Asad-ul-Hussain Hazrat Imam
RAWALPINDI – December 06: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the long-standing issues of Palestine in Middle East and that of Kashmir in South Asia are the outcome of international colonial powers and their agents and they are a hurdle in solution of the same. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation that called on him at the head of TNFJ Provincial Council Sarhad President, Sardar Hassan Ali Qazilbash. He said many decades have passed to these issues, thousands rather lakhs of people kissed martyrdom, women become widow and children orphan but these issues remain unresolved. He said according to some revelations, at present 60,000 Kashmiris were still in Indian jails while both these issues are top on the agenda of every forum including the United Nations and it provides food for thought for the world of humanity in general, and the oppressed world in particular, that why these issues are not being resolved and why solution to these issues is avoided. Agha Moosavi said solution to these problems may affect the interests of the colonial powers and not only their politics but economy may also shatter, although these issues are disputed and the world could not be turned into a hub of peace unless these issues are resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desires of their respective people. He said Afghanistan was destroyed in the garb of 9/11 drama, and after that Iraq has also been destructed with the only objective to divert the world attention from these problems. When Muslims accelerated their struggle, then international colonial powers declared their agenda to alight the spirit of struggle and martyrdom from the Muslim minds, therefore, they utilised all their energies in declaring Muslims as extremists so as to achieve their self-interest. He said they considered the Muslim civilisation a big danger and therefore desired to cripple it and the Muslims. As a result, the whole Islamic World is confronted with fear and harassment and the survival of Muslims and oppressed people busy in their struggle for independence is on stake. He said the fear of Allah has vanished from the hearts of Muslims rather it has been replaced by fear of the international colonial powers, the basic reason of which is our cold-shouldered attitude towards commandments of Allah and utilising all our energies in satisfying the colonial powers. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said Islam preaches peace and condemns all type of biases and declares encroaching upon the rights of others as sin. He said we could come out of colonial fear and thwart the conspiracies of the international colonial powers when we free ourselves from this shackle because Allah must help those who rest their faith in Him. He said to lower the international pressure, Muslim Ummah is under the obligation to gather its material strength and strengthen herself morally and religiously, condemn all types of biases, prove through her deeds that we share our happiness and grief, and create coherence in our words and deeds as in it lay the key of achievement of our goals, and put ourselves on road to progress and achieve success. He stated this while addressing the workers of religious organisations who called on him at his residence here on Sunday on his return from Ziaraat of holy places. Shujaat Bokhari said Pakistan came into being in the name of pious personalities on the basis of basic ideology, that is Islam, and the invaluable sacrifices of the Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) for preaching and promotion of Islam is a golden and indelible chapter of the history. He said the holy mausoleums of Hazrat Imam Raza (A.S.) and Kareema-e-Ahle Bait Hazrat Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.) are still centres of accepting dua of the needy persons and where people belonging to every religion and Maslak from all over the world come and go blessed. He made it clear that motherland Pakistan was created with the combined sacrifices and joint struggle of all schools of thought, and for its development and solidarity it is obligatory to give rights of all schools of thought on the basis of equality. The TNFJ Additional Secretary General demanded from the government to give Maktab-e-Tashayyo ideological representation on the basis of equality in all State departments including the media under the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement, effectively implement the Anti-Terrorism Act to restore durable peace in the country, and take strict notice of the activities of the banned groups that were active with new names.

On Friday, at least 14 worshippers were martyred when terrorists attacked Hamid An-Najjar Mosque and Hussainiya in Baghdads Al-Azamiyah neighborhood during dawn prayer. In a statement issued from TNFJ headquarters here on Saturday, Moosavi said Maktab-e-Tashayyo and Tasannun could thwart this heinous conspiracy with unity among them as colonial powers think that they could achieve their targets by flaring biases. Therefore, it is time of working with sagacity. He said any attack, either it is on Falluja or Baghdad, is an assault on entire humanity.

He said motherland Pakistan is the fruit of joint struggle of Islamiyan-e-Pak-o-Hind, therefore, we would not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for achievement of our rights. He said Muharramul Haram is nearing, therefore, all organisers of Majalis should give priority to Azadari-e-Imam Hussain (A.S.) over every thing and keep themselves aware of those elements who create hurdles in fulfilling the worship of Azadari, rather not only unveil them but also thwart all their conspiracies. He made it clear that everyone should keep in mind that neither our forefathers had bargained on Azadari nor we would go for it or allow any one else to do so. Ala Haider appealed the general public to beware of the elements who cry hoarse of Azadari on one hand, and were all time busy in causing harm to the mission of Azadari on the other by striking deals. He said some elements desire to fulfil their nefarious designs by getting the recognised books banned but they should be aware that people are awake now and Azadaran of Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) would not bear such people any more. He demanded from the government to eradicate such elements inside or outside the government who were spreading unrest amongst the people and were causing damage to the government credibility. The Central Secretary Azadari told the Matmis that we would request the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to summon a special meeting on the country level on these issues and give a line of action to the nation. He was addressing the special session of religious lectures organised by Haeat Tulaba-e-Islamiya on Friday. He said religion is the name of love and devotion and Prophets and Messengers had been preaching it, the Holy Prophet (SAW) had been declared Rehmatul-lil-Alameen and was given the title of Raoof and Raheem. He said whatever promotion of religion is visible today, was not owing to use of sword or kalashnikov rather courtesy to high character. He made it clear that Islam declared discrimination illegal, and advises for tolerance and forbearance as the key to progress of the nation and the country lay in adopting the path of normalcy. Allama Al-Hussaini said today colonial powers and her agents were surrounding Muslims all around, massacre is going on in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq. There is need to adopt the path of understanding instead of confrontation keeping to the golden principles of Islam for solution of these problems. He said it is crystal clear to the whole world that Palestine issue in Middle East and Kashmir issue in South Asia are the biggest hurdle in restoring peace. Therefore, if the comity of nations desire to make world a hub of peace then they would have to get both these issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – December 02: Addressing the training workshop of Mukhtar Students Organisation (MSO) District Rawalpindi here on Thursday Central Secretary Information Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that only courageous leadership with character could drive problems and difficulties away from the nation. Therefore, he said, it was obligatory for the people to exercise wisdom and knowledge, avoid themselves from the social evils that spread extremism, hatred and biases and strengthen the hands of patriotic leaders with unblemished records by attaching themselves with them. Zaidi said history spread over 14 centuries stands witness that the message of Islam was promoted along with Mazloomiyyat in every era and those who tried to suppress the oppressed and wipe them out landed in the unknown graveyards of the history but the religion of God has reached every nook and corner of the earth. The said Taghooti agents, in disguise of Islam, not only trampled the eternal principles of Islam by promoting violent tendencies but also created wrong impression about Islam by giving strength and power the name of righteousness (haq). As a result of which, today Islam has been brought to the brink of destruction by accusing Muslims being extremists and terrorists. The TNFJ Central Secretary Information said, from the incident of terrorism that took place in Kufa Mosque on 19th of Ramazan, 40 Hijra to the worst type of terrorism in the history taking place on 10th of Muharram, 61 Hijra, all devotees of righteousness have made hatred against the oppressor and love with the oppressed their habit and no element of violence is included in this policy from any standards. He said as per saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Azadari is a universal and eternal protest of the peace-loving and oppressed people against terrorism, and the terrorists in every era and no power on earth could restrict that activity that is singular in nature as the participants of this activity do not cause harm to any opponent rather they hit their heads, chests and backs in sheer expression of devotion which is commensurate with the best Ajr-e-Risalat for us. Zaidi said, the Maktab-e-Tashayyo are lucky to have Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi as a leader with character and honour who has announced many a time that belief, motherland, and its people are our foremost preferences and the standards of our friendship and enmity. He made it clear that Pakistan came into being to remain intact courtesy pious personalities and any eye raised against them would remain no more. He called upon all schools of thought to practically boycott the banned groups who have confronted the country with tragedies and do not allow them to join their Majalis, Milad and other functions because these elements did not give anything to the nation and the country but dead bodies and were misusing the name of nation, millat and maktab just to restore their credibility. He called upon the government to keep a strict eye on the banned elements and put a ban on their activities with new names and their coverage on the media. He called upon the Mukhtar Students to practically follow the teachings of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and carry out practical struggle with devotion for the set organisational tasks so as to promote the mission of Wila and Aza. Pervez Musharraf a courageous step has stressed the need of its effective implementation. He stated this while addressing the office-bearers of TNFJ Regional Council Rawalpindi during his visit to its office. He said it is tragic and a matter of concern that some banned groups were violating the Anti-Terrorism Act openly by misusing the name of Makatib, Masalik and the Millat so as to achieve their particular political interests and to restore their credibility. He said some newspapers and private TV channels also give them coverage and these elements are also visible in government and private programmes but the government departments were not taking any action against them. The Central Vice-President of TNFJ said that every one has accepted the point of view of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi that a terrorist keeps no religion, faith and a country rather he is only a terrorist and should be seen and tackled in that context only. Therefore, it is necessary to stop those banned groups strictly who take the shield of Maktab (school of thought) and Millat (nation) just to achieve their particular interests rather lawful action should be initiated against them, he added. He made it clear that TNFJ is the only representative organisation of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo that is busy in achieving the pious targets of Wila and Aza with sincerity of purpose. He said no one will be allowed to bargain the beliefs and rights of the Millat-e-Jafariya. Allama Tajuddin Haideri strongly demanded from President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to get the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement implemented forthwith for solution of long-standing problems of the Shia community that include: enforcement of Fiqh-e-Jafariya for Ahl-e-Tashayyo, issuance of separate Islamic Studies curriculum for Shia students in educational institutions, setting up Shia faculty in all Islamic Universities, effective representation in Islamic Research Organisation, appointment of Shia judge in Federal Shariat Court, effective ideological Shia representation in Islamic Ideology Council and high courts, Shia representation in media on the basis of equality, end of undue restrictions in connection with the Azadari of Syed-ush-Shuhada (A.S.), setting up of separate Shia Auqaf Board, reconstruction of destructed holy shrines in Jannatul Baqee, and all other demands that are on the agenda of the Ministry of Religious Affairs including an end to the amendment made in section 30(3) of the Police Act. As Pakistan came into being on the basis of two-nation theory, that is why Islam is its official religion according to the constitution, and not any group or sect. Therefore, TNFJ keeps this stance from the first day that practical politics on sectarian and lingual basis is extremely detrimental for the nation and the country. Thats why TNFJ does not take part in practical electoral politics, but we have always given our voters an honorable election policy and line of action from TNFJ Political Cell on the occasion of every election to cast their votes. He said the basic objective of TNFJ Political Cell is to tell the voters that casting or seeking ballot on the basis of sect, group, language or region is deadly poison, and the nation is still suffering for this heinous mistake practiced in the past. Knowledge, recognition, wisdom and awareness have been declared the foundation of the religion and it is that greatest ladder that Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was declared Masjood-e-Malaika (the one to whom prostrated the angels), and the Holy Prophet (SAW) who is the Chief of Messengers and Seal of Prophets was bestowed with the award of City of Knowledge. He said Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) also confronted dictators and tyrant rulers who utilised all their energies to rule over him but he proved on the world that like his forefathers did not accept the Baiaat of any oppressor and brutal ruler for acme of the religion, similarly Jafar ibne Muhammad (A.S.) did not allow anyone to cause harm to the Deen-e-Muhammad (SAW) and as a punishment for that deed he had to kiss martyrdom. He said today darkness, oppression and brutality is the order of the day, life in Kashmir and Palestine is being made difficult, war is now going on in Iraq after Afghanistan where cities after cities have been destructed and this is happening under the nose of the United Nations and the champions of human rights but, he said, the world should keep in mind that truth has to prevail and the evil has to go. However, he said, the honour of the Muslim rulers should wake up, if they did not adopt any joint and stable strategy then they all have to wait for their turn, one by one.
Presenting condolences to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on the occasion of Youm-e-Aza he reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle for righteousness and would not allow any bargaining on this pious mission.
