Mazhar Ali urges need of getting rid of Ulema-e-Soo in order to dispose of colonial powers

RAWALPINDI – 16 November: Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate has said colonial powers are afraid of unity of Ulema-e-Haq.

Talking to a delegation of Shia Ulema on Tuesday, he said Ulema-e-Haq have been considered inheritors and successors of Prophets and Messengers. Besides parents and teachers, Ulema-e-Din possess the most important responsibility of mending a society. This day, humanity and Islamic world are confronted with a host of problems, oppression, barbarism and despotism, the main reason is ignorance to this most important responsibility.

Syed Mazhar Ali said Islam has honour of presenting solution of all problems. For this purpose, the responsibility of enjoining for good and forbidding from evil has been entrusted to Ulema, upon which Quran and Sunnah stand witness. So to say that this duty is amongst the necessities of religion and those who show slackness in this regard are not commendable.

The TNFJ official said had the Ulema-e-Islam fulfilled the duty of upholding truth and created coherence in words and deeds, Colonial powers and their agents would not have courage to label Islam as religion of punishments and tag Ulema as fundamentalists, radicals and terrorists.

Telling the two kinds of Ulema namely Ulema-e-Haq and Ulema-e-Soo, he said Ulema-e-Haq neither bow down nor are sold or afraid rather raise the voice of truth even on the spear head. While Ulema-e-Soo always worship the rising sun, and the biggest sign of them is that they prefer materialism on spiritualism and become a cause of dissension in the nation.

He said if we want to get rid of colonial powers and their agents, at first we would have to get rid of Ulema-e-Soo, speak truth and stand with the truth as therein lay welfare of the nation and the country, and destruction of enemies of religion and motherland.

The Shia Ulema-e-Karam reiterated their resolve to keep continue their practical struggle for holy targets of TNFJ and Mission of Wila and Aza under the leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

The resolution said Maktab-e-Tashayyo keeps equal contribution like other Schools of Thought in Pakistan’s formation and foundation. We always stood at the forefronts in time of need, yet Maktab-e-Tashayyo is not only deprived of its rights since long but also it is not given ideological representation in all State departments deliberately. The resolution demanded from President General Musharraf ideological representation for Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all government institutions on equal basis and special care for the rights of Shia.

The resolution further demanded immediate implementation of 21 May 1985 Junejo-Moosavi Agreement. It made clear that beloved motherland is not a property of any particular group or sect, but it is Islamic Republic of Pakistan upon which this stands witness that Pakistan’s official religion is Islam and not any sect in the Constitution, therefore government is duty bound to fulfill rights of all to keep tree of Islam thriving.

The resolution demanded effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act terming it need of hour in which lay the secret of national integrity and stability.

By another resolution, the participants said that after 9/11 oppressed nations rather Islamic World has been made a target. At first Afghanistan was destructed, then Iraq was ruined, and now Fallujah and many other cities are being bombed. But attempts are being made to divide cities in Sunni Shia under a colonial conspiracy. We would not let it succeed, they resolved making clear to the world that attack on any country and oppressed is an assault against whole humanity which is condemnable by every human being. In such a situation, all Schools of Thought would have to display practical unity avoiding dissension.

The resolution expressed solidarity with all freedom movements continued in the world including that of Kashmir, Palestine and Chechnya, and oppressed people of Afghanistan and Iraq stressing upon UN to get Kashmir, Palestine issues resolved in line with its resolutions and desires of respective people, and also get colonial forces withdrawn from Afghanistan and Iraq in order to make South Asia and Middle East a hub of peace.

Moosavi in Eid-ul Fitr message says real Eid is obedience to the Creator, service to the Creation

RAWALPINDI – November 13: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi has said Eid-ul Fitr is thanksgiving of divine blessings and bounties as well as a display of practical unity of Islamic World, a day when all Unitarians of the world prostrate in the divine court after one prayer leader.

In his special message marking the occasion of Eid-ul Fitr, Agha Moosavi said importance of festivals is incontestable in all religions and nations. Therefore, Allah says in Surah-e-Maeda that the son of Maryam said, O our Lord! Descend upon us a table full of eatables from the sky so that day would become Eid (feast) for our forefathers and for those who will come in future.

Moosavi said Islam also has given paramount importance to its days, one of these is Eid-ul Fitr. He stressed that core of a saying of Ameer-ul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (A.S.) is, that day is Eid (feast) for a believer, the day in which he does not commit sin. Therefore, we can mould our each day in this manner by following Divine commandments and avoiding prohibitions in line with the saying of Masoom (A.S.).

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said Eid-ul Fitr is being celebrated on such an occasion when darkness of injustice is rife, whole world is confronted with oppression and brutality, enemies of humanity and Shariah have made despotism and repression order of the day, life of Kashmiris and Palestinians has been made hell, tyranny is continued in Afghanistan and Iraq, and no one is to care about oppressed nations and the Islamic World.

In such a situation, we all are duty bound to observe Eid-ul Fitr with simplicity besides resolving to spend all our energies for eradicating oppression, barbarism and terrorism.

He said Muslim Ummah should keep in mind oppressed and deprived stratum and cooperate with them, as real Eid is obedience to the Creator and service to the Creation.

Moosavi on Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin lauds Arafat’s services, asserts Muslims can never surrender Palestine-Kashmir

RAWALPINDI – November 12: Youm-ul-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin (Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed) was observed throughout the country like other global parts on Juma-tul-Wida (last Friday of Ramazan) in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi with religious devotion, spirit, reverence and revival of this resolve that support for freedom fighters struggling for liberation of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and independence of Kashmir would be kept continue.

Agha Moosavi said Bait-ul-Moqaddas Al-Aqsa Mosque is the greatest emblem of Allah’s Signs which honour and dignity is crystal clear from Quran and Hadith while Meraj-un-Nabi (Ascension of Holy Prophet) stands witness thereupon:

He said Colonial powers and their stooges Zionists and Hindus have spent all their energies for the last five decades to suppress issues of Palestine and Kashmir but as much as these were curbed these issues have become prominent. He said Yasser Arafat had been struggling boldly for independence of Palestine and liberation of Al-Quds for the last four decades. In such a time when whole world is observing “Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed”, his expiry is a great shock for the oppressed world, and this is very difficult to fill this gap.

Hazaron saal nargis apni benori pay roti hai

Bari mushkil say hota hai chaman main deedawar peda

Agha Hamid Moosavi said that “Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed” is observed from the very beginning by TNFJ, and every year a special message was used to come from Yasser Arafat while Palestinian ambassador attended these programs several times.

He assured Kashmir, Palestine and Al-Quds will definitely be liberated as it is the promise of Allah that Truth has to prevail. However, the most important responsibility goes to the shoulders of international organizations particularly the United Nations to save their reputation from going to be hurt, getting these two issues of Middle East and South Asia resolved in line with its resolutions and desires of their people. Similarly, atrocities being committed against Oppressed people and Islamic world must be get stopped.

He said murders and killings are rife in Iraq after Afghanistan, and all energies are being spent to create dissension between Sunni and Shia, although neither any one could succeed in this target in the past nor would be successful in future.

The TNFJ chief stressed that anyone who keeps such opinion he is enemy of Islamic World, oppressed world, humanity and Shariah. Therefore, we keep our stance intact that attack on any maslak is an assault against whole humanity, while attack on any city either it is Falluja or Baghdad, any country either it is Iraq or Afghanistan, Kashmir or Palestine, or interference in any State is offensive against entire humanity. We condemn this and would do the same in future as well, as according to the saying of Amir-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) our motto is hatred for oppressor and support for the oppressed, under which we resolve on the “Day of Quds Solidarity with Oppressed” that support for the movements being in continuation for freedom in every region of the globe including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya and Thailand would be kept continue besides raising voice in their support and would not get back from this goal.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi also appealed to the Muslim rulers to come out of their shells for the God sake, and adopt joint and courageous strategy for solution of these long-standing issues otherwise dastan tak bhi na ho gi dastanon main.

Allama Tajjuddin Haideri: Islamic World would have to attach itself with Quran & Ahle Bait (A.S.) for success

ISLAMABAD – November 08: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Central Vice-President of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that practical following of the Quranic teachings is obligatory to root out oppression, brutality, suppression, anarchy and terrorism.

He stated this while addressing the Message of Quran Conference organised by Al-Murtaza Council. He said the basic reason of dilapidated condition, problems and difficulties faced by the Islamic World is that all people including rulers, politicians, and religious circles have gone materialist and every one has limited himself in shackles, while collective thinking and imaging broad-based national interests is lacking as a result of which our combined enemy does not let any opportunity to cause harms to us go waste.

He said according to Quranic commandments, Zionists and Christians could never be friends of Muslims the proof of which is their discriminatory attitude towards Muslim States and continued oppression and brutality against them on which Resolutions adopted by international organisations also exist but owing to non-implementation of the same, the international organisations were playing the role of slaves of the super powers.

Allama Haideri said had all Muslims held the Allah’s Rope tightly saying yes to the eternal message of Quran, and had not divided themselves into different sections then they would have been able to root out international Taghoot and its Zionist and Hindu agents today. He said the nefarious activities of the enemies of Islam could be checked by getting rid of slavery of the colonial powers and by adopting a courageous strategy against them. For this we would have to follow the Zorr-e-Haider, Faqr-e-Abuzar, and Sidq-e-Salmani, he added.

The TNFJ Central Vice-President said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had advised the Ummat to clinch to the Daman-e-Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.), therefore, the whole Islamic World would have to sever its ties with the Taghoot and attach themselves with Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.).

Other ulema and intellectuals also addressed the Conference, while Na’at Khawans presented Hamd-o-Na’at in the court of Allah and Khatmi Martabat (SAW).

A resolution adopted by the conference demanded from the government to take the notice of the activities of banned groups that are operative with new names so as to ensure effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The resolution reiterated the resolve to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi for achieving Shia rights and for promotion and protection of his mission of ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’.

Another resolution expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over, particularly the Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, and Thailand and strongly condemned the colonial oppression and brutality going on there.
