becoming poor. People in the Arab world are becoming friendly with Muhammad (SAAW) and people are accepting his leadership. Oh, Quresh! He is a member of your family, be with him and support him, by God, he is the source of good and his follower is lucky, had my life been increased a little, I would have confronted the problems and difficulties from his side (Seerat-e-Nabawia page 86). This is the greatness and authoritativeness of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.). The TNFJ chief said that every word and sentence of this will is an open and clear announcement of Hazrat Abu Talibs (A.S.) Iman-o-Iqan. All those matters touched by him in this will actually are the human and religious laws and commandments for the preaching of which the Holy Prophet (SAAW) was sent. He challenged that all matters touched by Hazrat Abu Talib (SAAW) in his will are the name of Islam and none else? He said that Abu Talibs (SAAW) will is a high and complete example of his Iman-o-Iqan, and spirit of sacrifice. Spelling out his will in a serious manner in the last moments of his life is a proof that he was not only placed at the height of Iman-o-Iqan rather on the highest pedestal of wisdom. That is why Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) felt his death seriously and only Hazrat Khadija (S.A.) from amongst women and Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) from men have the honour that the Holy Prophet (SAAW) declared the year of their death as Aam Al-Huzn (the year of grief). He said these facts suggest that mourning is Sunnat-e-Nabawi. Like the people of that era were under the obligation to exercise that will, similarly it is the obligation of the world of humanity in general, and the offspring of Abdullah (A.S.) and Abu Talib (A.S.) to fulfil that will. He said had that was exercised (while even the will of Khatmi Martabat SAAW was not also exercised) then the life of Kashmiris and Palestinians would not have been made difficult, Afghanistan and Iraq would not have faced war, Iran and Syria would not have threatened, there would have no pressure on the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, and Muslims would not have faced internal strife. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi while paying condolences to Holy Prophet (SAAW) and Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle to fully exercise the wills of Hazrat Abu Talib (A.S.) and the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW), condemn brutality, arson and violence and would utilise all energy in supporting the oppressed and have-nots.
