ISLAMABAD – November 07: Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran (Quran Revelation Festival) was observed throughout the country on 23rd night of Ramazan-ul-Mubarik with religious spirit, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Jashan-e-Nazool gatherings were held and Aamaal were carried out in mosques, Madaris and Imambargahs. In the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, ulema while addressing Mahafil-e-Nazool-e-Quran organised by different religious organisations termed the holy Quran a beacon of light for the whole humanity. Addressing a gathering on the topic of Fazeelat Shab-e-Qadr organised at Ali Mosque by Anjuman Sajjadia, Allama Syed Zahid Abbas Kazmi said, 124 thousand Prophets and Messengers and 104 books were sent by Allah for the guidance of humanity. There were 100 small and four big books i.e. Torah, Old Testament, Bible and Quran. From amongst the Prophets, Seal of Messengers (SAW) is the superior most and from these books, holy Quran is the superior most and the most complete Book that verified all earlier books. This is a comprehensive Book that claims mention of every dry and wet thing in the universe, that is a complete code of life and is exemplary even today.
He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that keep yourself attached with Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) so you would not be misled, these two stand guarantee to your guidance. He said Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) used to achieve knowledge and their Islamic findings as Ilhaam from Quran and used to present their enlightened Qurani Ayahs in their sermons as arguments, that is why they were most liked personalities of wisdom and knowledge and on that basis they earned the enmity of tyrant rulers and dictators in every era as they considered them a hurdle in their way. He said Islam, Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) are the messengers of peace and tranquillity while the Satanic forces are the enemies of peace and tranquillity. Allama Syed Mohsin Hamdani addressing the Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran function at Qasr-e-Abu Talib said, the first and second 10-day period of Ramazan is mercy and forgiveness while the last 10-day period is freedom from the Hell. He said at present the whole world was giving the look of hell and to turn it into a hub of peace and tranquillity there is need to practically follow the universal message of Quran. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: When the people of my Ummat would fulfil the obligation of Amar Bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker and would be cooperative to each other in carrying out good deeds, they will remain in peace, satisfaction and welfare, and when they give up that, the blessing would vanish and others will be imposed on them, and they would not find any one to help them from earth to sky. He said there is another saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: Those who would not practise the obligation of Maroofaat and Munkiraat and would not follow my Ahle Bait (A.S.), Allah would impose worst rulers on them, and in such a situation if even pious people would raise their hands for dua, it would not be accepted. That is why, he said, today international colonial powers were dominating on us and all Muslim rulers were tied up in reservations. He said if a courageous policy was not derived for solution of collective problems of the Muslim Ummah then it could be the turn of all States, one by one. Imam-e-Juma of Markazi Shia Jamia Mosque Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh Allama Saqlain Ali Bokhari while addressing Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran Mehfil said that the actual reason of humanity facing one problem or the other is their keeping a distance from the universal message of Quran and teachings of Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Quran is the source of guidance and guarantees blessing and happiness to the worlds. He said terrorism, biases, and all other evils could be rooted out from the society and humanity could be put to welfare and survival by following the Quranic teachings. Addressing Nazool-e-Quran Conference at Jamia Masjid Jafariya Islamabad, Allama Sadiqi said Quran is that exemplary Book that claims even today that bring any reply to it (Quran) if you are true. He said ignoring the commandments of Allah is the reason of earning the names of extremists, fundamentalists and terrorists for the oppressed and Muslims and propaganda is rife that the Muslim heritage is obsolete and useless and a threat to the international peace, therefore, they have no right to live. That is why, he said, the survival of the oppressed is at stake. He said the basic reason of making the life difficult for Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Thailand and other States is contradiction to the Quranic principles. Muslims themselves are responsible for their problems as they bank on foreign nations for solution of their problems. If the fear of God is inculcated in them and they make the sayings of Quran and Divine Selected Persons as beacon of light, follow Maroofaat and avoid Munkiraat, and promote unity and brotherhood then no enemy of humanity, how bigger it would be, could cause any harm to them. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing the Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) Tarlai Kalan said the revelation of the Book and the coming of Rehmatul Lil Alameen (SAW) make the world refreshing and the human begin was considered respectable. He said the key to the survival of wandering humanity lay in the universal principles of Quran and following the pious Uswah of the Khasan-e-Illahi (Divine Selected Persons).
RAWALPINDI – November 06: Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri, Convener of the Central Ayyam-e-Aza Committee of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has expressed heartfelt thanks to all schools of thought for fully participating in Majalis, Matmi processions and other programmes of Ayyam-e-Aza from Ramazan 19-21 on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Amirul Momineen Khalifa-tul-Muslimeen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.). In a statement issued here on Saturday he said, the practical display of devotion, love, brotherhood and unity by all countrymen on this occasion is laudable and need of the situation and hour because the enemies of religion and Shariat working against the Islamic World have failed in all their tactics. He said we had told them and we are telling them again that no Taghoot in the world could create any differences amongst us and we would thwart every conspiracy against enemies of humanity and Shariat becoming one. Dr. Haideri also thanked the Administration for making effective arrangements during Majalis and processions of Ayyam-e-Aza. He said banned organisations tried their best to sabotage the programmes of Matmi processions of martyrdom of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) at some places but their nefarious designs had been thwarted. Those who supported them and tried to make changes in the Azadari processions playing to their tune, are condemnable. Such persons have committed treachery with the nations and are offenders of Hazrat Zahra (S.A.), he concluded.
RAWALPINDI November 06: Respected father of Joint Secretary TNFJ Punjab and former manager Allied Bank of Pakistan Syed Iftikhar Hussain Kazmi (Mashhadi) and Syed Sibtain Kazmi, grandfather of Syed Joan Ali Mashhadi of Ibrahim Scouts, former Police officer Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Kazmi (Quaid-i-Azam Police Gold Medallist) has expired after protracted ailment. He was laid to rest in his native village Waryamal district Chakwal. Central office-bearers of TNFJ, Mukhtar Force, Mukhtar Students Organization, Ibrahim Scouts, Mukhtar Generation, religious, political and social elites and people belonging to different schools of thought attended his funeral in large number. Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi while expressing his great shock and grief on the sad demise of Muhammad Ali Shah Kazmi has prayed for height of ranks of the departed soul and patience for the bereaved family.
RAWALPINDI – November 05: The Ayyam-e-Aza (Mourning Days) programmes on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) organised throughout Pakistan like other global parts on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, concluded on Friday. Main Taboot-e-Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.) processions were taken out from mosques and Imambargahs in Federal Capital Islamabad, and all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas, where ulema, waizeen and zakireen addressing the Majalis-e-Aza highlighted the seerat of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.).
In Rawalpindi, main Taboot (coffin) procession was taken out from the Aza Khana Mubarik Bano Mohanpura under the auspices of Nayyar Hussain Zaidi. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi participated in the procession and offered Ziarat of the Taburrakaat and participated in Matamdari. Various ulema and office-bearers of the Ayyam-e-Aza Committee of the TNFJ accompanied him. Dozens of Matmi corps and thousands of mourners from Rawalpindi Division participated in the Azadari procession. Zanjeer-Zani was performed when the Taboot reached Novelty Chowk. The main procession reached Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain around Sehr time after passing through Fawwara Chowk and Trunk Bazar. Mukhtar Students Organisation had set up Azadari Camp during the procession in Kashmiri Bazar where Sabeel-e-Tea was also arranged. Earlier, addressing the Majlis-e-Taboot at Aza Khana Mubarik Bano, Allama Sheikh Ijaz Hussain Modarris said, Ali (A.S.) is that singular personality in the universe who enjoys the honour of being called Maulood-e-Kaaba and Shaheed-e-Mehraab. He said he was brought up under the guidance of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that is why Maula-e-Kainaat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) was a treasure of knowledge of Prophethood, and was laced with the qualities of patience, bravery, generosity and eloquence. He said we would have to attach ourselves with the Daman-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) to get rid of difficulties of the time and menace of terrorism.
In Rawalpindi Cantt., Taboot Hazrat Ali (A.S.) procession was taken out from the residence of Zawwar Mushtaq Hussain Jafri in Mughalabad and concluded at Qasr-e-Abu Talib (A.S.). Allama Zulfiqar Haider Naqvi and Allama Mohsin Hamdani addressed. In Dhok Syedan, a Taboot procession was brought out from the residence of Syed Zahid Hussain Shah Kazmi. Addressing a Majlis on this occasion, TNFJ Central Secretary Information, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said, Hazrat Ali (A.S.) played an exemplary role in serving the religion of Islam and shattered the roots of oppression, brutality and suppression by confronting the enemies of religion and Shariat till he remained alive. He said the life-style of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is fatal for oppression and brutality and all difficulties could be overcome by making his sayings a beacon of light rather all types of fear, harassment, oppression and terrorism could also be rooted out by doing so. Lamenting the cold response of the electronic and print media on the occasion of Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) as well as giving no importance to the Ayyam-e-Aza programs, he strongly condemned this attitude. Allama Farman Raza Abidi addressed Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) Majlis at Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi at Masjid and Imambargah Ahle Bait Gaddowal Moejjezagah, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami at Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan addressed the similar gatherings. Taboot procession was also taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town that concluded back in the Imambargah before Iftrar, after passing through the designated route. Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) Majalis were also held at Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh and Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina Shakarial.
Allama Muhammad Ali Haleemi and Qamar H. Zaidi addressing the Majlis Subh-e-Shahadat of Wasi-e-Rasool at Ali Masjid Satellite Town said, if the Muslim rulers honour the earth of Madinah and Najaf and make their seerat and character a beacon of light, then they would be able to overcome even the most difficult problems. Meanwhile, according to reports reaching the TNFJ headquarters, Majalis-e-Aza were held and Taboot processions on the occasion of Shahadat of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) were taken out in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Gujranwala, Khairpur Miras, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, Nowshera, Jhelum, Chakwal, Kasur, Kharian, Hafizabad, Attock, Gujjar Khan, Hyderabad, Sehwan, Larkana, Dadu, Bhan Saeedabad, Bhakkar, Meerh, Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Shahdadpur, Sibbi and other places. Mourners participated in these processions in a large number and presented condolence of Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.). The government had made special arrangements during the processions and Majalis of martyrdom of Hazrat Ali (A.S.).
RAWALPINDI – November 04: Life-style of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the death of oppression and barbarism, and acme of justice and fair-play which, if followed, could get rid the world of humanity and Shariat of oppression, brutality, suppression and terrorism, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi said. In a special message issued on the occasion of Martyrdom Anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country like other global parts on Friday as Youm-e-Aza (Mourning Day), he said that at present the whole world of humanity and Shariat was confronted with one problem or the other, blood has been shed profusely in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, oppression, darkness, and evil are the order of the day. In these circumstances, the woes of humanity could be cured by following the teachings of the pious religious leaders. Agha Moosavi made it clear that worship has been considered the objective of creation of human beings while martyrdom has been deemed the zenith of worship. Practical struggle for achieving the Divine targets has been declared blessing, and sacrificing life in upholding Kalma-e-Haq has been termed martyrdom. Men of Allah always longed and requested from Allah to post them on the height of martyrdom, therefore Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) asked several times not only the Zaat-e-Illahi with pure heart rather he desired not to give up his breath on the cosy bed but kissing martyrdom while fighting out the enemies of religion and humanity in way of Allah in the battlefields and be posted on the place of meeting his Lord within no time. When his desire was not met in the Battle of Uhad he became unhappy, then the Prophet of Islam (SAW) said: Ali (A.S.) become happy, martyrdom is following you, but Ali (A.S.), tell me what would be the state of your patience then. Hazrat Ali replied:
O Messenger of Allah! It is not the place for patience and forbearance rather an occasion to celebrate and pay thanks. Patience could be exercised where there is a sour feeling or unhappiness but here, I like martyrdom from the core of my heart rather martyrdom is my utmost desire. The TNFJ chief said, on the 19th Ramazan, 40 Hijra eye of sky saw that the earth and heaven were shivering, Hoor-o-Ghilmaan were weeping, Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was in the pool of his own blood, enemies of religion and humanity were afraid and upset, but Ali (A.S.) was heard as saying:
By the Lord of Kaabah I have succeeded He said why Ali (A.S.) had not announced his success when Allah has already announced in Quran
As for the righteous, they shall surely triumph Ali (A.S.) and only (A.S.) in the universe is one who is the Shahkar-e-Qudrat, whose eyes were opened in the lap of Prophet (SAW) and Prophets (SAW) were closed in the lap of Ali (A.S.). Ali (A.S.) was the human being touching the peaks and heights and even enemies accepted his virtues and supremacy, whose only objective is crystal clear from this sentence that By God, my repaired shoe is dearest to me than ruling the people like you, but through this rule restore the righteousness on its deserving place and root out evil. That is why a renowned Christian historian Khalil Jibran has written: It is my belief that son of Abu Talib (A.S.) is the first Arab who adopted the neighbourhood of soul of divinity and then become its secret-holder and life-sharer. He was the first Arab whose holy lips transmitted the voice of song of divinity to the human ears who had never heard this song before that. When Ali (A.S.) set out from this world he was counting beads in the state of prayer and the heart was throbbing for meeting Allah. The Arab World did not recognise his status and value. He gathered his family on the 21st night of the month of Ramazan and willed that always support the righteousness, do every work to please Allah, become enemy of the oppressed and helpful for the oppressed. I, to both of you Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) and all sons like you and this family and every other person till the end of this world to whom this my will reaches, recommend piety, fulfilling deeds with discipline, and giving up differences, Fear from Allah while dealing with orphans . . . fear from Allah, do not let them sleep hungry, or they are unattended even for a while, take care of the neighbours, fear from Allah regarding Quran, the situation should not arise that other follow Quran in their deeds and you dont, fear from Allah regarding House of Allah, keep in mind do not leave the House of Allah alone till you are alive. I remind you of Allah regarding Jehad. Keep on Jehad with wealth, life and tongue. Keep in touch and connected with each other, take care of one another, do not give up Amar Bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker, if you would leave them then the worst type of people would be imposed on you to rule and in which era the worst people would rule, Allah would not fulfil the dua made by you during that period. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi said, the timings were of early evening when the news of martyrdom spread throughout the city, voice of cries began rising from all around, believers surrounded the house of Ali, they hugged the door and walls of his home while crying so much so that Shahzada Hassan (A.S.) came out and asked them to set out for their homes. When they all left the place, he gave bathing and shrouding in line with the fathers (A.S.) will, put his body into the coffin box, then took out the coffin box gathering the sincere ones and the family members, took that coffin box on his shoulders and buried it in the soil of Najaf-e-Ashraf which is Marja-e-Khalaiq even today. In this way, the embodiment of piety reached the divine court in desire of meeting his Lord.
RAWALPINDI – November 03: Three-day Ayyam-e-Aza (Mourning Days) Majalis and Matmi processions began throughout Pakistan like other global parts on Wednesday on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Amirul Momineen Sher-e-Khuda Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were held in mosques and Imambargahs of all small and big cities and towns including Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and Taboot (coffin) processions were taken out. In Rawalpindi, first Taboot procession of Ayyam-e-Aza was taken out from Jafariya Mosque Dhoke Ratta under the auspices of Anjuman Sadaat-o-Momineen in which Matmi groups participated in big number to pay condolence of the Sher-e-Khuda (A.S.).
Addressing the Majlis-e-Aza on this occasion, the Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the life of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.) was the key to the good. He was the picture of holy Prophet (SAW) in all trait-worthy qualities including war preparedness, commitment, piousness and worship, and trustee of the thoughts of Prophet (SAW) who was bestowed with the honour of being the real inheritor of the Hazoor-e-Akram (SAW). Syed Qamar Zaidi made it clear that Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is the best Justice, most expert judge in settling issues, best worshipper in the Mehrab-e-Ibadat, and that renowned Martyr who is the voice of the human justice and helpful to the oppressed and have-nots the world over who shattered the enemies of justice and fair-play through great jihad being laced with piety. He said the Haider-e-Karrar (A.S.) blessed the good moral and good qualities with the greatest acme. He said in the present critical situation where the humanity is confronted with host of problems, difficulties, oppression and brutality, there is need for the whole world to follow the golden principles of Hazrat Ali (A.S.), exercise patience and forbearance like him because the power of his patience, great struggle for the righteousness, and the famous sword called Zulfiqar had broken the back of tyrant rulers and dictators. Therefore, the conspiracies of the enemies of religion and Shariah could be thwarted by practically following his pious seerah and character, he added. Syed Muntazir Mehdi and Zakir Amir Mukhtar also addressed the Majlis.
A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to make special arrangements for protection, cleanliness and light during Majalis and Matmi processions of martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) while the electronic and print media should give proper coverage to the Ayyam-e-Aza programmes highlighting the seerah of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.). Another resolution demanded effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act to root out terrorism, and take notice of the activities of banned groups with new names and put ban on issuance of statements by them. Yet another resolution while expressing hatred against the banned organisations made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan is the real Centre and representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo and the Mawalian-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) are bound to follow every line of action given by Quaid-i-Millat-i-afariya Hamid Moosavi for his mission of Wila and Aza and for achievement of religious rights and would not even hesitate in offering any sacrifice on his call.
Allama Muhammad Ali Haleemi, overseer of Jamiatul Momineen while addressing the Majlis Subh-e-Zarbat said, Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) was resting on the stained martyrdom bed with energetic soul on the morning of 19th Ramazan, people were upset while Ali (A.S.) was satisfied because before him Martyrdom is the greatest source of deliverance and unending deeds. This Uswah-e-Haider Karrar (A.S.) provides highest and best way of leading a courageous life. He said Ali (A.S.) is the singular personality in the whole universe who enjoys the honour of being born and achieving martyrdom in the House of Allah. He said annexation with the Haider Karrar (A.S.) is the important need of the hour to get rid of the problems and difficulties the world is confronted with today. Allama Imami, Allama Mohsin Al-Hussaini, Allama Matloob Taqi, Allama Sadiqi, Allama Hussain Kazmi, Allama Qalab-e-Abbas Kazmi, Allama Fakhar Abbas, Allama Qalab-e-Abbas Bokhari, Maulana Mumtaz Hussain Naqvi, and Hafiz Amjad Ali Amjad addressed Ayyam-e-Aza Majalis at Khadija Mosque Tarlai Kalan, Mosque and Imambargah Abu Talib Mughalabad, Kazmia Mosue Chuhr Harpal, Ali Mosque Dehlalia, Jamia Mosque Jafariya, Imam Moosa Kazim Mosque, Haideria Mosque, Isna Ashary Mosque Greecy Line, Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Mosque and Imambargah Jagir Ali Akbar, and Ahle Bait Gaddowal Mosque.
KARACHI 02 November: In line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi, worldwide Peace Day marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan (AS) was observed in Karachi like other cities with due fervor and enthusiasm. On this occasion, TNFJ Divisional Council Karachi organized a magnificent Iftar banquet. A large number of political and religious figures belonging to all schools of thought participated in the dinner displaying brotherhood. President TNFJ Provincial Council Sind Syed Lutfullah Shah Lakyari while addressing on the occasion said that at present whole world in general and Islamic world in particular is seeking peace, therefore, following on the seerat of Hazrat Imam Hasan (AS) is needed. Others who addressed the dinner included Allama Syed Aun Naqvi, Allama Syed Waqar Hassan Taqwi, President TNFJ Divisional Council Karachi Allama Syed Mazhar Hussain Abidi, Allama Qazi Ghulam Raza, Allama Jafar Raza Naqvi, Madhosh Bhutto, Syed Badar Ali Tirmizi, Sami Naqvi, Irfan Noshad and Master Navid Abbas addressed.
RAWALPINDI – November 01: Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, the Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Azadari is our jugular vein on which neither our forefathers bargained nor do we or our coming generations would do that. In a policy statement issued here on Monday, Zaidi said the statement given by Federal Interior Minister after the Sialkot, Lahore and Multan incidents had created confusion after which taking advantage of the situation some banned organisations created hue and cry that a ban has been put on Azadari. However, Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya sought the attention from bottom to the top offices of the President and the Prime Minister as a result of which the Federal Information Minister put that hue and cry to ashes by giving a statement that the government has only banned gatherings by some outlawed organisations, but, Zaidi lamented, that even then the banned groups remained active and their members kept on joining Iftar parties hosted at government level and some of them even called on the Home Secretaries. He said the leader of above mentioned banned group is undergoing a murder trial also and was freed under the policy of give and take as a result of which he has been spared even from attending the court. Now that leader of the banned organisation, under an organised plan, was using his stooges and getting the duration of Matmi processions reduced and on some places were even entering into agreements for postponing Azadari processions and Majalis. The fresh example of such deal is the procession of Shahadat-e-Hazrat Ali (A.S.) in Multan while some more such bargaining activities would be unveiled to people when the time will come. The TNFJ Spokesman said that the Federal Interior Minister, replying points of order from some Members of the National Assembly has given clear-cut policy statement that the gatherings of Taravih and Majalis are not prohibited. In the said statement, he had particularly mentioned the 21st Ramazaul Mubarik martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) programmes and after that there should be no more confusion about that. But, he said, in the belief followed by the banned organisation, Majalis and Azadari processions are not a must, therefore, they are still trying to reap benefits by entering into agreements about Azadari programmes on different places. The TNFJ Spokesman said, as the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya considers the mission of Wila and Aza their main objective and as bargaining on Azadari is treachery, therefore, any founders of Majlis, licence holders of Azadari processions, ulema, zakireen who would change the date, time or route or would postpone any Majlis or Matmi procession, the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya strongly condemns them. He called upon the banned elements to keep away from such conspiracies. The Spokesman warned the followers of Nabi (SAW) and Ali (A.S.) to beware of treacherous elements in the nation and continue the Azadari processions and religious functions including Majalis-e-Aza with courage keeping the memory of Grandfather (SAW) and Grandson (A.S.) intact as it is our constitutional and basic right and we could not allow any power, how big it would be, to encroach upon that right. He made a fervent appeal to the President and the Prime Minister to take notice of the black sheep within their government who were damaging the government reputation. He said life and death rests with Allah, reducing and increasing the duration of processions makes no difference. We are followers of Maula Ali (A.S.) whose famous saying goes: We love death that much that even a child could not have with mothers milk. He said death for religion, motherland and belief is Martyrdom. The Spokesman made it clear that Azadari Majalis and processions are not against any person rather a universal protest against oppression and brutality and this right rests with all nations the world over and could not be snatched from them. He said we are peaceful people, this country was created by ourselves, we are preachers of practical unity and would give priority to the interests of the religion and the motherland in future also as done before.
