RAWALPINDI, August 09: The Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that all sections of society including the government and the opposition will have to fulfil their obligations to root out terrorism and unrest from the country. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation that called on him at the head of Markazi Matmi Dasta Rawalpindi Cantt Patron Syed Ghulam Hussain Shah and Salar Syed Abbas Shah Kazmi here on Monday. They formally announced their joining the TNFJ and assured all out practical cooperation to Agha Moosavi for achievement of pious targets of the Tehreek and resolved to offer any sacrifice on his call. District President of the Tehreek Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan, and Vice-President Syed Nazakat Hussain Shah were also present on the occasion. Expressing deep grief over the heavy loss of life in bomb blast near Jamia Banoria Karachi the other day, Agha Moosavi strongly condemned the incident. He termed this incident a continuation of on-going heinous conspiracy for quite long that is condemned by every human-, Shariah-, and motherland-loving person considering it a great sin.
He said the whole world is now confronted with terrorism, and the oppressed and Muslim States in general while Pakistan in particular being coming into existence on the basis of Basic Ideology and becoming an atomic power is their particular target. Terrorism is the order of the day for quite long and no day goes without incidents of dacoity, blasts, murder and arson. He said we are in the grip of enemies within and without, the objective of which is to leave Pakistan alone and make it weak and unstable from within. The TNFJ chief said revenge is being taken from us all after staging the 11 September drama; we are being punished for becoming an atomic power and being Muslims, colonial powers and her agents were utilizing all their energies in their nefarious effort to separate one State from the other and keep one Maktab away from the other but they have failed to do so and would remain so in future also, because by the grace of God, there is no Maktabi conflict in any part of world including Pakistan and we all share our pains and joys. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said the menace of terrorism could only be overcome when all and sundry give up duplicity in their words and deeds, adopt the policy of mutual understanding, do not term anyone enemy of the country or a traitor, keep the doors for dialogue open, accept the supremacy of the Constitution, respect the law, and recognize the rights of one another rather ensure to fulfil these rights, only then we can thwart the heinous conspiracy against the nation, country and the Islamic World. He said whereas it is binding on the rulers to give priority to restore peace in the country and improve the law and order situation, at the same time it is also obligatory for the people not only to remain alert but also recognize their friends and enemies and while discouraging all type of biases, express hatred against the elements who create discrimination. Moosavi reiterated his resolve to continue his struggle for the Mission of Wila and Aza with sincerity of purpose and would not allow anyone to bargain their beliefs and rights. RAWALPINDI, August 08: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that holy Prophet (SAW)s beloved daughter Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (A.S.) is the brightest leading sign for women world who cannot only get rid of colonial conspiracies against them rather could also thwart these designs by following her seerat and character practically. He stated this while addressing the concluding Mehfil of Ayyam Hurmat-e-Niswan (Days of Women Dignity) here on Sunday. He said women, men, young, powerful and vulnerable, all are equal as human beings upon which this couplet of Maula-e-Kaenat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) stands witness: الناس جهة التمثال اكفاء أبوهم آدم والأم حوا And the knowledge has been declared the standard of supremacy, لا فضل إلّا لأهل العلم انهم على الهدى لمن استهدى أدلاّ It has been considered the base and foundation of worship, piousness, faith and belief while the Bani Hashim has been declared the best family in the universe. He said from amongst the Prophets and Messengers, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) has been declared Chief of Prophets while from amongst the women at large Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) has been called by the tongue of holy Prophet (SAW) Syeda-tus-Nisa-il-Alameen (Mistress of the Women of World). But if we study the history of mankind, we would come to know that woman had been the target of oppression and brutality in all eras and sometimes considered even worst from the animals. Agha Moosavi said Islam is that manifest religion that have given a high place to woman in society, made her sun and moon being a builder for the mankind pulling her out of the oppression and darkness, because there is a saying goes: كل مولود يولد على فطره Every child is born on human nature but his parents make him Jew, Zoroastrian or Christian On this basis it is the woman who has to deliver that human being to society who has to disseminate the message of Allah, he added. He said Islam changed the wrong ideology about woman and gave her rights on the basis of equality for establishment and solidarity of collective system. Therefore, he said, like Amar Bil Maroof and Nahi Anil Munker is obligatory for men, it is obligatory for women also. Like seeking knowledge is obligatory for men, it is obligatory for women also. Similarly, he said like fulfilment of Rights of Allah and Rights of People are necessary for men, these are necessary for women also. Likewise, he said it is also binding for women that those qualities that are considered good for men are the same for women also, and as a mother she has been placed on the highest pedestal of respect, heaven has been declared under her feet, as a wife she has been declared the master of the home State. He said the daughter who had been considered a shame previously has been placed on the height of respect by Islam. Therefore, he said, there is a saying of the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) that daughter is a bounty and son a blessing. Question will be asked about the blessing and not about the bounty. He said there is a possibility that the Holy Prophet (SAW) has been declared Rehamat-ul-Lil Alameen (Mercy for the Worlds) for the reason that he was the father of Fatima Zahra (S.A.) and the Khatoon-e-Jannat (S.A.) resembled much with the Holy Prophet (SAW) in gait, speech, speed, sayings and deeds. The TNFJ chief said that Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha says that: ما رايت أحداًكان اشبه كلاما و حديثا من فاطمة برسول الله (الحاكم) Similarly, there is another saying of the Zoja-e-Rasool Hazrat Aisha that: ما رايت أحداً قط أفضل من فاطمة غير أبيها I have never found any one superior from Fatima (S.A.) other than the Khatmi Martabat (SAW). And why should she not be superior as the Holy Prophet (SAW) used to stand up in her respect. Her mother is Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) about whom Allah says: ووجدك عائلاً فأغنى her husband is Wali-Ullah, her daughters are Zainab (S.A.) and Kulsoom (S.A.) enjoying the status of Banaat-e-Rasool (Prophets daughters), and her sons are Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) enjoying the status of Farzand-e-Rasool (Sons of Prophet). He said Holy Prophet (SAW)s beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) has been given the title of Zahra because when she used to stand in Mehrab-e-Ibadat (Place of Worship), her Noor (light) used to enlighten those in the sky in a similar manner in which the Noor Al-Kuwakab (light of stars) used to enlighten those on earth.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said today colonial powers and her agents the so-called developing mind have surrounded the oppressed nations and the Islamic World from all around in the name of freedom for women. They are utilising all their energy on misguiding Muslim women, particularly the young generation because they themselves tore apart the social system and trampled the honour of woman, and were now working day and night for absolute freedom for them so as to divert them from the path of Islam changing the thinking of the new generation and win their support, he added. Because parents play a major role in childs rearing, his protection, mental and physical development and making his seerat and character, and mothers contribute more than fathers; therefore, to thwart the western conspiracy mothers would have to follow the Seerat-e-Fatima who says that best woman is the one whose eyes have not seen any Ghair-Mehram (one from whom a Muslim woman has to observe pardah, hijab) and no Ghair-Mehram would have seen her. On the occasion of Ayyam Hurmat-e-Niswan, he reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle with sincerity of purpose for promoting principles and sayings of Queen of Ismat and Taharat (Chastity and Purity), expressing hatred against the oppressors and extending support to the oppressed.
RAWALPINDI, August 07: Mahafil and other congratulatory functions in connection with Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan (Days of Women Dignity) were held on the occasion of Jashan-e-Wiladat (birth anniversary) of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (A.S.) on Saturday on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan. Like other cities of the country, Mahafil-e-Milad were organised in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad by religious organisations at Imambargah Ali Naqi, Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra, Jamia-tul-Murtaza, Zainabia Hall, Imambargah Zainul Abideen and dozens of other mosques and Imambargahs. The speakers in their address on this occasion highlighted the Seerat of Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) terming the same a beacon of light for women at large. Addressing an Ayyam Hurmat-e-Niswan function held at Jamia-tul-Momineen, the Central Spokesman of the TNFJ Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said women should practically follow the character and deeds of Dukhtar-e-Rasool (S.A.) to get rid of defame and dishonour and to seek welfare. Expressing concern over the martyrdom of army jawans in Balochistan and Sarhad and giving his severe reaction on Saturdays bomb blast in Karachi, he said it seems that a network of terrorists is in place from Northern Areas to Karachi everywhere who were bent upon destabilising the country by creating rift and anarchy through incidents of murder, arson and blasts. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to tackle the terrorists with an iron hand so as to completely root out terrorism and do not give any relaxation to them because terrorists keep no faith or a country, they are only terrorists and attaching them with any country or a faith itself is a terrorist act. The resolution made it clear that jihad and terrorism are two separate things, therefore, struggle going on for the independence and freedom for Kashmir and Palestine is not terrorism rather encroaching upon their rights and sabotaging these movements is terrorism. Another resolution while strongly condemning interference and attack of the allied forces in the holiest cities of Iraq, particularly Najaf-e-Ashraf, termed it a heinous conspiracy aimed at trampling the dignity of Shaair Allah which should be condemned worldwide because Ali is Baabul Ilm (Gate of City of Knowledge) and Rasool Shehr-e-Ilm (City of Knowledge) and attack on the Baab (gate) is commensurate with attack on the Shehr (city). The participants condemned attacks on the residences of Maraje Uzzam and offered collective pray for the early recovery of Ayatollah Ali Seestani. The resolution demanded from the United Nations and the caretaker Iraqi government to drive out the allied forces from the Iraqi soil for the protection of all Maraje Uzzam, holy places and the Islamic World without any discrimination. The resolution said that honour and respect of holy places, protection of the people, and restoration of peace should be ensured at all cost. An appeal was made to President Gen. Pervez Musharraf in this connection to utilise all his energies so as to turn the whole world into a hub of peace.
ISLAMABAD, August 06: Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan (Days of Women Dignity) marking the auspicious birth anniversary of Dukhtar-e-Rasool holy Prophet (SAW)s daughter — Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (A.S.) began in all small and big cities of motherland Pakistan including the Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Mahafil-i-Hazrat Zahra (S.A.) were organised at mosques, Imambargahs and religious institutions including Jamia Wali Al-Asr (A.S.), Qasr-e-Kazim (A.S.), Danishgah-e-Jafaria, Imambargah Haideria, Khadija (A.S.) Mosque, Jafaria Mosque, Ali bin Abi Talib (A.S.) Mosque, Jamia Mosque Shah Chan Charagh, Kazmiya Mosque Shah Pyara, Imambargah Zain-ul-Aza, and Jamia-tul-Momineen which were addressed by different ulema, waizeen and zakireen. Addressing the first Mehfil of Ayyam Hurmat-e-Niswan, Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat said that Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is the Jalwa Numa-e-Shama-e-Haqeeqat and Aina-e-Kamal-o-Nabuwwat, and Holy Quran stands witness to her chastity and purification. He said that this respectable lady completed the chapter of guidance and leadership for women at large being the working partner of Risalat — apostleship. That is why Poet of the East and Musawwar-e-Pakistan Dr. Allam Iqbal declared the pious Uswah of Hazrat Batool (S.A.) a complete example to follow for mothers throughout the universe. Women at large could achieve a high place here and Hereafter and survive by practically following the same, he added. A resolution adopted unanimously on the occasion called the attention of the protectors of human rights that respect and honour of signs of Allah is considered obligatory regardless of nations. The resolution expressed grave concern and lamentation that the Iraqi soil that is considered the holiest soil and the dignity, respect and honour of which is crystal clear in the presence of holiest cities in it, where Baghdad Sharif, Kazmain, Samrah, Karbala-e-Mualla and Najaf-e-Ashraf are situated, and where there are holy graves of Abul Bashar Father of Humanity Prophet Hazrat Adam (A.S.), Adam-e-Sani Prophet Hazrat Noah (A.S.), and Caliph of Muslims Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), despite this that the allied forces have the knowledge of importance of these cities, damage is not only caused to these cities and those who reside there but also sacrilege of the holy shrine of Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is being committed by causing harm to it. The resolution called that as allied forces are under the caretaker Iraqi government, therefore the Iraqi prime minister and president should immediately get these skirmishes stopped and drive out the allied forces from the holy cities, ensure the honour of the holy places and restoration of peace because owing to this tragic reason the Maraje Uzzam of the Islamic World were passing through immense unrest as the most important personality from among them Ayatollah Seestani have fallen seriously ill and all Maraje Uzam were under threat to their life while heinous conspiracy against Marjeiyat and Markaziyat (Centre) is on its peak. Therefore, the resolution said, if any harm was caused to Maraje Uzzam or the Markaziyyat the whole responsibility of it would lay on the caretaker Iraqi government, coalition forces and the United Nations. Prayer was offered for the early recovery of Ayatollah Ali Seestani, protection of Maraje Uzzam, defence of the holy places and for the success of the oppressed on this occasion, in light of the appeal made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-afariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
RAWALPINDI, August 03: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that our objective and target is protection of basic Ideology of the motherland, Islam and the people for which we would never hesitate from offering any sacrifice. He was talking to a delegation of TNFJ Sindh Province that called on him here on Tuesday. The delegation presented a report to the TNFJ chief regarding oncoming bye-election in District Tharparkar of Sindh. He said it is an established fact that Maroof and Munker (good and evil), Sabr (patience) and Jabr (coercion), justice and oppression, truth and lie, righteousness and evil are in confrontation right from the beginning. Islam is that universal and bestowed religion that provides protection to the whole humanity from evil, badness and terrorism, covers all sections of human life, is a complete code of life and a protector of rights of all. Agha Moosavi said that the motherland has the singular honour that it was created in the name of Islam that is its basic ideology and any action contrary to that leads to destruction. Presence of basic rights in a countrys constitution provides guarantee of independence and freedom of the people without which that country keeps no right to be called democratic. He said in the consensus 1973 Constitution, it was made clear that any law contrary to the basic rights would be considered prohibited and no law would be introduced in the State that may reduce the basic rights or deprive people of their rights. Similarly, he said it would be obligation of the State to provide freedom and protection of life. Human life and freedom are the two elements from which no person could be deprived of but since long the enemies of religion and motherland were not only depriving the people of their life rather utilising all their energies in encroaching upon their independence, freedom and basic rights. The TNFJ chief said that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has the honour to thwart a conspiracy from some quarters in 1977 to turn Pakistan into a sectarian State to keep it away from the Basic Ideology, and uttered Kalma-e-Haq even on the point of the spear because inviting for good and stopping from the evil is a part of our duty. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that goes: The people in Ummat would continue to lead a life in good, peace and groovies till they would continue performing the obligation of giving commandment for doing good and stopping from the evil and would continue cooperating with one another in pious deeds, and whenever they gave up their good deeds they would be denied of Allahs blessings and some people would then be thrusted on some others and they would find no one to help them on earth and in the skies. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that the oppressed nations and the Millat-i-Islamia is confronted with oppression, brutality and terrorism the basic reason of which is deviation from the holy Quran and from the sayings of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.). He said we should not hesitate in offering Rights of Allah and Rights of human beings for the supremacy and solidarity of the motherland, and to get rid of the colonial powers and their agents. We would have to continue with our support for movements of independence going on elsewhere, and for the support of the oppressed and have-nots and would have to promote unity and brotherhood by practically condemning biases. He told the TNFJ workers that they have the right to adopt a combined, joint and strong policy of patience and forbearance during the bye-election keeping to these principles. The TNFJ Sindh delegation apprised the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya that meeting of the Tehreeks Sindh Council is being summoned after August 10 during which strategy to use the right of vote would be developed keeping in view the situation all around ,and interest of the nation and the country would be given priority over all other matters in this connection. RAWALPINDI, August 03: Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri, Central Convener of Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan (Days of Dignity of Women) Committee presided over an important meeting of the Committee here on Tuesday. During the meeting, conveners were appointed for Federal Area, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas, all the four provinces and abroad to organise programmes of the AHN to be observed throughout the country from August 6-8 marking the Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Fatima binte Muhammad (S.A.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. In his address on the occasion, Dr. Haideri while strongly condemning the attacks on Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz and Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf and as a result loss of innocent lives, demanded from the government to correct the law and order situation and take concrete steps to check the fresh wave of increasing incidents of terrorism. In this connection strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act should be ensure, he added. Condemning the desecration of holiest city of Najaf-e-Ashraf and holy places at the hands of allied forces in the garb of siege of the residence of Muqtada Al-Sadr in Iraq, and attacks on mosques and other holy places including churches, the participants of the meeting termed it a heinous conspiracy aimed at creating differences amongst different Makatib despite the fact that all Makatib and Masalik are united against terrorism. A resolution adopted on the occasion said that Hazrat Fatima binte Muhammad (SAW) enjoyed highest place amongst women in the universe, therefore, Seerat-e-Fatima (S.A.) should be highlighted during the Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan. The resolution while terming the confrontation between the government and the opposition harmful for the country stressed the need of adopting the policy of mutual understanding and appealed them to give priority to the interests of the nation and the country over all matters. The resolution advised the people to remain alert and keep a strict eye on the situation around them so as to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies against the religion and the motherland. RAWALPINDI, August 02: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to celebrate 3-day Ayyam Hurmat-e-Niswan (Days of Dignity of Women) from August 6-8 throughout the country marking the auspicious birth anniversary of Princess of Arab and Ajam Hazrat Fatima binte Muhammad (S.A.). In a statement issued from Tehreek headquarters here on Monday, he said Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is not only blessed with the title of Khatoon-e-Jannat but she has also been termed Syed-o-Sardar (Chief) of women of the world by the Prophet (SAW). Agha Moosavi said at present the whole world of humanity was confronted with oppression and brutality, discrimination is rife all around and in such a situation there is a commandment of Allah that goes: واستعينوا بالصبر والصلوة And seek help through patience and prayer Therefore, there is immense need of praying for deliverance of the oppressed world, protection of the Islamic World and survival and integrity of the motherland. He appealed the countrymen to express solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots seeking forgiveness from Allah on the occasion of Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan and offer prayers for rooting our problems of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations. Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes of Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Niswan. Iqbal Javed Haideri has been nominated Convener and Dr. S.M. Rizvi as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, August 01: Two-day Ayyam-e-Madran (Days of Mothers) on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan to mark the demise anniversary of respected mother of Hazrat Abul Fazal Al-Abbas (A.S.), Hazrat Ummul Baneen (S.A.) concluded throughout the country like other global parts on Sunday. Big congregations and Majalis-e-Aza programmes were held in all small and big cities and towns of the country on this occasion. Different ulema, waizeen and zakireen presented homage to Ummul Baneen (S.A.) in their address in these gatherings organised at Imambargah Zainul Abideen, Danishgah Jafariya, Jamia Wali Al-Asr, and other dozens of mosques and Imambargahs. The main Majlis of the Ayyam-e-Madran was held at Imambargah Ahle Bait Moejjezahgah Wah Cantt. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information in his address on the occasion said, at present peace the world over was shattered and differences, anarchy, restlessness, oppression, evil and terrorism was the order of the day that has gripped the whole humanity as a result of which fear, harassment, unrest and disappointment was rife all around the basic reason of which is negation of justice and fair-play. Zaidi said the system of the universe is rested on justice and fair-play and justice has been termed the real base of the religion and Shariat while any type of discrimination and brutality has been termed oppression. He made it clear that Islam has given the commandment to remove evil with good, therefore, an Ayah of the holy Quran means that evil should be replaced by good or forgiveness should be exercised. The last option is that if revenge is necessary then norms of justice and fair-play should be exercised, therefore, this option could not be given in the hand of a person rather it is entrusted to the law. He said law is being sabotaged throughout the world as a result of which problems and difficulties are increasing instead of decreasing day by day. Islam is an eternal religion, the declared standards of which are supremacy, gentlemanliness, and piousness without any discrimination on the basis of gender. That is why, he said, woman was considered the sign of shame and used to be sold out like animals but Islam not only confronted wrong ideologies and thinking but also termed woman honourable giving her full right to benefit from individual and collective rights and declared her insult as wrong. He said the Khanwada Ahle Bait (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar presented great women before the world who were beacon of light for the whole humanity. Hazrat Ummul Baneen (S.A.), wife of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), was a courageous and great woman who gave birth to such great sons for the supremacy and elevation of Islam who kept the Flag of Islam fluttering high in Karbala by sacrificing their life. He said Alamdar Lashkar-e-Hussain (Standard-bearer of Hussaini Army) Hazrat Abul Fazal Al-Abbas (A.S.) was one the great son brought up in her lap who wrote such history of fulfilling the commitment that would remain a beacon of light for the world of humanity. He said at present State terrorism was on its peak in Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, and Afghanistan, oppressed nations and Muslim States, particularly the motherland Pakistan were the main target of enemies of humanity. It was, therefore, necessary to follow the sayings of honourable women, Khawada-e-Ahle Bait (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (R.A.) to promote unity so as to thwart the conspiracies of the international colonial powers jointly because inculcating unity and mutual understanding in case of differences is the most liked activity. Therefore, he said, there is a saying of the Rasool (SAW) that goes: Oh, Ahle Bait! You are the one on which all blessings ended, differences and anarchy removed, and unity and mutual understanding created. Some resolutions were also adopted at the main gathering of the Ayyam-e-Madran. A resolution lauded the statement of President Gen. Pervez Musharraf not to send Pakistani forces to Iraq owing to present circumstances. Another resolution while supporting the presidential steps to root out terrorism, demanded from the government to strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Act and tackle the terrorists with an iron hand. The resolution reiterated that terrorists keep no faith or a country, they are only terrorists. Another resolution made it clear that a durable peace could not be restored without pulling out allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq and without giving the people there right to form the governments of their own. After that if the Iraqi and Afghan government demands foreign troops for restoring peace only then the United Nations should play its all important role in this connection, it added. Yet another resolution while expressing solidarity with all oppressed of the world demanded to ensure protection of holy places, particularly that of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Al-Aqsa Mosque in the light of Jewish threat of attacks. Terming the threats of Israeli attacks and hypocritical attitude of international organisations including the United Nations a source of shattering world peace, the resolution demanded that State terrorism in Kashmir and Palestine should be stopped so as to restore durable peace in Middle East and South Asia, while the long-standing conflicts there should be resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people.
ISLAMABAD, July 30: Day of Mourning was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas on Friday on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan to mourn the heinous murder of Pakistani hostages Raja Azad Hussain and Sajid Naeem in Iraq. Condolence meetings, Majalis-e-Aza and Mahafil-e-Quran Khwani were organised in mosques and Imambargahs throughout the country on this occasion. Ulema, waizeen, zakireen and khutaba in their addresses at Imambargahs, Friday congregations and Majalis-e-Aza programmes in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, without discrimination, termed the murder of Pakistani hostages a heinous crime and strongly condemned it saying that the culprits deserve no relaxation.
They said getting rid of terrorists was need of the hour so as to turn the whole world into a hub of peace. Quoting the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi they said that we had been saying for the last 20 years that a terrorist keeps no country or faith, and today it has been proved. They said that desecrating dead bodies is an insult to humanity, a great oppression and a grand sin. The ulema, in their addresses, made it clear that some powers try to label terrorists with Mujahideen that proves that they are unaware of the real essence of Islam and reality of Jihad. They said Jihad is from the chapter of piousness in which killing anyone without any reason is not legal. Therefore, they said, we would have to differentiate between the terrorists who kill innocent people and Mujhaideen and freedom fighters who fight for independence.
The speakers strongly appealed all human loving and Iraq friendly powers to help trace the bodies of the Pakistani hostages. Murder of any human being unjustly is the murder of humanity and attack on any country is the attack on the whole humanity, therefore, keeping silent on such occasion is tantamount to committing a sin, and if the terrorists were not confronted jointly then it could be anybodys turn tomorrow. Allama Mohsin Al-Hussaini, Allama Matloob Taqi, Allama Saqlain Bokhari, Allama Qamar Abbas Kazmi, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Allama Guftar Sadiqi, Allama Raja Basharat Hussain, and other ulema, waizeen, zakireen, and khutaba also condemned this tragedy. RAWALPINDI, July 30: In line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to observe Ayyam-e-Madran on July 31 and August 1 (Jamadi-us-Sani 13-14) marking the Death Anniversary of respected mother of Qamr-e-Bani Hashim Hazrat Abul Fazlil Abbas (A.S.), Hazrat Umm-ul-Baneen (S.A.), a meeting of the Central Committee was held chaired by Convener Maalik Ashtar to review all programmes in detail. Addressing the meeting, Maalik Ashtar said Programmes to mark the Ayyam-e-Madran will begin after dawn prayer with the recitation of holy Quran at Mosques and Imambargahs in all big cities and towns of the country. Holy life of Hazrat Umm-ul-Baneen (S.A.) will be highlighted by holding different programmes. Moreover, atrocities being committed against the oppressed world Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq will be condemned and expressing solidarity with the oppressed the world over pledges would be made for the protection and defence of Al-Aqsa Mosque which enjoys status of being the first qibla. By a resolution passed in the meeting, dua-e-maghfirat was offered for victims of terrorism throughout the world particularly Pakistans Raja Azad Hussain and Sajid Naeem. The government was strongly demanded to adopt a joint and solid strategy with humanity-loving and Muslim countries aimed at rooting out terrorism without any concession for the supremacy of Islamic World and survival and stability of the beloved motherland. RAWALPINDI, July 29: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced to observe Day of Mourning on Friday, July 30 declaring the heinous murder of two Pakistani labourers in Iraq great tragedy. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said the whole nation is grieved on this incident and strongly condemns it and have sympathies with the bereaved families. He appealed the countrymen to offer Dua-e-Maghfirat for those who have been placed on the pedestal of martyrdom, condemn brutality, and express solidarity with the oppressed on the occasion of Day of Mourning for the Pakistani hostages. Agha Moosavi said that terrorism, in whatever shape it is, is a great sin. Islam does not consider murder of any innocent as legal, whether he is a Muslim or not. The murder of Pakistani hostages is the murder of Pakistaniyyat and Islam and those responsible for it could not be well-wishers of Iraq and friends of Islam rather they are out to cause harm to the cause of Iraq and to defame Islam. He said actually it is a heinous Taghooti conspiracy; therefore, supporting them would be a great sin. The TNFJ chief said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that goes: فمن أحب بقاءهم هو منهم One who considers it good to see the oppressors alive, he belongs to them Terming as good step the unanimous resolutions adopted by the government and the opposition in connection with the release of Pakistani hostages and thereafter condemning their murder, he said joint, strong, and stable strategy should similarly be adopted for the protection of the nation and the country and for the defence of the Islamic World. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said protection and survival of the universal principles of Islam, protection and defence of its honour and dignity had been the habit of Khasan-e-Khuda (Selected persons of Allah) and if any person or group by breaking the protective circle of these golden principles encroaches upon anyones rights, tears apart the norms of justice and fair-play, engages himself in murder and arson, displays Nimrudiyyat and Fironiyyat then he is the biggest Taghoot, mutineer and terrorist. He said those who undergo such problems, are murdered by trampling the golden principles of Quran and Sunnah and who are made deprived of the blessings of Allah and life, such are called the oppressed and the have-nots, and Islam makes it obligatory to express hatred against oppression and the oppressors and support the oppressed.
