While Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Righteous Persons have been termed as superior most in the universe. The Holy Prophet (SAW) has been termed the cause of creating the universe.
Similarly, some months and years, nights and mornings, days and moments enjoy superiority over some, and in the nights, Laila-tul-Qadr (Night of Glory) enjoys the superiority on which the Book of Allah (Quran) stands witness.
We revealed this (Quran) in the Night of Qadr. Would that you knew what the Night of Qadr is like! Better is the Night of Qadr than a thousand months. On that night the angels and the Spirit by their Lords leave come down with all His decrees. (That night is) peace, till the break of dawn. And the, Neema-e-Shaaban that is also called Shab-e-Barat has been considered the most superior night. There is a saying of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqar (A.S.) which crux is that the most superior night after the Night of Qadr is Neema-e-Shaaban (15 Shaban), therefore, believers should struggle for divine nearness during this night because the Zaat-e-Illahi has sworn not to return any hand raised for Dua empty handed during that night. The Sehr of this night is the birth anniversary of Hazrat Sultan Al-Asr Imam Zaman Ajjalallah Farajah about whom it is said:
This proves that before the reappearance of the Imam-e-Zamana, the whole world would confront oppression, brutality, and suppression. These signs are now visible, he said adding that Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq rather every part of the world is crying with pain and no one to look after this situation. He said the reason of this unrest, disappointment, evil, oppression and terrorism is keeping away from the path of justice, that is why everyone is desirous of a messiah who could fill this world of oppression and brutality with justice and fair-play. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said the Mahdi Mauood (A.S.) who is the last part of the chains of truthfulness, justice and fair-play is the ideal for the braves of the path of truth and refuge for the world of the oppressed and have-nots, his reappearance would restore justice and fair-play and root out oppression and brutality, war, conflict, murders would come to an end, Flag of Islam would flutter high throughout the world and the world would become the hub of peace. Greeting the countrymen on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat Neema-e-Shaaban, he reiterated his resolve to continue his pious struggle for support and help to the oppressed, achievement of rights, integrity and solidarity of Islam till the Qayam-e-Mahdi (A.S.). He appealed the people to pray for early reappearance of the Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) and restoration of justice and fair-play all around, during the Shab-e-Barat Aamaal.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – September 28: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Adl (Day of Justice) throughout the country like other global parts on 15th Shaban Al-Muazzam to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Hujjat ibne Al-Hassan Al-Askari (A.S.). In a special message issued from Tehreek headquarters, he said that today the whole world of humanity is confronted with great oppression terrorism -, the earth has turned red with the human blood, everyone is shocked and upset, the basic reason of which is lack of justice and fair-play and the crises of oppression and brutality. He said to get rid of this situation, by observing the mid of Shaban as Day of Justice prayers should be offered for reappearance of Imam Mahdi (A.S.), oppression and brutality should be condemned while pledge to support and help the oppressed should be made. Agha Moosavi said period does not remain empty of Hujjat-e-Khuda (Proof of Allah) on which Quran and Sunnah stand witness. In this connection a Quranic Ayah
(We would call everyone along with his Imam) is presented. He said religion always remained one and Prophets and Messengers had been struggling for its supremacy, however, Shariats are five in number i.e. Noah, Ibrahim, Musa (Moses), Eisa (the Christ), and Sharait-e-Muhammadi. He said our Rasool (SAW) is Khatam-un-Nabiyyin (Seal of Prophets) and his Shariat is the last Shariat and the Book is the last book, that is why he had announced
Therefore, it is not possible that Quran remains intact and the great personality of the holy family of Prophet (SAW), named Mahdi would not present there. He said the issue of reappearance of Imam Mahdi is the issue of general guidance, and eternal leadership and guidance from Allah. The humanity has not gained that height the last target of which is success and Sidratul Muntaha. on this basis, all nations and religions including Islam are looking for a Nijaat Dahenda (Saviour) and Maseeha (Healer) without any difference. He said although there are some differences but this saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) is incontestable:
And according to the belief of Maktab-e-Tashayyo he is present in the Pardah-e-Ghaib (Occultation). The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said the night of 15th Shaban is Shab-e-Barat and its day, which is commensurate with auspicious birth of the Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.) and this day is the day of victory of justice and fair-play over oppression and brutality, is a source of deliverance. He said Allah says:
Oh, the people in faith, the one from amongst you who is faithful, would be appointed His Naib (Khalifa on earth) like those who were made Naib earlier and the religion that he chosen for them i.e. Deen-e-Islam, they would be given full strength on it and after they become annoyed, would turn their fear and harassment with peace, so that they worship Me with ease and satisfaction. He said this indicates that Allah Has promised Khilafat-fil-Arz (caliphate in earth) with some people in faith and who are pious and it would be like the one that had earlier been given to Representatives of Allah. Islam would enjoy the full force on that day and peace would restore after a long period of fear and at that time there would no worship but for Allah and according to this Ayah, only Hazrat Imam Al-Asr is the Mahdi Maood (A.S.) because Deen-e-Islam has not gained complete control from the Risalat era to-date that it would become the only religion and there would be no fear and harassment and there would be no worship but for Him. That is why there is a saying that he (A.S.) will fill up the earth with justice and fair-play in a fashion like it had filled up with oppression and brutality, justice would reign supreme all around, flag of Islam would flutter all around, and humanity would rest in peace and tranquillity.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan September 29: Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya district Islamabads Justice Day Committee has announced its programs schedule on the occasion of Jashan-e-Neema-e-Shaban marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Sahib-ul-Asr (AS). On Neema-e-Shaban (Shab-e-Baraat), a magnificent annual reception camp will be set up at Rawal Dam by Mukhtar Students Organization (MSO) district Islamabad, where Qaseeda Khwani and collective Amaal will be performed. Caravans of devotees coming from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and its suburbs will be welcomed at the camp. TNFJ district Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi will address in the predawn, while Qaseeda Khwani will be performed at the bank of Rawal Lake followed by collective consigning of Areeza Jaat to the water. A Jashan, organized by Anjuman Sipah-e-Abbas (AS) Tarlai Kalan, will be held on 14 Shaban Al-Moazzam at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra after maghrebain prayers. Different speakers will address.
RAWALPINDI, September 27: Different resolutions regarding national and international affairs were adopted at the two-day high-level meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, held under the presidentship of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi. According to Central Spokesman of the Tehreek, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, a resolution termed the fulfilment of rights of all schools of thought on the basis of equality an obligation for the integrity and solidarity of the country fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play and demanded from the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of long-standing Shia problems. While stressing the need of effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act, another resolution demanded from the government to impose ban on foreign aid being received by banned groups and check their accounts. Another resolution strongly condemned the incident of murder of police officials in a murder attempt on DSP Nisar Kazmi in Quetta and demanded immediate arrest and severe punishment for the culprits, form a broad-based Tribunal to probe into incidents of terrorism including that of Quetta and Karachi and bring that report to public besides paying damages to the affected.
The resolution called upon the people to express hatred against terrorists and do not allow them to penetrate into their ranks, boycott them at every place, media should avoid giving coverage to the banned groups, and government and opposition should avoid to make them sit into their laps. Condemning the US President Bushs announcement to scrap Irans nuclear programme, another resolution asked who has allowed the United States to interfere in the affairs of any country in the presence of the United Nations? If Israel can achieve nuclear weapons, US can provide it the atomic bomb then why any other country could not achieve nuclear technology, it asked. The resolution said that such statements issued by America against Muslim and oppressed nations smack of duplicity in her words and deeds and tantamount to strengthen terrorism. The resolution while noticing that America is behind terrorism going on the world over by one way or the other, therefore, the OIC should take strict notice of the US Presidents recent statement against Iran and summon an emergent meeting to give a serious thought to the American threats, form a joint strategy and term attack on any Muslim country as an attack on the whole Islamic World. The resolution declared that US Presidents statement is enmity against American people itself and a deliberate effort to create more enemies for the United States instead of making friends. Yet another resolution demanded solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the light of the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people. The resolution said that if right of self-determination could be exercised in East Timor then why it could not be done in Kashmir. Another resolution terming the declaration of American attack on Iraq illegal by the United Nations insufficient reiterated that keeping a silence by the United Nations at the initiation of US attack suggests that America did it under her nose and now terming the attack as illegal and uncalled for is just a face-saving effort on the part of Kofi Annan. Therefore, it said, if the United Nations is desirous of durable peace in Iraq then she should hold election there in a real democratic manner under her supervision according to the desires of Iraqis. Another resolution said Wardi (uniform) is the Sar dardi (headache) of the opposition only as the people desire solution of their problems and solidarity of the country. The people who are talking about launching a movement against Wardi today were the biggest supporters of the Wardi during the tyrant rule in the past and nation recognises them well, it added. The resolution called that all matters should be tackled under the Constitution and the collective interest of the nation and the country should be given priority over all other matters. Expressing complete solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, another resolution demanded exit of allied forces from these countries immediately. Central Vice-President Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Secretary General Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, heads of Central Departments, Provincial Council Punjab President Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi, Balochistan Councils Sardar Abu Imad Jafri, Provincial Council Sindhs Allama Waqar Taqvi, Provincial Council Sarhads Mir Abu Ghazanfar and Azad Kashmirs Syed Zulfiqar Ali Kazmi also addressed the meeting and presented their reports. Various important decisions were taken on the occasion that included speeding up the movement for memberships and coordinating campaign throughout the country.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan September 27: In line with the announcement made by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ), birth anniversary of Hamshakl-e-Payamber Shehzada Ali Akbar (AS) was observed as Day of Moazzin-e-Hussainiyat with traditional religious fervor and devotion throughout the country like other global parts. Marking the occasion, Mahafil-e-Milad, ceremonies, functions, seminars and conferences were held in different mosques, imambargahs, azakhanas and religious educational institutes across the country including federal capital Islamabad and its twin city Rawalpindi to pay homage to Shehzada Ali Akbar (AS) and extend greetings in the court of holy personalities. In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, these programs were organized at Imam Ali Naqi (AS) Mosque, Jamiatul Murtaza, Jamia Mosque Jafaria, religious institute Wali-ul-Asr (AS), Zainabia Hall, Shah Chan Charagh, Shah Pyara Kazmi Chuhr Harpal, Ali (AS) Hall and many other sites. Addressing the ceremony organized by Haeat Tulba-e-Islamia at Ali (AS) Hall, TNFJ Sindh Secretary General Allama Waqar Taqvi said Moazzin-e-Hussainiyats Voice of Allahu Akbar in the desert of Karbala is still shattering the palaces of evil. TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi reiterated his resolve that hesitation would not be made in offering any kind of sacrifice on the order of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi for the Mission of Wila and Aza. Molana Arif Hussain, Zakir Hasan Raza Kiyani, Zakir Syed Matloob Hussain Kazmi, Poet Bashir Niaz, Ahmed Barkat and Zafar Abbas Kazmi also addressed the program. RAWALPINDI, September 27: Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Central Secretary Tanzim Abbas Jafri has nominated central coordination secretaries for all four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on the directive of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi. According to details, names of the secretaries are: Raja Zulfiqar Ali (Federal Area Islamabad), Allama Ijaz Damishqi (Sarhad), Nasir Abbas Karbalayi (Punjab), Mehdi Askari Hazarah (Baluchistan) and Zulfiqar Hussain Kazmi (Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas).
RAWALPINDI – September 26: Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, has called upon the government to take action in true spirit against the banned groups coming out from the shell of reservations by shunning the policy of dusting turnips for rooting out terrorism from the country and restoring durable peace. For this purpose, the government should take notice of activities of these groups with new names and their joining the political alliances and the matter of their official registration besides checking their financial statements through NAB. He stated this while delivering his Presidential address to the two-day high level TNFJ meeting that concluded here on Sunday. Delegates from all the four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas, central office-bearers, and district presidents attended the meeting that took stock of the organisational achievements. Agha Moosavi while terming the murder of three police officials in a murder attempt on the life of DSP Nisar Kazmi in Quetta continuation of the ongoing wave of terrorism said that police officials were found involved in incidents of terrorism reported from Quetta and Karachi. He said President Musharraf had taken a wise step by issuing Anti-Terrorism Ordinance and imposing restriction on terrorist groups, and now he should initiate probe against black sheep that have infiltrated into the government ranks. Such elements, he said, are not well-wishers of these institutions, government and the people, therefore, it is necessary to nab them and give them an exemplary punishment. He said terrorists are not outside rather inside. He said like operation against terrorism is going out at different places, similarly the government institutions should also be cleared of such elements. The TNFJ chief said encouragement of the terrorist groups operational with new names by the government and the opposition is shocking, opposition parties have included these groups in political alliances while the government invites these groups on different government fora, despite declaring them terrorists. Now it has to be seen that which lobbies provide lists to the government according to which these banned people are invited to deliver their address in various functions as a result of which terrorism is increasing further instead of dying down, while, he added, the government has ignored and is still ignoring the real Shia and Sunni representative parties of the nation. Demanding effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act, he said giving permission to the banned groups to work with new names, and doing their registration is tantamount to supporting terrorism. He said a dacoit and a thief remains the same whether he changes his name or not. He said like other schools of thought, the Maktab-e-Tashayyo is being ignored at all places for the last 53 years so much so that they are also deprived of their basic rights contrary to the fact that Pakistan came into being owing to collected struggle of all schools of thought. He said Pakistan is not inherited by any single Maktab or a group and in the Constitution none of the sects is declared official religion but Islam, and it is necessary for the President or the Prime Minister to be a Muslim and the word Sunni or Shia is not mentioned there. That is why, he said, the President and the Prime Minister have no need to tell about their sect anywhere but should speak of being a Muslim. He said if any head of State attaches himself with any Maslak or a sect then that would create misunderstanding and the other sects may get inferiority complex. Moosavi said we have thwarted the conspiracy of turning Pakistan into a particular State and would also do the same in future. We consider that this country was jointly created by all Sunni and Shia Muslims, therefore rights of them all should also be honoured on the basis of equality for its survival and solidarity, he added. He demanded from the government that if the official religion of Pakistan is really Islam then rights of all should be taken care of on the basis of equality, and the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given ideological representation in all State institutions from Ruet-e-Hilal Committee to the Ideological Council. The representative of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo would only be the one who is nominated by the Maktabs representative organisation Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, he made clear that. The TNFJ chief called upon the Ahle-e-Tashayyo (Shia nation) to remain attached with their Markaz (Centre). Condemning the effort of setting the Al-Aqsa Mosque on fire by Israel, he said Israel had already put Al-Aqsa Mosque on fire once as a result of which Islamic Conference came into being in 1967 that meets occasionally. The members of this Organisation come together in its meetings but when they gather at the United Nations, Security Council or at any other forum then they become totally indifferent from each other. He said the problems and issues would continue piling up unless they support the same point of view. Lamenting the cold attitude of the OIC, he said it did not take any practical action against the fresh indecent Israeli action and even did not summon the emergent meeting of the OIC that mean they do not care for such activities. He feared that if the whole Islamic World is destructed even then the OIC and its heads of State would do nothing but save their rule. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said that dignity and honour of Al-Aqsa Mosque could not be ensured only through resolutions and condemnations. The criminal silence on the part of OIC and the cold attitude of the international organisations was increasing threats to the honour and dignity of the holy places and now the enemies of Islam are eyeing on Bait Allah (holy Kaaba). He said if the Muslim Ummah did not form a courageous strategy then it could be the turn of all, one by one. Muslim States did not take any step on the desecration of Iraqi holy places in Najaf-e-Ashraf, Karbala, Kazmain, and Samra that smacks of duplicity in their words and deeds. He said the Zionists and Hindus would not keep away their dirty tactics, problems of Kashmir and Palestine would remain unresolved and terrorism would not be rooted out unless this hypocritical attitude is given up.
RAWALPINDI, September 25: Central Spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while strongly condemning the murder attempt on DSP Syed Nisar Kazmi and gory murder of police officials in Quetta has termed the incident as flagrant terrorism. In a statement issued here on Saturday, he said this incident is a continuation of terrorism going on in the motherland for quite long time and all patriotic forces could root this out jointly. He said our enemy did not desire to see Pakistan and the people living in it to become strong and stable. Expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families of the police officials who kissed martyrdom while on duty, he also prayed for the early recovery of the injured. He strongly demanded from the government to come out from its shell and give exemplary punishment to terrorists dealing them with an iron hand. He said rooting out of terrorism is the voice of the whole nation and in it lay our stability and survival. The spokesman appealed the people to remain peaceful but alert and be careful of those banned groups that are in habit of doing politics of dead bodies as they are busy doing undesired business again in the new outfit rather hatred should be expressed against such elements otherwise, he added, terrorism could not be controlled. Therefore, it is necessary for the nation to recognise their friends and foes, he added.
RAWALPINDI – September 23: Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe the Jashan-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Shahzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) on 11th Shaaban Al-Muazzam as Day of Moazzin-e-Hussainiyat throughout the country. In a statement issued here on Thursday he said, Hussainiyyat guarantees eternal life, survival and blessing for the mankind. Karbala is not the name of any personality or a person, rather a name of the ideology that provides us the lesson of sacrificing our life, wealth, offspring and other most valuable things in the way of Islam. He said all Muslims are under the obligation to follow the path of Hussainiyyat by inculcating the spirit, enthusiasm and resolve of Moazzin-e-Hussainiyyat in them so as to save the Muslim people and the oppressed nations. Agha Moosavi appealed all countrymen to observe the Jashan-e-Wiladat of the most handsome young man of the holy family of Muhammad (SAW) and aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and the son of Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.), Hazrat Ali Akbar (A.S.) as Day of Moazzin-e-Hussainiyyat by praying for the supremacy of the Islamic World, solution of problems, solidarity and development of the motherland Pakistan and by expressing solidarity with the oppressed the world over. Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes for Day of Moazzin-e-Hussainiyyat throughout the country. Syed Asif Hussain Kazmi has been nominated as Convener and Raja Faraz Mahdi as Secretary of this Committee.
