QMJ Moosavi terms Martyrs Days Global Martyrs Days Moosavi announces Moosavi urges for Allama Haidari: TNFJ Moosavi Imam-ul-Asr (p) Special RAWALPINDI – October 07: Syed Hamid Moosavi, Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has declared the Multan incident the worst terrorism and a heinous conspiracy to shatter the unity of the Ummah. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said the incident of terrorism in Multan after Sialkot is a big tragedy that provides food for thought to the nation. This incident is a continuation of ongoing incidents continuously taking place for the last eight months through which our perpetual enemy was bent upon creating anarchy and rift so as to destabilise the motherland. He said the enemy has utilised all her tactics and energies but her every conspiracy to create rift in the unity of the Islamic World has been thwarted while through the incidents of terrorism, it has been proved that Muslims and the oppressed are one but our enemy desires to separate them and promote civil war. Agha Moosavi said, in such a situation all patriotic forces are under the obligation to foil every conspiracy of the enemies of humanity through practical display of unity. Expressing his sympathies with the bereaved families of the victims of terrorism at Rashidabad, Multan, he prayed for early recovery of the injured. He said that nation should understand that our woes and happy moments are combined and attack on any mosque, Imambargah and any Pakistani is an attack on Islam, Pakistan, and humanity. The TNFJ chief said that we have repeatedly said that the government should find out that why banned groups were operating with new names and why Anti-Terrorism Act is not being implemented. He demanded that practical politics on sectarian and lingual basis should be prohibited. He said we still stick to our point of view that there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in Pakistan and a terrorist keeps no religion, Maslak or a country. He said we have already demanded from the government to form a broad-based Tribunal to investigate all incidents of terrorism which should initiate probe keeping to the norms of justice and fair-play. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi made a fervent appeal to all countrymen to remain peaceful and alert. He called upon the government to arrest the elements responsible for terrorist activities in Multan and Sialkot forthwith and give them exemplary punishment. He also demanded from the government to pay compensation to the affected persons of these incidents and provide best possible treatment facilities for the injured.
ISLAMABAD – October 07: In line with the announcement made by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, the chain of fateha khwani and prayer gatherings continued on Thursday on the second day of Martyrs Days (6-8 Oct) across the country like other global parts for height of ranks of all compatriots who were made target of terrorism. In twin cities of federal capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Hadis-e-Kisa programs and Majalis-e-Tarahim organized by different religious and matmi organizations were held for conduction of reward to the martyrs, followed by matamdari. Addressing a Majlis-e-Shuhada organized by TNFJ district council Rawalpindi, Maulana Khurshid Haider Jawwadi strongly condemned the incident of killing of dozens of people in bomb blasts in Rashidabad Multan describing it an inhuman and shameful act of enemies of Islam. He said had the government took effective security measures instead of paper statements and hollow claims, this big incident would not have occurred. Multan incident is a heinous conspiracy aimed at giving impression of Sunni-Shia conflicts to the shameful game of terrorism, Jawwadi stressed adding that banned groups have hand in this conspiracy which getting active with new names have begun walking on their old path to please their foreign masters. He said if the government is serious and sincere in restoring peace and eliminating terrorism, then immediately tighten noose around all banned declared terrorist groups, and active averseness be showen against them at every level. President TNFJ district council Rawalpindi Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan demanded from the President General Pervez Musharraf to form a broad enquiry tribunal to probe into all regretful incidents of terrorism including that of Multan and Sialkot, bring evil wishers of the nation and the country who are playing holi with the blood of innocent people to their bad ending without any concession unveiling them to the nation.
ISLAMABAD – October 06: Worldwide Martyrs Days (6th to 8th October) programmes began Wednesday throughout the country like other global parts with Quran Khwani in mosques, Imambargahs, Madaris and religious institutions of the Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi besides all small and big cities in memory of martyrs of Sialkot and other martyrs in the world. Special prays were offered for the high ranks of martyrs of Islamic world and for the success of the oppressed. Condolence programmes were organised at Mosque and Imambargah Ali Naqi, Wali Al-Asr, Haideri Mosque, and Imambargah Zain Al-Aza. Dr. S.M. Rizvi while addressing a gathering at Ali Hall said martyrdom is a great status that has been desired by Prophets, Messengers and Righteous Persons. Martyrdom had been an ornament and sign of blessing for a Momin (believer) because martyrdom has been considered the height of humanity. That is why, he said, death of the martyr is termed life of the nation who creates new spirit, enthusiasm and desire to do something even after death by penetrating in the nations vein. He said today, colonial powers and her agents were afraid of martyrdom that is inherited by the Momin. In a bid to cool down their true spirit, colonial powers were knitting a chain of conspiracies, were creating new terms for Muslims giving them the name of extremists, violence-loving and fundamentalists contrary to the fact that Islam condemns all types of violence on which a Quranic Ayah La Ikraha Fid Deen. . . stands witness. He said patience and forbearance has only been followed by Islam and the same is exercised at all levels. Dr. Rizvi said the international chief of the terrorist, Zionists and Hindus were utilising all their energies against Kashmiris, Palestinians, Chechens, Lebanese, Afghanis and Iraqis and by playing holi with their blood they have come to know that they could not be diverted from their highest targets. The resolutions adopted by the gathering condemned American veto of a resolution in the Security Council against Israel and termed it a food for thought for the oppressed and the have-nots. They resolved that the have-nots should now understand that international colonial powers were not their friends, therefore, they should get rid of them and work to please Almighty Allah besides displaying mutual unity and brotherhood. Another resolution criticised the OIC for adopting silence on every important moment. If they have a little bit of honour left with them then they should summon an emergent meeting and make the United Nations think to give up her double standards and fulfil the norms of justice and fair-play viz. Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and other States. Yet another resolution while demanding immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the culprits of Sialkot incident also called to release the arrested innocent persons forthwith, and take steps on priority basis to ensure law and order in the country. RAWALPINDI – October 05: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe Martyrs Days from 6th to 8th October (Wednesday to Friday) throughout the country like other global parts in memory of all martyrs of Sialkot, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and against oppression, brutality and terrorism. In a statement issued on this occasion he said, all nations should keep in mind that martyrdom in not only our inheritance rather height of the achievement of Divine Objectives and we consider martyrdom an eternal life, and we could not be sidetracked from the right path through using different tactics. He said we have always recited Kalma-e-Haq (truth) even on the point of the spear and would continue doing so unless the world is imbibed with justice and fair-play and become Adlistan (hub of justice) instead of Zulmistan (hub of oppression). Agha Moosavi appealed the Shariat and humanity loving people to organise Majalis-e-Taraheem, religious functions and gathering on the occasion of universally observed Martyrs Days and pray for the success of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World, solidarity and integrity of the motherland, better placement of martyrs, and early recovery of those who were injured in Sialkot, Kashmir, Palestine and Iraq incidents. He said on this occasion it should be made clear on the world that there is no Maktabi or Maslaki conflict anywhere and we are a concrete wall against our combined enemy and no Taghooti force could create any rift in our unity and brotherhood. He made it clear that a person who creates differences amongst Makatib (Schools of Thought) could not be a friend of the nation, country, and the Millat rather an agent of the international colonial power. He said we are friends of the oppressed and hate oppression and terrorism besides condemning it strongly. Meanwhile, Central Martyrs Days Committee of the TNFJ was formed to organise Martyrs Days programmes throughout the country. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated Convener and Zulfiqar Ali Raja as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI – October 04: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said not Wardi (uniform) but Dehshatgardi (terrorism) is the biggest problem that is confronted by the whole world of humanity while Islam preaches peace and tranquillity and considers murder of an innocent human being tantamount to the murder of whole humanity. He stated this while talking to the representative delegation of Central Qalandar Committee that called on him at the TNFJ headquarters before leaving to participate in the Urs of Hazrat Sakhi Shahbaz Qalandar the other day. He said Prophets, Messengers, Aulia, and Virtuous Persons were considered the most favourite before Allah because they were the symbols of love and devotion and they always longed for promotion of love. Agha Moosavi said the pious life of the Holy Prophet (SAW) stands witness that he disliked all types of aggression, bias, oppression and brutality and while delivering the Message of Allah to the Divine servants, said to them that eat from the Rizq (sustenance) given by Allah and do not create riot on earth (Surah Al-Baqr). He is Rehamatul-lil-Alimeen (Mercy for the World), and had said that Allah bestows mercy on those who keep merciful attitude against others, you keep mercy on the earth and He will be Merciful with you. He said the religion (Islam) does not like that extremists, violence-loving and terrorists make Allahs earth a hell for his men rather He likes that people and even all animals and birds also lead a peaceful life. Allah sent his particular servants so that they may keep the people abreast of human values, get them rid of terrorism and extremism and make them honourable and decent human beings. They taught the entire humanity way of peaceful life and preached help for oppressed and hatred for oppressors. The TNFJ chief said that from amongst these religious elders, one personality is Shahbaz Qalandar whose ultimate aim had been promoting love and devotion. Therefore, the only objective of observing the days of Prophets, Messengers, Aulia, Virtuous Persons and religious elders, and visiting their graves is to ponder over their meaningful personality that how they earned the nearness of Allah. He said Ziarat (Visitation) of their graves unveils the ignorance and slackness, provides the human being chance to ponder over the objective of creation, death and life, reminds of the D-Day that gives the faith more strength. Therefore, he said Allah talks about Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S.), Hazrat Ishaq (A.S.) and Hazrat Yaqub (A.S.) in the Holy Book and in their praise Says in Surah Saad: Talk about our Servants Prophets Hazrat Ibrahim, Hazrat Ishaq, and Hazrat Yaqub who were powerful and visionary. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi said Ziarat of holy graves not only teaches a lesson and advice but also reminds of the Hereafter that is why Islam has termed Ziarat of graves a good activity. He said Holy Prophet (SAW) himself used to visit graves and preach his companions the method of Ziarat of the graves and Salam to the dead. Ziarat of Holy Prophet (SAW)s grave is the sources of Shafaat (intercession). He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: Whoever performed visit of my grave, there is my Shafaat for him. Like respect of the Holy Prophet (SAW), Notibilities, Prophets, Virtuous Persons, and Heroes of Islam was binding in their life time, similarly, respect for them and even of their signs, and offspring is also binding during their death period and even after that. He said Aasar-e-Illahi (Divine Signs) have been termed as Shaair-Ullah, therefore, there is a commandment that he who respects the Signs of Allah, it is from the piety of hearts. Piety has been termed the height of subservience and worship. Therefore, he said, the delegation members are lucky that they were going for the Ziarat of one of the great elders of the religion that is Shahbaz Qalandar. He said the world would have to follow in the footsteps of religious elders if they desire to root out oppression, brutality, suppression, evil and terrorism from the world as in it lay the key to protection, blessing, survival and welfare.
RAWALPINDI October 03: TNFJ Divisional Council Rawalpindis condolence session was held under the chairmanship of Divisional President Allama Matloob Hussain Taqi. Vice-President Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Allama Tajjuddin Haidari made special attendance therein. Addressing the sitting, Allama Haidari said colonial powers and their agents are afraid of Islamic Worlds unity because Unity of Ummah against the world of oppression, barbarism and despotism is fountainhead of Islamic religious values. After destructing Afghanistan and Iraq in the wake of 9/11, now the big and last target of colonial powers are Iran, Syria and Sudan. Therefore, it aims to confront Muslim States and oppressed nations with unrest and dissention before this. As Pakistan is an ideological State and an atomic power too by the grace of Allah besides being the last support of all oppressed and have-nots, ergo, Pakistan is its particular target. Sialkot incident, a great tragedy and time of concern, is a link of the same chain aimed at weakening us economically and financially and separating one brother from the other. Allama Haidari made clear that when in the tragedy, everyone cries with wounds and pains and seeks help, in such a time the same anti-religion and motherland forces launch second attack in this manner that set buildings, houses and shops on fire, cause harm to national property, and then getting innocent people arrested cause cases to be made against them in a bid to divert attention from the actual incident. He asserted that the government knows very well these miscreants. It has to come out of its expediencies only, but either it is government or opposition or any other institute like these, they keep their interests dear. Question arises that why terrorism is not being curbed despite this that President Pervez Musharraf not only unveiled the terrorists rather exposed their names, banned them and their subsidiary wings as well, even he put his life on stake and Anti-Terrorism Act was initiated? It becomes known that there are such forces at every place which could not bear Pakistans development, honour and dignity. We strongly condemn this heart-rending terrorism which is being named by some ministers as religious terrorism. In our sight, linking terrorism with anyone is itself the biggest terrorism, because according to a saying of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi we are uttering for the last two decades that a terrorist keeps no faith, religion or State, he is only a terrorist therefore be seen and dealt in the same context. Leaders of banned organizations are not only part of alliances but are seen on different forums, and active with new names. Therefore, any tragedy either it is Karachi or Quetta tragedy or the present one, those who cause harm to the national property and get the country to fell prey to unrest and disorder are not friends of the nation and the country, rather members of the banned groups and agents of colonial powers. If we are desirous of thwarting anti-Islamic World and -oppressed nations plan then we would have to seize these enemy forces openly and curb them in iron clamp, practically displaying unity. The whole nation supports demand of TNFJ for formation of a broad-based tribunal, and we demand that that all banned groups and those working with new names should be held under this investigation, and this should also be exposed that which are those forces who have given them permission. Some TV channels and print media (newspapers) not only give them coverage openly, but also encourage them. The government should take notice of all this, he added. The TNFJ Vice-President demanded that this should also be looked into that if those mosques and imambargahs where terrorism or the like incidents happen which make the whole nation weep, are linked with the banned groups? Their background should also be checked without any differentiation, he added. He said according to Aaqa-i-Moosavi we do not keep personal friendship or enmity with anyone, but the standard of our friendship and enmity is Pakistan and the nation. He urged the government to make proper arrangements for treatment of injured of these incidents, and besides expressing sympathies with the bereaved families these great loss should also be compensated. By a resolution at the end of the sitting, the participants reiterated their resolve that Islamian-e-Pakistan would foil all conspiracies of the enemies of religion and the motherland giving proof of unity for stability of beloved motherland and elimination of terrorism. RAWALPINDI October 02: An emergent condolence meeting of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan was held on Saturday under the presidentship of Secretary General Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate which strongly condemned the last day incident of Sialkot. Addressing the meeting, Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate termed the gory murder of dozens of worshippers in the house of Allah as a heinous conspiracy against Pakistan and Islam. He demanded from the President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz to hold under investigation the banned organizations and their subsidiary wings in order to trace out culprits of the Sialkot incident. He said President Musharraf took important steps to curb terrorism, unveiling terrorist organizations he also declared them banned and issued Anti-Terrorism Act. But he himself has to find out the answer of this query that for some time, terrorism got a pause, then again Quetta incident happened on Ashoura Day, Mufti Nizamuddin Shamzai was murdered in Karachi, worshippers were martyred in Haideri Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza, some days before in Lahore and Quetta Azeem Abbas advocate and Professor Atiqul Hassan Naqvi became target of terrorism, three policemen were targeted in a murder attempt on DSP Nisar Kazmi, and now last day incident of martyrdom of dozens of worshippers occurred in the broad daylight in Imambargah Mistri Abdullah (Zainabia Mosque) Sialkot, while several injured are helpless. Soon after this regrettable incident when the dead bodies of martyrs were lying, Sialkot was handed over to riots and tumult resulting in torching of vehicles, offices and private properties and causing heavy loss, and immediately after the Sialkot incident, destruction and burning was committed in Karachi. Now the question arises that how any patriotic and he who keeps love for religion, mosques and imambargahs, or the victims who were already in deep sorrow and pain because of terrorism or their sympathisers could create riots and disorder? The TNFJ official said some specified miscreant cliques reaping benefits from different incidents of terrorism always craft law and order problems. Administration knows very well that they are paid agents of banned groups which on the might of foreign aid generate problems for the nation and the country and do politics of corpses with different names and guises. He lamented that the government and media contact the same banned outfits and the same are given coverage as well leading to the increase of problems instead of their solution. Mazhar Ali said TNFJ had demanded from the government formation of a broad-based tribunal for investigation of Sialkot incident, we are thankful for the government has shaped a tribunal but it is not broad-based. He urged the need of formation of such broad-based tribunal which go over all terror incidents from every angle, and unveil without any concession the elements involved therein even though they are people of influence. The government should tighten noose around banned groups, opposition should express practical averseness by getting rid of them instead of making them to join it and media should avoid giving coverage to these elements. Only real representatives of the Makatib (Schools of Thought) could play an important role for establishment of peace. He added that the rulers become silent after issuing instant statements on any incident resulting in encouragement of terrorists, and they getting opportunity confront the nation with another incident. He said Zainabia Mosque Sialkot incident occurred on a day when people were celebrating Neema-e-Shaban after observing Shab-e-Barat throughout the country. Shah appealed the President and Premier to trace out which institutions negligence caused this great tragedy. He appealed the people to snap ties with banned groups and their agents on every level to make Pakistan Amnistan (hub of peace). He also asked some private channels and national newspapers to have mercy for the nation for God Sake and differentiate between religion- and motherland-loving forces and the banned groups because some newspapers give coverage to the banned outfits with new names while representative organizations and religion- and motherland-loving forces are neglected or their statements are published unimportantly mingling these with that of banned groups, which is tantamount to strengthening terrorism. There may be lateness from Allah but not injustice and oppression, His club is soundless; oppressors and their helpers will have a bad ending, he warned.
RAWALPINDI – October 01: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while strongly condemning the incident of martyrdom of worshippers in a bomb blast at Zainabia Mosque Sialkot has termed it an act of naked terrorism. In a statement issued here on Friday, he said the whole world of humanity is confronted with the evil like terrorism but Pakistan has been its particular target for quite long the basic reason of which is Pakistan keeping the Basic Ideology and atomic power, its participation in international coalition against terrorism, breaking the network of terrorists, issuing Anti-Terrorism Act to root out terrorism and imposing restrictions on terrorist organisations. That is another thing that the government could not get this Act implemented in its true spirit and the restricted organisations were operating with new names rather are more active than before by joining political alliances, while government officials are also a party in this context with an objective to sabotage the process of rooting out terrorism and the good steps of President Musharraf because the whole world appreciates these steps. Agha Moosavi said that we still stick to our point of view that there is no Maktabi and Maslaki conflict in any part of the world including Pakistan but our combined enemy, who desires to separate the country from the country and the Maslak from the Maslak, was busy in giving full impression otherwise so as to create anarchy. After Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan, they are following the same policy in Iraq but they were defeated tooth and nail and would, Inshallah, face the similar treatment in Pakistan also. In this situation, all schools of thought are under the obligation to display more unity and brotherhood than before and become a solid rock against the enemies of religion and the motherland. The TNFJ chief while stressing upon President Gen. Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz to take strict notice of the worst incidents of terrorism, said we through many letters and other sources asked the government to keep the law and order situation intact because our enemy is wicked and alert and always look for an opportune time to act. He said the Sialkot incident took place at a time when the whole world was observing Jashan-e-Wiladat Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) as Justice Day throughout the country, and incidents of terrorism were recently reported from Quetta and Lahore. Had effective measure been taken in time then the tragic incident of Sialkot could have been avoided, he added. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi demanded from the government to form a broad-based Tribunal to probe into all incidents of terrorism including that of Sialkot, affected people should be compensated, and better treatment should be extended to the injured. He lamented that the government did not keep her promise with the injured of Quetta and Karachi incidents as many injured are deprived of treatment facility. Demanding to tighten noose around terrorists, he said the powers who were sabotaging the steps taken by President Musharraf should be brought to the fore. He said murder of any human being is the murder of the whole humanity while murder of a Pakistani is the murder of Pakistan. He asked the evil forces to keep in mind that they would not succeed in creating hurdle in the unity and brotherhood of Pakistan, its people and the Islamic World.
