4th day
RAWALPINDI, July 27: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has appealed all Maraje Uzzam, tribal leaders, those fighting in the name of Islam and the caretaker of the Dargah Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Hazrat Jilani to utilise their influence in getting the all abductees including Pakistani labourers released without any discrimination and adopt strong and joint strategy for a positive solution of this issue. He was talking to a representative delegation headed by TNFJ District Council Bhakkar, Murid Baqer Khan here on Tuesday. Terming a good omen the announcement by Saudi-Pakistan leadership that war against terrorism is a joint cause of Muslim Ummah, he said in this connection taking the oppressed nations and the whole Muslim Ummah along would be a blessing, survival and guarantee of success. Agha Moosavi said Islam is based on righteousness, justice and balance; it is against extremes, oppression, suppression and brutality rather confronting these from the day one. The Holy Quran speaks about three holiest objectives of people of Iman and Islam i.e. faith, migration and Jihad. He said Jihad mean practical struggle to protect ones own faith and to defend other people in faith rather every one. He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that goes that life is the name of struggle, and Jihad and piousness is the outfit of struggle, the meanings of which is truthful purity, free from spiritual and moral pollution and the roots of which are not linked with enmity, hypocrisy, envy, jealousy, oppression, injustice and brutality. Therefore a pious Mujahid is the most pious person who offers his life getting free of all types of evil, oppression and atrocities for achieving the great objective. The TNFJ chief said that international terrorist America and her agents introduced new slangs to sabotage the true spirits of jihad of Muslims and get the oppressed nations and the Islamic World declared terrorists by staging the 9/11 drama. He said the colonial powers patronised violent policy and terrorism in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq and now the policy of making the people hostage there and raising the issue is an international conspiracy. He said all those who were made hostage belong to the middle or lower class. Islam preaches the lesson of protecting the rights of the humanity and Muslim is brother of Muslim creates unity and brotherhood amongst Muslims, all Muslims and the oppressed nations living on earth enjoy the status of a family and oppression against any one is the oppression against the whole humanity. He said there is a Dua (supplication) of the Masoom (A.S.)
O, my Lord! I seek Your forgiveness for that oppressed on which oppression was carried out in front of me and I could not help him, and for that blessing that was bestowed on me but I could not offer thanks for it, and for the person who practised evil who sought my forgiveness but I did not forgive him, and for the needy person who sought something from me and I did not give preference to him over myself, and for that right that is binding on me and I did not pay that, and for the demerit of the Momin (believer) that came to my knowledge but I did not hide that.” The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said this seeking forgiveness is that greatest plan which convinces human spirit and soul to trait-worthy and good qualities. The international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus are responsible for what is happening with the Islamic World and the oppressed nations, no Divine or Heavenly religion allows that and the time is to adopt the path of seriousness, exercise wisdom and follow the unity and brotherhood. He appealed the abductors in the name of Islam and humanity to give up the path of oppression and suppression and follow the path of normalcy if they desire protection of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World and if they are true followers of Islam. They should exercise forgiveness as it is the only way to thwart the heinous conspiracy of the international colonial powers. He said the Government of Pakistan has also expressed unity and solidarity with the oppressed by adopting unanimous resolution. He appealed the President of Pakistan to get the abductees released utilising his all out efforts like he did earlier. RAWALPINDI, July 26: Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari has said the key to solution of problems faced by the Muslim Ummah lay in mutual cooperation. He stated this while talking to the office-bearers of TNFJ Regional Council Rawalpindi here on Monday. He said Muslims share their grieves and happiness, and a Muslim has been declared a brother of the other Muslim and a Muslim is the one from whose hand and tongue the other Muslim remains safe. Mr. Bokhari said at present the whole Muslim Ummah was being targeted of terrorism in the name of rooting out terrorism and no city or country is spared and it is no more a secret that it is a heinous conspiracy against Muslims; as the Israeli interior minister has issued a statement the previous day that extremist Jews could hit a plane loaded with nuclear material against Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Al-Aqsa Mosque. He asked what action the champion of rooting out terrorism i.e. America was taking against the Jewish extremists? Her hypocritical and hostile manner is the main hurdle in way of restoring peace. He said earlier the holy cities of holy Iraqi soil of Prophets and Righteous Persons was targeted and now the international Taghoot was eyeing on Masjid-e-Nabawi (The Prophets Mosque) and Bait Allah (Holy Kaaba) so as to wipe out Muslims, one by one. The TNFJ Additional Secretary General said that Muslim States were utilising all their energies to snub each other, and sending troops or otherwise to Iraq was turned into an issue so as to keep their people busy. He posed a question that when attacks were made against Afghanistan and Iraq then who came to help them? Who have helped Kashmiris and Palestinians to-date? He said they all have put themselves in their shells and we would have to come out from this scenario and consider interference and attack against any State as an interference and attack against the whole Islamic World as in it lay the key to our development and survival.
RAWALPINDI, July 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that revelation by Israeli interior minister of possible new attacks on Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Al-Aqsa Mosque is concerning and provides food for thought to the Islamic World. He stated this while talking to office-bearers of Matmiyan-e-Zahra who called on him here on Sunday. He said at present the whole world was confronted with oppression, suppression and brutalities and the Islamic World was under immense pressure, new nets are being knit and new tactics being used, Kashmir and Palestine are confronted with State terrorism where massacre is the order of the day. He said Hindu Banya was affixing the barbed wire while Israel was raising the wall, and by doing so they were playing a new game. In these circumstances, he said, there is need for the Islamic World and claimants of basic rights to wake up from deep slumber. Agha Moosavi said that in Afghanistan and Iraq, murder and arson have become the order of the day, people are being made hostage the day in and day out, there are different styles and players of one single game while the peace-loving forces rather all important personalities of the religion of Islam are condemning this heinous and condemnable activity. Muqtada Al-Sadr in his address to Friday congregation has also said that Islam does not allow to make anyone hostage or kill him. Moosavi posed a question to the abductors that if they are really friends of the oppressed and followers of Islam then why they do not make colonial agent Sharon their hostage? He appealed the abductors to give up this trend regardless of country and the religion and release all hostages who are poor, labourers and the oppressed otherwise, he added, we would be justified to understand that heinous conspiracy is being hatched merely in the name of Islam. The TNFJ chief said that motherland Pakistan was surrounded by the enemies internally and externally in a similar fashion while confrontation is going on between the government and the opposition, on the other, they have no concern with the people, sensitive areas of the country are facing anarchy and terrorism, attack on Maulana Sherani in Balochistan, incidents of terrorism in Karachi and blast in the van of Jamia Rashidia in Karachi on Saturday speak of the volume of such activities. He said we consider it a heinous conspiracy against the nation and the country, therefore, the oppressed and Muslim people are under the obligation to derive a strong and joint policy for protecting the Muslim States rather the whole Islamic World so as to make it possible to discourage anti-human elements and restore peace. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi made it clear that Islam preaches peace and tranquillity and condemns all types of aggression. He said we still stick to our point of view that a terrorist keeps no maslak or a country, he is only a terrorist and should only be seen and tackled in that context, as it is the lesson preached by Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubaar who always advised to promote love and devotion and to avoid murder and arson. ISLAMABAD, July 24: The oppressed nations and the Islamic World were in the grip and pressure of international atheists, therefore, in such a situation it was obligatory for the Muslim Ummah to recognise their friends and foes, do not lose their well-wishers, and give priority to the interests of the Islamic World over all other matters. This was stated by Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while he was addressing the jawans of MFP District Islamabad. He said there are two ideologies Islam and atheism. International atheism considers Islam a strong threat for itself and continues using different tactics to take revenge from it and at present was utilising all its energies to prove Islam a religion of punishments, and Muslims as violence-loving and extremists so as to get them declared terrorists and sabotage the freedom movements, seize all their resources, maintain their and their agents supremacy and make them begging for ever. Shujaat Bokhari said the world atheism were also using some Muslim rulers to follow its thinking so as to achieve its own objectives and goals by creating reservations about the Islamic culture and system of education. He said the 11 September incident was a mere drama in the garb of which they destructed Afghanistan and Iraq while holi with the blood of Kashmiris and Palestinians was being played for the last 57 years. In other words, mischief of international atheists, Zionists and Hindus are behind every change taking place in the world. The TNFJ Additional Secretary General said that we would have to avoid all those activities that may become a source of anarchy and differences in the Muslim States that is only possible when the governments there respect the honour of all citizens without any discrimination, and honour their rights on the basis of equality following the norms of justice and fair-play.
ISLAMABAD, July 23: The Fatimiya Mourning Days programmes in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Batool (S.A.) concluded throughout the country on Friday. Majalis-e-Aza were held and Matmi processions taken out on the 5th and last day of the programmes in all small and big cities, towns and villages of the country during which ulema, waizeen, and zakireen highlighted the seerat-e-Hazrat Zahra (S.A.). Khutaba of all schools of thought declared the Uswah-e-Batool (S.A.) a complete example for womenfolk to follow and while presenting condolences in the Bargah-e-Risalat (SAW) on the Shahadat of Khatoon-e-Jannat (S.A.) reiterated their resolve to promote the message of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat besides continuing practical struggle for the protection and development of the religion and the motherland. Addressing the concluding Majlis of Ayyam Aza-e-Fatimiya at Jamia-tul-Murtaza in Islamabad, Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat said that Kalma-e-Tauheed guarantees the blessings and survival of humanity. All Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Righteous Persons confronted the dictators in every era for the mission of Tauheed (Monotheism) but no tyrant ruler or dictator could sidetrack them from the right path. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had said that if moon is placed on my one hand and the sun on the other even then I would not give up from my mission for the right path. On another occasion, the Holy Prophet (SAW) said, قولوا لا إله إلا الله تفلحوا Recite Kalma-e-Tauheed, you will emerge successful He said Allah declared subservience to the Rasool (SAW) as an argument of His love therefore holy Quran terms Uswah-e-Hasana of the Holy Prophet (SAW) an example declaring following in the footsteps of the Rasool (SAW) a proof of love for Allah: قل إن كنتم تحبون الله فاتبعوني يحببكم الله Therefore, it has been declared on the whole world that love and devotion for Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is not only love and devotion for Allah but is also the Ajr-e-Nabuwwat and Risalat. He made it clear that the status that is enjoyed by Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) from amongst the Khanwada-e-Ahle Bait Athaar (A.S.) is not enjoyed by anyone else. Khateeb Fateh-e-Farat said that we are lucky that Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and justice and fair-play have been declared as the basis of Islam but despite passage of 57 years, Maktab-e-Tashayyo is still deprived of its basic rights despite Nazria-e-Asaasi (Basic Ideology) being a part of the Pakistans Constitution. He said we are surrounded by the enemy internally and externally, therefore, the government should save the nation and the country from anarchy and differences, ensure respect for the rights of all schools of thought and given ideological representation to all recognised schools of thought in all State departments on the basis of equality. He said Gen. Pervez Musharraf has taken many good steps to root out terrorism but the sensitive cities like Karachi and Quetta were made target of terrorism owing to lack of effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act leading the country towards unrest and disappointment. He said Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, practically promoted brotherhood and mutual understanding on every occasion. A resolution adopted on the occasion said that Islam has been termed as official religion of Pakistan. Shias and Sunnis are strong arms of Islam and have the right to representation in all State institutions on the basis of equality but it has been observed that Maktab-e-Tashayyo is deprived of ideological representation despite 22 points, 6 July 1980 agreement and then 21 May 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. The resolution said that under these agreements every government in Pakistan is under the obligation to take care of rights of all schools of thought living in Pakistan on the basis of equality rather make arrangements to honour their rights. It said that media is also included in State institutions and a statement has been given in the National Assembly the other day that all parties should be given coverage on the electronic media but unfortunately Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) who is respectable not only for the Islamic World but for non-Muslims also as there is a church in Islamabad in the name of Bibi Fatima (S.A.), and who enjoyed that much respect in Islam that the Rasool-e-Kainaat (SAW) used to stand up in her respect and she belonging to a Khanwada love and devotion for which has been declared Ajr-e-Risalat, but despite inviting attention, electronic media of Pakistan ignored the Ayyam Aza-i-Fatimiya in toto. They did not represent any programme on this occasion rather did not even cover any programmes organised in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.). The resolution said that the same situation is prevailing in the private TV channels some of which like to be called ideological champions. They create hue and cry when under attack. The resolution said that these channels sprang up to raise voice for the rights of the people where government takes any step contrary to that but they also totally ignored Ayyam Aza-i-Fatimiya so much that they did not even mention any programmes in their news also. The whole Islamic World is perhaps under the wrath of God just because that the golden principles of Khanwada-e-Ahmed Mukhtar (SAW) and pious Sahaba Kubaar (RA) are being violated. Expressing concern over this biased policy followed by public and private electronic media, the resolution demanded a change in this attitude and called upon the government and the proprietors of the private TV channels to identify those elements within their system who are bent upon causing harm to the nation and the country instead of benefiting them and are trying to damage the medias reputation despite its obligation to adopt Islamic style of working and avoiding to promote un-Islamic culture but they are doing the contrary. Another resolution made it clear that although the objective for creation of human beings is worship and worshipping anyone except God is a great sin, but respect of the Shaair-Ullah are declared binding, and Shaair-Ullah means those signs from which the religion of Allah could be recognised and respect of these is declared piousness on which an Ayah ومن يعظّم شعائر الله… stands witness. Like the respect of Prophets, Righteous Persons, holy Progeny of Holy Prophet (SAW) and pious Sahaba Kubaar is binding, similarly respect and honour of their shrines and signs is also binding. Therefore, when the allied forces targeted the holy shrine of Khalifatul Muslimeen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) and Karbala, the holy city of grandson of holy Prophet (SAW), Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.), the whole oppressed world and the Islamic World including the Saudi Arabia government condemned it. The Saudi government had issued a statement in protest:
Keeping that statement in view, the resolution made a fervent appeal to Khadim-ul-Harmain Sharifain (The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques) to restore the honour and dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla by their reconstruction and redecoration lying destructed for the last 75 years so as to thwart the conspiracy of international colonial powers, the wave of terrorism being pursued by them. Moreover, it is necessary to give life to the long-standing demand of reconstruction of Babri Mosque and achievement of Al-Quds Al-Sharif so as to save these holy places from total destruction at the hands of Zionists and Hindus. The resolution called upon the Government of Pakistan, particularly President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to end the unrest found in Muslims, in the Shia community in particular, by getting this issue resolved at diplomatic level. The resolution said that the Demand No. 11 in the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement is related to the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee that is on the government agenda. It is obligatory for Muslims, wherever they are, and particularly on the Aulad-e-Rasool (SAW), Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) to raise their righteous voice using all their energies for the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla.
ISLAMABAD, July 22: Majalis and mourning procession programmes continued in all big and small cities and towns on the 4th day of Ayyam Aza-i-Fatimiya, or the Fatimiya Mourning Days, on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Addressing an Aza-i-Fatimiya Majlis organised by Haeat Tulaba-e-Islam in Rawalpindi, Maulana Syed Assad Abbas Naqvi said Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) wrote great chapters of guidance in all departments of life for women at large which if followed, women could not only decorate the society rather would grow up men of character. Dr. Muhammad Baqeri while addressing Majlis-e-Fatimiya organised by Anjuman Sajjadia said the character of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) is the beacon of light in the darkness of ignorance and misguidance. The women at large could achieve survival and blessings within the religion and the world, he added. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ addressed a Majlis Aza-i-Fatimiya founded by Late Babu Ghulam Mustafa at Jafri House, Dhoke Ratta. He said seerat of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) is the beacon of light for women at large. She is that pious lady (S.A.) for whom Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW) used to stand up in her respect. The colonial powers do not desire to see Muslims at large unite and stand up against her, that is why she is bent upon tearing the unity of the Islamic World apart by promoting regional, lingual, and Maslaki differences. He appealed the Islamian-e-Pakistan to thwart all internal and external conspiracies through unity. He said we should recognise our friends and foes because our enemy was spreading anarchy in our ranks in the garb of friendship, therefore, those who were shining their leadership on the basis of foreign aid till yesterday were today knitting the new nets of conspiracies running along with the enemies of the country and the Millat. Thwarting all such conspiracies, keeping unity within our ranks and remaining attached with the real Markaz (CENTER) is need of the hour. Allama Zulfiqar Jafri, Zakir Karam Hussain Shah, Zakir Ghulam Farid Jafar, Zakir Iqbal Hussain Shah, Zakir Jehangir Hussain Kiyawar, Zakir Azhar Hussain Kazmi, Zakir Safdar Hussain Shah, Zakir Anwar Hussain Anwar, Zakir Ishfaque Hussain Bhera, Pervaiz Shaukat, Haider Raza Zaidi, and others also addressed the Majlis that followed a huge Alam procession in which dozens of Matmi Dastas presented condolence in the court of Risalat. A resolution adopted on the occasion while reposing full confidence in the guiding leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi, demanded from the government to implement the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement satisfying the Maktab-e-Tashayyo and keeping in line with that agreement exert pressure on Saudi government on diplomatic level for the reconstruction of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla restoring the dignity and sanctity of these Shaair-Ullah. The resolution said that reconstruction of these Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla were absolutely necessary as we could not demand reconstruction of Babri Mosque and Al-Quds Al-Sharif unless we protect and respect our own holy places. Another resolution while demanding immediate punishment for the culprits of Karachi and Quetta incidents called for implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act and check those banned organisations that were operating with new names. The resolution strongly condemned the totally ignoring the programmes of martyrdom anniversary of Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) by the electronic and print media. The resolution spoke out that everyone has the right on the electronic and print media which give coverage only to those programmes that are attended by ministers and powers that be ignoring the national programmes that is tragic and condemnable. The main procession of the Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiya was later terminated at Imambargah Kashmirian after passing through its designated route. Zakirah Noor Jamila addressed a ladies Majlis at Imambargah Zainul Abideen that followed taking out of Taboot-e-Sayyeda and Matamdari. Majalis Aza-i-Fatimiyya were also held at Masjid Imam Ali Naqi Islamabad, Qasr-e-Abu Talib, Jamia Wali Al-Asr, Imambargah Hussainabad, Qasr-e-Sajjad Mughalabad. Majlis Aza-i-Fatimiya followed by Matamdari and Noha-Khwani was also organised by Markazi Matmi Dasta Islamabad at Markazi Imambargah Lal Quarters, G-6/2.
RAWALPINDI, July 21: Majalis-e-Aza and Processions in connection with five-day Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiya (Fatimiyah Mourning Days) as announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi continued on Wednesday across the country. Agha Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan said that Uswah-e-Batool (S.A.) is actually the Uswah-e-Rasool (SAW) in which solution to get rid of all difficulties is present. He stated this while addressing Majlis-e-Shahadat on the third day of Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiyya being observed throughout the country from July 19-23 marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A). He said Islam is a complete code of life for the whole world of humanity and source of blessing and survival; it is protector of the rights of entire humanity, considers excess, lack or discrimination a bad omen and deems obligatory fulfilment of the rights of all. He said rights are of two types i.e. Allahs Rights and Human Rights. Everyone is under the obligation to fulfil these rights whether he is white, black, Arab or non-Arab, he said adding that on that basis Islam has highlighted the importance of seerat and character and has declared its construction and decoration a foremost objective. Agha Moosavi said Islam had always been desirous of individual and collective development of the human being while Khasan-e-Illahi were prepared for their guidance, the best of them is Seal of Prophets (SAW) who not only carried out construction, decoration and purity of the human life rather got his personality recognised for the universe till the D-day. The excerpts from the Holy Quran There is a complete example for you in the personality of Rasool, Every child is born on nature, . . . but his parents make him Majoosi, Zionist and Christian indicate that in the whole universe, there is the singular personality of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) in the universe who got training in the lap of Nabuwwat and Risalat and source of Ilhaam and Wahi. That is why it has been said that Fatima (S.A.) resembled the most with the Rasool (SAW), for this reason the Holy Prophet (SAW) declared her Bazatu Minni and gave her the status of mother by declaring her Umm-e-Abiha while Allah bestowed her with certificate of Maleeka-e-Taharat and Ismat and declared not only her but the love of her whole Khanwada as Ajr-e-Risalat. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Moosavi said that woman that had been considered the sign of shame and worst even than camels, horses and other animals, Islam declared her lap as the first institution and granted her status of human-building University. Therefore, he said, degrading woman, using her as their tool and defaming her in the name of independence and freedom is a heinous conspiracy on the part of colonial powers. He said it is obligatory for women of the Islamic World to thwart this conspiracy for ever by adopting the Seerat-e-Zahra (S.A.).
According to reports reaching TNFJ Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiya Committee office majalis and taboot processions were held in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Haiderabad, Larkana, Dadu, Sakkhar, Kherpur Meras, Mirpur Khas, Lahore, Multan, Jehlum, Attock, Chakwal, Sahiwal, Peshawar, Kohat, Dera Ghazi Khan, Dera Ismail Khan, Quetta, Skardu, Gilgit, Bagh, Muzaffarabad and many other cities. By resolutions, the gatherings while fully expressing their confidence on the discerning leadership of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi demanded from the government immediate implementation of 21 May 1985 Moosavi-Junejo agreement under which the government is bound to exert pressure on diplomatic level on the Saudi government for reconstruction of Jannatul Baqi and Jannatul Moalla, which are Shaaer-Ullah, for restoration of their honor and dignity. The mourning gatherings demanded from the government that the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima binte Muhammad (SAW) should be observed on official level. The resolutions condemned the policy of ignoring the countrywide programs of Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiyah marking the martyrdom anniversary of holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW)s daughter Syedatun Nisail Aalameen Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) on electronic and print media, saying that all keep right on media therefore it should set aright its policy. RAWALPINDI, July 19: Majalis in connection with the nationwide five-day Ayyam Aza-e-Fatimiya from July 19-23 marking the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) began throughout the country on Monday in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while addressing the Majlis-e-Shahadat organised by MSO at Hussaini Manzil Rawalpindi said, the honour and dignity bestowed on the female gender in Islam does not exist in any other religion. He said woman had been considered the sign of obscenity and bad luck and was used to be buried alive and sold out like a tradable commodity but the true religion of Islam not only declared all such imaginations as evil but also considered her a human being as a man and human-builder and guaranteed her honour and dignity giving her individual and collective rights. On the contrary, he said, colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus considered woman a source of leisure. He said westernised woman is unaware of this heinous conspiracy against her and has become a tool in the hands of colonial capitalists choosing the path of indecency. Zaidi said Islam highlighted the greatness of woman owing to the blessed and pious personality of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) and declared the mothers lap as the first institution and made her feet a source of winning the heaven. He said Khatoon-e-Jannat is that pious a personality whose mother is Syeda-e-Bathaa Hazrat Khadija-tul-Kubra (S.A.), father Chief of the Prophets Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW), husband Sher-e-Khuda (Lion of Allah) Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.), daughters Zainab (S.A.) and Kulsoom (S.A.) an example for women, and sons are Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) resort and refuge of oppressed of the world -, while she herself has been declared Syeda-o-Sardar (Leader) of women in the universe. He said Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) enjoys singular status in piousness, Taharat, worship, greatness rather in every field of life. The TNFJ Central Secretary Information strongly demanded from the government to present special programmes on Radio and Television on the occasion of Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiya (Fatimiya Mourning Days) and give full coverage to the main processions to be taken out throughout the country in connection with the Martyrdom Anniversary of Khatoon-e-Jannat on the electronic media. He said Islam and Pakistan owe their existence to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his pious Khanwada (A.S.). He demanded from the government to direct the electronic media to present special programmes on the occasion of Ayyam Aza-i-Fatimiya through which the personality of Hazrat Fatima (S.A.) may be highlighted. Moreover, the print media should publish special edition on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of the Khatoon-e-Jannat (A.S.). Meesam Tammar said that we have the honour that we are the followers of the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and our survival and solution to all problems lay in following in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet (SAW). Therefore, the Muslim Ummah should fully participate in the Ayyam Aza-i-Fatimiya programmes to present condolence to the Holy Prophet (SAW). He demanded from the government to make effective measures to keep the law and order situation intact on this occasion and special arrangements should be made during Majalis and processions to be taken out on this occasion. RAWALPINDI, July 17: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has announced observation of 5-day Aza-i-Fatimiya (Fatimiya Mourning Days) from July 19-23 in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Syeda Fatima Zahra (S.A.) on the special directive of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza will be held and Matmi processions will be taken out on this occasion. According to a statement issued from the Tehreek headquarters, Bokhari said the most oppressed gender of the oppressed world, woman, has been placed on Auj-e-Surayya (most highest point) from the Teht-us-Sira (deep down in earth) rather Islam showered on her the place of Sidrat-ul-Muntaha. Today those who were given birth from the same pious chaste woman were disseminating the message of Islam and peace all over the world, and were actively struggling to keep the independence movements alive and to root out oppression, brutality and suppression, he added. He appealed the countrymen to observe Ayyam-i-Aza-i-Fatimiya from July 19-23 throughout the country with devotion and respect and offer condolences to Khatam-ur-Rusl Hazrat Muhammad (SAW). Quran Khwani, Majalis-e-Tarahim and condolence meetings were organised for height of ranks of the martyrs while TNFJ and its subordinate bodies staged peaceful protest rallies against terrorism in different cities including Federal Capital Islamabad. Speakers paid rich homage to the martyrs of Karachi at Friday congregations and offered Fateha for them. Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the TNFJ while addressing the concluding Majlis in connection with the Fortieth of Karachi Incidents Martyrs, demanded from the government to form a broad-based Commission to probe all incidents of terrorism and present its report before the nation, and give the culprits an exemplary punishment.
He said Pakistan is becoming the target of heinous conspiracy of terrorism for the last two and a half decades. From murders of Muhammad Hussain Shah and Ehsan Illahi Zaheer the big incidents of terrorism include Haideri Mosque, Mosque and Imambargah Ali Raza, and murder of Mufti Shamzai besides martyrdom of dozens of innocent people including attack on the caravan of Pakistans armed forces, recent gory murder of Police Inspector Raja Muhammad Saqlain and his bodyguard. He said the terrorists did not spare army, police, engineers, doctors, ulema, waizeen, zakireen, khutaba, and even the poor labourers. All efforts were made to prove it religious terrorism but the international colonial powers had to face disappointment. Agha Moosavi said we still stick to our challenge that there is no Maktabi or Maslaki conflict the world over including Pakistan and all schools of thought preach the lesson of mutual tolerance, brotherhood, mutual understanding and give priority to Ittehad Bainul Muslimeen over all other matters because the oppressed nations and the Islamic World are now aware that the target of international colonial powers and their Zionist and Hindu agents are oppressed and Muslim people.
He said when they carry out terrorism and attacks they never consider what is the faith and sect of their target because a terrorist keeps no Maktab or Maslak rather he is only a terrorist. He demanded from the powers that be to come out from the shells of personal and party interest, give up reservations, and give priority to the interest of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations over all other matters if they desire giving rights to the oppressed, see the Islamic World united and desire development, survival and solidarity of the motherland. He demanded from the government to strictly implement the Anti-Terrorism Act that could only be possible when government and the opposition would give priority to the survival of humanity over their own interests and make their words and deeds coherent. He said a Tribunal should be formed for anti-terrorism that would enquire all cases of terrorism that took place from 1980 to 2004 and bring forth the motives behind the same.
The TNFJ chief said that the government should inform the people about Karachi incidents and also what they have done so far in this connection. It should also be revealed that which powers were involved in these incidents and to what extent the government succeeded in catching the culprits. He also called upon the government to compensate the affected and make arrangements for treatment of the injured. He reiterated his resolve to utilise all his energy for promoting unity, brotherhood, teachings of Muhammad (SAW), supremacy of the Islamic World and support the oppressed in their struggle for independence. Moreover, he said, no one would be allowed to bargain the national rights. He made it clear that message of peace and tranquillity, restoration of justice and fair-play, support to the oppressed and have-nots, rooting out oppression, suppression and brutality had been the habit of Khasan-e-Khuda who remained confronted with the oppressors in every era, were detained and confronted difficulties but neither committed aggression nor ordered anyone to do so rather they practically condemned all types of bias, riot, and terrorism. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Moosavi said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) was the symbol of blessing and his life span spread over 63 years stands witness that he always adopted defensive strategy and promoted the religion through his seerat and character and always desired welfare of humanity. He said a Momin is the one from whose hands other Muslims remain safe and a Momin is the one who is the protector and defender of life, wealth and blood of every human being. But chief of the Satanic world and his agents, he said, made different accusations against Muslims to make them subservient so as to get them declared terrorists to justify their interference in Masalik and States and sabotage the peoples struggle for their independence movements. He said Kashmir and Palestine are continuously becoming the target of State terrorism for more than half a century, holi with the blood of Muslims is being played in Afghanistan and Iraq in the garb of New York incident drama. And to make their heinous conspiracy succeed they considered it necessary to promote terrorism in the oppressed and Muslim States so as to destabilise them by creating anarchy and rift there making them incapable of helping other States in case they take a big step. Therefore, no one came out to help Afghanistan and Iraq despite the presence of Muslim representative organisation OIC. He, therefore, called upon the whole Muslim Ummah to make struggle from a joint platform for solution of their problems and difficulties.

Addressing the session, Bajwah said Lahore city and provincial governments by cutting the links that adjoin educational and residential blocks in the Punjab University have themselves contradicted their educational claims. He deplored and expressed concern that ways of seeking knowledge are being blocked on the constructors of the future. The step should be taken by taking University administration, students and employees in confidence, but breaking all bridges of the canal in the darkness of night and act of violence against the protesting students is tantamount to polluting the peaceful educational environment. The MSO President while denouncing the arrests of Punjab University students demanded their immediate release and fulfilment of students demands. In a resolution adopted on the occasion the gathering reiterated its resolve to offer all types of sacrifice for the promotion and protection of Wila and Aza on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Hamid Moosavi. Addressing a Majlis-e-Tahreem held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen under the auspices of TNFJ District Council Rawalpindi, the District President of the Tehreek Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan said we could neither be threatened with indecent tactics of terrorism, murder and arson nor diverted from the highest goals. He said we are the followers of Maula-e-Kainaat Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.) whose saying goes: We are not concerned whether death falls on us or we fall on death, we love the death so much as a kid could have with his mothers milk. He said the whole nation equally shares the grief of the bereaved families of Martyrs of Karachi incidents. A resolution adopted on the occasion said the whole world condemns terrorism and considers it a great sin but the question arises then why terrorism was promoted? The resolution made it clear that whether it is international terrorism or at the level of State the main reason from amongst the all is that the United Nations and other small or big organisations ignored the rights of the oppressed and have-nots and have adopted hypocritical attitude against them while they support international colonial powers and their agents in their discriminatory attitudes, oppression and brutalities that have shattered the peace the world over. Therefore, the responsibility of terrorism, anarchy and discrimination rests with international organisations including the United Nations who are working in the hands of international colonial powers. The resolution said that implementation on the law could only be possible when norms of justice and fair-play are fulfilled and at present the whole world is confronted with the lack of justice and fair-play.
